As always, delicious warm sauce, so tasty!

It used to be better, but unfortunately the food doesn't taste fresh anymore and just like breading. You only get a small piece of chicken in the burger, especially considering it costs €2.99…

Tastes very good, I would recommend it again and again.

Half the chicken tasted like chlorine and the other half like old frying oil. The cheese sauce menu apparently didn't include any cheese sauce! Our milkshakes were unmixed; suddenly, we had a syrupy mess in our mouths. And the burgers didn't taste like they used to either. That was our last visit here!

Order: 1x Original Colonel, 1x Zinger Burger, 1x Veggie Colonel, 1x Crispy Burger Received: 3x Original Burgers, 1x Crispy Cheese Extremely long wait and then the wrong order was placed, and one person couldn't eat anything because they had ordered a veggie burger. Unfortunately, we only realized this in the car, when we were already on our way.

We were in Hagen. I've never seen such a dirty branch. There was spilled cola on a chair, the floor was sticky. The tables were dirty and the trash cans were full. Very bad impression...

Dishes are usually no longer warm and long waiting times are not uncommon.

The food here is always fresh and delicious, and the place is also always relatively clean.

I went there again today and ordered 11 chicken wings. There were 2 large ones (one bone) and 9 small ones (two bones) in the package. I would never go there again. The staff can't even count. I'd rather go to the one on the B1 in Dortmund. At least they don't rip you off there.

Very bad products; the burgers have definitely been sitting around for several days. You also get a stomachache after eating them. The cheese is disgusting. Best to give it 0 stars.

What a mess! The fries were cold and soggy, the food was forgotten, and when you call, no one answers. The chicken patties on the burgers are so small that they're way too expensive for the price! Avoid this place!

We were here today and were looking forward to visiting a KFC. When we entered the place, it was immediately clear that cleanliness is definitely not a priority here. When we then went to the restrooms before ordering, we could have practically thrown up. The restrooms were completely filthy, smelled strongly of urine, and all the urinals were broken. There was also no soap. When we placed our order at one of the towers, we had to wait about 23 minutes for our order. During this time, other customers also came into the KFC and first unpacked disinfectant wipes and wiped down the table they were about to sit at, as it was also very dirty. Unfortunately, the food wasn't really hot either, and you should pay more attention to the temperature here, since it's poultry after all. We were definitely very disappointed with our visit and will not be returning here in the future.

Unfortunately, the visit to KFC was disappointing. Service took forever, even though it wasn't busy. Furthermore, the restaurant was very dirty – the tables, floor, and even the restrooms looked unkempt. While the food was okay, the long wait and the lack of cleanliness made it a less than pleasant experience overall.

Right in front of the restaurant hangs a huge sign advertising 5 for €5. That's what I ordered. I got a burger, small fries, and a small drink. I'll probably go somewhere else next time.

The bucket tasted good and the price was fair. But the place is poorly maintained. Overall, the atmosphere was unpleasant. Trays left behind weren't cleared away (which is, of course, impossible for the guests, but where the staff should take action). The floor, tables, and seating were dirty. A shame!

This place always does something wrong when I order food for home delivery. Once, I had to pay again for a Pepsi, even though I had already ordered it. The second time, I ordered seven burgers for the family, and only five burgers arrived. Unbelievable! Unprofessional! And they don't respond!

It wasn't crowded, but unfortunately, some things weren't clean. The tables weren't clean, the men's restroom lacked soap, and the fries weren't fresh...

You arrive after work and place an order for four simple burgers. Order time: 9:54 PM, including payment. We got the burgers at 10:10 PM. Because the ladies are more interested in chatting than in doing their work.

I waited over 25 minutes for my food because the employee was busy with a personal conversation. As a manager, I would be very thoughtful about who I hired.

Where do you even begin? Dirty toilets, sticky floors, and everything around the sink is usually wet. It's sometimes noisy in the guest area, and the floor is sticky there too. The terminals often don't respond or the receipt is empty. Overfilled return carts, beverage dispensers—everything is sticky here, too. Tables aren't wiped down, everything is greasy or covered in crumbs. Doors are broken, and so on. Conclusion: everything is sticky, and not just today.

Super delicious food & friendly service! I went to KFC today and was really satisfied again! The chicken was crispy, juicy, and freshly prepared – exactly as you would expect. I especially liked the Zinger Burger, which was spicy and perfectly seasoned. The fries were also hot and crispy.
