Staff completely incompetent. When the shop is almost empty, you sometimes have to wait half an hour for your food, which is then served cold. The store itself is extremely dirty and untidy. The first bite of the burger made me want to gag. After a closer look, the citizen's cheese looked rotten. I don't know what they did with the burger patty. It tasted the way human fish smell. By far one of the most disgusting experiences I have had in my life. Definitely worth a visit to the health department.

It was just disgusting. Ordered a chicken nugget burger, the nuggets were hard and totally old, as if they had been lying around for days. Then complained, got 2 new ones and the same thing again. Since I've known Burger King, there have been problems and hardly any milkshakes or ice cream. It feels like it's broken every time you want a hot brownie with ice cream, you can ask there in vain, you never have! I hardly ever eat burgers there now, and I'm very disappointed.

Way too long of a wait to even pay for the food!!! Then you have to wait for the food itself. Customers who pay by card are given priority, everyone who pays in cash has to wait until ALL who pay by card (and there are more and more orders paying by card). You are ignored by the employees. Never again.

I really enjoy going to Burger King, but it's frustrating to see how expensive it has become. For two chili cheeseburgers with fries and a Spezi or a Cola plus ketchup and mayonnaise I had to pay €12. The worst Burger King visit of my life. We were there at around 12 o'clock at night on the way back from Stuttgart airport. The food tasted as if it had been on display for 2 hours. While we were eating, the staff simply turned off the lights and you thought you would be locked in because the employees were finishing work.

The store is a disaster. Been there several times, waited forever several times and also unfriendly and overwhelmed staff. Waited at the checkout for 10 minutes today, about 25 people were standing in line at two checkouts. When it was our turn, the employee at our checkout said: "I have to go to the drive, please queue at the other checkout"... That means we waited in line for 10 minutes for nothing. After another 10 minutes of waiting at the other checkout, we ordered and after ordering, we waited another incredible 10 minutes for the food. In addition, this Burger King does not redeem vouchers from the Burger King app despite the correct display. "It comes from the management" it said... This means misleading offers, endless waiting times and unfriendly or overwhelmed staff... Update 07/2022: Been there again after a long time. Shop has been renewed. Waiting times have increased. Waited 25 minutes for food at lunchtime. Some of the burgers were still raw, so we threw them away, the entire ordering process was a disaster, the employee simply didn't understand what we wanted. Had to cancel, we had to say everything again... Update 10/2024: We've been standing for 20 minutes waiting for our food. One employee alone at lunchtime who does everything. Drive, delivery, cash register, fries etc. The burgers are in the delivery and are getting cold. Here, pure profit maximization is the management's priority. By the way, the queue now stretches all the way out the door. When we came in and ordered there were 2 people standing in front of us.

The place is incredibly bad even for a Burger King. It wasn't even busy and yet I had to wait forever and our order was put together completely wrong several times (!). But the cheeseburgers were much worse. Everything was missing on both burgers except the meat. How the hell can you forget the cheese on a cheeseburger??? In retrospect, perhaps it was better that way. The less you eat in this store, the better.

Burger was dry. There were 3x fries missing from the order. Wrong sauces were packed. Cucumbers on the cheeseburger, although removed when ordering. The ladies at the counter were totally overwhelmed. They went backwards for every single item on the order. The toilet was very dirty. 56€ despite coupons for 4 people. Nevertheless, it was clear. The burgers have become very small. I actually liked Burger King. But I won't have to go there any time soon...

In this Burger King it really varies depending on the mood of the employees. Sometimes everything goes great here, but unfortunately most of the time it doesn't. Yesterday evening I ordered 20 chicken nuggets twice and they said on the Lieferando app that they would be there in 5 minutes. I waited a whole hour more and no one came. That's not very rude and disrespectful to the customer!!!

Waited 10 minutes for 2 coffees. Update: Coffee so hot you could melt metal in it. Food like any Citizen King restaurant. Alright, quick and freshly prepared. It was absolutely incomprehensible that on this Sunday the outside temperature was around 34 degrees and the air conditioning was turned off.

Ordered from Lieferando and waited over 2 hours for my order and then the food came: Burger cold, the wrap was broken and the fries weren't even in there. - 3.49€ for delivery and - 0.99€ for the “service” What a joke!

Unfortunately I can't rate the food because it was delivered cold after almost 2 hours and I sent the driver away with the delivery. Ordered 7:48 p.m. delivered 9:38 p.m. Even though I called in between. I was put off and lied to. They said the driver would be there soon. The order backlog said: still being processed and not being delivered. I've never experienced anything like that. There is no Guinness book for food delivery. Burger King would be number one. This is super embarrassing. Ordered for €40. Never order from Burger King again.

No still water, no fruity or juice for the children for weeks, why? Always the same answer from staff “just cola or or fanta” what should I do if the child doesn’t like carbon dioxide (( maybe the branch manager who makes the orders reads it and something will change ))

I ordered 2 hours ago via the BK app, the store is 10 minutes away by car! I can't reach anyone in the store, let alone my food was delivered, the nice lady from support can't reach the store either and said if the food arrives cold I should refuse to accept it! Paid €42 for waste. 2 burgers were hard so the lid was completely soaked. The paper was completely stuck to the citizen. Just been ready for the trash and still collected a lot of money. I order to eat here and Beckamm a bag and when asked if I can get a tray Beckamm the answer is we don't have one. Then I politely asked if Beckamm could go to the tables and the answer was we don't have any people for that. I think it's a total impudence to turn away customers like that. I come from the catering sector myself and that wouldn't have existed for me back then.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. I bought food for €43. A complete burger for €8 was missing, the fries were with jalapenjos instead of onions, and the fries were also dry. Another burger was ordered without onions and with cheese, but none of that was taken into account, and it also tasted old and dry. Auch zweite Chance unterirdisch schlecht beim Lieferservice. Nach geschlagenen 2 Stunden Wartezeit kamen kalte Pommes und Minihamburger an. Kein Wunder dass bei Barzahlung immer kommt „ Bestellung wurde storniert“ Funktioniert nur mit Karten. Für diesen Service hätte ich bei Barzahlung die Bezahlung verweigert. The food was ordered via Lieferando at 4:18 p.m., prepared at 4:28 p.m. and not delivered until 6:20 p.m. I tried to call 3 times after an hour, but of course no one picked up. Instead of preparing the food from scratch, it was left standing for 2 hours and then delivered, and of course it was cold and soggy. When I asked the employee about it, he said he only started at 6 p.m. and before that the food had been standing there motionless for 2 hours. At least Lieferando came to meet me and refunded the money and issued a voucher.

Vor Jahren gab's über diesen Burger King ja schon Skandal Berichte. Auch ich war schon desöfteren vom Service und Essen enttäuscht. Aber jeder bekommt eine weitere Chance. Hier waren es wohl zu viele. Was soll ich sagen..........15 Min. Wartezeit, zum Bestellen/Bezahlen und Essenszubereitung, von einem Big King Burger. Und es war nicht mal viel los. Drei einzelne Personen waren vor mir, hatten schon bestellt und bezahlt, bis ich nach 10 Minuten Wartezeit und mehrmals nachfragen auch bestellen durfte. 2 wild umher hüpfenden Damen für Kasse und verpacken. In der Küche hat man eine Dame gesehen (ohne Handschuhe hat sie die Essen zubereitet!!!) und gehört, sowie einen Mann lautstark vernommen. Irgendwie passte die ganze Kommunikation von vorne bis hinten nicht! Ein Herr, der schon vor mir einen Teil seiner Bestellung bekam durfte sich als ich schon längst mit meinem Burger fertig war über die Lieferung seines fehlenden Burgers freuen. Er war mit allem anderen schon längst fertig und entsprechend gelaunt. Man hatte ihn schlicht vergessen! Möchte nicht wissen, wie es hier mittlerweile abgeht, wenn wirklich mal viel los sein sollte?! Lätschig hat mein Burger auch noch geschmeckt und war nur Lauwarm!!! Ob die Shake Maschine wohl im Sommer wieder genau so oft kaputt sein wird, wie in den letzten Jahren ? Oder in der Mittagszeit gereinigt wird ??? Und wenn se mal funktionierte, war's ja *immer* ein Schoko Shake, mit den resten aus der letzten Shake Bestellung! Wie z.B. Erdberr etc. . Natürlich sehr lecker !!! Achtung Ironie!!! Und wenn man auf den Fehler hingewiesen hat, gab's außer nem blöden Blick noch n entsprechendes Gemurmel dazu. Dieser Franchise Laden ist sehr nahe dran, den Kollegen am Frankfurter Hbhf von Platz 1, des schlechtesten BK's, bei dem *ich* jemals war, abzulösen. Zumindest war der Essensbereich sauber.

Sorry, but you want my opinion. Since my husband is a fast food junkie, I have to go there with him. But this Burger King is just sad 😢. Sometimes the intercom doesn't work, or the people simply don't understand. When I still ate fast food, or at Burger King, I would regularly feel sick when I ate something there. In addition, the burgers were only lukewarm and not freshly prepared. Then you want an ice cream shake “the machine is broken” almost every time. We were regular customers here for a long time via the drive in because it was a good option after the late shift. Went in for the first time yesterday to eat inside. Unfortunately, hardly any of the employees inside understood us and ordering was difficult. Afterwards we were allowed to watch as our burgers were prepared without gloves, everything was literally slapped on top and then thrown forward. Was a bit uncomfortable. Then while eating there was a shock: a pebble was baked into the country potatoes?! We complained and we were not taken seriously, rather laughed at. “Delivered like this” ok but where does that make it better?
