Kentucky Fried Chicken in Hagen

I'm mostly satisfied. But it's not always so clean there. You often look for a table that isn't dirty. Otherwise everything is actually fine👍🏼

Not the first or second time that you order food to take away and when you're already gone you look in the bag, ALWAYS something is missing. Every time there are missing items that you paid for but didn't get.

Employees are not the friendliest, always dirty, extremely extremely slow and/or understaffed (of course they can't help it). The food is always okay, but not a model branch either

The best part of the order was the coleslaw. The burger, completely dry and just cold. The crispies were also only lukewarm and sometimes chewy. So KFC is becoming increasingly poor in terms of price/performance.

Unfortunately, this store is not particularly recommended. Apart from the fact that the heating didn't work and it was very cold in the restaurant, the food wasn't really warm either... even the fries that were brought later were already cold. Generally the food was not hot. Among other things, we also had the fillet burger. This only had a narrow strip of meat in the middle. There was only cheese left and right. And the pieces of meat consisted more of breading than meat. We also had the cheese thalers... there were only 3 of them in a large bowl the size of a poker chip. The price, however, was almost outrageous. It's a shame... I somehow remembered it differently. I would say it was the last time we ate at KFC. Sorry

Save wherever you can!! No service No table cleaning No heating running (it is very cold there) Prices have gone through the roof!! Was there last time!!

Just bad!! Staff don't speak German, things are missing when ordering, the things that were ready were done wrong... Simply catastrophic.

You wait 30 minutes for your food

The food at KFC in Hagen was really freshly prepared and the waitress was very friendly - a big plus! Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the branch leaves a lot to be desired. There was no clean seating and there was leftover food everywhere. The tablet return point was also overcrowded, which reinforced the impression that hygiene was not the focus here. Even if not all guests fulfill their duties of consideration, the restaurant should ensure regular cleaning. Unfortunately, you lose your appetite in this atmosphere.

Even though I pre-ordered online and there was another customer with a large order in front of me, the employees apparently had no idea what I had ordered. I spent a good 40 minutes in the drive-thru!! When I got home, I realized that they had forgotten a burger and mixed one up.

Been to Kentucky many times. But I have never experienced such a poorly organized store. Staff friendly but overwhelmed. The floor was very dirty… there were chips and bone remains everywhere. Very unhygienic. I won't visit again.

Overall good. What doesn't work at all is the soap in the dispensers in the toilets, 1. the soap smells like hell 2. does not foam. 3. I doubt that the soap has any effect at all! Please change the soap urgently.

Today I was at the KFC in Hagen and unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. I ordered food for two people for €32, but it was incomplete - and we weren't even full. I pointed out the missing chicken bits to the employee and he said he would bring them right away. I'm still waiting for it. I definitely expected more for the money, both in terms of food and service. The price-performance ratio is simply not right here. Very disappointing.

Actually zero stars, we have been to the Drive Inn 5 times and have ordered three to five products per order. the order wasn't even complete, Apparently the employees are unable to check the order and count to 5. I have never seen or heard anything like that anywhere in my life

So in the worst case scenario, this restaurant would be interesting for the health department because it really isn't recommended. We wanted to test the restaurant today and ordered for 60 euros. There was no one inside the shops. There wasn't even a hello there. That's really good form. Ordered food using the greasy ordering system, didn't get an order receipt. Then we unpacked our order at home, of course everything was microwaved, and we had to warm it up. Chicken ordered normally, it was as if Tabasco had been poured over it. Fries Chilli Chese 2* ordered was also delicious, but wasn't there. There should be 8 identical chicken parts, but you only get 1. Not good in taste. I only have two recommendations. The health department should go in there. Manager from McDonald's comes in and the thing works.

Food was good as you would expect from KFC. Service was friendly. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, which is normally 0 star, and the sanitary areas weren't nice either.

Unfortunately one of the less good experiences with the franchise. Poorly prepared, rather fragments and restaurant unkempt. It's a shame, things are better elsewhere.

The food was good and was delivered quickly. Big parking place. Nice overall.

Food was average at best, burgers were ok, fries were lukewarm, chicken pieces for over 10 euros were a joke in terms of quantity, dry and therefore overpriced. The outside area (terrace) was completely littered and apparently no employee cared. I don't have to have it again.

It's better to avoid this place🤢 The food (in the afternoon) was a disaster, absolutely dead-fried, extremely dark, dry and cold. Looked totally unappetizing in the cardboard box. Not only were the fries cold, you had the feeling that you had gotten the last bit (smallest pieces) out of the drawer. Never again!!!! Not recommendable!!!!

There was no Capri Sun or a toy in the children's menu. If something e.g. If it is not currently available, this should be displayed at the order kiosk. I understand if a product runs out during the holiday season. But information in advance would have been nice.

We recently visited the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Hagen and unfortunately I have to say that my visit was extremely disappointing. Even though the store wasn't busy, all the tables and the floor were incredibly dirty. There was leftover food everywhere, which made for a really unappetizing picture. All the tablet trays were also extremely overcrowded. The staff was even worse. The team, consisting of three young people, smoked leaning against the kitchen door and paid absolutely no attention to the catastrophic conditions in the branch. It was obvious that cleanliness and customer service were not a priority here. Overall, my experience at KFC in Hagen was really disappointing and at a price that was in no way justified. I cannot recommend this branch under any circumstances.

Were here this evening with the entire family. An absolute experience both in terms of taste and service. Everything was super fresh and tasty, which is not usual for such restaurants. Everything is extremely clean and absolutely recommended. Don't let the bad reviews put you off, because we were more than satisfied. It's not surreptitious advertising but it's really great. Fries cold and gooey, iced tea very diluted, 1 mini chicken for 11 euros. A cheek. It's best to avoid the restaurant. I will definitely do it

Please change your employees at the drive in counter... The waitress took the wrong order and bagged it. After I asked her about it, she said that I had ordered it and made me feel guilty if I didn't take this burger and they would have to throw it away. She gave me 4 packs of cold fries for it, didn't know who was supposed to eat them...

Despite the fact that the shop was empty, several tables were really dirty, there were only sugar-free drinks from dirty dispensers, cold food was complained about and replaced without any problems, but by a very unmotivated employee, burgers were served extremely sparingly, we don't have to have them again

Sitting at a dirty table, after repeated requests a service person came and cleaned the table more badly than well. Food was lukewarm, staff rather listless and more concerned with themselves and little with the customers.

Edit June 11, 2024 Unfortunately there is no decent Pepsi anymore, only zero stuff.

Hello everyone. Placed a takeaway order. I ordered for just under EUR 37. I was under time pressure and didn't check immediately. When I did, I almost fell out of the car. Almost half was missing and the food was lukewarm. I'm sorry, but something like that is not OK

We ate at KFC several times! Food was super tasty but everything was totally overpriced. Apart from the hygiene, a piece of chicken is stuck to the lamp and when we were there again a few weeks later, the leftover piece of chicken was still stuck! Hiring or training urgent hygiene staff doesn't work that way!

During the week everything works perfectly and to our complete satisfaction. A disaster on Sundays and public holidays, and again today. The employees are obviously overwhelmed after about 5 orders. The waiting time today (Whitsun) was 20 minutes and another 20 minutes for a burger that was ordered. When asked, we were assured that the burger would take time. When I asked again, the burger was actually handed to me. Then it was cold. The tables were wiped, but the chairs were standing wild. Garbage dumpsters were overflowing. Over half of the ordering terminals were out of order and the terminal touch screens were completely greasy. This also applied to the drink stations: the typing surfaces were greasy. The shelves of the drinks stations were under water, or cola or something similar. In general the staff seemed sleepy. It doesn't work that way. How about appropriate training for the MA?

Unfortunately, hot wings are often no longer hot... 18 hot wings for €14.99 = that's heavy - but delicious! For the money you can probably expect the wings to be hot inside and out = right at the point of delivery! In addition, you used to get 1-2 packaged wet cleaning wipes with the napkins to keep your fingers greasy. When you ask about these degreasers, the salespeople often say “yes, ok!” but these things are usually not in the bag. Wings used to be available for a certain amount in a cardboard bucket, but today they come in a flimsy, thin paper box, which somehow isn't exactly perfect. Well, I will still order the wings again and again!
