45 min warten bei Mac Drive zum bestellen und dann noch mal 25 Minuten bist du deine Essen kriegst und drinnen war nichts los nur auf die Terrasse, vier Personen

Burger cold, strange aftertaste

I ordered a Bigmac menu with friends and ordered a double cheeseburger menu and 20 nuggets, only got 1 double cheeseburger and 19 nuggets, sad that they act like that, even though it was empty you can't even make the menu properly.

Not enough workers I feel kind of bad for them so they were no accurate customer service with a smile but the food was great

Mac is like mac, the expensive one and quite tasty, but one sandwich was made very ugly, but it was probably because I was in a hurry, the sauce flowed out of the side and the other side was dry 😅 The double bic mac was also too dry, but I could eat it and eat it. I've had the same sandwiches prepared more carefully in other places, so only 3 stars here.

I was shocked, I found the team that prepared cold food for him :( The restaurant itself was dirty and sticky. It was an unpleasant stay. I very rarely write negative reviews, I had to do it here for future guests. Good luck!!

What I eat at McDonald's is always good because I know what I like. We know everyone has their own taste, but stuffing yourself every time or every time won't happen. Different locations and everyone has their 5 minutes, some are nice and others are not nice. No matter the store is running again, most of the McDonald's you have visited, the employees were always nice

Just wanted to grab a quick coffee on a Sunday morning. Tables greasy and sticky. Despite the fact that there was very little to nothing going on there, it was unpleasant. Even the back of the chair was sticky. Toilet… similar.

I really have to praise the staff there. I had just downloaded the app and somehow it wasn't quite complete and the staff were very helpful and helped me so that I could also use the vouchers.

Been to McDonalds for a long time and was pleasantly surprised. It was amazing that a burger delivered looked like the one in the advertisement. This branch actually works very well

Dirty. Been multiple times, same every time. Tables don’t get cleaned and floor is always nasty. Never have ice. McFlurry is mostly unavailable. Other than that the food is the same standard across most McDonald’s and with unsalted fries but ok for a quick hunger fix

Too few parking spaces. Very cramped inside. Toys offered in the Happy Meal are not available. Discussion about it is stupid and pointless.

The tables were all very unclean and the atmosphere was not that nice.

The worst Mac in Mannheim. Eternal waiting time. 20 minutes for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 6 nuggets. Although pre-ordered via the app. Asked why it takes so long... answer incomprehensible. Simply waved away by the boss. Absolutely no interest in dealing with the customer. The staff couldn't be more unfriendly. They only live from their location, definitely not from service or friendliness. Underground

The restaurant offers: Delicious, cheap and quick food, as well as a clean bathroom and activities until late. I recommend the McSet (Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola), ice cream and coffee ;)

I had breakfast 10.20 I asked for Milk instead of sahne I was tols its koffe milk. Im not 100% fluent but I know sahne is cream! Then 10.32 I asked for another mc muffin, then I was told breakfast is over since 10.30!!?? 2 minutes!!! Please don't Go here the service is terrible!

The food today was a complete disaster again! It didn't taste good and was cold! Apparently you always have to check carefully whether the manager is present! The fact that food tastes good too! The last time the food was properly packaged, it tasted good and was warm. If we hadn't been so hungry I would have brought the food back and asked for my money back. I hope things get better, otherwise it was the last time we got food in Sandhofen.

A typical McDonalds experience. They have an outdoor area with a playground (that looks like it's seen better days). They have veggie options too, which is very welcome. Otherwise, everything you'd expect from McDonalds. This particular McDonalds is convenient if you are travelling and need a quick meal, as there are EV fast chargers within walking distance, making it an ideal destination for some fast-food while you charge.

So Mc Donalds Sandhofen is the best in Mannheim, you can always get food very quickly and everything is always fresh. Of course, Mc Donalds isn't good, but everything still tastes good

The Bill & Tom kaulitz menu going on now sucks. Toxic mcplant patties. Think it over

Typical McDonald's restaurant next to a gas station. Ordering via the app was super quick, the burgers and fries were fresh. You could sit comfortably in the sun outside, the only thing that bothered me was the smokers.

Good McDonald, the same standard everywhere

Food cold and tasteless. Complaint was ignored. Outside area completely dirty, ashtray full. It is not possible to leave the premises outside, the door handles have been removed, meaning there is no emergency exit (the fire brigade will be informed). Dogs not welcome.

Best Megges in Mannheim. Super friendly staff and orders are processed very quickly. I can only recommend it and thank you for the glow in the dark glasses ;)

If you arrive shortly before closing time, you'll only get half your order. We are missing 2 curly fries and a chicken burger

Sometimes eating cold or getting the wrong order

Went there spontaneously last night, opened the door and was greeted by a nice gentleman with a beaming smile who had just given a little girl a balloon. We were served our food by a smiling lady and were given a very friendly farewell. My wife and I felt very comfortable. I have to say it's probably the friendliest Macces ever.

Employees hardly speak any German. Food looked like it was thrown up. I have never seen such an unfriendly shift leader in my life. Small blonde woman with a Slavic accent. She probably thinks she rules the world.. People go back and forth... well. Once and never again

Seems a busy place at 5pm and a bit messy but service was amazing quick, very assertive staff and food was ok.

I have to say straight away that I didn't have an eye on the opening times... but the branch was full, almost all the seats were occupied and we joined 3 friends who were already there shortly after 1 o'clock. We were only able to order take-away at the terminal, but I didn't give it a second thought either. The order came, my husband took it, ran to the table to me and our 3 friends - an employee from Mäcces right behind, with a look, in a tone - that it was after 1 o'clock, they had closed long ago, orders only be given out to take away. As I said, the branch was full...full of people who were still eating🤔. It took me a moment for what she wanted to say to sink in... And then she started again with a similar look and an even harsher tone... I interrupted her straight away and told her that we understood. And presto... 4 more - after us - with their orders TO GO to the tables and ate🤷🏼‍♀️ Yes...I know what it's like...but the branch was full, very full! And maybe things would have been nicer. But good...it still tasted good, the unhealthy, delicious stuff🫣😂🤷🏼‍♀️

Ordering without people is not the best style

We placed our order via the order terminal and paid directly by card. As the order was being put together (in front of us) and my husband saw the order being put into a bag, he pointed out that we would be eating in the house. We were already ignored. Then my husband announced again that we were eating in the house and he didn't want his coffee in a mug. We were ignored again. Then the branch management came (I assume so) because she then asked in surprise...is there food in the house? This was answered in the affirmative. My husband then told her that he would have liked his coffee in a cup. He then received an answer from the branch management. But that's a shame. Yes. It was too. The only thing that was somewhat advantageous was the toilet (says my husband). The rest can be thrown very discreetly into the bin. This way you can also steal customers. Nothing wrong with employees standing together and talking. However, if the CUSTOMER has no opportunity to express his wishes because he is skillfully ignored, then that is more than a shame.

All tables and chairs were very dirty. When we asked for a table to be cleaned for us, it was done very half-heartedly and listlessly. The table was still dirty and sticky afterwards

I come here relatively regularly and enjoy eating from McDrive. Unfortunately, the quality (age) of the burgers varies greatly. One time it's hot and the roll is big and the next time it's lukewarm and the roll is soggy.

It's just not like it used to be, overpriced too, fresh is something else. But what do you want to do, MC Donald 😅

Typically Mc Doof, cool atmosphere, clean toilets and tables, terminals that don't work properly, but nice, helpful staff. The Mc Crisby was ok, not great, but ok.

Sehr schmackhaft, manchmal etwas dreckiger, aber definitiv besser als in der Innenstadt.

Fastfood Restaurant, was will man da erwarten. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Aber ich denke das es am Personal und Subunternehmen liegt. Aber das ist auch beim Wettbewerb nicht anders. Da ich sehr selten so Fastfood Lokalitäten aufsuche ist es schon bemerkbar das auf Sauberkeit nicht so geachtet wird.

McDonald’s eben. Essen wurde an den Tisch gebracht und war tatsächlich frisch zubereitet worden. Das Lokal war sauber und die Tische wurden nach jedem Gast abgewischt.

Ein McDonald's halt. Besucht man einen, kennt man alle.

Not a great mcdonald's. Burgers are caked in sauce fries portions get smaller with every order! Large fries box comes 1/3rd full most the time. Never any ice in your drink. Probably the worst mcdonald's I've had

Очень порадовала чистота. Персонал быстро и качественно находился порядок. Минусом остаётся детская горка. Она старая и в ей всегда Грязно. И картофель фри всегда не дожареный. И в туалете холодная вода.

Fragwürdiges Publikum - Bedienung am Tisch ist die beste Erfindung seit Jahrzehnten

Zu Zeiten wo nicht so viel los ist, wird anscheinend altes Essen ausgegeben. Die Pommes haben alt und ranzig geschmeckt und die Cheeseburger haben nach Fischfett geschmeckt. Innen wirkt es dreckig und heruntergekommen, schade.

Das Essen war sehr okay. Bloß der Kakao hatte nicht so viel Schokoladengeschmack. Das Croissant war ungesalzen. Wenn ich das ein Franzosen geben würde, würde er mir eine putschen außer das Besteck, das konnte ich noch ein bisschen verstehen, weil ich war mit mein Opa. Dort haben wir über die App bestellt. Die App war sehr sehr gut aber ich ich würde lieber Cheeseburger und Pommes da essen als zum Frühstück verstehe nicht warum Die Sahne so groß sein muss. Aber nie wieder hier frühstücken aber der Mann war sehr sehr nett. Er wusste zwar nicht, was die Sahne ist. Ich hab ihn ein Bild gezeigt, aber dann wusste er es wieder. Das Butter Croissant war immer ausverkauft aber es schmeckt nicht so gut deswegen hab ich auch nicht verstanden warum

Mc Donalds, früher war der hier echt Top, aber seitdem Umbau mit diesen selbst Bestellungsterminals wurde die Filiale schlechter. Vom Putzen halt man hier nicht mehr viel. Bei den Bestellungen sag ich lieber nichts, ausser macht eine selbst Kontrolle bevor ihr den Laden verlässt. Von den Preisen her brauch man auch nichts weiter sagen, für diese Preise kann man lieber in ein gutes Restaurant das auch sat macht. Leider bin ich hier nur noch selten wegen den Chicken Nugges oder Spice, einfach die besten überhaupt, aber auch überteuert alles.

Die Filialleiterin sollte geändert werden sie ist sehr unfreundlich

Seit ca. 6 Wochen ist der Service wieder extrem katastrophal. Immer wieder fehlen Produkte in der Tüte, aber komischerweise nie auf der Tüte...Wir werden nun mal wechseln zu KFC...

Einer meiner Lieblings Mc's. Das Essen ist lecker und der Service ist gut. Hier kann gemütlich essen und verweilen. Generell sollte man immer mit den Coupouns essen gehen, da man so auch was für sein Geld bekommt. Die Toiletten sind okay. Alles in einem ein entspannter Mc's mit leckerem Essen.

Service und Essen war in Ordnung. Nur die Luft im Innenbereich, war die reinste Katastrophe. Muffg ,abgestanden, zum schneiden.

This is the worst McDonalds in the world that I have ever visited: dirty, the service is unfriendly and incompetent. It doesn't really matter if you eat in the "restaurant" or visit the McDrive. Inside: It's dirty, the restrooms don't get cleaned for hours, and trash piles up under the tables. McDrive: you never get exactly what you ordered: wrong burgers, fries only half full and you don't find what you ordered in the Happy Meal bags or the advertised toys are "not available". It is highly recommended to avoid this disaster unless you are on the verge of starvation. Shopping via the app (with coupons) does not work due to technical problems in this store and you can spend weeks chasing your money via dispute resolution (on paypal). Absolute disaster!

Wow! Meine Reaktion ist echt unglaublich. Gestern war ich mit meinen Kidz dort und wir haben Chicken Nuggets bestellt: heiß, brutzelig- wunderbar. Auch meine schöne Frau Anne war begeistert. Immer wieder einen Besuch wert. LG Jürg'n

The last time we ate Mc Donald was 6 y ago in Innsbruck , Austria And now we were again on one Sunday in early sep 2018. First impression is ok , clean , tidy and the service is quick and prompt plus friendly ; we ordered a Big Mac for me and cheese burger for my wife. Wow it is a real Big Mac and tasty, well cooked, nothing to complain, am satisfied . Also the cheese burger is well done and in proper size for a lady, she was happy to order the cheese one. I wish I would be served with the pommes made from real potato, which is now the trend in Parisien burger and willing to pay higher of course for this type of pommes. Apart of the burger resto they have also the Mac cafe in this location , which we didn’t have the space to try it’s cake and coffee in Mac cafe. All in all it is good recommendation to try Mc D if you are looking for quick solution and reasonable prices .

Jedes Mal fehlt etwas im McDrive, das Essen ist oft kalt da es nicht frisch zubereitet wird & größtenteils unfreundliches, schnell gereiztes Personal. Dickes Lob an Mitarbeiter Martin, ihm sollte der Manager Titel gehören, der einzige der den Job dort wirklich ernst nimmt!!!!

War bisher in vielen Mcdonalds , hier fühlt man sich sehr wohl und es wird sehr schnell und freundlich bedient.
