Da McDonald's ein Standard haben sollte welcher bei Ambiente und Essen da ist, jedoch beim Service nicht. Muss ich sagen der Service hier ist überdurchschnittlich gut 👍

Essen war super gerade für Kleinkinder ist die rutsche perfekt und sicher allerdings lange warte Zeit was das essen angeht ansonsten hier mit 5 Sterne da man Kinder dabei hat ist die warte Zeit okay da die dafür spielen können

Zuerst einmal finde ich die Bestellung selbst schon unpassend, alles nur noch über einen Beatellautomaten. Jetzt zum eigentlichen, die Burger waren schon fast kalt und sagen schon nicht sehr apetitlich aus, einfach irgendwie zusammen geklatscht. Das Fleisch war wie schon erwähnt fast kalt, als ich den 2 Essen wollte war dieser dann richtig kalt. Den Service kann man nicht Service nennen, die Mitarbeiter stehen gelangweilt rum oder reden miteinander und hören auch nicht auf wenn ein Kunde eine Frage hat als ich mich über den Bürger beschweren wollte guckten sie kurz auf, ein Schulterzucken und weiter quatschen. Der sogenannte Restaurantleiter oder wie er sich auch nennen mag, vollkommen überfordert rennt von vorne nach hinten und qeiß wohl nicht was er tuen soll. Also für mich allerletzte Erfahrung NIE WIEDER.

20 Minuten Wartezeit bei Fast Food. Na gut. Aber den teuersten Burger vergessen einzupacken. Leider erst zuhause aufgefallen.

Leider wurde die Fanta meiner Tochter vergessen und ich habe es nicht gemerkt da ich beim Kontrollieren der Bestellung von einer bettelden Dame vor dem Eingang nach Geld gefragt. Leider haben wir das Fehlen des Getränks meiner Tochter erst auf der Autobahn bemerkt.

Ganz ehrlich: Mit Fast Food hat das hier absolut nichts mehr zu tun. Seit der Umstellung auf das neue Service-System ist der Laden eine totale Katastrophe. Egal ob man im Drive-In steht oder drinnen bestellt – selbst auf zwei einfache Burger wartet man eine Ewigkeit. Dazu kommt, dass man die Bestellung jedes Mal fünfmal kontrollieren muss, weil ständig etwas vergessen wird oder man direkt etwas völlig Falsches bekommt. Die Wartezeiten sind für ein Schnellrestaurant schlichtweg unverschämt. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Haben jetzt über 7€ verschlissen da es ein falscher Burger und ein fehlender in unsere Bestellung gab. Also trotz hoher Anzahl an Personal die da war wurde nicht wirklich überprüft was da gegeben wird.

Das Essen ist absolut kalt und dröge. Fleisch kalt, Käse zerläuft nicht. Und das obwohl es voll war und sie eigentlich frisch zubereitet müssten. Vielleicht sollte man hier die Frischepolitik dringend anpassen. Immerhin wird alles nicht günstiger und möchte dann zuhause wenigstens halbwegs warmes essen haben.... Traurig für McDonalds

İch verstehe nicht wie dieser Mcdonalds solch einen niedrigen Punktedurchschnitt hat. Es ist überall stets sehr sauber. Die Speisen sind immer warm und vollständig. Total cozy Atmosphere. Jedes Mal eine Freude.

Die Eismaschiene scheint mal wieder kaputt zu sein. Im Happy Meal hat etwas gefehlt und das falsche Spielzeug war mit drin. Sehr ärgerlich. Natürlich erst zuhause beim öffnen gesehen. Kann doch nicht sein, dass man kontrollieren muss ob alles da ist.

Es dauert ewig obwohl man zum Tisch bestellt hat und der Laden leer ist. Ständig kommt jemand und will einen etwas bringen das man nicht bestellt hat.

Wollte nur schnell noch was zu essen holen & habe 20 Plant Nuggets bestellt, bekommen habe ich nach einer Wartezeit von fast 20 Minuten eine Chickenbox. Also hab ich 14€ für ein Paar kalte Curlyfries und eine Cola bezahlt. Definitiv der letzte Besuch bei McDonald’s.

Und schon wieder fehlten Positionen bei der Bestellung. Es wundert mich nur, dass dies immer wieder in dieser Filiale so regelmäßig passiert, weder in Vorhalle noch in anderen Filialen habe ich das so erlebt. Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Wenn man sich telefonisch beschwert bekommt man auf die Frage nach dem Namen des Gesprächspartners nur die Aussage, dass sie ihren Namen nicht sagen dürfen. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das wirklich das System von McDonald's ist. Leider ist es in der Vergangenheit sehr regelmäßig vorgekommen, dass bei größeren Bestellungen Positionen fehlten, was man natürlich als Abholer dann erst zuhause feststellt. Der Schichtleiter hat zwar mit Gutscheinen zumindest den finanziellen Verlust durch nochmalige Anfahrt ausgeglichen, aber die Freizeit, die dabei drauf geht, ersetzt einem keiner. Unmöglich fand ich, dass die Verursacherin, die zudem vorher noch gebeten wurde alles zu kontrollieren, eine gemurmelte Entschuldigung erst nach Aufforderung hin bekam. Da ist Potential nach oben.

Everything is great, usually it starts to get brutal from 7 pm to 10 pm, but otherwise, McDonald's is perfect, I've been going there for 4 years now and everything is fine.

Alles ist super, normalerweise wird es zwischen 19 und 22 Uhr etwas ungemütlich, aber ansonsten ist McDonald's perfekt. Ich gehe jetzt schon seit 4 Jahren dorthin und alles ist in Ordnung.

After my daughter's concert, we had an hour's break and wanted to grab a quick bite at the nearby McDonald's. Unfortunately, they didn't have a single vegetarian burger. The only things we could order were fries and some nugget snacks. We practically went hungry. The staff suggested we buy a burger with meat and simply remove the meat—which, of course, isn't a solution. Is it really so difficult to offer at least a burger with cheese or a basic vegetarian option?

The service is really good and the staff are very helpful. However, if an item is no longer available, this should be clearly indicated at the kiosk. We specifically ordered extra so we could get all four cups, but they didn't have any in stock. That's obviously disappointing. It's a real shame to only find out after paying. We were then told we could pick them up in the city center four days later. That was very kind, but still a bit annoying.

Cold burgers that sat around for far too long. Spent over €30 for two people. The order was ready far too quickly, which was surprising. All three burgers were cold, the cheese was gone, and it felt like it had just come out of the fridge. Nothing was melted; there was just a thick, cold slice of cheese. The other burger was completely squashed, as if an employee had sat on it right after it was cooked. I don't expect high standards from McDonald's, but this was disgusting.

I don't know what people are talking about. Actually, this McDonald's is better than the one in the city center. Yes, the one in the city center looks better, but otherwise, it's great! And during the glass promotion in May this year, I got two glasses even though I should have only gotten one 😛

I ordered through Liferando. I received an order confirmation but no updates. After an hour, I called the branch. I asked what was happening with the order. At first, I was told they didn't know what was going on; they didn't have the order in their system. I should contact Liferando. I referred them to the order number. The lady on the phone then told me she was going to hang up because she had to keep working. But I paid €30 plus a €6 delivery fee, but I'm not supposed to get a delivery? It's been almost 120 minutes, and I don't know anything. This is my personal experience with McDonald's in Haspe.

I ordered two Chicken Big Macs from the menu, but they were both regular Big Macs with beef. One of the fries was also missing from the menu. You have to check everything, because otherwise nothing's right.

Sorry, but even at lunchtime, taking a drive-thru order in 7 minutes per car is too long. There were 5 cars in line and nothing happened. Then you have to wait another 5 minutes in the car until the fries and cheeseburger are ready. Only to notice on the way that the fries aren't even cooked through, there's no chocolate milkshake, and the vanilla is practically completely runny and barely cold. Super annoying when you just want something quick to eat between two appointments and don't have time to complain. McD should take a closer look at this branch.

Ordered Big Tasty Bacon in the menu. Despite the wait, it was lukewarm and tasted like it had been reheated twice: a mixture of old fat and burnt food. Luckily I had a cola with me to wash the taste out of my mouth. The fries 🍟 were a little too salty, but that varies from person to person. But getting a yellow glass is great.

The last shop that actually deserves -points. You never feel like you get Mc Flurry or a milkshake, the unmotivated staff always say the same thing: "The machine is broken". The shop is dirty and dark, despite the many windows, the acoustics (especially when there are several children present) are simply deafening and even really painful.

Apparently the ice cream machine has been broken for over a month and you can't get any ice

So when it comes to cleanliness and the waiting time, you can't expect 100% if there are a lot of customers. Plus, the customers mess up so much so quickly that you can't always keep up. People are all very friendly, even if they don't always know German! They try their best.

Especially now in this McDonald's, they always forget something when ordering. MC Drive customers are always preferred because they are afraid that traffic will back up on the street. You can't drink the milkshake there because they always make it first, it comes with the food after 20 minutes and then it no longer tastes good.

I'm stunned that the drive in doesn't work at all, there are almost no German-speaking employees working on site, and the manager hardly understands any German himself. It's better to drive to Vorhalle, things are going better there

This McDonald's branch is located directly on a main street in Hagen. There is a large indoor area, somewhat simply furnished and too open, but very clean and new. There is additional seating and a children's playground outside. There is a McDrive and plenty of parking spaces in front of the house. Good cappuccino. Staff very friendly and attentive.

My partner and I order from this McDonald's frequently (at least twice a month, often more often) since we moved to Hagen at the beginning of the year. The employees are all nice, but the incompetence that I have experienced over the last six months sometimes leaves me speechless. Several times we received chicken nuggets instead of plant nuggets (which of course only becomes apparent when we get home and is really, really modest) and something is always missing from the order or it is wrong (normal fries instead of mesh potatoes). We're never going back and so far we've complained directly to McDonald's, but they haven't heard back. An email that you want to train your employees better, nothing more. But ask for pictures of the order?! And has anything improved? Nope. My tip to everyone: check your order meticulously (yes, that means biting into the nuggets to see if they are really the right ones!!), otherwise you will be punished.

After a while I tried eating here again with two children, despite always having bad experiences. All I can say is that this is the last time I've been here. I let my burger go back because it was completely burnt, I suspect even warmed up. We seriously waited 45 minutes for the food (if you can even say that). The service is so incredibly bad, but not overworked but rather bored and unfriendly. It's incredibly dirty, tables are full of leftover food and I have no words for the toilet (simply indescribable). The order is once again incomplete. I really wonder how it is possible that no health department has discovered this place yet. I've never seen anything like this and I'm really shocked. Never again!!!!!!

Deliveries are stated with time. Confirmation comes and it's 40 minutes later. But then no one comes and it is only delivered 1.5 hours later. Then leave it alone and close the delivery shop.

There were three of us there and we ordered three menus at the counter. After about 10 to 15 minutes our order was called. While we were waiting, we were able to observe the working style of an employee with a longer beard. We noticed that no new fries were being prepared in the deep fryer. As feared, we then discovered that the fries were cold, not fresh and already soggy - just like they taste when left unused for a long time. When we spoke to the employee in question and asked for fresh fries, he reacted extremely unfriendly. He claimed the fries were fresh and had only been made five minutes ago, adding: "They don't get any fresher." When we explained again that the fries were definitely not fresh, he responded by saying, “That’s not my problem. Who should pay for that? Does not interest me." Shortly afterwards we called the branch and spoke to the shift manager. Unfortunately, this was also very unprofessional. His first question was: “Didn’t the employee make any new ones?” When we said no, he simply hung up without saying anything else. The conclusion of this experience is extremely disappointing. It's rude, unprofessional and sad to be treated this way in a McDonald's these days. Previously, other branches always offered a solution immediately when problems occurred, but this experience is an absolute disgrace!

Food is standard from McDonald’s. But in this McDonald's the conditions are very bad. I had previously entered into the app that they should bring the food to the table. McDonald's wasn't busy and she said she didn't have time to wait tables - just ridiculous. If you don't feel like working, you should stay home or be fired.
