Delicious fries and great value for money! I'll definitely come back!

I work in Metzingen and just gave the grill its fourth and final try. Depending on the weather and the day, it's busy, and you have to expect to wait, which is perfectly fine, but if I'm going to wait, I'd like a good, hot currywurst. The sausages that are pre-fried or pre-grilled here are set aside until they're sold and then briefly put back on the heat just before they're sold. Nevertheless, my sausage is already cold again. The bread roll, which was also the case last time, is from the day before and neither fresh nor crispy. Simply "sloppy," in good Swabian. Furthermore, there's far too little sauce, and you have to "scrape it together" to avoid just having sausage in your mouth. The employee was unmotivated and did her job very carelessly, even though no one else was there when I was there and she had time for everything.

Very good currywurst with homemade sauce and fries. I'd be back!

Customers must first wait for minutes until the tip is counted before they can touch the rolls with unwashed hands. This poses a serious hygiene risk.

Hello, after our visit yesterday, I have to share this review with the public. First of all: the quality of the sausage and fries were good. There is nothing to complain about here. Considering the prices, it is also okay for the outlet city of Metzingen. What was not okay, however, was the service. I have never seen such unmotivated employees in my entire life. Half an hour before closing time, the employees make it unmistakably clear to every customer that nothing more will be put out or freshly prepared. It is certainly obvious to everyone that they don't stock up in large quantities shortly before closing time, but not towards the customers. My 10-year-old daughter was shocked by the employee's behavior. The most important thing was that he had finished work and smoked three cigarettes while the food was being prepared. I cannot put this negative experience into words. It was unbelievable. Constantly hearing grumbling and negative words for everyone. I await a statement from the operator.

Very good sausage quality. The curry sauce is excellent. The rolls are unfortunately only average and don't do justice to the sausage quality. With premium ketchup, which is to be expected at this price, this would be a very good snack.

The food is decent. Nothing fancy, but okay. The lady in the booth is friendly, and everything is prepared fairly quickly. There are a few beer benches in front of the little hut.

Very good hot dogs and fries, the owner should realize that he is working in a place that is in a tourist area and should therefore try to be more accommodating to his customers and speak English, otherwise everything is good

Very good fries. Good sausages. However, the roll was definitely too cold/hard for these temperatures. If it were warmed up a bit, it could be a hit. Very professional staff!

When shopping in the outlet, it's the ideal place to go to eat really tasty and relatively cheaply. Nice and modern atmosphere, everything is very clean (very important!) and when the weather is nice there are even shady places outside. Always my pleasure! And if you like it nice and spicy, you will love the fire sausage!

Six months later, my father is still complaining about the poor service and the quality of the sausage. Whenever he grills, he thinks about what happened there. During his visit, frozen rolls were being heated on the grill, so much for “fresh rolls every day”. These were correspondingly crumbly and not edible. The sausage also had its best days behind it. All in all disappointing. Will never go there again. Definitely not worth the price/performance ratio. Direct complaints were not addressed either.

Average sausage stand and, due to the lack of quick alternatives in the outlet city, a place to go if you're slightly hungry. Food quality is average - if you're lucky, the currywurst and the sauce are warm - if you're unlucky, you get a relatively cold sausage and a cold, rather mediocre tomato sauce!

9.80 for a currywurst that tasted like nothing, that was so soft, as if it had been cooked.... Fries that were so dead fried, as if they had seen the frying fat three times and a cola. The curry sauce, a thin broth, without taste. The whole thing was topped off by a waitress (Slovakin?) who worked completely listlessly and preferred to quickly type a message instead of working. Actually we should have asked for our money back for the quality. By far the worst thing we have eaten in recent years 🤮. The portion was also mini small. It's a shame to sell something like that.

Everything fits together: good sausage quality and preparation, fresh rolls, excellent fries. The best thing, however, is the homemade curry sauce - tomatoey, not as cardboard-sweet as the ready-made stuff elsewhere! Apparently they also use very fresh fat/oil for frying, because it never smells like a snack bar here. PS: Be sure to try the beef bratwurst! When I go to Metzingen this stand is set - I can have breakfast there.

Einfach nur deliziös und wunderbar zubereitet. Super frische Brötchen und die Wurst genau perfekt angebraten einfach nur erste klasse 100% empfohlen. Das personal US außerdem super nett und falls etwas nicht passt kümmern sie sich direkt darum um es jemanden angenehm zu machen 5 Sterne verdient !

Diese Currywurst die es beim SchawbenGrill gibt ist nur zu Empfehlen. Wirklich lecker macht weiter so! Komme gerne wieder :)

Leider war die "Currywurst" nicht so toll, schlecht geschnitten, nur ein Hauch von Currypulver drauf und die Pommes kalt und abgestanden. Schade, der Laden war vor zwei Jahren besser

Das Menü war sehr gut. Super knusprige Pommes und eine gelungene Currysauce. Die Sitzplätze waren überschaubar und gut gefüllt, wer sich zum Essen hinsetzen will, muss Glück haben, dass was frei ist.

CurryWusrt zu klein für den Preis, sieht mehr wie ne halbe Wurst, welche für die Curry verwendet wurde. CurryWurst ist nicht richtig durchgeschnitten, sodass es ohne Messer schwierig ist zu essen (nur mit dem Stäbchen)

Wir waren zwischen dem shoppen ( Nike und Adidas direkt um die Ecke ) dort. 2 Feuerwürste im Brötchen und ne Curry + Pommes. Uns hat es geschmeckt und der Herr im Imbiss war nett und freundlich. Für einen Snack zwischendurch, absolut ok ! 👍

Ich fand die Currywurst und die Sauce sehr lecker. Meine Frau hat die Feuerwurst gegessen, war ebenfalls lecker. Ein Lob :-)

Leider kein Highlight! Die Pommes waren sehr gut und knusprig, würde ich jederzeit wieder bestellen. Die Currywurst war leider eine einzige Katastrophe. Die Wurst an sich war ok, aber die Currysoße war meiner Meinung nach ungenießbar. Kalt, mit getrockneten Kräutern und einer sehr komischen Konsistenz. Hier muss nachgebessert werden!

Eine kleine Kantine mit sehr leckere Würste.Ich habe das Bratwurst in Brötchen probiert und das war sehr lecker und meine Freunde haben das Rotewurst probiert und des war auch gut aber ich empfehle das Bratwurst.Für die Maultaschen weiß ich nicht ob die gut sind oder nicht aber ich würde ein Wurst da essen.

Hatte Maultaschen mit Kartoffelsalat - leider waren die Maultaschen nur lauwarm und der Kartoffelsalat eiskalt. Beides ziemlich fad und kaum gewürzt. Plastikbesteck ist leider auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Die Rotewurst war lecker, die Currywurst kann aber leider nichts, Soße ist zu wässrig.
