If I could give it a 0, it would be 0. The way the food is prepared here is absolutely disgusting. The way I was treated personally is beyond words! As soon as you point out how disgustingly they prepare their food, you're attacked. Everyone should avoid this branch! A disgrace to Burger King!!!!

Staff couldn't remember the order, despite a handwritten note. Because the food was prepared WITHOUT gloves, our friend recorded it on video. She was then detained by several employees in the restaurant, and after we tried to "get" her out, the restaurant doors were locked!! In my eyes, this was clearly a case of false imprisonment! The police were then called, and the employees claimed our friend had caused a disturbance, which was not the case at all!! My friend was refused permission to leave the restaurant after repeated requests. The police couldn't do much, but they were completely on our side!!!! DIRTY PLACE! Never again, I'd rather go hungry.

I was served today by Luna – super friendly, attentive, and simply in a good mood! Despite the stress, she was totally patient and worked with a smile. Someone like that really makes a visit special. Thank you, Luna! 😊

Well, it's Burger King. Nothing good but not really bad either! It has to happen every now and then, but it remains a big exception in my diet!

Disastrous service, the employees simply never manage to pack the simplest order correctly. There's always something missing and it takes ages even though there's not much going on. The service terminals sometimes read the coupon code, sometimes not. The worst BK branch I've ever been to.

WARNING, the store is already brazenly bad. Wait 40 minutes for a crispy chicken and small fries. The burger only had the patty and a slice of tomato + mayo. I was shocked. The fries tasted old and rancid. It almost borders on fraud to charge over €10 for this. DON'T GO HERE, it was the last time for me and I will warn everyone I know.

I ordered from this store and was really looking forward to my meal, a bundle and two chicken nuggets burgers, but when my food arrived only the bundle was there and my chicken nugget burgers were missing, not that that's just cheating, no, I was also deprived of the joy of eating and my good mood was in the trash. I paid a significantly higher price because of the order (which is ok, after all the delivery has to be profitable), but I actually didn't get anything for €8 and that's not worth the delivery. Unfortunately I can only agree with the others. I was in the branch today and it took a really long time for my small order to be ready. The shop was still empty then. Then a few more people came and nothing worked anymore. The employees seem to be nice, but they're not a real team yet because everyone is doing something there and then there's chaos. A high-ranking boss urgently needs to stop by here and put the place back in order!

The employees were completely overwhelmed by the number of guests on Saturdays at 7 p.m. When the order was ready 30 minutes later, we were missing several items and the food was cold. I thought it was a shame because we were really looking forward to BurgerKing again! It would be up to the operator to have enough staff available, as the tray trays are also overflowing! Too bad!

The "gentleman" at the helm of this branch behaves as if he owns everything, treats his employees disrespectfully and seems to have no interest in complying with legal or contractual obligations. After I left, I was simply "forgotten" about 20 days of vacation to which I was entitled according to labor law - even though they had been promised to me verbally. The branch manager does not respond to multiple contact attempts. No feedback, no conversation, just silence. Responsibility? None. Such behavior is not only unprofessional, but also extremely questionable. It really makes you wonder how someone with so little character gets a leadership position. But perhaps that is exactly the reason why employees there are constantly changing. No wonder – who wants to work under someone who doesn’t care about anything but themselves? ⚠️ If you want to work there, you should know: you only have rights on paper - in reality no one cares. ⚠️ If you want to eat there, you should be aware that dealing poorly with people is often a sign of poor leadership at all levels. 👎 This branch is the best example of how you can destroy a company - from the top.

I went to Burger King today and had to wait over 30 minutes for my food - even though there was hardly anything going on! The staff seemed totally overwhelmed and disorganized. My burger was still lukewarm and the fries were soggy. For fast food, this was anything but “almost.” I'll think twice about going there again in the future.

Extremely rude employees who make customers wait an incredibly long time at all drive-in counters (taking orders and accepting orders). The poor overall rating of 2.7 confirms my experience and shows that this is probably a structural problem there. Delicious new burgers, new recipes, and familiar classics make BK a favorite when it comes to burgers. They also offer a drive-thru and plenty of parking. Personally, I find the music too loud.

Access to the drive-thru is complicated and leads to the parking lot; perhaps the signs could be placed better. The counter staff speaks quietly and doesn't use complete sentences, the order is displayed incorrectly, and a small latte for €2.49 is really expensive! But the cheeseburger was great.

After the renovation of this branch I was hoping things would work here... but no... no... sad in my eyes! Why? : You visit this branch of a fast food chain that has been troubled in the past (Wallraf's favorite topic), I don't care much for rumors but satisfying your hunger here in the late shift (11 p.m.) after an event is sometimes not a good idea! Despite 10 people in service and in the kitchen, there is stress here due to a bunch of customers in the restaurant and in the drive... Nobody was friendly here, okay the place was full but we had to wait 25 minutes for the food, really? Drive always has priority 🧐 where the VAT is lower, the customer who wants to eat in the restaurant (I'm just wondering why they were so stupid, the car would have to be vacuumed anyway but that's a different topic) waits like a wolf and then when you pick up the food at the counter, the fries are already flying off the tray, the drinks can only be touched with a napkin because everything runs down and then the hungry customer sits on a table that was left halfway clean to visit! The burger is looked at and there is a loveless puzzle! Fries were hot 👍🏻but unfortunately only these little leftovers which always have black ends, a shame... nuggets yes, they are definitely... No, unfortunately not that great... why? When you're stressed, the place is full and quantities are being sold, the nuggets are cold, lukewarm and leave you with the feeling of not being fully cooked. Not recommended. I haven't been to Burger King in several years and wanted to get something. The machines for ordering yourself don't work, you can choose and you can't go any further. Then we went to the counter and thought we would order there. Nobody cared that we were there. There were a couple of customers at the table in the store, we were the only ones who wanted to order something, but none of the 5 employees came to take the order. After waiting 2 minutes, we turned around and went to MCDONALD'S.

Bad experience at Burger King I was very disappointed with my last visit to Burger King. The service was extremely slow, the staff unfriendly and the food left a lot to be desired. Forgot half of the order. It was noticeable in some things, but unfortunately not in everything. All in all, we paid 10 euros for nothing (only 30€ out of 40€ were there) and we will definitely never come to this BK again.

I was there at 11:30 p.m. on a weekday, there were 10 other customers present, but reservations are no longer made on trays so that they don't have to clear away any more. He said that the staff probably didn't like my face, whereupon the idle staff laughed loudly. Conclusion: never again! This branch should be closed as quickly as possible, or at least the current staff should be fired very quickly.

Was there at lunchtime, there was nothing going on in the store... I saw 2 or 3 employees in the store, the man who did the checkout and drive, preferred to chat with the drive in order takers for 10 minutes rather than cash in on people. Then I waited another 15 minutes for 2 burgers... Fast food is different... Later I noticed that I got a PlantBased instead of a BigKing, the patties were ultra thin and didn't taste at all... Nothing against Burger King in general. However, this “branch” is more bad than good. Order terminals that are too small and you can't order soft drinks without ice in them like you normally would. Then you get a vegan Whopper even though you ordered one with meat... and a rat was also running around in front of the Fillale

I would prefer not to even give 1 star. We ordered via Lieferando and waited 2 hours for the food. The app suddenly said you had received it 1 hour ago, which wasn't the case. Since you don't have the option to call there, we had to go there ourselves and sort it out in the store. So I don't recommend ordering there!!!

The worst fast food store I have experienced. Out of 4 terminals, 3 are defective. Half of my order was unavailable. Coupons were not accepted by the system. Cash payment was also not possible. The staff was unfriendly and not exactly motivated. The order took 22 minutes and that was for 4 ice cream and 2 burgers. Then you get 3 large ice creams and 1 small one. When you ask why you have 1 small ice cream with you, you are only told succinctly that the 3 large ones were unfortunately given out incorrectly by the employee because it is not possible to choose the size of this ice cream offering. So the employee had portioned 3 times too much ice cream. The request to swap the small one for a large one was immediately rejected. Now one person had to accept less than the other three. Thanks for such theater! They could have at least issued 4 identical ice creams as a gesture of goodwill. This is how we treat customers here. You get the feeling that you are deliberately trying to drive this business into the wall. Why don't you respond to customers' constant complaints? Luckily there are still good branches, such as Witten!

The staff seemed confused and unsure. After receiving the order, I discovered that it was incomplete. When I finally received what I was missing, there were still errors in the order.
