Sehr ärgerlich: heute (Dienstag, 10.09.24) Abend wurden meine beiden Töchter in Begleitung zweier Freunde zum dritten Mal übers Ohr gehauen! Am Drive-In-Schalter hatten sie vier Menüs bestellt (zur zügigen Abwicklung und guten Verständlichkeit zwei Big-Mac-Menüs und zwei Chicken-Wing-Menüs mit zwei Cola und zwei Sprudelwasser) und zu Hause festgestellt, dass eine Cola und ein Big Mac fehlten, obwohl sie bei der Übergabe zweimal nachgefragt hatten, ob alles vollständig sei. Es gibt jetzt zwei Möglichkeiten der Fehlinformation: Entweder besteht die Hausstrategie darin, die teuersten Teile einer Bestellung zu unterschlagen oder die Deutschkenntnisse der bestellungsaufnehmenden Personen sind so schlecht, dass sie Bestellungsinformationen nicht verstehen. Beides müsste eigentlich strafrechtliche Konsequenzen haben! Da der ganze Vorgang aber nicht bewiesen werden kann, verläuft alles im Sande. Wie gesagt: SEHR ärgerlich (und peinlich für meine Töchter!).

Gestern zum wiederholten Male unfreundlich von derselben Filialleitung behandelt worden. Einen Mc Flurry mit doppelt Zutat bestellt und ein paar Krummel bekommen. Habe dann nett nachgefragt und bin dann abgespeist worden mit den Worten, das könne nicht sein, sie habe ihn selbst zubereitet, die Zutat sei nur untergerüht. Ich esse jede Woche 2 davon, ich weiß, wie er aussehen muss mit doppelter Zutat, das geht gar nicht, einfach etwas auffüllen und gut ist. Weiter ist der obere Sitzbereich immer geschlossen, die Leute stehen vor der Tür und essen, weil unten immer überfüllt ist. Diese Filiale werde ich nicht mehr betreten.

Service was great. Furnishings modern but already worn out. Eating as usual at McDonalds.

I don't know how Google comes up with this, but I would never pay huge amounts of money to dump corporate chemical waste into my digestive system. Not even if they were pressed into shapes that are supposed to somewhat resemble food.

The burgers are good, but the strawberry milkshake makes me feel like I'm being ripped off... they actually try to explain to me that it's always been white! Things always go up and down at McDonald's from the HAAS family. Food cold, toilet dirty and the lobby very dirty. The Haas family saves on everything. You should take a look at a McDonald's branch in Cologne central station, warm food and a clean restaurant. This is Mc as it should be.

Good for a little stopover. To go out to eat but nothing. One out of 3 machines often has problems. There are almost no signs hanging on the sides to have the food brought to the table and it has often happened that no receipts were printed out because the roll was empty. The service is actually always nice, but not always the best person to contact due to the stress in the restaurant. Clean is a thing, the tables are sometimes dirty from previous visitors but are always usable. The toilets are relatively clean but I would only use them if you really had to. There are play opportunities for children. These are both outside and inside. Coupons can be used whether at the checkout or at the machine.

It's just Mäcces, as you would expect. The branch in Vorhalle is well managed. The staff can't do anything about some of the customers who leave their rubbish everywhere and clear it up without complaint.

A terminal was defective. There was no table service due to missing signs. Our order was missing a burger and one burger was wrong. So I had to stop my meal several times to go to the counter as we noticed the mistakes one after the other. When I wanted to exchange the wrong burger, I had to fight for the employee's attention. She took the burger and threw it in the trash. I know from other branches that you can keep and eat the wrong items and of course still get the item you ordered and paid for. I don't think it's fair to the food to simply throw it away. Otherwise our food was delicious.

The burgers are only lukewarm, although according to the staff they were freshly prepared. Fries were oversalted and the waiting time was quite long at 15 minutes for “fast” food. Additionally, the Happy Meal had mayo and barbecue sauce, even though ketchup and sweet and sour sauce were ordered. 2G was checked, albeit a little late. If you order something at mcdrive or to take away at the counter, you MUST check it. Today it happened for the third time that the wrong burgers were packed.

Very good access options from Weststr. and via Sporbecker Weg, parking spaces directly at the house and a good drive-in, very friendly staff! The quality and selection of food and drinks is very good and the price-performance ratio is okay! The Mac Café is also very nice with a good selection of different cafes! Order processing is pretty quick! You can even sit outside on the terrace when the weather is nice! Very nice! In short, everything fits together! Keep it up!

Horrible... I ordered online with delivery to table number 20. Then they shout at us that they've already called table number 20 for 10 minutes and if the fries are cold that would be our problem... Unbelievable.

Only 3 stars, but for the mc app, unfortunately you can only use the voucher once. If you are several people, or like we have 4 children. This means taking 6 cell phones with you every time and paying for everything individually. We prefer to go to the competition because you only need one cell phone and you can pay for everything at once.

The longest waiting times I have ever experienced. Only an outside counter is opened to save staff and drivers wait with the engine running for over 45 minutes 👎🏽. A single woman takes the order at the counter, collects the cash and has to hand over the goods and this happens all the time here. It's really not worth stopping here unless you want to be annoyed by poor service. Management, if there is such a thing here, should be ashamed of themselves!!!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Was in the restaurant again after years. What a shithouse! No table clean! Can't they wipe the tables regularly? Fries soft, an imposition for the price! Never again!

First you wait 10 minutes in the drive-in until you are served. Then you get home and the double cheeseburger is a regular cheeseburger!!! That's what you call fraud and rip-off!!!!!!!

Once again we didn't receive a complete order at the DriveIn. Missing fries and the toy of the happy meal, which is of course particularly common with children.

You didn't understand the table service system. The order number is called out loudly in the room. After the third call they get the idea that it is a table order. Now the table number is called. Since you're waiting for service, you obviously don't notice it. I picked up the food myself after the 8am call. The food was then cold.

Good branch. However, the drive-in is rather slow compared to other branches. The last three times I probably would have walked faster.

The service was very friendly. The burger seemed thrown together so eating it was a challenge. The plant nuggets were well fried, I had already tried them in another McDonald's, but there they were much too dry.

Actually a solid pinnacle, like everywhere else. If you always commute between cities and regions and Mc is one of the quick options. E.g. large fries here €4.19 In Bochum, the same €3.88 In Schwerte and parts in the Märkischer Kreis 3.99€ A little tip for everyone who wants hot fries. Orders without salt are made separately and you live a little healthier.

McDonalds is McDonalds there are not many differences. What sets this McDonald's apart from the others is the location. Just don't come to Hagen. If you want to eat or go to the toilet while driving on the A1, you should drive out in Volmarstein or Schwerte, depending on the direction of travel.

Very poorly organized. Hectic and long waiting times. Never experienced anything like this in a McDonald's.

To be honest, it's rare to experience a modest "drive in". Unfriendly, poor German speaking and understanding staff with an apparently dysfunctional intercom system. Another no go, many coupons are not accepted. It's better to go straight to Haspe, Witten or Ennepetal/Schwelm

Infinitely long waiting times, drive in is a disaster. Food is usually cold. Shops are often dirty. Not enough staff....

Review for a McDonald's! Quality of food, speed, correctness of orders, service, cleanliness under normal conditions (except carnival etc.) completely fine. One of the "most beautiful" branches in the region, suitable for a quick and pleasant meal. If something goes wrong, the staff is able to understand and implement suggestions. Unfortunately, other branches often struggle with understanding.

So on our lovely trip to McDonald's we discovered that the much coveted coupons at the terminal weren't working. There was an error in the terminal. In addition, there were no longer any table numberings so everyone had to pick up their food. My personal highlight was the dark room in the men's urinal. The handwritten note on the front door said: Unfortunately the light is broken. So, armed with a flashlight, I explored this mysterious place. At the level of the sink I met other brave heroes. They gave me final tips on how to best manage the hose and cell phone light at the same time. I was then able to relieve myself successfully.

Hello A really great place where you can meet great people, some are not only too lazy to cook, no, some are even too lazy to get out. Quality leaves a lot to be desired. MC Rib squished together in the package Sauce completely in the package instead of in the bun. Sauce on the Big Mäc is much too sweet. Chili Cheese Snackers were spicy but totally bitter. I don't have to go here again.

Burger incorrectly filled and assembled. Products were missing. Points were not credited.

Die alte wollt mich nich im drive in lassen weil ich aufm Fahrrad saß. Das Essen war aber 👍

Wir standen Sonntags 20minuten am Mcdrive. Pro Auto brauchte der Mitarbeiter ca4minuten. Einige Autos fuhren schon wieder weck, weil es nicht weiter ging. An Schalter 2 kam dann die Ursache ans Fenster. Er tippte dreimal auf sein Display und packte selbstbewusst irgendwelche Burger für uns ein. Nicht die richtigen, aber dafür einen zuviel. Wie im Grundlehrgang gelernt sagte er freundlich:"DA!"und drückte mir die Tüte in die Hand. Die Burger waren allerdings oberes McDonalds Niveau.

Essen ist Standard und immer ok. Leider ist mehrfach vorgekommen, dass bei den Bestellautomaten kein Zettel rauskam. Zudem wird auch nicht kontrolliert. Theoretisch könnte man sich irgendwas nehmen..

Pommes waren kalt und die Tische verklebt und dreckig. Der MC Grip war klasse .

echt asoziale Mitarbeiter da noch nie waren Menschen so unfreundlich zu mir furchtbarer service hab einfach Hausverbot bekommen von einer MITARBEITERIN

Leider keine Aufsteller vorhanden, somit kein Tischservice möglich. Pommes nicht wirklich richtig heiß. Sonst halt eine normale eher durchschnittliche Filiale.

Sehr schön gestaltete Filiale. Der Service ist auch hier wieder mal bemerkenswert.

Schmutzig, unfreundliche Mitarbeiter und gute Gutscheine werden hier nicht angenommen. Da dieses lokal "so gut ist", meint der Inhaber mehr Geld für die selben Burger zu verlangen. Teilweise bei gewissen menüs 0,80€-1€ mehr für die selbe Ware. Gehe da nur ungerne hin.

Die Zubereitung hat recht lange gedauert, ansonsten war alles ok.

Normalerweise esse ich dort nicht. War aber lange unterwegs und kam den ganzen Tag nicht dazu, erst gegen 23 Uhr. Genau dafür ist der Laden ganz gut

stark nachgelassen. von sauberkeit bis service ist alles nicht mehr wie es hier mal war. app bestellung war nicht möglich: meldet, dass sauce kicht verfügbar ist. also am terminal bestellt. dort dann keine funktion des kartenlesegeräts. dann zur kasse wo ich 5min auf bedingung warten musste. dann noch mal weitere 15min auf meine bestellung gewartet. unerträglich langsam. weiterhin boden verdreckt, tische klebrig. und als wenn das nicht genug wäre war das fleisch des royal ts burgers absolut schlecht. es roch unangenehm nach vieh, lässt sich garnicht beschreiben. dann drei mal auf knochensplitter gebissen, ein sehr unangenehmes gefühl!!! wirklich nicht gut insgesamt, günstig ist es auch nicht. für das geld bekommt man auch woanders gourmet burger. leider unzufriedener kunde!

Wirklich enttäuschend. Obwohl die Voraussetzungen gegeben sind, um Kunden am Tisch zu bedienen oder zu beliefern, werden diese Möglichkeiten nicht genutzt. So muss jeder Kunde nach Möglichkeit seine Bestellung am Terminal selbst aufgeben und sein Essen vorne nach Aufruf abholen. Grundsätzlich kein großes Problem, jedoch sind wir eigentlich mittlerweile weiter, was Service angeht. Dadurch kommt auch kein wirkliches Restaurant Ambiente auf.
