McDonald's in Hagen

This McDonald's branch is located directly on a main street in Hagen. There is a large indoor area, somewhat simply furnished and too open, but very clean and new. There is additional seating and a children's playground outside. There is a McDrive and plenty of parking spaces in front of the house. Good cappuccino. Staff very friendly and attentive.

You always have to check whether everything that was ordered is in the bag.

A McDonalds like any other. The mcauto service could be better located since you have to leave the car half turned.

Got so bad. At Mc drive you have to wait forever. Staff unfriendly. Food poorly prepared. Had a fly in my food. I could puke. Doesn't deserve a star at all

Disaster! The store is no longer working at all. At McDrive it takes on average 25 to 30 minutes to get your food. Today it took 22 minutes to order. Then you come home frustrated and realize They gave us a completely wrong order. I hope those who received our order were smart enough to check the delivery on site. Then most of the things were still cold. It couldn't be worse. 6 put. Honestly, if you wait longer at fast food than at a restaurant, then those responsible should think about it. The service level continues to fall and now we have reached “underground”. We'd rather go to Ennepetal soon. They “only” take twenty minutes and at least you get the food you ordered.

The parking lot is far too small there. If you want to park, you first have to stand in line because most people want to use the McDrive. Unfortunately, the parking lot and McDrive share a driveway

My partner and I order from this McDonald's frequently (at least twice a month, often more often) since we moved to Hagen at the beginning of the year. The employees are all nice, but the incompetence that I have experienced over the last six months sometimes leaves me speechless. Several times we received chicken nuggets instead of plant nuggets (which of course only becomes apparent when we get home and is really, really modest) and something is always missing from the order or it is wrong (normal fries instead of mesh potatoes). We're never going back and so far we've complained directly to McDonald's, but they haven't heard back. An email that you want to train your employees better, nothing more. But ask for pictures of the order?! And has anything improved? Nope. My tip to everyone: check your order meticulously (yes, that means biting into the nuggets to see if they are really the right ones!!), otherwise you will be punished.

After a while I tried eating here again with two children, despite always having bad experiences. All I can say is that this is the last time I've been here. I let my burger go back because it was completely burnt, I suspect even warmed up. We seriously waited 45 minutes for the food (if you can even say that). The service is so incredibly bad, but not overworked but rather bored and unfriendly. It's incredibly dirty, tables are full of leftover food and I have no words for the toilet (simply indescribable). The order is once again incomplete. I really wonder how it is possible that no health department has discovered this place yet. I've never seen anything like this and I'm really shocked. Never again!!!!!!

Top staff, super child-friendly, everything went smoothly at breakfast without any mistakes. Thanks also to the nice shift manager for the milk foam drink for my daughter, she found it better than a babycino. And also kudos to the lady behind the cash register. Deliveries are stated with time. Confirmation comes and it's 40 minutes later. But then no one comes and it is only delivered 1.5 hours later. Then leave it alone and close the delivery shop.

There were three of us there and we ordered three menus at the counter. After about 10 to 15 minutes our order was called. While we were waiting, we were able to observe the working style of an employee with a longer beard. We noticed that no new fries were being prepared in the deep fryer. As feared, we then discovered that the fries were cold, not fresh and already soggy - just like they taste when left unused for a long time. When we spoke to the employee in question and asked for fresh fries, he reacted extremely unfriendly. He claimed the fries were fresh and had only been made five minutes ago, adding: "They don't get any fresher." When we explained again that the fries were definitely not fresh, he responded by saying, “That’s not my problem. Who should pay for that? Does not interest me." Shortly afterwards we called the branch and spoke to the shift manager. Unfortunately, this was also very unprofessional. His first question was: “Didn’t the employee make any new ones?” When we said no, he simply hung up without saying anything else. The conclusion of this experience is extremely disappointing. It's rude, unprofessional and sad to be treated this way in a McDonald's these days. Previously, other branches always offered a solution immediately when problems occurred, but this experience is an absolute disgrace!

Food is standard from McDonald’s. But in this McDonald's the conditions are very bad. I had previously entered into the app that they should bring the food to the table. McDonald's wasn't busy and she said she didn't have time to wait tables - just ridiculous. If you don't feel like working, you should stay home or be fired. You just have to remember that there are people who can't hear and just call through. How are these people supposed to hear??? First you should think and then act! Food would have been great if I had gotten everything I ordered!! At home I discovered that some burgers were missing, which has often happened!! When I drove back I was called a liar and a cheat by the shift manager!! Sad but true!!

Do the employees actually get a commission for forgetting to pack a few things? Ordered 3 menus today for just under €36. Quite a lot of money for that stuff. Pre-ordered via app and picked up at the counter. To be on the safe side, as word now gets around that something is always missing, I just looked in the large bag, which of course contained 2 smaller bags. At first glance, the sauces for the nugget things as well as mayo and ketchup were missing. I didn't notice anything else. Everything was stacked quite nicely. I told the employee, he apologized. When we got home we were disappointed. My favorite burger, the Big Tasty Bacon, was missing. My daughter was kind enough to give me her cheeseburger. But nothing more. The 3 large fries could have been made into 2. For my Tasty I chose shaker fries, I don't know what they are, I wanted to try them. An extra bag was included. Why should I shake something there and especially with what? Maybe something is missing? I don't go to Mecces often, but when I do, something always goes wrong in this branch. And what's really funny is that a man in a gray polo packed everything. He gave the impression that he had something to promise. I will avoid this branch in the future!

Only if there is no other way. Unfortunately, this MCDONALD'S is the only one in the area, which is why we have to go there. Other branches are significantly better. The drive-in food was ice cold three times, and the last time we waited almost 6 minutes for someone to answer the order box. As I said, very reluctantly.

Typical McDonald's with the well-known dishes. We occasionally pick up takeaway food here, which works well with ordering in the app. I would only eat there in an emergency, the shop is usually full and the background noise is accordingly.

Naja, Mc Donald eben. Ich bin nicht oft dort, das Ambiente hat sich verändert, alles offenener und geräumiger...mir persönlich gefällt es nicht. Auch wie die Bestellung jetzt bearbeitet wird.....erst wählt man aus und bezahlt, bekommt eine Nummer und wartet am anderen Schalter bis das Gericht fertig gestellt wurde. Für mich unpersönlich, mir fehlt einfach der Service. Na und das die Preise angehoben wurden und das nicht zu knapp, war ja auch klar. Für mich als ältere Generation (69) ist der Charme von früher verloren gegangen....

Leider ist das Essen nicht immer richtig warm wenn mann es bekommt ansonsten ist es ok.

Habe gestern vor Ort per App mit Lieferung an den Tisch bestellt. Es war recht leer und es waren mindestens drei Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke. Irgendwann bölkte einer der Mitarbeiter eine Nummer laut durch den Laden. Das hat er kurz drauf nochmal wiederholt. Dann hat er laut zu mir rüber gerufen ob ich die 28 bin, statt mal hinter seiner Theke hervorzukommen. Das Essen musste ich dann tatsächlich selber holen gehen. Das Essen war klasse aber der Service hat nichts getaugt. Schade. ☹️

Das Essen war gut und schnell zubereitet. Leider war, trotz dass wenig los war, das Restaurant und besonders der Toilettenbereich ziemlich schmutzig. Da müsste auf jeden Fall öfters gereinigt werden.

Mc Donalds halt. Da gibt es nicht viel Unterschied zu anderen Filialen.

Modernisierter McDonald's. Hell mit der Atmosphäre einer Bahnhofshalle. Freundlichkeit und Tempo immer abhängig von der Schicht. Essen meistens OK, manchmal sehr trocken wenn wenig los ist. Update August 2023: Manches Personal ist sehr behäbig, wenn es leer ist dauert die Zubereitung entweder recht lange ( mehr als 8 Minuten) oder es gibt "abgelegte" Ware , von der man nicht weiß, wie lange sie schon liegt. In Stoßzeiten geht es oft viel zügiger, wobei man für eine Bestellung am Counter Zeit mitbringen muss und oft erstmal nicht beachtet wird. Daher Hab ich meine Bewertung herabgestuft . Update Oktober 2023: Der Service hat sich verbessert und die Waren sind, zumindestens in Leerlaufzeiten, frischer.

Leider sehr langsames und unfreundliches Personal! Burger kalt Pommes kein Salz! Kann ich wirklich nicht empfehlen!

Das Essen ist wirklich gut, aber die Sauberkeit ist schrecklich. Der Außenbereich ist voller Abfall, es tropfte auch Wasser von der Decke. Ich denke, sie benötigen einen Mitarbeiter für den Service im Esssaal.

Preise zu hoch, ansonsten lecker. Schade dass es kein Mc Flurry Bounty mehr gibt.

Die DriveInn Spur ist die Gleiche vom Parkplatz. Es hat ewig gedauert zu den Parkplätzen zu gelangen. Das war nervig. Die App funktionierte im Laden kaum, mehrere Gäste sind vor die Tür um sie nutzen zu können. Das Team war gut, aber nicht das Schnellste. Essen wie überall lecker und ungesund.

For my Kids. I think it's Fun to have a meal with a toy but for my and my husband .literally it's not real Food ...doesn't taste like food 🤣

Auf Bestellung am Drive Inn 15 Min. gewartet. Dann: Burger und Pommes lauwarm. Pommes reklamiert, Ersatz bekommen, der kaum wärmer war. Servicepersonal unfreundlich!
