Ich vergebe nur zwei Sterne für die Atmosphäre, da die Musik sehr laut war und immer wieder dasselbe Lied gespielt wurde.

So ein versalzenes Hühnchen esse ich nie! Es sieht nicht so aus, als wäre es heute zubereitet worden – so trocken, salzig und dunkel ist es.

Im Restaurant ist die Musik immer so laut und häufig extrem kalt und wenn man zum mitnehmen bestellt wird immer etwas vergessen oder das falsche gegeben

06.07.26, ca. 15:30 Uhr Ich war leider sehr enttäuscht von dem Service, den ich dort erlebt habe. Meiner persönlichen Erfahrung und Wahrnehmung nach war der Umgang mit mir unhöflich. Besonders enttäuschend war eine Situation an der Kasse: Als ich nach einer bestimmten Sauce fragte, die leider nicht vorrätig war, fühlte ich mich ignoriert. Die Mitarbeiterin drehte sich um und ging einfach weg, ohne mir eine Alternative anzubieten oder zu fragen, ob ich noch etwas anderes bestellen möchte. Ich erwarte in einem Restaurant einen respektvollen Umgang mit den Kunden

Guter Laden und Essen schmeckt sehr gut

Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung und hat geschmeckt. Leider waren die Pommes bei meinem Besuch offenbar nicht mehr ganz frisch, was den Gesamteindruck etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Auch der Service hätte freundlicher sein können. Ein höflicherer und kundenorientierterer Umgang würde das Erlebnis deutlich verbessern. Insgesamt war der Besuch akzeptabel, allerdings gibt es bei Frische und Service noch Luft nach oben.

Hab schnell mein Essen bekommen und netter Service

Auf der Durchreise haben wir hier gegessen. Schon beim Reinkommen war es durch die Klimaanlage sehr laut und die Türen gingen wegen dem Druck kaum auf. Die Bestellung war schnell fertig. Wir bekamen Fritten, die noch nicht durch waren. Es folgte eine Reklamation und wir bekamen neue Fritten. Diese waren nun völlig überwürzt und ungenießbar. Zusätzlich hatten wir jeweils einen Burger. Nach ca. drei Stunden wurde mir schlecht und ich musste mich übergeben. Das kommt bei mir alle drei Jahre mal vor. Auch meinem Mann wurde schlecht. Wir führen dies auf das wirklich schlechte Essen zurück. Nie wieder so einen Schrott…

Für Kunden nicht besonders angenehm. Das Huhn hat nicht so geschnarcht, wie es sollte. Nein, ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Der KFC ist echt das letzte! Bestellterminails funktionieren nicht richtig, beim Veggi Burger werde ich gefragt ob ich Speck drauf haben möchte. Toiletten dreckig, überschwemmt, Spülung funktioniert nicht. Pommes total labberig, Röstzwiebeln drauf die man überhaupt nicht haben möchte. Tablettrückgaben, beide drin und draußen quirlen über das die Leute die Tabletts schon auf den Tischen stehen lassen müssen. Die beiden Lustlosen Luis hinter der Theke gucken dem ganzen Teiben nur lustig hinterher anstatt was zu machen. Und die Klientel die dort Essen geht, Großfamilien aller Herren Länder mit schreienden Kindern, da kann KFC nix zu, aber auch fürchterlich und ruhiges oder schönes Essen nicht dran zu denken.

Essen ist weniger geworden für einen nicht niedrigeren Preis . Servicepersonal ist nett , kann leider aber auch die nicht funktionierende Technik dauerhaft entschuldigen. Es ist an manchen Tagen schon sehr schmutzig.

Mittwochs fast alles ausverkauft immer um 22uhr essen hat auch nach gelasen kauft mann kartofel noch weniger geht's nicht??? Schon Traurig für kleinen Maiskolben 3.29€

Es ist stark von der Uhrzeit und dem Wochentag abhängig. Während es am Wochenende extrem voll ist und die Sauberkeit der Tische und des Bodens zu Wünschen übrige lässt, so ist es zum in der Woche sauber. Das Essen ist immer warm und es schmeckt. Das Personal war bis dato sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das fanden wir sehr gut. Übrigens möchte ich auch loben, dass es Kartoffelpüree gibt. Das feier ich!

Pommes kalt. Bei der Bestellung fehlte etwas und Tische nicht sauber. Komische nervige Geräusche aus dem Servicebereich.

I'm not going back there. For the second time, only part of the food was in the cardboard box (which used to be the bucket). The box looked full, but only visually. Of the nine hot wings, there were only six; of the six crispies, only five; of the six bites, only five; and of the three dips, only two. And the fries were so old and soggy, they must have been sitting in the warmer for hours. And the best part: this wasn't the first time. The first time, it felt like half the food was missing, but at least I got a free meal as compensation. The second time, only a little was missing, but something was missing again. This time, the only options were to speak to an employee and receive three hot wings as a thank you for the review. No thanks, I'm not going back there. I'm starting to think there's a method to the madness. The few who actually count their food, compared to those who just eat everything, save a few items each time. Over the course of a year, that really adds up. Looking at the other reviews... Too bad.

Hygiene is a very low priority here. If the kitchen is even half as dirty as the toilet, then you shouldn't eat here.

Hot wings are often not hot anymore... 18 hot wings for €14.99 = that's steep - but they are tasty! For that price, you should be able to expect the wings to be piping hot inside and out - right at the counter! Also, they used to give you one or two individually wrapped moist wipes with the napkins to clean your greasy fingers. When you ask about these wipes, the staff often say "yes, okay!" but they're usually not in the bag. They used to come in a cardboard bucket for orders above a certain quantity; now they come in a flimsy, thin paper box, which isn't exactly ideal. Anyway, I'll still order the wings again and again! Our visit to KFC was unfortunately disappointing! Reason: We didn't like the food at all. The fries were cold, the burger was very bland and dry, as was the chicken. Toilet dirty, staff friendly, food had been in the fryer for a long time.

By far the most disgusting KFC I've ever eaten at. All the tables were filthy, and what went on in the toilets was something I've never seen before—absolutely revolting. It might be because only young people of southern European descent work there, but I can't say for sure. Something urgently needs to be done about this. It's disgusting and a disgrace to KFC.

Half the chicken tasted like chlorine and the other half like old frying oil. The cheese sauce menu apparently didn't include any cheese sauce! Our milkshakes were unmixed; suddenly, we had a syrupy mess in our mouths. And the burgers didn't taste like they used to either. That was our last visit here!

Order: 1x Original Colonel, 1x Zinger Burger, 1x Veggie Colonel, 1x Crispy Burger Received: 3x Original Burgers, 1x Crispy Cheese Extremely long wait and then the wrong order was placed, and one person couldn't eat anything because they had ordered a veggie burger. Unfortunately, we only realized this in the car, when we were already on our way.

I went there again today and ordered 11 chicken wings. There were 2 large ones (one bone) and 9 small ones (two bones) in the package. I would never go there again. The staff can't even count. I'd rather go to the one on the B1 in Dortmund. At least they don't rip you off there.

We were here today and were looking forward to visiting a KFC. When we entered the place, it was immediately clear that cleanliness is definitely not a priority here. When we then went to the restrooms before ordering, we could have practically thrown up. The restrooms were completely filthy, smelled strongly of urine, and all the urinals were broken. There was also no soap. When we placed our order at one of the towers, we had to wait about 23 minutes for our order. During this time, other customers also came into the KFC and first unpacked disinfectant wipes and wiped down the table they were about to sit at, as it was also very dirty. Unfortunately, the food wasn't really hot either, and you should pay more attention to the temperature here, since it's poultry after all. We were definitely very disappointed with our visit and will not be returning here in the future.
