Burger King in Mannheim

Burger was cold from the King of the Month menu of Long Chicken as well as the accompanying fries were a disgrace to all humanity and simply disgusting soggy and seasoned and cold, best served directly with dog food, you do exactly the same thing 💋

Cold citizens, cheese didn't get lost and even though there were 2 menus there was only 1x sauce for fries

My experience at this outlet was great, food was the standard burger king taste. Staff was very courteous, nice and prompt. Atmosphere was great to eat and chill.

I took the wopper menu and had a lot of fun.thanks burger king .

I didn't eat anything all day and wanted to grab something in the evening before I had to get on the train. First about the service, she was absolutely rude. I politely told her that I would like the King selection menu: King Pastrami Double. The woman asked what I would like three times until I pointed my finger at the board, then she only asked for pastrano or pastrami. So I said pastrami again. Then she asked if I wanted ketchup or mayo. I said mayo and sweet and sour, please. When my order came there was only a little ketchup on it and I said nicely that this was wrong because I would have liked mayo and sweet and sour. The lady then looked at me very annoyed and took the ketchup away only to throw the mayonnaise and sweet and sour sauce onto my tray. Yep, she didn't put it on top or anything, she just threw it across my order... About the food: The chicken nuggets were very tough and had probably been lying around all day, which is how they tasted. But that wasn't so bad, but things got bad at home because from 3 a.m. onwards I had gastrointestinal problems and had to vomit and had liquid stools. I also developed a fever during the morning (everything points to food poisoning!). I don't know if it's from Burger King, but the fact is that I haven't eaten anything since 9 a.m., a sandwich, except now at the Burger King in question, so I'm not saying it's from Burger King. It could have come from something else. Nevertheless, I don't feel at all comfortable that it might have come from here. I hope for a qualitative review of the branch in question. I've never had any problems at Burger King before.

Forgot our order and said we hadn't ordered anything even though we paid

So the guy who packed the order felt like he had no plan, was completely overwhelmed by anything, didn't make any progress, just ordered and at the last minute we asked when it was finally ready because our train was coming in 2 minutes, then they said it was ready on the sec. Getting on our train to find out on the train that our burger is missing and the sauce in the shake, I found my lost shake sauce on the churros instead of in the shake, so you really can't do anything!!! Thanks for nothing, the main thing is that I collected 20 euros. My friend now has nothing to eat but was allowed to pay. Hire smart staff who understand what they are doing and can also communicate intelligently. For no reason, the shop doesn't have 3 stars (I would have preferred to give 0 stars )

No toilet paper, no Wickeltisch and no trash bin but expecting clients to pay for toilets

The worst burger I have ever eaten, the sauce for the fries and the bacon on the burger were also missing.

I ordered vegan nuggets, and I recieved regular chicken nuggets instead.

I paid and he didn't give me the tax receipt for 0.50 extra price. I don't think it's even legal to lock up the toilet to catch 27 tons of cocaine.

Unfortunately I can't recommend it at all. Unfortunately, the "fresh" citizen was cold and the cheese hadn't even melted. Fries overpriced and undercooked. Won't come back. A pity! Although consumption was stated in the "restaurant", the food was served out of a bag...

Very long waiting time for two products. Burger was very hot. But completely ok for a BK at the main station.

I went there for a quick meal before my appointment , as always fries were too salty , and burger was ok , the cashier was being very cocky , and acting very rude know-it-all kind of way with the customers … These 3 stars for his behind, and not for the food and service 😉😉

Worst Burger King I've ever visited... Staff absolutely incompetent and listless, totally overwhelmed with the Burgerking app and verbally you quickly reach the limits of the employees' linguistic abilities... The ordering was therefore very laborious and in the end it was also incorrect or incorrect.

Don't order on the terminals if you are in a rush. I had 10 minutes time and I also asked them if they could get my food prepared. I ended up wasting my time, having payed at the terminal and without any food.

Old dried out patty... My Plant Based Whopper patty was so hard, dry and had white spots that it was just disgusting to look at. At least a new, better burger was made for me in response to the complaint. But I could no longer enjoy it with a good feeling. I won't go here again due to hygiene issues. But the employees at least reacted accommodatingly.

I bought a Whopper and a Long Chicken last night at 10 o'clock. Whopper was already cold - had probably been lying around for a while. Tonight I wake up and have to throw up. Since then I have had to vomit a few more times throughout the day. I'm extremely weak and have a terrible headache. It's probably food poisoning that I got here. Definitely my last visit here!

If you eat here, there are no more tablets in the evening. So you eat out of the bag at your seat. Already shabby. Food was cold.

The ketchup was good. Heinz. Tried to order what we get at BK in any other country including Sweden and Canada and the US, and we ended up with a strange thing which was a tiny cheeseburger with pump cheese and jalapeno. No lettuce, no tomato, no onions, no bacon, and a sloppy bun full of jalapenos. Turned out they gave us a chili cheeseburger. Need to vastly improve.

Been there today and never again, 2 mice running around in the branch, I pointed this out to an employee but only got a don't care sign, this Burger King branch doesn't want hygiene and service

The burger menu was cold and quite dry. Only hunger drove it in. The staff was okay, only the food could really be better. My personal conclusion: Unfortunately, I personally cannot recommend it.

There are actually better fast food outlets instead of this one. The food is often already cold and depending on the time of day, there is a long wait even with the self-service terminals.

Wenn man ein freestyle-Getränk bestellt und bezahlt, aber dann nur eine kleine Cola bekommt (ohne wenigstens diese Auswahl selbst zu treffen) ist das einfach nur Verarsche!

Eben zwei Burger bestellt und beim "Zubereiten" zugeschaut. Mal wird die Zange verwendet, mal die bloße Hand um das Fleisch auf dem Burger zurecht zu rücken. Geil..

Schnelle Bedingung, ca. 3 Minuten. Cillicheseburger waren gut und saftig.

War heute nach einer Ewigkeit mal wieder hier. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Das Essen ist ganz gut für die schnelle. Blöd war das ich 8 anstatt 9 Chili Cheese Nuggets bekomme habe (merkte ich erst wo ich zuhause war) aber das kann mal passieren.

Störung - die einzige Maschine zum toasten von Burgern geht nicht. 5 MA schauen einer zu, wie sie es repariert. 15min. Keine Kommunikation mit den wartenden Kunden. 25+.. 2x - ich will mein Geld zurück, ich muss zum Zug. Keine Antwort. Indifferentes genuschel, bringt Burger. Es fehlen Burger.. Wenn es schief geht - passiert. Aber die Kunden zu ignorieren, die Kundenwünsche - stornieren! Ignorieren.. NoGo.

Ich verstehe diese Kommentare nicht, die sich so beschweren wegen den wartezeiten. Ich habe am SOT bestellt und es geht schneller und entspannter als an der Kasse! Essen war noch warm und lecker.

Die Leute sind so freundlich und schnell im Service und das Essen kommt pünktlich an und die Qualität des Essens ist super. Insgesamt ist es ein super cooler Ort, um Essen zu haben

Das Essen war bisher jeder mal sehr Pfad und trocken. Der Salat im Burger was schon etwas schlecht der Farbe und Konsistenz zu urteilen.

das eine Klo ist übergelaufen und das ganze Badezimmer war voller Wasser , ich habe etwas bestellt und bekam trotz Nachfrage der Mitarbeiter das falsche , Nuggets waren komisch , mir war danach schlecht und die Pommes waren kalt , generell dauerte es auch sehr lange bis das Essen fertig war

Schade, ich bin leider überhaupt nicht zufrieden! Die Nuggets und der Burger waren so trocken, dass diese wohl bereits ewig in der Auslage waren oder in den Warmhaltebehältern stundenlang vor sich hin trockneten. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und gehe zukünftig lieber nur noch in den Keller zum M.

Ausdrücklich sehr nettes Personal, es läuft angenehme Musik in passender Lautstärke im Hintergrund. Das Essen ist gut. Für einen kleinen zwischenstop perfekt und günstig sowie zeitlich passend. Man bestellt und bekommt innerhalb von minuten seine bestellung die dazu gesagt auch richtig ist und alles passt.

2 Sterne, weil das Essen wirklich gut war und ich diesbezüglich nichts zu bemängeln habe. Was ich aber zu bemängeln habe ist die mangelnde Sauberkeit im Laden. Stress ist eine Sache aber wenn man die Tische schon abräumt, kann man diese auch abwaschen. Ich möchte nicht wissen, was auf den Tischen alles keucht und fleucht. Hab euch den Tisch gerne sauber gemacht. Macht das in Zukunft bitte selbst.

Die Service-Kräfte von Burger King sind sehr freundlich, doch diese Filiale am Mannheimer Hauptbahnhof ist beispiellos im Thema Zeit. Während ich diese Rezension schrieb, wartete ich wirklich bereits schon 20 Minuten auf einen "Big King". Ich warte immer noch. Es ist wirklich furchtbar und es liegt ganz deutlich am Management. Ich würde gerne einen Stern nur vergeben, da ich aber Burger King mag, bekommt diese Filiale leider 2 Sterne.

Was ist denn hier los?! Chicken Nugget Burger ohne Eisbergsalat und mit extra Jalapenos bestellt. Mayo-Brötchen ohne alles bekommen.

Hatte mir einen Double Burger gekauft, dass ich satt werde. War auch so. Jedoch war der Burger sehr teuer. Die Anzeigetafel mit den Nummer war defekt, weshalb ich genau darauf achten musste an die Reihe zu kommen. Die Schlange an den Bestellautomaten war unübersichtlich. Für Burger-King eine eher schwache Filiale.

Sauberer als die Filiale in der City, ansonsten stark vom Personal abhängig. Manchmal alles bestens, beim nächsten Mal ewig warten und Ware kalt
