In summer and winter it is super cold, long waiting times and often errors in the order

Were there on Friday evening and somehow they were all brothers there. Brother here, brother there, brother, brother, brother. So as Germans we felt really foreign. Sorry but the food took forever and the “compatriots” got their food quicker than one of us. It's a real shame that it's going this way, but the previous reviews aren't exactly rosy either. However, the food was good and fresh.

Somehow the software from the kiosks in North Rhine-Westphalia was different than in Lower Saxony and much more difficult to use... for whatever reason. The store easily made us wait 10 minutes for just two cokes. Otherwise it's actually a normal Burger King.

Dirty, extremely slow, I also think it's incompetent. How can it take 30 minutes for 2 Chlili Cheese. Oh yeah, that's really annoying. How can it be that some of those who order after us arrive before us? -train your staff, I don't want to wait 10 years for “fast” food. This store is even known on social media for its incompetence and slowness.

Once again we waited almost 10 minutes in the drive-in for 2 cheeseburgers and 1 fries, even though there wasn't much going on. The employees hardly had anything to do. And then my order was mixed up with that of another guest. Definitely never again. Every time the same anger.

Reopening the store after the flood was a big mistake. I don't know in whose hands this store is currently running, but everything is going haywire. A scanner does not work on the order machines. Ice cream and shakes are generally not available. Behind the cash registers - unfriendly, pubescent teenagers who probably just celebrated their 18th birthday last weekend. In the kitchen - 2 men for the entire operation. Waiting time for 4 chili burgers: a whopping 25 minutes with a total of 7 orders on the board. The restaurant is totally unclean from the counter to the tables to the toilets. The food is bad and is served cold over the counter. Talahons fighting their way through the entire store also create a pleasant atmosphere in the store. I would recommend setting up another boxing machine. You can't have anything delivered there either because it takes around 2 hours for the cold delivery. Otherwise 1 star because you can park easily in the littered parking lot.

After the opening (Saturday, 1 p.m.) things were very bumpy there. Long waiting times, dirty guest area, machines broken. Back then I waited a good 30 minutes for a menu, without any special requests. Afterwards, no apology, but no politeness either. “Stress after the opening” I thought. I was there again recently (Thursday, 5 p.m.). This time, when the restaurant was normally full, I had to wait 26 minutes for two menus without any special requests. The guest area was dirty and the toilets unusable, empty of soap, no toilet paper, but dirty and smelly. The staff was incredibly unfriendly. This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. And I can only hope that the franchisor will get involved at some point and revoke the franchisee's license. In terms of representation, the Burgerking in Hagen is an absolute disaster. Unfortunately, from the guest's point of view too.

If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars. A long wait for the food even though the restaurant was empty. Then you get a long chili cheese on which you had to look for the cheese sauce. And if you then add a salad as a side dish to a menu, there is no dressing. I will never visit this store again. You can sole the employees' shoes when they walk, because they move so slowly.

A juice shop is where you order and the food comes 30 minutes later, the shop that used to be there did it in 5 minutes. How can you fall so low? If I were Burger King, I would fire everyone or close the shop. I would rather go to McDonald's It's only 300 meters from the juice shop

I arrived at Drive In at 8:47 p.m. There were 3 cars in front of me. The first driver was able to place his order at 8:56 p.m. Then there was another pause. If you want to be full after eating then you should actually go there and not to the competition. You can't mention names. The ambience is equivalent to any other fast food restaurant. Therefore only 3 🌟. Otherwise the taste and price is better.

After waiting 20 minutes in the drive in, we are informed that orders via the drive in are no longer being accepted and that we should please order in the store. I've never experienced such a bad Burger King... Because of a traffic jam on the A1, we left the motorway and went to this branch. Only one of four order terminals is in operation. Scanning coupons from the app doesn't work; there's no sign in with MyKing Luckily it wasn't busy at the moment, so I was able to place the order for five people soon. Submit order - "Sorry, an error occurred, please try again." It only worked on the third attempt. Meanwhile my daughter went to the toilets - unfortunately no toilet paper. The drinks ordered in reusable cups came in paper cups. The boss (?) first had to come to get the refund, and on the way to the front she first pointed out to the employees to put various food items lying around back in the fridge. Since the orders in the drive-thru are "natural", it took a long time to prepare our food. The burgers were mediocre, the king nuggets were rather poor. That was our first and certainly last visit here...

I don't have a comparison, but it was relatively quick... It should just be quick. Whopper and cheeseburger (?) quite good, I think. In my opinion it could have been hotter. Not exactly cheap in my opinion (but, as I said, I have no comparison). Whopper+Cheeseburger+Cola 0.4 > 12€ (no menu, it's probably cheaper)

Absolute mess, everything is dirty and unhygienic, there is food on the floor everywhere. The service is rude and it takes forever to get the food. We decided to cancel the meal and leave.

This place really deserves zero stars, we waited 37 minutes for our food, 37!!!!! Hello, I actually like this Burger King but today it was a complete disaster. I took 2 fries to go. What was terrible was that the fries tasted like they had been floating in the deep fryer overnight But what was SUPER DISGUSTING is that there were a total of 3 black hairs in my fries which is super disgusting. I used to really enjoy eating it. I got 2 hamburgers and two cheeseburgers on the drive. The older lady at the window put down the young colleague, it took a long time until I had my burgers and then they tasted terrible. The cucumber felt thicker than the burger patty. The sauce is over-seasoned. This was definitely my last visit to the Burger King chain.
