Don't know if it was because I was there so late, but the burger was sticky and the fries were cold

Just a quick drive-thru for two coffees on the way to the Black Forest. Our colleague was so impressed by the young blonde service employee that we had to get two more coffees there on the way back.

Unfortunately, you are always cheated out of your money in the drive-in. I now always check whether everything I ordered is there. Unfortunately there is always something missing. Service that you pay for but unfortunately don't get.

Wanted a cheeseburger without onions and without mustard. I got both. Staff very unmotivated and very rude.

Unfortunately I waited forever for the order. Then cold food was brought to the table. Burger cold, fries rancid and full of black spots, nuggets cold. At least the cola was as ordered. Shop very dirty inside…

Unfortunately, the bouncer didn't speak German and didn't let us in even though the opening hours were until 1 a.m. We were then directed to the MC Drive. Are now pissed off at the competition.

Great burger, the Royal TS is really recommended. Tried the burger at many McDonald's chains, but only the one in Tamm tastes best, so grab it people.

Anything but okay. I was there with my family on Saturday and it was just horrible. Food was delivered incorrectly and then cold, despite repeated complaints this didn't help. On the contrary, they became increasingly unfriendly and the team seemed very overwhelmed. The grand finale was that I was told a lie to my face that I wanted to get my godchild a milkshake and then they said the ice cream machine was broken. Strangely, the customers in front of me and after me were all running around with ice cream... it couldn't have been more outrageous ... first and last visit to this branch!

Unfortunately, I've now lost the desire to order anything else here. Every time I order takeout something is missing. Once a sauce was missing, once a burger and once a completely wrong order. Now I come home and see that a coupon was charged €14.98 even though it costs €9.99. It's sad that you have to check every single step on site and can't trust that everything will be fine when you get home. Now you not only have to check the order but also the invoice.

I have to say, I have never seen a McDonald's that was so clean. The service staff were always there and cleaned up immediately and were super friendly. As I said, I haven't seen anything so positive in a long time!

Everything was deployed correctly. Everything OK. Special praise for the clearing service. Quick clearing of the empty packaging. 👋

This is actually our regular McDo.....otherwise everything is OK there......today after a 12 hour return trip we had dinner there with the children as a reward, 4 people = 47€..... .only thanks to the voucher coupons 😜 but it was proven that ketchup was missing once.....and Zack, a huge drama.....due to once ketchup with a turnover of 47€......hard to believe... ..unfortunately

Nice little McDonald's. There is the usual, nothing special. Employees are usually nice, but not in individual cases. Actually quite nice.

We were there at lunchtime today and it was a complete disaster, back then a perfect team was put together, the current one only speaks in their national language and we were simply ignored and left standing at the checkout for 30 minutes - the kids can't be serious Were hungry and then went to Burger King and won't go there again as long as the service isn't right...

3 out of 4 machines don't work properly and this has been going on for a few weeks. It's a shame that this isn't taken care of either.

1 of 4 swlfservice Monitors work (it is slow and crachea but at least it was working), but the card reader didnt work. So you had to pay with an employee to get one i wait around 30min and then needed to order again cause the system chrashed. Same btw if you try it with the app. One server just went to me asked what i wanted and then ran away doing smt else leven me standing. All in all badest service and longest waitingtime i ever had.

So, this Mc is just a nonsense, people can't speak German, devices are broken and irresponsible. I could tell you more but I'll say one thing: there's Burger King next to it and it's better there.

First of all, it is unacceptable to have such slow ordering machines in 2024 with 3 seconds delay after you touch the screen. Second, menu price raising from 8 to 12 euro in 1 year! Wooow

Very friendly, nice staff, the food was tasty, very nice music in the background: hip hop, reggae dancehall, Brazilian music (Lambada). Enjoyed the stay.

Was a surprise visit for a friend's child. What initially started well came to an abrupt end. Food okay - you can argue about it... Service worse than ever. Terminal only worked after a long wait. There were no cards for table service... So we decided to go outside. After a few minutes, more and more rats came over from the grass verge opposite, probably looking for food. They walked past us completely naturally, one even disappeared into the wall paneling right next to our table...

A McDonald's to get used to. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. We were on the way home from a short vacation and wanted to go to McDonald's again after a long time to have a quick coffee. First the first order terminal doesn't work. Then to the second. By the time the order of a cappuccino, hot chocolate and ice cream was completed, I could have placed the order at the counter multiple times if there had been staff there. Then this small order showed up on the monitor for pickup, but it hadn't been produced yet. Larger orders were only completed after I placed them. Everything was poorly organized, a lot of confusion, no overview of the orders.

I waited 14 minutes for a coke and ice cream and it was very unclean and above all they want to sell fries that are over 10 minutes old, it's terrible, I'll only go to Bürger King in the future because it can't get any worse, it got worse, I think I'm in kindergarten, or dating show, what a disaster, never again

Excellent if you have little time available, now they also give away glasses if you order a menu.

So normally my fiancée and I are always happy there. Yesterday we quickly grabbed something to take away. Both are coming off the pot today. Long story short, colonic irrigation was free.

Unfriendly staff. You ask a normal question and the woman is immediately annoyed. There is still time to talk to colleagues for ages.

I have never been greeted and served so warmly at a McDonald's. 1000 points for the friendly older employee with glasses at the checkout!!!

Really leaves a lot to be desired! Burgers carelessly thrown together, tables dirty and sticky. If Ronald McDonald could see what was being done to his Big Mac, he would cry. I would prefer to give no star at all.

The food was absolutely bottomless for the rats and the atmosphere was absolutely hopeless, so the nice people couldn't save it anymore.

First customer 4 customers were brought forward and came later than me. Ordered Milka MC Flurry, got the wrong ice cream, magic Flurry tasted like... Ordered Coca Cola, got Zero... doesn't work at all Staff completely unfocused. Not recommended!

Order terminal. Out of 4, one is out. One doesn't work and the response to input is very delayed. In addition, they do not have Windows activated. The tables are all dirty, sticky and smeared. Very disgusting.

Underground. Okay, there was a lot going on. Okay, the employees were stressed. But when all the tables are dirty and you ask an employee if she could please wipe a table and then you get an unfriendly answer: "I don't have time". A clean table is the minimum you should expect.

I'm extremely positively surprised. The order went quickly. Everything was delivered to the table and everything was still hot. Top performance despite being very busy. Despite the stress, the employees are on their toes and very friendly. My best experience at McDonald's in a long time.

What should you evaluate? Open the app, type in the order, go in to pay and 5min. take food later. CONCLUSION: it was hot and everything was in the bag

RAT ALERT! I got HELP the week before last from the GARAGE in front of the MC DONALDS where MC DONALDS STORES GOODS -- in front of the MC DRIVE ENTRANCE I SEE 4-5 RATS RUN OUT THE GARAGE WAS HALF OPEN _ Exterminator hunters please immediately!!

It was quick but unfortunately we were dissatisfied. Curly fries were cold. Mc was cold and not beautifully prepared like back then. Nuggets were no longer as they used to be, otherwise they were always crispy. It's a shame and it's a shame to pay so much money for it. The saleswoman noticed that she wasn't interested and we were there at 3 p.m.

Food as always. If anything is consistent it's Mac food :) I personally don't like the new facility anymore. Looks very clean and uncomfortable. Ordering only wanted via the terminals.

Im Juni 2023 und auch im September 2023 kein Tischservice möglich. Keine Strohhalme. Ambiente ist angenehm.

Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich. Es wurde die Hälfte der Bestellung vergessen. Nachdem man darauf hingewiesen hatte wurde man pampig angemacht. Tische waren verschmiert und klebrig. Der Wagen für die Tablettrückgabe überfüllt und ewig nicht mehr geleert und gereinigt worden. Über den Boden wollen wir erst gar nicht reden... Es liegt überall Müll und dreck. Ekelhaft der mc beim Breuni! P.s war nicht das erste mal so...

Tische und Böden teils schmutzig. Grauhaarige Dame an der Kasse unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Auf normale Fragen reagiert sie arrogant und genervt. Hab ihr gleich mal die Leviten gelesen. Lasse mir so etwas nicht gefallen.

Good, Quick Service. Went on Christmas Day because I was too lazy to cook. From the time I made my order 'till I was eating was 5 minutes, I found this remarkable because we ordered varied meals for three big eaters and the place was crowded with in diners and the drive through was fairly busy too, despite that we got our meals quickly and correctly.

Die Shake-Maschine ist in 8 von 10 Fällen "defekt". Die Pommes sind in 9,5 von 10 Fällen lätschig (weich). Die Burger fast immer lauwarm. Das Getränk war heute etwa zu 2/3 gefüllt. Der Preis ist mittlerweile ziemlich und wird, im Gegensatz zur Leistung voll verlangt. Dass das Personal freundlich ist, ist schön aber nicht meine Motivation zur Systemgastro zu gehen.

Ein sehr ordentlich geführter Betrieb, der auch bei großem Kundenaufkommen die Lokalität sauber hält.

Sauberer und nicht überfüllter MC Donald's - die Angestellten sind freundlich, das Essen wird rasch serviert und ich bin zufrieden.

Für den Hunger zwischendurch, und für die Kids, Top! Nach dem sie auf dem Platz umgezogen sind und neu aufgebaut, ist viel besser! Man merkt den kleinen Unterschied zu manch anderen!

Nichts besonderes aber ganz OK für einen MC Donalds.

Hatte diesem McDonald's lange gemieden wegen dem schlechten Ruf. Dann doch mal eine Chance gegeben bei der 3ten Bestellung fehlten Artikel. Dann bei der 5ten 7ten und 9ten. Ich beschwere mich nicht bei der ersten falschen Bestellung aber das Nervt mich nun total so das ich diesen McDonald's nicht mehr besuchen werde. Feedback habe ich per e-mail auch gesendet und würde zu einem Menü eingeladen, nein Danke ihr seht mich erstmal nicht wieder. Fast jede 2te Bestellung trotz Vorbestellung per App falsch ist eine Negative Leistung die seines gleichen sucht.

Ist halt nen McDonald's, aber das Personal war trotz später Stunde noch freundlich und ich bin sogar mit einem Mitarbeiter ins Gespräch gekommen.

Es könnte sauberer sein. Die Qualität des essen war durchschnittlich, die Bestellung super schnell fertig. Die Möglichkeit zur Vorbestellung per App von unterwegs ist eine tolle Sache

Essen scheckt wie bei jedem McDonalds. Der Service ist hier ebenfalls gleich schlecht wie in allen Restaurants der Fehr KG.

Der vorgeschriebene Euro-Behinderten-Schlüssel passt nicht zum BehindertenWC, auf extra Nachfragen wird das BehindertenWC zwar geöffnet doch wurde auch gesagt, dass dieses Problem in jeder McDonald's Filiale vorherrschen soll weils "so eingebaut wurde". Da muss McDonald's dringend nachbessern, das ist nicht sinnvoll wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Bedienung war sonst ok, Sauberkeit war ebenfalls üblich ok. Doch das mit dem BehindertenWC war ärgerlich, und dann noch die dumme Antwort dazu.....

Unordentlich berühren Köche Essen ohne Handschuhe, öffnen Türen, Mobiltelefone und grillen dann Hamburger. Ich werde dort nicht noch einmal essen.

Te druk vlak na 20.00 (sluitingstijd shopping center). Wachtrij tot buiten. Ook geen milkshakes... maar de kassa-dame bracht het wel goed.

War heute mit meiner Enkelin dort. Sie wollte natürlich nach draußen, zum "Spielplatz". Die Tische waren dreckig und es stank nach alten Zigaretten. So gar kein Ambiente für Kinder. Das Essen war okay. Aber ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass Konzept Getränke ohne Deckel draußen zu trinken kommt ganz schnell an seine Grenzen, wenn die ersten Wespen auf die Getränke zusteuern... Also alles in allem kein schöner Besuch.

Die Tische waren zum Teil nicht sauber und bei anderen Kunden hat die Selbstbestellung nicht funktioniert, davon war ich selbst nicht betroffen. Ich war gegen 22- 23 Uhr dort und bekam mein Menü schnell und warm.

War erstmals hier gewesen. Der Außenbereich ist sauber und gut beschattet. Das Essen wurde zügig zubereitet und war warm. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und nett, sie brachte die noch nicht fertigen Essenteile an den Tisch. Können wir bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Ich bin schon einmal gekommen und musste wegen Chaos weg gehen. Ich habe heute noch mal probiert und habe einen McFlurry bestellt . Es war schon fast flüssig. Ich musste so schnell essen, dass mir der Kopf weh getan hat . Ich werde nie wieder in dieses McDonald's Restaurant kommen .

Besser als der sehr gute (!) McDonald's in Bietigheim-Bissingen. Fläche ist eben etwas breiter und so kommt es größer vor. Ambiente gerade zu Weihnachten und Co wirklich schön. Essen auch frisch und meist noch heiß/warm, was neu Pommes ja nicht immer der Fall bei McDonald's ist
