BURGER KING Mannheim-Neckarau (Drive-In) in Mannheim

So far, I'm happy with this Burger King. I think the Freestyle vending machine is great.

The toilet was literally crap and generally not clean. The last cleaning was scheduled for 1 p.m., and the last visit was at 12:30 a.m. Otherwise, it's not as nice as it used to be; the children's play area is closed.

Yes, only the doors are very difficult to open

The sales area is very dirty, there are mice running around and the employees act as if this is normal.

Lunch on July 25th. Lazy, unfriendly personnel in the restaurant. Trash all over the place. Plant-based Whopper dry as shoe leather. Obviously, poor management. Toilet was cleaned, but the whole place needs a deep cleaning.

I was there today with my wife. After several unsuccessful attempts to call the mobile number listed in the ad, where, strangely, no one answered the phone within the specified time, and strangely, there hasn't been a return call to this day, she wanted to introduce herself in person. Worse still, she had to explain to the on-site employee three times (!!!) what it was all about because she didn't understand a word of German!!! After a brief inquiry, she came back shaking her head. If they're not looking for someone, then please take down this ad! We certainly won't be eating there, and the three employees present just stood around instead of clearing away the cart full of leftover food.

I drink Coke when I go there that's all

Unfortunately, it's slowly starting to need renovations! Unfortunately, the number of guests determines the quality of the food. Too few staff. Everyone was nice and accommodating.

We ordered via Uber. The food was completely cold! Not recommended!

Two of us went to this branch yesterday. We wanted to grab something to eat before the event at the SAP Arena. This branch was the closest on our way there. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. The doors are difficult to open. The floor was dirty and sticky. The women's restroom was acceptable, but the men's restroom was a complete disaster! Once we got our meals, we were given self-filling cups. No problem: but! Only one machine worked, the other only worked slowly or not at all. Especially since the machines were completely filthy, and all kinds of drinks had collected in the drip tray at the bottom. When we were eating and about to drink, we noticed that there was some strange film on both our iced teas. Neither of us drank the iced teas. Unfortunately, this was the worst Burger King branch we've ever been to. Please take a look and fix the hygiene issues!

An average Burger King in the outer district of Mannheim. The food was average. The friendliness was rather mediocre. The tone of voice was harsh. If you don't understand something (as an employee (manager)), you should ask normally and not snappily. It's the tone that counts. Otherwise, the food was normal, like everywhere else, of good quality, but medium-temperature despite being prepared on the spot... The fries were a mix of old and new = hard and soggy...

Too loud, you can't eat in peace

Just fast food. You know what you're getting. Unfortunately there is also a problem in this branch that the food is not always warm, something that needs to be worked on.

Way too expensive. And what can you say about the service? You stand in front of these screens and torture yourself through little pictures only to be served cold food that isn't filling. The employee had her hands hidden in her jacket pockets the whole time, which doesn't mean she was particularly motivated. In addition, families can no longer afford it and this fast food idea was actually intended for them over 50 years ago.

Normal, but the hygiene and the toilets leave a lot to be desired

Unfortunately the small menu of fries and hamburgers made my 3 year old son seriously ill. He threw up during the night and we had three very bad days. Absolutely not recommended!

Food typical BK (I'm not rating that here, it was ok), floor very dirty and sticky, parking lot with parking surveillance but very small signs, ordering only via touch screen, except for the young lady at the counter, the service staff seemed very unmotivated

Seldom experienced such listless and unfriendly employees. Nobody smiles, everyone looks sad. The condition of the machines is also sad; paying with an ordering machine doesn't work. One guest said it never goes. One drinks machine only dispenses drinks in sips, the other dispenses 3l at the same time. You can also order and pay for products that are sold out at the vending machine, if payment works. Always annoying, really stupid for vegans. Then you stand at the counter and are told that vegan is out. Apparently you couldn't change that at the machine. This didn't happen to me, but to a woman who was also standing at the pick-up counter. I even believe that THEY can't change the machine. They aren't even able to say hello and thank you.

I've seen better staff! Be it neither the waiting time nor the friendliness of the team.

I say it's the best Burger King in the area, always hot and fresh, but the Cola machine makes every kind and you pay once, drink as much as you want, which is bomb in this day and age 💪🏼

Best Burger King in Heidelberg!!!

The quality has been greatly reduced. Today I experienced another customer returning his burger because it was cold (i.e. not freshly prepared). And then I ordered a Big King and Chili Cheese Nuggets. The burger was weird and the nuggets were old and just warmed up. They were so dry like they had been made three hours ago. After that I had to return it and after 10 minutes of waiting the manager, or at least the boss, brought it when I opened it. They were the same again, but warmed up in the microwave and only warm on the inside. This is a mockery! I was in a hurry or I would have thrown it in his face. This store is absolute rock bottom. I would never eat there again!

This is really a joke. Have you looked at the pictures of the burgers and what you're putting out there? Cold burger, the cheese was ice cold and cold fries. The drink wasn't carbonated enough. I should have saved myself that, and will do so in the future.

The premises offer space but the slide for children is permanently closed?? Most of the time the food is good, but when there is a lot going on, something is usually missing from the order. The food occasionally arrives cold when delivered. Otherwise there are often good promotions.

I wanted to try one of the new special burgers and unknowingly, since it wasn't in the app or at the drive-through, I bought a really ugly t-shirt with the menu on it. Unfortunately, even after speaking to the manager, I was unable to cancel the order. For almost 18 euros I had a small menu with one of the worst burgers I have ever eaten. Unfortunately, Burger King has deteriorated greatly in terms of quality and service. The star goes to the friendly staff. The branch doesn't deserve one!

2:10 p.m. on 12/7/24 drive in. I redeemed a coupon that didn't seem redeemable with the lady. She asked which citizens were on the menu. I said the burgers that were included in the menu and that I wanted fries and coke with it. Come to the counter to pay and only get burgers and the single price!!! When I asked, I couldn't get fries or a drink because that's how it is now, according to the lady. Great staff!! Will never spend a cent here again!!

This branch is the only one in Mannheim that has a drive-thru. That's why we only go there when we feel like Burger King. Ordered from the drive last night and checked everything straight away. Number of burgers and sides were correct. Pepper was missing again and there was mayo instead of sour cream. But good.. Didn't want to run in.. At home then the surprise.. Instead of the Cheesy Rösti Lover Beef Double there was an unidentifiable plant based burger wrapped in paper. Today I drove in and asked for the branch or shift manager. I explained my concerns to him. He was very nice and polite to me. Apologized for that and offered to freshen up the Cheesy Rösti Lover Beef Double for free. As a gesture of goodwill and upon request, he even made two of them. This is what customer service looks like! Thank you

The floor was sticky and all the urinals in the men's room were broken. You couldn't wash your hands either.

I would like to describe my dissatisfied experience in one of your branches. After an extremely long wait of over an hour for dessert, I politely complained to the staff about the delay. However, the employee's reaction was shocking: instead of correcting the error, he instructed a colleague to throw away the food. I was then simply given the money back. In my opinion, such behavior is not possible at all. As a customer, I expect respectful treatment and at least professional service. I hope you can prevent such occurrences in the future so that other customers don't have to have the same bad experience.

Rather average, not the best location for a king. And certainly not in Mannheim. The staff are friendly and hard-working, but as I said, unfortunately there is a lack of flair and ambience.

What I experienced here is pretty much the most anti-social thing that has ever happened to me in a fast food restaurant. In short. Ordered food for €88. Couldn't be delivered due to a lack of driver, so I discussed canceling the order with BK. BK wasn't up for it, but still prepared my food and marked the order as "picked up" after it wasn't picked up. Well, €88 gone and the food was in the trash at BK. Lieferando can't do anything if BK doesn't want to

Very bad, poor food, slow service, poor toilet hygiene.

I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews here. You can place the order very easily via a terminal (there are a total of 4 terminals available, so there is no waiting time) and the order was ready in no time. The burger and fries were very tasty and warm because they were freshly prepared. The cheese was also melted well, so it was just right. The special requests were all taken into account perfectly. The service was also very friendly and both the dining room and the toilets were clean. Always my pleasure! :-)

Instead of mayonnaise there was ketchup and there was no ice cream in the cola at all. Additionally, the drive through takes too long and the menu is not informative.

The worst branch I've known for years. Employees either unfriendly or overwhelmed. The restaurant itself, dirty. The drive in almost never works, either the card machine for paying doesn't work or the drinks machine doesn't work or something else. Unfortunately, if the reviews go more and more in one direction, there is usually something to it. I don't understand why an international company like Burger King can afford something like that or let it get away with it. From now on I will spend my money at the competition one street over.

I've been standing in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes even though there's only one customer in front of me and at the end they had a single order. Card payment is not possible, but you will only be told this when you are already at the counter.

Reminds me not to eat there anymore. With all due respect, there were so many employees there and so few customers, and yet it was dirty everywhere. It didn't taste good at all, you come in and it smells like a toilet. The floor mats in front of the soda machines were full of puddles of soda.

I'm really wondering where the health department is, firstly in the store in the lobby there were just 3 mice walking around, how can that be? I pointed this out to the employee and she said yes, I have to tell my boss and secondly it's hygiene a foreign word for this shop!!!

The cheese wasn't even remotely melted and some of the Curlyfires were still cold or not fried. It was the last time I got something here and I screwed it up twice in the past.

Hello, I was with you at Burger King yesterday. And I'm very disappointed with the employees at the checkout and the cold food. The employees were very unfriendly and disrespectful, there were 2 women. The food was cold and not edible. Salad was old and dried out. I'm usually a regular customer and never come back. The employees had no motivation to work and threw everything on the tray, which I find disappointing. I had to wait a long time until the cold food was ready. I cannot recommend this Burger King.

The picture says more than a thousand words...that was my "free burger for my birthday". Well then - bon appetit. I had a hard time restraining myself from throwing this wonderful burger back over the counter...I needed the picture to prove it. Online support has not responded to this day (1 month later). The branch itself only spoke broken German and asked me what problem I had with the burger... you can see what the problem is!!! Neither ketchup, a lettuce leaf, a cucumber or a cucumber... nothing! This is supposed to be the lactose-free “chilli cheese burger”.
