Essentially a completely normal McDonald's, but unfortunately with very unprofessional employees. We ordered plant-based ice cream with table service. The young employee (black hair, glasses) brought a different ice cream and simply said that the chocolate flavor was out. Despite my repeated inquiries (five times!), she couldn't tell me whether the new ice cream was plant-based. Instead, she reacted annoyed, shrugged her shoulders, and said she didn't know how to resolve the situation—I should accept it or ask another colleague. Fortunately, another employee later intervened and returned the money. It's a shame about the wasted ice cream and very disappointing that you're treated so uninformed, especially when it comes to allergies or intolerances.

The fee for exceeding the 90-minute parking time is outrageous. Signs are unreadable in the dark. It's a rip-off.

Please give the employee who was at the drive-thru today at 11:30 a.m. a raise. Such a kind and friendly person.

We've been waiting in line for over 10 minutes and still haven't been served. Very slow service and absolutely disappointing.

If I can't return my reusable cups after more than 10 minutes and then an employee yells at me to wait, then it's not even worth a star. I will never go to that McDonald's again. I left the two cups behind without a refund because I wanted to get to my destination that same day. Just terrible!

For whatever reason, the burgers here are drowned in ketchup.

Unfortunately, it wasn't clear during our visit that you're only allowed to park in the parking lot for 90 minutes. We ate at your restaurant and still received a hefty parking bill afterward. This seems like a rip-off, especially since you're supposed to be welcome as a guest. A clear notice on site would be really important to prevent this from happening to other guests.

We've always chosen the Hagen West Street location because it's geographically right in the middle to "drop off" our daughter – my parents' grandchild. We park both cars, eat and drink in the restaurant, talk about the time we spent with Grandma and Grandpa, and say goodbye. We've been doing this for years. This time, however, our dog was stung by a wasp during the drop-off – it's a miracle that it only hit him, as there were several of these creatures flying around the entire store. The sting had to be immediately cooled, which extended our stay somewhat. And then – after eight days – we received a payment demand for €63 from a private parking operator! This is simply outrageous. The store itself has been dirty for a long time anyway, but this combination of poor cleanliness and now the parking rip-off means: We will avoid this McDonald's in the future. Pure rip-off!!!

I can honestly say that at 39 years old, I've never experienced anything like what happened last Wednesday evening/night in Hagen! I understand service at 12:30 if everyone is tired... but that was completely unacceptable! We came in after our vacation and everything was dirty! Garbage everywhere. We sat down anyway, but after a few seconds it became clear that everything, absolutely everything, was so dirty... we couldn't eat here. So we thought we'd order and eat in the car. Service is almost exclusively at the terminal these days. But we just wanted a quick few burgers to go, so we quickly went to the checkout. There, we were given strange looks - along the lines of: "Oh no, a customer!" But because that wasn't enough, I think we had to explain what we wanted five times. Unfortunately, the young man spoke absolutely little German. He barely knew the products. Meanwhile, the trash was first put away behind the counter and then he just trudged through the kitchen. Guys, I understand if you don't feel like it, but then you quit! Since we were starving, we still got the burgers. Because they're freshly made! Nothing. Even in the car, we noticed that these burgers had probably been sitting around for ages. They were just soggy and disgusting. We got back home after only four hours and came down with salmonella! You should be ashamed of yourselves. It was my last visit there.

Everything's fine so far, but a small vanilla milkshake costs €4.29 here, not €2. So a small fries costs €2 and a small milkshake costs €6.29. Last week, I paid €2 at another McDonald's.

I ordered a Big Tasty without bacon and got one with bacon. No apologies, nothing. It's not about the money, so I didn't ask for a refund. An apology would have been appropriate.

Nobody cares about the person who had to order from them. There are far too few terminals for self-ordering. And it's hard to find good parking. It just takes a long time to order food. There were four people in front of me, so it still took so long, including the table, service, and delivery.

The last time I ate at your restaurant, I spent time with friends over coffee and lunch. Not because the food was bad, the coffee was cold, or your restaurant was dirty. Quite simply because my visit to your restaurant not only cost me the €25 for food and drinks, but also a bill via mail for overpaying in your guest parking lot for over €60. Is this the new way to profit even more from customers? Sorry, but I won't be visiting your restaurant again and strongly advise anyone else not to. Unless they want to end up at McDonald's. Paying as much as they would at a 4-star restaurant with a white tablecloth and candles on the table. Times two because I was there with a friend.

This filthy place is a complete disaster. Restrooms at rest stops, on the other hand, are more well-maintained. Most of the tables were littered or dirty. Outrageous parking rip-off. The food was quite sticky and tasted like it had been sitting for 30 minutes. The two men who brought us the tablets placed them on our table without a word and left. The restrooms are so narrow that it was difficult to seat my son, so the door had to be left open. Otherwise, everything was clean. Our order arrived quickly.

This is the first time I've written a review. I accidentally got cold Morning Farmers at the drive-thru earlier. So I went back and complained to the man at the drive-thru counter. The man was truly shocked, apologized sincerely, and ordered new burgers without argument. A fantastic response. Normally, there are lingering, annoyed discussions and statements like "that was the stupid colleagues." That an employee feels responsible for the results of his shop even though he isn't responsible for the mistake is truly remarkable. A good start to my day.

Unfortunately, this location is not recommended if you're arriving by car. Despite supposedly free parking, a few days after my visit, I received a bill from Loyal Parking in my mailbox. I had to pay €63 for exceeding the 90-minute parking time (the time you enter the driveway is counted as the time you enter, and the time you exit is counted as the time you leave). I was a full five minutes over the time limit. I was there for dinner with friends and kids, and I could even have proven that we were customers. The lady with the curls was a very nice woman, very cooperative, and a great mood. Very good working atmosphere and food! I can only recommend her; she was funny and amazing.

Went there with the kids to eat. We waited a long time for our food, and once they even brought us the wrong dish. "Family-friendly" seems to be a foreign concept to this business, especially when the establishment itself is responsible for the long wait.

I gave this branch 2 chances. The first burger ordered there was inedible. Today I didn't even get around to eating anything. This is the third time I've ordered from the "drive in" and each time an item was missing. This time I accepted the return journey. The service employee at the counter was “not amused” and let me know it verbally. I actually prefer to go to the "drive in" because I don't like ordering via the screen. Where people work, I would also like to have contact with them in order to discuss any inconsistencies in a personal conversation. For me that was the last time for now!

It's just a newer McDonald's. Relatively full on weekends and evenings, often the drive-in too. The staff is mixed and talented. Unfortunately, if you take your order with you, you always have to check it before you leave. I had complaints several times. Sometimes a burger is missing or you have one that you didn't order. Some of the employees are flexible in terms of level and adapt quickly to the younger guests. They often even take on educational tasks because parents are no longer able to support or limit their children in eating (manners) as well as in play. In terms of price, everyone was well priced, so a visit for two often costs more than €25. The app and the vouchers are pure marketing. I wouldn't like to go to the toilet because it's often dirty.

McDonald's used to be known and popular for its clean and well-maintained toilet facilities. We were shocked at how dirty and run down the toilet in this branch is. Everything is dirty, loose taps, leaky fittings... unbelievable!

It's just Mäcces, as you would expect. The branch in Vorhalle is well run. The staff can't do anything about some of the customers who leave their rubbish everywhere and clear it up without complaint.

Outrageous behavior by the branch manager – absolutely unacceptable! I had the worst experience ever at a McDonald’s today. The food was cold and missing 20 nuggets as well as the sauces. When I politely raised this at the checkout, I was turned away instead of having the problem resolved. It later turned out that the sauces were hidden under a paper towel, which I couldn't see. Nevertheless, I was publicly insulted at the table by the branch manager, even though I had done nothing wrong. To make matters worse, she even forbade me from eating my food in peace and continued to insult me ​​after I politely tried to clarify the situation. The whole thing happened in front of all the other customers and my friends, which was extremely humiliating. A branch manager should be professional and customer-oriented - the opposite was the case here. This behavior was disrespectful and condescending, and it ruined my entire visit.
