We ordered six chicken nuggets via the app. When we were there at 7:25 p.m. we wanted to pick her up via drive in. No one responded on the radio until 7:31 p.m. I then drove up to the window and wanted to give my code to pick up the large order of six chicken nuggets. The employee then informed me on the radio that he could not give me the six nuggets in the issuing window without me giving my code below. I should get back in line again. The line at that point stretched all the way to the entrance to the large parking lot. The order was canceled and we left without having achieved anything. I've never experienced anything like that. Fast food and customer service are definitely different. When I asked why no one said please wait for over 6 minutes, he couldn't give me an answer either. Of course, as a customer I know that there is no technical problem.

The order was placed via the digital terminal with service to the seat. We chose the table with the interaction surface. The nephew was fascinated by it, even though the question pool in the quiz was very simple with just a few questions and when repeated it showed that there is no variable question pool. The timer was too short for children who don't read quickly. The idea itself was good and shortened the waiting time nicely. The display just couldn't keep up with the inputs in terms of speed, which meant that games tended to stall. 😉 The food came quickly and was of the usual McDonalds quality. We were all fed up.

The quality and speed are right. The restaurant itself was cleaner. The McCafé is only a shadow of its former self - then you can leave it alone. What doesn't work at all is the pricing. I can't understand what justifies this high price category. It's cheaper in Munich and almost everywhere in Europe, index-oriented, too! I don't know of any McD where selected sauces end up being “forgotten” so often. When making ice cream, in 90% of cases only half the ingredients are added. When asked, it was said that “the experience was that the additives were overdosed”. In this context, I would like to point out that this can be quite problematic for a diabetic if the product does not correspond to the composition stated in the nutritional information!!!

However, do as before NEVER pay in the app! The withdrawal works, and then there is a "technical problem, contact staff". Which then explains to you that you have to pay again despite the debit being demonstrably working, because of course the transmission of the payment flow between the credit card, app and branch does not work and will never work. Which is simply impossible.

Why don't children get straws???

We came in shortly after 1 a.m. because we wanted to buy some ice cream and something to eat. We were denied this because one person in our group was 17 years old. Never again. Unfriendly staff! Avoid this place and go to Burger King around the corner. Or if necessary to a decent burger joint. The employees feel more like security than at the club next door.

I don't know if that's just the way I see it, but what's going on with these weird to-go cups, that's the two times this week where the lid either doesn't fit or isn't on properly and I end up spilling it all over the car can't be true

I can't complain when I pick it up or eat in the store, the food always tastes as it should and is always hot. The employees have all been friendly so far. Now for the criticism. We tested the delivery service here today, what can I say, leave it alone, it shows up to 55 minutes, it's totally ok on the weekend, but if you have to wait 130 minutes for your food... the driver is very polite, there I can't complain either, the food was hot too, so everything was ok in that respect. But as I said, wait over 2 hours. I think it would be better if the delivery service was stopped, it's a shame that there are bad reviews just because of it. Otherwise we would be happy to come to you, everything has always been great so far.

Simply put, the location in Kaufbeuren is bad. The staff is probably understaffed and totally overwhelmed. The food is often prepared incorrectly. Something is constantly being forgotten. Personally, I have often had bad experiences here.

You can forget delivery service. The order never came and of course no one answers the phone.

We come here often and the food tastes delicious, but sometimes the cashiers are rude, like when my friend gave 1 euro in change and said it should be a euro. The cashier freaked out and said YOU'RE NOT A LITTLE FIRST CLASS CHILD, YOU PAY BACK EVEN others are correct and constantly cleaning the tables. Once we spilled a coke, we just wanted to wipe everything up ourselves. Someone took care of it, as I said. The tables are constantly being cleaned. You don't see much dirt

Not all employees feel like working at the car counter, especially in the evenings - a shame.

Making ice cream when the fries aren't even in the fryer isn't exactly smart. The ice cream is prepared in 2 seconds but melted in 5 minutes. Just some food for thought.

The worst burger and fries I've ever eaten.

The McDonald's in Kaufbeuren offers what you expect from the chain: consistent quality and standardized dishes. There are no special features or surprises, just the usual selection of burgers, fries and drinks. For a quick, no-fuss snack, this location is a solid choice.

That was the first and last time I was in this restaurant, the Fanta tastes like water. Ingredients are missing, 2 patties are in a burger, fries taste like nothing and are old and the service is a horror 🫣🤮🤮🤮

I really can't understand the negative reviews... The food here seems super fresh, compared to my average impression of fast food and other MCD branches. The staff is friendly and quick and the atmosphere is nicer than in other branches (e.g. Kempten)

If the order goes beyond a menu, it becomes too difficult for the employees. Actually, 9 out of 10 orders are always missing something. The Big Mac in a Big Mac menu, the toys in the kids menu, Smart menu with extra cheeseburger without extra cheeseburger. Please check every order in McDrive immediately. Preferably directly at the window when serving. Complain in a friendly manner and endure the rude comment.

Pure chaos on MC Drive, 1. When you order you can't hear the staff on the loudspeaker 2. Can't calculate, get it wrong There are 3 more than 2 cars in line totally overwhelmed 4 unfriendly, stressed

Unfortunately, the burgers are getting smaller and smaller, but more expensive! The staff speaks German poorly. In the past, if you ate a Big Mäc you would get a "mouth lock", in a positive sense, now the former great burger is a tiny thing for a lot of money...

Nice shop. Unfortunately, McDonald's is now far too expensive for the service it provides and the staff is too unfriendly. To be honest, you'd rather have a kebab, at least it's tasty and fills you up.

After an incredibly long wait, I got my food at the drive-thru... when I asked if there was a glass in it, the employee came briskly. That must be a colleague... I said he didn't have any in it... I then grumbled got the glass... It's a shame that as a customer you get hit on like that because of a legitimate question

Very chic design with roof terrace. Unfortunately, the fries were completely unsalted and the burger was soggy. Were there with the nieces.

It will be the last time I go to McDonald's here for 22 years. There's dancing, people speak very loudly in Croatian, it's not clean, the equipment is handled like hell. It is no longer customer friendly. It's a shame that the old team is no longer there. Sad, very expensive. And certain burgers no longer taste as usual.

Delivery time is rather too long given the average number of visitors. No napkins provided on the tray with the menu. Some tables are worn and the benches are worn or torn. Overall, tick could be improved. Food was like everywhere else.

Delivery service okay. Unfortunately the food was cold and instead of Diet Coke it was one with sugar.

Fries were fresh and crunchy, tasted like any McCes branch, ambience wasn't my cup of tea, meeting place for many half-strong small car tuners.

Simply indescribable. And bad. It's freezing cold in the store. You sit in jackets and are cold. Already there for the second time in 5 months and every time it was ice cold. You stuff yourself so you can get out into the warm car quicker. Nice savings measure!!! And no, we are not chilblains. All the people are sitting around you in jackets. Every kebab shop offers more ambience. Of course it's just the McD. But the fact that you sit in there and your fins freeze while you eat is really extraordinary.

It's quite good if you go there with coupons, otherwise you'll just pay a lot more.

The food and service were faultless, but the room itself was cold. You sat there dressed and wanted to get out of there faster.

Ate there today, family, two kids. Balloons were given, tables and shop were very clean, food was served at the table within two minutes even though it was Sunday at 12:30 p.m. Service was friendly, water was missing but it came straight away. Food: OK for McDonald's.

I just ordered online and it arrived but unfortunately the milkshake (it was actually chocolate according to the order) was wrong. I called there and was told that I should run up and get it myself. I then told him on the phone that I was a single parent, which is why I ordered from Lieferando at mecces. He then said yes, it wasn't his problem. Customer is king is probably not the case there

Nothing shushi, why don't Mcdonald make shushi? Or sweet and sour Pekin duck?

We are there about once a month. We think it's a shame that fries are only available from 11 a.m. and before that "only" breakfast products. In principle we like to go there and are never disappointed with the food. I don't always find the staff super nice, but is that asking too much?

Für eine Pause zwischendurch perfekt. Was soll man groß sagen, es ist ein Fastfood Restaurant wie es jeder kennt...

Heute erneut bestellt und mitgenommen...happy meal hatte nur Pommes kein Burger nichts..unfassbar...und ich bestellte das Smartphone menue mit 2 chickenburger- was war drin- nur einer...eins ansolute Frechheit!Was die Geld einnehmen und keine Ware ausgeben. Weiss nicht welchen Intelligenquotient die Mitarbeiter dort haben, aber bis 2 zählen können die nicht. Bestellte Hamburger Royal TS ohne Käse da ohne die Kinder sonst nicht essen und zum wiederholten Male wird er mit Käse ausgegeben. Zu Hause riesen Drama. Und das obwohl heute fast kein Mensch drin war, keinen Warteschlange nichts. Einfach unfähig.

War recht voll. Dennoch war das Personal super freundlich und die Qualität des Essens wie gewohnt.

Um 16:30 Uhr arbeitet dort eine Frau, die nicht nett ist. Sie gab Bestellung auf und tippte auf dem Mobiltelefon, schlechter Service

Wir haben etwas bestellt und wann es bekommen haben ein Cola war nicht. Sofort habe ich gesagt dass Sie ein Cola vergessen haben aber sie haben gesagt nein, hast du es bekommen und sie mit mir bis Tisch zukontrollieren gekommen ob habe ich Recht oder bin ich einer Dieb. Besser arbeiten sie mehr genau statt denken Ihre Kunden sind Dieb!

Leider bin ich von dem Service im McDonald's Kaufbeuren mehr als enttäuscht. Vergangene Woche der Burger ohne Fleischpatty im McDrive, war eine tolle Überraschung vorallem zum vollen Preis. Aber noch besser war es am 1.1.24 im McCoffee. Um 16.00 Uhr waren noch sage und schreibe 2 Donuts in der Kuchentheke vorhanden. Dann wurde man von allen drei Angestellten einfach ignoriert die es wohl für wichtiger erachtet hatten am Handy zu schreiben, den Müllbeutel zu wechseln und Gläser in das Regal zu stellen. Die Schlange hinter uns wurde immer länger was die Angestellten aber auch nicht weiter tangiert hat. Einige haben noch vor uns aufgegeben und sind wieder gegangen. Nach 25 Minuten Wartezeit hatten wir dann auch kein Interesse mehr und haben es vorgezogen in ein richtiges Cafe zu gehen wo man als Kunde noch geschätzt und vorallem bedient wird. Fazit: Meine Familie und Bekannten werden zukünftig den McDonald's Kaufbeuren meiden und unser Geld zur Konkurrenz tragen da es den Angestellten ( zumindest den betreffenden 3) bei McDonald's offensichtlich egal ist ob Kunden erscheinen oder nicht. Kundenfreundlichkeit somit 0 vorhanden. Schade, dass war früher noch anders.

Kann man mal machen wenn man kaum Zeit hat oder nach nem Rideout schnell was essen will.

Es war leider sehr schlecht zubereitet, obwohl man bei Fastfoodketten eigentlich nicht viel verkehrt machen kann. Die Burger waren in d. Schachtel geschmissen worden,bei zwei Mcrösti hat die Sauce innen gefehlt,die curlyfrites waren zu 80% Pommes mit abgebrochene curlys dazwischen...Zuhause ausgepackt und enttäuscht gewesen. Schade kenn ich so nicht.

Also ansich finden wir das Fast Food dort recht gut, aber weshalb liefert denn McDelivery nicht mehr nach Kaufbeuren rein, sondern nur noch nach Neugablonz? Das ist einfach nur ein anderer Stadtteil :D ob man jetzt 10 Minuten nach Gablonz reinfährt oder 10 Minuten Richtung Innenstadt ist doch völlig irrelevant. Schade, ihr verliert ziemlich viele Kunden damit, wie wir mitbekommen hatten. Die Filiale vor Ort ist völlig okay.

Ansehnliche Filiale im Vergleich. Bestellung kam Recht schnell und das Personal war auch freundlich.

Mein erster Eindruck war okay. Es gibt besser McDonalds aber auch schlechtere. Vom Ambiente ist hier alles neu und freundlich. Was man von der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter leider nicht behaupten kann. Der Tischservice "klatscht" das Tablett auf den Tisch. Die Mitarbeiter an den Kassen sprechen kein Wort. Das Essen war auch okay. Heiße Pommes, kalte matschige Burger.

Habe das Essen hier das 2. x nicht vertragen. Die Tische könnten öfter gereinigt werden.

Saubere Umgebung, schnelle Bedienung. Essen ist halt McDonalds und das Ambiente ist halt kein gediegenes Restaurant. Wie das bei McDonalds halt so ist :-)

Schlechte McDonalds Qualität, was erwartet man mehr?

Ich habe bestellt und wollte an der Kasse bezahlen. Das Personal hat mich nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen ignoriert und mit Schultern gezuckt.

McDrive war schnell und unkompliziert.

Nettes Lokal. Freundliches Personal und das Essen ist auch sehr Lecker. Es waren genug Sitzplätze frei obwohl viel los war. Die Toiletten waren sehr sauber. Der Parkplatz war auch nicht verdreckt. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Burger sind nicht schön in die Verpackungs Box gelegt. Jeder Belag ist in einer anderen Ecke. Die Hälfte der Bestellung wird vergessen an Tisch zu bringen. Muss man selbst nachhaken. Bin sehr unzufrieden .

Highlight war ein großer Tisch mit integrierten Touchscreen, bei dem Spiele etc. zum Zeitvertreib gespielt werden konnten. Weiterhin gibt es hier eine Dachterrasse, die wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Das Essen hat etwas gedauert, darum nur 3 Sterne. Insgesamt war das Ambiente super und ist mit unter einer der besten MC Donalds Restaurants, in denen ich war. Pluspunkt ist der Lieferdienst, der hier angeboten wird.

Sry aber ganz ehrlich. Wenn man einen Cheesburger ohne eine Essiggurke bestellt und dann eine Verpackung mit Burger bekommt, wo draufsteht das da keine Essiggurke ist, diese dann öffnet und feststellen muss, dass da eine Essiggurke drin ist. Dann ist das ganze schon echt enttäuschend.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Service war sehr gut und schnell. Sanitäreinrichtungen waren wirklich sauber und genauso der Speiseraum! Komme gerne wieder und habe hoffentlich Zeit die Dachterrasse zu genießen!

War jetzt innerhalb von 14 Tagen gleich morgens kurz nach 8 Uhr da! Es war eisig kalt! Die Klimaanlage bläst als hätte es draußen 30 Grad! Das war nicht gemütlich/angenehm!

McDonald's halt, die liebe zum Burger belegen fehlt überall.

Wir nehmen ab und an was mit aber auffällig is, dass immer was fehlt... bei dieser Bestellung die Nuggets. Das sowas von nervig! In Zukunft werden wir die Tüten vor Ort auspacken und eine Inventur machen... klar is das essen dann kalt aber wir sind wenigstens sicher, dass ihr nicht wieder was verbummelt habt!!!

Wie jeder laden aber sehr gemütlich

Die letzten Mal hat immer etwas gefehlt bei der Bestellung. Ärgerlich wenn man es erst Zuhause merkt.

Schaut euch der Burger an das stück 6 bis 7 euro das sieht aus wie aus der biotonne. Das ist mc Donald Kaufbeuren ekelhaft. Schämt euch

MC Donalt Kaufbeuren ist mit Abstand der schlechteste Laden in Deutschland, ich habe vorgestern in Gabsen gegesen da war alles frisch und gut heute hier in Kaufbeuren ich mußte mich übergeben obwohl ich das selbe gegessen habe es waren die Brötchen alt ich denke schon keine Ahnung, das Fleisch hat scharf geschmeckt und extrem trocken, die Soße beim Mac Ripp habe ich nur gedacht was esse ich da? nur eckelhaft, ich und meine freunde werden diesen Laden nie wieder betreten, es ist eine Zumutung, und bei den Pommes wurde ich auch noch beschissen, ich hatte eine mittelere Bestellt und bezahlt und zuhause sehe ich das es eine kleine warNEIN DANKE

Ich bin im Allgemeinen kein großer Freund von Fastfood-Restaurants - manchmal muss es aber schnell gehen bzw bekommt man spätabends eben nur noch in solchen Lokalen etwas zu essen. So waren wir kürzlich nach einem Konzert in diesem und es hätte kaum schlimmer sein können: Vom Personal wird man extrem unfreundlich behandelt und auf höfliche Fragen erhält man lediglich eine patzige Antwort. Allgemein war das Lokal verschmutzt und die Sitzmöglichkeiten total abgewetzt und unansehnlich. Von der Toilette möchte ich erst gar nicht sprechen/schreiben. Mich wird es hier selbst bei großem Hunger nicht mehr hinziehen

Al ser un restaurante de comida rápida no se espera tanta comodidad, modernidad y buen ambiente.La música es muy agradable, hay alternativa de hacer tu elección de menú desde una pantalla computarizada que además acepta pagos con tarjetas de crédito y agiliza mucho el proceso de compra.

Was soll man sagen, hält ein Mäcci. Innen ist alles etwas verlebt und lieblos. Das Personal ist meistens recht freundlich.
