Every time I'm there, everything is either empty, meaning sold out, or a machine is broken. I've hardly ever had a chance to get anything to eat there. The worst thing, though, is the drive-thru machine for ordering!! The staff are incredibly unfriendly and you can't understand a thing...every time they just static and the occasional word in between. A background noise and pure German. The floor inside is a disaster too, always covered in dirt and fries. I keep walking out of there - backwards. Restrooms suddenly cost 50 cents now. Lol. That's not customer-friendly.

Always crap...😅 I don't think there's any need to talk about the type of food, and unfortunately, I can't think of anything better to say about the staff, but what can you expect for those wages... But do you really have to accept that as an end consumer?!

When we unpacked at home, we noticed that once again a burger and a fries, as well as the sweet and sour sauce for the chicken nuggets, were unwrapped and missing from our order!!! Maybe you should hire competent and conscientious staff who are capable of reading orders correctly and packing them completely. After all, you don't pay to be ripped off!!! This isn't the first time. No problems anywhere, only on Schwieberdinger Str. is it a mess. A real shame! That was the last time we were there. Staff are constantly overwhelmed and have a completely disgruntled attitude. Burger King on Schwieberdinger Str. isn't what it used to be. It's a shame you have to give at least one star. You don't deserve it.

It's getting worse and worse, but because of that it's also an expensive boycott simply because of Palestinians, 3 years ago ok but then things went downhill, so a friend of mine was there recently with a car and wanted to drive in, 3 cars in front of her waited for more than 30 minutes, she was totally annoyed 😂so it doesn't happen quickly for them.

Very incompetent employees. Those at the checkout who are totally overwhelmed are yelled at by their colleagues at the back. Also very long waiting time. The burgers are prepared in the back WITHOUT gloves! Previously, the employees threw away trash and then made the burgers without washing their hands, coughing into their hands in between. Once and never there again! Totally disgusting.

This Burger King branch is by far the worst I've ever been to. Even though the shop is empty, it sometimes takes ages for the food to be ready. The extra ingredients, such as cheese, are regularly forgotten by citizens. Due to poor coordination, the burgers are often cold because they lie around for a long time. The staff is very unfriendly and makes little effort. I advise everyone against this branch.

I think it's really great. Burgers are always freshly prepared and of reliable quality. It takes quite a bit of time but everything is within reason 👍 and very nice employees!!

I was there shortly after 3 p.m. The waiting time is usually long if you have special requests. But you quickly notice that order is not given high priority at the counter. Again in the guest area everything was clean and the toilets were fine.

We went to eat with the children at the BK, unfortunately some of the burgers were cold. We mentioned it and got a new burger each time, but the anticipation was simply taken away when we bit into the cold burger.

Incredible! Outrageous! Not recommended! Restaurant half empty, no current orders. I order (Vegan) and my pickup number. is the only one on the display. About 12-14 orders come after me. Almost all of these are made in front of me! After 12 minutes I politely ask where my food is. After 18 minutes it's still not there. As I stand at the front of the counter, I see that meat burgers are constantly being added. After waiting 20 minutes I get my vegan burger with the reasoning that "vegan always takes so long". SO WHETHER A VEGAN BURGER TAKES 20 MINUTES?! Totally outrageous! No apology, nothing. Instead, they want to play you for a fool. Even though I asked after 12 minutes, they still made the orders after me. The staff is really bad, absolutely overwhelmed and also rude and totally unfriendly. Really bad Burger King! I would have preferred to give 0 stars. But they really deserve negative stars!

Today I ordered something to take away from the drive thru. (Big King of the Month 1x) There was only one other car in front of us and no one behind us, we saw through the glass front that no one was in the restaurant. Nevertheless, we had to wait a full 20 minutes for my burger?! We saw that those in front of us didn't accept a huge bag, so I'm wondering what took so long. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed because I was given the wrong drink and the wrong dip. Unfortunately that's standard here at the branch, at least this time the burger (even if it was cold) was topped with the right ingredients. Unfortunately, the staff, although always nice, are apparently completely incompetent because something always goes wrong: every time. The Bk in lubu is at best an emergency solution, but then you have to drop all your expectations.

Katastrophe !!! Ich war schon 15 Jahre nicht mehr dort und wollte es wieder mal probieren. Es waren nur 5 Gäste da, also war nix los,die Bestellung ging schnell, die Burger waren kalt. Die Pommes O.K. Tomaten, Gurke, Salatblatt und Zwiebeln mussten extra bezahlt werden. Die Servicekraft räumte den Geschirtwagen ab, indem sie im Lokal alles in einen blauen Sack entsorgte. Natürlich mit den Getränkebechern und den Resten darin. Im Anschluß zog sie den Sack durch den halben Raum. Im Endeffekt ergoß sich das Cola als riesige Spur auf dem Boden. Die Rutschgefahr wurde auch nicht beseitigt. Diese Art der Entsorgung macht man in einem Nebenraum und dann nicht so. Hat dies noch keiner der Dame sagen können ??? Außerdem war es im Raum so arschkalt, sodaß wir geflüchtet sind. Ehrlich, so kann das nicht in Ordnung sein. Da muß etwas getan werden !!!🤔👎👎👎

Since there were only a few customers in the restaurant, the waiting time was a bit long, otherwise the food was always excellent, like at every Burger King.

I actually never wanted to go to Burger King again, but because of the new nacho offer, I gave the place another chance...what can I say??? A few chicken wings, five nachos and the cheese dip were missing...and over €10. Never again!

However, I ordered on an evening where my food came late, certainly because it was a Saturday evening and it was extremely crowded. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold, which I don't necessarily want to criticize because I called and submitted my complaint and I was greeted very nicely and a new delivery was sent to me, of course at no additional cost. Great service should have asked for the name I spoke to on the phone but it sounded like a 25-30 year old man. Been the right brother💪

Improvement noticeable!!!🥳 Report of the last visit on 10/22/24: -My friend's burger with taste after FEATURES🤢 -staff incompetent😡 -long waiting time (despite the store)🤯 -Shop completely messy🫣 (see picture 1.) -No use of disposable gloves in the kitchen🤢 Report of the visit on February 5, 2025: Today's visit was neither disgusting nor extremely nerve-wracking. The communication with the employee was somewhat acceptable and it was at least possible to place the order at the checkout even without an ordering machine.👍 I've had better taste in other branches, but the term edible here is a significant improvement!👍 The waiting time today was refreshing and normal excellent!!(see picture 2.)👍 The problem of a lack of hygiene has remained despite the improvements mentioned! Gloves are still not worn when preparing food, which personally shocks and disappoints me.👎 That's grotesque to me! Conclusion: I am pleased with the improvements and after my report my friend dares to go to the store again and wrote a more detailed review of the visit on October 22nd, 2025. Unfortunately, the only thing that helps is the hope of no stomach problems or side effects with the current issue of missing disposable gloves.🫤

Tasty burgers readily available for lunch, if you are in the office region nearby! Makes for a nice walk to pickup lunch, or you can order directly to the office.

Unfortunately the delivery service is the last resort! Ordered food, called after more than an hour and asked where it was! The answer was that the driver wasn't there yet, but would be there in 2-3 minutes and would be with us in 15 minutes. This information was just as nonsense as the one in the app. Then no one offers a delivery service if it doesn't work!

An absolute unhygienic no go! Our burgers were prepared without gloves between washing up and cleaning up! I watched as the good man wiped here and there, threw away dirty rags and then squeezed the lettuce in his hand that was intended for our burgers. PEOPLE! A little hygiene please, you scratch yourself here and here, wipe something off and then you make me my food with your unclean hands! Ugh, the burger tasted like something old and old. I ate there and had to wait 45 minutes and the place wasn't full at all. I ate the food on site and got it COLD, however something like that is supposed to be possible on site. Food was subpar... the cheeseburger tasted bitter and dry. The fries didn't come across as fried properly at all and were cold. I don't really want to talk about the staff. Of course, customer contact can be stressful, but I've rarely experienced anything so unfriendly and arrogant. Stay away from all the chicken burgers in this store, you'll get salmonella! It wasn't unbelievable because of the meat, the health department or someone should really come by and take a look at it, it's almost like indirect bodily harm... I'd rather go to McDonald's in Ludwigsburg... tastes better and the employees are a bit stressed, but but they are worlds more competent and friendly there. MFG.

I ordered there, then I was told that what I wanted wasn't available, so I thought OK, it could happen. But when the order arrived I was very disappointed, unfortunately things were forgotten like drinks and sauces. The food was ice cold, zero drinks were swapped for normal ones (my daughter has diabetes and it could have ended badly!!). There was hair in the food?!?! When I tried to call 3 times I was simply ignored even though the store was still open for 2 hours. I can only recommend neither ordering nor eating there, give the store a wide berth!!! Hello, I was here at the BK today on December 15th, 2024 and the waitress didn't even have a clue how the devices for ordering myself worked. I couldn't enter my code for my points and she was a bit unfriendly And some of the food was cold. I've never experienced something like that in a Burger King for years. It was a complete disaster. It was the last time that I or someone I knew ate here. The manager should take care of it...

Ordered 3 cheeseburgers at Driveinn around lunchtime today and repeated the order. I only got 2 pieces after I had to wait a bit (it was the only car). The burgers were cold. The receipt cannot be read because the printer is probably defective. Therefore no rating is possible on the internet.

Food is quite okay for a Burger King. Service leaves a little to be desired, but there are far worse. Ambiance is okay, but there is no heating. We were there two weeks ago and had to freeze a bit and even had to move because the air conditioning was even on, summer mode seems to have still been active. Conclusion: it is worth a visit. But wrap up warmly in winter.

THE Burger King in my home country that I've been coming to for the longest time. This existed before most of the BK in Stuttgart. I've rarely had a complaint in all these years. During the "Whopper your way" campaign many years ago, I wanted the patty from the then Country Burger on the Whopper. It didn't work on the first try because you couldn't record it in the checkout. On the second attempt, the boss caught it himself - and NONE of the other BKs where I tried this combination did. Country burgers? - hasn't been around for a long time, but this special request alone has shown that the BK can and wants satisfied customers. After that, there were always little things that didn't fit. Sometimes a missing burger, sometimes a chicken burger that was a little dried out (and therefore no longer edible) - but that just happens with the masses... Even if it is quite empty, there are sometimes longer waiting times. Unfortunately, today's staff (with exceptions) are no longer as "on their toes" as the old staff. But I always enjoy going there. Somehow I would like to have the Whopper with country burger patty again ;-)

Way too long of a wait to even pay for the food!!! Then you have to wait for the food itself. Customers who pay by card are given priority, everyone who pays in cash has to wait until ALL who pay by card (and there are more and more orders paying by card). You are ignored by the employees. Never again.

The order was incomplete and instead of an apology, the employee was annoyed by the complaint. Cola lukewarm and without ice cubes. I really enjoy going to Burger King, but it's frustrating to see how expensive it has become. For two chili cheeseburgers with fries and a Spezi or a Cola plus ketchup and mayonnaise I had to pay €12. I think we should really lower the prices because it is unjustified that they are rising so much. Fast food should remain affordable in Germany.
