The worst Burger King I've ever seen. Permanently understaffed - orders therefore take a very long time. The franchisee in question should think about this.

Nothing against Burger King in general. However, this “branch” is more bad than good. Order terminals that are too small and you can't order soft drinks without ice in them like you normally would. Then you get a vegan Whopper even though you ordered one with meat... and a rat was also running around in front of the Fillale

Ordered food via delivery, took about 2 hours and only half of it was available. Immediately complained to Lieferando..... The reaction was: since you paid online, you can't give us a credit or make a payout. Thank you very much, I will definitely never use or visit either of them again

I would prefer not to even give 1 star. We ordered via Lieferando and waited 2 hours for the food. The app suddenly said you had received it 1 hour ago, which wasn't the case. Since you don't have the option to call there, we had to go there ourselves and sort it out in the store. So I don't recommend ordering there!!!

A Burger King, long waiting times, unclean

Happy to eat on site, despite the poor staff. Things were often mixed up or forgotten, but they immediately made up for their mistakes on site. We have ordered several times, unfortunately the delivery times were usually over 2 hours even though it is 5 minutes away. Today we ordered around 9 p.m., the next day has already begun, the lieferando says order has been delivered, even though nothing has arrived here. You can't even contact or call anywhere, that's not possible! Think about whether you want to order there, we've now had the rest and we won't come here again in this town, what a shame 😠😠

Impossible Burger King. Too few staff and they are unfriendly because they are overwhelmed. Ordered food on site yesterday for 50 euros. Waiting time 35 minutes. Burgers carelessly slapped together and ice cold. Fries were raw and 2 complete dishes were missing. First and last visit there.

Ordered food and still nothing there after 2 hours. No contact possible because no number is stored. Lieferando also has no chance because they simply didn't provide a number. Not recommended!

Very long waiting times of over 20 minutes even though there was hardly anything going on and the employees move at a snail's pace. We also got the wrong drinks.

The worst fast food store I have experienced. Out of 4 terminals, 3 are defective. Half of my order was unavailable. Coupons were not accepted by the system. Cash payment was also not possible. The staff was unfriendly and not exactly motivated. The order took 22 minutes and that was for 4 ice cream and 2 burgers. Then you get 3 large ice creams and 1 small one. When you ask why you have 1 small ice cream with you, you are only told succinctly that the 3 large ones were unfortunately given out incorrectly by the employee because it is not possible to choose the size of this ice cream offering. So the employee had portioned 3 times too much ice cream. The request to swap the small one for a large one was immediately rejected. Now one person had to accept less than the other three. Thanks for such theater! They could have at least issued 4 identical ice creams as a gesture of goodwill. This is how we treat customers here. You get the feeling that you are deliberately trying to drive this business into the wall. Why don't you respond to customers' constant complaints? Luckily there are still good branches, such as Witten!

The waiting times in the drive-thru are a disaster. Even though there are only two cars in front of you, we stood there for 20 minutes without making any progress. Luckily, the person behind us in line left again, so we were able to make our way to McDonald's :)

Incompetence to a high degree, something is always missing when ordering

Unfortunately, my visit to this Burger King branch was a very disappointing experience. Even though there were no customers there, the waiting time was extremely long. The staff seemed confused and unsure. After receiving the order, I discovered that it was incomplete. When I finally received what I was missing, there were still errors in the order. In addition, the overall quality of the food was very poor. Unfortunately I will not eat here again under any circumstances.

I can't recommend the store. The staff is unfriendly. You wait forever in the drive in. The guy says you just want to wait. And then leads conversations himself or doesn't manage to use his microphone. You are ignored all the time. At some point I drove away without ordering when the place was in front of me. Never experienced anything so unfriendly.

Clogged toilets, dirty tables and over 30 minutes of waiting time in an empty shop. Customers who complain about the waiting time and incorrect orders are shouted at and banned from the premises.

😳Unfortunately it didn't look appetizing on and under the tables. 🙄 The whole room was somehow chaotically put together with the tables and chairs. A remedy is needed as quickly as possible. I travel nationwide, but I've never seen anything like this. 🤔💥

Today I wanted to try out the delivery service... total disaster with a delivery time of over 3 hours, no way to get in touch and even then they couldn't even manage to deliver the entire order. And for really damn expensive fast food... you can't think of anything else... clearly not a recommendation. Just sad

Ordered today at 7:30 p.m.! After calling, the food was delivered at 10:30 p.m.! It's not customer friendly! Especially because the order was for my school age children! Never again.

I left the store very quickly and disgusted. I have NEVER seen such unhygienic sanitary facilities in my life. The women's toilet was covered in feces. Since I didn't want to use it, I went to the men's room. There too, a disgusting condition that you can't expect from anyone who pays even the slightest bit of attention to hygiene. I was there this evening. We placed a not large order. At the SB point, mind you! The open view into the kitchen immediately showed chaos. An incredible number of employees who were busy with everything except preparing food. Two employees were involved. The employee at the drive in counter and one who constantly prepared burgers. (He was wearing a cap) The others ran from a to b. The ice cream machine could not be operated and customers complained about the wrong food or missing food. After just over 45 minutes I received my order. Of course, when I got home totally unnerved, I noticed that my burgers weren't the right ones either. Every burger is packed in the same packaging. So how should one differentiate? It's clear that the employees no longer know what they're putting in the bags! Additionally cold. My conclusion: there is an absolute lack of structure, cleanliness and a leadership personality. Nobody in the store knows exactly what they have to do. It's a shame, because the location could do a lot more.

Every time you go they slow down. If the store is full, I understand that, but if there are 3 customers in the store and the drive-thru isn't exactly full, it can't be that you need 30+ minutes for a meal. Especially when there are 5 people standing around in the kitchen chatting. Then there are always wrong things. For example, if you order a cola and get a Sprite zero, you can wait another 5 minutes at the counter until someone takes their time. Things were better before the flood!

The purest catastrophe! 10 employees in the kitchen! And can't manage to serve 4 burgers in 20 minutes. And it wasn't full!! Has this become a family business, or why are they acting like it's a youth hostel? I've never seen so many employees in a branch and yet they're all incompetent!! I'm speechless.

No thanks, but no one needs Burger King. The first burger was cold and after our complaint we were served lukewarm food, which was already an improvement. In fact, the entire restaurant was unheated.

No matter whether at the Drive Inn or in the store itself, the staff is very slow and extremely overwhelmed... no matter how busy it is. At the Drive Inn you need a lot of patience and should check your order very carefully. My husband forgot it and it was missing Once again a fries & the extra cheese on the burger remained in the store. I think we'll look for another BurgerKing again & would rather take a further route than continue to bother with them.

Something went wrong again.(tortillas) We don't have that in Hagen, so they have to go to another city, I was told. Way too slow for a fast food restaurant. Oh yes, last time the drive in was closed on Saturday evening because there was too much going on. Then you just went to the competition

1. I waited 1.30 minutes for my order via liferando. 2. The food was so cold that you could have hit someone. 3. Then they call and say I don't have a parking space and whether you can't come down in civilian clothes. Either do your job sensibly or, best of all, shamelessly cancel such an action.

Unfortunately, the fries are often colder, even though they were swished from the deep fryer into this large tub in front of my eyes not long ago, but the preparation usually takes such a long time (I learned that Burger King and Co. have optimized processes). There's little of that to be seen here... and the fries are lukewarm at best... nothing is possible. It's simply an imposition. Unfortunately, there are often forgotten trays on the tables, things that don't belong on the floor, messy chairs, uncleaned tables and overcrowded drop-off carts. Apparently the guests themselves don't care (broken window syndrome) and neither does the operator of this branch. It was actually nicely renovated after the flooding, and it's nice that the branch is there. I hope that changes soon. Can only improve for the better... The three of us were there today and ordered something to eat - nothing fancy, no special requests. Unfortunately we had to wait over half an hour for our food. We had to go to the counter several times because our orders were incomplete. A squeeze that was supposed to be part of the children's menu was not delivered. When we asked we were told it was sold out and only then were we offered an alternative. Unfortunately the burgers were all cold. Our next table also complained and insisted on fresh burgers. In addition, the tables were dirty and the floor was wet. To be fair, three or four employees are obviously not enough to run such a branch. By the time we left, the long line at the drive-thru was another sign of being overwhelmed. Overall, unfortunately not a recommendation

Looking for a place to stop and eat on the way to vacation, we chose Burger King instead of McDonald's, a bad decision as it turned out. It's cold in the place, very cold. It was around 15°C outside, the air conditioning inside was running quite well. We first got jackets out of the car for ourselves and the children. When I picked up the order, when I asked if the heater was broken because it was so cold, I got the answer "It's not cold". But my wife, my children and I, as well as the guests present, saw it differently. The food wasn't really warm either, I don't know that from Burger King. Disappointing, very disappointing. But the heaters in the toilets are on full blast, soap, let alone soap dispensers: none.

We were stuck in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. It was a Saturday evening and two people were working in this store. The excuse was that it was particularly crowded that evening, although only a third of the seats were occupied. We once ordered food there, the delivery time given was 35 minutes and we believed that too. As always, there was no food at all, so we drove to the branch and asked what was going on. I thought it would be a cheers meal because my food was prepared after 2 hours and it was still cold (How does that even work?) Long story no sense at all Burger King is never on my list anymore.

I would love to leave the store no stars at all! If you have to wait almost 40 minutes for a Smart Menu with a normal number of visitors of 20 to 25 people, I would have preferred to go to McDonald's or KFC. On top of that, the staff was completely unreliable when I asked how long my order would take. Of course they can be stressed, but does it justify approaching customers with sentences like "Sorry, busy, be patient!"? Then I would rather look for another job if I were you! Then the food: Cold, no fork for my fries and no napkins. I really don't know whether the branch management has thought about possible changes, because numerous other customers had the same experiences months ago. Absolutely rubbish, sorry! Delivery and eating was an absolute disaster! Delivery: I waited 120 minutes for my food. It should arrive after 60 minutes. If the delivery person hadn't run into my husband, I would have sent him away along with the food. I would only give one star because the order was complete. Quality: The burgers and fries were cold. And there was something in the patty that was totally hard and certainly not suitable for consumption. I'm super disappointed. I thought that since the franchise owner HAD to reopen the store, he would at least do everything he could to keep the store running. But maybe that's exactly what he wants: to run the store down so that he can close it "with a clear conscience." He'd better be!

After 45 minutes we finally got our food. Only 3 employees, the shop is packed. Toilets dirty. No toilet paper available. Some of the staff were unfriendly and incompetent. For me it was the last visit.

Somehow the software from the kiosks in North Rhine-Westphalia was different than in Lower Saxony and much more difficult to use... for whatever reason. The store easily made us wait 10 minutes for just two cokes. Otherwise it's actually a normal Burger King.

Were there on Friday evening and somehow they were all brothers there. Brother here, brother there, brother, brother, brother. So as Germans we felt really foreign. Sorry but the food took forever and the “compatriots” got their food quicker than one of us. It's a real shame that it's going this way, but the previous reviews aren't exactly rosy either. However, the food was good and fresh.

Dirty, extremely slow, I also think it's incompetent. How can it take 30 minutes for 2 Chlili Cheese. Oh yeah, that's really annoying.
