Ordered there for the first time yesterday via Uber (the Family Value Pack). The order arrived quickly. However, they forgot to pack a few fries. People work there, yes. Mistakes happen, and that's okay. But parts of the order you paid for simply shouldn't be missing. Two stars are only for the fast delivery (thanks to Uber) and the fact that it was delicious. But nothing should be missing from the order!

Slow Food Restaurant. Takes FOREVER.

I was at the drive-thru today around 5:15 p.m. and was served by a very friendly, competent employee with a black beard (presumably of southern origin). He was extremely polite, attentive, and had a warm smile on his face. I've never experienced such great service at Burger King before! My order was taken perfectly, my special requests were handled perfectly, and everything was delivered in a friendly and complete manner. Huge praise to this employee – many others could really take a leaf out of his book! 👏🍔

Absolutely worthless! I've tried it several times and it's been a complete disappointment every time! Bad service, far too long a wait, and the food is simply abysmal; it tastes like it's from the day before yesterday! Never again in this life will I visit this filthy place! I advise everyone not to spend a single cent there. It's simply a disgrace that something like this can call itself Burger King. I'm curious to see when the local authorities will shut this place down; it's long overdue!

The service was completely overwhelmed. We had to wait 45 minutes and then got the wrong food. The only thing that was really fast food here was the food itself. We ate very quickly so we could leave quickly.

45 minutes for a normal order. Cashiers are terrible. Tables are sticky with dirt, and half the items are missing or wrong. I don't know how many times the store will have to close before they finally get it right.

Give the place another chance every few weeks – for free. Wait times of at least 30 minutes for orders. Today, two burgers, one from the menu, took 37 minutes. And one burger even had the wrong toppings 👍 So a long wait for nothing. Not recommended.

The wait was extremely long, even though it wasn't busy. Burgers were missing from the order, and others were incorrect. The lettuce on the burgers seemed old and tasted unpleasant/stained. The staff also seemed unmotivated and unattentive. For me: never again.

Today, after waiting forever, I wanted to eat something before my dentist appointment, and after about 20 minutes, my food still wasn't ready. People who came much later than me got their food earlier. When I asked what was going on, I was simply told that it would be ready in a minute, in poor German and rather unenthusiastic! I then asked to cancel my order, but someone said I'll still have to wait! So, as far as I'm concerned, I'd better forget about this place!

It took ages. We waited 20 minutes for the food, even though there were hardly any customers.

I don't know if the people who work there earn €2 so they don't feel like working, but first of all, it's almost impossible to communicate because the language barrier is the first problem, and then there's the lack of competence to carry out simple orders. All they do is chatter, no work, everything in slow motion. Three burgers take 40 minutes, and they're cold because someone was too lazy to pack them up and drop them off as soon as they arrived. Sad.

There's always something that doesn't work as it should in a chain restaurant. The franchisee has obviously changed over time, so I think things have gotten better. If you're looking for something to complain about, you'll probably still find something. For example, I have a real beef with the ordering terminals because the software often crashes or the device gives incorrect information about the availability of food, for which the operator of the location cannot be held responsible.

I got the shake 10 minutes before dinner, so it melted. The burgers were ice cold, the bag of fries was almost empty, and the few fries that were available were old, cold, and hard.

Disaster. The store was pretty empty. Nevertheless, we waited almost 25 minutes for our lukewarm order.

First the order was wrong, then the burger was hard. It used to be better, but now it's crap. Pure disappointment.

A complete disaster!! Waited 40 minutes for the food. Only half arrived when ordered, and another 20 minutes for the rest. Burgers were wrong, cold, and the buns were rock hard! Then we got the wrong drink. Well, no wonder if you don't speak the local language. You can tell that the burgers hadn't just been sitting there for 5 or 10 minutes, and without a heat lamp. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

My first visit here and unfortunately also the last ❌🍔. We waited forever for our food ⏳, and when it finally arrived, it was cold 🥶. The fries were at least lukewarm 🍟, but completely unsalted 😕. The burger patties and bread were also completely cold 🧊🍔, absolutely disappointing. The ordering terminal was barely usable 💻❌, the touchscreen was poorly responsive, the writing was almost illegible, and there were hardly any images. The loud ringing 🔔 was extremely annoying, and the employee served the food very listlessly 😒. Even the friendly employee couldn't fix it 🙁. Positive: The restrooms were very well maintained 🚻✨ ... and the best part was actually the arcade next door 🎰😂. So we pushed the ladder to 140 and the money was back in 💸😉. Conclusion: I absolutely cannot recommend this branch 👎

I wouldn't go back even if they paid me. I ordered Naruto ice cream and it came without the ice cream sauce. I only got ice cream and Oreo, nothing like it. I ordered a Happy Meal box and it didn't come with a toy. They didn't provide napkins, much less straws. In short, they don't know how to do their job.

It would be better for Hagen if this shop was closed

Everything takes forever, and no order, whether in-store, at the drive-thru, or online, is correct. Recently, we ordered two Whopper meals online and only received the drinks, sides, and sauces. BOTH BURGERS WERE ACTUALLY MISSING!! COULD IT GET ANY WORSE?! Maybe the owner should stop cutting back on staff. This is just embarrassing. If I were Burger King, I'd revoke his franchise license.

I'm really angry! First you have to wait an hour and a half, and then the delivery isn't even right! No wonder Burger King had to close! I've never been a fan of Burger King anyway! Shame on you! Ugh! But karma sees everything ;)

Terrible place starting from the booking screens that don't work and the staff that doesn't want to take orders at the cash register and wrong sandwiches and cards inside cold sandwiches the order was ready 20 minutes ago ready on the counter comical never again in Hagen

We ordered through Uber Eats for the first time, and it was definitely the last time. I can tell you why: something was missing, and apparently, it wasn't the first time. We usually eat there, but even when eating there, you can tell that people aren't in the mood. That's how I feel. Even in the store, I've had to go back to the counter several times because someone forgot something (there were times when it was empty except for 2-3 other people).

Burger King is truly different in every way. It's been open for a while and is completely disorganized. The drive-thru is awful and takes way too long. The service is okay. The interior looks relatively modern. The food looks like it's going to give you a stomachache. When you open the burger, it's all thrown together, with sauce sticking everywhere, hardly any lettuce, and the meat not evenly grilled. I don't know, I wouldn't recommend it at the moment, to be honest. It's very questionable, especially considering the direct competition next door. It's a shame there's no Burger King nearby.

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed in you. The first time, the food was "decent," but the second visit was a complete disaster. That's right: nothing. No delivery. No call. Not even a greeting from the kitchen. Maybe the driver was on a spiritual journey, or the Whopper meal had just been grown and harvested. If I worked like that, I would have been fired long ago, but it seems to be the norm here. Thanks for absolutely nothing. My stomach is growling, my patience has evaporated, and my trust? Ordering through Lieferando is anything but optimal, and it's absolutely annoying. Delivery times aren't met at all. If you contact support, you get a stupid AI response. This is my first and last order from this company.

How crappy can a chain restaurant be? At the drive-thru, you don't order over the loudspeaker as usual; instead, you're asked to drive up to the second window and order there like you would at the counter. The time advantage of having multiple stations (order, pay, pick up) is completely lost. An unnecessary line forms. By the time you've ordered, paid, and received your order at the second counter, it's unfortunately not even "fresh" anymore. But you've waited long enough that you accept that. So, from driving into the drive-thru lane to ordering, it took about 15 minutes, and then another 5 minutes to get your fairly simple order... So, over 20 minutes for a drive-thru? The service is abysmal...

I ordered food online and waited over two hours for it. The hotline told me they were trying to call the branch, but even after half an hour, they apparently couldn't reach anyone. I wanted to cancel the order, but that was only possible if the driver hadn't left yet. Of course, the order arrived shortly after. Wrong drink, fries were soggy and too salty, lettuce on the burger was stale... Never again!

If you order there you wait 3 hours, no matter how often you call no one answers + I got food poisoning afterwards the shop had to be closed, second and last order ever.

We were there on June 15, 2025, between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m., with about 10 guests. The staff (I could see 5 of them) were completely overwhelmed with everything. I received the wrong food, the dish return line was overflowing, and the restroom was dark and dirty. The staff couldn't care less. Never again!

They asked for a set meal, yes, a set meal. When we got home, about a three-minute drive away, we were disappointed. The Coke was still warm and still sparkling. The burgers were carelessly slapped together and cold. Everything was already scattered in the paper. And to top it all off, the fries were missing. They turned out so bad, it wasn't the first time. Not recommended. Long wait times, some tables were dirty, and the third time I've been there, there weren't enough special offers, either on the Jr. menu or the Thirt promotion, so you either get nothing at all or are fobbed off with something completely different. This Burger King delivery is even worse.

We picked up a double shopper meal with three hamburgers and nine nuggets today. We wanted to eat it at home. It came with mayo, but there were no fries. The same goes for a hamburger. There was no way to complain; I just left a message. Thanks for nothing. Never again.

We will definitely not order from there again. We placed a delivery order at 7:30 PM. The delivery never arrived. At 10:52 PM, I received a call asking if the order had arrived yet, which I, of course, denied. Perhaps the service and staff should be confronted with all the misunderstandings. Very, very bad considering it used to be such a good chain.

This branch is terrible! I was there yesterday, May 25, 2025: Placed my own order and paid directly by card. 25-30 minute wait for a Cheeseburger Bacon Meal (King of the Month) + Long (Chicken) Nugget Burger. The entire meal was only lukewarm, and the cheeseburger was missing bacon. After complaining, without apology, I at least got the right burger, but it was already almost cold! Eating inside, it's dirty, and the trash is piling up. Trolleys (tray return) aren't emptied and are overflowing. Worst visit! This urgently needs to be remedied.

A very nice and polite lady with glasses served us. The service was 10/10. She made sure that all our needs were met and that I'll be coming back often.

Even though I generally like Burger King, today's visit was a complete disaster. A 20-minute wait for a small order for two people is a real problem. Waiting time can be long when the customer is busy, but it wasn't really that bad. The bigger problem, however, is that after the wait, everything was cold, which makes me wonder how that's even possible... time management seems to be a disaster here. I can understand that some dishes take longer to prepare, but you have to plan for that by arranging the dishes in the right order so that everything can be served to the customer at the same time and, above all, warm. This location is therefore out.

Staff couldn't remember the order, despite a handwritten note. Because the food was prepared WITHOUT gloves, our friend recorded it on video. She was then detained by several employees in the restaurant, and after we tried to "get" her out, the restaurant doors were locked!! In my eyes, this was clearly a case of false imprisonment! The police were then called, and the employees claimed our friend had caused a disturbance, which was not the case at all!! My friend was refused permission to leave the restaurant after repeated requests. The police couldn't do much, but they were completely on our side!!!! DIRTY PLACE! Never again, I'd rather go hungry.

Well, it's Burger King. Nothing good but not really bad either! It has to happen every now and then, but it remains a big exception in my diet!

I ordered from this store and was really looking forward to my meal, a bundle and two chicken nuggets burgers, but when my food arrived only the bundle was there and my chicken nugget burgers were missing, not that that's just cheating, no, I was also deprived of the joy of eating and my good mood was in the trash. I paid a significantly higher price because of the order (which is ok, after all the delivery has to be profitable), but I actually didn't get anything for €8 and that's not worth the delivery. I am very disappointed.

WARNING, the store is already brazenly bad. Wait 40 minutes for a crispy chicken and small fries. The burger only had the patty and a slice of tomato + mayo. I was shocked. The fries tasted old and rancid. It almost borders on fraud to charge over €10 for this. DON'T GO HERE, it was the last time for me and I will warn everyone I know.

Disastrous service, the employees simply never manage to pack the simplest order correctly. There's always something missing and it takes ages even though there's not much going on. The service terminals sometimes read the coupon code, sometimes not. The worst BK branch I've ever been to.
