I'm really wondering where the health department is, firstly in the store in the lobby there were just 3 mice walking around, how can that be? I pointed this out to the employee and she said yes, I have to tell my boss and secondly it's hygiene a foreign word for this shop!!!

The cheese wasn't even remotely melted and some of the Curlyfires were still cold or not fried. It was the last time I got something here and I screwed it up twice in the past.

Friendliness wouldn't hurt the staff

Once and never again. The young woman who was standing at the checkout moved as if in slow motion and seemed to pass on her bad mood to the customers. I don't expect great service from a fast food restaurant, but you would want the minimum of respect. (Of course, as expected, part of the order was also missing.) Too bad, too bad, too bad

Hello, I was with you at Burger King yesterday. And I'm very disappointed with the employees at the checkout and the cold food. The employees were very unfriendly and disrespectful, there were 2 women. The food was cold and not edible. Salad was old and dried out. I'm usually a regular customer and never come back. The employees had no motivation to work and threw everything on the tray, which I find disappointing. I had to wait a long time until the cold food was ready. I cannot recommend this Burger King.

Fast, clean and not so crowded. And there's Fanta Grape.

Employee sat in the seating area, shoes off and made a video call with the family back home. Not quite appropriate if you're there to eat

The picture says more than a thousand words...that was my "free burger for my birthday". Well then - bon appetit. I had a hard time restraining myself from throwing this wonderful burger back over the counter...I needed the picture to prove it. Online support has not responded to this day (1 month later). The branch itself only spoke broken German and asked me what problem I had with the burger... you can see what the problem is!!! Neither ketchup, a lettuce leaf, a cucumber or a cucumber... nothing! This is supposed to be the lactose-free “chilli cheese burger”.

We weren't served very friendly, the burgers were almost cold. There were no hand paper towels or electric hand dryers in the toilet, just a few folded towels that were left on the heater. The hand basin is very calcified, simply disgusting! We'll definitely never come here again

The 2 drinks machines are not refilled and several flavors are not available... The toilets are shabby, the sink is just disgusting...

The citizens were worse. I go in there for the onion rings. It's now fried too short and only tastes like fat. Twice a year is ok. The one in the city center is still there Koworse.

Burgers were cold! Reusable cup ordered but not received. When you ask “why paper cups” you are told in another language that you are an idiot! My luck was that another guest was able to translate it for me straight away! Apologies came verbally from the team leader. I should have saved myself the snack! More stress than good. The entrance door is also annoying!

Food is up to standard. But the service is weak. At least 50% of drive-thru orders forget something. Whole dishes or sauces/side dishes. This is annoying and shouldn't happen.

Hygiene is very critical 3 employees standing at the counter. All 3 are talking and have no customers at the moment. Literally all the tables were dirty. There was a disgusting blue rag on a table. Nobody thought of cleaning at least one table.

Nice clean facility. There is good wifi. Fast and excellent service.

Ate a quick burger. Everything was fine.

Unfortunately, the location lost its luster long ago. You can actually feel it when you're in it.

The food looks like someone puked it up. An inventive lady in a winter hat with a pompom, when asked to add the right portion of cheese to the fries, came up with a brilliant idea to expand them with her fingers to give the illusion of adding cheese. The place is dirty, the toilet is a swamp. I recommend it only to lovers of extreme experiences.

1 of 3 menus not delivered. The telephone is simply switched off here.

Lustloser und überarbeiteter Mitarbeiter, der neben dem Drive in auch noch den Verkaufsraum versorgen muss. Dazu nur lauwarme Burger. Lieber nicht.

Plantbased Burger werden getrennt von Leichenteilen zubereitet, hatte hier noch nie Fehler bei der Bestellung und nette Getränkeauswahl gibt es auch

In letzter Zeit geht es eigentlich immer flott und zufriedenstellend. Einen Stern Abzug, weil die Tür zu den Tischen von drinnen nach draußen, auf der "Drücken" steht, NIE funktioniert. Ist schon ein running Gag weil jeder dagegen läuft. ;)

Besser wie Burger King Ludwigshafen,aber trotZdem schlecht. Für das Geld kann man schöner Essen gehen oder selbst viele Burger machen. Der Eindruck im Lokal ist nicht das Wahre aber macht euch selbst ein Bild, ist Geschmackssache

FastFood eben. Bürger teils lauwarm, Aussenbereich nicht so sauber.....aber auch Gäste selbst schuld da sie eh alles einfach fallen lassen. Bestellannahme wenig persönlich ohne Zuwendung. Teils laufen Personen in Privatkleidung im Küchenbereich rum.

Gemischte Gefühle - leider habe ich schon vor der Berichterstattung durch Wallraff feststellen müssen, dass bei den als fleischlos oder vegan angebotenen Produkten nicht immer das drin ist was draufsteht. Bei mir war auf einem vegan ausgezeichneten Long Chicken normaler Käse mit drauf. Dann hat man aber auch kein Vertrauen mehr, ob das Patty wirklich auch vegan ist, da man hier vegan von Fleisch nicht unterscheiden kann.

Ich habe Den „Special Burger“ „cheese lover beef“ Bestellt. Wie ich von der Konkurrenz (mc Donald) gewohnt war habe ich einen hochwertigeren Burger als die 0815 cheese und ham Burger erwartet. Was ich bekam war nicht ansatzweise dem Preis gerechtfertigt. Das Brot war fettig die Qualität des Fleischs minderwertig der Käse kalt und der extrawunsch auf Gurken zu verzichten wurde dreist ignoriert. Als topping gab es unten am Brot eine Ecke von Röstzwiebeln die durch das fettige Brot ganz klebrig waren. Die Bedienung war zudem sehr unfreundlich. Generell habe ich einen sehr unhygienischen Eindruck von der Burger King Filiale bekommen. Geht lieber ein Stück weiter zu MC Donald‘s.

Heute, Freitag früher Nachmittag, musste es mal wieder schnell gehen also rein in den Burger King. Die Filiale existiert schon seit vielen Jahren und liegt verkerhsgünstig an einer Bundesstraße bzw. Autobahnausfahrt und einem Einkaufszentrum. Trotzdem habe ich sie noch nie besucht. Also komme ich rein und vor der Ausgabe/Kasse angestellt. Prima. Vor mir nur ein Pärchen und eine 4-Köpfige Familie. Sollte schnell gehen. Von wegen. Geschlagene 15 Minuten Wartezeit. Und das obwohl weder die Famile noch besonders komplexe Bestellungen Abgegeben hatten. Ok es gab ein Problem mit der Kreditkarte. Aber wiso lässt man den armen Kerl allein vor einer immer längeren Schlange von Kundschaft so planlos agieren? Zusätzlich bediente er noch den Autoschalter. Der "Chef vom Dienst" im weißen Hemd drückt sich irgentwo in der Küche rum und agiert später auch an der Ausgabe völlig planlos. Hier sollte dringend mal das Personal in Arbeitsablauf und Effitienzsteigerung geschult werden. Ein bischen mehr Freundlichkeit wäre auch nicht schlecht. Zumindest in dieser Filiale werden die Getränke, ausser Kaffee, nicht mehr vom Personal ausgegeben sondern muss vom Kunden am Automat gezogen werden. Ok, man hat theoretisch eine große Auswahl an Getränken und verkauf das dem Kunden als DIE Errungenschaft schlechthin. Der eigentliche Hintergrund ist aber das man Serviceleistungen streicht und das auf den Kunden abwältzt. Profitmaximierung auf Kosten des Service da man so weniger Personal am Schalter braucht.Da hilft es auch nicht das ich mir so oft Getränke ziehen kann wie ich will. Zu alle dem war Cola Light alle. Mahlzeit.

The prices are good, the service is okay, and the food is decent (I had the nuggets). Your typical Burger King, except for the location and interior: both are wonderful! Supermarkets surround the place, and the inside was very clean and attractive. Definitely a good-looking Burger King, though aesthetics aside, very typical. Their sweet 'n' sour sauce that comes with the nuggets is good, though.

Gegen das vereinheitlichte Essen bei Burger King kann man nichts sagen. Das schmeckt überall gleich. Das Restaurant selbst ist schön gestaltet. Der Kinderbereich ist durch eine Glaswand getrennt, sodass der Spiellärm, gegen den es nichts einzuwenden gibt, nicht stört. Beim Autoschalter muss man aber aufpassen. Uns ist es schon des Öfteren passiert, dass wir zu Hause beim Auspacken nicht alle bestellten, aber bezahlten Artikel in den Tüten hatten. Das ist immer ärgerlich. Telefonate werden angenommen, man entschuldigt sich und verspricht beim nächsten Mal Ersatz. Aber was bringt mir das beim nächsten Mal, wenn zu Hause die hungrige Mannschaft sitzt.

Interior was clean, very American-stylised, well lit and everything was well assorted. Order was prepared within no time. But as a tourist: - they did not take MAESTRO-card, while 95% of all shops in the European Union do. We insist they tried, but the lady at the cash register told us it does not work. Okay, not a big problem, but somewhat a miss for such a big food chain that's growing in Europe. - the French fries of my partner were no longer warm when we sat down, mine were warm and crispy. Old and new batch being served ? - the King Long Chicken menu showed a nice bun with green crispy lettuce, a sauce and a fried piece of chicken. The bun was there, the chicken too, no sauce and a three pieces the size of soggy sorry postal stamps, where between it. We were happy with the looks of the restaurant, a real improvement over burger restaurants from 5 years ago, but the major downside was the cold and dissapointing food.

Diese Burger King-Filiale liegt direkt an der Neckarauer Straße, der Einfallsstraße nach Mannheim aus dem Süden. Zwei Supermärkte sind direkt in der Nähe. So kann man einkaufen und gleich auch noch einen Snack nehmen. Die Bedienung ist freundlich. Zur Auswahl lässt sich nichts besonderes sagen - eben Systemgastronomie. Ich gehe öfters hin, weil es direkt auf meinem Heimweg von der Arbeit liegt und ich gleich Abendessen und Einkauf an einer Stelle verbinden kann. Per ÖPNV erreicht man den Burger-King über die Haltestelle "Lettestraße"

Diese Filiale von Burger King ist sauber, groß, lichtdurchflutet und teilt sich einen großen Parkplatz mit Aldi und einem dm-Drogeriemarkt. Die Lage an einer großen Bundesstraße, die auch Autobahnzubringer ist, macht diese Filiale besonders attraktiv für mich. Ein Drive-Thru Schalter ist ebenfalls vorhanden und alle Burger King Coupons werden akzeptiert.
