McDonald's in Hagen

Speechless. What a waste of money. It can't be that you have to check every single time you receive the bag. They can't even manage to pack three things: fries, nuggets, and a burger. How can it be that the fries are missing? As a tradesman, I only noticed this while driving, and half my lunch break wasted because they were completely incompetent.

Friendly and attentive staff, delicious and hot food. We enjoy coming here.

What should you write simply good for in between

Terrible service. Too stupid to take orders. Long wait times and very conceited staff. Repeatedly brought the wrong food.

The staff was very friendly. They gave me a complimentary fry and a drink for the long wait. It's so nice to see the staff so attentive to their customers ❤️

I ordered 9 nuggets and only got 7 nuggets. The coke was half full and the fries were almost empty. They didn't put any sauce in it either.

Everything is modern, and the service is very good and fast. I like eating at McDonald's because the quality is always consistent. The restrooms are clean and wheelchair accessible.

Cold burgers that sat around for far too long. Spent over €30 for two people. The order was ready far too quickly, which was surprising. All three burgers were cold, the cheese was gone, and it felt like it had just come out of the fridge. Nothing was melted; there was just a thick, cold slice of cheese. The other burger was completely squashed, as if an employee had sat on it right after it was cooked. I don't expect high standards from McDonald's, but this was disgusting.

I don't know what people are talking about. Actually, this McDonald's is better than the one in the city center. Yes, the one in the city center looks better, but otherwise, it's great! And during the glass promotion in May this year, I got two glasses even though I should have only gotten one 😛

I ordered through Liferando. I received an order confirmation but no updates. After an hour, I called the branch. I asked what was happening with the order. At first, I was told they didn't know what was going on; they didn't have the order in their system. I should contact Liferando. I referred them to the order number. The lady on the phone then told me she was going to hang up because she had to keep working. But I paid €30 plus a €6 delivery fee, but I'm not supposed to get a delivery? It's been almost 120 minutes, and I don't know anything. This is my personal experience with McDonald's in Haspe.

Waited far too long for orders. No ice left, only reusable cups. Dish cart completely overflowing. Staff just stood around chatting. Very dirty tables.

I ordered two Chicken Big Macs from the menu, but they were both regular Big Macs with beef. One of the fries was also missing from the menu. You have to check everything, because otherwise nothing's right.

We ordered a meal and individual burgers. The drink was forgotten with the meal, and one of the burgers (chicken burgers) only had the patty and nothing else on it. 🤣 I had the impression that the staff was overwhelmed.

Extremely slow staff. Some products weren't stocked or delivered properly, as is standard practice and usual at other good McDonald's branches.

Sorry, but even at lunchtime, taking a drive-thru order in 7 minutes per car is too long. There were 5 cars in line and nothing happened. Then you have to wait another 5 minutes in the car until the fries and cheeseburger are ready. Only to notice on the way that the fries aren't even cooked through, there's no chocolate milkshake, and the vanilla is practically completely runny and barely cold. Super annoying when you just want something quick to eat between two appointments and don't have time to complain. McD should take a closer look at this branch.

Ordered Big Tasty Bacon in the menu. Despite the wait, it was lukewarm and tasted like it had been reheated twice: a mixture of old fat and burnt food. Luckily I had a cola with me to wash the taste out of my mouth. The fries 🍟 were a little too salty, but that varies from person to person. But getting a yellow glass is great.

The last shop that actually deserves -points. You never feel like you get Mc Flurry or a milkshake, the unmotivated staff always say the same thing: "The machine is broken". The shop is dirty and dark, despite the many windows, the acoustics (especially when there are several children present) are simply deafening and even really painful.

Apparently the ice cream machine has been broken for over a month and you can't get any ice

So if you like to be ignored and no one looks at you even though you are looking at them, you've come to the right place

So when it comes to cleanliness and the waiting time, you can't expect 100% if there are a lot of customers. Plus, the customers mess up so much so quickly that you can't always keep up. People are all very friendly, even if they don't always know German! They try their best.

Especially now in this McDonald's, they always forget something when ordering. MC Drive customers are always preferred because they are afraid that traffic will back up on the street. You can't drink the milkshake there because they always make it first, it comes with the food after 20 minutes and then it no longer tastes good.

I'm stunned that the drive in doesn't work at all, there are almost no German-speaking employees working on site, and the manager hardly understands any German himself. It's better to drive to Vorhalle, things are going better there

This McDonald's branch is located directly on a main street in Hagen. There is a large indoor area, somewhat simply furnished and too open, but very clean and new. There is additional seating and a children's playground outside. There is a McDrive and plenty of parking spaces in front of the house. Good cappuccino. Staff very friendly and attentive.

A McDonalds like any other. The mcauto service could be better located since you have to leave the car half turned.

Disaster! The store is no longer working at all. At McDrive it takes on average 25 to 30 minutes to get your food. Today it took 22 minutes to order. Then you come home frustrated and realize They gave us a completely wrong order. I hope those who received our order were smart enough to check the delivery on site. Then most of the things were still cold. It couldn't be worse. 6 put. Honestly, if you wait longer at fast food than at a restaurant, then those responsible should think about it. The service level continues to fall and now we have reached “underground”. We'd rather go to Ennepetal soon. They “only” take twenty minutes and at least you get the food you ordered.

My partner and I order from this McDonald's frequently (at least twice a month, often more often) since we moved to Hagen at the beginning of the year. The employees are all nice, but the incompetence that I have experienced over the last six months sometimes leaves me speechless. Several times we received chicken nuggets instead of plant nuggets (which of course only becomes apparent when we get home and is really, really modest) and something is always missing from the order or it is wrong (normal fries instead of mesh potatoes). We're never going back and so far we've complained directly to McDonald's, but they haven't heard back. An email that you want to train your employees better, nothing more. But ask for pictures of the order?! And has anything improved? Nope. My tip to everyone: check your order meticulously (yes, that means biting into the nuggets to see if they are really the right ones!!), otherwise you will be punished.

After a while I tried eating here again with two children, despite always having bad experiences. All I can say is that this is the last time I've been here. I let my burger go back because it was completely burnt, I suspect even warmed up. We seriously waited 45 minutes for the food (if you can even say that). The service is so incredibly bad, but not overworked but rather bored and unfriendly. It's incredibly dirty, tables are full of leftover food and I have no words for the toilet (simply indescribable). The order is once again incomplete. I really wonder how it is possible that no health department has discovered this place yet. I've never seen anything like this and I'm really shocked. Never again!!!!!!

Top staff, super child-friendly, everything went smoothly at breakfast without any mistakes. Thanks also to the nice shift manager for the milk foam drink for my daughter, she found it better than a babycino. And also kudos to the lady behind the cash register. Deliveries are stated with time. Confirmation comes and it's 40 minutes later. But then no one comes and it is only delivered 1.5 hours later. Then leave it alone and close the delivery shop.

Food is standard from McDonald’s. But in this McDonald's the conditions are very bad. I had previously entered into the app that they should bring the food to the table. McDonald's wasn't busy and she said she didn't have time to wait tables - just ridiculous. If you don't feel like working, you should stay home or be fired. While we were waiting, we were able to observe the working style of an employee with a longer beard. We noticed that no new fries were being prepared in the deep fryer. As feared, we then discovered that the fries were cold, not fresh and already soggy - just like they taste when left unused for a long time. When we spoke to the employee in question and asked for fresh fries, he reacted extremely unfriendly. He claimed the fries were fresh and had only been made five minutes ago, adding: "They don't get any fresher." When we explained again that the fries were definitely not fresh, he responded by saying, “That’s not my problem. Who should pay for that? Does not interest me." Shortly afterwards we called the branch and spoke to the shift manager. Unfortunately, this was also very unprofessional. His first question was: “Didn’t the employee make any new ones?” When we said no, he simply hung up without saying anything else. The conclusion of this experience is extremely disappointing. It's rude, unprofessional and sad to be treated this way in a McDonald's these days. Previously, other branches always offered a solution immediately when problems occurred, but this experience is an absolute disgrace!

Pre-ordered via app and picked up at the counter. To be on the safe side, as word now gets around that something is always missing, I just looked in the large bag, which of course contained 2 smaller bags. At first glance, the sauces for the nugget things as well as mayo and ketchup were missing. I didn't notice anything else. Everything was stacked quite nicely. I told the employee, he apologized. When we got home we were disappointed. My favorite burger, the Big Tasty Bacon, was missing. My daughter was kind enough to give me her cheeseburger. But nothing more. The 3 large fries could have been made into 2. For my Tasty I chose shaker fries, I don't know what they are, I wanted to try them. An extra bag was included. Why should I shake something there and especially with what? Maybe something is missing? I don't go to Mecces often, but when I do, something always goes wrong in this branch. And what's really funny is that a man in a gray polo packed everything. He gave the impression that he had something to promise. I will avoid this branch in the future!
