Good again, clean and on the ball.

The Burger King in Ludwigsburg leaves a mixed but solid overall impression. The drive-thru area is particularly problematic: the drive-thru window is unfortunately quite difficult to spot, making it easy to drive right past it – which is exactly what happened to me. The signage could be much clearer and more intuitive, so you don't have to turn around or start over at the last minute. A clearer wayfinding system and better markings would really help here. Aside from that, the service is reliable. The staff seem friendly and helpful, although there can be a bit of a wait during peak hours. Orders are usually served correctly and quickly. As for the food, the burgers are perfectly fine. You get the typical Burger King quality: juicy enough, well-composed, and tasting exactly what you'd expect. The fries and sides are also decent, as long as they're freshly fried.

Well, what can I say? We went to the drive-thru during the lockdown, and our order arrived incomplete (we only noticed when we got home that a drink and a portion of fries were missing). The employees were kind of stressed (or distracted, maybe?). The lady reluctantly registered our Payback card, and two weeks later, I'm still missing my Payback bonuses 🥴

They can't be serious, that was the first and last time I ate there. The food was absolutely inedible, and I don't usually eat the best food. The service was disrespectful and made me and the others in line stand for 30 minutes because there was no proper organization. There was only one ordering pad in operation, and it was already filthy. Inside, it stank, and everything was sticky. The server brought the wrong food three times. A word of advice to everyone: never go there, it's hell.

The food is actually okay, or rather, the usual fast-food standard. But the service? A disaster. The cleanliness? A disaster. The toilets stink and are filthy. There's a built-in aerator in the faucet that overwhelms many people, is completely unsuitable for children, and thus encourages people to simply not use it. Or leads to long waits. The restaurant is filthy. There was trash everywhere on the floor. Plenty of empty tables, but none of them were clean. When we asked, they said they would clean the table. But that never happened. After reminding us, another employee came to the table—but without a cleaning cloth. By then, we already had our order, but one burger was missing. Meanwhile, the burgers got cold. After eating: The tablet return station was littered and overflowing. An outrage in every respect. A terrible combination of a lack of commitment and a complete lack of understanding of hygiene and customer service. The place was practically empty, by the way. One doesn't want to imagine what it's like when it's busy. Nor does one want to picture what the kitchen looks like if the restaurant itself is in such a state. Anyone who goes there is either desperate or looking for a thrill and a risk.

I'm absolutely thrilled! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food arrived quickly and exactly as ordered. The restaurant is very clean and well-appointed. I highly recommend it!

I was very satisfied. The food was delicious.

The waitress at the drive-thru barely speaks German, so it took over three minutes for her to understand the six digits of the code. Apparently, you can't redeem crowns either—you just pay! Pay for everything! So I generated a new code without redeeming the crowns (which is very questionable...) and started again. The burgers were also old, and the lettuce was slightly wilted... Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

The staff barely speaks German and doesn't know their own menu. Disastrous!

Good Burger King. I like eating there. The only criticisms would be the location (car noise and difficult to reach on foot) and the frequent lack of some food.

Simply package meat nuggets in a plant-based nugget package. Great. Then you might as well stop offering vegetarian products altogether...

We ordered at 3:45 p.m., and the food was ready, or rather, delivered, at 4:15 p.m., which was 30 minutes away, and it wasn't crowded. We ordered a new burger that looked great on the Kings Whisky BBQ billboard, a beef burger, and a chicken burger. The burgers in the description said: Beef, bacon, arugula, tomato, Whiskey sauce, well first of all they were cold, my wife's was Chicken, it didn't have arugula but normal lettuce and it didn't have the Whiskey sauce, mine didn't have arugula, tomato, I don't know what the sauce was but it definitely wasn't whiskey, we ordered the drinks with ice and of course they didn't bring ice, I didn't complain because I knew nothing would happen because the staff was quite stressed, I don't know why but they were, then I ordered coffee and dessert and it also took 15 minutes, the postman also came without half of the things, I usually complain if they don't give me what I'm paying for, logically I ask for ice cream with caramel sauce and that's what I want and what I'm going to pay. I was so tired of walking all day, the kids too, that I didn't even feel like complaining, I should go to the Burger King in Emmendingen to see if they learn from them, that's my favorite. Always fresh, hot food and good service.

I don't know how something like this can still be open! The staff are unfriendly and can be intimidating.

On a Friday evening around 8-9 p.m., the order took a whopping 15 minutes because the lady at the cashier couldn't even correctly understand simple codes. We repeated everything several times – but almost everything was still delivered incorrectly. • Drinks: Instead of a Fanta and a Coke, we got Sprite and Coke. • Chili cheese nuggets: Simply not given – so we were ripped off. • Extra long chili cheese: Served a long chicken instead. • Whopper Junior: Wrong, some other burger. It seems as if the staff here are deliberately working against the guests – incompetent, overwhelmed, and simply disrespectful. Anyone who can't even correctly execute a standard order on a Friday evening during peak hours shouldn't be working in service. Conclusion: A waste of time, a waste of money, and a waste of nerves. This Burger King is a disgrace to the brand.

And all this during peak hours on a Friday evening, when you'd expect the staff to be well-coordinated. Anyone who works like this should urgently receive training – or change careers. Conclusion: An absolute disgrace. We feel ripped off and will never set foot in this Burger King again.

Too little cheese sauce on the chili cheese fries and when I asked, they said "no, that's fine"

One star is too many. According to the app, the delivery order took 20 minutes to travel 1 km. The burgers were cooked through, and the salad on top was warm. The bacon I ordered was missing from the burgers, but the tomatoes I had canceled were on top. Never again!

It was still good 10 years ago. A lot of damage and dirt. The food was almost cold and took forever.

Disaster dive in at Burger King Ludwigsburg (Schwieberdinger Straße): Both burgers were supposed to be plant-based – one of them, the Plant-Based Whopper with onion rings, was expressly ordered vegan, without cheese and mayo. Result: served with cheese and mayo. 🤯 The other burger was also plant-based, but tasted like dry cardboard. Fries were cold, lumpy, and unsalted. Nuggets were supposedly vegan – but they had meat. €36 for garbage. Never again! ❌

Burger King Ludwigsburg (Schwieberdinger Straße) – a complete disappointment! For a vegan, this is an unbelievable cheek! Paid €36 – and everything ended up in the trash. Never again Burger King. ❌

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Burger King restaurant is in such poor condition that they should tear it down and replace it with a McDonald's—that would actually be an improvement. The service, cleanliness, and quality leave a lot to be desired. I've never experienced such a disappointing Burger King. They really need to rethink this and start from scratch.

Unfriendly service. I paid 47 euros, was not served properly, and on top of that, he said I'd already eaten everything. No ketchup, no mayonnaise, no sauce. He then said it was free and we didn't need it. Simply terrible. Best not to eat there.

Truly the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Ordered a drink without ice, but still got ice cubes. Burgers were completely cold, and after complaining, I got new burgers that were just as cold. The bun wasn't even properly thawed.

I ordered through Wolt and this is hands down the worst not only Burger King but overall fast food experience. Everything tasted off and weird and had to threw it all into bin. Now im just praying i dont get food poisoning.

There's no ice cream in the summer! No shakes, nothing like that. Staff yell at each other behind the counter. The mozzarella snack is YELLOW inside! Even though it's still warm, it feels like chewing on a car tire.

The milkshake was out (I didn't know) - but I could order it via the terminal. After a five-minute wait, my number was called and I was told I could have an ice cream instead. As a driver (ordering to go), that wasn't an option. So I had to get a Spezi. And then I explained that I'd like to be paid the difference (large milkshake versus Spezi) and that the staff (two women, slight language barrier) understood that... you don't want to go to (that) Burger King when it's 30 degrees Celsius.

Sorry, but obviously not all Burger King's are created equal. We wanted to grab a nice bite to eat for the drive-in movie on the way. In the end, the evening was a failure. The movie was okay. But the worst thing was the food. I don't know why, but the burgers were so disgusting. We had plant-based Whoppers, nugget burgers, etc., and fries. The fries were inedible. The burgers tasted awful. And the "patty," which wasn't made of meat at all, was tough! Hygiene is absolutely terrible. This morning, my stomach still hurts from half a burger. The Fanta was okay, but that was it. To top it all off, the ice cream machine was broken. There were no more ice cubes. No more salad. The toy had been forgotten, and the packaging was also awful. I could have overlooked it, but the food. No. Never again. Here. Even my kids say so. The World Health Organization (WKD) should get a look-in. Shame on you, Burger King. The big franchise doesn't seem to care how it sometimes comes across. It's very disappointing that they allow something like this to happen. And that they don't consistently enforce quality standards.

Absolutely terrible. I was in the restaurant yesterday, Saturday evening, around 9:30 p.m. There were practically no customers in the shop and not a single one in the drive-thru. I thought, OK, cool, let's eat something quickly and in peace. I ordered two burgers, one medium fries, and a milkshake. Both burgers 🍔 were completely cold, or lukewarm at best, and cooked far too briefly. The meat was still half-raw and the cheese hadn't melted at all. The bacon on the burger was probably added after the burger had been cooked too briefly because it had been forgotten. The nice lady at the cash register couldn't care less and more or less left me standing there with a smile. The kitchen's exact words were, "We always do it like this." Thanks for the chat, Bk Ludwigsburg. You'll never see me again. The food was disgusting 🤮

If you pay in cash, you wait forever... The staff lacks an overview... They quickly become overwhelmed...

Every time I'm there, everything is either empty, meaning sold out, or a machine is broken. I've hardly ever had a chance to get anything to eat there. The worst thing, though, is the drive-thru machine for ordering!! The staff are incredibly unfriendly and you can't understand a thing...every time they just static and the occasional word in between. A background noise and pure German. The floor inside is a disaster too, always covered in dirt and fries. I keep walking out of there - backwards. Restrooms suddenly cost 50 cents now. Lol. That's not customer-friendly.

When we unpacked at home, we noticed that once again a burger and a fries, as well as the sweet and sour sauce for the chicken nuggets, were unwrapped and missing from our order!!! Maybe you should hire competent and conscientious staff who are capable of reading orders correctly and packing them completely. After all, you don't pay to be ripped off!!! This isn't the first time. No problems anywhere, only on Schwieberdinger Str. is it a mess. A real shame! That was the last time we were there. Staff are constantly overwhelmed and have a completely disgruntled attitude. Burger King on Schwieberdinger Str. isn't what it used to be. It's a shame you have to give at least one star. You don't deserve it.

It's getting worse and worse, but because of that it's also an expensive boycott simply because of Palestinians, 3 years ago ok but then things went downhill, so a friend of mine was there recently with a car and wanted to drive in, 3 cars in front of her waited for more than 30 minutes, she was totally annoyed 😂so it doesn't happen quickly for them.

Opening hours until 1:00 a.m. and at 12:45 a.m. it will be closed and you will be informed that it is closed. Customers who were in the restaurant stood in front of a locked door. Escape route?? Customer service is different. It's a shame it used to be there often. Probably not in the future.

The burgers are prepared in the back WITHOUT gloves! Previously, the employees threw away trash and then made the burgers without washing their hands, coughing into their hands in between. This Burger King branch is by far the worst I've ever been to. Even though the shop is empty, it sometimes takes ages for the food to be ready. The extra ingredients, such as cheese, are regularly forgotten by citizens. Due to poor coordination, the burgers are often cold because they lie around for a long time. The staff is very unfriendly and makes little effort. I advise everyone against this branch.

I think it's really great. Burgers are always freshly prepared and of reliable quality. It takes quite a bit of time but everything is within reason 👍 and very nice employees!!

I was there shortly after 3 p.m. The waiting time is usually long if you have special requests. But you quickly notice that order is not given high priority at the counter. Again in the guest area everything was clean and the toilets were fine.

We went to eat with the children at the BK, unfortunately some of the burgers were cold. We mentioned it and got a new burger each time, but the anticipation was simply taken away when we bit into the cold burger.

Incredible! Outrageous! Not recommended! Restaurant half empty, no current orders. I order (Vegan) and my pickup number. is the only one on the display. About 12-14 orders come after me. Almost all of these are made in front of me! After 12 minutes I politely ask where my food is. After 18 minutes it's still not there. As I stand at the front of the counter, I see that meat burgers are constantly being added. After waiting 20 minutes I get my vegan burger with the reasoning that "vegan always takes so long". SO WHETHER A VEGAN BURGER TAKES 20 MINUTES?! Totally outrageous! No apology, nothing. Instead, they want to play you for a fool. Even though I asked after 12 minutes, they still made the orders after me. The staff is really bad, absolutely overwhelmed and also rude and totally unfriendly. Really bad Burger King! I would have preferred to give 0 stars. But they really deserve negative stars!

Today I ordered something to take away from the drive thru. (Big King of the Month 1x) There was only one other car in front of us and no one behind us, we saw through the glass front that no one was in the restaurant. Nevertheless, we had to wait a full 20 minutes for my burger?! We saw that those in front of us didn't accept a huge bag, so I'm wondering what took so long. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed because I was given the wrong drink and the wrong dip. Unfortunately that's standard here at the branch, at least this time the burger (even if it was cold) was topped with the right ingredients. Unfortunately, the staff, although always nice, are apparently completely incompetent because something always goes wrong: every time. The Bk in lubu is at best an emergency solution, but then you have to drop all your expectations.

Katastrophe !!! Ich war schon 15 Jahre nicht mehr dort und wollte es wieder mal probieren. Es waren nur 5 Gäste da, also war nix los,die Bestellung ging schnell, die Burger waren kalt. Die Pommes O.K. Tomaten, Gurke, Salatblatt und Zwiebeln mussten extra bezahlt werden. Die Servicekraft räumte den Geschirtwagen ab, indem sie im Lokal alles in einen blauen Sack entsorgte. Natürlich mit den Getränkebechern und den Resten darin. Im Anschluß zog sie den Sack durch den halben Raum. Im Endeffekt ergoß sich das Cola als riesige Spur auf dem Boden. Die Rutschgefahr wurde auch nicht beseitigt. Diese Art der Entsorgung macht man in einem Nebenraum und dann nicht so. Hat dies noch keiner der Dame sagen können ??? Außerdem war es im Raum so arschkalt, sodaß wir geflüchtet sind. Ehrlich, so kann das nicht in Ordnung sein. Da muß etwas getan werden !!!🤔👎👎👎

I actually never wanted to go to Burger King again, but because of the new nacho offer, I gave the place another chance...what can I say??? A few chicken wings, five nachos and the cheese dip were missing...and over €10. Never again!

However, I ordered on an evening where my food came late, certainly because it was a Saturday evening and it was extremely crowded. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold, which I don't necessarily want to criticize because I called and submitted my complaint and I was greeted very nicely and a new delivery was sent to me, of course at no additional cost. Great service should have asked for the name I spoke to on the phone but it sounded like a 25-30 year old man. Been the right brother💪

Improvement noticeable!!!🥳 Report of the last visit on 10/22/24: -My friend's burger with taste after FEATURES🤢 -staff incompetent😡 -long waiting time (despite the store)🤯 -Shop completely messy🫣 (see picture 1.) -No use of disposable gloves in the kitchen🤢 Report of the visit on February 5, 2025: Today's visit was neither disgusting nor extremely nerve-wracking. The communication with the employee was somewhat acceptable and it was at least possible to place the order at the checkout even without an ordering machine.👍 I've had better taste in other branches, but the term edible here is a significant improvement!👍 The waiting time today was refreshing and normal excellent!!(see picture 2.)👍 The problem of a lack of hygiene has remained despite the improvements mentioned! Gloves are still not worn when preparing food, which personally shocks and disappoints me.👎 That's grotesque to me! Conclusion: I am pleased with the improvements and after my report my friend dares to go to the store again and wrote a more detailed review of the visit on October 22nd, 2025. Unfortunately, the only thing that helps is the hope of no stomach problems or side effects with the current issue of missing disposable gloves.🫤

Tasty burgers readily available for lunch, if you are in the office region nearby! Makes for a nice walk to pickup lunch, or you can order directly to the office.
