KFC very overpriced and chicken dry and not a good taste

I recently visited the KFC branch and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made my visit very pleasant. The portions were generous and the value for money was excellent - you definitely get what you pay for and will be full. The cleanliness and high level of hygiene in the branch were particularly impressive. Overall I can say that this is the best KFC in Mannheim. A big compliment to the entire team!

We got the food very quickly and the service was extremely nice. Everything tip top. The only thing I can complain about is the lack of umbrellas, which makes it impossible to eat outside on a sunny day because the heat is pouring from the sky and it is very uncomfortable. The bathrooms could be cleaner.

The food is delicious but unfortunately too greasy, which would be my recommendation for kfc in the future because of the 2 star deduction from the hot air fryer. Service is very good, very good workers. Ambience gets 2 stars They have air conditioning but what isn't turned on is just for decoration or probably turned off because of energy saving measures. I sweated while eating, which wasn't pleasant.

As always, the food is good but the employees don't feel like working or don't understand anything

I've been there many times, but I often order there too. In terms of prices, KFC is really expensive, but you can treat yourself every now and then. I only have the BBQ Crunch Burger and usually the Chicken Bite or Crispy. I find them very tasty 😋 The fries here are totally soft and disgusting, but they are included in the menu. Employees there are always friendly.

Once again I paid for something that wasn't in the bag at home. Only incompetent in service. Ordered 6 chicken pieces and got 12 hot wings. I have to pull myself together so that I don't become abusive. That was definitely the very last time I ordered there...

It was better. Crispies weren't crispy. Access to the toilets was difficult.

This site is very good. It is a small center that fills up very easily on weekends. But it adapts to the place.

Went there for lunch today after Ikea. The fact that the actual appearance of the food has nothing to do with the photos means there is no need to talk about it anymore. But if an employee stands behind the counter like that and doesn't want to do his job, then he has missed the job. This is absolute misconduct in the catering and retail sectors. And instead of digging a ditch in the ground behind the counter, it would be nice if you could wipe over the tables and chairs!! That wasn't the problem with a company like today!!

This was our second time in the Ikea branch. The first time I was very surprised and thrilled by the great service from the employee. Yesterday's visit was remarkable again! The lady came to us helpfully and helped us (me with 4 children) with the order. Even when my two year old ordered a cheese sandwich, she had a solution. The other employees also joined in the friendly support. This branch is absolutely recommended. The cleanliness and quality (freshness of the preparation) were also top!

Clean environment. Friendly staff. I find it expensive for a Fastfood. The one at the checkout has a competitor's sweater on, I find it a bit stupid (you're at KFC and you're wearing a Pizza hut sweater, why? Boooooo).

On May 4th, 2024, my husband was at KFC Frankenthaler Str. 125a, 68307 Mannheim and ordered chicken wings. On the night of May 5th, 2024, he had to vomit several times, plagued by nausea. This condition lasted into the following hours, so that he had to call in sick at work. Never again KFC there!

Original KFC style. Served hot and instantly. However toilets aren't cleaned at regular intervals and were stinking.

Wir waren heute gegen 12 Uhr dort. Bestellung am Terminal. Das kleine Restaurant wirkte sehr sauber, auch die Toiletten waren sauber, das Personal empfing uns mit einem Lächeln. Unsere Bestellung wurde z.T. frisch zubereitet und war dementsprechend schön heiß und sehr sehr lecker. Der Colonel Original Burger ist eine Empfehlung wert, ebenso wie die Cheese Bites. Kommen gerne das nächste mal wieder👍

Wir waren schon öfter hier essen, es war auch immer super. Dieses Mal war das Essen nur lauwarm und die Musik, die im Hintergrund lief, war uns zu laut und zu hektisch um gemütlich zu essen.

Eine Enttäuschung auf ganzer Linie! Ich bin auf dem Weg nach Hause kurz in den KFC gesprungen und habe mir ein Menü „4er Crispy“ bestellt. Die Bilder auf dem Bestelldisplay und die Realität könnten nicht weiter auseinander liegen. Schon fast den Tatbestand der Täuschung erfüllend (große Pommes kommt in der Verpackung einer kleinen Portion; Crispy sind alles andere als crisp). Die Pommes haben die Friteuse nur kurz und vor viel zu lange Zeit gesehen ( haben wohl auf der Warmhalteplatte gestanden). Die Crispys sind ebenfalls überhaupt nicht kross eher gekocht und nachlässig paniert. Dafür werden 10,- Euro aufgerufen! Diese kann man besser investieren! Ich rate von einem Besuch ab! (Fotos erspare ich euch)

Kleiner KFC neben IKEA, Media Markt und Diversem. Nix besonderes, aber ausreichend. Auch wenn KFC hochpreisig im Fastfood Segment ist, liegt die Qualität der Hühnchen ebenfalls hoch. Dicke Panade die gut füllt und sättigt. Alles besser, als die Pappburger bei der "Goldenen Möwe" oder dem "Burger König" Coleslaw Salat ist auch sehr gut. Wie immer. Die Pommes sind länger knusprig, als man es gewohnt ist. Vorbildlich. Restaurant wie sonst auch. Üblich hässliche Franchise-Deko mit Bezug zu Colonel Sanders und seinem Geheimrezept. Fazit: Geht immer mal, sättigt besser als die Mitbewerber, kostet zwar was mehr, aber man geht ja arbeiten.

Like all fast food places recently i visited Shame they can't serve HOT chips, other than that usual KFC service

Nice restaurant. We enjoyed the food. Some interesting people were eating there. Overall great atmosphere. I was really surprised how good the taste was. It is fast food but it's over- all a decent place to eat.

KFC ist geil, aber blöd wenn die Mitarbeiter immer wieder Bestellungen vergessen…

Vergessen immer mindestens eine Bestellung.

Had to wait 15 extra minutes do to mix up in meal that was requested.

War eigentlich immer zufrieden, die letzten 3 Bestellungen waren leider alle Falsch verpackt, entweder wurde was vergessen oder es war komplett andere Artikel dabei. Heute hatte ich normale Burger bestellt und nur Veggie burger bekommen (schmeckt übrigens überhaupt nicht)

Dieses Kentucky gibt mir das Gefühl das ich mir nichts gutes antue. Der Laden ist schmuddelig und das Personal unfreundlich.

Good, hot, fresh chicken wings ready to eat

The food came out fast and hot, but it was extremely fresh. The lettuce on my wrap was crispy, and the tomatoes tasted like they'd come from a garden the same day, unlike the frozen ones at a lot of places. Very impressed

Das Essen war eigentlich ganz gut es geht schnell. Und der Service ist sehr gut der manager hat uns bei den elektrischen Tafeln geholfen😀
