This reception will probably be deleted. I ordered from KFC for delivery at 2:58 p.m. The order should have arrived unfortunately at 3:45 p.m. The driver called me and said he was there. After a long discussion because he couldn't find the doorbell, I ran downstairs. I have a cold and have had an operation on my leg, which wasn't great. He wasn't downstairs. It turns out he was at the wrong address. He gave me his private WhatsApp number so I could send him a location. After standing in the cold for 10 minutes, he finally arrived. I complained to him that it couldn't be true that I had to wait almost 2 hours for my food. He then just said that he couldn't find the address and that I should just order from a restaurant if it doesn't suit me. Well, I then looked at the order. The food was cold and the order was cold. The drink and the sauces were both wrong or missing. I then asked for a reduction on the bill and gave him €20. 31.20€ and asked him to call his boss to clarify a reduction the driver then attacked me held me and choked me if two men hadn't come to my aid I don't know if it would have turned out so well when I ran in I calmed down and called the shop and explained the situation the boss explained to me that such a reduction was only possible through Lieferando which I unfortunately didn't know and the driver hadn't told me but attacked straight away the boss of KFC said he would deal with the driver I have reported the whole thing to the police and hope action is taken against this driver and I urge every woman to be careful, send your men ahead I don't know where I would have been without the two men who came to my aid I was really scared...

The restrooms are very dirty and smell like a bad motorway service station. The chairs and tables weren't really clean; the staff was wiping the dirt off the tables onto the floor by hand. The music is very loud. Most important point (but THIS KFC can't be blamed for this (!)) I ordered a bucket for one. No kidding, who wants that WITHOUT DIPS?? But you can't get fries with ketchup and mayo, which only costs 0.50 cents extra, even though everything was ordered on the menu. So honestly, why do we have to order EXTRA dips with chicken pieces and fries in a meal? At McDonald's and Burger King, it's a given, but if you want more, you have to pay. That's fair and right.

Poor service. Their reasoning is flimsy.

After some time, we went to the KFC in MA Sandhofen again; we wished we hadn't. Considering we were pretty much the only customers, everyone seemed so listless and uninterested. The fries were literally thrown onto the tray, so that they were scattered all over the tray. Part of our order was missing entirely. The bun on my crispy burger was twice the size of the burger. After eating, I wanted to wash my hands, and that was my next mistake. The restroom stank so badly of urine that I soon threw up the food. And considering they're out of chili cheese fries, this was probably our last visit, which is a shame.

I ordered yesterday evening and it never arrived. The next day, I called to ask why the order hadn't arrived, even though I'd already paid. They said there wasn't any, but they would send me the order later. It was the wrong one that arrived. I then called again and was treated disrespectfully and unfriendly.

Everything inside is dirty, messy, and sticky. The toilets are terrible. The service is a total disaster. Unfriendly, no German, and unmotivated. The health department should come by and check whether this is still acceptable. It's a shame, but it's better to close.

As a regular customer who eats at this KFC every day, I've unfortunately reached my limits today. My burger was already barely topping-filled on Saturday (which I didn't mention due to the crowd), but when I politely pointed it out today, the somewhat short employee reacted extremely rudely. Thankfully, I was able to open the door with my shoulder as I left, and I only got stuck for a moment. I waited outside until my friend had finished eating and watched the restaurant employees, four of them in their work clothes, pulling weeds. Even if they change their gloves afterward, I still find it a bit disgusting. All in all, after my next visit to IKEA, I'll probably not be going to KFC again. Oh yeah, those €1.50 burgers taste like the old sponge from my elementary school... Insane...

I'm blind and wanted to eat at KFC in Mannheim-Sandhofen – accompanied by my guide dog. As soon as I entered the restaurant, the staff rudely asked me to leave immediately because "dogs are not allowed." I calmly explained that my dog ​​was a legally authorized guide dog and showed my official ID. Instead of understanding, they offered me another insult: They wanted to ban me from the premises – supposedly not because of the dog, but that was clearly exactly what they were talking about. And that's precisely why there are clear laws that protect people with disabilities and their guide dogs and guarantee access. Only after consulting the store manager did they respond with a half-hearted "I'm sorry." But that doesn't make the incident go away. I was treated disrespectfully and discriminatorily – all because the staff isn't adequately trained. KFC should urgently ensure that its employees know what a guide dog is and what rights those affected have. I will certainly not enter this location again.

For me, this is one of the worst fast foods. You have to look for the chicken under the breading. I'd rather just eat bread.

Ordered food and it wasn't delivered. The money was still debited. I ordered through Uber Eats. No one answered the phone at KFC. Addendum: Uber Eats is refusing to refund the amount ordered! The food was unilaterally reported as DELIVERED in the app. Customer satisfaction is bottomless on both sides. What an extreme disappointment!

They put chili cheese sauce in my zinger burger

The staff is totally confused. They're almost asleep while serving. They look like they haven't slept in five days. They barely understand German and are unfriendly. It's not worth eating at a fast-food restaurant like that at these prices. It would be cheaper at a steakhouse.

This KFC is an absolute disaster. You can order there, and nothing happens for 2.5 hours. It's practically impossible to reach someone by phone. If someone does answer, they lie to you coldly. They said there was a traffic jam (for 2 hours?), but a check revealed there wasn't any. I called again after 2.5 hours, finally got through, and then they said the food was cold and the driver wasn't delivering it. Unbelievable. Never again.

It's 2025, and dogs aren't allowed in KFC. We were moved outside with our baby (it was cold). However, the waitress was very nice and brought us water for the dog.

We wanted to sit outside and eat on site since we had a dog with us. Unfortunately the seating is in the blazing sun & although there are parasol holders in the floor, none were provided when requested. That's not exactly very accommodating/customer friendly 😡 considering the business location is quite remote.

Even one star is too much! A few days ago we picked up some food, including chili cheese fries, to take away. At home we discovered that we had cheese sauce!!!! It's an absolute disgrace, we paid for chili cheese and got pure cheese sauce!!!!! Then chicken parts were also missing 4 paid 3 got!!!

The tables were very sticky. There were a lot of flies. The meat didn't look fully cooked. There were insect wings on the fries. Unfortunately, I absolutely don't recommend it.

Here's my review of the delivery service. I've ordered several times, the food was always hot, and I've never been short of anything. Delivery times were always approximately 40-50 minutes. Today, only 17 minutes.

First of all: This review mainly refers to deliveries Unfortunately, things are often forgotten during deliveries. Be it drinks, sauces, etc... It's rare that everything arrives. Once you have come to terms with this, the delivery will arrive either after 20 minutes or 2 hours. There is nothing in between. Even if you have come to terms with this, it is of course still possible that some food items are already cold. Otherwise, the suppliers are usually quite friendly. A clear plus point. Kris in particular is a man of honor. He also drives back if something is missing and drops it off. It's only because of him that you have one more star in your rating.

Typical KFC experience except the chicken is seasoned to German taste. Ordering is simple through their electronic kiosk and having them in English is a huge plus. The one thing they could use help with is customer service. Getting orders ready seems to take a little bit longer than usual and employees are not friendly in my opinion. One of the worst KFC, the staff is apparently unable to take simple orders, kept quiet about the change, I only wanted one chili cheese fries instead of 2 individual fries to my bucket, when I wanted to order at the checkout I was told to order myself Terminal was brought and I was shown like an idiot how it works (which I know doesn't exist at MC and Co.) When I repeatedly said that I would like chili cheese fries instead of 2 fries, the waitress had to turn around and answer foreign questions that works. Answer only with an additional charge (it's clear that I eat at kfc more often, well not anymore, at least not here in Sandhofen, that wasn't the first time there either.) Unfortunately, only staff should serve and be at the checkout if they understand what they are doing Customer wants. Personnel who are not up to the task should be planned and deployed elsewhere.

KFC very overpriced and chicken dry and not a good taste

I recently visited the KFC branch and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made my visit very pleasant. The portions were generous and the value for money was excellent - you definitely get what you pay for and will be full. The cleanliness and high level of hygiene in the branch were particularly impressive. Overall I can say that this is the best KFC in Mannheim. A big compliment to the entire team!

We got the food very quickly and the service was extremely nice. Everything tip top. The only thing I can complain about is the lack of umbrellas, which makes it impossible to eat outside on a sunny day because the heat is pouring from the sky and it is very uncomfortable. The bathrooms could be cleaner.

I've been there many times, but I often order there too. In terms of prices, KFC is really expensive, but you can treat yourself every now and then. I only have the BBQ Crunch Burger and usually the Chicken Bite or Crispy. I find them very tasty 😋 The fries here are totally soft and disgusting, but they are included in the menu. Employees there are always friendly.

Once again I paid for something that wasn't in the bag at home. Only incompetent in service. Ordered 6 chicken pieces and got 12 hot wings. I have to pull myself together so that I don't become abusive. That was definitely the very last time I ordered there...

This was our second time in the Ikea branch. The first time I was very surprised and thrilled by the great service from the employee. Yesterday's visit was remarkable again! The lady came to us helpfully and helped us (me with 4 children) with the order. Even when my two year old ordered a cheese sandwich, she had a solution. The other employees also joined in the friendly support. This branch is absolutely recommended. The cleanliness and quality (freshness of the preparation) were also top!

On May 4th, 2024, my husband was at KFC Frankenthaler Str. 125a, 68307 Mannheim and ordered chicken wings. On the night of May 5th, 2024, he had to vomit several times, plagued by nausea. This condition lasted into the following hours, so that he had to call in sick at work. Never again KFC there!

Wir waren heute gegen 12 Uhr dort. Bestellung am Terminal. Das kleine Restaurant wirkte sehr sauber, auch die Toiletten waren sauber, das Personal empfing uns mit einem Lächeln. Unsere Bestellung wurde z.T. frisch zubereitet und war dementsprechend schön heiß und sehr sehr lecker. Der Colonel Original Burger ist eine Empfehlung wert, ebenso wie die Cheese Bites. Kommen gerne das nächste mal wieder👍

Wir waren schon öfter hier essen, es war auch immer super. Dieses Mal war das Essen nur lauwarm und die Musik, die im Hintergrund lief, war uns zu laut und zu hektisch um gemütlich zu essen.

Eine Enttäuschung auf ganzer Linie! Ich bin auf dem Weg nach Hause kurz in den KFC gesprungen und habe mir ein Menü „4er Crispy“ bestellt. Die Bilder auf dem Bestelldisplay und die Realität könnten nicht weiter auseinander liegen. Schon fast den Tatbestand der Täuschung erfüllend (große Pommes kommt in der Verpackung einer kleinen Portion; Crispy sind alles andere als crisp). Die Pommes haben die Friteuse nur kurz und vor viel zu lange Zeit gesehen ( haben wohl auf der Warmhalteplatte gestanden). Die Crispys sind ebenfalls überhaupt nicht kross eher gekocht und nachlässig paniert. Dafür werden 10,- Euro aufgerufen! Diese kann man besser investieren! Ich rate von einem Besuch ab! (Fotos erspare ich euch)
