McDonald's restaurants generally don't impress with their quality. But this one takes it to the extreme. Incompetent, unfriendly, and slow staff. Hygiene is practically nonexistent. The food tastes abysmal, even though it should meet certain standards...

Great, except the toilets, very dirty

The service there was very good and prompt. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working. It was very warm outside, and the temperature inside was correspondingly unpleasant.

By God, I've never seen such a bad McDonald's. Nothing going on, nothing fresh. The fries taste like they've been triple-fried and double-salted, the nuggets are rock-hard, even the burger buns look like they've been left over. I've been there several times in the evening in four weeks, and each time they say "the milkshake machine isn't working." This was definitely the last time.

It was very warm today, and I went to McDonald's. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, so it was extremely hot in the restaurant. You could barely stay there for a few minutes. McDonald's makes a lot of money every day, but the performance in this case was very poor. It was so hot inside that even the kitchen workers had to suffer from the temperatures. I don't think management realizes how difficult it is for the employees to work in such heat. For a company as large as McDonald's, this is a real shame—and they should be ashamed of it.

If you order via the app, you expect them to be a long-standing company these days. At the very latest, when you pick up the order, you should be informed that the order is not available. Anyone expecting a complete meal for their money should avoid this place. Because at the aforementioned McDonald's, something was missing from every order at the drive-thru, we ordered takeout at the counter this time. We ordered two meals, three Happy Meals, and various extras. In total, we ended up paying almost €60. We then discovered at home that the fries hadn't been included. Unfortunately, we forgot to check at the restaurant. We won't make this mistake again, as we won't be visiting this restaurant again. Personally, given the frequency of "forgotten" items, I believe this is intentional. Given the number of items, human error can be ruled out.

The hygiene standards of the establishment did not meet the expectations of a modern fast-food restaurant: The tables were unkempt, covered with food leftovers from previous customers, and the floor showed clear traces of sticky tape, which significantly detracted from the ambiance and diminished the quality of the experience. The overall impression is that while it does justice to McDonald’s standard product, it reveals clear deficits in terms of service and cleanliness.

Horrible! Staff ALWAYS unfriendly and overwhelmed. The floor is greasy, sticky, and looks like it was cleaned with the wrong cleaning product. I ordered two takeout meals and some curly fries 15 minutes ago. We come here when passing through because it's quite close to the highway. But there's always something else here. There are no milkshakes, but there are MC Flurry or sundaes. Toys from the kids' menu are also missing. I've talked to others in the restaurant, and they said the same thing. I don't understand all the negative reviews. The shop is half empty, it's nice and quiet and relaxing. I received the food within 5 minutes, including the dessert that I ordered afterwards. It's clean and tidy. The staff is very quiet and only speaks the bare essentials, which, depending on your taste, may not suit everyone, but I do. And the outside area is great! So far my favorite McDonald's restaurant. Thanks!!

It smelled catastrophically like a train station toilet. It was impossible to change my child there. The tables and the high chair where my toddler is supposed to eat have not seen any water for a long time. The food was according to the chain. However, the cleanliness here is shocking!! The edge banding on the table is missing, so the wood is already swelling. The tables are sticky, the toilets are nastier than a train station toilet and everything is broken. I preferred to let my kids in the car with their fingers covered in ketchup rather than send them in there! Never ever!

A McDonald's in an excellent location with the usual food and drink offerings. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired: the floor/tables/sanitary facilities should be much cleaner. Unfortunately, this McDonald's has deteriorated significantly over the years. Back then you could eat inside until closing time as stated in the opening times, but today you are regularly thrown out much earlier or don't come in at all.

You should know what you're getting into when you go out to eat here. The reviews speak for themselves and are not exaggerated, so I'm saving pictures. In an emergency, only take food with you and/or generally limit visits to a minimum.

Food is so typical of McDonald's. But apparently the people there don't have the money to hire a cleaner because it looks very bad under the tables and elsewhere. We actually wanted to eat there, luckily my husband went to the toilet beforehand. Just disgusting, dirty as anything despite the many staff. A shame for the McDonalds chain. Furthermore, the fries we received were cold, and McChicken's patty tasted like it hadn't been fresh in a long time. Unfortunately, this quality does not meet the standard that I expect from McDonald's. The chesseburger patties are also cold. However, I found the condition of the branch at lunchtime particularly worrying. The entire area was extremely dirty, which is unacceptable in a restaurant of this size and reputation. Dead insects on the floor, almost all tables dirty despite enough staff I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take the necessary measures to avoid such incidents in the future.

Were at the drive-in, everything was great. Apparently McDonald's changed something about the fries, they were really extremely good! (I also noticed this in another restaurant a few days ago) The lady from the drive-in had to correct her entry several times, but it was just before closing time and in the end everything was as ordered and warm.

It is completely ridiculous , close to 9pm , half of the restaurant is closed off, with seating only allowed in the front. Keep the whole restaurant open until 2am ,without closing off more than half of it.
