I've rarely had such a disappointing experience at McDonald's as I did here, at the branch on Arsenalplatz in Ludwigsburg. An overview: 1. Child-unfriendly staff: No smiles, no patience – and that in a place that's supposed to be family-friendly. 2. Annoyed checkout staff: You felt like you were disturbing your order. Friendliness? None. 3. Restroom problem: There's a person standing in front of the restroom demanding "entry." It seems more like a restroom mafia than a modern restaurant. 4. Questionable food: The burgers seemed like they'd been eaten yesterday. The bun was hard, the taste stale – definitely not fresh. 5. Hygiene a no-go: The tables were dirty, the floor sticky. Anyone eating here should bring their own hand sanitizer just in case. Conclusion: In over 30 years of fast food experience, I've seen a lot of things – but never such a bad McDonald's. This place simply doesn't deserve the logo on the door. The only plus point is its central location – but don't let that fool you. My tip: Walk a few meters further – for example, to the nearby Subway. You'll definitely be treated better there. Never again.

The young man who works there is super nice and does a really professional job. He even got two sauces on the ice cream, even though he was only allowed to make one. Very friendly and competent.

Ordered a Mix & Match Oreo with Flurry for €4.30 and doubled the Oreo as a topping, and I got this sad amount of Oreo as you can see in the picture. Next time, maybe I'll be a bit more generous with the crumbs.

I really didn’t like it. I ordered myself a large salad for 5 euros. They didn’t bring a fork. They didn’t give us any sauces. The milkshakes had only ice. The atmosphere is ok and the stuffs are friendly and ready to help. However, the quality of food was very bad. The petty of the burgers are not fresh at all. Tastes like I am eating burger from yesterday. Be aware of the Parking: you are 1 min later that one hour, you have to pay 4.5 euro !!!!! ???

The employee at the counter closed the coffee lids with dirty hands and ran her hand over the lids several times. I asked for a straw so I wouldn't touch the lid with my lips, which got me a rude refusal and an angry expression.

Went to McDonalds today as a family outing with my four children. Unfortunately we were only allowed to order a Minecraft menu. Even when I asked the staff nothing worked. I have no idea what gastronomic concept this is supposed to be. We then went somewhere else to eat. The restaurant was full, the tables were dirty, and the service was non-existent.

If you have already prepared the menus, please make sure that everything is included. And if you no longer have a drink, add another one and not just nothing to drink. And then also say the number of the menu so that you don't have to ask for everything.

We spontaneously came here to buy a little something to drink and a Mc Sunday. Unfortunately, the original Mc Sunday and Flurry were sold out, so we left the store without an ice cream and one of the coupons from the app didn't work. The store itself didn't look bad from the inside and from the outside it doesn't look like a typical McDonald's at first glance.

I like to stroll by here at lunchtime to grab a coffee or a shake. Unfortunately, the cleanliness at busy times often leaves something to be desired, as does the friendliness. In the coffee lounge you are sometimes left standing for 10-15 minutes despite the person walking past. If you're hungry and have time, it's certainly an emergency solution, but not a recommendation.

Really rude worker who does the phone service, it's mean and makes people angry during the phone call, only he talks during the phone call. And twice I received the wrong order. And had to pay for what I didn't order.

Definitely one of the worst branches in my reviews - I only know one worse! Eating, even though it's hardly busy, takes forever! The food is not fresh, not warm/hot! The roll from Crispy Chicken seemed different to me compared to other branches, smaller and not the right size (it may have been purchased here, I have never seen a roll like this at McD). Furthermore, as already mentioned, the food was not warm/fresh. The order was mixed up within the restaurant. Complaints were handled sullenly with sparing apologies. The parking situation on site (with supposed compensation) was inadequate. As a customer, we paid an additional €3 for parking. Sorry, you're not in last place but you're close to it.

Nothing special, just works. Visit this place often. Convenient and easy to get fast food especially when the nearby eateries are full. Crowd is well handled here. The place can be kept cleaner than usual and service could be faster especially when there's less crowd.

Desperately, everything is falling apart, tables, benches, a place for children to play, everything has collapsed. They could clean it up a bit. I take ice cream and french fries, and I wait as if I had ordered pig or lamb. I had to carry the baby stroller up the stairs.

Hallo, Essen war super, aber!!!!! Wir haben geparkt, und dort stand für MacGäste erste 30min frei. Wir sind pünktlich gewesen => anstatt haben wir reguläre Preis zahlen sollen 3€. Die Mitarbeiterin sagte nur, ich habe alles getan, auf die Karte ist Strich.....Na ja

Total verschmutze Filiale. Dreckige Tische, Fettflecken auf den Sitzen. Berge von Verpackungsmüll auf mehreren Tischen. Lärmbelestigung. Total überteuert, Menü mit Burger ohne Fleisch für fast 12 Euro. Das war mein letzter Besuch bei McDonald´s.

Absolute disaster. None of the employees speak German. I ask about the current Kaulitz campaign regarding allergens and no one knows what I'm talking about. “Kaulitz, we have nothing.” There is no smile from the employees, no hello, absolutely no friendliness, not professional. The atmosphere is therefore unpleasant. The vegan nuggets that I took with me were probably forgotten in the deep fryer, fried completely to death. With all my love, just terrible. I've experienced this at several branches all over Germany and haven't gone there for years. Today I tried again and that was it for me. Quantity over quality is one thing, but the unfriendly, unprofessional and not one percent customer-oriented, uninformed about your own offers is really one too many.

Today I ate here with my family...in this McDonald's a woman stands in front of the toilet and won't let you in until you pay her €1 per person. As we are 4 adults and a child we had to pay €5 to go to the toilet. This is unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN!!!

In a warehouse from the Vormärz period with the historic beams still intact, the McDonalds is strategically located in the city center, right behind the Arsenal parking lot and directly at the bus stop. It doesn't get any better. There are also helpful staff who can help someone who is not knowledgeable about placing an app order. So what do you want more. The favorite place is the high table with skyscrapers where you have a panoramic view. Internet and children's play area included. However, it has become expensive...

Very dirty and the staff was very slow. I sat at my seat for almost 20 minutes, four other seats were empty and no one came close to cleaning them. Update: here again 1 week later and it was even worse!!! Babbig seats and tables. Even more littered places!!! The staff was a little quicker this time. And the joke about the whole thing is: an employee runs through and cleans the floor. They don't care about the places. I can only shake my head and wonder why the health department hasn't been here yet. MC Rib was also nice and awesome. The sauce tasted strange and it was lukewarm. I definitely won't come back again!!! Edit: Unfortunately, I came back with a good feeling after the renovation. That was a big mistake !!! I won't write anything more about this because the staff has been replaced but is just as incompetent as before!!! Please see the uploaded photos for the rest. Always the typical thing with the machines. You order a milkshake and are told the machine has already been cleaned and that doesn't work anymore. But at least there was a McFlurry as a replacement at no additional cost.

In itself it's a pretty good McDonald's, nicely integrated into the framework, which makes the whole thing special. The quality of the fresh produce is good, the quality of the meat is poor. I got food poisoning from the MC nuggets and would recommend you not to buy them.

Es handelt sich um den schlechtesten McDonalds, den ich kenne. Ich bin heute das 2. Mal hier gewesen und an beiden besuchen war das Restaurant in einem dreckigen Zustand. Das fängt bei überquellenden Tablettrückgaben an, geht über einen dreckigen Fußboden weiter zu dreckigen Tischen, auf denen leer gegessen Tabletts stehen. Wohin auch mit diesen, die Rückgabe sind ja auch voll. Trotz vieler leerer Tische musste ich einen sauberen suchen. Dann wurden endlich die Tabletts geleert und von den Tischen geräumt aber abwischen? Fehlanzeige! Ein Mitarbeiter machte meine Bestellung und zwei weitere gleichzeitig fertig, nur um mittendrin aufzuhören und andere Tätigkeiten zu erledigen. So musste eine Kollegin die Bestellungen zu Ende zusammen stellen, was unnötig mehr Zeit in Anspruch genommen hat, so dass das Essen nur noch lauwarm heraus gegeben wurde. Man muss ja einen Stern vergeben, eigentlich müsste ich hier gar kein Stern geben!

Ich hab schon viel McDonald's kennengelernt in Deutschland, leider kein mc Kaffee vor Ort und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Optik der Bestuhlung wirkte alt und auch nicht mehr Zeit gemäß hier dringend umgebaut werden

Wow... Da hat sich aber viel getan. Ich bin total überrascht. Kein Vergleich zu früher. Neue Farben, neue Möbel. Der neue Look ist echt super und alles wirkt heller und viel freundlicher. Am coolsten finde ich den grossen Tisch und auch die Steckdosen an manchen Plätzen. Allerdings sollte man es besser markieren wenn Tische gesperrt sind. Jetzt gibt es auch Bestellterminals. Alles ging reibungslos und auch ganz ohne Kommunikationsprobleme. Die Toiletten sehen eigentlich ganz gut aus. Wenn Leute den Eimer nicht treffen kann das Personal nichts dafür. Aber wir werden jetzt gerne nach einem Shoppingtag hier noch vorbeikommen. Jetzt gibt es keinen Ekelfaktor mehr von unserer Seite,wir kommen gerne wieder. Wurde bearbeitet am 9.11.2023 Vor einigen Tagen waren wir da, und haben festgestellt dass es mit Rollstuhl eine echte Herausforderung ist. Vor allem stand da an den Treppen ein Kinderwagen. Oben an den Plätzen haben wir dann gemerkt, egal wohin wir uns setzen, irgendwie sitzen wir voll im Weg. Man kommt schlecht an den Tisch ran, auf WC kommt man ja gar nicht das ist alles viel zu eng. Wir haben uns dezent unwohl gefühlt und sind sehr bald gegangen. Mit dem Personal hatten wir dieses Mal auch wieder Problem beim bestellen, wir wurden einfach nicht richtig verstanden und sie waren alle sehr gestresst und zum Teil auch schon fast unfreundlich. Wenn meine Tochter nicht mehr im Rollstuhl sitzt geben wir dem Laden noch mal eine Chance, aber manche sitzen eben immer drin. usserdem würde mich mal interessieren ob den der Ketchup jetzt glutenfrei ist oder nicht, denn je nach Filiale bekommt man unterschiedliche antworten, und manche wissen nicht was das ist.

Zum schnellen Snack OK aber ohne den Mc Cafe nicht mehr so anziehend

Standard McDonald's in zentrale Lage. Aufgrund des Publikums immer laut und besonders auf den Toiletten schmutzig. Ansonsten geht es schnell und das Essen schmeckt wie immer bei McDonald's

Nicht gut Wollte ein mcsunday löse Coupon ein und ich geh Kasse bestelle nur das die mir sagen Mixer ist kaputt für was ein Mixer das ein mcsunday und ich hatte schon bezahlt

Oh Wunder. Eine Bestellung über die HandyApp aus der Distanz hat nach einem Jahr das erste mal funktioniert. McDonalds Deutschland ist im Internetzeitalter angekommen. Ich konnte es fast sofort abholen. Der Abholmonitor der anzeigt obs fertig ist, hat jedoch nur weiss angezeigt, Mitarbeiter hat meine Nummer geblökt, dann nahm ichs mit. Insgesamt also endlich ok mit der App. Naja bei den Burgerpreisen inzwischen sollte aber auch ein guter Programmierer schon drin sein. Das letzte mal zuvor jedoch am Touch-Terminal bestellt, ist etwas träge die Software bei zu vielen Extrafragen. Und erst beim drittem Terminal hat die EC-Bezahlung geklappt. Bei einem davor "card error" und der zweite EC-Terminal war mit rotem Papier abgeklebt. Schon schwer dem Mc-Konzern mein Geld in den Rachen zu werfen für immer dünnere Burger. Aber wenn die App nun dauerhaft geht ok.
