Kentucky Fried Chicken in Hagen

I'm not going back there. For the second time, only part of the food was in the cardboard box (which used to be the bucket). The box looked full, but only visually. Of the nine hot wings, there were only six; of the six crispies, only five; of the six bites, only five; and of the three dips, only two. And the fries were so old and soggy, they must have been sitting in the warmer for hours. And the best part: this wasn't the first time. The first time, it felt like half the food was missing, but at least I got a free meal as compensation. The second time, only a little was missing, but something was missing again. This time, the only options were to speak to an employee and receive three hot wings as a thank you for the review. No thanks, I'm not going back there. I'm starting to think there's a method to the madness. The few who actually count their food, compared to those who just eat everything, save a few items each time. Over the course of a year, that really adds up. Looking at the other reviews... Too bad.

Takeaway food. The terminal kept freezing; when I got home I discovered that a lot was missing, and that there was an item that hadn't been ordered and that no one wanted. 👎

Hygiene is a very low priority here. If the kitchen is even half as dirty as the toilet, then you shouldn't eat here.

The food is quite good, but unfortunately, small items are sometimes forgotten during pickups. However, they handle this very politely when you call.

The food is good. The cleanliness is abysmal. It's been open for about 90 minutes and the toilets definitely haven't been cleaned. There are urine splashes and other things everywhere, paper on the floor, and the toilets are broken.

I find the food delicious and fairly priced. The restrooms are very clean and the buckets are incredibly tasty; you can always eat here when you're hungry.

Hot wings are often not hot anymore... 18 hot wings for €14.99 = that's steep - but they are tasty! For that price, you should be able to expect the wings to be piping hot inside and out - right at the counter! Also, they used to give you one or two individually wrapped moist wipes with the napkins to clean your greasy fingers. When you ask about these wipes, the staff often say "yes, okay!" but they're usually not in the bag. They used to come in a cardboard bucket for orders above a certain quantity; now they come in a flimsy, thin paper box, which isn't exactly ideal. Anyway, I'll still order the wings again and again! These 18 "hot wings" were unfortunately just a bunch of squishy, ​​wobbly bits that tasted only of salt and pepper!! That's completely out of character! The supposedly delicious, spicy hot wings were oversalted? Over-peppered? Since when is that the case??? I managed to choke down 3-4 because I was starving, but then I started feeling weird... Is there another KFC near Wattenscheid? It's over! * : ... Oh, and there was no receipt included – so I wouldn't have had any proof later... And napkins were only provided after I specifically asked for them. Not great!

I waited a total of 27 minutes for my order. After 21 minutes, when I asked when my order would be ready, they didn't know what was going on. That was definitely my last visit.

Our visit to KFC was unfortunately disappointing! Reason: We didn't like the food at all. The fries were cold, the burger was very bland and dry, as was the chicken. Toilet dirty, staff friendly, food had been in the fryer for a long time.

By far the most disgusting KFC I've ever eaten at. All the tables were filthy, and what went on in the toilets was something I've never seen before—absolutely revolting. It might be because only young people of southern European descent work there, but I can't say for sure. Something urgently needs to be done about this. It's disgusting and a disgrace to KFC.

Half the chicken tasted like chlorine and the other half like old frying oil. The cheese sauce menu apparently didn't include any cheese sauce! Our milkshakes were unmixed; suddenly, we had a syrupy mess in our mouths. And the burgers didn't taste like they used to either. That was our last visit here!

Order: 1x Original Colonel, 1x Zinger Burger, 1x Veggie Colonel, 1x Crispy Burger Received: 3x Original Burgers, 1x Crispy Cheese Extremely long wait and then the wrong order was placed, and one person couldn't eat anything because they had ordered a veggie burger. Unfortunately, we only realized this in the car, when we were already on our way.

We were in Hagen. I've never seen such a dirty branch. There was spilled cola on a chair, the floor was sticky. The tables were dirty and the trash cans were full. Very bad impression...

We were here today and were looking forward to visiting a KFC. When we entered the place, it was immediately clear that cleanliness is definitely not a priority here. When we then went to the restrooms before ordering, we could have practically thrown up. The restrooms were completely filthy, smelled strongly of urine, and all the urinals were broken. There was also no soap. When we placed our order at one of the towers, we had to wait about 23 minutes for our order. During this time, other customers also came into the KFC and first unpacked disinfectant wipes and wiped down the table they were about to sit at, as it was also very dirty. Unfortunately, the food wasn't really hot either, and you should pay more attention to the temperature here, since it's poultry after all. We were definitely very disappointed with our visit and will not be returning here in the future.
