Once again another McDonald's on my list that accepted us well and like every other McDonald's, Dotty and I were very satisfied. What's also interesting is that I really got the best Big Mac I've ever eaten at a McDonald's, at least in terms of assembly, it looked really good, the staff is friendly and otherwise there's nothing to complain about

It's strange that now all burgers are half the size they used to be, but much more expensive.

Toilets dirty and urinals full of ice cubes. Tables dirty fries cold and the chips too salty. Table service was specified via the app but it wasn't brought to us. You're just being watched stupidly. Once and never again!

Anyone who doesn't attach great importance to getting what they ordered will feel comfortable here. Water was missing Sweet and sour sauce was missing Ketchup was missing twice Fanta instead of apple spritzer Cola instead of special and the order taker was unfortunately not particularly friendly. Too bad!

The woman at Mc Drive is very dissatisfied and rude, she leaves the window without saying goodbye, gossips with arrogant looks, that's the 2nd and last time I want to meet these strange people! Juice shop

Chicken nuggets were very dry and hard, as if they had been left in the deep fryer for way too long. Unfortunately the burger wasn't good either.

Actually a nice McDonalds. The food is good, fresher than other McDonald's restaurants. The burgers are not flimsy and are really prepared just-in-time. However, the tables are extremely dirty and guests probably like to leave everything dirty. The service gives away the tablets, but no cloth is used to wipe the tables.

Unfortunately, uncleaned tables and toilets full of rubbish. Checks on the toilets and regular wiping of tables are urgently needed!

Price performance at McDonald's is right. It always tastes the way you know it (within a country). They're never the cleanest places and you should always check with larger orders because something can always go wrong. Especially important for take-away. But there were never any problems when something was wrong or missing.

For 2 days I've been getting stinky meat in my burger, it smells really strange, and today a day after ceaser salad there are also a lot of leaves in it that you can't eat anymore, I don't get anything in compensation, to be honest I'll never eat with you again ,!

Just a quick drive-thru for two coffees on the way to the Black Forest. Our colleague was so impressed by the young blonde service employee that we had to get two more coffees there on the way back.

Great burger, the Royal TS is really recommended. Tried the burger at many McDonald's chains, but only the one in Tamm tastes best, so grab it people.

Anything but okay. I was there with my family on Saturday and it was just horrible. Food was delivered incorrectly and then cold, despite repeated complaints this didn't help. On the contrary, they became increasingly unfriendly and the team seemed very overwhelmed. The grand finale was that I was told a lie to my face that I wanted to get my godchild a milkshake and then they said the ice cream machine was broken. Strangely, the customers in front of me and after me were all running around with ice cream... it couldn't have been more outrageous ... first and last visit to this branch!

Unfortunately, I've now lost the desire to order anything else here. Every time I order takeout something is missing. Once a sauce was missing, once a burger and once a completely wrong order. Now I come home and see that a coupon was charged €14.98 even though it costs €9.99. It's sad that you have to check every single step on site and can't trust that everything will be fine when you get home. Now you not only have to check the order but also the invoice.

I have to say, I have never seen a McDonald's that was so clean. The service staff were always there and cleaned up immediately and were super friendly. As I said, I haven't seen anything so positive in a long time!

This is actually our regular McDo.....otherwise everything is OK there......today after a 12 hour return trip we had dinner there with the children as a reward, 4 people = 47€..... .only thanks to the voucher coupons 😜 but it was proven that ketchup was missing once.....and Zack, a huge drama.....due to once ketchup with a turnover of 47€......hard to believe... ..unfortunately

We were there at lunchtime today and it was a complete disaster, back then a perfect team was put together, the current one only speaks in their national language and we were simply ignored and left standing at the checkout for 30 minutes - the kids can't be serious Were hungry and then went to Burger King and won't go there again as long as the service isn't right...

1 of 4 swlfservice Monitors work (it is slow and crachea but at least it was working), but the card reader didnt work. So you had to pay with an employee to get one i wait around 30min and then needed to order again cause the system chrashed. Same btw if you try it with the app. One server just went to me asked what i wanted and then ran away doing smt else leven me standing. All in all badest service and longest waitingtime i ever had.

So, this Mc is just a nonsense, people can't speak German, devices are broken and irresponsible. I could tell you more but I'll say one thing: there's Burger King next to it and it's better there.

First of all, it is unacceptable to have such slow ordering machines in 2024 with 3 seconds delay after you touch the screen. Second, menu price raising from 8 to 12 euro in 1 year! Wooow

Very friendly, nice staff, the food was tasty, very nice music in the background: hip hop, reggae dancehall, Brazilian music (Lambada). Enjoyed the stay.

Was a surprise visit for a friend's child. What initially started well came to an abrupt end. Food okay - you can argue about it... Service worse than ever. Terminal only worked after a long wait. There were no cards for table service... So we decided to go outside. After a few minutes, more and more rats came over from the grass verge opposite, probably looking for food. They walked past us completely naturally, one even disappeared into the wall paneling right next to our table...

A McDonald's to get used to. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. We were on the way home from a short vacation and wanted to go to McDonald's again after a long time to have a quick coffee. First the first order terminal doesn't work. Then to the second. By the time the order of a cappuccino, hot chocolate and ice cream was completed, I could have placed the order at the counter multiple times if there had been staff there. Then this small order showed up on the monitor for pickup, but it hadn't been produced yet. Larger orders were only completed after I placed them. Everything was poorly organized, a lot of confusion, no overview of the orders.

I waited 14 minutes for a coke and ice cream and it was very unclean and above all they want to sell fries that are over 10 minutes old, it's terrible, I'll only go to Bürger King in the future because it can't get any worse, it got worse, I think I'm in kindergarten, or dating show, what a disaster, never again

The food was absolutely bottomless for the rats and the atmosphere was absolutely hopeless, so the nice people couldn't save it anymore.

RAT ALERT! I got HELP the week before last from the GARAGE in front of the MC DONALDS where MC DONALDS STORES GOODS -- in front of the MC DRIVE ENTRANCE I SEE 4-5 RATS RUN OUT THE GARAGE WAS HALF OPEN _ Exterminator hunters please immediately!!

It was quick but unfortunately we were dissatisfied. Curly fries were cold. Mc was cold and not beautifully prepared like back then. Nuggets were no longer as they used to be, otherwise they were always crispy. It's a shame and it's a shame to pay so much money for it. The saleswoman noticed that she wasn't interested and we were there at 3 p.m.

Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich. Es wurde die Hälfte der Bestellung vergessen. Nachdem man darauf hingewiesen hatte wurde man pampig angemacht. Tische waren verschmiert und klebrig. Der Wagen für die Tablettrückgabe überfüllt und ewig nicht mehr geleert und gereinigt worden. Über den Boden wollen wir erst gar nicht reden... Es liegt überall Müll und dreck. Ekelhaft der mc beim Breuni! P.s war nicht das erste mal so...

Tische und Böden teils schmutzig. Grauhaarige Dame an der Kasse unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Auf normale Fragen reagiert sie arrogant und genervt. Hab ihr gleich mal die Leviten gelesen. Lasse mir so etwas nicht gefallen.

Good, Quick Service. Went on Christmas Day because I was too lazy to cook. From the time I made my order 'till I was eating was 5 minutes, I found this remarkable because we ordered varied meals for three big eaters and the place was crowded with in diners and the drive through was fairly busy too, despite that we got our meals quickly and correctly.

Die Shake-Maschine ist in 8 von 10 Fällen "defekt". Die Pommes sind in 9,5 von 10 Fällen lätschig (weich). Die Burger fast immer lauwarm. Das Getränk war heute etwa zu 2/3 gefüllt. Der Preis ist mittlerweile ziemlich und wird, im Gegensatz zur Leistung voll verlangt. Dass das Personal freundlich ist, ist schön aber nicht meine Motivation zur Systemgastro zu gehen.

Sauberer und nicht überfüllter MC Donald's - die Angestellten sind freundlich, das Essen wird rasch serviert und ich bin zufrieden.

Für den Hunger zwischendurch, und für die Kids, Top! Nach dem sie auf dem Platz umgezogen sind und neu aufgebaut, ist viel besser! Man merkt den kleinen Unterschied zu manch anderen!

Nichts besonderes aber ganz OK für einen MC Donalds.

WC sind dreckig, Tische nicht abgewischt!
