McDonald's in Hagen

Extrem unfreundliche Managerin, auf Nachfrage ignorant reagiert. Selten in meinem Leben eine derartige Inkompetenz erlebt. Es braucht wirklich viel um mich unzufrieden zu machen, doch sie hat es geschafft 👏🏽

Geht gar nicht! Ich stand an der Kasse. Die drei Mitarbeiter haben sich mehr miteinander beschäftigt, als mit mir als Kundin. Keine Ansprache, nichts. Bin dann nach ein paar Minuten wieder gegangen. Service sieht anders aus, aber das ist in der Niederlassung normal. Danke für nichts!

Ich gehe dort oft hin, um mir vor der Reise einen Snack zu kaufen. Im Großen und Ganzen ist alles in Ordnung. Allerdings bieten sie nicht die gesamte McDonald's-Speisekarte an. Man findet dort weder das Frühstücksmenü noch BigTasty oder die meisten saisonalen Gerichte.

Ist kein richtiger McDonald's verkaufen nur die Klassiker.

Ekelhaft, draußen alle Tische versifft

Ich wartete eine halbe Stunde, bis meine Bestellung aufgenommen wurde; fünf Leute standen in der Schlange. Die Kassiererin war unerfahren, der Manager wirkte entspannt und schien keinerlei Absicht zu haben, etwas gegen die Situation zu unternehmen. Niemand schien sich darum zu kümmern, was im Restaurant vor sich ging.

Geht garnicht Man bestellt und muss sich beeilen um den Bus zu bekommen Zuhause angekommen fehlen aufeinmal 2 mal Pommes und die Nuggets.....

Wir haben 4 Chickenburger bestellt und haben am Ende 4 chillicheeseburger bekommen, Das Fleich war viel zu durch, schon fast Trocken, Burger Brot war dahin geklatscht, Käse hing am Rande Alles im allem einfach nur Grausam. 2x haben wir Chickenburger gesagt.. Niewieder dahin die zocken einen richtig ab.

Total freundlich zuvorkommend und man bekommt das Spielzeug ihm happy meal was man haben möchte das ist total lieb endlich wo man frei wählen kann und nimmt sich Zeit das war total lieb von Mitarbeiter sehr gerne wieder

Ich habe meinen Zug verpasst, und zu allem Überfluss haben sie mich auch noch angeschrien und behauptet, das Sandwich sei nicht kalt gewesen – obwohl ich gesehen hatte, wie es eine halbe Stunde lang direkt vor mir lag ... Wenn ich in dieser Gegend wohnen würde, hätte das ernsthafte Konsequenzen.

Als ich nach Hause kam, kam eine Ratte aus der Küche. Bitte rufen Sie einen Sachverständigen... SCHLIESSEN SIE DIESEN MÜLL!

Dreckig pommes gehen gar nicht chesse burger so lala komplett runtergekommen würde ich nicht empfehelen.

Ein McDonald's ohne Terminals, wo man noch ganz traditionell bedient wird - und das sehr freundlich. Nette Mitarbeiterin, gute Trennung von Essensherstellung und Bezahlung, traditionelle Einrichtung mit den typischen Kunstlederbänken von früher. Das Essen geht schnell und ist superfrisch. Goldfrische Pommes, leckerer Burger, alles frisch zubereitet und schön warm. Bei meinem Besuch war das Lokal voll und alles sehr sauber. Empfehlenswert. Einfach nett hier.

Obwohl die Filiale klein ist, ist das Personal wunderbar und der Service hervorragend. Das Essen war trotz der begrenzten Auswahl großartig. Vielen Dank an das Küchenpersonal und die Kassierer.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich null Sterne vergeben. Statt eines Schokoladenmilchshakes bekam ich verwässerten Kakao. Eine Frechheit!

Was ist das bitte? Ich habe kurz gedacht, das wäre ein gefälschter, imitierter McDonald’s von Temu. Außer dem Namen hat diese Filiale nichts mit McDonald’s zu tun. Das Design ist völlig veraltet, als wäre man in den 80ern stehengeblieben. Es gibt keine Bestellterminals, und die Filiale taucht nicht einmal in der McDonald’s-App auf – dabei bestelle ich eigentlich immer über die App. Kein Frühstück, keine App-Coupons, kein Monopoly. Auf der Preistafel fehlten sogar Klassiker wie Cheeseburger oder Chickenburger, die es auf Nachfrage dann plötzlich doch gab – sehr merkwürdig. Zusätzlich gibt es keine Toilette und keine Steckdosen. Und als Krönung: keinen Big Rösti (mein Besuch war im Dezember). Insgesamt extrem enttäuschend. Das hat nichts mit dem McDonald’s-Standard zu tun, den man erwartet.

The worst McDonald's I've ever ordered food from! The bread was hard and the burger tasted like it was from yesterday and had been reheated! Absolutely unusable!

It's a real shame that there are no restrooms in the restaurant. McDonald's advertises with a big name, but they can't manage to provide the restrooms that should be standard in every restaurant. Truly regrettable.

Very good food and friendly staff

Until now, McDonald's has always been a "safe haven" for me. Instead of the usual kebabs, I thought I'd get food of at least the usual quality. Unfortunately, that's not the case here. Despite the fact that the employees apparently don't speak German, the food there is disastrous. The cheeseburger tasted like it had been forgotten behind a shelf for two weeks and then briefly reheated.

Very poor service, no hello, nothing from the employee. They just stood there and didn't say a word. There was trash everywhere. It's a shame I won't go there again.

My cheeseburger was perfectly normal, perfectly fine. The place, however, is small and quite old-school. There are no kiosks, no restrooms, and no power outlets. The outdoor seating is a nice touch. The lady at the cash register was very nice.

I have NEVER seen such incompetent, unfriendly, unwilling to work and slow staff as in this McDonald's branch in Hagen at the main train station! Everyone just runs around uncoordinated and tries to avoid work, every now and then an employee takes pity and serves a few customers, then he leaves again, after a while someone else comes and carries on...unbelievable!! I waited over 10 minutes for my order, which was only processed when I asked again!!

Today I ate here and for the first time in years I had an employee behind the McDo. -experienced the counter who smiled while working. This employee's name is Thomas. Thomas is a branch manager and a very friendly, approachable and competent employee at the McDonald's branch at the main station in Hagen. He also proved this when advising other customers. Highly recommended! Gladly again.

It was quick, but the food was just disgusting. I got my food in under a minute, but the burgers were, without exaggeration, probably stale for an hour. Dry, hard, scratchy. Mc Donald's Dive-in on Enneperstreet in Hagen, Saturday evening 6PM. No queue or waiting time. Let me add I am native German. I tried to order a cheesburger and French fries. The lady answering my call was not able to understand my order and instead repeated the name of the ailable menues, which I did not want. Finally she asked us to come to the drive in counter where she called a colleague for help. While I got at the end what I had asked for, my friends were less lucky. They tried to order a menue as listed on MacDo's website which was not availble. At the end they settled for two of the three (or four) availble choices, but they asked also for one of these 2 standard burger menues to be served without cheese. They got one burger with three toppings instead of 2 and one burger with only cheese on it. That they mixed up the drinks when serving was neclactable. - Since we were in a hurry, there was no point wasting more time returning and complaining. I am no regular MacDo customer, but saw nevertheless quiete a few of their restaurants while travelling the western world. This one had the worst service I ever experienced. The helping colleague was friendly and tried at least to explain the limited choice in menues talking in an understandable version of German, but the lady who talked to us first neither spoke sufficiently German nor English nor French to take any order via speaker or at the counter. In the result, she was stressed and passiv agressive. Useless to say, that I did not find any complaint form on their website.

Ordered a menu with fries on Saturday. These were very bright and not cross. Was immediately replaced with brown, super tasty French fries.

There was a homeless junkie who pushed forward and probably spoke a new language to me. The employees weren't nice at all. The burgers were ready in an hour and when I ate one I had a stomach ache and I'll never go there again! 30min wait time.... Terrible !!!!

Outdated equipment, no ordering possible at the terminal/app, unfriendly staff, some dishes not available, order prepared completely incorrectly, atmosphere like in the subway station. The fact that this business has not long since been kicked out of the franchise or closed by the health department is one of the biggest grievances in our country.

My Sprite was 99% stale water and 1% Sprite flavor. My fries and the fries of two of my friends were completely oversalted and raw. My other friend's Plant McNuggets were Chicken McNuggets and the problem with that is that he has been a vegetarian for several years. Kleines und sehr teures Restaurant, Preise sind vollkommen überzogen. Hier ist nicht viel, die Variante in der Innenstadt ist weitaus besser und sogar der Kaffee schlägt ziemlich zu Buche. Manche Mitarbeiter sind top, andere wiederum sehr arrogant und nicht freundlich zu den Aushilfen.

Essen war Müll, Service-frau war nett, das Ambiente ist unterirdisch. Der einzige Mcdonalds mit weniger Platz als in ner vollen Bahn, ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

Super, Super, Super Der "Frontman" managt trotz 20 m Schlange draußen alles total souverân, zügig und mit einem freundlichen Lächeln für jeden Kunden. Das Team im Hintergrund liefert so schnell es geht. 5 Plus Sternchen von mir, eine tolle Leistung.

Hygiene und Sauberkeit muss verbessert werden.

Die Burger sind regelmäßig zu salzig. ABER: Schöner kleiner oldschool-Laden mit der freundlichen Bedienung die ich je bei McDonalds erlebt habe. Die Dame mit den langen Haaren behält auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und ist zu den Kunden überaus freundlich. So geht echte Gastfreundschaft, auch wenn es nur ein Fastfoodladen ist.

Besser als der McDonald's am Düsseldorfer Hauptbahnhof. Ihr wart wohl noch nie im McDonald's im Düsseldorfer Hauptbahnhof - anders kann ich mir hier die vielen negativen Bewertungen nicht erklären. Hier habe ich wenigstens eine vernünftige Coca-Cola bekommen und keine verdünnte Cola wie im McDonald's im Düsseldorfer Hauptbahnhof. Ein Stern Abzug, weil der Laden schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Der McDonalds ist in Ordnung. War da als wir auf unseren Zug gewartet haben, haben ein paar leckere Milchshakes und Eis geholt und sind dann wieder in den Zug. Aber 1. Bestellte ich mir noch Nuggets, wo sie fälschlicherweise Curry- anstatt Süß-Sauer-Soße reingemacht haben und es gab keine Toiletten. Aber schöne LEDs!

Wenn Alex am Start ist, hat man nicht nur optimalen Service, sondern auch direkt super Stimmung im Haus. Immer wieder ein Grund in Hagen einen Zwischenstopp zu machen! Qualität 1A.

Der Laden hat mal eine Renovierung nötig. Eismaschine ist oftmals kaputt oder wird wohl gereinigt. Nur kleines Angebot von Produkten. Hier funktioniert oft auch der Scanner nicht für die Codes, auch können dort Prämien nicht eingelöst werden.

Schlechter geht es kaum. Keine App Nutzung möglich, keine Vorbestellung, keine Gutscheine aus der App einlösbar. Soweit so schlecht , abgehobene Preise selbst für McDonald's: Cheeseburger 2,09 Euro! Highlight: möchte bestellen , Frage ab welchem Betrag man mit Karte zahlen kann Antwort : Karte zahlen ja. Ab welchem Betrag ? Karte zahlen ja. Das Spiel ging ein bischen so weiter bis ich den Laden verließ. Stellt doch bitte zumindest Leute an die Kasse die Deutsch können !!! Zwei Sterne weil sah ganz sauber aus, eigentlich nur einen weil weniger geht nicht.

Es ist sehr stressig dort obwohl es ein Ort ist wo nicht wirklich sehr viel zu tun ist. Man könnte etwas mehr Freude und lächeln zeigen damit sich Kunden willkommen fühlen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern

Die Tische und Stühle für den Außenbereich wurden durch feste Sitzbänke erneuert. Noch angenehmer zum draußen sitzen

Die Cheeseburger wirkten wie noch einmal aufgebacken. Das Ambiente wirkte langweilig und Toiletten gabs gar nicht. Der Service dagegen war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr individuelles Café zum verweilen. Etwas hektisch, weil sehr gut besucht. Kleine Speisekarte empfehlenswert, sehr schön aussehende Torten und eine gute Getränke Auswahl.
