BURGER KING Mannheim am Wasserturm (O7,16) in Mannheim

I redeemed this beef menu for 1800 crowns. Due to an internet outage, the crowns were debited but the order was not registered. 1800 crowns!!!! How am I supposed to feed my family now???? But the employee was nice. Now comes the review from my friend Paul: My burger was good - different from our mood... 1800 crowns! That's 3600 DM Kronen... That's an absolute disgrace. If something like this happens again, we will probably have to switch to the competition or leave the country. It doesn't work that way.

I prefer the burger place 1000 times over the one in the train station. In the train station, shit happens no matter what. The manager is not exactly human. At the water tower the burger is often only lukewarm, but the staff is friendly. There is also an outdoor seating area for nice days. If you can't find space on the ground floor, you definitely have a chance on the first floor. Despite the toilet service, the sanitary facilities leave something to be desired, but are even better than in the McDonald's in FFM Konstabler Wache. Bring hot food to the table and I'll increase the stars to 4.

I won't say anything more about chilli cheese

Despite the slightly demotivated employees, the food was ready quickly. We got the extra cheese we ordered on all of the burgers and everything tasted very good. The view was very nice. The tables and chairs were all clean and employees often came to clean the tables.

Great shop I have to say customer service is very important here, I ordered something and went to the checkout with the note and the cashier was more busy with his cell phone than with the cash register and after waiting 5 minutes I left and then went to McDonald's so I can I can't say anything about the quality of the food since I didn't get around to buying it at Burger King

Has dropped a lot here: Whopper everything else like warm, fries limp. Staff no longer nice, despite complaints you can't do anything. It's a shame, I liked going to the BK at the water tower

Homeless people walk through the restaurant begging for money. When you order, a “price correction” is made at the end and the food suddenly costs more. There is no concrete reason why it is more expensive than stated when ordering.

I recommend sitting on the second floor, just a gorgeous view, minus a star for an incomprehensible menu. You order a menu with French fries, and in fact they give you onion rings. There are a lot of people, but the service is very fast and friendly.

My friend always tells me to order from McDonald's, but today I made the terrible decision to order from this Burger King store. 1h 20m and my order is still not delivered. Never order it from this store again.

The only Bk in the region that still accepts vouchers, is reasonably clean and has staff that can at least do something.

Nothing special. A BK as you know but the good thing is that the rolls are still bigger than MC Doof, MC strang or whatever you like to call him. Taste doesn't taste better than MC. But go there rather than Pfungstadt, Oberhausen, Ma Hbf and possibly some others.

23 minutes waiting time from ordering, which also costs waiting time to take away. Fries cold and soggy. Seats and tables dirty, oh well.

This Burger King reminds me of back home. They're pretty cool and on point with how they fix our food. Most fast food places out here act like it's impossible to do certain things... but this BK has employees that make sense. Good job, BK team!

This BK is very pleasant, a great place to go with children, there is always space for everyone and a bathroom.

As a severely disabled person, I wanted to go to the severely disabled toilet with the appropriate key 🔑 and was immediately attacked and shouted at by a non-German woman employee, who then immediately attacked and shouted at me. When I shouted back that I was severely disabled, she shouted louder and a colleague, also not German, with a bad accent, threatened and didn't shout also to I should leave the store. Not letting a severely disabled person with intestinal disease and corresponding proof with a key into the toilet is an indictment and this store should be closed because it practices ableism, a form of racism. Disgusting . I will go to my lawyer on Monday and contact the citizens' council, such inhumane behavior should be punished.

It's fast food, but still 1000 times better than McDonalds. I have nothing against mice, but after 6 mice it becomes too much. Burger King should urgently hire an exterminator to catch all the mice. At McDonalds it was the same with the mice.....just too many.

The employee was very unfriendly. I forgot something important upstairs and just wanted to go up for a moment. A maximum of 2 minutes doesn't let me. That's why I would never go to Burger King again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I had a plan to redeem a McDonald's coupon at 1 a.m., but unfortunately I accidentally walked into this store. After trying in vain for 10 minutes to redeem my voucher at the self-ordering machine, I went straight to the checkout and asked if she could redeem it. She didn't even understand that it was a McDonald's voucher and handed me a brochure from her own company. I decided on a menu, everything was good in terms of taste and price, but unfortunately I found hairs in my fries that didn't taste particularly tasty. Mein Planet Burger war Lauwarm.

This one was a very good outlet of Burger King. However, today I was very much disappointed with the quality of food (specifically Pommes - where the quantity was also reduced from previous portion). The food was not at all good. Hope Burger king listens and brings the quality back again.

Dafür, dass dort immer volles Haus ist, sind die Mitarbeiter echt freundlich. Man muss aber seine Bestellung nochmal angucken bevor man geht, hatte zum Beispiel Mineralwasser statt Stilles.

Lange Wartezeit, Essen sieht ganz anders aus als auf dem Display. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut

Also es ist burger King aber dort sind immer Bettler der Laden ist dreckig die Klofrauen ganz schön fordernd. Gibt bessere burger King Filialen. Der Kinderbereich war entweder in Umgestaltung oder es war der trostloseste Kinderbereich den ich je gesehen habe.

Also egal wie okay das Essen heute geschmeckt hat,wenn ich halt ne halbe Stunde zuhören darf wie lautstark schreiend die Vorarbeiterin den jungen Mitarbeiter aufgrund eines Fehlers zusammenfalten,triggern mich das schon.sowas macht man nicht so laut und lange hinter der Theke vor nem vollen Haus mit Kunden.Die Dame verbreitet ja echt gute Laune hier.Unmöglich sowas

Sehr sauber (es wurde neu renoviert) und sehr nettes personal, schmeckt wie Burger King.

Laden war sauber und das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet. Das Personal war nett. Schöne Aussicht auf den Wasserturm. Burger waren nicht zu fettig und die Sosse darauf ausreichend.

Top Location! Service super, nett eingerichtet und perfekte Lage. Hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Jederzeit wieder 😎😎

Leider wird durch das "neue" Konzept der Ablauf verlangsamt. Das Prinzip ist ja eigentlich gut. Eine Seite zum bestellen.....eine Seite zum abholen. Macht nur nicht viel Sinn wenn es nur eine Kasse zum bestellen gibt und das Personal damit dann überfordert ist. Die Qualität des Essens hat auch ein wenig gelitten. Vieles wirkt einfach nur in die Verpackung geklatscht und ist oft kalt. Für meinen Begriff sollte das Personal auch Handschuhe und Haar-Netze tragen und eventuell nicht mit den Schuhen die sie auf der Straße anhaben in einem Bereich arbeiten in dem Lebensmittel verarbeitet bzw zubereitet werden. Vielleicht bin ich auch ein Nostalgiker......aber früher......als die Welt noch nicht so schnell war wie heute.....war einiges besser.

Extrem lange Wartezeit,Servicekraft (weiblich) richtete das Tablett,ohne zuerst die Nummer durchzurufen.Nachdem sie dann die Nummer rief,schaute sie etwas " streng" weil das Tablett nicht gleich abgeholt wurde. Dazu war es extrem laut und nicht gerade aufgeräumt....

Das Essen ist sehr gut, jedoch kommen ab und zu Obdachlose rein und wollen das Essen. Wenigstens beim Essen wollen wir nicht gestört werden.

Mittarbeiterin meinte unfreundlich zu sein, auf die Frage ob ich eben auf die Toilette dürfte.

Burger King halt, positiv hervorzuheben ist, das es trotz vollem Haus sehr schnell ging, bis das Essen da war

Seit der Renovierung ist es richtig angenehm dort zu essen, auch draußen. Es ist richtig toll geworden. Essen war lecker 😋 😋 😋 Mitarbeiter sehr nett.

Neu renoviert. Heller, sauber und freundlicher. Pommes waren etwas zu kurz im Öl.

Ambiente wurde endlich erneuert und sieht auch sehr gut aus. Vor dem Restaurant essen ist nicht möglich für empfindliche Kunden, da direkt nebenan eine Shisha-Bar ist, wo 70 verschiedene Gerüche etc kommen.

Ich habe vor Ort gegessen und es rannte eine Maus durch den Gastraum im 1. OG und unter meinem Tisch durch. Weder die Dame, die Putzdienst hatte, noch der Herr hinterm Tresen haben überrascht oder besorgt reagiert. Es hieß man würde mal nachschauen. Jetzt weiß ich, warum mir hier so oft schlecht wird nach dem Essen.

Heute hatte ich einen Whopper mit Käse und einen Chilli Cheese Burger für meine Partnerin bestellt. Beim Auspacken stellten wir fest, daß sich Schimmel auf dem Bunn befand. Der nette Kassierer hat sich entschuldigt und uns sehr schnell diesen getauscht und eine kleine Pommes als Entschädigung dazu überreicht. In einer guten Gastronomie sollte so etwas nicht vorkommen. Sorry für nur zwei Sterne.
