The food was ready quickly (within about 10 minutes). In general the food was very tasty and I really enjoyed it.

I bought the combo meal for €12.99 and although the food came quickly, the burger was bloody and raw when I took a bite. The chicken strips were cold and completely without any seasoning. When I confronted the employee about the burger being raw, he just claimed it was "perfect" even though that was clearly not true. Simply disgusting! I would not recommend this store and the health authority should check this place asap.

By far the worst burger restaurant in Mannheim. Unfortunately, I let myself be seduced by the outdoor advertising of the “Double Beef Burger”. After unpacking I thought it was the wrong burger and asked again. The two burger patties together are about the size of a EUR 1 McDonald's burger. And let’s not even get started on the musty, disgusting taste. In my opinion it is pure customer fraud and misleading advertising if you compare the burger poster with the actual burger. And at a price of EUR 6.99! There is something wrong in this restaurant and I hope that this will be checked by the relevant authorities. Especially when it comes to the hygienic conditions and the serving of raw chicken meat at Mr. Chicken, as can be seen from the numerous customer reviews.

Out in the city in the evening, getting hungry, oh look there, MrChicken. 30 minutes queue, no matter, ordered a double beef burger menu for €12.99. First I got the wrong burger but no problem, they swapped me the right one. We sit down at a place and unpack, instead of 2 chicken tenders my friend got one, my other friend's chicken was still a bit raw and my burger was only half the size it should be. (See image). 10/10 top would never eat anywhere else again.

So we went back to the restaurant and politely asked for more food. My husband and I were told to sit down and wait. Everything inside was completely dirty and we waited 20 minutes until an employee came and showed us the “new” fillet pieces where our old ones were. Must have been a joke, they were totally cold and looked exactly like the ones we had brought back. At least we got the money back, which was the least we could do because why do they make us wait so long to then give us the same thing back?? Unbelievable this store should be closed immediately, that's not okay. Never go there it's disgusting!!!

Das Essen ist gut dennoch sind die Mitarbeiter unfassbar respektlos,lustlos,genervt und einiges aus der richtung . Die Toiletten sind mit Geld. Sobald man anfängt zu bestellen verdrehen die Mitarbeiter die Augen. Das Essen schmeckt einigermaßen. Einige Sachen in der Bestellung haben gefehlt und man musste deswegen oft nachfragen wo die restlichen Dinge sind . Rückgeld wird so verfehlt das die komplette Rechnung kein Sinn ergibt.

I ordered 4 burgers (2 chicken and 2 cheese) and the total cost was around €18. Right after I saw the price I wanted to cancel 2 cheeseburgers and the worker told me it wasn't possible, what was typed into the register couldn't be undone, I thought I was in the wrong movie! When I asked questions about how something like this could be and I couldn't change an order, the worker cheekily replied that it couldn't be done. I said “what kind of system is that supposed to be?” he replied with a very bad one. I agreed with him and just got out. It would also be worth mentioning that the employees at the checkout are extremely slow and the next customer is only served when the order is completely delivered to the checkout and the customer leaves. Even in a snack bar, things are more professional.

I ordered a box with fries and chicken. When I bit into my meat I noticed that it was pink and therefore not 100% cooked. When my friend looked at my food she noticed a hair in my food, this hair couldn't have come from us.

I ordered the “favorite menu”. The burger itself was okay. But the hot chicken parts were really disgusting. The breading was sandy and the chicken was either plastic or just tasted like it. The employee who served me was super nice so we will go there again just for that reason. You can sit nicely inside and outside. The food is ok and definitely a great alternative if you want to avoid Mc D., Burger K. and K.F.C. We will definitely go there again.

Truly the best fast food restaurant I've ever been to! The staff was super friendly, the fries were crispy and hot. In addition, the quality of the chicken was on par with KFC, if not better! I was stuck in one counter, the seller did not say any word, even though I was there more than 20 minutes waiting to place order. When I was asking to second counter, whether I can place order, when the second counter was empty, the seller in second counter said that he/she will only serve customer who comes to his/her counter. She/he obviously did not consider that I came to second counter, because I have been waiting in first counter. I must wait in first counter, even though the seller in first counter ignores me and second counter is free. I don’t buy that nonsense. Never again.

We were there a few years ago and I have to say it was really great! But now we're passing through again, and I have to be honest, unfortunately it wasn't that good anymore. Neither in terms of taste nor appearance. The burgers looked huge in the pictures, but in reality you only get such small, puny burgers. That was definitely the last time we were there.

It's whether the cashier did a mistake on input of my order or they purposely upsold my order because the amount I paid is way much more than what I supposed to pay based on my actual order. The fries taste nothing special. The spicy wings are not well spiced. The tenders are bland and hard to chew, especially the crust. The taste is not worth the price comparing to the more famous competitor.

I thought to myself…give it a chance. Wrong thought. Starting from miserable, bored staff to standard burgers without much taste, half-fried fries and undercooked chicken drumsticks...the cola and the salad were OK. Going to the toilet is charged at 50 euro cents even though I am a customer. So overall it's not recommended, so I'd rather stick with the well-known providers.

I love Mr. Chicken so much. Even though I live an hour away, I take the train to Mannheim to eat at Mr. Chicken. I really love the chicken burgers and buy a lot more so I can eat a few more burgers at home. I love you and I hope that at some point you will also be in Heilbronn.❤️ Thank you🫶🏻

If it were possible I would give -10 stars, I have literally eaten RAW meat, I thought to myself "Okay, maybe it's really just that one thing BUT my burger was RAW, my chicken wings were RAW, the meat in my burger was RAW all around. I'm really wondering how something like this can happen, because according to the reviews it wasn't just me, where is the health department? How is something like that allowed to be open? You should be happy that I didn't get food poisoning from it, and I immediately stopped eating. It was no longer appetizing or possible to continue eating. I had a trauma from Chicken afterwards.
