I ordered there twice and twice they managed to mess up my order, which consisted of two things. I also had bad bowel movements from your popcorn syrup, thanks for nothing.

The condition of the toilet is substandard.

The employees are not good and the hamburger is very bad. When I ate there at 10pm, a cleaner was cleaning the table next to me while I ate. All the steam came to my food. I asked him if he really needs to clean now and he told me yes, I should go to another place.

Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to give a big shout out to the McDonald's staff who were extremely accommodating to me during my last visit. There were some issues during my checkout process that caused inconvenience. Despite the obviously high workload and the associated stress, the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond the call of duty and even provided me with goods of greater value without expecting anything in return. This generous gesture touched me very much and I would like to expressly emphasize how warmly I felt this interaction. Thanks to this positive experience, I will happily return to McDonald's again and again with a clear conscience. Our order was ignored. We waited about half an hour.

MC Café employees put sweets in the display without gloves or tongs. I looked at it for 5 minutes then asked the employees why she wasn't wearing gloves. The answer was: I've grown my hands That doesn't work at all

At the cash register they took a very long time to count the coins, as if they had never learned mathematics. The checkout was very slow. There were two women sitting in front of the toilet who demanded 50 cents for entry. Why do I have to pay to enter the toilet when I have made a reservation before? The Sweet Chili Sauce Wrap was small and fell apart when opening it from the package. I'm not happy. For 4.7 euros we could have done better!

The food was quite ok. But the place is endlessly dirty. We ate upstairs. Half of the tables were not cleaned and used tablets were not put away by the customers after their visit and the employees did not clear them away either. The tray cart was also overfilled and the entire floor was dirty with drinks and completely sticky.

Incomprehensible! I've never been to such a dirty McDonald's before, almost every table is full of trash and dirty, employees stand at the checkout and prefer to chat instead of serving! Burgers were completely cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. If you order a cola without ice cubes, you still get some and the employees don't see the need to make a new cola. Really disappointing, I'll definitely never go to this McDonald's again!!!

Just bought three Happy Meals for the kids. Since we had to get to the train, the kids could only open the Happy Meals on the train. Two were missing the toys, one was missing the burgers, one was missing fries and one had a burger instead of fries. Something like that shouldn't happen.

As a paying guest, the toilet fee was pointed out in a very rude and unfriendly manner. Sure, the location is central and "busy", but the fact that you throw all decency towards customers overboard is very unfortunate and frustrating. As requested with other comments, I also contacted feedback@mcdonalds-buech.de and only received an automatic error message in response. One can only hope that fewer things go wrong in the kitchen.

Essen in Ordnung, wie bei Mcs gewohnt. Aber ein Mitarbeiter hat mich vor 2 Tagen respektlos behandelt, nur weil ich kurz freundlich an der Kasse gefragt hatte, ob ich bestellen dürfte...

Es ist ein McDonald's wie jeder andere. Allerdings streifen mehrere Bettler durch den Laden und belästigen einen beim Bestellen und sogar beim Essen. Das Personal schaut zu und unternimmt nichts. Wie wäre es mal mit Security Personal!? Werde den Laden nicht mehr aufsuchen, das war extrem unangenehm!

Boden dreckig, Abfall hat dich gestapelt , die Mitarbeiter wRen sichtlich restlos überfordert. Wir mussten 20 min auf 2 xerdbeerkuchen u d 1 Donut to go warten. ABSOLUTES NO GO!! Zuhause angekommen, wRen beide Stücke Erbeerkuchen noch zur Hälfte tiefgefroren. Die Mitarbeiter waren pampig und haben sich gegenseitig beschimpft. Ich frag mich, was da der Chef macht!!??

Leider eins der unmöglichsten McDonald's Restaurants... beinahe immer rutscht man im Eingangsbereich weg hab keine Ahnung ob da bloß mal Fettlösemittel fehlt oder Mangel an Putzunzensilien. Das Personal ist auch leider oft herablassend... nur das junge Personal ist kompetent 🙏🧘‍♀️🪷🍀

Hier ist immer sehr viel los, dennoch hat man nie das Gefühl das man lange warten muss. Zur Zeit schöne weihnachtsdeko

Ein guter Macdonald, sauber und zentral gelegen

Toiletten zumeist unsauber, Tische nicht abgewischt und überall stehen leere Verpackungen. In einer Filiale mit so viel Durchlauf, jedoch auch schwierig umzusetzen.

Ich bestelle manchmal mein Essen von hier wenn ich keine Zeit habe Abends zu kochen. Bisher wurde ich erstaunlicherweise nie enttäuscht! Alles hat immer gepasst, essen war immer warm und gefehlt hat auch nie etwas. Lieferung war bisher auch immer schnell, nie länger als 30 Minuten warten müssen.

На другому поверсі розраховані туалети. Біля них сидить жінка і збирає за відвідання вбиральні гроші. Не знаю, чи це обов'язково їх сплачувати, але виглядає все саме так. Це не є припустимим, на мій погляд. Їжа як і у всіх закладах цієї мережі. Морозиво тільки засмутило: мало смаків, саме по собі прісне, швидко тане. Дуже довго чекати замовлення у завантажені години. В залі є зручні місця з розетками біля столиків.

Wir haben gestern über Lieferando bei diesem Mc Donalds bestellt, 20:30 bestellt Lieferzeitpunkt 21:45. Nach dem wie öfters auf die Zeit geschaut haben ist und aufgefallen das bei Lieferando die Zeit immer mehr wird statt weniger. Bei Mc Donalds angerufen, die Schuld würde bei Lieferando liegen die schicken Fahrer. Nach 22 Uhr kam dann unsere Bestellung. Wie erwartet hat zu meinem Chicken Ceaser Wrap Menü mein Wrap gefehlt. Wieder angerufen und gesagt das der Wrap nicht geliefert wurde und ob sie jemanden schicken können zum liefern (wir zahlen schließlich dafür Geld) Bis halb 12 gewartet, kein Wrap geliefert und auch kein „Gutschrift“. Apfeltasche bestellt und Himbeertasche bekommen. Leider bestellen wir nicht mehr bei diesem Mc Donalds weil immer entweder was fehlt oder was falsches geliefert wird.

Es gibt mal keine Wartezeit, im allgemeinen finde ich die Bestellung super wie das gemacht wurde, essen war nicht ganz in 5 Minuten fertig

Bei McFlurry zu wenig Eis und Soße, fühlt sich an als würden sie machen was sie wollen, statt 4 mal Zucker nur 2 mal. Bitte das nächste mal aufpassen.

Es ist halt MC Donalds! Man darf inzwischen nur noch über die Displays bestellen, während die Angestellten hinter der Theke darauf warten das was aus dem Bestellsystem kommt. Wirkt irgendwie surreal. Da würde ich mir etwas mehr Pragmatismus wünschen. „Hey du am Bildschirm, kannst direkt zu mir kommen‘ Essen ist eben der normale Papp standard.

Habe nur ein Eis mit Kaffee genommen. Habe es sehr schnell erhalten und das Personal ist sehr nett. Ich saß oben wo man ein Ausblick auf die Fußgängerzone hat und auf die Tram.

Auf meine Bestellung muss sich ewig warten, weil meine Apfeltasche immer wieder vergessen wurde. Ansonsten war das Thekenpersonal sehr freundlich. Die WC Reinigungskraft unterhält sich laut und wenn sie alleine ist hört sich sehr laut Handy Videos. Das ist sehr störend! Der obere Bereich war extrem schmutzig.Tische waren nicht sauber und auf den Boden Pommes verteilt. Kein Ort an dem man sich wohlfühlt.Schade Nachtrag: Danke für Ihre Rückmeldung. Die Art der Antwort ist ja immer ähnlich und standardgemäß. Ich entnehme an den vielen negativ Bewertungen das sich da nicht wirklich etwas tut. Besser wäre es wenn Sie aktiv mitarbeiten an der Qualität dieser McDonald's Filiale.

Sehr voll. Dementsprechend laut und chaotisch. Aber die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht hinterher zu kommen. Den jungen Mann der die Tische sauber gemacht hat habe ich während unseres Besuches gleich 2x gesehen. Bestellung hat auch alles gepasst.

Lange Wartezeit, Essen OK. Ein einfacher Big Mac wurde als Doppelbigmac verkauft. Umtausch ohne Probleme, aber dennoch nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Dreckige Tische, Gäste räumen nicht selbst ihren Müll weg. Und hinterher gibt's Probleme mit dem Verdauungssystem. Danke, hätte ich mir sparen können.
