Was here often because I left/arrived there regularly. There's often a lot going on in the evenings, but it usually happens really quickly. The staff is nice and I was often surprised at how quickly things move there despite the mass of people. Food-wise, well, McDonald's isn't it. Cleanliness at McDonald's itself is ok, but the train station itself is not always the cleanest... The ambience is, well, because it's in the middle of the train station downstairs and it's not a McDonald's where you can sit down in any way.

Ordered 20 Chicken McNuggets with 3 different sauces. Since I was in a hurry to get to my train, I only realized there that I had gotten my 20 Mc Nuggets, but the same sauce three times. Very annoying.

We ordered plant-based nuggets and got regular ones, even though we said it twice and the person at the checkout repeated it. Also quite an unfriendly encounter.

TOP location, TOP cleanliness, TOP staff and TOP price-performance ratio. I've been going here for over 20 years and I have to say I've never had any problems. Orders are processed quickly and properly. The staff is really very friendly and helpful, even in this stressful situation. There is really nothing wrong with this store and I can only recommend everyone to visit it!!! Clear recommendation. Every time a good time.

5 stars, I went to McDonald’s yesterday and had a great experience. Despite the high number of people, everything happened incredibly quickly. The waiting time was minimal, which really impressed me. The entire area was clean and well maintained, which contributed to a pleasant stay. The cashier was very quick and efficient, so I was served quickly. She understood me straight away and was helpful. I really don't understand all the negative reviews because my visit was absolutely great. I can only recommend this McDonald’s at the main train station!

Ich gehe hier seit mehr als 20 Jahren hin und muss sagen ich hatte nie Probleme gehabt. Die Bestellungen werden schnell und ordnungsgemäß bearbeitet. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auch in dieser Stresslage. Es gibt echt nichts an diesem Laden auszusetzen und ich kann jedem nur empfehlen ihn zu besuchen!!! Perfect location TOP cleanliness TOP staff I have been a customer for more than 20 years and have always left satisfied. The staff is really very reliable and also very friendly. And I have to say - the negative reviews are not justified! I can only recommend everyone to eat here.

If you order something like frapp choc because it's on the board and then the employee tells you we don't have it, why do you put it on the board. Impossible

Very bad service! The employee at the checkout was very unfriendly, forgot parts of the order and gesticulated wildly to process customers! We won't be coming back!!!

It's a long wait, you don't know where to queue. I wasn't the only one who felt this way either. Other people on site also complained about how poorly the employees were doing their jobs. It's very loud and some employees don't speak German, which makes ordering a lot more difficult.

I just placed an order around 10pm on July 10th. When I was asked to choose between two burgers, I kept shouting for the Big Mac, but they kept telling me to choose between the Big Mac and the Smart Meal? So I said Big Mac again about three times. It's not a long word, but I was very curious as to whether it was because I was Asian that made me say this again. I asked to exchange the French fries for McNuggets, and they said the bag with the French fries was mine. So I thought they added french fries due to a miscommunication. But I just saw that my Big Mac has turned into a nugget? Did I mention I said Big Mac about 10 times? It's so unpleasant.

Unfortunately it's been really bad since the renovation. Nobody seems to have considered the concept before the renovation. Two cash registers that are sometimes open and sometimes closed. No common queue, just chaos. And this is less the fault of the employees than of the concept creator. Waiting area is virtually non-existent. No terminals. The permanent staff generally do a good job, the new ones, well... can be expanded. But the chaos of hiring doesn't work at all. Then move one cash register directly to the other and prefer to distribute food on the other side...

Overall, I was very happy with the Sprite I ordered. Unfortunately, the employee who served me was unwilling to provide me with a straw. This forced me to take care of myself at the neighboring bakery "Riegler". This circumstance suggests woefully poor service.

I was at the McDonald's Mannheim hbf branch by 13:25 and placed an order for a McSmart Menu (chickenburger, Ketchup and a fanta). This order was placed at exactly 13:28:44. I know this because I kept the receipt. I paid cash (€5 note and €2 coin and a change of €1.10 was given to me with a receipt of order). I didn't even noticed the lady at the counter gave me €1.10 instead of €1.01 as on the receipt until she called her colleague and they called to tell me that I hadn't paid. I explained to them that there was no way that I will have a receipt and change which was still in my hands if I didn't paid. The colleague took the cash box out, went to check, came back and also said I hadn't paid. At this point I was already fuming because once again, how do I have in my hands a receipt with waiting number 189 if I hadn't paid. I insisted because that is my truth. The lady who initially attended to me called me to the side and sid to me verbatim that I did not pay and that I moved behind the counter to forge payment and receipt whilst she was standing at the drink section. I asked her if they had camera's so we could check and confirm who was right, because how are there two people at the cashier point and a customer goes behind that stand to forge payment and receipt and no one, absolutely no one, not even the other customers present there could raise an alarm. Her colleague came back to show her a sheet again as she did earlier when she initially checked the cash records. At this point they suddenly brought me a cup of Fanta and made ready my order. This time round, the story was that I did not pay, but I should take the food and go and that she(the lady that attended to me initially) was paying for my meal. It was at this point that I got pissed and insisted I wasn't taking the food until they confirm with evidence that i had paid. I also told them that I had enough time to wait so they should attend to the others and when they were done, we will talk about it. She kept saying that she was paying for me and I should take the food. I refused and they decided to refund my money to which I gave them back the €1.10 given to me earlier and did not take the order. I choose to keep the receipt because I needed proof. This treatment is not something that should be tolerated anywhere. The worse part was that the ladies were laughing whilst trying to give me the food, faking an apology. I don't know their names but it was the two Asian women usually behind the counter. If this is how you operate there then I am appalled, because how do you accuse someone of something with no proof. If you do have a camera please look into it. Not for my sake because I am definitely not ordering anything from there again, but for the sake of other customers and for you employees to learn how to do their work properly and with due diligence.

Yesterday was May 20, 2024 and I was in this store at 11 p.m. I was treated very badly, they asked for more than my order and still didn't want to give me the potatoes. I was very tolerant and didn't yell at the employees, but I wanted to destroy everything in this store. A complete lack of respect for what she said to me and another Italian. In fact the food was terrible. I will never go back there and recommend everyone not to go to this place if possible.

The worst McDonald's I've ever seen

After the Bushido concert, in order not to starve, I had to overcome my reluctance and get something from McDonalds. I just got fries there shortly before closing time at around 11:45 p.m. and they weren't crispy brown or at least yellow, but almost white and barely warm, some were cold, not to mention crispy. I will try to avoid this store at all costs in the future.

The food is good, but the McDonalds is usually overcrowded and there are no terminals or seats

Very bad experience! The employee was so unfriendly, I've never experienced anything like that. I was yelled at for no reason before I even ordered. The food wasn't that convincing, even for fast food. The meat was dry and the fries were cold. About the atmosphere: I don't even know what to rate here. The area for customers is less than 10 square meters. This means that with a total of 3 customers it gets uncomfortably tight. I thought McDonalds had higher standards. I can only advise everyone not to visit this McDonalds.

The Coke didn't taste like anything, the fries like they were from yesterday. The Big Mac was still ok. Also quite expensive. Better not to go.

Unfortunately my coffee tastes like lime. I don't know if the machine was once maintained and decalcified.

Unfriendly staff, too incompetent to stack a Bigmac properly, most of the coupons cannot be redeemed. All in all, the rancidest McDonald's I've ever been to.

The food was cold and I waited 25 minutes to be served

More than 15 minutes of waiting time for a menu while probably 10 other orders were being processed. At the end of the day we were left with just one chip and the rest was given away as nothing was finished and the staff weren't able to at least fill the drink. Employees are completely Overloaded.

Eating takes a long time, too few staff

A small branch of McDonald's in the Hauptbahnhof with limited selection and no seating inside, mostly take away. It's open from 08:00 to 00:00 hrs. A big life save at late night .. The staff is friendly and excellent service.

Something is missing every day. Fries, cola or even a big mac. If you got your order - like so cold. Completely unfriendly staff etc. Never again!

Probably the worst McDonald's in the region. They just don't have half of the menu, not because it is not on stock, they just decided to not have it... Also, no digital self service screens, so you are forced to order on the counter with very big lines and average service. They also do not participate on the promotions and deals. Save yourself the trouble and go to the nearest one in the Wasserturm. You are welcome!

Bad atmosphere, not even all the products, no seating, staff who forget orders and are overwhelmed

Kein Coupon geht in dieser Filiale, angeblich sind sie zu klein…ich habe jedesmal das Gefühl verarscht zu werden, die Bestellung stimmt nie…. Und wie gesagt sparen ist hier fehl am Platz, Gott sei Dank kommen jeden Tag neue Touristen wo darauf rein fallen

Sagt mal, ist der Standort geschlossen?? Komme schon seit 3 Monaten im Bahnhof täglich vorbei und es ist komplett dicht. Im Internet steht jedoch "vorübergehend". Kein Schild, nichts. Ich war eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden hier. Kann mich nicht beschweren, Pommes waren immer knusprig und frisch und der Veganburger auch. War mal mit dem Burger eine gute, etwas günstigere und schnelle Alternative zum Burger King im Hbf.. Update: Ich nehme die untere Aussage zurück. McDonald's ist extrem und unverschämt teuer geworden. Alleine 4€ für eine Pommes. Bei BK bekommt man das doppelte für den Preis.

A bit tricky to find it out. Unlike other McDonald’s, this branch is very small and in the underground floor of the central station. But the service was fast and good:)

Essen ist okay für McDonalds Verhältnisse. Der Laden ist jedoch sehr klein und zu Stosszeiten viel zu wenig Personal.

Die Burger sind hier immer in Ordnung. Zwar nicht immer schön, aber warm und gut genießbar. Ich komme gerne.

Leider relativ früh keine Burger mehr (es werden dann auch keine mehr nachproduziert) und der Service könnte freundlicher sein…

Neues Design, gleich operative Probleme. Auch wenn hier das neue Konzept angebracht und zeitgemäß ist, muss das auch vom Team gelebt werden. Keine Erklärung, was mit der Bestellnummer passieren muss. Das Essen wird einem Wortlos ohne Tüte in die Hand gedrückt und dann ist es auch noch lauwarm. Einige bauliche Mängel zu erkennen. Entweder noch nicht ganz fertig oder bei der Bauabnahme wurde geschludert. Preise in der McDonalds High-Kategorie hier nicht angebracht

Was für ein planloser Laden. Man weiß nicht, wo man bestellen muss und wo die Essensausgabe ist. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten im Zeitlupentempo.

Seit Monaten wegen angeblicher Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen. Alles abgeklebt aber gemacht wird nichts. Habe eher das Gefühl, dass der Pachtvertrag nicht verlängert wurde und dort gar kein Restaurant mehr rein kommt und man die Zeit bis zum Ende verstreichen lässt!? 🤷🏼‍♂️ Innen hängen nur die Kabel von der Decke...

Vegan Bürger war frisch gemacht und lecker. Desinfektionsspender nicht aufgefüllt, bzw. nicht betriebsbereit. Trotz wenig Betrieb scheint es nicht möglich zu sein diesen Mangel zeitnah abzustellen. Bin nach rd. 10 Minuten nochmal dort hin. Funktionierte immer noch nicht.

Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Wenn man sich on the go einfach mal choo-choo-train-mässig nen Big-Tasty in den Lokschuppen fahren will ist man hier genau an der richtigen Adresse!

Kleine Auswahl und das Essen ist selten frisch aber für einen Bahnhof MC kann man es akzeptieren

Kann die anderen negativ Kommentare nicht verstehen . War am 17.Feb. 2021 da , es War 7 Uhr morgens - Cheeseburger lagen bereit , habe 3 Cheeseburger bestellt . Hab keine Minute gewartet . Das Brötchen Roch nicht danach , Ob es durch spüllmittel gezogen wurde . Das Fleisch Roch gesund , Als ob es immer so gekühlt wird wie gesetzlich vorgeschrieben . Es gab sogar ne Scheibe Käse extra mit Einen Lachen drauf . Die Gurken sahen Glücklich und Frisch aus . Achso, beim Aufmachen des Ladens War die Hochmotivierte Angestellte so schnell mit den beiden Glastüren , Sie wäre locker ins Buch der Rekorde eingegangen . Ein Typischer McDonald's - Sie 4 ,17 € waren gut Investiert . Er hatte 5 Minuten Verspätung , Aber hey ich hab ihn bekommen ! Fazit : Wer ein Exotischen McDonalds sucht , Schnelligkeit , Freundlichkeit und Bürger mit den gewissen Feeling , Der ist hier Richtig .

Kleine Filiale, kleine Auswahl. Wir waren aber zügig und sehr freundlich bedient.

Leider gibt es keine Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Dauert eine Ewigkeit bis man sein Essen bekommt, halb so wild, wenn man mit der Bahn fährt macht das nämlich nix. Die Züge hier sind nämlich auch immer zu spät. Einen extra Stern für die sehr freundliche Verkäuferin.

Eigentlich wie jeder andere McDonalds. Aber man kann ihn nur schwer finden da man runter laufen muss und irgendwann ist man beim Burger king gelandet anstatt beim McD. Er ist sehr klein aber hat die Klassiker wie Big Mac etc. Jetzt bekomm ich tatsächlich Hunger auf mcs. Also so schlimm war’s nicht deshalb solide 4 Sterne.

Naja, das ist ein Bahnhofskiosk. Zum Mitnehmen okay aber nicht zum Verzehr vor Ort geeignet. Personal kämpft mit dem Andrang ... man muss einige Wartezeit in Kauf nehmen und sich in die Schlange einreihen.

Wirklich sehr gutes Restaurant, mit offener Küche und einer modernen Speisen und Getränke Auswahl. Die 80er Musik im Hintergrund passt gut und das kleine Mittagsbuffet für 7.90 Euro ist perfekt. Die Ausstattung ist normal, nicht zu überladen, ein Bistro-rant zum wohlfühlen.

Auf der Suche nach einem günstigen Mittagessen bin ich am HBF in Mannheim auf das Metropolis gestossen. Der Service war sehr sparsam, das Essen am Buffet OK aber nicht ganz heiß

Angenehmes Ambiente, Essen OK und schnell, dazu prompte Bedienung. Nichts für Gourmets oder Ästheten, aber ganz in Ordnung beim Warten auf den Zug.
