BURGER KING Mannheim-Neckarau (Drive-In) in Mannheim

This branch is the only one in Mannheim that has a drive-thru. That's why we only go there when we feel like Burger King. Ordered from the drive last night and checked everything straight away. Number of burgers and sides were correct. Pepper was missing again and there was mayo instead of sour cream. But good.. Didn't want to run in.. At home then the surprise.. Instead of the Cheesy Rösti Lover Beef Double there was an unidentifiable plant based burger wrapped in paper. Today I drove in and asked for the branch or shift manager. I explained my concerns to him. He was very nice and polite to me. Apologized for that and offered to freshen up the Cheesy Rösti Lover Beef Double for free. As a gesture of goodwill and upon request, he even made two of them. This is what customer service looks like! Thank you

The floor was sticky and all the urinals in the men's room were broken. You couldn't wash your hands either.

Good food, the ambience is no longer quite up-to-date, but the cleanliness has become much better!

I would like to describe my dissatisfied experience in one of your branches. After an extremely long wait of over an hour for dessert, I politely complained to the staff about the delay. However, the employee's reaction was shocking: instead of correcting the error, he instructed a colleague to throw away the food. I was then simply given the money back. In my opinion, such behavior is not possible at all. As a customer, I expect respectful treatment and at least professional service. I hope you can prevent such occurrences in the future so that other customers don't have to have the same bad experience.

Rather average, not the best location for a king. And certainly not in Mannheim. The staff are friendly and hard-working, but as I said, unfortunately there is a lack of flair and ambience.

The burgers always taste fresh here. The employees are nice, helpful and quick. 🙏 Only the terribly squeaky entrance door could finally be repaired. 😉

What I experienced here is pretty much the most anti-social thing that has ever happened to me in a fast food restaurant. In short. Ordered food for €88. Couldn't be delivered due to a lack of driver, so I discussed canceling the order with BK. BK wasn't up for it, but still prepared my food and marked the order as "picked up" after it wasn't picked up. Well, €88 gone and the food was in the trash at BK. Lieferando can't do anything if BK doesn't want to

I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews here. You can place the order very easily via a terminal (there are a total of 4 terminals available, so there is no waiting time) and the order was ready in no time. The burger and fries were very tasty and warm because they were freshly prepared. The cheese was also melted well, so it was just right. The special requests were all taken into account perfectly. The service was also very friendly and both the dining room and the toilets were clean. Always my pleasure! :-)

Instead of mayonnaise there was ketchup and there was no ice cream in the cola at all. Additionally, the drive through takes too long and the menu is not informative.

The worst branch I've known for years. Employees either unfriendly or overwhelmed. The restaurant itself, dirty. The drive in almost never works, either the card machine for paying doesn't work or the drinks machine doesn't work or something else. Unfortunately, if the reviews go more and more in one direction, there is usually something to it. I don't understand why an international company like Burger King can afford something like that or let it get away with it. From now on I will spend my money at the competition one street over.

I've been standing in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes even though there's only one customer in front of me and at the end they had a single order. Card payment is not possible, but you will only be told this when you are already at the counter.

You'll only be told there's no card payment at the drive-in when you're already standing!

Reminds me not to eat there anymore. With all due respect, there were so many employees there and so few customers, and yet it was dirty everywhere. It didn't taste good at all, you come in and it smells like a toilet. The floor mats in front of the soda machines were full of puddles of soda.

It's just a Burger King. The burgers suit my taste, the service is often a bit slow, especially in the drive-thru

Hot Brownie is great, but there are mice in the outside area at night. But I think that’s just a Mannheim thing

The delivery time specified by Lieferando was not met. Despite ordering early. The staff was absolutely not solution-oriented and incompetent. Absolutely not recommended. Unfortunately Lieferando prohibits cancellations!

The food was good. Nothing to complain about. The drink selection was very limited. Many offers were not available. Overall a lot of rubbish on the floor. That's better Burger 🍔 King

I'm really wondering where the health department is, firstly in the store in the lobby there were just 3 mice walking around, how can that be? I pointed this out to the employee and she said yes, I have to tell my boss and secondly it's hygiene a foreign word for this shop!!!

The cheese wasn't even remotely melted and some of the Curlyfires were still cold or not fried. It was the last time I got something here and I screwed it up twice in the past.

Hello, I was with you at Burger King yesterday. And I'm very disappointed with the employees at the checkout and the cold food. The employees were very unfriendly and disrespectful, there were 2 women. The food was cold and not edible. Salad was old and dried out. I'm usually a regular customer and never come back. The employees had no motivation to work and threw everything on the tray, which I find disappointing. I had to wait a long time until the cold food was ready. I cannot recommend this Burger King.

The picture says more than a thousand words...that was my "free burger for my birthday". Well then - bon appetit. I had a hard time restraining myself from throwing this wonderful burger back over the counter...I needed the picture to prove it. Online support has not responded to this day (1 month later). The branch itself only spoke broken German and asked me what problem I had with the burger... you can see what the problem is!!! Neither ketchup, a lettuce leaf, a cucumber or a cucumber... nothing! This is supposed to be the lactose-free “chilli cheese burger”.

The burgers were very bad and the bread was old and the fries were old. I will never go there again but will go to MacDonald’s instead.😤😤😤

The citizens were worse. I go in there for the onion rings. It's now fried too short and only tastes like fat. Twice a year is ok. The one in the city center is still there Koworse.

Burgers were cold! Reusable cup ordered but not received. When you ask “why paper cups” you are told in another language that you are an idiot! My luck was that another guest was able to translate it for me straight away! Apologies came verbally from the team leader. I should have saved myself the snack! More stress than good. The entrance door is also annoying!

Food is up to standard. But the service is weak. At least 50% of drive-thru orders forget something. Whole dishes or sauces/side dishes. This is annoying and shouldn't happen.

Hygiene is very critical 3 employees standing at the counter. All 3 are talking and have no customers at the moment. Literally all the tables were dirty. There was a disgusting blue rag on a table. Nobody thought of cleaning at least one table.

Ate a quick burger. Everything was fine.

Nice clean facility. There is good wifi. Fast and excellent service.

Unfortunately, the location lost its luster long ago. You can actually feel it when you're in it.

The food looks like someone puked it up. An inventive lady in a winter hat with a pompom, when asked to add the right portion of cheese to the fries, came up with a brilliant idea to expand them with her fingers to give the illusion of adding cheese. The place is dirty, the toilet is a swamp. I recommend it only to lovers of extreme experiences.

1 of 3 menus not delivered. The telephone is simply switched off here.

Lustloser und überarbeiteter Mitarbeiter, der neben dem Drive in auch noch den Verkaufsraum versorgen muss. Dazu nur lauwarme Burger. Lieber nicht.

Plantbased Burger werden getrennt von Leichenteilen zubereitet, hatte hier noch nie Fehler bei der Bestellung und nette Getränkeauswahl gibt es auch

In letzter Zeit geht es eigentlich immer flott und zufriedenstellend. Einen Stern Abzug, weil die Tür zu den Tischen von drinnen nach draußen, auf der "Drücken" steht, NIE funktioniert. Ist schon ein running Gag weil jeder dagegen läuft. ;)

FastFood eben. Bürger teils lauwarm, Aussenbereich nicht so sauber.....aber auch Gäste selbst schuld da sie eh alles einfach fallen lassen. Bestellannahme wenig persönlich ohne Zuwendung. Teils laufen Personen in Privatkleidung im Küchenbereich rum.

Gemischte Gefühle - leider habe ich schon vor der Berichterstattung durch Wallraff feststellen müssen, dass bei den als fleischlos oder vegan angebotenen Produkten nicht immer das drin ist was draufsteht. Bei mir war auf einem vegan ausgezeichneten Long Chicken normaler Käse mit drauf. Dann hat man aber auch kein Vertrauen mehr, ob das Patty wirklich auch vegan ist, da man hier vegan von Fleisch nicht unterscheiden kann.
