There is currently a large construction site around this location. The route to Mc Drive is difficult and takes time. But the employees are very helpful and friendly. The ambience isn't the nicest but everything else is right

Good quality as usual from McDonalds. Modernly furnished with 4 self-ordering systems. Unfortunately, one star has to be downgraded here because you encounter nice employees but completely incompetent management.

No McDonald's flagship! Food cold but replaced immediately, toilets were terrible, really bad! And I find it disgusting that drug addicts use the place as a meeting place. As a family you should give this branch a wide berth...

I got food poisoning from this branch 1.5 months ago. I used the service from McDonald's and wanted to inform the branch about this with the promise that they would get back to me promptly. People often end up stuck to the floor in the men's toilet. If they don't clean it, then I don't want to know what it looks like where the food is prepared. Food is mostly cold or lukewarm, and service thanks to digital orders is non-existent, well, almost non-existent. If you always want it warm, order something on the burger, like the cucumber for example, then it will take a while but you will get it freshly fried in the bag.

The drive employee lied to me this morning. Then when he was confronted with the truth because it was displayed as an advertisement 2 meters away from him, he simply denied my statement and brazenly continued to fool me. Have a nice day. Eating something quick in the evening luckily something is up. But unfortunately my menu was no more Coke Zero in the house.

It's a regular McDonald's. No more, no less. If you enter by car it's a bit annoying to exit from the other side, because you have to go around a wider circle. I would only go there when entering Hamburg. On the way out you have to take a really long turn due to the one-way streets.

I don't understand what's so hard to understand about wanting the side dish BETWEEN the burger plates. I'm not allowed to eat bread and in Germany, unlike our neighboring countries, you can't use a gluten-free bread roll. The lettuce with the sauce sticks to the bottom of the burger box. You should just understand what you are explaining to the people. The fries usually always include cringle fries. But these are not gluten-free. Sure, you think it can't be that bad. But! It can. I'll probably have to pass this on.

Ich war heute da und habe gegessen die ganze Essen war frech Pommes auch so und ganz sauber ich habe selber gesehen wie die Toiletten sauber gemacht haben mit der Hand die Mitarbeiter dort waren sehr freundlich.

Ich war am 12.10.23 hier essen es war das beste McDonalds wo ich bis jetzt war da können sich andere Filialen mal ein beispiel nehmen das essen kam sehr schnell obwohl wir viel bestellt hatten, das essen war warm die milchsakes genau wie sie sein sollten und beim mc flurry die schoko Soße war warm ich bin wirklich sehr begeistert macht weiterso ich komme gerne wieder.

Es ist ein McDonalds. Essen ist mal heiss mal warm. Hätte lieber den Betreiber eines bestimmten anderen McDo hier vor Ort. Es geht halt auch besser.

It is a McDonald's, so we where not expecting that much, but staff was super rude. And the food was even a bit worse than other establishments. They even forgot one of the things of my order, but I said anything because I was a bit scare of the staff. Not coming back :(

Hier bekommt man recht schnell sein Essen, gut bei Pausen und mit Kollegen treffen und quatschen .

Mein heutiger Besuch dort war ein ziemlicher Reinfall. Von den vier Bestell-Tablets funktionierten zwei erst gar nicht. Beim dritten war das EC-Kartengerät defekt und ich musste bar bezahlen, was immer ärgerlich ist, wenn man das Bargeld für andere Sachen eingeplant hatte. Trotz warmen Sommerwetter konnte man mal wieder kein Eis bestellen. McSundae war einfach nicht verfügbar. Der Knaller folgte, als meine Bestellung an den Tisch kam. Neben weiteren Produkten hatte ich mir nämlich einen Wrap bestellt. Statt eines Sweet-Chili-Wraps servierte man mir jedoch einen einzelnen Sweet-Chili-Dip (!), in denen man seine Nuggets tunken könnte, wenn man denn welche bestellt hätte. Also musste ich das auch noch mal reklamieren. Ersatz kam zwar sofort und die schlussendlich erhaltenen Sachen haben auch geschmeckt, aber im Zusammenspiel mit dem etwas unordentlichen Ambiente im Gastraum und den unattraktiven Coupon-Angeboten zur Zeit gibt es von mir keine Empfehlung, dort hinzugehen.

Sauberes MC Donald's Restaurant, Pommes waren etwas älter aber noch gut.

Gestern hatte ich ein "Smart Menü" mit Cheeseburger und EXTRA OHNE Gurke und Ketchup bestellt. Cheeseburger ohne Gurke war OK, jedoch mit mit Ketchup. Was war an meiner Bestellung nicht zu verstehen????? Heute saß ein Herr im weißen Hemd mit "Pommes Tasche" neben mir, der einfach mal ohne Hand vor den Mund zunehmen in den Raum hustet. Ich schaute ihn an und meinte, dass er doch bitte die Hand vor den Mund halten sollte. Ich bin Asthmatikerin und huste in meinen Hoody. Ich finde es ekelhaft, wenn Menschen so unterirdisch schlecht sind. BITTE EINMAL DAS GANZE PERSONAL ZUR HYGIENESCHULUNG SCHICKEN. Andere Alternative: das Gesundheitsamt schaut mal rein. (Das ist die beste Idee!!!)

Mein partenkind ist gerne msl beim MC Donald's.

Ich bin sehr froh und dankbar, ich war letztes um 22:00 Uhr bei McDonalds. Die Tische waren nicht so sehr sauber, aber die Atmosphäre war in Ordnung. Der Service war schneller als ich dachte. Die schwarzhaarige Dame, die die Zahlung an der Kasse entgegennahm und meinen Tisch bediente, war sehr freundlich und lächelte. Wir würden gerne mehr solcher Mitarbeiter sehen.

Alles war in Ordnung! Bestellung wurde schnell bearbeitet und das Essen schmeckte!

Leider sind die Burger (Big Mac und Royal TS) so überpfeffert. Das versaut den ganzen Geschmack, bin echt gerne in meiner Mittagspause hierher gekommen aber dieser ungenießbare Pfeffer auf den Pattys geht gar nicht.

Unfreundliches Personal, nur digitale Bestellung (wofür so viel angestellte?) und wirklich schmutzige Räumlichkeiten. Sorry aber echt mies!

Bei einem Besuch in der besagten McDonald's Filiale bestellten wir Essen zum Frühstück. Nachdem man etliche Male wiederholen musste, was man wollte, war nach 10 Minuten Wartezeit selbst die Bestellung falsch und der zuständige Mitarbeiter musste seinen Vorgesetzten aufgrund von Verständnisproblemen der deutschen Sprache zu Hilfe holen. Einige Tage später am McDrive. Mehr als 5 Minuten Wartezeit am Schalter ohne jegliche Reaktion, daraufhin direkt zum Schalter vorgefahren, sehr unfreundliches Personal. Ca. 2 Wochen später erneuten Versuch gestartet am McDrive. Wie bereits oben beschrieben, sehr lange Wartezeit, direktes Vorfahren zum Schalter ohne Reaktion. Die "Dame" am Schalter über die nervige Wartezeit informiert, pampige Antwort, kein Zeichen der Entschuldigung. Nachdem ich die gewünschte Bestellung (2x Chickenburger, 9er Chicken McNuggets) ihr gesagt habe, kam die Frage, ob ich ein Menü aus den Nuggets machen möchte, mit Getränk und Pommes. Ich bestätigte dies. Aufgrund der längeren Produktionszeit sollte ich zum Warteparkplatz vorfahren. Dort wartete ich erneut ca. 10 Minuten, bevor die beschriebene "Dame" gemächlich schleichend zum Auto lief. In Zukunft werde ich jede Tüte auf den Inhalt überprüfen, vertrauen sollte man den Leuten nicht mehr. Pommes fehlten. Also erneut eine Runde im Drive gedreht, wo die "Dame" mich erneut sehr freudig (Ironie) empfangen hat. Auf meine Anmerkung hin, dass die Pommes fehlten, kam nur die Reaktion: Sie wollten doch kein Menü. Aber ausnahmsweise gebe ich Ihnen die Pommes. Für mich ist dies null Service! Das Personal sollte zumindest deutsch verstehen und sich einigermaßen schnell bewegen können, schließlich heißt es Fast Food Restaurant. Aber selbst mit der Freundlichkeit haben dort viele Probleme. Diesen McDonalds werde ich mit Sicherheit nicht mehr aufsuchen. Als Tipp: Wer 10 min mehr Zeit hat, fährt am besten zur nächstliegenden Filiale in die Eiffestraße. Viel freundlicher, zuvorkommender und bis jetzt immer fehlerfrei!! Leider musste ich einen Stern geben....

Когда приезжаю в Гамбург, сразу бегу в Макдональдс. Всегда очень вкусно всё приготовлено. Чистота и порядок гарантируется. Люблю там кушать, потому что очень удобно расположен, - вблизи моего отеля. Особенно нравится (забыл точное название) какой то чиз, то ли кизмах (извините за неточность). Кстати о деньгах : не очень дорого я бы сказал.
