A top-notch McDonald's, just as you'd expect! Everyone is friendly and the food is amazing!

The last time I visited this place was after a relaxed meeting with some friends, we lingered for a while after dinner, and three weeks later, I received a letter stating that I had exceeded my parking time by 11 minutes and now had to pay a €63 fine. I understand that they want to prevent the misuse of parking space. However, any business owner with a touch of sensitivity knows that this is not how to treat customers. And when I requested a reversal of the fine, including proof that I was actually in the restaurant, the service provider gave me a negative response. Ignoring the fact that the amount of the fine is completely disproportionate.

I'm collecting BTS Tiny Tans and asked if I could get the three I'm missing in the happy meals. It worked out great, and I thank you again! Awesome team working there right now. Unfortunately, I didn't ask for the names and threw away the receipt for the review, but I hope it gets noticed this way. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I ordered the Philly Cheese Stack. I ate half of it and noticed that it only had one patty instead of the usual two. I politely pointed out the mistake and actually got a new one. Thanks again 😁

I will never go to that McDonald's again. I was there to meet a colleague and sat there for more than 90 minutes. Of course, we're at a restaurant, and no one cares about the time it takes to sit, eat, and relax. Especially when you're meeting up with an old friend, and after a very long time. I don't understand this stupid 90-minute parking rule. I mean, what do they want? Are we supposed to park our cars at home and take the bus to McDonald's, or what? So you pay for your lunch or dinner at McDonald's and then get charged €55 for driving there and parking there. A pathetic way to make money. I hope this restaurant understands this injustice and terminates its contract with Loyal Parking. I will never eat there again.

We loved it here 👍 The staff are friendly and respectful. The atmosphere is also great. We had a great time as a family.

Instead of 20 Chicken McNuggets, I only got 15. Unfortunately, I only realized it when I got home to eat. It's absolutely outrageous to rip people off like that at these prices.

This was actually my favorite McDonald's, but lately, all the McDonald's in Hagen have been ripping you off! The awesome new parking cameras, €55 for over-parking. So you're forced to eat only when you're pressed for time, and absolutely no conversation...sorry, but an absolute no-go for a fast-food restaurant.

Parking for 1.5 hours or more costs €63. Threatened with a three-week payment deadline, Saturdays don't count. Went there with seven people. Staff were extremely slow, the place was packed. Allegedly long-term parkers on site. In my opinion, more traffic brings in more money.

55 € if you stay on the property for more than 90 minutes (car) ... So definitely not for meeting other people there

We had promised the kids we'd eat at Mc Donalds that evening. What we got in Hagen HL was a disgrace. The order wasn't processed correctly, a burger was forgotten, and the burger we got later was a disgrace. For €6.99 (bun, cheese, chicken), that was it! No salad, no sauce, the cheese wasn't melted, and the chicken was dry and cold. We returned the burger and demanded our money back. The store manager became rude and cursed us. When I told him I was a chef myself and would be happy to show him how to make a burger, he waved us off and gave us the €6.99 back. We will not be visiting this Mc Donalds restaurant again. We will report this to headquarters.

Be careful, McDonald's Hohenlimburg should be boycotted. They've hired a parking service and make paying customers pay again if they exceed the time limit. The store and the employees are top-notch. Big praise goes to the employees, who are super friendly and competent. The shift manager, in particular, is super nice. But I'm absolutely incredibly disappointed with McDonald's itself because of Loyal Parking!!! Loyal Parking Deutschland GmbH is apparently responsible for enforcing parking rules and their terms and conditions, etc. Because I parked there for 2 hours and 18 minutes, I apparently violated some terms and conditions and received a letter at home demanding a payment of €63. ... Speechless that for a McDonald's visit with food, chat, and then coffee and cake, you're punished for staying too long. Now I feel unwelcome in McDonald's branches.

Very cold fries, a spilled drink with a dirty and sticky cup (the lady refused to dry it after she spilled the contents and then tried to give me the half-empty drink just like that – this happened twice in three days). Also, the bacon was missing from the Big Tasty Bacon Burger. Those are the highlights from a single order…

Cleanliness is a foreign concept here. Tables and floors are permanently sticky. Tables are apparently rarely wiped.

Warm fries are also available upon request, which I don't think is so bad... The burger, although more than warm, was far from edible. Unfortunately, we can't give this place zero stars. The staff were clearly aware of the quality of the food, but still tried to salvage it (within their means).

This McDonald's at Alter Reher Weg 2, 58119 Hagen, is clean, with friendly staff and a great atmosphere, especially when there are flowers on the tables.

This establishment is located in the city center, but the room on the 0th floor is very small. The first-floor rooms are rarely open. Therefore, the ground floor is almost always crowded and littered with trash. The atmosphere is unpleasant. In summer, there are tables outside, but there's also a lot of trash there.

Ordered at a restaurant with Tiach service, and it took a very long time for the first portion of the food to be delivered. The missing items were supposed to be delivered later, but the rest wasn't prepared until I asked at the counter. Ordered dessert. After half an hour, I asked at the counter. Years ago, it was clean and the burgers were good; in the last few weeks, it's just disgusting. The meals and fries were awful, so poorly packaged, cold, and unsightly. The restrooms were absolutely filthy. I'll never eat there again; it used to be so nice.

It's the dirtiest McDonald's I've been to in a long time. Unfriendly and incompetent staff, filthy kitchen, dining area, and restrooms. The staff who prepare food in the kitchen are the same ones who clean the restrooms. It's pure luck if you don't get something there. Absolutely not recommended. Haas restaurants used to stand for quality. That's no longer the case.

Actually, there's enough space and it's modern, including a cafe. Unfortunately, the burgers were semi-warm, so the cheese on the burgers wasn't really melted, or rather, not really "tasty" on the meat. The excuse that the cheese was cold when you put it on is weak. Just put a lid on it so it melts. Also, unfortunately, I have to say that the men's restroom smelled very bad, and it wasn't a toilet seat. The soap in the girls' restroom was empty. The food is of the usual high quality, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's always clean and tidy, both inside and out.

Only been to the drive in, but the service was very friendly and helpful. The food (fries) was of the usual quality and quantity. I know the ambience of the restaurant from earlier times, which also meets a standard.

We were on the way from Werdohl to Münster when we got a little hungry. Then we had the idea to visit the restaurant with the golden seagull. Our orders were processed quickly. However, our female companion's burgers were not satisfactory. The processed cheese should also be melted. The outside area was quite ok. Unfortunately I went to McDrive twice and both times the items ordered were missing. Very annoying, especially if you only notice it when you get home. An on-site check would probably be necessary, soon I'll be standing at the counter until I've checked everything!

This morning we went to McDonald's in Hagen Hohenlimburg and picked up, among other things, 3 kids menus for my niece and nephew. When we asked why the menus weren't packaged in Jurassic style as shown on the computer and whether we could choose the characters, two employees laughed at us! Service is different and next time you'll think about whether you should spend your money somewhere else!

Staff is not even able to fulfill pending orders! Of course you are an acquaintance of the staff, you have priority over everything, even free food! The staff has no guide, there is no order of arrival, each employee does what he wants because no one knows what he is doing, in short, it is unknown whether there is a manager or the customers have to serve themselves!

Hello, I had dinner in this restaurant last night. Since then I have had food poisoning. All I can say about this restaurant is drive past it. I had chicken nuggets that weren't cooked through because they were dipped in sauce. I only noticed it after the 4th. Since then I have been lying flat with vomiting, fever and diarrhea

I ordered a filet-o-fish on October 31st with the important information that no sauce was allowed on it because of allergies. When I got home I discovered that there was sauce on it. The staff was absolutely friendly, but something like that just shouldn't happen. Without my control it could have turned out badly.

Went to MC Donald's on Alten Reher Weg today and I've never experienced anything like that. The “shift management” complained to their employees in front of the guests, which we could still hear while sitting at the window. Then a salad was apparently wrong and the kitchen ordered it back. Even though the customer was still standing in front of the shift manager, she said “too late”. The customer was still standing there and the kitchen employee repeated it several times. She ignored it. The customer was not told anything about this. Sad. Apparently the customer received something that he did not order. The shift manager isn't really friendly and the expression on her face is very angry and it looks as if she doesn't feel like it. She also shook her head in front of us guests about her employees. Impossible. But the employees did their job very, very well.

We are currently at McDonald's Alter Reher Weg and just wanted to eat something quick and relaxed. Unfortunately, we had to witness how an apparent shift manager thought he had to yell at an employee in front of all the customers. This went on for a full 20 minutes with interruptions and even when several employees started to discuss it only got louder and louder.

We were here after a party on Saturday around midnight. We order and our food arrived promptly. Burger was OK so far. Fries for me and my wife were impossible. Any frozen fries taste better. Appearance, taste and seasoning each 0 points. When asked about the shift leader, the immediate question was "why do you want to speak to the shift leader?". Because it is my right Madame!!! Of course, the shift leader didn't come up with a solution. Just a stupid answer and no "sorry" or "we'll take care of it". Well, the customer is no longer king. Please make improvements urgently

I ordered a Cola Mix Up and they gave me a normal Cola. Another customer who ordered a normal Cola got my Mix Up Cola but no wonder they put all the drinks next to each other, sadly there were only 4 people in the store but me and him Customers were the only orders

Rate McDonald's? Actually, you know it and you don't need to read reviews, but this McDonald's deserves a few words. We were just passing through and made a quick stop. I immediately noticed that it was very clean there. The salad on the burger was crunchy (only in McDonald's advertising of course), the fries were fresh and crispy (not limp) and the staff was friendly and nice. I was pleasantly surprised, thumbs up!

My husband came from work and brought something from McDonald's, when he opened the bag there were no curly fries. The mayonnaise we ordered was there but the fries were missing and had been paid for. And last time there were even chicken nuggets missing from the box of 9. You should trust what you pay for is in the bag. You also want to go home immediately to eat.

Impossible service. I had to wait 10 minutes at the drive-in counter until I was asked what I wanted to order. Behind me the cars were jammed into the street so that no one could get through. Mind you, there was only 1 vehicle in front of me. Therefore the waiting time is incomprehensible. I ordered in advance via the APP because otherwise everything would be misunderstood. I didn't expect that the communication of only 2 letters and 2 numbers would be even worse. After I paid, I waited at the counter for a full 9 minutes until the employee asked me to wait further up the line. After another 12 minutes of waiting, my food finally arrived. I don't think I need to mention that my food was completely cold. Conclusion: 31 minutes waiting time for a cold burger with fries, cola and ChilliCheeseSnackers for just under €16. Fast food is definitely different! I will avoid this branch in the future.
