I recently visited this McDonald's restaurant and was unfortunately dissatisfied with my visit. An older gentleman was working the cash register. I paid with coins, and instead of counting the amount, he simply threw the money into the register. I naturally assumed he would give me the change, as is customary in any restaurant. However, that didn't happen. When I calmly asked for my change, the cashier responded in an unfriendly tone with, "What do you want?" – visibly annoyed. He then gave me only a few cents, even though the change should have been significantly higher. The receipt incorrectly stated that I had paid the exact amount without change. The wait for my rather small order was also unusually long. When I finally went to pick up my coffee, another employee took a spoon (apparently already used), simply rinsed it briefly under water – without any cleaning agent, without drying it – and placed it wet on my tray. This appeared extremely unhygienic and unprofessional. Furthermore, the dining room was in a poor state: all the tables were dirty, sticky, and covered in food residue, giving the impression that it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while.

Everyone has to pay for the restroom, including guests and children. I don't find that hospitable. There are no stands for table service, so it's practically unavailable. The quality of the food is mixed. Also, customers are now given coffee vouchers if they leave a five-star review. I think that's something you should know when reading the reviews.

The restaurant itself is like any other McDonald's—you get what you expect. But whoever came up with the idea of ​​installing a narrow spiral staircase in the middle of the city really didn't think it through. It's almost impossible to get up or down because you're constantly squeezing past each other and almost tripping yourself. It's just incredibly impractical and, frankly, a really dangerous solution.

It was pleasantly busy which was a good sign and it's a good MC for quick food if you have an overnight stay and want to eat something quickly. Nice all the different choices that I thought weren't there anymore (Grimace Shake or McRib and other foreign food). It could only be a bit cleaner, but it was busy so I understand that there was less time for that.

Cockroach infestation. Today, the two of us went to our regular McDonald's, which we've always been happy with. However, we made a disgusting discovery. As we climbed the spiral staircase, we saw two cockroaches, one small and one large, crawling on the wall and under the false ceiling. Since it was broad daylight, you can imagine that this is probably just the tip of the iceberg. We won't be coming back.

The last time I visited this location, my order was mixed up — it was served for dining in instead of takeaway. The place was very crowded, so I didn’t get a chance to ask for a correction. Not all of the self-ordering machines were working, and I had to wait in line. When it was finally my turn, the touchscreen buttons weren’t working — specifically when trying to choose a sauce. I had to wait in another line, only to find out that the sauce I wanted had just been taken by someone else. It was a very disappointing experience, and due to the rush, I couldn’t really do anything about it.

This McDonald's restaurant is located on a shopping street in the center of Mannheim. There are two floors here, the second one is led by a not too convenient and safe spiral staircase. There are toilets on the second floor. A woman sits near them and collects money for visiting the toilet. I don't know if it is necessary to pay them, but everything looks like this. This is not acceptable, in my opinion. The food is the same as in all establishments of this chain. The ice cream only made me sad: there are few flavors, it is fresh in itself, it melts quickly. It takes a very long time to wait for an order during busy hours. The hall has comfortable seats with sockets near the tables.

Frankly, it is a beautiful and wonderful place. I have beautiful memories with this place. McDonald's was always a delicious meal and a meeting place for loved ones and friends. My girlfriend fell on the floor this evening because of the rubber carpet at the entrance door. I wanted to talk to the restaurant manager but unfortunately he wasn't there. Then I told an employee about the problem and the only thing he did was say thank you and laughed at my wife with the colleague. Two of them – the McToast Bacon & Cheese and the McMuffin Egg – were a complete disappointment.
