Slow, unfriendly staff, despite few orders

When ordering, the food arrived at the table cold, fries and the burger were cold and there was cheating when filling the drinks. I complained about the order and lo and behold the fries and the burger were now warm and properly prepared, but the drink was again at least 50ml missing. When I looked at the neighboring table it was the same case. I am of the opinion that too little is being filled on purpose because it is very profitable. I do not recommend this store

Yes, we were in Metzingen on November 2nd, 2024 and unfortunately at MC Donald, very long waiting time. Everything was disgusting, the way you slap the food on the tray, garbage everywhere and the toilets 🤮. We were still missing 2 hamburgers, when I complained about them, the gentleman slapped something together for us from a pile of forgotten things🤢. I'll never come back, I feel sick when I think about it.

When I visited, the entire dining room was in a very unclean condition. Not a single table was cleaned, which is completely unacceptable for a branch of your standard. I then turned to the staff and politely asked them to clean the tables. However, the employee's reaction was anything but friendly. Although he complied with my request, he did so with a palpable rudeness. In addition, I was addressed as “you” inappropriately and disrespectfully throughout the entire conversation, which I, as a customer, do not find appropriate. I hope you take this matter seriously and take steps to improve cleanliness and customer service in your branch. Treating customers respectfully and courteously should be a given in every situation. The whole thing was on Friday November 1st, 2024

Don't know why McDonald's would license such a terrible branch. What a disgrace to fast food. The ordering machine is broken, the recycling bin is full of garbage, the staff at the ordering counter and cashier are completely unfamiliar with their jobs, and they don't even speak German or English.

We waited forever (about 25 minutes) for the order. The fries were old and cold! The burgers too! We ordered 5 burgers, all of them were cold! The toilets were very dirty - we won't go there again - worst McDonald's we've ever visited!

I recently went to McDonald's in Metzingen and was unfortunately very disappointed. The food seemed anything but fresh - the burger bun was dry and the fries seemed to have been sitting for a long time. In addition, the employees showed little interest in being friendly or helpful. I find it absolutely ridiculous that you haven't been able to get a strawberry shake in Metzingen for months! The quality of the burgers now leaves a lot to be desired. Given the prices, we don't even need that!

I was there at 7 p.m. with my brother and mother, ordered 2 menus and waited at least an hour. Other people waited for ages and were already annoyed. I work in sales myself but something like that just doesn't work! There wasn't even much going on and the employees couldn't keep up. When our burgers finally came everything was cold 👎🏻 then my mother complained and brought the cold burger back and was just ignored by the employees. We'll never come in here again! Such incompetent and disrespectful staff who can't get anything done!!! That was just bad 😠😠

Unfortunately, in this restaurant they don't think it's necessary to deactivate rewards at the terminal (like the current limited Smurf). Instead, you are simply told the wrong thing. The customer doesn't notice. Our order was also incomplete/missing seasoning and sauce. Need to ask again. Restaurant located on the main street - and didn't bother us any further. Toilets are all available, but everything is somehow broken. We probably won't come back.

Everyone is simply incapable of transitioning from employee to manager. Ordered with table service after 40 minutes and asked then I was told to wait. After 45 minutes I asked again and the supervisor said I should have picked it up and they had thrown the burgers away. Nobody knows what to do. I will certainly never order from there again.

So mega full which is very good for Macdonal s. But unfortunately the boss was really at her wits' end. I waited 40 minutes for my food. Of course she apologized and gave me my food personally. But what didn't work was that her staff was incredibly listless and a few didn't know the boss's name. You could see in their way that they had zero desire to work!! Really rancid Mc's burgers are cold and pressed together. First I get 8x 1€ coins as change, when you walk in there's just a garbage bag in the way and the table is dirty too.

Today we spent almost 30 minutes in MC Drive from ordering to receiving the food. There were only two cars in front of us and we stood directly at the serving window for over 20 minutes. So we were able to observe how the “shift manager” complained constantly. Several employees kept just standing around and seemed relatively overwhelmed. Super uncomfortable to notice. When we asked at some point if we could please get our money back because it was unclear when we would receive our food, everyone ignored us. At some point we received our cold burger and were insulted by the fat, glasses-wearing boy who worked at the counter. Super anti-social experience.

We were there yesterday! As a greeting, a nice “do you have the receipt from the terminal” to pay. The cola was a disaster, just ice cubes with water! Even when we asked, there wasn't a straw, the ice cream was almost melted when it was given to us, the whole shop is dirty and disgusting and the staff is extremely unfriendly!

All the tables are dirty, there are chips and napkins all over the floor. We first had to think about which table we could sit at for five minutes because everything was so dirty. Really disgusting and the employees are only busy talking and smoking. Fries were cold and soggy. Unfortunately you have to give one star but it is definitely not justified.

So it's unbelievable what's going on. Been there several times (because of school). So service by employees there doesn't work at all! I've been trying to eat there for 3 days. However, I always had to pay in cash. WAITED LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES JUST TO PAY. said several times and emphasized that I just wanted to pay. Nobody was in front of me... the lady who didn't have work clothes for the first time kept saying I'm coming straight away - but that didn't happen for 10 minutes. Orders for pickup felt like 10, no one prepared anything. Simply NOT A GOOD ORGANIZATION! I ASK YOU TO TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY AND DO SOMETHING so that tomorrow and other days I really don't have to wait as long as I have to pay, so I don't want to say anything about preparing the food because this is even worse and man waits 30 minutes or more!!!! But that was still ok because you paid and you can't run away... but if I can't pay at all and if people just ignore me, that's a disgrace!!

A good McDonalds in the outlet town of Metzingen

I ordered a small menu, two burgers and a Mc Flurry. I waited 26 minutes for my food. When it came, the disappointment was even greater!! The fries tasted like they did the day before!! Cold and old. The burgers were warm, but looked like they had traveled 1000km. The ice cream arrived to me liquid. And the employees don't care. “I can’t do magic” was one lady’s statement.

Staff is incredibly slow and just doesn't seem to be trying at all. On a Saturday the shop was full, but the table orders were delivered in a walk and chatted among each other if you still had time for that with many customers waiting...

I was there on a Friday evening around 11:15 p.m. Ok, it was busy. I ordered a double menu with 2 burgers and an extra hamburger. I waited over 30 minutes. As far as I could observe, there were also many deliveries/issues where something was missing. Customers kept coming and saying this and that's what's missing and we always got what was missing straight away. As compensation, I got 9 pieces of Chicken McNuggets for free. The staff always remained friendly, but that has nothing to do with a fast-food restaurant. And it probably happens more often. The burgers were “normally” good :-)

A full 30 minutes for a small menu with an extra cheeseburger. Despite complaining after 20 minutes, I was only sent back with “please stay seated, I’ll bring it straight away”. After 30 minutes, a surprised manager (?) came to me and said something like they were looking for me all the time. I sat at the entrance with the number board prominently displayed on the table. Service staff walked past me 4(!) with orders. When I was finally given the menu, the burger had been slapped into the cardboard and there was no apology either. Very disappointing...

The most unfriendly and illogical staff ever… especially Tedi!!! A friend put her hair tie back on her braided hair... then Tedi came and said that she should do it in front of the front door because he doesn't want any hair in the building... which doesn't make sense since the rest of us have long hair , walked around with your hair down... besides, it's better to be quiet if you can't even manage to clean the table... our hair is the last problem!!! Ordered a milkshake from the menu. While customers were still walking out of the shop with ice creams, we were first told that the machine was cleaning and there was no milkshake. That's not exactly the first time at McDonald's. The food was already on the table so we had no other choice. No more McDonalds this year, we are looking for a 5 Guys.

Very good, MC Donalds is open when the restaurants in Metzingen close. And half past eight. Pretty clean here, including the toilets. And when it's not that busy, you can get your repeat order brought to your table.

8 Minuten Wartezeit auf einen Kaffee? Ja, weil im nahezu leeren Laden zwri Angestellte mit Flirten, statt Service beschäftigt waren. Hinzu kommt: unsaubere Tische, Papiertücher auf dem Boden und unfreundliches Personal, dass sich nicht entschuldigen ksn... weil, ihr wisst schon: flirten statt Serviceleistungen.

Schade, dass das Essen meist kalt und nicht mehr frisch ist. Die Freundlichkeit lässt hier sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das ist traurig. Lieblos zusammengeklatschte Burger, wie auf dem Bild. BIC TASTY BACON!!!! Mit einem 2 cm langem Stück Bacon! Für 8 Euro ist das miserable Qualität. Sehr, sehr schade.

Der dunkelhäutige putzman wirft uns ohne Grund raus und sagt uns das wir nichtmwhr wiederkommen sollen. Ich verstehe die schlechtrn Bewertungen also wirklich das ist ein drecksloch dass als slogan "egal wie du bist:bei uns bist du willkommen"

Die Burger hab ich bei Mc schon besser gegessen. Das man überall dreckige Stellen sieht und Müll nicht weggeräumt wird verdirbt einem beim Essen massiv Laune. Lieber nicht.
