McDonald's in Mannheim

I just received ice tea instead of a cola, what kind of dirty service is this please

No water to drink, no squeezes in the Happy Meal (just left out without comment), extremely slippery floor - overall a very disappointing experience. By far the most unhygienic and worst McDonald's I have ever visited.

Just at the Drive Inn 15 minutes ago Bought 2 Big Macs, 3 cheeseburgers and a large portion of fries to take away and a BigMac is missing at home! So always check whether everything is in there. Nobody answers the phone after 9 p.m. Otherwise just normal McDonalds. Makes a clean impression.

I would advise everyone not to come here after 11 p.m. It was around 11:30 p.m. I ordered 20 nuggets and unfortunately they weren't cooked properly which gave me food poisoning so avoid this MCS! Employees also terribly unfriendly.

The employee sneezes into the food, wipes the snot from her nose with her hand and continues to touch the food. Washing your hands? None! Thanks for distributing COVID. We left the food and drove on.

Terrible, stinky place with low- educated, rude staff, that has no common sense of what hospitality/ service is. Worst Mcducky in the area. P.S. if it’s drive- through service, then one of them always forgets putting either- straw, napkins, seasoning or even one of the items from a meal. Moreover, food is cold and atrocious.

Unfriendly and annoyed employees, ordered food without cheese and received it with cheese. Unfortunately I only noticed this when I got home. Employee motivation from 1 to 10: minus 19. Impossible .

Employees do everything they can to circumvent the system. After ordering, it is immediately ready for pickup and then the number disappears even though they have only just started preparing it. After that, it takes its time because the number no longer exists. So it was like that for me and the other 5 people who waited with me. In the end I got something different than what I ordered....

My favorite McDonalds from Mannheim. Fresh preparation, always nice and hot, friendly staff.

We had ordered plant nuggets for the children and received the chicken nuggets with the comment, "we couldn't imagine anyone ordering these for the children and assumed it was a mistake." Afterwards, we initially forgot to bring the right nuggets and the book we wanted and ordered wasn't in Happy Meal either.

Always have a nice meal. There is also a nice playground for children.

Great place to have a late night snack

By far one of the worst McDonald's! We ordered online for pickup. All the boxes were there in the bag. When I got home I noticed that the wrong burger was in the box. Unfortunately not recommended!

A burger was forgotten.... again.... after speaking to the saleswoman 5 times (she heard it but ignored it) you get an annoyed answer... my friend then told her which burger was missing because she had one Wanted to give out another burger, but he was ignored at first and then only pissy answers came.... actually come here often and like, which is why we know that she is new and understands little or no German, but no excuse for her very rude behavior . Would like to speak to the managing director

Essentially the burgers and fries were hot otherwise the toilets and restaurant could be a bit cleaner

My food looked like it had been thrown up and it looked like someone had roped off fat at the counter and in the men's toilets, I don't want to start, the whole toilet was completely oriented and there was too much salad in the food, disgusting, never again, I had to vomit outside because of apple juice and children's shrine allauhakbar boom

Fast food Mc generally has bad food, high sugar, little meat content

The employees ask unnecessary questions + they don't speak German and we found hair in our fries

We really like this particular McDonald's in Mannheim. The service is always very fast despite the large number of visitors. The tables are always clean and the room is tidy!! It's nice to come back here. The staff is very friendly. Many thanks to the management for selecting and organizing the team. Keep it up))

Burger was made wrong and the burger with cheese and bacon was left so long that it melted into the paper. Absolutely the worst store I know.

The worst fries and burgers I've ever eaten. Fries lay around for 5 hours and that's how they tasted and I don't even want to start talking about the burgers. Never go to McDonald's again, that's more of a physical assault

If you never go into Drive on a Sunday evening, you could end up stuck in a traffic jam for an hour!

We were there for breakfast a few days ago. There was nothing going on, we were the only guests at the time. Hence the sad fact that the staff still seemed overwhelmed: We had to go to the checkout twice because we noticed things that had been forgotten, and then the staff argued in front of us and our children about whose fault it was. The tables weren't really clean, even though there would have been more than enough time! Unfortunately, my daughter received a donut that was still completely frozen and I complained about it. She immediately got a "fresh" one, which was also frozen. The employee then said that we would just have to wait a bit until we could eat it. But since my daughter was now hungry, I also gave this donut back, which (after I... It was already in our hands) and we were then allowed to choose something else. So all in all a very sad affair!

As always, hunger doesn't drive it anymore

Burger cold, strange aftertaste

Not enough workers I feel kind of bad for them so they were no accurate customer service with a smile but the food was great

I ordered a Bigmac menu with friends and ordered a double cheeseburger menu and 20 nuggets, only got 1 double cheeseburger and 19 nuggets, sad that they act like that, even though it was empty you can't even make the menu properly.

Mac is like mac, the expensive one and quite tasty, but one sandwich was made very ugly, but it was probably because I was in a hurry, the sauce flowed out of the side and the other side was dry 😅 The double bic mac was also too dry, but I could eat it and eat it. I've had the same sandwiches prepared more carefully in other places, so only 3 stars here.

I was shocked, I found the team that prepared cold food for him :( The restaurant itself was dirty and sticky. It was an unpleasant stay. I very rarely write negative reviews, I had to do it here for future guests. Good luck!!

What I eat at McDonald's is always good because I know what I like. We know everyone has their own taste, but stuffing yourself every time or every time won't happen. Different locations and everyone has their 5 minutes, some are nice and others are not nice. No matter the store is running again, most of the McDonald's you have visited, the employees were always nice

Just wanted to grab a quick coffee on a Sunday morning. Tables greasy and sticky. Despite the fact that there was very little to nothing going on there, it was unpleasant. Even the back of the chair was sticky. Toilet… similar.

I really have to praise the staff there. I had just downloaded the app and somehow it wasn't quite complete and the staff were very helpful and helped me so that I could also use the vouchers.

Dirty. Been multiple times, same every time. Tables don’t get cleaned and floor is always nasty. Never have ice. McFlurry is mostly unavailable. Other than that the food is the same standard across most McDonald’s and with unsalted fries but ok for a quick hunger fix

Too few parking spaces. Very cramped inside. Toys offered in the Happy Meal are not available. Discussion about it is stupid and pointless.

The restaurant offers: Delicious, cheap and quick food, as well as a clean bathroom and activities until late. I recommend the McSet (Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola), ice cream and coffee ;)

I had breakfast 10.20 I asked for Milk instead of sahne I was tols its koffe milk. Im not 100% fluent but I know sahne is cream! Then 10.32 I asked for another mc muffin, then I was told breakfast is over since 10.30!!?? 2 minutes!!! Please don't Go here the service is terrible!

The food today was a complete disaster again! It didn't taste good and was cold! Apparently you always have to check carefully whether the manager is present! The fact that food tastes good too! The last time the food was properly packaged, it tasted good and was warm. If we hadn't been so hungry I would have brought the food back and asked for my money back. I hope things get better, otherwise it was the last time we got food in Sandhofen.

A typical McDonalds experience. They have an outdoor area with a playground (that looks like it's seen better days). They have veggie options too, which is very welcome. Otherwise, everything you'd expect from McDonalds. This particular McDonalds is convenient if you are travelling and need a quick meal, as there are EV fast chargers within walking distance, making it an ideal destination for some fast-food while you charge.

So Mc Donalds Sandhofen is the best in Mannheim, you can always get food very quickly and everything is always fresh. Of course, Mc Donalds isn't good, but everything still tastes good

Typical McDonald's restaurant next to a gas station. Ordering via the app was super quick, the burgers and fries were fresh. You could sit comfortably in the sun outside, the only thing that bothered me was the smokers.

Food cold and tasteless. Complaint was ignored. Outside area completely dirty, ashtray full. It is not possible to leave the premises outside, the door handles have been removed, meaning there is no emergency exit (the fire brigade will be informed). Dogs not welcome.

Best Megges in Mannheim. Super friendly staff and orders are processed very quickly. I can only recommend it and thank you for the glow in the dark glasses ;)

If you arrive shortly before closing time, you'll only get half your order. We are missing 2 curly fries and a chicken burger

Sometimes eating cold or getting the wrong order

Went there spontaneously last night, opened the door and was greeted by a nice gentleman with a beaming smile who had just given a little girl a balloon. We were served our food by a smiling lady and were given a very friendly farewell. My wife and I felt very comfortable. I have to say it's probably the friendliest Macces ever.

Seems a busy place at 5pm and a bit messy but service was amazing quick, very assertive staff and food was ok.

Employees hardly speak any German. Food looked like it was thrown up. I have never seen such an unfriendly shift leader in my life. Small blonde woman with a Slavic accent. She probably thinks she rules the world.. People go back and forth... well. Once and never again

I have to say straight away that I didn't have an eye on the opening times... but the branch was full, almost all the seats were occupied and we joined 3 friends who were already there shortly after 1 o'clock. We were only able to order take-away at the terminal, but I didn't give it a second thought either. The order came, my husband took it, ran to the table to me and our 3 friends - an employee from Mäcces right behind, with a look, in a tone - that it was after 1 o'clock, they had closed long ago, orders only be given out to take away. As I said, the branch was full...full of people who were still eating🤔. It took me a moment for what she wanted to say to sink in... And then she started again with a similar look and an even harsher tone... I interrupted her straight away and told her that we understood. And presto... 4 more - after us - with their orders TO GO to the tables and ate🤷🏼‍♀️ Yes...I know what it's like...but the branch was full, very full! And maybe things would have been nicer. But good...it still tasted good, the unhealthy, delicious stuff🫣😂🤷🏼‍♀️

Ordering without people is not the best style

We placed our order via the order terminal and paid directly by card. As the order was being put together (in front of us) and my husband saw the order being put into a bag, he pointed out that we would be eating in the house. We were already ignored. Then my husband announced again that we were eating in the house and he didn't want his coffee in a mug. We were ignored again. Then the branch management came (I assume so) because she then asked in surprise...is there food in the house? This was answered in the affirmative. My husband then told her that he would have liked his coffee in a cup. He then received an answer from the branch management. But that's a shame. Yes. It was too. The only thing that was somewhat advantageous was the toilet (says my husband). The rest can be thrown very discreetly into the bin. This way you can also steal customers. Nothing wrong with employees standing together and talking. However, if the CUSTOMER has no opportunity to express his wishes because he is skillfully ignored, then that is more than a shame.

All tables and chairs were very dirty. When we asked for a table to be cleaned for us, it was done very half-heartedly and listlessly. The table was still dirty and sticky afterwards

I come here relatively regularly and enjoy eating from McDrive. Unfortunately, the quality (age) of the burgers varies greatly. One time it's hot and the roll is big and the next time it's lukewarm and the roll is soggy.

It's just not like it used to be, overpriced too, fresh is something else. But what do you want to do, MC Donald 😅

Typically Mc Doof, cool atmosphere, clean toilets and tables, terminals that don't work properly, but nice, helpful staff. The Mc Crisby was ok, not great, but ok.

Sehr schmackhaft, manchmal etwas dreckiger, aber definitiv besser als in der Innenstadt.

Fastfood Restaurant, was will man da erwarten. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Aber ich denke das es am Personal und Subunternehmen liegt. Aber das ist auch beim Wettbewerb nicht anders. Da ich sehr selten so Fastfood Lokalitäten aufsuche ist es schon bemerkbar das auf Sauberkeit nicht so geachtet wird.

McDonald’s eben. Essen wurde an den Tisch gebracht und war tatsächlich frisch zubereitet worden. Das Lokal war sauber und die Tische wurden nach jedem Gast abgewischt.

Not a great mcdonald's. Burgers are caked in sauce fries portions get smaller with every order! Large fries box comes 1/3rd full most the time. Never any ice in your drink. Probably the worst mcdonald's I've had
