McDonald's in Mannheim

This is the filthiest McDonald's I've ever been to. I wish someone had gone through it with a high-pressure cleaner beforehand. There wasn't a clean table, there was trash everywhere and the floor was greasy. There is a serious problem here.

Introduction: I don't like going to MC myself, my kids forced me :) Order via terminal, delivery to the table...first they walked past us 3 times, even though the number was clearly visible...that can happen. The food was according to the chain. However, the cleanliness here is shocking!! The edge banding on the table is missing, so the wood is already swelling. The tables are sticky, the toilets are nastier than a train station toilet and everything is broken. I preferred to let my kids in the car with their fingers covered in ketchup rather than send them in there! Never ever!

A McDonald's in an excellent location with the usual food and drink offerings. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired: the floor/tables/sanitary facilities should be much cleaner. Therefore, a request to those responsible to ensure an appropriate cleaning plan, which is also checked regularly. Cleanliness shines a much better light on every restaurant!

In the meantime you have to check the Happy Meal for completeness. Bought 2 Happy Meals for the kids yesterday and one of them was missing nuggets. We had a lot of fun at home🤬🤬🤬

Unfortunately, this McDonald's has deteriorated significantly over the years. Back then you could eat inside until closing time as stated in the opening times, but today you are regularly thrown out much earlier or don't come in at all.

You should know what you're getting into when you go out to eat here. The reviews speak for themselves and are not exaggerated, so I'm saving pictures. In an emergency, only take food with you and/or generally limit visits to a minimum.

Food is so typical of McDonald's. But apparently the people there don't have the money to hire a cleaner because it looks very bad under the tables and elsewhere. I definitely recommend you not to be there after 10 p.m. because then all the homeless people and other strange people are sitting (which you don't necessarily have to experience now).

We actually wanted to eat there, luckily my husband went to the toilet beforehand. Just disgusting, dirty as anything despite the many staff. A shame for the McDonalds chain. The economic control service should pay a visit. Don't want to know what the kitchen looks like... we'll never go there again! Were at the drive-in, everything was great. Apparently McDonald's changed something about the fries, they were really extremely good! (I also noticed this in another restaurant a few days ago) The lady from the drive-in had to correct her entry several times, but it was just before closing time and in the end everything was as ordered and warm.

When they call your number and you don't understand it right away (because there's no number on the screen), there's almost always a misunderstanding or another annoyed look. No apology for the long wait, let alone a nice smile.

Für McDonald's ganz ok. Die Burger sind manchmal ziemlich lieblos zusammengeklatscht. Und man sollte immer seine Bestellung kontrollieren, wenn man für auswärts bestellt. Es hat schon öfters etwas gefehlt. Das Personal ist aber immer sehr freundlich.

Leider ist das Personal total überfordert. Online bestellen ist eine Katastrophe.

An sich wie jedes McDonalds, allerdings ein Haar im Burger gehabt, Pommes waren kalt und nichtmal mehr lauwarm, die Toiletten sind eine Katastrophe. Personal war trotzdem sehr nett und hat sich gut verhalten!

Es war war alles gut aber ich habe mir einen Chicken Burger bestellt und er war ein bisschen scharf. Außerdem sie wollten für ein Wasser 3,70 € haben.

Diese Filiale ist im winter leider nicht zum verzehr vor Ort geeignet. Es ist genauso kalt wie außerhalb

Auf der Toilette stinkt es nach Kadaver,, da kann einem schon der Hunger vergehen. Tische alle schmutzig, nach Aufforderung würden sie gereinigt, essen fast kalt, und sieht aus wie eingeklatscht. Nie wieder..

Noch vor 5 Jahren war die Filiale der beste McDonald's in der Umgebung. Die Burger sind mittlerweile ungenießbar ,lieblos zusammengeschmissenes und kalt. Zudem ist die Wartezeit sehr lange. Leider kann ich dies nach mehreren besuchen nicht als Einzelfall betiteln. Einzig zwei Sterne weil das Servicepersonal freundlich ist.

Die Pommes sind immer frisch, so wie die burger auch... Nur die Mitarbeiter sind etwas im 'null-bock' Modus 😅 die Ambiente ist eigentlich schön aber jedes mal wenn wir da waren war es überall dreckig... 🥲

Die Filiale ist eher klein und in einer Art Industriegebiet gelegen. Man kann drinnen und auch draußen sitzen.Als wir dort waren ging eines der Terminals nicht. Die Eismaschine war nicht defekt 😊

In letzter Zeit überhaupt keine Sauberkeit mehr vorhanden. Tische sind klebrig und werden nicht angeräumt. Licht ist anscheinend defekt..Essen ist aber in Ordnung. Hauptsache die Eismaschiene läuft 😉

Egal ob vor Ort oder drive in, es dauert immer ewig bis das bestellte Essen kommt. Nun könnte man meinen, dass halt viel los ist aber weit gefehlt. Auch wenn wenig-nichts los ist, muss man warten.

Kleiner McDonalds in Mannheim per App gefunden für Mittagspause. Online bestellt. Anfahrt nicht/schlecht ausgeschildert. Parkplätze winzig und größtenteil für Firnessstudio reserviert. Anschliessend vor Ort eingecheckt. PayPal bezahlt. Essen war innerhalb 5 min fertig. Nur die Status Anzeige funktioniert (wie so oft) nicht, Essen wird ausgerufen. Guter MC Standard wie immer, Brötchen jedoch sehr labberig, Salatbeilage (geschnitten) trocken. Pomnes waren frisch und Knusprig. Gutschein für Freikaffee benutzt. Moderne Einrichtung mit großem Außenbereich. Fehlender Kleinkindbereich gibt Abzug.

Leider ist alles dort sehr schmutzig trotz ausreichend Personal. Die Toiletten sind eine Zumutung. Es stinkt katastrophal, kein Papier zum Hände abtrocknen, kaputte Türen und völlig verdreckte und desolate WC‘s. Hygienisch sehr bedenklich. Das Essen ist mittelmäßig.

Das Essen war wie erwartet und das Ambiente hat mich sehr positiv überrascht. Der Service war erschreckend langsam.

Wartezeiten garantiert. Kenne keine McDonald's Filiale bei der man so oft am Drive auf einen (eigentlich nicht vorhandenen) Warteparkplatz geschickt wird. Aber man ausreichend Zeit diese Bewertung zu schreiben.

Die Tische im Aussenbereich waren alle verschmiert und dreckig, obwohl genug Personal vorhanden war und nicht viel Betrieb. Für Zig.Pause hat es gereicht. Die Damentoiletten ebenfalls nicht sehr hygienisch (auch nur 1 von 4 nutzbar)
