Kentucky Fried Chicken in Hagen

Unfortunately my experience at this branch was very disappointing. *Staff behavior was not at all professional and friendly even though I was there at a quiet time. * The food was served completely cold. *I don't think this quality and taste is really up to KFC's standard. If so, that would be very surprising — especially when the prices are so high. Especially when the prices are so expensive, you expect significantly better quality and better taste. * Even though I ordered through the order machine, some things were forgotten. I had to go to the counter twice and remind them. Only after some discussion did I get the missing items. Do you really have to keep remembering to get your complete order? * Who is actually responsible for cleaning the tables? The tables were dirty and full of leftover food. You didn't even know where to sit because everything was dirty. I don't think I'd want to eat here again.

The burgers are good, the place is clean. Unfortunately it's too cold in the shop, even with a sweater you'll freeze and the fries weren't tasty. Unfortunately, we've had really bad price performance over the years, but the branch can't do anything about it.

I recently visited Kentafy Hagen and had a wonderful experience. One of the friendly employees even gave me a Corly haircut, which was a nice surprise. It was ICE COLD in every sense of the word. ICE COLD. The air conditioning was cold and they tried to heat up the whole shop with two heaters. Sorry, didn't work. The food was also immediately cold. Only the cola got warm. We are usually always big fans of KFC but unfortunately not this time.

Unfortunately our visit to KFC was a huge disappointment. The food was neither fresh nor particularly warm, and the quality of the chicken left a lot to be desired - it was dry and had a strange aftertaste. In addition, the restaurant was not clean, the tables were sticky and the tray still had leftovers from the previous guest. The service was also disappointing. The staff seemed rude and stressed, and it took far too long for my order to be ready. What's more, my order wasn't complete, and when I pointed this out, I was just brushed off in annoyance. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. For the prices I would have expected significantly better quality and service. We definitely won't be coming back!

In general I was satisfied - no comparison to the chicken at MCS or BK - it's simply better processed but since I don't want to have the food in the car, I like to eat on site. Tables have to be cleaned a little more often, just like the floor, but what bothers me most is the cold in the shop, a heater is in the corner and the shop doesn't get any warmer

I only use the drive-thru because I want to avoid the smell of grease. My choice is rather decided because I appreciate the crispy breading of the fillet bites. Today I had to wait a long time, supposedly a new chef 🤔 🤷🏻‍♀️ Practically, these snack bars can be found in more and more ingress portals. This means that mealtimes can be used for other purposes 🫣

Food wasn't really hot, it was very cold in the restaurant because the heating had broken down and radiant heaters had been set up, which weren't nearly enough!

Absolutely dissatisfied. Get: 3 Pepsi, 3 fries, 3 whatever with bones and the claim "it's all in there" and that you have other customers to serve (drive). Ordered: 18 fillet bite bucket with 2 fries and 2 Pepsi, 2 burgers with 6 fillet bites and 2 Pepsi. Rarely have I been so dissatisfied.

Was there for the first time. Unfortunately, the rooms were neither comfortable nor clean. The waitress didn't speak and just gave me two empty cups. Couldn't pull the system with myself. More expensive than McDonald's or Burger King but really, really tasty. Only the fries could have been in there for two minutes longer.

Unfortunately there were more dishes on the bill than in the bag. If you order at the drive through, you should check everything at the counter. Too bad.

The branch is extremely cold, the order was badly messed up and it really didn't taste good. Zero was as ordered. Branch is dirty. No recommendation... it's a shame... it used to be good...

If the restaurant changes and other “stores” have a play area for kids, I will visit the restaurant, but not before! It's a shame, it's much nicer in my hometown “Velbert” and you don't forget to pack a few things.

It's colder in the booth than outside! The blower doesn't make it any better or nicer! If you survive what you catch in the toilet, you are immortal! If the floor doesn't stick, the tables are sticky and/or dirty. The employees apparently play 6 out of 49 when putting together the order, because the hit rate is similarly high💁🏻‍♀️ We might do something with patio heaters and a buffet soon💁🏻‍♀️

Not the first or second time that you order food to take away and when you're already gone you look in the bag, ALWAYS something is missing. Every time there are missing items that you paid for but didn't get.

Employees are not the friendliest, always dirty, extremely extremely slow and/or understaffed (of course they can't help it). The food is always okay, but not a model branch either

The best part of the order was the coleslaw. The burger, completely dry and just cold. The crispies were also only lukewarm and sometimes chewy. So KFC is becoming increasingly poor in terms of price/performance.

Unfortunately, this store is not particularly recommended. Apart from the fact that the heating didn't work and it was very cold in the restaurant, the food wasn't really warm either... even the fries that were brought later were already cold. Generally the food was not hot. Among other things, we also had the fillet burger. This only had a narrow strip of meat in the middle. There was only cheese left and right. And the pieces of meat consisted more of breading than meat. We also had the cheese thalers... there were only 3 of them in a large bowl the size of a poker chip. The price, however, was almost outrageous. It's a shame... I somehow remembered it differently. I would say it was the last time we ate at KFC. Sorry

Just bad!! Staff don't speak German, things are missing when ordering, the things that were ready were done wrong... Simply catastrophic.
