I recently visited Kentafy Hagen and had a wonderful experience. One of the friendly employees even gave me a Corly haircut, which was a nice surprise. The service was excellent, and I was impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I would definitely recommend Kentafy Hagen to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

Actually a nice shop, just as cold as hell and the wings weren't hot either, rather nice and warm. Somehow every KFC is running on the back burner, not just this one.

It was ICE COLD in every sense of the word. ICE COLD. The air conditioning was cold and they tried to heat up the whole shop with two heaters. Sorry, didn't work. The food was also immediately cold. Only the cola got warm. We are usually always big fans of KFC but unfortunately not this time.

Unfortunately our visit to KFC was a huge disappointment. The food was neither fresh nor particularly warm, and the quality of the chicken left a lot to be desired - it was dry and had a strange aftertaste. In addition, the restaurant was not clean, the tables were sticky and the tray still had leftovers from the previous guest. The service was also disappointing. The staff seemed rude and stressed, and it took far too long for my order to be ready. What's more, my order wasn't complete, and when I pointed this out, I was just brushed off in annoyance. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. For the prices I would have expected significantly better quality and service. We definitely won't be coming back!

In general I was satisfied - no comparison to the chicken at MCS or BK - it's simply better processed but since I don't want to have the food in the car, I like to eat on site. Tables have to be cleaned a little more often, just like the floor, but what bothers me most is the cold in the shop, a heater is in the corner and the shop doesn't get any warmer

I only use the drive-thru because I want to avoid the smell of grease. My choice is rather decided because I appreciate the crispy breading of the fillet bites. Today I had to wait a long time, supposedly a new chef 🤔 🤷🏻‍♀️ Practically, these snack bars can be found in more and more ingress portals. This means that mealtimes can be used for other purposes 🫣

Absolutely dissatisfied. Get: 3 Pepsi, 3 fries, 3 whatever with bones and the claim "it's all in there" and that you have other customers to serve (drive). Ordered: 18 fillet bite bucket with 2 fries and 2 Pepsi, 2 burgers with 6 fillet bites and 2 Pepsi. Rarely have I been so dissatisfied.

Unfortunately there were more dishes on the bill than in the bag. If you order at the drive through, you should check everything at the counter. Too bad.

Was there for the first time. Unfortunately, the rooms were neither comfortable nor clean. The waitress didn't speak and just gave me two empty cups. Couldn't pull the system with myself. If the restaurant changes and other “stores” have a play area for kids, I will visit the restaurant, but not before! It's a shame, it's much nicer in my hometown “Velbert” and you don't forget to pack a few things.

It's colder in the booth than outside! The blower doesn't make it any better or nicer! If you survive what you catch in the toilet, you are immortal! If the floor doesn't stick, the tables are sticky and/or dirty. The employees apparently play 6 out of 49 when putting together the order, because the hit rate is similarly high💁🏻‍♀️ We might do something with patio heaters and a buffet soon💁🏻‍♀️

Not the first or second time that you order food to take away and when you're already gone you look in the bag, ALWAYS something is missing. Every time there are missing items that you paid for but didn't get.

The best part of the order was the coleslaw. The burger, completely dry and just cold. The crispies were also only lukewarm and sometimes chewy. So KFC is becoming increasingly poor in terms of price/performance.

The food at KFC in Hagen was really freshly prepared and the waitress was very friendly - a big plus! Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the branch leaves a lot to be desired. There was no clean seating and there was leftover food everywhere. The tablet return point was also overcrowded, which reinforced the impression that hygiene was not the focus here. Even if not all guests fulfill their duties of consideration, the restaurant should ensure regular cleaning. Unfortunately, you lose your appetite in this atmosphere.

Even though I pre-ordered online and there was another customer with a large order in front of me, the employees apparently had no idea what I had ordered. I spent a good 40 minutes in the drive-thru!! When I got home, I realized that they had forgotten a burger and mixed one up.

Been to Kentucky many times. But I have never experienced such a poorly organized store. Staff friendly but overwhelmed. The floor was very dirty… there were chips and bone remains everywhere. Very unhygienic. I won't visit again.

Ordered online via Uber Eats. Only half was delivered. Called several times to no avail. KFC showed no interest in fixing the problem.

Overall good. What doesn't work at all is the soap in the dispensers in the toilets, 1. the soap smells like hell 2. does not foam. 3. I doubt that the soap has any effect at all! Please change the soap urgently.

Today I was at the KFC in Hagen and unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. I ordered food for two people for €32, but it was incomplete - and we weren't even full. I pointed out the missing chicken bits to the employee and he said he would bring them right away. I'm still waiting for it. I definitely expected more for the money, both in terms of food and service. The price-performance ratio is simply not right here. Very disappointing.

Actually zero stars, we have been to the Drive Inn 5 times and have ordered three to five products per order. the order wasn't even complete, Apparently the employees are unable to check the order and count to 5. I have never seen or heard anything like that anywhere in my life

So in the worst case scenario, this restaurant would be interesting for the health department because it really isn't recommended. We wanted to test the restaurant today and ordered for 60 euros. There was no one inside the shops. There wasn't even a hello there. That's really good form. Ordered food using the greasy ordering system, didn't get an order receipt. Then we unpacked our order at home, of course everything was microwaved, and we had to warm it up. Chicken ordered normally, it was as if Tabasco had been poured over it. Fries Chilli Chese 2* ordered was also delicious, but wasn't there. There should be 8 identical chicken parts, but you only get 1. Not good in taste. I only have two recommendations. The health department should go in there. Manager from McDonald's comes in and the thing works.

Food was average at best, burgers were ok, fries were lukewarm, chicken pieces for over 10 euros were a joke in terms of quantity, dry and therefore overpriced. The outside area (terrace) was completely littered and apparently no employee cared. I don't have to have it again.

It's better to avoid this place🤢 The food (in the afternoon) was a disaster, absolutely dead-fried, extremely dark, dry and cold. Looked totally unappetizing in the cardboard box. Not only were the fries cold, you had the feeling that you had gotten the last bit (smallest pieces) out of the drawer. Never again!!!! Not recommendable!!!!

There was no Capri Sun or a toy in the children's menu. If something e.g. If it is not currently available, this should be displayed at the order kiosk. I understand if a product runs out during the holiday season. But information in advance would have been nice.

We recently visited the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Hagen and unfortunately I have to say that my visit was extremely disappointing. Even though the store wasn't busy, all the tables and the floor were incredibly dirty. There was leftover food everywhere, which made for a really unappetizing picture. All the tablet trays were also extremely overcrowded. The staff was even worse. The team, consisting of three young people, smoked leaning against the kitchen door and paid absolutely no attention to the catastrophic conditions in the branch. It was obvious that cleanliness and customer service were not a priority here. Overall, my experience at KFC in Hagen was really disappointing and at a price that was in no way justified. I cannot recommend this branch under any circumstances.

Were here this evening with the entire family. An absolute experience both in terms of taste and service. Everything was super fresh and tasty, which is not usual for such restaurants. Everything is extremely clean and absolutely recommended. Don't let the bad reviews put you off, because we were more than satisfied. It's not surreptitious advertising but it's really great. We were especially overwhelmed by the extremely nice staff who made our order great! LG

Fries cold and gooey, iced tea very diluted, 1 mini chicken for 11 euros. A cheek. It's best to avoid the restaurant. I will definitely do it
