🔴 Be careful of this Burger King branch! I was there as an employee - and I can only advise everyone to give this location a wide berth, especially when it comes to the branch manager. The "gentleman" at the helm of this branch behaves as if he owns everything, treats his employees disrespectfully and seems to have no interest in complying with legal or contractual obligations. After I left, I was simply "forgotten" about 20 days of vacation to which I was entitled according to labor law - even though they had been promised to me verbally. The branch manager does not respond to multiple contact attempts. No feedback, no conversation, just silence. Responsibility? None. Such behavior is not only unprofessional, but also extremely questionable. It really makes you wonder how someone with so little character gets a leadership position. But perhaps that is exactly the reason why employees there are constantly changing. No wonder – who wants to work under someone who doesn’t care about anything but themselves? ⚠️ If you want to work there, you should know: you only have rights on paper - in reality no one cares. ⚠️ If you want to eat there, you should be aware that dealing poorly with people is often a sign of poor leadership at all levels. 👎 This branch is the best example of how you can destroy a company - from the top.

If you have to wait over 2 hours for the food to be delivered then you will definitely never do it again!

Unfortunately I cannot give minus stars. This has nothing to do with fast food at all. This is the slowest BK ever. Always understaffed.

I went to Burger King today and had to wait over 30 minutes for my food - even though there was hardly anything going on! The staff seemed totally overwhelmed and disorganized. My burger was still lukewarm and the fries were soggy. For fast food, this was anything but “almost.” I'll think twice about going there again in the future.

Extremely rude employees who make customers wait an incredibly long time at all drive-in counters (taking orders and accepting orders). The poor overall rating of 2.7 confirms my experience and shows that this is probably a structural problem there. Is it the boss who cannot lead the employees or is it the mentality of the Hagen employees? So many unanswered questions...

I was at the Burger King shortly before it closed after a long time after the flood and was given a very friendly welcome by the two girls. The supervisor in brown is also totally helpful and friendly. Always happy and a big compliment!🙋‍♂️

Was just at Burger King in Hagen. At the Drive Inn. It wasn't just that the employee at the checkout couldn't speak properly. It was absolutely disrespectful. towards me. Delicious new burgers, new recipes, and familiar classics make BK a favorite when it comes to burgers. They also offer a drive-thru and plenty of parking. Personally, I find the music too loud.

Access to the drive-thru is complicated and leads to the parking lot; perhaps the signs could be placed better. The counter staff speaks quietly and doesn't use complete sentences, the order is displayed incorrectly, and a small latte for €2.49 is really expensive! But the cheeseburger was great.

After the renovation of this branch I was hoping things would work here... but no... no... sad in my eyes! Why? : You visit this branch of a fast food chain that has been troubled in the past (Wallraf's favorite topic), I don't care much for rumors but satisfying your hunger here in the late shift (11 p.m.) after an event is sometimes not a good idea! Despite 10 people in service and in the kitchen, there is stress here due to a bunch of customers in the restaurant and in the drive... Nobody was friendly here, okay the place was full but we had to wait 25 minutes for the food, really? Drive always has priority 🧐 where the VAT is lower, the customer who wants to eat in the restaurant (I'm just wondering why they were so stupid, the car would have to be vacuumed anyway but that's a different topic) waits like a wolf and then when you pick up the food at the counter, the fries are already flying off the tray, the drinks can only be touched with a napkin because everything runs down and then the hungry customer sits on a table that was left halfway clean to visit! The burger is looked at and there is a loveless puzzle! Fries were hot 👍🏻but unfortunately only these little leftovers which always have black ends, a shame... nuggets yes, they are definitely... No, unfortunately not that great... why? When you're stressed, the place is full and quantities are being sold, the nuggets are cold, lukewarm and leave you with the feeling of not being fully cooked. Not recommended. I haven't been to Burger King in several years and wanted to get something. The machines for ordering yourself don't work, you can choose and you can't go any further. Then we went to the counter and thought we would order there. Nobody cared that we were there. There were a couple of customers at the table in the store, we were the only ones who wanted to order something, but none of the 5 employees came to take the order. After waiting 2 minutes, we turned around and went to MCDONALD'S.

Bad experience at Burger King I was very disappointed with my last visit to Burger King. The service was extremely slow, the staff unfriendly and the food left a lot to be desired. Forgot half of the order. It was noticeable in some things, but unfortunately not in everything. All in all, we paid 10 euros for nothing (only 30€ out of 40€ were there) and we will definitely never come to this BK again.

A single catastrophe! If you watch the people there working, you would really think that today is everyone's first day at work. I'm so disappointed we waited over 40 minutes for our order with 3 small children... And then they weren't able to prepare the few burgers. I ate there for the first time with my wife today. We had to wait over half an hour for our order, and while we were waiting, the staff was loudly shouted at by a dissatisfied customer. I was there at 11:30 p.m. on a weekday, there were 10 other customers present, but reservations are no longer made on trays so that they don't have to clear away any more. We were last there before the flood and wanted to eat burgers there again at lunchtime. The restaurant was empty except for one table. We waited at the counter for the female waitress who was busy doing some paperwork at the drive-thru counter. She noticed us. But that was it. No day greeting, no order possible. The kitchen staff also saw us, grinned and disappeared again. As we were leaving, a young man sitting at the only occupied table insulted us. He said that the staff probably didn't like my face, whereupon the idle staff laughed loudly. Conclusion: never again! This branch should be closed as quickly as possible, or at least the current staff should be fired very quickly.

Was there at lunchtime, there was nothing going on in the store... I saw 2 or 3 employees in the store, the man who did the checkout and drive, preferred to chat with the drive in order takers for 10 minutes rather than cash in on people. Then I waited another 15 minutes for 2 burgers... Fast food is different... Later I noticed that I got a PlantBased instead of a BigKing, the patties were ultra thin and didn't taste at all... More like jelly or something else Consistency... I could have exchanged it, but after waiting almost half an hour, I wasn't in the mood for it anymore.

Nothing against Burger King in general. However, this “branch” is more bad than good. Order terminals that are too small and you can't order soft drinks without ice in them like you normally would. Then you get a vegan Whopper even though you ordered one with meat... and a rat was also running around in front of the Fillale

Ordered food via delivery, took about 2 hours and only half of it was available. Immediately complained to Lieferando..... The reaction was: since you paid online, you can't give us a credit or make a payout. Thank you very much, I will definitely never use or visit either of them again

I would prefer not to even give 1 star. We ordered via Lieferando and waited 2 hours for the food. The app suddenly said you had received it 1 hour ago, which wasn't the case. Since you don't have the option to call there, we had to go there ourselves and sort it out in the store. So I don't recommend ordering there!!!

A Burger King, long waiting times, unclean

Happy to eat on site, despite the poor staff. Things were often mixed up or forgotten, but they immediately made up for their mistakes on site. We have ordered several times, unfortunately the delivery times were usually over 2 hours even though it is 5 minutes away. Today we ordered around 9 p.m., the next day has already begun, the lieferando says order has been delivered, even though nothing has arrived here. You can't even contact or call anywhere, that's not possible! Think about whether you want to order there, we've now had the rest and we won't come here again in this town, what a shame 😠😠

The worst fast food store I have experienced. Out of 4 terminals, 3 are defective. Half of my order was unavailable. Coupons were not accepted by the system. Cash payment was also not possible. The staff was unfriendly and not exactly motivated. The order took 22 minutes and that was for 4 ice cream and 2 burgers. Then you get 3 large ice creams and 1 small one. When you ask why you have 1 small ice cream with you, you are only told succinctly that the 3 large ones were unfortunately given out incorrectly by the employee because it is not possible to choose the size of this ice cream offering. So the employee had portioned 3 times too much ice cream. The request to swap the small one for a large one was immediately rejected. Now one person had to accept less than the other three. Thanks for such theater! They could have at least issued 4 identical ice creams as a gesture of goodwill. This is how we treat customers here. You get the feeling that you are deliberately trying to drive this business into the wall. Why don't you respond to customers' constant complaints? Luckily there are still good branches, such as Witten!

I can't recommend the store. The staff is unfriendly. You wait forever in the drive in. The guy says you just want to wait. And then leads conversations himself or doesn't manage to use his microphone. You are ignored all the time. At some point I drove away without ordering when the place was in front of me. I was there this evening. We placed a not large order. At the SB point, mind you! The open view into the kitchen immediately showed chaos. An incredible number of employees who were busy with everything except preparing food. Two employees were involved. The employee at the drive in counter and one who constantly prepared burgers. (He was wearing a cap) The others ran from a to b. The ice cream machine could not be operated and customers complained about the wrong food or missing food. After just over 45 minutes I received my order. Of course, when I got home totally unnerved, I noticed that my burgers weren't the right ones either. Every burger is packed in the same packaging. So how should one differentiate? It's clear that the employees no longer know what they're putting in the bags! Additionally cold. My conclusion: there is an absolute lack of structure, cleanliness and a leadership personality. Nobody in the store knows exactly what they have to do. It's a shame, because the location could do a lot more.

If the store is full, I understand that, but if there are 3 customers in the store and the drive-thru isn't exactly full, it can't be that you need 30+ minutes for a meal.
