Kentucky Fried Chicken in Mannheim

My last pickup order was missing fries and coleslaw when we got home. Of course you could have looked, but you unpack this big bag again and you can no longer trust anyone to do the job properly. We reported it via the feedback form but never received a response and that's not okay, as it was about €11. Don't think I want to go here again. Too bad the food is good.

Pretty dingy for a restaurant, the staff aren't interested in it. The toilets are missing their lids and the glasses are totally dirty. In the restaurant only a few tables are really clean and the floor is also dirty. There was still so much going on that one could blame it on rush hour.

The employee at the checkout didn't give us an order and so we paid for it and it was very bad from the employee My recommendation is if you order food then check it out

Raw fries and nuggets are not my thing... The burger was incorrectly topped. It really wasn't good!

I'm just disappointed with what KFC has become. I ate there as a child and even birthdays were celebrated there as a child. It was an experience back then, but now it's a huge disappointment. It tastes different every month but mostly bad and I have the feeling that most people don't even know how good the real taste is. Normally it has to taste equally good everywhere but unfortunately in Mannheim it is catastrophic, one even worse than the other. I have no idea who makes the hot wings but please throw the loser out, a disgrace to the name KFC. It is normal and understandable that the prices increase, but it cannot be that the quantity/portion decreases and the quality is rubbish. I always say the diarrhea has to be worth it afterwards.

Hello first, my burger had a 3/4 piece of bacon on it that wasn't even cooked through, the cheese was cold and didn't melt, the fries were raw, the tables were sticking and the fries were spread over the tray. Next time I'll eat a frozen pizza. But ketchup was good 👍 😃

I thought so okay, it's just the ordering process... When I got my original bundle, the desire for the food was completely gone and I felt sick... So the food is completely UNEDIBLE!!! ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING WAS RAW!!! I didn't know that you could also get raw ready-made burger buns!!!

This was our second visit to KFC and to be honest it's not my world. The taste was OK if you like it, but the ambience is just subterranean, dirty, toilets weren't clean and overall you felt uncomfortable with the very fatty food. Service was functional and could not be described as friendly. We knew what we were getting into in terms of food. Either our tastes change or the quality of everything gets worse. Even my children, who enjoyed going to the KFC, have now had enough of Cornel Sanders after visiting Viernheim and Mannheim.

Years ago, KFC was a serious alternative to other fast food restaurants or chicken grills with crispy and fresh chicken parts. Over time, the selection became larger, but the quality decreased. The Colonel Burger e.g. B. consists of a limp roll, a not very tasty sauce and you won't find anything else crunchy on it. The alternative of McDonald's or Burger King is even better...

I don't know who selected the location and for what reasons but this place is stand alone on a speedway and you have to visit it specifically because there is nothing around to justify going there. I walked about 3.2km going there and returning and the food didn't make my trouble worthwhile. The restaurant is nice and inviting but few were the clients dining in probably because of where it is. I took my lunch to my hotel and wouldn't do it again.

Kfc has always been a place with a good price vs quality, but lately the price is too high for the quality and quantity of those who have been delivering. Staff are always very friendly and polite.

The chicken here in Mannheim is much better seasoned and tastes juicier. The staff were very helpful when we needed help ordering.

Sorry, the size of the fries is not appropriate for the price. I was shocked when he put the little bags in there and when I asked if that was supposed to be the big portion of fries I got a cheeky "yes". Food was cold and staff was extremely unfriendly.

We ate here earlier and left almost €100. Everything in itself tasted great. Until we had a fly in our food (fries) on our third order. On this note, my husband was cheekily told that it was brown hair and not black. So not from the employees. How incompetent, disrespectful and unfriendly can an employee be? We certainly wouldn't stand up and ask for new food if it were our own hair! I also found the looks the employees gave each other more than outrageous. Anyone who works in this industry, especially with PEOPLE, should know how to handle a complaint professionally. Never again. So the two gentlemen at the checkout today at 6:42 p.m. definitely need some training when it comes to dealing with customers. You can lose customers so quickly if the employees don't take their job seriously and think they have to talk about the customer to each other in front of the customers. Simply outrageous.

Jedes mal Bauchschmerzen nach den KFC, hatten 6 verschiedene Sachen bestellt und absolut gar nichts davon schmeckt. Alles überteuert.

Krautsalat war mal besser und für 12 Euro auch kein Schnäppchen

Eine komplette Bestellung mit 18 Hotwings wurde einfach vergessen, natürlich erst zuhause gemerkt, seit dem prüfe ich immer alles nach. Falls ihr eine größere Bestellung abgibt, lieber 10 kleine Bestellungen am Automaten abgeben, weil es sonst die Mitarbeiter überfordert. Unglaublich, aber leider sind BurgerKing, Mcdonals nicht besser (schon so häufig wurde mal was vergessen). Mittlerweile können die Angestellten nicht einmal mehr eine simple Bestellung abarbeiten. Zum Essen naja. Hotwings schmecken meistens gut, Crispis sind häufig nicht ganz durchgekocht. Burger sind sehr trocken. Lieber zu dem nahe IKEA gehen, aber der ist leider sehr weit weg von mir, so dass ich hin-und-wieder doch hierher komme.

Das Restaurant hat das wort Sauberkeit noch nichts im leben getroffen, alles ist schmutzig, Tische, Stühle und vor allem Toilette, die sehr eklig ist und da keine seifen gibt!!

Eine Stunde vor Schließung des Ladens, gekommen aufeimal darf man nicht mehr rein sondern nur im drive bestellen, obwohl der noch 1 Stunde auf hat der kfc, und dann am ein Samstag Abend nur einen Mitarbeiter!!!!!! Der das Essen zubereitet, lächerlich!

Und das seltsame ist: in anderen Filialen dieser Kette sieht das ganz anders aus. Da schmeckt mir dieser Burger gut! Seltsam. Sonst auch eher ein unhygienischer Eindruck. Fettige Tabletts. Versaute Getränkestation. Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, dafür 2 Sterne.

Wir haben das Menü bestellt, es entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen, es war sehr teuer! Ich kann es nicht empfehlen

Sehr zuvorkommend und schnell bedient worden! Essen war rasch zubereitet und gut verpackt, so dass wir im Hotelzimmer noch warm genießen konnten! Leider ist die Location zum verweilen nicht die Schönste, aber to-go und das inkl. Pizza-Hut lässt doch fast keine Wünsche offen!

Es ist in diesem KFC nicht möglich eine Bestellung von 3 Teilen korrekt zu bekommen. Heute: geschmackloses Hähnchen statt spicy ! Ist das denn so schwer ?

El lugar necesita una remodelación ya que esta demasiado antiguo, desde afuera parece un lugar abandonado. (Es por ello que califico con 3 estrellas). El personal es muy amable y eso me encantó. Compré la Super Deal Box XL por 6.99€ (refil incluido) entrega super rapida. Lamentablemente el pollo es muy simple, pero respeto y entiendo que en todos los paises el modo de preparación de la comida será diferente.

Tja, wir waren heute am frühen Abend dort essen und leider muss ich sagen, dass ich wirklich nicht begeistert darüber bin, dass man NUR digital am Schalter bestellen kann, die sichtlich gestressten Angestellten noch nicht einmal Augenkontakt aufnehmen können, weil sie nahezu gehetzt arbeiten und dann der "Gast" sich sein Getränk an der Abfüllstation noch selbst einfüllen darf. Immerhin hat eine Angestellte fortlaufend die Tische gewischt und Reste weggeräumt. Wenigstens das. Lauwarme weiche Pommes schmecken natürlich umso weniger gut, wenn es im Lokal laut, trubelig und unglaublich voll ist...das braucht kein Mensch! Schade...
