It's okay, it's just a McDonald's

In standard McDonald's, the food hasn't changed much. The staff, once they understand you, the main problem is that it no longer has anything to do with fast food but rather with slow food because you have to take a lot of time with you as the store is extremely overcrowded and the cash registers are very overwhelmed but the advantage of the branch is that they are open from 5 a.m. from 7 a.m. so if you're looking for something quick to bite at night, but you should be in a bad place but have to deal with the expensive prices that McDonald's now has

Bad service. We ordered mint tea but there was no more and there is no other tea either. We ordered the larger chocolate but only received a small cup. We informed but there was no solution. Totally bad

I ordered some apple turnovers on the app. Then I had to pay in the app, whereupon the payment wasn't recorded, but I could see it being charged to my card. When I was at the restaurant to pick up the order and asked how exactly it worked or what was going on, I was insulted. It seems to me that was the senior employee. This senior employee didn't deal any better with his co-workers, he spoke pretty broken German, which made the conversation pointless because he didn't understand the problem. Nevertheless, he thought he had to treat me like the last person. I then simply left the store without turning around.

Food is just McDonald's. There are homeless people lying around on the upper floor or people snoring at you while you eat. Apparently the operator doesn't care that his customers are harassed. In the late 80s, the McDonald's at the water tower was my favorite, but unfortunately you can't afford the junk really don't give anymore.

There were some issues during my checkout process that caused inconvenience. Despite the obviously high workload and the associated stress, the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond the call of duty and even provided me with goods of greater value without expecting anything in return. This generous gesture touched me very much and I would like to expressly emphasize how warmly I felt this interaction. Thanks to this positive experience, I will happily return to McDonald's again and again with a clear conscience. Our order was ignored. We waited about half an hour.

Half of the tables were not cleaned and used tablets were not put away by the customers after their visit and the employees did not clear them away either. Just bought three Happy Meals for the kids. Since we had to get to the train, the kids could only open the Happy Meals on the train. Two were missing the toys, one was missing the burgers, one was missing fries and one had a burger instead of fries. Something like that shouldn't happen.
