Burger King in Mannheim

We received cold burgers, and when we asked about them, they were microwaved! Disgusting, so we left without eating.

Very pleasant atmosphere, super friendly staff, quick service.

We didn't want to eat before the train. We went to the restaurant shortly after it opened at lunchtime. Unfortunately, the burgers were cold! That's unacceptable; they didn't taste good when they were served straight from the fridge. Sadly, the staff didn't notice and didn't address the issue.

I've never seen such a dump! The people who work there can't even speak proper German. I redeemed my points and didn't get a burger because of a bursting [unclear], and then they expect me to pay for it – disrespectful!

I'm really disappointed. The burger was completely cold and simply inedible. Furthermore, I specifically ordered fries without salt – yet they still gave me the wrong thing, obviously out of spite. That's really unprofessional. Better to just go to McDonald's; at least there you get what you ordered, and in decent quality.

Very comfortable seating areas where you can feel at ease. The products taste very good. Anyone who loves milkshakes should definitely try these.

The service it is very fast but there was a mice inside the restaurant. Besides me at least 3 more people realized this. It was hanging around inside the restaurant all the time I was there, picking up pieces of food in the floor 🥲.

I think this is one of the better Burger Kings in Germany. I'll definitely come back.

Quickly, regarding the food, but please, is it possible that a "restaurant" doesn't provide any restrooms? Just a gate at the entrance to the restrooms with a sign saying where you can apply for a job at the BK. As a guest, I find this truly impertinent. The service here is simply a disaster. I ordered my food at the restaurant, wanting to eat normally on a tray – and the whole thing was carelessly shoved into a bag, as if I were just another delivery customer. That's not how you treat customers! It seems like the employees simply don't want to hand out trays just to save themselves the trouble of washing up later. Absolutely disrespectful, absolutely unprofessional. I go to Burger King often, but I've never had such a lousy experience. Anyone who wants to eat here should know that they're apparently worthless. Never again from this branch!

We ordered through Volt, and the food arrived cold even though we don't live far away. The delivery person barely understood German and was very unfriendly and rude. The driver didn't even have the right change, so we had to give them a €6 tip. Not recommended.

So far, everything's been fine at the Burger King at the main train station. Unfortunately, the people behind the counter don't understand what you want. If you order a Naruto and get a Sasuke, that's pretty disappointing, and if they don't even know the colors (or are behind the counter and can't or don't want to understand what you want), that's also very unpleasant.

Unfortunately, my order wasn't fully executed. Due to the change in departure time, I hadn't checked my food. Special requests were missing, and the food wasn't particularly hot.

The Chicken Chili Cheese Meal costs €5.99. Chili Cheese Fries cost €6.99, but they're priced at €7.49, which is €1.49 more. Also, the staff are unfriendly. I noticed that only female customers are smiled at.

For Burger King standards at train stations or in general the food has actually been pretty good so far, but every now and then I'm served in such a wordless, arrogant manner.

They gave me an incomplete order. When I came back and told them so, they simply told me they didn't have what I ordered and therefore couldn't deliver it. They don't care about customers or orders.

Welcome to fast-food heaven 😅 but even the name is inappropriate: endless wait times, soggy fries, a meager burger, and a chocolate shake with no chocolate. A Recup I brought with me, requesting an exchange/refill, almost crashed the cashier's system, but in the end, I got another paper cup – and all for just under €10 – I should have been charged for this experience.

According to German law, every restaurant that serves drinks must also have a restroom for customers. This branch does not do so and violates German law. There is also no alternative (a voucher for DB bathrooms, for example).

I recently visited Burger King, Mannheim Hauptbahnhof and had a great experience! The staff ( Mamun) was friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly and accurately. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—especially the flame-grilled Whopper, which never disappoints. I also appreciated the clean and comfortable dining area. Keep up the great work, Burger King! Looking forward to my next visit.

Stop at a BurgerKing station, but that doesn't excuse the violation of the restaurant regulations of the state of Baden-Württemberg, which states that free toilets must be available for traffic areas of 56 m² or more. You should advertise this store.

Simple order of 15 wings and a fries took over 20 minutes. In order to cancel the order and get the money back, I had to be loud and ask 5 times until I was asked. No employee felt responsible until someone took pity on them. Nobody has a question about that either Want to accept cancellation. If you don't want to work there, you should quit and not expose your personal inability to customers. Complaint to Burger King Germany is out. I recommend McDonalds around the corner, very accommodating and faster.

So I ate a burger for almost 15 euros. It doesn't even come close to the double steakhouse from before. Why doesn't it exist anymore? Staff is friendly and everything is good. But for the price for the citizen, that doesn't fit at all.
