Everything was very well-maintained, no dirt on the tables - highly recommended, as there is a freestyle drinks station.

Small but tasty, many things are spicy and you have to wait a bit long for the food.

The doner burger was incredibly bad. This isn't directly related to this restaurant, but still.

I've been to BK for a long time. I tried the beef kebab. My wife had the chicken kebab. They were really good. The churros were also amazing. Mc Donalds can't beat them. 👏

Unfortunately, the lady has no overview. There's no orderly service. Those who push ahead unfortunately get served first. You have to wait forever. Out of three people, only one is in the sales area! Where are the others? Smoking?

The food was really good, which isn't what I'm used to at BK anymore. The store was clean, everything was great.

Very clean Burger King. Large parking lot and a self-refilling drink mixer. The burgers were fresh and very good.

Very friendly staff and fast service. The restaurant is clean and tidy, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The burgers are freshly prepared, and the fries are crispy and served warm. The quick ordering via the vending machine is particularly convenient, so you don't have to wait long. A good place for a short break or a quick meal.

Such a shame. We were just there with a few people and unfortunately got kicked out. We didn't even get to finish our meal :( Otherwise, really cool place, I'll be back next time.

We often go to Burger King Kaufbeuren on weekends to quickly satisfy our hunger. Ever since they launched plant-based burgers, there's been so much choice for us - fantastic! ☺ We've been extremely satisfied every time we've been to Kaufbeuren. The burgers were always fresh and warm, the fries were hot, and our extra ketchup was never forgotten - everything was perfect! The employees there seem to be pretty good and on the ball - we've never experienced unfriendly service there, and it's always spotlessly clean. Thumbs up!! Keep it up - we'll be back soon. :-)

Food was carelessly slapped into a bag, which broke. Then things were missing. It wasn't even busy, and then things were forgotten. It's unbelievable how bad; things used to be better. Employees urgently need training.

Very good Burger King and what's also great is that you can pour your own drinks, refill them, pay once and then come back as often as you like.

My husband was funny, there was sauce everywhere and nothing tasty. I don't like this restaurant. Not good! The toilet was like a butt fart.

Very unfriendly service. We were the first to order and were the last to get our food. I think 35 minutes is simply too long for two burgers. The fries were cold, too. I wouldn't go back.

An average Burger King. Unfortunately, the fries and burgers aren't always as good as they should be.

Disgusting. Burgers are swimming in sauce, for the second time in a row. Sauces are constantly forgotten or the wrong ones are given. This place used to be recommendable; I have no idea what kind of employees work there, but the stuff is almost impossible to eat anymore.

Actually 0 stars, ordered food last night and still didn't get it after 30 minutes, when I asked why they said there was only one woman in the kitchen, when I asked why all the people who ordered after me got their orders they got pissed off and just ignored me, after another 10 minutes I wanted a cancellation and my money back, the supervisor said that wasn't possible. Then the order was finally ready, but to top it all off, the very unfriendly waitress threw the empty drink cups on the counter in front of witnesses. Rarely have I experienced such impudence. I definitely won't be going back to the store because Türkheim is a lot better.

Service was good, we consumed a strawberry shake in Kaufbeuren, which tasted neither strawberry nor vanilla. We complained about this and received a new one that tasted like rotten strawberries and not even like vanilla.... in short, inedible, just disgusting!

Definitely one of the better representatives of the chain. All areas always appear clean. The furnishings are attractive and well maintained. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, I received meat instead of a vegetarian patty once. It was a one-time mistake, but it still doesn't work at all. Therefore, urgently check the shape. Unfortunately, the self-service terminals often lead a life of their own. QR codes are not read. Redeeming rewards temporarily doesn't work, the display reacts with a delay, the card reader is installed so poorly that it can't be used with many cell phones...) It would be nice if disinfectant were available in front of the touch displays.

Very well eaten, absolutely fresh food. Restaurant was clean, including the tables. It's nice, you'll be happy to come back.

About a week ago I filled out a contact form because of extremely unprofessional and unfriendly service and wrote the same thing by email. To date no one has contacted me. The woman was condescending, bitchy and made unpleasant comments, rolled her eyes and was also unable to take the order correctly on the second attempt. She didn't correct it either, I had to pay and that was it.

It sounds like a bad fairy tale - unfortunately it's true what happened on December 18th, 2024 at the drive-in counter at BurgerKing in Kaufbeuren. My son and I drove up and ordered two menu items. At the counter the person asked us if we would like a cup holder, which I said no because it would save on waste and our vehicle also has provisions for this. First I took the drink from my son, which worked wonderfully and got into the car safely. The fairy tale began with the second drink - the person handed it to me. When I lifted the cup towards the car, I noticed that the lid wasn't completely closed. Unfortunately, my second hand was too late on the cup and the Coke Zero spilled all over my car. The person behind the counter had a smile on his face. I drove the car a little ahead so I could get out and clean. The service person put a whopping 3 pieces of paper towels on the counter to wipe down my car - which was probably a joke - even the side shelf on the door was completely full of cola. No sorry - I can't help! Then she came out the side door with the rest of the order. Handed us the food and wanted to leave - when I asked who would pay for the damage to the vehicle (cleaning) I shrugged my shoulders and replied - I could still have the drink - which is what I was in the mood for. A phone call with the deputy manager shortly afterwards revealed that it was probably my own fault, because I picked up the drink and the lid was properly closed (as she wanted to see through her employee when she was in front of the cup at the counter is a mystery to me). The bottom line is that my car is stuck from the driver's door to the steering wheel, seat, floor to the center console and is crying out for a professional interior cleaning - apart from my sweater, pants and shoes, which I can also put back in order. We will then no longer be a customer at Burger King - because customer friendliness looks different. Thank you for the costs I incurred.

Clean restaurant with really friendly staff.

Although there was little going on, the food took time and was lukewarm. There was no ketchup, no mayo and no more fries. Instead of reusable cups, we got disposable cups, even though we paid the deposit. The problem is probably that they can't really process lists.

Ordered. Unfortunately the food was cold and arrived very late. Unfortunately, the food itself wasn't good either. I prefer MC Donalds because they taste WAY better, but unfortunately they don't deliver to us, which is why only BK was an option. Consumption in the restaurant. Sufficient Parking spaces in front of the restaurant. At Burger King in Kaufbeuren, the burgers and chilli fries taste super delicious. The ambience was great and the service was very friendly and accommodating. Big King Double Menu with Chilli Fries and Whopper Menu with Chilli Fries. Have been to Burger King Memmingen and Grönenbach. Burger King Grönenbach the building is getting old. We didn't feel comfortable. Burger King Memmingen's Chilli Fries were missing the jalapenos.

The foreign employees are not able to communicate with customers in our national language. For example, I ordered my burger without pickles and according to the bill I received it that way. Got a burger with pickles even though I'm highly allergic to them. I went to the hospital immediately to avoid anything worse. Service leaves a lot to be desired. I would count the remaining money (if you pay in cash) 3 times. Staff very unfriendly. Conclusion not recommended.

It has become cleaner. The current staff is trying to get better and better. Keep trying. Addendum: Allergy sufferers should be careful at the moment, it's not always true. Painted cucumbers or tomatoes can still be on the burger. Hope that changes quickly.

Unfortunately one of the petties was bad. I noticed that after a few bites it seemed very strange to me and that was really disgusting. As you can easily see, one patty looked very different from the others, it was dry and smaller. If I could I would give 0 stars. Wanted to buy 2 salads. The ordering machine didn't work so we ordered from two girls at the counter. 2 mixed salads with extra tomatoes and extra cucumbers + dressing. What we got was a joke. A mini box with almost no contents. The girl said to the one from the preparation whether he had added extra tomatoes (and cucumber????). He went back into the kitchen with the boxes. When we got home I couldn't believe my eyes. It's a shame to charge extra tomatoes and extra cucumbers for the contents. How much is there without extra??? We won't buy from you again.

Putting dropped fries back on the tray with your hand doesn't work at all. After publishing new fries then throw them again on the tray in front of the customer. For me, such an employee should be fired immediately.
