Nice and tasty burgers. Downside: couldn't use the app for the rewards in every day I went there.

Really really sad. That you can never trust. It feels like every time I don't look, half of it is missing or the wrong thing is in there. If you don't feel like working then just leave it alone! Is it really too much to ask to do your job properly?!

It's better to check whether everything that was ordered is in the bag. Fries and drinks are forgotten several times. Bad service for the money. You have to pour your own drink. Laziest Burger King. Never again.

Last night the burger and fries were definitely cold, after complaining they were rude/insolent. Unfortunately, fries and burgers taste terrible. Never had such a bad meal at Burger King. No recommendation.

I ordered a double whopper with two portions of fries, everything was great, service was great, everything was great and then I realized that there was no ketchup with my fries and I had to pay extra for it. I was really disappointed 😭😭😭😭 very very disappointing, how am I supposed to have that Now I have to choke down the dry fries, but otherwise everything is great 😭

So it was the second and last time we ordered there. Ordered at 7:47 p.m., it was announced that it would be delivered at 9:17 p.m. It arrived at 9:41 p.m., so sorry, yes it's Friday, but over 2 hours for 4 burgers, you're not serious, if you don't have enough drivers, then stop taking the order, ... then the wrong food was served delivered. Instead of burgers, fries and onion rings arrived. So I called to make things right and was slightly annoyed. The lady on the phone was nice, but you still felt like you were being stupid. Driver came at 9:55 pm with the correct order and apologized. Unfortunately burgers cold. Thanks for the apology, but unfortunately that couldn't make up for what happened. But with all the love and understanding, I worked for a delivery service myself and it wasn't that bad, despite the fact that we rotated like crazy often enough. A lot of things went wrong back then, I had hoped that something would improve in another two years. They say you should give everyone a second chance. Negative! I'm really incredibly disappointed. Sorry, but fast delivery is advertised, and fast doesn't exceed 2 hours. Up to 1 hour on heavy days is ok, but over 2, no, you feel really ripped off. My husband then drove to McDonalds and 15 minutes later he was back with food. Conclusion, 25 euros wasted, so I worked almost 2 hours for free, thanks Burger King

Unfortunately one of the petties was bad. I noticed that after a few bites it seemed very strange to me and that was really disgusting. As you can easily see, one patty looked very different from the others, it was dry and smaller. There was a huge difference in taste between the patties even though they should all have been the same. The patty that was bad was dry and hard, so I noticed something was wrong. It's a shame that BK is now starting again after most people don't think about the last documentary anymore and tend to relax their care...🤢

Burger King offers fast service, delicious burgers and friendly staff. The atmosphere is pleasant and clean. Perfect for a quick bite on the go. Clear recommendation! 🍔🌟

Meal preparation is slow. The overall health condition is okay, there are not many people, there are free parking spaces, and the transportation is convenient.

I'm very disappointed, the Burger King used to be better. We waited forever for the food... and we didn't get it really warm either!!! Am very disappointed!!

A regular, smaller Burger King. Nothing special.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Wanted to buy 2 salads. The ordering machine didn't work so we ordered from two girls at the counter. 2 mixed salads with extra tomatoes and extra cucumbers + dressing. What we got was a joke. A mini box with almost no contents. The girl said to the one from the preparation whether he had added extra tomatoes (and cucumber????). He went back into the kitchen with the boxes. When we got home I couldn't believe my eyes. It's a shame to charge extra tomatoes and extra cucumbers for the contents. How much is there without extra??? We won't buy from you again.

The food takes forever to finally be delivered, I've been waiting for several hours!!! And then when it arrives it's cold and tastes really worse than bad. I can only advise against ordering from this Burger King!!

I think Burger King has changed something about its price/performance ratio for the better. Service is friendly.

Putting dropped fries back on the tray with your hand doesn't work at all. After publishing new fries then throw them again on the tray in front of the customer. For me, such an employee should be fired immediately.

Apart from the taste, there will be no other advantages...

Takes forever for mediocre food

A bit better than "the competition", unfortunately with a number of technical problems and the food is just fast food from the BK as we know it.

It was ok. The store now seems very unprofessional. The sales counter seems to me like a guarantee for the next stomach/intestinal illness. App vouchers are not accepted. The order terminals stick so that you have trouble removing your finger from the window. The staff is friendly but unfortunately quite incompetent. The average age of the workforce felt like it was 15 years old. The chaotic pack likes to process orders collectively. Two look in panic and the third shouts the order into the kitchen. Is this the new definition of system catering?! Good McDonald's and kebab shop are within walking distance.

The delivery person forgot my Coke. No apology, nothing. He said he would bring her. The cola would be with me in 5-10 minutes. Unfortunately it took longer. I could now enjoy my cola after my meal. Maybe it was because of the bad German. But honestly, is it too much to ask, sorry, please, thank you, to be able to speak German?

Food is typically OK at Burger King. However, what drove me to this review was the fact that I was there today on March 8th, 2024 at around 11:30 p.m. and the branch was closed. Opening hours according to Google Maps until 1 a.m. It's not the first time this has happened. I wasn't the only one who wanted something...

We had a little difficulty with the gourmet block at the beginning, but the lady with the headscarf was very friendly and helpful. The fries were cold. The staff were very friendly during our visit.

The employee who answered the phone at 10:39 p.m. on February 23rd was the most disrespectful person there is. I've been waiting for the order for an hour and then there are no answers and disrespectful behavior. Please take care of new staff.

I've been there very rarely now, but I'm disappointed every time I do go. Order not complete in 99% of cases. Then sometimes you just get the wrong thing in the right packaging. Fries generally cold and almost inedible. And what's new is that I feel really bad almost every time afterwards. The staff is friendly and occasional language barriers are not a problem. But what doesn't work at all are the suppliers. Time pressure is all well and good, but if you come rushing into the yard like there's no tomorrow without checking to see if anyone is coming, walking or standing, then that's really bad. Then also in normal traffic, every time I see one of you, I'm generally hit in the face because there's no right of way... These are still cars with your company's advertising on them, what kind of advertising is that or what a figurehead if you treat the brand like that.

I was there 10 minutes ago and ordered food to take away. As soon as I got home I noticed that, as is often the case, my order wasn't complete. I'm missing a long chili cheeseburger. Very annoying, I usually don't check today

It was clean and nice inside, food came quickly and was warm, fresh and tasty. Only the staff was a bit inattentive. We are there regularly :-)

Der Burger war komplett kalt, obwohl ich ihn sofort nach dem Kauf gegessen habe. 2 Portionen Pommes mussten wir wegwerfen, da innen noch roh! Der Service war sehr freundlich!

Redlich bemühtes Personal versucht die Kunden so schnell als möglich zufriden zu stellen. Aber ist und bleibt natürlich ein Fast Food Laden:-)

Meistens sehr viel los. Sonntag ca. 20 bis 2 30 Minuten Wartezeit. Aber die Mitarbeiter, zumindest hab ich das so erlebt, sind freundlich geblieben und haben sich sogar für die Wartezeit entschuldigt.

Passt alles, Essen kommt zügig und Bedienung ist nett, echt ein Super Burger King, an dem sich man anderer ein Beispiel nehmen könnte.

Eigentlich ganz nett hier, ABER… am 7.11.2023 ab 21 Uhr wurde der Laden geschlossen und Verbot an der Terasse angedeutet. Die Mitarbeiter können nichts dafür, da die Anweisung von der Geschäftsleitung kommt. Fazit: Drei Stammkunden verloren, SCHADE! …

Es wird saubere und es passieren weniger fehler bei bestellungen.

Gut organisierte Filiale, sauber und angenehm. Parkplätze vorhanden, etwas knapp bemessen. Besonders die Veggieprodukte sind Klasse.

Essen ok, insgesamt leider nicht so sauber wie man es sich wünscht.

Egal wo finde die bestellbildschirme einfach nur blöd und unpersönlich. Deswegen nur 4 Sterne für den Service. Essen war super lecker und ausreichend und im Gegensatz zur Konkurrenz ist man auch länger satt.

Schön gemacht ! Essen alles wieder sehr frisch! Hat uns u.den kleinem Buben gut gefallen.

Es schmeckt besser als beim grossen gelben M. Bedienungen könnten bissl mehr elan zeigen nicht so gelangweilt.

Nach einigen besuchten Burger Kings mit durchaus negativen Erfahrungen war ich hier um 22:30 abends sehr angenehm überrascht. Es war gut besucht aber sauber, aufgeräumt und die Stimmung im Team schien sehr gut. Ein moderner Burger King mit Getränkeautomaten zum selbst befüllen und etlichen Getränke Geschmacksrichtungen Jederzeit wieder.

Keine lange Wartezeit Ordentlich und sauber zubereitete burger Sehr frische Pommes ( noch nie so heiße und Knackfrische ) Wopper ordentlich und hygienisch zubereitet Freundliches Personal Note 1

Eben ein Standard-Burger King. Zur Not ausreichend. Essen mittelmäßig, aber nicht ekelhaft wie in manch anderen Fast Food Restaurants. War auch recht sauber, auch die Toiletten, was mittlerweile leider selten ist.. Es gab keine Trinkhalme, Deckel, Servietten o.ä. und die Getränkestation ist ziemlich fragwürdig, da alles aus einem Spender kommt. So hat man als Kind dann schon mal Reste vom Colasirup im Apfelsaft o.ä.. Da hilft leider nur Getränke in Flaschen/Dosen zu bestellen.

Auch ich war schon öfter Kunde hier und kann ebenfalls nichts negatives berichten. Die Qualität der Speisen ist gut und das Personal recht freundlich und bemüht. Auch wenn mal mehr los ist, herrscht keine Hektik!

Ein Fast-Food-Restaurant sollte man nur beurteilen, wenn man dort einige Male war, da die Mitarbeiter ja ständig wechseln. Bei mir waren es bestimmt mehr als 20 Besuche. Ich hatte nie etwas Größeres auszusetzen. Abundzu mal waren die Tische nicht aufgeräumt oder klebrig oder die Bestellung wurde verwechselt. Einen richtigen Ausrutscher gab es jedoch nie. Das Personal war freundlich bis sehr freundlich und stets bemüht alles richtig zu machen. Einzig war mich immer störte und stört, ist, dass nur sehr selten mal eine Rechnung auf das Tablett gelegt wird. Mit dieser ist es möglich, sich im Internet einen Code generieren zu lassen, den man auf die Rechnung schreibt und einiges an Ersparnis bringt. Schade! Für mich ist dieser Burger King empfehlenswert.
