McDonald's in Hamburg

I ordered and the delivery didn't take long. However, my food was cold, soggy, and dry! This can only mean that the food had been sitting in the store for a very long time and, I suspect, wasn't disposed of in time and was instead sent to delivery customers. The fries were so old that I didn't want to eat them anymore!

An impossible and rude employee. Unfortunately, this branch is suffering because of this employee!

Something's wrong with this drive-thru. For several months now, I've had to park and wait somewhere every single time I order. On top of that, after each customer, you have to wait at least 4-5 minutes at the intercom before the next person can go. What's going on???

We wanted to get something to eat and drink. Unfortunately, we didn't have our credit card with us and couldn't use the self-service kiosk. So we went to the service counter with cash to place an order. Although the employee had nothing to do, we were rudely turned away with the response that if he served us, other customers would surely follow. So we gave up our attempt to eat and drink at McDonald's again. Even though it was the first Sunday of Advent, this employee didn't seem to have any sense that day. Perhaps he did, because after us, other people, also of a certain age like us, arrived and were served. The employee realized he'd overstepped his bounds and called out to us to wait. But by then we'd lost our appetite and left this unfriendly establishment. What's going on at McDonald's? We've never been treated like that before. Are orders only accepted at the kiosk and can only be paid for by card? No alternative anymore! It's a shame for an age group that wanted to take their grandchildren to McDonald's and had to have such an experience.

Fast food as fast food can be. The service here is difficult to rate, as you're simply given a tray with the fast food. You have to like that sort of thing.

Every time we come here, the children are very happy. I highly recommend it.

Honestly, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff was completely disorganized and unfriendly, the order took forever, and then everything was cold. The place was dirty, and the floor was sticky. It's a real shame; I'm not used to that kind of experience at McDonald's.

A typical McDonald's. You get what you expect. It never looks like the pictures, but it tastes good if you're in the mood for junk food. However, the service was friendly and quick. And my order was completely full, which isn't always a given. I'd happily return occasionally.

I ordered a Big Morning Egg with no tomatoes and no meat, and unfortunately, I got a Big Morning Chicken with bacon. Unfortunately, I didn't realize I had ordered it wrong until after the first bite. The McDonald's employees simply say, "Sorry, it happens," but since this is the first time something like this has happened to me, it's a huge burden for me. It's a shame that veganism and religion aren't taken seriously.

The shift manager says he sells all his sandwiches like this, every day. Enjoy your meal.

Stay away from ordering from them with Lieferando. Absolute rip-off! Delivery is canceled after 1 hour. But they keep the money. Absolute no-go.

No power sockets operational (in one nearby to wroclaw main headquarters of some great electric installation companies, was wondering if it is a curse or what)

Worst McDonald's I've ever seen, and I've been to many branches across Europe. The chicken burgers were hard and dry, the fries cold. The interior was dirty and had the feel of a holiday resort from the GDR era.

The guy at the cash register is the biggest disaster, doesn't talk at the counter and when you drive up you have to do another round, no idea where you find these people from but never again

I asked the waitress who brought us our food if someone could please wipe the table because it was very dirty. Her response was, "I don't have anyone here to wipe the tables. This restaurant needs to be closed."

Our food order arrived super quickly, and somehow it was tastier than at other McDonald's. However, the homeless beggars outside are really annoying. There's definitely plenty of parking.

I tried to order at the counter and was promptly turned away by both the employee and the manager. They told me to order at the display. When I repeatedly asked why I couldn't order at the counter, I was told that it's like that everywhere.

Food was okay, unfortunately the shop is dirty, the staff are unmotivated and digging around the shop, the tables are sticky and could use a wipe but there are already cobwebs on the lamps, Halloween can come

Central location, but unfortunately the drive-thru is narrow on the bend. Apparently, some people have immortalized themselves.

The worst McDonald's in the area, and unfortunately the only one with a drive-thru. Service at the drive-thru is extremely slow. Either card payments don't work, the ice cream machine is broken, or you're supposed to order directly from the store. Pathetic...

A really bad Mecces, the employees are all so slow, I don't understand why they work so incredibly slowly. Everything always takes forever.

Couldn't even manage a simple order of 2 McSmart meals and 2 Big Mac meals.

On Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 5:19 PM, we ordered at the drive-through. The staff was neither professional nor friendly nor helpful. Truly terrible. They could barely speak German and no English. That was the worst communication we've ever experienced at McDonald's – anywhere in the world.

No table service if you pay cash at the cash register, fries cold, tables dirty even though there were enough staff and not much going on, staff was unfriendly

The entire order was messed up. I ordered the Philly Cheese and got the Samurai. The fries were only half full, there was no bag for the shaker fries, and they used cinnamon and sugar instead of cheeseburger as seasoning. All in all, a catastrophic experience, and the staff seemed extremely overwhelmed.

Got the wrong burger three times in a row with the same order, employee dropped Coke, involuntary Coke shower, fries seasoning was confused with cinnamon and sugar, 99% of the order was wrong

I've never seen such horrible restrooms. Both men's stalls were full of shit. The toilet brush holder was broken and lying on the floor. It smells of urine as soon as you walk through the first door. Service was terrible. Every table outside was dirty. When the food arrived and we politely asked if we could wipe the table, we were snapped at, "With what?!" - she had nothing on her. The lady should please find another job, preferably somewhere away from people. During our visit, several customers complained about improperly prepared food.

An absolute disaster! The way the shift manager treats the employees there, I would advise everyone to quit immediately!!! I've never experienced anything like this before. The employee was humiliated in front of us with the words: "She doesn't know anything! She has no idea, only I know." Unfortunately, she also missed her meal several times. Well, never again! If you're reading this: quit immediately! June 6, 2025, was the layover at 9:45 a.m. The boss should definitely take care of it! This is also being reported to McDonald's.

There are no sauces or complete burgers!

It's pretty clean for a McDonald's, and the food came quickly. The staff are friendly and funny. They were accommodating about the cold fries, and the restrooms have paper towels for drying off. Great!

The store gave problems using the app. They also got my order wrong. Service is not that fast.

Unfortunately there were several misunderstandings when ordering the drive. And very, very loud speakers.

Yesterday I was in this place and it has terrible attention and the workers don't like to take care of you and talk behind your back, then I tried to talk to the manager because I felt poorly served but he didn't solve it and said unpleasant things.

The store is unclean, ordering double pack menus is an insult, you can order BigMacs and the like with the Royal TS, but if you choose the BigMac first, the double pack menu is not available. McDonald's is falling into disrepair and could almost be described as a fraud or deceitful.

I just ordered there. A crispy burger, a cheeseburger and chicken nuggets 9 pieces. You forgot the cheeseburger. So I called there. They just hung up and then called back and threatened to file a complaint? You forgot a cheeseburger! Of course I'll call you there! 😂 So the employee who made the call today on March 2nd, 2025 at 8:02 p.m., is that the McDonald's service? Threatening to report it?

No waiting time at the drive-thru. The food has always been hot and fresh. The fries are crispy and well salted. That's how it should be!

Of all the McDonald's there are in Hamburg, this is one of the worst. Unfriendly and don't get the orders right.

That was a very bad experience. Not all self-service terminals were functional. When I asked if I could also order "analogue", I was clearly turned away, even though there were two people behind the "cash register". The branch manager (?) preferred to discipline an employee instead of allowing a customer to order. I then went and found a real restaurant.

The place was dirty. Burgers were dry and fries are over salted .

The food was as usual, but the service left a lot to be desired. As soon as I ordered, I was sent straight to the parking lot to wait - even for a simple order. This somehow takes away the quick “fast food” character. In addition, the staff was rather unmotivated. Cleanliness was OK, but overall not the best McDonald's experience.

In my opinion, by far the worst McDonald's branch I know. They obviously don't need to change anything because the location is really good. I've been here 3 times now, within a few years, and have been disappointed each time. Now it was really the last time. I bought a large fry for my little son at the McDrive counter today. For 4.19 euros, the bag was only 3/4 full, the fries were sticky and cold. Even on previous visits, the food was always cold and only sparingly prepared. An absolute disgrace when it comes to margins. The store is a very bad advertisement for the McDonald company. I'd rather go to a classic snack bar in the future. or to the restaurant.

I think it's really cool how well organized the McDonald's is here. Super fast service, delicious food and the portions are always perfect. I would always come back when I'm in Hamburg, even if it's sometimes busy. Top organization.

We were only able to order take-away on Sunday at 10.35 p.m. The branch was closed while we were walking in. Apparently for technical reasons. An employee hung a note on the door saying we close at 11 p.m. for technical reasons. However, it's only 10:35 p.m. and it's already closed.

Food is typical McDonald's, sometimes a little better but rather a little worse quality. Service is completely wrong. There is no Monopoly for all products, for a Mac menu I got one voucher instead of 3-6 vouchers because they don't have any more...

I think it's very nice that orders can still be placed in person and not just on the display.

Clean, professional and fast restaurant

Hygiene is probably the last priority here, I don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like.

The butter croissant didn't taste as good as from a bakery. The coffee was OK. The breakfast offer is not my thing.

I'll definitely never go here again. 1. Getting the wrong food 2. Drink without ice cubes 3. This is probably the worst. A hair in the citizen. The staff seemed to have been completely overwhelmed. NEVER AGAIN

Now after the renovation, it's no longer nice at all, the door is open all the time, which means that food that wasn't hot anyway gets cold even faster. It is no longer uncomfortable and cold after the renovation

That was by far the worst cappuccino I've ever had today. It tasted like dishwater.

I'm really at a loss for words when it comes to this store. In the last 3 weeks I've stopped at the Mc Drive counter 4 times on the way home and gotten something to eat. The first time everything was cold, the second time everything was ok, except for the fact that the large fries were only 3/4 full. The third and fourth time everything was cold and limp again. For me, the last time I visited the store. I don't usually rate, but the store is just terrible.

The worst store far and wide. All citizens are made bad and the sauces are saved. Fries with almost no salt. When the Mcrip was too little sauce several times and there were no cleaning cloths included, I told them and they got a stupid answer.

Very clean McDonalds and friendly, cheerful employees.
