The food comes out good, when you eat in or take away the place is always alright. Just don't order over lieferando or uber eats. 4 out of 5 times they got the order wrong somehow or things were missing

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to express my deep disappointment about my recent visit to Burger King at the Wasserturm in Mannheim. I ate at your restaurant for approximately €22 and then discovered that there is a €1 fee per person for using the restroom. My companion also had to pay this fee, making a total of €2 for using the restroom. I consider it an absolute impertinence and a brazen practice to charge guests who eat in the restaurant and have already spent a corresponding amount a separate fee for the restroom facilities. In restaurants, the use of the restroom should, of course, be included for paying guests. This practice seriously tarnishes the entire dining experience and conveys an impression of excessive greed. Due to these unreasonable additional costs and the associated disappointment, I cannot recommend this restaurant under these circumstances.

We were there in the summer. The heat in the branch was almost unbearable, and we felt sorry for the employees the most. Unfortunately, it's not always completely clean, but I think that's often the customers' fault. The staff is polite.

"The employees are rude. I picked out a toy while shopping, but he gave me a different one. When I pointed out that it wasn't what I ordered, he said all toys are the same (?!?). That's enough to make me never come back."

I ordered the Naruto meal and it was horrible. I didn't get a figure, and instead I got a stupid children's toy. I'm very angry. They couldn't even put the ice cream that came with the meal in it! There was also no straw for the Fanta. The bag of nuggets was smeared with ketchup and mayo. It was disgusting! We also ordered Fanta with ice cream, and there was no ice cream to be seen, and the order took a very long time! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 If I could, I would give it -10 stars!!!!!!

Burger King is exactly the same anywhere on the planet, I only went because I was in a hurry.

I ordered my burger without cheese but got the one with cheese but no jalapenos. I went to the cashier to fix my order but none of them offered any apologies. They are entitled and arrogant to their customers who they were supposed to pay the highest respect for.

The order came quickly, I paid at the cash register and paid immediately, but the long chicken and potatoes tasted bad. It didn't give me any pleasure. I had to leave both the potatoes and the meal half-done.

I did an order at 15.30 and it came 2 hours later and it’s was missing 2 big burgers that I was waiting. When I called the only thing that they give me as an option it was to come some day and ask for those burgers. I was hungry and I ordered for now not for some other day.

It's just fast food, the lattice potatoes were delicious and the waitresses behind the counter were very nice.

So far it's okay, but if I leave money there for food and drink, I wouldn't have thought that going to the toilet would also have to be paid for. If you HAVE to pay, then I would also like the toilets to be more clean.

On January 29, 2025, my wallet was stolen from the upstairs of this Burger King branch. It was in my jacket pocket and contained 150 euros, my residence permit, health insurance card, driver's license and bank card. When I noticed the theft, I informed the staff. I wanted to see the surveillance videos but was told the cameras had been broken for two years. The staff reacted rudely with comments such as "You should have paid more attention" and "There's nothing we can do." I reported the incident to the police and find it disappointing how indifferent Burger King is handling it.

Very nice and helpful staff, had a coffee and had to go to the toilet, which shouldn't be a problem for me, but for me it was because I have a metatarsal fracture and walking up the stairs was very difficult for me because of the pain since the operation is still to come. And the employee let me go to the toilet downstairs where the changing table is. So a big compliment and thank you to the employee

So in itself everything is fine there but I'm rating here because as customers we had to pay €1 per person for the toilet. I think that's outrageous, especially from a chain like Burger King.

Very unfriendly and irritable staff. Employees are annoyed and become aggressive because of the general BK promotion “9 King Nuggets for €1.49”. One screamed through the store that “she’s tired of it because the shitty nuggets only cost €1 and everyone orders tons of them.” The other saleswoman gave me my order and said, “We’re annoyed.” I almost apologized for buying something there 🤔 Since the food was at least good, it gets the 2nd star 😅

Since the store was modernized, I've been enjoying eating there again. It turned out beautifully. On the upper floor you can sit with a beautiful view of the water tower and there is now decent heating there. Despite the rush, my meal was ready quickly and special requests were taken into account correctly. I avoid all tortillas on the menu because a normal burger bun simply tastes much better. The branches have no power to make product decisions, so there are no points deducted for this.

Food was okay. Cola tasted stale, wanted a new one, the employee told us that unfortunately the drinks machine was broken. When asked why drinks were still being served, people simply shrugged their shoulders. Disgusting that drinks that don't taste good continue to be served despite the defect.

Always check immediately if something is missing! Ordered something to take away for the second time and half of it was missing.

I redeemed this beef menu for 1800 crowns. Due to an internet outage, the crowns were debited but the order was not registered. 1800 crowns!!!! How am I supposed to feed my family now???? I prefer the burger place 1000 times over the one in the train station. In the train station, shit happens no matter what. The manager is not exactly human. At the water tower the burger is often only lukewarm, but the staff is friendly. There is also an outdoor seating area for nice days. If you can't find space on the ground floor, you definitely have a chance on the first floor. Despite the toilet service, the sanitary facilities leave something to be desired, but are even better than in the McDonald's in FFM Konstabler Wache. Bring hot food to the table and I'll increase the stars to 4.

Despite the slightly demotivated employees, the food was ready quickly. We got the extra cheese we ordered on all of the burgers and everything tasted very good. The view was very nice. The tables and chairs were all clean and employees often came to clean the tables.

Homeless people walk through the restaurant begging for money. When you order, a “price correction” is made at the end and the food suddenly costs more. There is no concrete reason why it is more expensive than stated when ordering.

I recommend sitting on the second floor, just a gorgeous view, minus a star for an incomprehensible menu. You order a menu with French fries, and in fact they give you onion rings. There are a lot of people, but the service is very fast and friendly.

This Burger King reminds me of back home. They're pretty cool and on point with how they fix our food. Most fast food places out here act like it's impossible to do certain things... but this BK has employees that make sense. Good job, BK team!

This BK is very pleasant, a great place to go with children, there is always space for everyone and a bathroom.

As a severely disabled person, I wanted to go to the severely disabled toilet with the appropriate key 🔑 and was immediately attacked and shouted at by a non-German woman employee, who then immediately attacked and shouted at me. It's fast food, but still 1000 times better than McDonalds. I have nothing against mice, but after 6 mice it becomes too much. Burger King should urgently hire an exterminator to catch all the mice. At McDonalds it was the same with the mice.....just too many.

The employee was very unfriendly. I forgot something important upstairs and just wanted to go up for a moment. A maximum of 2 minutes doesn't let me. That's why I would never go to Burger King again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Mein Planet Burger war Lauwarm.

This one was a very good outlet of Burger King. However, today I was very much disappointed with the quality of food (specifically Pommes - where the quantity was also reduced from previous portion). The food was not at all good. Hope Burger king listens and brings the quality back again.

Dafür, dass dort immer volles Haus ist, sind die Mitarbeiter echt freundlich. Man muss aber seine Bestellung nochmal angucken bevor man geht, hatte zum Beispiel Mineralwasser statt Stilles.

Also es ist burger King aber dort sind immer Bettler der Laden ist dreckig die Klofrauen ganz schön fordernd. Gibt bessere burger King Filialen. Der Kinderbereich war entweder in Umgestaltung oder es war der trostloseste Kinderbereich den ich je gesehen habe.
