We ate at McDonald's today... just after midnight. We were the only customers... The men's restroom was the bottom drawer. Absolutely filthy. There was no sign of the last cleaning either... Simply disgusting!

Anyway, some feedback about the store: It's so small and unfortunately littered (even without a full tablet lying around). All my attempts to calm her down were in vain; she just carried on. Since I had children with me and didn't want the situation to escalate, I simply took my tray and left. Unfortunately, I was too perplexed by the situation. I should have asked for a supervisor. This kind of behavior towards customers is simply unacceptable and an absolute no-go!

MC smart menu. Orders were processed very quickly. The double cheeseburger and fries must have been sitting a little too long. The fries were already a bit soggy and the cheeseburger was almost cold. On the other hand, it was comparatively quiet. The restrooms need to be cleaned more often.

We actually really like coming here and taking our food with us. But today, for the third time, they forgot to pack a burger. That's unacceptable, especially when there are hardly any customers. It's better to double-check; they really have to do it here.

I was then given an alternative, but I wasn't entirely satisfied, but I didn't want to prolong the situation any longer. Communication with the employees was a bit difficult due to language barriers. The store manager was initially a bit unfriendly and seemed a bit judgmental – her tone wasn't quite appropriate. However, she apologized in the end, which I found positive. Overall, the visit was okay despite the circumstances.

EDIT: Even after more than 7 months nothing has improved!!! So it's unbelievable what's going on. Been there several times (because of school). So service by employees there doesn't work at all! I've been trying to eat there for 3 days. However, I always had to pay in cash. WAITED LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES JUST TO PAY. said several times and emphasized that I just wanted to pay. Nobody was in front of me... the lady who didn't have work clothes for the first time kept saying I'm coming straight away - but that didn't happen for 10 minutes. Orders for pickup felt like 10, no one prepared anything. Simply NOT A GOOD ORGANIZATION! I ASK YOU TO TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY AND DO SOMETHING so that tomorrow and other days I really don't have to wait as long as I have to pay, so I don't want to say anything about preparing the food because this is even worse and man waits 30 minutes or more!!!! But that was still ok because you paid and you can't run away... but if I can't pay at all and if people just ignore me, that's a disgrace!!

Pretty much the worst MC I know, small example, ordered a cappuccino at Mc Cafe and got normal coffee to go, even though you wanted to drink it in the cafe. Won't go there again in the future.

We placed a takeout order on December 27th, 2024. Since the branch was packed and people were standing on each other's feet, we didn't check for completeness on site. When we unpacked the order at the hotel 5 minutes later, two burgers were completely missing, the fries were ice cold (and judging by the consistency, they had never really been cooked), and the drinks were all non-carbonated. I complained to the branch by email the next day, and to date there has been no response. Definitely the worst McDonald's I've eaten at in recent years.

Such a new McDonald's with such terrible toilets. The cabins are terribly small. The toilet paper is a disgrace. There is no disinfectant for the toilet lids. There is no automatic soap dispenser, faucet or paper towel dispenser. There are generally no paper towels. Nothing is done about the extremely bad smell. I complained about the order and lo and behold the fries and the burger were now warm and properly prepared, but the drink was again at least 50ml missing. Yes, we were in Metzingen on November 2nd, 2024 and unfortunately at MC Donald, very long waiting time. Everything was disgusting, the way you slap the food on the tray, garbage everywhere and the toilets 🤮. We were still missing 2 hamburgers, when I complained about them, the gentleman slapped something together for us from a pile of forgotten things🤢. I'll never come back, I feel sick when I think about it.
