McDonald's is all over the place at the moment.

I love hitting up McDonalds on cheat days, but the only downside is the decoration, everything else is great!

We had breakfast there and can really say that it is the best McDonald's branch in all of Germany because we travel around a lot Toilet also very clean and inviting Staff very friendly and table service works perfectly Food very tasty and warm We also ordered the pankaces with powdered sugar and chocolate sauce and the chocolate sauce tasted very good and the pankaces were also very warm and very tasty, the powdered sugar would have easily been enough for 3 times (we ordered the 12 pankaces)

It's just McDonald's. It tastes good. Only the garbage is a little neglected. The collection stations were very full and the waste bin in the toilet was overflowing.

Partly closed, drive-in no service, made a unkempt impression from the outside.

McDonalds in Ilmenau/Thür. Food, service are ok. McDonald's atmosphere, plenty of free parking spaces available. Prices have been increased, super friendly staff. The cleanliness in the restaurant often leaves a lot to be desired.

McDonald's offers a solid and reliable fast food experience. The food is consistent and the quality meets expectations. The fast service times and the friendly staff are particularly positive. The selection of dishes is diverse, so there is something for everyone. The only minor criticism is that the atmosphere can be a bit hectic at times. Overall, a recommended choice for a quick and tasty snack. 4 stars.

Were there for breakfast. Ordering took 20 minutes 😅 coffee was served in paper cups because there were no cups left. When asked, it was said that there is a lot going on and sometimes things don't run so smoothly. In fact, there were only 4 guests there. And even if it were full, the service would definitely have to be better, it's the same in every other restaurant. Mind you, they were all German ladies😅 Things are definitely going 10 times better for the other employees. Best regards

Terrible McDonald's with ill-conceived opening hours and terrible management. I can only advise everyone not to visit this McDonald's - terrible food and completely overpriced prices. The worst thing about this frying fat hell, however, is the opening hours and duration of the breakfast menu, which is by far the best of the bad food in this fast food restaurant. During the week, this place opens at 9:00 a.m., making it completely impossible for normal working people to order any of the breakfast offerings, which could save that awful McDonald's having to prepare it entirely. On the weekend, however, you really have time to enjoy the breakfast offer - NOT! What was initially available from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. is now only available within the frit area until 10:30 a.m. since the range was expanded. For me, breakfast was the only reason to visit this restaurant, but now that the time frame for the best in the range is getting narrower, I can no longer enjoy it. Furthermore, it's a winning lottery if you find a specialist in the store who has German language qualifications that exceed the level of knowledge of a first-grader. You can often count yourself lucky if you understand the number that someone is trying to give you from the cash register when you are close by. The still broken display (for 3 or more years), which is trying with all its might to display the number, makes communication even more unbearable. I can only advise everyone not to visit this restaurant. I wonder how this McDonald's can still exist with its incredibly ill-conceived opening hours.

We always eat here and the food is delicious, but unfortunately I don't know why the shrimp dinner was canceled. It was delicious and filling. We hope there will be shrimp again.

Was there again after a long time. I have to say it was the last visit. Food is getting worse and prices are getting higher. If you like it please but for me that was it

Super fast (table) service, food freshly prepared, relatively clean and tidy

It's milking to the mouse. 9 out of 10 orders worth €50 have at least one product missing. I don't mean ketchup or a drinking straw, but fries or burgers. It's difficult to check yourself for large orders. I absolutely cannot recommend the drive-in.

Fast service, friendly staff. Nice little and modern McDonald's. Standard, but clean and tidy. The coffee we ordered was not the one we wanted and was very bitter, despite the addition of cream and caramel. The citizens were hot and cleanly occupied. Despite the holidays and the high number of visitors, it was a pleasant stay

The toilet wasn't clean due to carnival apart from the confetti, but toilet paper doesn't have to be lying around on the toilet floor

One of the better mcdonalds nearby, great, warm and tasty food. From what could be seen, the stations were very clean, overall a very nice experience. Wish there were more large tables, but not an issue.

Once again, the burger is only lukewarm late in the evening around 11 p.m., so not fresh from the grill!!! In addition, the accessory no longer deserves the name salad. Not recommendable. Update 06.09.23: somehow the staff is uninterested in what customers give reviews, because the burgers weren't good again!!! freshly made and only lukewarm and the accessories just slapped on... Update 05.01.2024: it's a strange shop 😀 ...the restaurant was very busy today and the food was real 🔥. This time there was nothing to complain about.

On the drive in super fast and friendly service. Food fresh and appetizing.

Everything is in a very good range for McDonald's stores.

The service was of high quality however the main problem was that there was a lack of seating space as compared to other outlets and it also felt very crowded and noisy. They could improve by either offering some additional seating area and/or expanding their delivery radius or by partnering up with a delivery service partner like Lieferando or Uber Eats because not delivering to University campus area especially, seems like a missed opportunity and I feel that it is worth looking into.

Wahrscheinlich zu wenig Personal am Freitag Abend, im Restaurant waren sowohl Tische als auch Boden dreckig und die Tablett-Wagen überfüllt. Schade, denn sonst sind die Mitarbeiter immer freundlich und fix bei den Bestellungen

Senkt die Hamburger Preise. in Erfurt kostet er 1,79€, 2,19€ ist ein bisschen viel zu teuer jetz ohne Witz

Ist ein McDonalds wie jeder andere.

Es ging alles sehr schnell und sauber. Der Preis für Salat ist sehr hoch.

Essen ist okay. McDonald's halt.

McDonalds wie man es kennt. Sauber, zeitweise viel Trubel, aber freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter. Filiale ist barrierefrei,ebenso die kostenlosen Parkplätze vor der Tür. Einziger Punkt den ich nicht so schön fand, dass es keine Trinkhalme mehr für Standardgetränke gibt, sondern nur noch für Shakes.

Sehr sauber und essen schmeckt richtig gut ! Komme auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Der Filialleiter sollte sich durchsetzen! Jugendliche die sich bei mc donalds mit vodka besaufen, pöbeln und den hitler Gruß machen. Das Personal und die Gäste fühlten sich nicht wohl.

War nach langer Zeit mal wieder hier, also war sehr enttäuschend. Die Preise sind ja nicht mehr normal, die Sauberkeit, naja. Da kann ich auch schick essen gehen und habe mehr davon.

irgendwie um 21uhr der highspot der stadt mit gefühlt der ganzen jugend beim Essen haben und mehrere Fliegen die ganze Zeit genervt, das geht gar nicht war etwas dreckig service aber gut

Guter McDonald's Kann nicht mekern

Mittlerweile bekommt man überhaupt keine Strohhalme mehr.

Großer, schöner Laden, mit Tischservice.

Tische so gut wie alle verschmutzt, es wird nicht nach jedem Gast abgewischt, Pommes und Burger so gut wie kalt.

Fast food restaurant. Sauber. Einfach.

Am Fenster, wo wir saßen , hing ein Plakat , darauf stand unter anderem : Sauberkeit und Hygiene sind unser oberstes Gebot. Unser Tisch ( und noch mehrere andere, noch freie Tische ) waren jedoch total schmutzig und verklebt mit Ketchup , Majo und andere Soßen . Das war echt eklig.....

Все в воскресенье переполнено, по 20 заказов в исполнении висит. Работают не быстро. А так все хорошо. Туалет чистый.

Schneller Service und gutes Angebot

Immer sauber, der sauberste mc Donald, den ich bisher gesehen habe

Alles ok. Außer Toilette sind immer verstopft

Für einen Mittag war hier relativ tote Hose, Bestellung kam, Ware war nicht wirklich heiß und die Dame, die mir das Zeug brachte schien wenig Spaß am Job zu haben ( sagte ihr Gesicht)

Sorry wenn ich das sagen muss. Als wir mit den Kindern unterwegs gewesen sind, kam von ihnen der Wunsch. Wir könnten doch bei MC Donalds zu Abend essen. Bis dato sind wir gern hier ab und zu eingekehrt mit dem Kindern. Aber leider funktioniert hier vieles nicht mehr wie vor geraumer Zeit. Am diesem Abend war einfach zu viel Personal vorhanden... Man hat das Gefühl nur wenige wissen was sie tun. Die Leute die arbeiten rennen und andere schauen einen nur fragend an. Die Tische waren alle schmutzig als wir uns versuchen einen ordentlichen Platz zu finden. Und es waren einige Tische frei. Zum Glück hatte ich Reinigungstücher dabei. Sorry das ist nun schon das zweit mal wo uns das passiert. In Zukunft werden wir überlegen, für das Geld was man hier lässt und die Umstände die hier herrschen. Lieber in eine gastronomische Einrichtung zu gehen.

Ich wollte heute mit meinem Sohn dort ein Eis essen. Es waren 8 Leute am arbeiten. Und 3 Bestellungen wurden vorbereitet. Erstens wurde ich ignoriert, als ich an der Kasse bestellen wollte. Da habe ich an dem blöden Terminal bestellt und bezahlt, denn das Bezahlen hätte ja wieder an der Ignoranzkasse gemacht werden müssen.... Wenn ich nicht bezahlt hätte, wäre ich gegangen!!!! Dann dauerte es noch einmal 10 Minuten ehe ich das Eis bekam. Ich will ehrlich sein. 2 Eis und 2 Milchshake. Zu dieser Zeit befanden sich noch immer 8 Leute am arbeiten und 2 Bestellungen wurden gemacht. Eine Frau packte ununterbrochen Kaffeetassen aus. Die zuständigen Mitarbeiter transportierten alles in Zeitlupe an die Tische. Also echt, wenn dort das Eis nicht so gut schmecken würde, würde ich da nicht mehr hingehen. Speisen überteuert und machen nicht satt und das Personal viel zu langsam!!!!!

Da ich des öfterne meine kleinen Klassiker über den Drive kaufte, hatte man sich das sogar gemerkt und entsprechend reagiert, wenn ich ankam. War n schönes Gefühl und Danke dafür!

Noch relativ leer um die Zeit (Sonntag) also nur kurze Wartezeit und nette Bedienung ! Da man aber gerne auch sonntags mal eher frühstücken möchte find ich, daß man an den Öffnungszeiten noch arbeiten kann!

Moderner McDonald's und so ziemlich die einzige Möglichkeit auf Burger in Ilmenau. Leider kein McCafe, das gibt's dann in Zellamehlis.

Leider nur durchschnittlich. So erhielt ich zu meinem gewünschten Frühstück ( Rührei)weder Gewürze, Servietten oder Besteck. Bei einem nochmaligen Besuch am Abend war alles schon etwas zusammen geklatscht.😐 Trotz schönen neuem Spielplatz auf der Außenterasse sollte mehr auf die Qualität der Speisen geachtet werden.

Schlechte Qualität und teilweise ungenießbar. Lieber ein richtiges Cafe, Burgerladen oder Salatbar besuchen

Der McDonald liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Er hat einen guten Außenbereich, wo man auch in der Sonne seinen Mäc genießen kann. Ansonsten die üblichen Angebote und der übliche Geschmack. Als Alternative für den kleinen Hunger und für zwischendurch zu gebrauchen.

Dieses McDonalds liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt und ist wohl eher für Autofahrer gedacht. Jedenfalls muss man vom Stadtzentrum gute 10 Minuten laufen, um ihn zu erreichen. Das Produktprogramm ist ja überalle gleich, aber ich finde es schade, dass man vor wenigen Wochen den Veggieburger um eine Tomatenscheibe und etwas Sauce "verbessert" hat, dafür nun aber fast 1/3 mehr verlangt (1,50 statt vorher 1,10 Euro). So nicht McD. ! Dieser spezielle Mäc könnte auch etwas mehr Sauberkeit vertragen, es müssen ja nicht überall fettige Bänke sein und die Pommes auf dem Boden hätte man auch mal wegmachen können. Ansonsten ging es recht flott mit der Ausführung der Bestellung und Personal war freundlich.

Der McDonalds von Ilmenau liegt zentral an der B87 in einer Art Gewerbegebiet neben einigen Supermärkten. Er hat natürlich ausreichend Parkplätze und war bisher bei meinen Besuchen immer gut besucht. Es handelt sich hier übrigens wohl um einen Franchisebetrieb. Als Unistadt ist Ilmenau natürlcih auch für einen solchen McDonalds gut geeignet. Der Service ist flott und die Bedienung freundlich. Vielleicht sollte man mal ein wenig öfter nach den Toiletten schauen und Seife auffüllen usw. Ansonsten das übliche Standardprogramm, also mangels anderer Fast Food Restaurants in der Stadt ein wichtiger Anlaufpunkt bei kleinem Geldbeutel.
