Unfortunately there were several misunderstandings when ordering the drive. And very, very loud speakers.

Yesterday I was in this place and it has terrible attention and the workers don't like to take care of you and talk behind your back, then I tried to talk to the manager because I felt poorly served but he didn't solve it and said unpleasant things.

Rude, rude, one star is too many.

The store is unclean, ordering double pack menus is an insult, you can order BigMacs and the like with the Royal TS, but if you choose the BigMac first, the double pack menu is not available. McDonald's is falling into disrepair and could almost be described as a fraud or deceitful.

I just ordered there. A crispy burger, a cheeseburger and chicken nuggets 9 pieces. You forgot the cheeseburger. So I called there. They just hung up and then called back and threatened to file a complaint? You forgot a cheeseburger! Of course I'll call you there! 😂 So the employee who made the call today on March 2nd, 2025 at 8:02 p.m., is that the McDonald's service? Threatening to report it?

No waiting time at the drive-thru. The food has always been hot and fresh. The fries are crispy and well salted. That's how it should be!

Of all the McDonald's there are in Hamburg, this is one of the worst. Unfriendly and don't get the orders right.

I think this was my best McDonald's experience so far. I usually never write reviews but I just had to give this one a full 5 stars!

That was a very bad experience. Not all self-service terminals were functional. When I asked if I could also order "analogue", I was clearly turned away, even though there were two people behind the "cash register". The branch manager (?) preferred to discipline an employee instead of allowing a customer to order. I then went and found a real restaurant.

The place was dirty. Burgers were dry and fries are over salted .

The food was as usual, but the service left a lot to be desired. As soon as I ordered, I was sent straight to the parking lot to wait - even for a simple order. This somehow takes away the quick “fast food” character. In addition, the staff was rather unmotivated. Cleanliness was OK, but overall not the best McDonald's experience.

In my opinion, by far the worst McDonald's branch I know. They obviously don't need to change anything because the location is really good. I've been here 3 times now, within a few years, and have been disappointed each time. Now it was really the last time. I bought a large fry for my little son at the McDrive counter today. For 4.19 euros, the bag was only 3/4 full, the fries were sticky and cold. Even on previous visits, the food was always cold and only sparingly prepared. An absolute disgrace when it comes to margins. The store is a very bad advertisement for the McDonald company. I'd rather go to a classic snack bar in the future. or to the restaurant.

For fast food there are basically 4 stars... Everything is OK here and as expected, just like in all other branches... 5 stars for fast food of average quality are not included....

I think it's really cool how well organized the McDonald's is here. Super fast service, delicious food and the portions are always perfect. I would always come back when I'm in Hamburg, even if it's sometimes busy. Top organization.

We were only able to order take-away on Sunday at 10.35 p.m. The branch was closed while we were walking in. Apparently for technical reasons. An employee hung a note on the door saying we close at 11 p.m. for technical reasons. However, it's only 10:35 p.m. and it's already closed.

Food is typical McDonald's, sometimes a little better but rather a little worse quality. Service is completely wrong. There is no Monopoly for all products, for a Mac menu I got one voucher instead of 3-6 vouchers because they don't have any more...

I think it's very nice that orders can still be placed in person and not just on the display.

Clean, professional and fast restaurant

Hygiene is probably the last priority here, I don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like.

The butter croissant didn't taste as good as from a bakery. The coffee was OK. The breakfast offer is not my thing.

I'll definitely never go here again. 1. Getting the wrong food 2. Drink without ice cubes 3. This is probably the worst. A hair in the citizen. The staff seemed to have been completely overwhelmed. NEVER AGAIN

Now after the renovation, it's no longer nice at all, the door is open all the time, which means that food that wasn't hot anyway gets cold even faster. It is no longer uncomfortable and cold after the renovation

That was by far the worst cappuccino I've ever had today. It tasted like dishwater.

I'm really at a loss for words when it comes to this store. In the last 3 weeks I've stopped at the Mc Drive counter 4 times on the way home and gotten something to eat. The first time everything was cold, the second time everything was ok, except for the fact that the large fries were only 3/4 full. The third and fourth time everything was cold and limp again. For me, the last time I visited the store. I don't usually rate, but the store is just terrible.

The worst store far and wide. All citizens are made bad and the sauces are saved. Fries with almost no salt. When the Mcrip was too little sauce several times and there were no cleaning cloths included, I told them and they got a stupid answer.

The hall is clean, the parking is convenient and large, the toilets are clean, the staff are friendly, I recommend

In a global fast food chain with standardized dishes, you don't need to write anything about the food. Especially since everyone probably knows the Golden Seagull restaurant. However, I can write about the restaurant that I find it very decorated. Which also affects the ambience. I had a fake burger instead of a double chicken I had a double cheeseburger. Which led to an unnecessary discussion! It wouldn't be a double chicken burger but it would be a double cheeseburger. Well, the toilets were great and everything else was ok.

There is currently a large construction site around this location. The route to Mc Drive is difficult and takes time. But the employees are very helpful and friendly. The ambience isn't the nicest but everything else is right

Good quality as usual from McDonalds. Modernly furnished with 4 self-ordering systems. Unfortunately, one star has to be downgraded here because you encounter nice employees but completely incompetent management.

Complete nonsense, the staff is disgusting

I recently visited the McDonald’s at Amsinckstraße 73 in Hamburg, and I had a fantastic experience. The restaurant is clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made my visit very pleasant. No McDonald's flagship! Food cold but replaced immediately, toilets were terrible, really bad! And I find it disgusting that drug addicts use the place as a meeting place. As a family you should give this branch a wide berth...

I got food poisoning from this branch 1.5 months ago. I used the service from McDonald's and wanted to inform the branch about this with the promise that they would get back to me promptly. To date no response, no apology or anything similar has been received. It's a shame because I went there very regularly for a while.

People often end up stuck to the floor in the men's toilet. If they don't clean it, then I don't want to know what it looks like where the food is prepared. Food is mostly cold or lukewarm, and service thanks to digital orders is non-existent, well, almost non-existent. If you always want it warm, order something on the burger, like the cucumber for example, then it will take a while but you will get it freshly fried in the bag.

Dirty, no drinking straws available, tables and chairs can only be used after cleaning. Never again, if we had seen before ordering, would we not have eaten here. During the night it came out through vomiting.

Like most McDonald's, this one is a bit dingy at peak times and the employees are very stressed. Unfortunately, the friendliness quickly disappears. If you ignore that, this McDonald's is quite passable compared to others.

The drive employee lied to me this morning. Then when he was confronted with the truth because it was displayed as an advertisement 2 meters away from him, he simply denied my statement and brazenly continued to fool me. Have a nice day. He said goodbye from the other side of the counter. Please dispose of unfriendly staff immediately. Something like that will ruin your business and our day.

It's a regular McDonald's. No more, no less. If you enter by car it's a bit annoying to exit from the other side, because you have to go around a wider circle. I would only go there when entering Hamburg. On the way out you have to take a really long turn due to the one-way streets.

Eating something quick in the evening luckily something is up. But unfortunately my menu was no more Coke Zero in the house.

I don't understand what's so hard to understand about wanting the side dish BETWEEN the burger plates. I'm not allowed to eat bread and in Germany, unlike our neighboring countries, you can't use a gluten-free bread roll. The lettuce with the sauce sticks to the bottom of the burger box. You should just understand what you are explaining to the people. The fries usually always include cringle fries. But these are not gluten-free. Sure, you think it can't be that bad. But! It can. I'll probably have to pass this on.

Ich war heute da und habe gegessen die ganze Essen war frech Pommes auch so und ganz sauber ich habe selber gesehen wie die Toiletten sauber gemacht haben mit der Hand die Mitarbeiter dort waren sehr freundlich.
