McDonald's in Hagen

Get some coffee here,... take a short break,... take a drink and then carry on...

I ordered a filet-o-fish on October 31st with the important information that no sauce was allowed on it because of allergies. When I got home I discovered that there was sauce on it. The staff was absolutely friendly, but something like that just shouldn't happen. Without my control it could have turned out badly.

Decent store as you know it. For whatever reason, it felt like it took forever from ordering to delivery. But the store wasn't that full. Staff friendly.

Fast food, what do you expect? But it tastes good in the long run...

I tried to order a strawberry shake again... didn't get one for the 4th time (in a period of about 2 months)..it can't be that the machine is always broken, as I'm told...today when I... When I said that this was the 4th time, I got a shrug of the shoulders and I had the feeling that they were also making fun of me, very bad service, and didn't feel like doing their job

I love mecces...but let's be honest, the opening times are stated until 2:00 a.m. and they close at 1:40 a.m., that's a disgrace!!!

Went to MC Donald's on Alten Reher Weg today and I've never experienced anything like that. The “shift management” complained to their employees in front of the guests, which we could still hear while sitting at the window. Then a salad was apparently wrong and the kitchen ordered it back. Even though the customer was still standing in front of the shift manager, she said “too late”. The customer was still standing there and the kitchen employee repeated it several times. She ignored it. The customer was not told anything about this. Sad. Apparently the customer received something that he did not order. The shift manager isn't really friendly and the expression on her face is very angry and it looks as if she doesn't feel like it. She also shook her head in front of us guests about her employees. Impossible. But the employees did their job very, very well.

We are currently at McDonald's Alter Reher Weg and just wanted to eat something quick and relaxed. Unfortunately, we had to witness how an apparent shift manager thought he had to yell at an employee in front of all the customers. This went on for a full 20 minutes with interruptions and even when several employees started to discuss it only got louder and louder.

We were here after a party on Saturday around midnight. We order and our food arrived promptly. Burger was OK so far. Fries for me and my wife were impossible. Any frozen fries taste better. Appearance, taste and seasoning each 0 points. When asked about the shift leader, the immediate question was "why do you want to speak to the shift leader?". Because it is my right Madame!!! Of course, the shift leader didn't come up with a solution. Just a stupid answer and no "sorry" or "we'll take care of it". Well, the customer is no longer king. Please make improvements urgently

Small mekkes, very crowded and dingy, the floor was sticky and many tables were full of rubbish.

McDonald's. When things have to go quickly.

I ordered a Cola Mix Up and they gave me a normal Cola. Another customer who ordered a normal Cola got my Mix Up Cola but no wonder they put all the drinks next to each other, sadly there were only 4 people in the store but me and him Customers were the only orders

Rate McDonald's? Actually, you know it and you don't need to read reviews, but this McDonald's deserves a few words. We were just passing through and made a quick stop. I immediately noticed that it was very clean there. The salad on the burger was crunchy (only in McDonald's advertising of course), the fries were fresh and crispy (not limp) and the staff was friendly and nice. I was pleasantly surprised, thumbs up!

My husband came from work and brought something from McDonald's, when he opened the bag there were no curly fries. The mayonnaise we ordered was there but the fries were missing and had been paid for. And last time there were even chicken nuggets missing from the box of 9. You should trust what you pay for is in the bag. You also want to go home immediately to eat.

It takes ages and in the end you forget the sauce for the chicken nuggets

Should be kept within limits, Lau eats warm. Service well and a lot of dirt should empty the garbage cans outside.

I've been recommending a McDonald's for a long time. Everything that was ordered was there. Service top and in a good mood TOP

The burger is half-cold again. I think the burger press is at 80 degrees to save electricity. I only go there if I'm on my bike. Trash in the corners. Just avoid it. Probably appropriate for Hagen. Have a good meal

A typical McDonald's branch. But the employee at the drive in was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was very tasty and the burgers too.

A McDonald's like any other, a bit old, self-ordering terminals 2 out of 3 broken. The burgers used to be better, but that applies to all McDonald's

Impossible service. I had to wait 10 minutes at the drive-in counter until I was asked what I wanted to order. Behind me the cars were jammed into the street so that no one could get through. Mind you, there was only 1 vehicle in front of me. Therefore the waiting time is incomprehensible. I ordered in advance via the APP because otherwise everything would be misunderstood. I didn't expect that the communication of only 2 letters and 2 numbers would be even worse. After I paid, I waited at the counter for a full 9 minutes until the employee asked me to wait further up the line. After another 12 minutes of waiting, my food finally arrived. I don't think I need to mention that my food was completely cold. Conclusion: 31 minutes waiting time for a cold burger with fries, cola and ChilliCheeseSnackers for just under €16. Fast food is definitely different! I will avoid this branch in the future.

I've been there several times in the last few years, it's just shameful how things have changed there in terms of cleanliness and friendliness, the food sometimes looks like everything has already been dropped (there's always something missing when ordering)!!

Offers not so good anymore. I miss the savings menu that we used to have. €4.99 delivery is excessive.

Always my pleasure. This MC has the advantage that it is very close to the motorway and is therefore easily accessible. Nice team. There is no parking space there for motorhomes and trailers.

I wanted to order a Big Mac and they didn't answer and didn't talk yet. I just heard these burger machines beeping the whole time and I didn't think it was very nice, yes 😓

Ice cream machine broken, cookies were empty, Cola for €0.50 could not be redeemed at that time of day. 10/10

Service very bad, waiting times too long.

Eines der schlechteste McDonald’s die es gibt. JEDES mal wird etwas vergessen, völlig egal ob man vor Ort bestellt oder es sich liefern lässt. Inkompetenz in ihrer Hochform. Wartezeiten und Service sind ebenfalls miserabel. Ebenfalls erhält man regelmäßig bspw. einen Royal TS anstelle eines Royal Käses. Ich vermute die Mitarbeiter lesen nur das erste Wort des Burger und gehen von einem TS aus. Selbst Mindestlohn ist für die noch zu viel.

Bis jetzt muss ich sagen ist es der beste MC Donalds in der Umgebung! Essen ist gut & Bestellungen sind immer komplett!

Netter McDonalds mit McCafe in Hagener Nähe zur Lennehalle. Angebote und Personal gut und freundlich. Jedoch sehr häufig unordentlich und die Tische sind oftmals sehr dreckig. Die Rückgabe Stationen sind standardmäßig überfüllt und man kann seine Reste nicht abräumen. Ihr könnt hier mehr draus machen mit ein wenig mehr Mühe

Die Mitarbeiter sind einfach nur unfähig. Jedesmal fehlt irgendwas...auf Nachfrage was dort nicht stimmt wird man noch dumm angemacht am Telefon 🤷🏽‍♀️ Nicht zu empfehlen der Laden

Hagen Hohenlimburg! Noch einer der besseren McDonalds Filialen in Hagen! Auch wenn zu stoßzeiten gerne mal etwas vergessen wird , bekommt man nach Reklamation nochmal komplett frische Produkte !

Wir sind ja öfters in Hohenlimburg bei Mac Donalds essen mehr gesagt zum mit Nehmen es ist auch schon öfters passiert das etwas gefehlt hat aber das was heute passiert ist haut alles aus den Socken wir haben essen bestellt und habe alles kontrolliert ob alles dabei war und es fehlte wieder 2 ches Bürger und wo wir zu Hause waren und essen wollten das war der Hammer haben wir festgestellt das die Unterseite des Brötchen von dem Mac rib fehlte sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt so ein schlechter Service voll der Hammer. Da müsste auch einmal das Team Wallraff mal schauen wie da mit den Kunden umgegangen wird. Das Team in Hohenlimburg Doll dich was schämen von Mac Donalds

Im großen und ganzen so, wie jede McDonalds Filiale in NRW. Nur die Tische sind ein Bisschen "unordentlicher")

Meine Burger waren meega gut und frisch belegt getränke waren auch super, keine lange wartezeiten und schneller Service.

Essen ok - Service enttäuschend und unfreundlich. Hafermilch gibt es keine.

Eine sehr gepflegte Filiale. Das Essen war immer frisch und vor allem heiß. Aus diesem Grund kann ich diese Filiale ganz besonders empfehlen.

Was soll das?? Warum muss man als Gast über einen Strohhalm diskutieren? Aussage vom Mitarbeiter: eigentlich gibt es keine Strohhalme mehr..... erst nach 2 facher Bitte war man gewillt mir einen zu geben. Sehr ärgerlich

Drive in... wieder mal defekt. Parkplätze dadurch zu voll. Bestellung am Terminal ohne Probleme vollzogen. Die Tastatur des EC Karten leser nicht wirklich sauber. Besser Handschuhe tragen oder Stift benutzen. Bestellung leider unvollständig und nach Reklamation vervollständigt, freundlich und mit einer Entschuldigung. Es war sehr voll aber das Personal immer freundlich. Vielen Dank dafür.

Sehr schönes Ambiente für ein Schnellrestaurant, sehr sauber. Die Beschäftigten, die heute während meiner Anwesenheit vor Ort waren, waren alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und außerordentlich zügig. Es schien in dieser Schicht alles zu harmonieren. Die TripleChocCookies, die ich hier bekam, waren die frischesten und leckersten, die ich bislang bei Mc Donald genießen durfte! Vielen Dank für den super Service, von mir daher die volle Anzahl an Sternen und eine klare Empfehlung.
