I was a regular at this restaurant for a long time – not because the food was always top-notch (it often fluctuates), but because my young daughter loved the food. That's why I kept going back. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience on my last visit. My daughter (4 years old) urgently needed to go to the bathroom. Even though I was planning to order something, the owner refused to let her use the bathroom until I placed my order. I explained to him that she was a small child and it was urgent, but he insisted, saying, literally, "Let her go to the bathroom alone, and in the meantime, you order!" What makes the situation even worse: The restaurant's restroom can only be used after paying at a machine – the door only opens after payment. Such inhumane treatment, lacking any understanding or compassion, especially towards a small child, is unacceptable to me. I will not visit this restaurant again and cannot recommend it to anyone who values respectful treatment.

These burgers are the worst burgers I've ever eaten – by a huge margin. Simply the cheapest separated meat with barely any sauce and practically no lettuce at all. I think it's truly outrageous that they dare to sell such burgers with a package that says "100% hamburger." If you're going to use separated meat, please don't use the cheapest of the bunch.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I ate a chicken bite and felt sick. The staff were incapable of taking my order and weren't even able to give change. I couldn't pay by card, but that was due to the card reader, not the card itself! I wouldn't recommend anyone eat there.

By far the worst burger restaurant in Mannheim. Unfortunately, I let myself be seduced by the outdoor advertising of the “Double Beef Burger”. After unpacking I thought it was the wrong burger and asked again. The two burger patties together are about the size of a EUR 1 McDonald's burger. Out in the city in the evening, getting hungry, oh look there, MrChicken. 30 minutes queue, no matter, ordered a double beef burger menu for €12.99. First I got the wrong burger but no problem, they swapped me the right one. We sit down at a place and unpack, instead of 2 chicken tenders my friend got one, my other friend's chicken was still a bit raw and my burger was only half the size it should be. (See image). 10/10 top would never eat anywhere else again.

Das Essen ist gut dennoch sind die Mitarbeiter unfassbar respektlos,lustlos,genervt und einiges aus der richtung . Die Toiletten sind mit Geld. Sobald man anfängt zu bestellen verdrehen die Mitarbeiter die Augen. Das Essen schmeckt einigermaßen. Einige Sachen in der Bestellung haben gefehlt und man musste deswegen oft nachfragen wo die restlichen Dinge sind . Rückgeld wird so verfehlt das die komplette Rechnung kein Sinn ergibt.
