Bad service, old burgers and relatively unhygienic

Yesterday evening I ordered 20 chicken nuggets twice and they said on the Lieferando app that they would be there in 5 minutes. I waited a whole hour more and no one came. That's not very rude and disrespectful to the customer!!!

Waited 10 minutes for 2 coffees. Update: Coffee so hot you could melt metal in it. Despite blowing, it took 20 minutes before you could even begin to drink it and unfortunately it didn't taste good at all - very bitter (wrong temperature set?) I'll go back to my trusted fast food chain in the future...

Food like any Citizen King restaurant. Alright, quick and freshly prepared. It was absolutely incomprehensible that on this Sunday the outside temperature was around 34 degrees and the air conditioning was turned off.

Air conditioning could be set a little higher at 32C. Relatively empty here at 11am 😉 Food was okay, freshly prepared because I'm here alone... There is a fire extinguisher hanging at the exit, but there is no signage. Bad in an emergency. Please correct😉

Rude woman at drive-in counter. The new burgers were ordered on 8/11/24 once plant based and beef as a menu, drinks were warm, WARM, fries half raw and old!! The burgers were ok, the nuggets were old!! The store is disgusting. Burger King should be banned, now I know why I never eat there. I'll get the money I paid for old crap back for €33!!!!! Simply disgusting, the employees even drink from the drinks dispenser with the pet bottle they brought with them. Another employee comes from smoking and prepares hamburgers. The lady at the checkout is completely rude and uninterested. This branch should actually be closed.

It's very disgusting how food is handled there - one employee even filled up his private PET bottle at the front of the drinks dispenser and touched the device in the process. The other comes from smoking outside and is preparing wooper. Guys, that's not possible, it's just disgusting.

Ordered from Lieferando and waited over 2 hours for my order and then the food came: Burger cold, the wrap was broken and the fries weren't even in there. - 3.49€ for delivery and - 0.99€ for the “service” What a joke!

Unfortunately I can't rate the food because it was delivered cold after almost 2 hours and I sent the driver away with the delivery. Ordered 7:48 p.m. delivered 9:38 p.m. Even though I called in between. I was put off and lied to. They said the driver would be there soon. The order backlog said: still being processed and not being delivered. I've never experienced anything like that. There is no Guinness book for food delivery. Burger King would be number one. This is super embarrassing. Ordered for €40. Never order from Burger King again.

Nach über 30 Minuten noch kein Essen bekommen obwohl die Burger schon 25 Minuten in der Auslage lagen. Völlig unfähiges Personal. Ein Chef war natürlich nicht zu sprechen. Langer Kampf bis ich mein Geld zurückbekommen haben.

I ordered 2 hours ago via the BK app, the store is 10 minutes away by car! I can't reach anyone in the store, let alone my food was delivered, the nice lady from support can't reach the store either and said if the food arrives cold I should refuse to accept it! I will do this too, just embarrassing how BK and their delivery service works these days

Paid €42 for waste. 2 burgers were hard so the lid was completely soaked. The paper was completely stuck to the citizen. Just been ready for the trash and still collected a lot of money. Drink is also very dubious what happened there (see picture). Citizens went straight into the trash so no picture. Dear management, see that something like this doesn't happen because you pay money for it and you certainly won't be ordering here again. Better go to McDonald's. -minus stars would be the correct rating.

I order to eat here and Beckamm a bag and when asked if I can get a tray Beckamm the answer is we don't have one. Then I politely asked if Beckamm could go to the tables and the answer was we don't have any people for that. I think it's a total impudence to turn away customers like that. I come from the catering sector myself and that wouldn't have existed for me back then.

Not recommendable!! Very poor quality of the burger! Meat was lukewarm and the vegetables in the burger were cold and limp. Also, the meat had weird spots (like little craters). The fries were also cold and simply inedible! I don't recommend the restaurant to anyone!!

After 20 minutes and the monitor failed, I had to ask for my order to be processed using the coupon. A “boss”? who only grumbles and negatively yells at the employees from behind in front of all the customers......never again BK on Schwieberdinger Straße....

Was in the drive today... first wrong burger and then cold but there was so much going on that I didn't feel like waiting another 15 minutes for 2 burgers (cold burger) and instead of the curly fries there were normal fries but the sour cream dressing was charged extra ... I know why I don't go there often anymore and now it's probably going to be a long break!!! Make your own burger 👍 Sad and for 18 euros...

Unfortunately, the same incident happened three times in this branch. I understand that the employees are stressed when there is a lot going on, but the products prepared do not correspond at all to the products pictured.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. I bought food for €43. A complete burger for €8 was missing, the fries were with jalapenjos instead of onions, and the fries were also dry. Another burger was ordered without onions and with cheese, but none of that was taken into account, and it also tasted old and dry. I will never leave a cent of my money there again and I advise everyone else to do the same.

Auch zweite Chance unterirdisch schlecht beim Lieferservice. Nach geschlagenen 2 Stunden Wartezeit kamen kalte Pommes und Minihamburger an. Kein Wunder dass bei Barzahlung immer kommt „ Bestellung wurde storniert“ Funktioniert nur mit Karten. Für diesen Service hätte ich bei Barzahlung die Bezahlung verweigert. Lieferservice lieber bleiben lassen.

The food was ordered via Lieferando at 4:18 p.m., prepared at 4:28 p.m. and not delivered until 6:20 p.m. I tried to call 3 times after an hour, but of course no one picked up. Instead of preparing the food from scratch, it was left standing for 2 hours and then delivered, and of course it was cold and soggy. When I asked the employee about it, he said he only started at 6 p.m. and before that the food had been standing there motionless for 2 hours. At least Lieferando came to meet me and refunded the money and issued a voucher.

Vor Jahren gab's über diesen Burger King ja schon Skandal Berichte. Auch ich war schon desöfteren vom Service und Essen enttäuscht. Aber jeder bekommt eine weitere Chance. Hier waren es wohl zu viele. Was soll ich sagen..........15 Min. Wartezeit, zum Bestellen/Bezahlen und Essenszubereitung, von einem Big King Burger. Und es war nicht mal viel los. Drei einzelne Personen waren vor mir, hatten schon bestellt und bezahlt, bis ich nach 10 Minuten Wartezeit und mehrmals nachfragen auch bestellen durfte. 2 wild umher hüpfenden Damen für Kasse und verpacken. In der Küche hat man eine Dame gesehen (ohne Handschuhe hat sie die Essen zubereitet!!!) und gehört, sowie einen Mann lautstark vernommen. Irgendwie passte die ganze Kommunikation von vorne bis hinten nicht! Ein Herr, der schon vor mir einen Teil seiner Bestellung bekam durfte sich als ich schon längst mit meinem Burger fertig war über die Lieferung seines fehlenden Burgers freuen. Er war mit allem anderen schon längst fertig und entsprechend gelaunt. Man hatte ihn schlicht vergessen! Möchte nicht wissen, wie es hier mittlerweile abgeht, wenn wirklich mal viel los sein sollte?! Lätschig hat mein Burger auch noch geschmeckt und war nur Lauwarm!!! Ob die Shake Maschine wohl im Sommer wieder genau so oft kaputt sein wird, wie in den letzten Jahren ? Oder in der Mittagszeit gereinigt wird ??? Und wenn se mal funktionierte, war's ja *immer* ein Schoko Shake, mit den resten aus der letzten Shake Bestellung! Wie z.B. Erdberr etc. . Natürlich sehr lecker !!! Achtung Ironie!!! Und wenn man auf den Fehler hingewiesen hat, gab's außer nem blöden Blick noch n entsprechendes Gemurmel dazu. Dieser Franchise Laden ist sehr nahe dran, den Kollegen am Frankfurter Hbhf von Platz 1, des schlechtesten BK's, bei dem *ich* jemals war, abzulösen. Zumindest war der Essensbereich sauber.

Sorry, but you want my opinion. Since my husband is a fast food junkie, I have to go there with him. But this Burger King is just sad 😢. Sometimes the intercom doesn't work, or the people simply don't understand. When I still ate fast food, or at Burger King, I would regularly feel sick when I ate something there. In addition, the burgers were only lukewarm and not freshly prepared. Then you want an ice cream shake “the machine is broken” almost every time. Went there twice, the staff was extremely unfriendly, the food was disgusting 🤢, my burger was soaked in fat, the meat was gray and the fries tasted rancid. We were regular customers here for a long time via the drive in because it was a good option after the late shift. Went in for the first time yesterday to eat inside. Unfortunately, hardly any of the employees inside understood us and ordering was difficult. Afterwards we were allowed to watch as our burgers were prepared without gloves, everything was literally slapped on top and then thrown forward. Was a bit uncomfortable. Then while eating there was a shock: a pebble was baked into the country potatoes?! We complained and we were not taken seriously, rather laughed at. “Delivered like this” ok but where does that make it better? Something like that is written down, you pass it on and then you order somewhere else Honestly really disgusting You don't generally expect much from fast food restaurants, but it doesn't have to be that way

Something is forgotten every time, even if you have to wait over 20 minutes. The burgers and fries were lukewarm and just thrown together like that. Wrong ingredients, unfresh food and simply unpleasant.

Because of the staff, this branch is far away from "fast food" waiting times of 20 minutes. Despite ordering at the self-service terminal and paying by card... Burgers taste rather below average. There is no emphasis on politeness. Absolutely not recommended.

Today I decided to stop by Burger King, especially since I haven't been to that branch yet. Well, that's a terrible place. The staff has no idea how to prepare a burger from their own menu. I waited a long time for the staff to figure out what King Whiskey BBQ Beef was. it's just terrible. Coughing staff prepare orders without masks or gloves. It is better not to go to the toilet at all. This is the lamest Burger King branch I've ever been to. I definitely cannot recommend this place.

Absolut unfreundliches und inkompetentes Personal! Die Dame war nicht in der Lage ihre Kasse zu bedienen und wollte über das doppelt kassieren. Auf die Reklamation regierte sie mehr als dreist! Dann bin ich eben ohne zu essen gegangen.

Ich war vor einer Woche mit meiner Familie dort , das Personal ist total überfordert , alle arbeiten durcheinander an den Bestellungen daher fehlt grundsätzlich was , geht man mit nem falschen Burger hin , wird noch diskutiert … Ich stand an der Theke und konnte gut in den Zubereitungsbereich schauen . Ein Mitarbeiter hat einen Burger zubereitet , Käse zusammen gerollt in den Mund gesteckt , Finger abgeschleckt und weiter gemacht . Alle arbeiten ohne Handschuhe. Alles nicht sehr hygienisch liebe Burger King Team

Schön übersichtlicher Laden, aber war ziemlich kalt. Musst du mit Jacke essen? Drinne?

Halt ein BK... kann man mal machen. In die Küche schaue ich da nur ungerne, denn z.B. Handschuhe sieht man selten. Dafür hängen alle Fahrer etc. immer hinter dem Tresen ab. Naja.

Die mitarbeiterin war genervt und hatte vergessen das sie nicht als kunde da war sondern zum arbeiten.

Personal überfordert, obwohl keine 10 Kunden da waren, dauerte es 20 Minuten bis wir das Essen hatten, Burger waren kalt. Diverse Gäste hatten Reklamationen weil falsche Artikel oder etwas gefehlt hat. Tische dreckig, alle Rückgabestationen überfüllt.

Ich erwarte ja keine hoch motivierten Mitarbeiter aber bisschen freundlichkeit is nicht zuviel verlangt. Die sind so genervt die springen dir gleich ins Gesicht wenn du kp pommes bestellst. Ich hab dir nix getan? Sry das du dein Job machen musst.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Mussten unsere Burger leider reklamieren, da beide nicht heiß, sondern nur lauwarm waren. Das hat der Dame überhaupt nicht gepasst. Wurden richtig abgekanzelt. Schade. Das ist kein Kundenservice.

Wo fang ich an, wo höre ich auf? Vor 25 Jahren war ich in dieser Burger King Filiale das letzte mal. Diese Filiale war früher total anders. Schnell, höflich, sauber Gestern das erste mal wieder mit den Kids vor Ort gewesen und bitter enttäuscht wurden. Es ging schon mit dem Parken los. Da Burger King nun auch beliefert stehen auf dem Kundenparkplatz die VW UPś zur Auslieferung die leider da schon Platz weg nehmen, und auch Unfall Autos was dem Bild schadet. Beim Drive Inn ging erst einmal nichts mehr. Die Kunden warteten in der Schlange und vielen wurde es dort schon zu blöd und drehten um. Im Burger King selbst war eigentlich nicht viel los, was trotzdem viel Zeit kostete. Die Damen an der Kasse wussten zum Teil nicht einmal was sie tun müssen. Die Abteilung in der Küche war lustlos unterwegs - das sah man in jedem einzelnen Gesicht. Eine Frau vor mir stand nochmal nach ihrer Bestellung vom Platz auf, Ging an die Kasse und beschwerte sich das das Fleisch auf ihrem Burger fehlt. Ich verstehe ja, das mal eine Gurke oder eine Tomate fehlt, aber auf einem Cheeseburger das Fleisch! Gehts noch??? Endlich waren wir mit unserer Bestellung dran - nach etwa 25 Minuten anstehen. Ich weiß, es wäre vermutlich am Touchpad schneller gegangen etwas zu bestellen, aber das anstehen an der Kasse hätte ich trotzdem gehabt. Dann der Kracher: Fanta, Mezzomix, Wasser oder Shakes gibt es nicht. Nur Cola, Cola Zero oder Sprite. Entweder ausverkauft (an einem Freitag Abend ziemlich heftig) oder Maschine defekt. Ganz toll. Etwas positives muss ich sagen: Die Burger und Pommes schmecken immer noch so gut wie vor etwa 25 Jahren. Werde diese Filiale vielleicht mal wieder in 25 Jahren besuchen. Mal schauen was sich bis dahin alles ändert….

Essen war gut, Personal nett, aber die eine Frau an der Kasse durch die vielen Kunden etwas allein gelassen. 3 Sachen fehlten, Reklamation problemlos, aber hat so lange gedauert, dass das vorhandene Essen schon kalt war. Sollte nicht, kann aber bei einer Bestellung für 5 Personen schon vorkommen. Oh, und die Toiletten super. Geräumig, sauber, hell. Kontaktloses Spülen, Waschbecken mit kontaktloser Wasser- und Lufttrocknerfunktion.

Im restaurant gegessen. Direkt nach Abholung an der Theke waren die burger bereits kalt. Soßen bestellt und diese waren nicht lagernd, anstatt uns zu informieren, wurden diese einfach weg gelassen, obwohl wir diese bezahlt haben. Hier gibt es definitiv verbesserunsbedarf Essen ganz ok aber leider auch wie überall sehr teuer geworden

Leider waren wir mit unserem Besuch sehr unzufrieden. Die Wartezeit war viel zu lange und das Essen war kalt bei der Abholung. Wir haben einen Salat bestellt und erst beim abholen des Essens haben wir erfahren, dass es keinen Salat mehr gibt. Als Entschädigung gab es zwei Portionen Pommes. Das Personal war leider unmotiviert, schade.

Wir haben 20er Nuggets bestellt, 3 Eis eins mit Karamell und 2 Burger mit extra bacon und Röstzwiebeln. Man halte sich fest... zuerst wurden 2 Eis vergessen, dann sind wir raus gegangen und haben den Inhalt der Tüte überprüft. Es fehlten die 20er Nuggets und die Dips. Zu guter letzt habe ich dann beim verzehren der Burger gemerkt das dir röstzwiebeln und das Bacon im Wert von 2,80 gefehlt haben... da die schnippische Dame an der Kasse mir aber eine Portion pommes zu viel eingepackt hat hat es sich schlussendlich ausgeglichen. In den 25 Minuten, die wir auf unsere 3 Burger mit Pommes und Eis gewartet haben, sind 3 Leute gegangen, da Sie nicht bedient wurden. Wenn Ihr also hier essen wollt, bringt Zeit und gute Nerven mit mit müsst ihr wissen

Neu umgebaut, jetzt auch mit diesen Computer Terminals zum bestellen. Das Personal war damit völlig überfordert, als wir dann aber endlich unser Essen bekommen haben, war alles vorzüglich. Daher volle fünf Sterne 30 Minuten anstehen, vollkommen unfähiges Personal, total unmotiviert. Was für ein Graus. Lauter gelangweilte Mitarbeiter. Das Essen war OK, dennoch keine Empfehlung mehr.

Es waren nur 4 Tische belegt. Dennoch konnte nicht einen sauberer Tisch gefunden werden. Draußen waren alle Tische frei und auch da überall Essensreste und die Abfälle der Vorgänger Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nichts los aber keiner fühlt sich verantwortlich um mal etwas zu putzen. Sehr schade, Wie sieht es hier eigentlich aus wenn viele Kunden kommen

Das Essen ist ganz gut nur halt wirklich ohne liebe gemacht die Cola ist nicht wirklich gut schmeckt nur sehr süß aber ohne Kohlensäure aber im groß und ganzen kann man alles essen und trinken

Das nennen die echt durchgebraten , gerillt...!!!🤯 Der Burger ist fast kalt obwohl nur ein Kunde vor mir war ,ich also nicht lange warten musste. Ich freue mich schon auf den morgigen Durchfall 🤢.

Мені подобається цей ресторанчик, але цього разу, саме в цій локації був повний треш. Чекали пів години, не все замовлення укомплектували через збій в системі, поки розбиралися, то все вже було холодне і не смачне. Розібралися, перепросили, ми ще отримали й бонус від команди, але настрій було втрачено ... Напевно, то завищені очікування, оскільки ми обожнюємо Бургеркінг у центрі Вроцлава - це напевно, найкращий заклад з усієї мережі! Здається, там і смакує все надзвичайно, і армосфера неймовірна. Тут ми потрапили просто в місце, куди люди приходять поїсти. Чогось особливого не сталося( ще й збій в системі зіпсував смак улюблених страв...

Schon mehrmals hab ich nur warme burger bekommen.heute hab ich extra heiße burger bestellt.wieder nur warme bekommen. Wer weis wie lange die schon auf der Wärmeplatte liegen.Es interessiert die an der Theke nicht.Werde diese Filiale nicht mehr besuchen.

Ich bin beim Essen etwas verwöhnt und esse gerne etwas Gutes. Ich war mindestens 15 Jahre nicht mehr im Burger King. Also geschmacklich bin ich nicht überzeugt worden, Brötchen zu weich und nichts zum Beisen. Salat war frisch. Rindfleischpattie trocken und ohne Fleischgeschmack. Soße nicht zu definieren. Tomate hat Geschmack gehabt. Per Saldo nichts für mich. Das nächste Mal wieder in 15 Jahren
