My girlfriend fell on the floor this evening because of the rubber carpet at the entrance door. I wanted to talk to the restaurant manager but unfortunately he wasn't there. Then I told an employee about the problem and the only thing he did was say thank you and laughed at my wife with the colleague. So you just have to be ashamed, because McDonald employs employees who have no idea about hospitality, who have no knowledge of the German language and you only find African employees in the toilets, which I personally find similar to racism.

Someone has to explain to me why a number has 4 different combinations. Recently instead of saying 167 it said 267 761 176 and 167 otherwise all nice and mcs

I hated this McDonald's branch because of the toilets. I am someone who doesn't carry money with me. I always have my card with me. After I finished eating, I went to the bathroom to wash the remaining oil and meat from my hands, but I was surprised to have to pay 50 cents. I had a horrible experience with McDonald's because I received cold, old, bad tasting fries. The nuggets are old. The Chicken Crips sandwich has dry and almost burnt chicken. I spent a lot of money and didn't eat the food. They should give me my money back and think hard about McDonald's life because it's impossible to eat like that. Attention! I was a fan of these snacks. What happens?

A few years ago I enjoyed visiting this branch regularly. However, on my last visit, I got a soggy, lukewarm chicken burger and the staff wasn't exactly friendly. But the atmosphere is still pleasant. Especially in the upper area you have a good view and can eat in peace. That's why I still give it three stars, especially because of the rest of the employees who of course can't do anything about it.

I ordered online. McPlant, veggie nuggets, fried potatoes. Horrible burger. The potatoes were a total disrespect: terrible, withered, OLD (!), possibly fried many hours ago. EVERYTHING DIRECTLY TO THE TRASH BIN. I wonder if there's some kind of general manager at McDonald's to check if everything goes OK.

My impression: For now, I would like to say that I am a bit conflicted. Let's start with the food: In total I had four items for breakfast. Two of them – the McToast Bacon & Cheese and the McMuffin Egg – were a complete disappointment. They were not convincing in terms of taste; the bacon had no real flavor and the cheese was completely tasteless. The Big Morning Farmer and the McMuffin Fresh Chicken were able to partially compensate for this, so overall there is a reasonably balanced rating. Service: Unfortunately the service was very poor. An impaired person was ignored and not noticed. Table service is also offered at the self-service terminals, but this does not work because the relevant signs are missing. The waiting times for my orders were acceptable: the first time I had to wait exactly 3 minutes after paying, the second time just over 4 minutes - even though no other customers had ordered. So there is still room for improvement here. Ambiance & cleanliness: The ambience is okay and the cleanliness is generally okay. Nevertheless, I had the feeling that everything seemed somehow dirty, which dampened the desire to eat a little.

We had a fly in our drink, the employee acted like it was completely normal and didn't seem to see anything wrong, but we still got a free drink.

Hmm. Well, I don't share the many negative experiences. I only go there every now and then - you want to stay healthy - but I always have a pretty good impression. The last time I was there was a few days ago at lunchtime, the shop was full of kiddies and Insta mice in vanilla (that's sooo 2023!). Nevertheless, my order came friendly, fresh and quick, and after a few minutes I was on my way again. So I can't complain.

The staff is not friendly. the food looks terrible, we were given McFlurry and it was mixed with water, very runny and not tasty. We ordered 9 nuggets and only received 8. I don't recommend this McDonalds!

I ordered some apple turnovers on the app. Then I had to pay in the app, whereupon the payment wasn't recorded, but I could see it being charged to my card. When I was at the restaurant to pick up the order and asked how exactly it worked or what was going on, I was insulted. It seems to me that was the senior employee. This senior employee didn't deal any better with his co-workers, he spoke pretty broken German, which made the conversation pointless because he didn't understand the problem. Nevertheless, he thought he had to treat me like the last person. I then simply left the store without turning around.

Food is just McDonald's. There are homeless people lying around on the upper floor or people snoring at you while you eat. Apparently the operator doesn't care that his customers are harassed. Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to give a big shout out to the McDonald's staff who were extremely accommodating to me during my last visit. There were some issues during my checkout process that caused inconvenience. Despite the obviously high workload and the associated stress, the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond the call of duty and even provided me with goods of greater value without expecting anything in return. This generous gesture touched me very much and I would like to expressly emphasize how warmly I felt this interaction. Thanks to this positive experience, I will happily return to McDonald's again and again with a clear conscience. Such commitment and customer-oriented attitude cannot be taken for granted and deserve the highest recognition. I can therefore only warmly recommend this McDonald's location. Best regards,

The food was quite ok. But the place is endlessly dirty. We ate upstairs. Half of the tables were not cleaned and used tablets were not put away by the customers after their visit and the employees did not clear them away either. The tray cart was also overfilled and the entire floor was dirty with drinks and completely sticky.
