30 Minuten im Drive in gestanden. Als ich an der Reihe war informierte man mich, dass heute nur bar gezahlt werden kann.

Bestellung unvollständig, Burger verbrannt, schlecht zusammengesetzt und staubtrocken, Eis völlig zermatscht. Schlechter BK meines Lebens.

War kurz vor Feierabend da. Service Top. Manager extrem nett obwohl die Feierabend hatten durften wir drinne essen und es hat Hammer geschmeckt wir sind auf jeden Fall zufrieden immer wieder beim nächsten Mal

Guter Service und immer schnell.

Gutes Essen, höfliches und nettes Personal, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

War lecker und schneller Service

Ich kenne keinen Burger King bei dem man DERMAẞEN lange auf seine Bestellungen warten muss wie hier. Trotz mehrerer Leute hinter dem Tresen und wirklich keinem großen Andrang die letzte 3 Besuche immer mindestens 20 Minuten gewartet, dazu war man dann auch nie besonders freundlich seitens der Damen und Herren an der Kasse und in der Küche. Alle guten Dinge sind 3, das war dann jetzt aber auch der letzte Besuch. Das kann Burger King woanders besser.

Ein Mitarbeiter hat mir das falsche Spielzeug eingepackt nach dem ich mich beschwert habe hat der Manager mir das Richtige gegeben.

Fast 20 Min in Drive gewartet, um am Ende kalte Burger zu bekommen! Die gesamte Truppe machte einen völlig unkoordinierten Eindruck.

ich komm hier super gerne mit meinen Freunden hin, es ist nie total voll und geht eigentlich immer schnell. Das Personal ist auch extrem freundlich!!! Manchmal funktioniert ein Terminal nicht aber da kann man auch ohne Probleme die Mitarbeitenden ansprechen:) ich komm wieder!

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Die angegebene Lieferzeit bei Lieferando lag bei 30–45 Minuten, am Ende habe ich aber ganze 2 Stunden auf meine Bestellung gewartet. Als das Essen endlich ankam, war es bereits kalt und die Bestellung war nicht einmal vollständig – die Pommes haben komplett gefehlt. Gerade bei so einer extrem langen Wartezeit hätte ich wenigstens erwartet, dass die Bestellung vollständig und warm geliefert wird. Sehr ärgerlich und definitiv nicht das, was man von einem Lieferservice erwartet. Leider keine gute Erfahrung.

Eine einzige Katastrophe! Wenn man dort beobachtet wie gearbeitet wird könnte man wirklich denken jeder hätte gerade seinen allerersten Arbeitstag. Komplett überfordert, planlos und absolut unorganisiert... Schlimm Ich habe mit 3 kleinen Kindern über 40 Minuten auf ein paar Burger gewartet und unsere Bestellung war nicht mal in der Zubereitung. Erst nachdem ich mich völlig zurecht zweimal beschwert habe, wurde mir einfach angeboten, die Bestellung zu stornieren und das Geld zurückzugeben. Statt das Problem zu lösen, wollte man uns einfach loswerden... Und wir waren nicht die Einzigen ein anderer Kunde hat ernsthaft 30 Minuten auf EIN Eis gewartet. Das sagt eigentlich schon alles über diesen Laden. Sind danach zu McDonald’s gefahren und hatten dort mehrere Menüs, Burger und Nachtisch in gerade mal 9 Minuten. Danke für absolut gar nichts.....

Lieferando Bestellungen werden nicht gemacht oder Storniert nach Stunden. Dieser laden ist keinem, wirklich keinem zu empfehlen. Der Manager reagiert auf Beschwerden uninteressiert.

Ich habe dort mit meiner Frau auf dem Rückweg von einem Ausflug angehalten um etwas zu essen. Wir warteten 30 Minuten auf unser Essen! Die Mitarbeiter wirkten komplett überfordert und das ganze Restaurant war ziemlich unsauber. Überall lagen Müll und es klebte auf dem Boden... Dort werden wir auf jeden Fall nicht mehr anhalten wenn wir Hunger bekommen und in der Nähe sind

Leide ist nicht mehr das es mal war. Meine erste Irritation war als ich eine Mitarbeiterin in der Küche mit Ringen an der Hand sah. Ich habe in meiner Schulung beim Gesundheitsamt gelernt, dass das nicht geht. Leider war in meinem whopper jr. zu viel Majonäse. Sales andere war In Ordnung. Es war sauber im Laden und der Service ist gut.

Alles gut. Die Wartezeit, bis wir unser Essen bekamen, war wirklich kurz. Großes Lob an die Reinigungskraft, die unermüdlich den Laden sauber hielt.

Ich war heute um 12:30 Uhr im Restaurant. Obwohl es sehr voll war und viele Gäste da waren, waren die Mitarbeiter an der Kassa freundlich und nett. Die Bestellung kam schneller als erwartet und wir mussten nicht lange warten. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Besuch – das Restaurant ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Ich hatte noch nie Probleme mit dem Restaurant. Der Service ist immer freundlich, es werden extra Soßen oder Dips serviert, und die Atmosphäre ist angenehm. 5/5

Geneigter Leser, Normalerweise spare ich mir die Kraft meiner Daumen und tippe keinen Guide Michelin der schnellen Autobahnkost, jedoch sah ich mich nach dem Besuch in dem hiesigen Etablissement genötigt, auch aus meiner Verpflichtung meinen Mitmenschen gegenüber, diesen sorgenvollen Bericht zu verfassen. Jenes Etablissement, welches wir zur Mittagsstunde mit knurrenden Gastern, zum Abbau unserer kulinarischer Laster heimsuchten, enttäuschte auf voller Strecke. Der Burger King entpuppte sich eher als Burger Page. Die, nach einer halben Stunde endlich fertiggestellten, mehrstöckigen Mahle, ließen aufgrund ihrer langen Zubereitungszeit auf ein gustatorisches Feuerwerk hoffen. Sie schmeckten eher wie kalte, nasse Knallerbsen. Zudem fasste sich der hochmotivierte, jedoch nicht sehr talentierte Kroketten-Knappe während der Zubereitung, nach jeder Lage des US-amerikanischen Nationalgerichts in die vollen, wallenden Locken. Tief betrübt, werden wir in Zukunft wohl eher die Taverne zur goldenen Möve aufsuchen.

So ein Double Chrispy Chicken müsste anstatt King des Monats eigentlich Queen des Monats heißen, um den Genderinnen ausreichend gerecht zu werden. Die Kreation der amerikanisierten Haute Cuisine war überraschend schmackhaft, die Pommes frites dazu - heiß und knusprig - richtig gut und die echte Coke rundete das Aktionsmenu insgesamt passend ab. Das Team am Tresen war freundlich und die Küche lieferte fix.

Unterirdisch. Lange Wartezeit, teil Bestellung und geschmacklich eine Zumutung. Mitarbeiter waren nett aber überfordert, die Chefin hingegen frech. sorry geht absolut nicht !

Dreckig und der wohl langsamste Burger King den es gibt. Die Burger kommen auch nicht in die Mikrowelle.

Der Whopper hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. War lauwarm. Mit drei Pettis drin. Es hätte mich direkt stutzig machen sollen, dass der in 30 Sekunden fertig war. Diesen Laden werde ich nicht mehr besuchen.

Leider waren alle Burger ohne Käse. Obwohl wir mit EXTRA Käse am Automaten bestellt hatten. Als wir dies anmerkten, sagte man uns mit einem Schulterzucken, es gäbe grad keinen. Deshalb wäre mehr Cheddarsauce drauf. 🤔 Den Aufpreis behielten sie. Milch für den Kaffee gab‘s auch nicht…

Also einen derart schlechten Service habe ich seit langer Zeit nicht mehr erlebt. Der Besuch in dieser Filiale war leider rundum enttäuschend. Das Personal wirkte unmotiviert und überfordert, auf Kunden wurde kaum eingegangen und Freundlichkeit war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Die Wartezeit war unverhältnismäßig lang, obwohl das Restaurant nicht einmal stark ausgelastet war. Zudem war die Bestellung unvollständig bzw. fehlerhaft, was bei einem so etablierten Unternehmen absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, sowohl im Gastraum als auch im Bereich der Ausgabe. Insgesamt entsteht der Eindruck, dass hier grundlegende Standards im Service und in der Organisation nicht eingehalten werden. Ich erwarte von einer großen Kette wie Burger King deutlich mehr Professionalität und Qualität. Hier besteht definitiv dringender Handlungsbedarf.

Yesterday, I went to this Burger King for the second time in a long while, wanting to give it another chance. I'm simply disappointed! The staff are incredibly unhygienic, handling food with the same hand they use to ring up customers. A hair came out of my girlfriend's burger, and they didn't even refund us. We were accused of lying, despite clear evidence! The employees and shift managers are incredibly unfriendly, and I've never experienced a one-hour wait for two burgers and drinks before! I can only advise against this dump—unhygienic, unfriendly, and incompetent.

Congratulations! 👏👏👏 Burger King Hagen has earned the title of "Worst Burger King in Germany" from us today. 🙄 Wait time for our food: 35 minutes!!! The other customers in front of and around us also waited 30-35 minutes for their food. And no, it wasn't even particularly busy. But it gets even better: the cheese was missing from the burger at the next table, one customer's Baby Burger was double-cooked, my entire burger was missing, and we received chicken nuggets instead of Chili Cheese Nuggets. 🤦‍♂️ But there's more: all the faucets in the restrooms were broken, which no one can control, but after being promised refreshing hand wipes, we had to wait 5 minutes for those too. Unbelievable...😡

Absolutely bizarre place, they could close down today! The boss, the manager/foreman, is personally extremely unfriendly.

After more than an hour and a half, nothing has arrived, even though the delivery time was a maximum of 45 minutes. There's no phone number to call. Ordering in the evening is probably the best way to waste your money.

I got everything, the only downside was that the dip was so cold I couldn't get it out of the cup. Otherwise, it was good.

I've never experienced such a bad team. It was practically empty, there were countless employees, yet we still waited over 30 minutes, only to end up with the wrong drinks. There was no water in the restrooms, which they didn't seem to care about at all. All in all, not recommended.

Absolutely understaffed, it takes at least half an hour at the drive-thru to receive the order.

Absolutely useless service. I ordered at 2 PM, it's now 5:30 PM, and my food still hasn't arrived (even though I was told to expect a 50-minute wait). Don't waste your time calling customer service; nothing will change. With service like this, they should just shut the place down.

By far the worst Burger King in the area. The drive-thru closes spontaneously at 7 pm, orders are often forgotten or carelessly packed, and the staff are completely overwhelmed.

I just went to the Burger King drive-thru and I'm very disappointed. The wait was extremely long. When I finally got my food, it was already cold. On top of that, my order was taken incorrectly, so I ended up paying more than necessary. What was particularly annoying was that I specifically asked the employee if the order had been double-checked and if everything was correct and complete. He very arrogantly dismissed it without even looking properly. It turned out that the order was indeed wrong. This kind of service is truly disappointing. If you're going to wait a long time, at least the food should be right and hot. Unfortunately, that was definitely not the case here.

We ordered food for delivery today, which was supposed to take about 45 minutes. It took over 90 minutes for the food to arrive. The food was cold, and the fries were soggy and inedible. Furthermore, one portion of fries was missing! For the price, this is truly awful service and not recommended.

For fast food, it's anything but fast. I can only confirm the reviews. Extremely long wait times and cold burgers. It's a real disaster.

Disaster. The patty in the plant-based Whopper was hard and tough as a shoe sole, and the fries were ice cold. That was probably the last time I'll ever set foot in there. I'd much rather have the plant nuggets from McDonald's.

Waited 2 hours for delivery (from Lieferando) + received cold food and terrible service. They called and told me it would take 10-15 minutes max, but it took 60 minutes. NOT RECOMMENDED!! Very poor service!!

This can't be happening, my brother has been waiting for his food for 25 minutes. He just wants his food, he missed two buses. What a load of junk!

Flat cola. Burger cold. (But that's generally borderline these days at Burger King and similar places.) Staff (no comment). There were only 6 customers there, and the service cart was packed. Makes you wonder what they do when it's busy. Overall, my meal deal "271" wasn't worth the money. My colleagues arrived later and wisely decided against eating here (they'd already seen the 2.7 rating and felt sorry for me 🫣). Good luck, I definitely won't be coming back. Not until the reviews show a clear 3 in the middle.

The waiting times are far too long; unfortunately, this hasn't changed since the reopening.

2021: Incredibly long wait times. 40 minutes until we had food for two. Every other restaurant is faster, cleaner, and more comfortable. The prices are standard... which here means: pretty expensive for misshapen burgers and cold fries. Update 2026: The wait times haven't changed. You still have to wait a very, very long time to eat in. But you can order online... you can order online, right? YES! But hey - after 90 minutes, our order was canceled "by the restaurant." It's truly awful... Burger King Hagen, you won't see me again! I'm sitting here starving now. I wanted to avoid cooking after a 14-hour workday. Oh well... I guess I'll cook after all. It's really outrageous to call this "fast food"...

You need to bring a lot of time here, even if it's not crowded. And then the meat is only lukewarm, making the whole burger almost cold. There are better Burger Kings, for example in Witten.

I placed an order with Burger King and paid almost €20, but my order never arrived. This is absolutely unacceptable. I received neither my food nor any information or refund. Very disappointing service.

Since the reopening, the quality has unfortunately declined significantly. On my last visit, my order was taken incorrectly or given incorrectly three times. This is very disappointing and really shouldn't happen with a globally recognized brand. Furthermore, communication was difficult, as the staff barely spoke German, and I sometimes had to resort to English. Especially in a service-oriented establishment, smooth communication should be a given. Overall, I am very disappointed with the current situation. I expect significantly better service and more professionalism from an international fast-food chain. As it stands, a visit is simply not enjoyable, which is a real shame.

I don't know how many more times Burger King has to close its restaurants before they learn. The wait times are abysmal, the tables are dirty, the restroom looks like a construction site, and there isn't even any soap to wash with.

The food tastes good. The staff are completely overwhelmed and can't cope at all. The wait time feels endless. The staff barely speak German. Food scraps are scattered all over the floor. They forget orders. Something is always missing from the order; I've never experienced a complete order!

Food: The fries were very good because they were freshly prepared. The burgers were cold, stale, and tasteless. The worst part was the Coke. It was lukewarm and had no ice cubes. After I complained, I received the same soup as before. They told me they didn't have any ice. The price, however, remained the same. Service: Friendly, but the wait time... Good grief. Atmosphere: The tables are filthy. The floor is covered in food scraps. The men's restroom is a sauna and extremely dirty. Conclusion: The fries were very good and freshly prepared, the rest was subpar, and the warm Coke was unacceptable. The service and atmosphere need improvement. I won't be returning to Burger King Hagen anytime soon.

We were there yesterday. It was very, very hot inside the restaurant. The drinks were also warm and served without ice cubes, even though we had specifically ordered them. We then received the ice cubes in a separate cup. Unfortunately, the service wasn't very friendly. We didn't like the food either. The lettuce on my burger was already brown. For the price, it's better to get a fresh pizza somewhere else.

The store's design is really great. 60% of the tables were clean. We only waited 8 minutes for our order, even though the store was empty. (It wasn't a huge order.)

Burger King has gone downhill so much. Everything looks like it's already been eaten. It's simply disgusting. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, but the burger quality has become so bad (see photo).

I ordered food there last night, and after two hours it still hadn't arrived. When I inquired, I was blatantly lied to and told that the driver had supposedly rung my doorbell and called several times, but I had no missed calls on my cell phone and no one had rung the doorbell. I certainly didn't order food for almost €30 and then not answer the door... If the drivers don't want to do their job because it's too late after 10 pm, they should find another one. I hope I get my money back.

Located near the motorway. Perfect for a quick fast-food stop. Clean, very friendly, food hot and tasty. Restrooms were also clean. Plenty of parking available. Even though you're supposed to order from the self-service kiosks, the cashier was very friendly and helpful.

The burgers, despite being freshly prepared, were lukewarm to cold. The tablet return area was full and needed clearing. Tables also needed wiping, and some weren't even cleared. No receipt came out of one of the ordering kiosks. The restaurant was a complete disaster. What a shame. They used to be so much better.

After a 30-minute wait, I received exactly the water and fries I ordered. The rest of the order was something that had sprung from the imagination of some employee. A complete joke!

I ordered the King's Crunchy Chicken meal. The chicken was rock hard, extremely dry, and completely inedible. I had to throw it away at home. This isn't a matter of taste, but a serious quality issue. After this experience, I will never buy anything from this branch again.

I've never seen such a bad Burger King in my life. The employees are a joke, and if you want to order at the drive-thru, you have to order at the counter where you pay. So, unlike usual, you can't order at the counter beforehand, pay, and then pick up your food; everything has to be done at the final counter, meaning every car has to wait 15-30 minutes. Burger King has completely failed at this location!

I finally went back here after ages. Verdict: Absolutely awful! I ordered fries with chili cheese sauce and a double Whopper to go. First of all, it was freezing cold in the restaurant, all the restrooms were out of order, and there wasn't a receipt roll in the terminal (but none of the staff seemed to care). The fries and sauce were placed upright in the bag, so the sauce and fries ended up all over the other items inside. Great, especially when you only notice it in your car after you've already left. A chip fork or napkins? Forget it. The customer is expected to eat the whole mess from the bag with their bare fingers. And the freebie I ordered at the terminal was wrong, too. I'm definitely never going back here. FAIL.

The toilet was out of service!! The tables were not clean, I had to clean my table myself. I recieved my order after 15 minutes and my friend had to wait more than 20 minutes. I didn't even dare to order Iced coffee after meal because I was afraid to lose extra 15 minutes.

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst Burger Kings I've ever been to. We've been there several times, and there's always something missing when you go through the drive-thru. The burgers also leave much to be desired in terms of quality. I hope this changes.

Waited forever because the terminals and the cash register system were down. Poor service, incompetent. Half the order was missing. After informing the staff, we weren't charged for the missing items, but instead received something completely different that we hadn't ordered. So we had to inform the staff again, and it took a while for the order to be completed. Customers who ordered before and after us had the same experience. And we're talking about a Monday evening; the place was empty. All in all, not recommended. All the burgers were cold, if they were even the right ones, and the staff was completely overwhelmed. The Burger King in Witten does a thousand times better.
