Never again! I waited far too long for food with three small children and now I got a receipt from "loyal parking." €63 for parking! Last time I was there! What about the clearly visible terms and conditions?

I'm absolutely disappointed and angry! I ate at McDonald's – I ate and paid in the restaurant, as is proper – and was still hit with a hefty fine by "Loyal Parking," who monitor the parking lot. As a thank you for my visit, I received a bill – loyalparking wasn't even interested in my receipts! The only response: Pay! No goodwill! McDonald's lobby allows its guests to be ripped off like this – you don't feel like a customer, but like a trap for extra profit! It's a disgrace that McDonald's tolerates such business practices. Apparently, only profit matters, not customer satisfaction. Conclusion: I will avoid this location. Anyone who treats customers like this can expect bad reviews. And Loyal Parking – the name is a bad joke. No loyalty, no insight, no fairness – simply brazen! €65 -> expensive meal

The lady with the curls was a very nice woman, very cooperative, and a great mood. Very good working atmosphere and food! I can only recommend her; she was funny and amazing.

May 18, 2025 We were there at 9 p.m. on our way home. It was my first time since before the coronavirus pandemic. The parking lot was dirty. The ordering terminal was broken. The order was processed quickly. The staff was stressed and unfriendly. The prices are ridiculous. I will avoid this type of "restaurant" in the future.

The last store. I was there for 1 hour and 42 minutes and what do I get 2 weeks later? A letter from the parking attendant. I have to pay 63 euros because I parked too long. Never again McDonald's. I'm telling you. It's a rip-off. I'll never spend a cent at McDonald's again. I've never experienced such audacity.

Things that are not part of the order and Things that are missing

Went there with the kids to eat. We waited a long time for our food, and once they even brought us the wrong dish. To top it all off, we ended up with a €65 parking bill in the mail because we overstayed our parking time. "Family-friendly" seems to be a foreign concept to this business, especially when the establishment itself is responsible for the long wait.

I gave this branch 2 chances. The first burger ordered there was inedible. Today I didn't even get around to eating anything. The very unfriendly staff didn't serve my wife at all for 10 minutes and then preferred another customer because she had to use the app longer to redeem coupons because of the reception at the branch. Absolute impudence.

It's now happened to me for the eighth time that you forget to pack items when using the Mc Drive!!. You pay for food that you don't even get and you also have to go back after you notice it, that is (they forget to pack items for you. You pay over 10 euros and therefore don't get anything, and you have to drive back YOURSELF as soon as you get it). I find something like that damn cheeky! Better go to another McDonald's!!!!.

Hagen as it lives and breathes. Spent half an hour here and no one felt responsible for cleaning the toilet.

Our experience today: Super fast service! But not in a frantic hurry. The burgers were beautifully prepared. A friend said "the best cheeseburger in years". Excellent all around.

This is the third time I've ordered from the "drive in" and each time an item was missing. This time I accepted the return journey. The service employee at the counter was “not amused” and let me know it verbally. I actually prefer to go to the "drive in" because I don't like ordering via the screen. Where people work, I would also like to have contact with them in order to discuss any inconsistencies in a personal conversation. For me that was the last time for now!

Newly renovated McDonald's. Would like to be open 24/7. Unfortunately, there is often something wrong with the MC Drive. Forgot the squeezes in the Happy Meal today 😴 I know I could check everything straight away, but you could also pack the order correctly.

Fast service and everything packed hot

It's just a newer McDonald's. Relatively full on weekends and evenings, often the drive-in too. The staff is mixed and talented. Unfortunately, if you take your order with you, you always have to check it before you leave. I had complaints several times. Sometimes a burger is missing or you have one that you didn't order. Some of the employees are flexible in terms of level and adapt quickly to the younger guests. They often even take on educational tasks because parents are no longer able to support or limit their children in eating (manners) as well as in play. In terms of price, everyone was well priced, so a visit for two often costs more than €25. The app and the vouchers are pure marketing. I wouldn't like to go to the toilet because it's often dirty.

This store is an absolute disaster. The toilets are completely filthy and littered with rubbish. When we got a non-carbonated cola, we were told that there was no carbonation at the moment, so I was allowed to choose something else, but the service was still very unfriendly. McDonald's used to be known and popular for its clean and well-maintained toilet facilities. We were shocked at how dirty and run down the toilet in this branch is. Everything is dirty, loose taps, leaky fittings... unbelievable!

It's just Mäcces, as you would expect. The branch in Vorhalle is well run. The staff can't do anything about some of the customers who leave their rubbish everywhere and clear it up without complaint.

Outrageous behavior by the branch manager – absolutely unacceptable! I had the worst experience ever at a McDonald’s today. The food was cold and missing 20 nuggets as well as the sauces. When I politely raised this at the checkout, I was turned away instead of having the problem resolved. It later turned out that the sauces were hidden under a paper towel, which I couldn't see. Nevertheless, I was publicly insulted at the table by the branch manager, even though I had done nothing wrong. To make matters worse, she even forbade me from eating my food in peace and continued to insult me ​​after I politely tried to clarify the situation. The whole thing happened in front of all the other customers and my friends, which was extremely humiliating. A branch manager should be professional and customer-oriented - the opposite was the case here. This behavior was disrespectful and condescending, and it ruined my entire visit. I expect McDonald's to take this seriously and take action. Something like this shouldn't happen!

It's just a McDonald's. There's not much to say. We stopped here for something to eat on the way there and back. Unfortunately there was no table service at either stop. They have removed the signs with the numbers that are otherwise at the terminal. It was probably not desired. Therefore only 2 points for the service. Someone is currently preparing the burgers better than ever before. I unpacked them at home and was so incredibly grateful. The Filet o Fish was full of sauce! The milkshake with topping is difficult to drink through the cardboard straw. The restaurant seems clean but is a bit small. The waitress didn't fully understand me, but that's okay. At that price you can't expect 100% German-speaking staff. It is not possible to earn points via the app, but app coupons are accepted. It is a franchise branch that, strangely enough, is not displayed in the app, so mobile ordering is not possible. It also lacks terminals, which I personally prefer. For a quick snack it's fine.

The last shop! Today the book and the Capri Sun were once again forgotten in the Happy Meal. Our daughter was really disappointed because she was really looking forward to it. It seems like no one really cares about care here. The employees were unfriendly and only seemed to be half-involved. Additionally, the store was messy and the staff seemed uninterested. We are very disappointed!

The employees would rather joke around with each other than worry about emptying the return cart and keeping the dining area clean. Only friends of the employees receive table service. The management of McDonalds should come by there unannounced more often and then take action and not like the shift management who seem more than overwhelmed and helpless. It's just gone bad and expensive

I've never been to a bad McDonald's and where the toilets stink and they don't seem to clean them. The tables are stuck just like outside, the slides are not cleaned and cigarettes are left on the floor.

At McDonald's in Hagen there was warm cola today, apparently the ice cream machine was broken. Then please say in advance that there are no cold things. The “fat” shift leader doesn’t have to laugh at me. Sad.

The employees take the processes into their own hands... I wanted to get breakfast and was asked to wait at the intercom even though there was only 1 car in front of me. Several customers who were standing behind me got out of the line... after paying I was supposed to stop right in front of the door (not in the waiting area) and after receiving the food I wanted to check the order and was told straight away that I had to close the area would have cleared. After my objection to checking the order, the chatter became more and more stupid and aggressive, so I left the Mcdrive... Food was as usual. Staff should be trained or should not be surprised if the customer is easily irritated after such a debacle. Order took 25 minutes. So much for fast food.

Horrible experience, a terminal didn't work, I had to wait 2 minutes for my food, when I was finished eating the McFlurry had gotten cold, the toilets were scary and the hand dryer was too loud. My son never came out of the slide again.

A bottomless impudence!!! As a vegetarian, I ordered plant-based nuggets and got chicken nuggets instead. Unfortunately I noticed it too late and had already eaten 1 1/2 nuggets :(( There was no apology or compensation!!

Instead of a hamburger, I received a cheeseburger, mayonnaise was forgotten & lattice potatoes, a small portion even though I ordered a large menu. The restaurant is dirty and cold and you have to sit there with a jacket on because otherwise you'll freeze.

Ich habe einen 0,25 l Milkshake Vanille, jeweils 1 Cheese,-Chicken und Mc Chili Cheese Burger bestellt und diese neuen Spicy Nuggets. Habe für alles zusammen fast 19!€ bezahlt, was ich schon relativ viel finde, um satt zu werden und komme nun zu den Einzelprodukten. Die Burger waren okay von der Preis-Leistung her.Die Nuggets waren zwar okay aber einfach zu teuer für einen „Snack“ für Zwischendurch… Der Milkshake war ein Witz für knapp 4€ so wenig drin in dem Becher Wahnsinn. Abzockerschuppen mein nächster Besuch wird dauern.

ich habe meine normale Bestellung aufgegeben (mcsmart menu) und wollte einfach nur keinen käse auf den burgern nach 15-20 min warten burger mit käse erhalten, aufgeregt und freundlich gefragt ob ich die burger haben könnte die ich bestellt habe nach weiteren 10 min waren wieder was falsches bekommen und nach dem dritten umtauschen nur Brot und fleisch bekommen da ich also keine Chance habe meine Bestellung wie gewünscht zu bekommen habe ich eine weitere Bestellung aufgegeben um jemand noch etwas mitzubringen und mir ketschub für die burger zu holen habe dann nach weiteren 40 min warten meine kalten burger gegessen und konnte dabei zusehen wie sich ein Kunde im laden in seiner Hose rumfummelt und das ne ganze zeit und danach die bestell Automaten anfasst ich werde nach so einer Erfahrung diesen laden nicht mehr aufsuchen

Sehr ärgerlich: heute (Dienstag, 10.09.24) Abend wurden meine beiden Töchter in Begleitung zweier Freunde zum dritten Mal übers Ohr gehauen! Am Drive-In-Schalter hatten sie vier Menüs bestellt (zur zügigen Abwicklung und guten Verständlichkeit zwei Big-Mac-Menüs und zwei Chicken-Wing-Menüs mit zwei Cola und zwei Sprudelwasser) und zu Hause festgestellt, dass eine Cola und ein Big Mac fehlten, obwohl sie bei der Übergabe zweimal nachgefragt hatten, ob alles vollständig sei. Es gibt jetzt zwei Möglichkeiten der Fehlinformation: Entweder besteht die Hausstrategie darin, die teuersten Teile einer Bestellung zu unterschlagen oder die Deutschkenntnisse der bestellungsaufnehmenden Personen sind so schlecht, dass sie Bestellungsinformationen nicht verstehen. Beides müsste eigentlich strafrechtliche Konsequenzen haben! Da der ganze Vorgang aber nicht bewiesen werden kann, verläuft alles im Sande. Wie gesagt: SEHR ärgerlich (und peinlich für meine Töchter!).

After an extremely amusing meeting with my esteemed work colleagues, I decided to indulge my exquisite taste for fine dining. In my unshakable belief in introducing my companion to the true epitome of good taste, I planned to treat us to the pleasure of a vanilla milkshake combined with crispy fries. However, to my immense regret, I discovered that it was impossible to order a milkshake. I was reluctantly offered a McFlurry instead, but it seemed beneath me to even consider it as it just wasn't the same treat. My dismay at not being able to offer my esteemed companion this excellent culinary experience was profound, and the joy I derived from the previous appointment was noticeably diminished.

Gestern zum wiederholten Male unfreundlich von derselben Filialleitung behandelt worden. Einen Mc Flurry mit doppelt Zutat bestellt und ein paar Krummel bekommen. Habe dann nett nachgefragt und bin dann abgespeist worden mit den Worten, das könne nicht sein, sie habe ihn selbst zubereitet, die Zutat sei nur untergerüht. Ich esse jede Woche 2 davon, ich weiß, wie er aussehen muss mit doppelter Zutat, das geht gar nicht, einfach etwas auffüllen und gut ist. Weiter ist der obere Sitzbereich immer geschlossen, die Leute stehen vor der Tür und essen, weil unten immer überfüllt ist. Diese Filiale werde ich nicht mehr betreten.

Good for a little stopover. To go out to eat but nothing. One out of 3 machines often has problems. There are almost no signs hanging on the sides to have the food brought to the table and it has often happened that no receipts were printed out because the roll was empty. The service is actually always nice, but not always the best person to contact due to the stress in the restaurant. Clean is a thing, the tables are sometimes dirty from previous visitors but are always usable. The toilets are relatively clean but I would only use them if you really had to. There are play opportunities for children. These are both outside and inside. Coupons can be used whether at the checkout or at the machine.

A terminal was defective. There was no table service due to missing signs. Our order was missing a burger and one burger was wrong. So I had to stop my meal several times to go to the counter as we noticed the mistakes one after the other. When I wanted to exchange the wrong burger, I had to fight for the employee's attention. She took the burger and threw it in the trash. I know from other branches that you can keep and eat the wrong items and of course still get the item you ordered and paid for. I don't think it's fair to the food to simply throw it away. Otherwise our food was delicious.

Very good access options from Weststr. and via Sporbecker Weg, parking spaces directly at the house and a good drive-in, very friendly staff! The quality and selection of food and drinks is very good and the price-performance ratio is okay! The Mac Café is also very nice with a good selection of different cafes! Only 3 stars, but for the mc app, unfortunately you can only use the voucher once. If you are several people, or like we have 4 children. This means taking 6 cell phones with you every time and paying for everything individually. We prefer to go to the competition because you only need one cell phone and you can pay for everything at once.
