McDonald's Restaurant in Ludwigsburg

The slowest kiosks in the world, positioned in such a way that it's almost impossible to get in. The place is very dark. Whether it's this particular McDonald's or company policy, I don't know, but they didn't have a single vegetarian burger. We only got something for the three kids; my wife and I cooked at home.

Food like everywhere else, staff friendly, decor pretty good.

The employees are very unfriendly every time I go there. I often order from the drive-thru. There's an old woman at the drive-thru who is so disrespectful. When you ask her something, she doesn't answer and just walks away. Or when you order something else, she always asks, "That's it, that's it." They look at you like you're killing someone in their family. The food is always cold. I'll never go there again. I prefer to eat at McDonald's in Kornwestheim. The staff there are friendly and very personable, and the food is always hot.

Too few staff, long waiting times and the terminals are blocked by children playing at them while the parents order at another one. The staff don't care, if they even notice.

I always find it completely overcrowded, which means it's always quite loud, never clean, and everything sticky. The restrooms were at least somewhat clean. But not much goes right in this area. My recommendation: Kornwestheim.

Worst mezze ever, I've never had that before. Ordered several portions of nuggets. All were cold and tasted like they'd been sitting for half an hour. They came with unsalted fries. *Oof*

Maybe not so obvious in the photo. But everything here is sticky. Cleanliness or hygiene are nonexistent on a Sunday at 11 a.m. Fries arrived cold, and despite ordering online, the wrong item was brought to the table. The staff, however, were friendly and understanding.

The ordering system takes 5-10 seconds to respond after each selection. It sometimes jumps to different selection windows without you pressing anything. There's no indicator indicating when the food is ready if you're waiting outside. My order had two errors (the wrong sauce, and a side dish was no longer available, but you could have selected it). Unfortunately, with two menus, it was a poor result. The employee who distributed the food and cleared it away worked very quickly, and the people at the counter were friendly—that was the only positive thing.

I've been here several times now, and I don't know why I even came back after the first time. McDonald's Ludwigsburg manages to disappoint me every time. First visit: I order, wait, wait... my friends had already received their food. After 15 minutes, I decided to take my fate into my own hands and go to the counter. "We must have forgotten to order." – Aha. Second visit: I order a meal with the "McPlant Nuggets." Sounds simple, works at every McDonald's in the world. But not in Ludwigsburg. My entire meal arrives, except for the nuggets. I ask. The first employee listens to me but then ignores my request. The second one I asked tells me they'll be right there and I should just wait (I'm obviously very impatient after *only* standing at the counter for 20 minutes). The third one, whom I had to ask myself again, finally gives me nuggets – after the first bite, I realize – with meat. Great, thanks for that. So, I went ahead again, explained it again. Finally, I got the right ones (after the fourth!! attempt). By that point, I could have planted a field and harvested soybeans myself. Third visit: I ordered table service. I placed the sign prominently on the table, as it should be. After a while, I wondered why nothing was coming, and then suddenly heard my order number called out. So I went ahead – and was promptly yelled at for not coming right away. Don't you remember what table service means? Apparently not. If you want to do yourself a favor, avoid the Ludwigsburg McDonald's!

Food is dipped in fat - neither salted and as mentioned the fries and the chicken were fried so long that neither potatoes in the fries nor meat from the chicken can be tasted 😂 Catastrophe

We arrived at 7:00 a.m. According to Google Maps, the store was open at 7:00 despite it being a holiday. The door also said 7:00 a.m., but it wasn't open. An employee came at 7:00 a.m. and said they didn't open until 9:00 a.m. There were two other cars there besides us. Really bad.

Unfortunately, both the fries and curly fries are always pale yellow and not crispy. They need to be reworked! On the other hand, the idyllic outdoor area offers the sound of children screaming and a view of lower-class citizens of the so-called poster scene servicing and showing off their luxury cars in the car wash across the street.

I've been to this McDonald's several times and the food has always been good. Once, the drive-thru attendant and I had a really good laugh during the scooter promotion when I asked, "How much is the fish?" You could definitely tell the customer service had a sense of humor. The only downside is the restrooms, which are always dirty.

I went to McDonald’s today and had one of the worst experiences of my life. The shift manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. We had to wait over 20 minutes at the checkout, even though we pointed this out to him twice. His reaction was completely indifferent. After we finally ordered, guests who came after us got their food before us. It was obvious that he was deliberately keeping us waiting. I have never experienced such poor treatment. Visit on April 28, 2025 at 7:20 p.m. Never again!

Food is good. Only the tables should be cleaned more often and the touchscreen disinfected! The staff is friendly. The drive-in works well too.

Now it was really the last time that I ordered something in this restaurant. Missing products at the McDrive, no ice cubes in the drinks, the fries are often so old lately that you really can't eat them, often not salted at all, no napkins in the bags, no greeting, burgers that have been sitting there for ages and are still being sold. Now the milkshake was melted and foamy. Really bad. The employees need to be properly trained again and more attention must be paid to quality standards. McDonald’s actually has pretty strict guidelines if you stick to them. You simply shouldn't get stale products for the price.

Once again another McDonald's on my list that accepted us well and like every other McDonald's, Dotty and I were very satisfied. What's also interesting is that I really got the best Big Mac I've ever eaten at a McDonald's, at least in terms of assembly, it looked really good, the staff is friendly and otherwise there's nothing to complain about

Toilets dirty and urinals full of ice cubes. Tables dirty fries cold and the chips too salty. Table service was specified via the app but it wasn't brought to us. You're just being watched stupidly. Once and never again!

Anyone who doesn't attach great importance to getting what they ordered will feel comfortable here. Water was missing Sweet and sour sauce was missing Ketchup was missing twice Fanta instead of apple spritzer Cola instead of special and the order taker was unfortunately not particularly friendly. Actually a nice McDonalds. The food is good, fresher than other McDonald's restaurants. The burgers are not flimsy and are really prepared just-in-time. However, the tables are extremely dirty and guests probably like to leave everything dirty. The service gives away the tablets, but no cloth is used to wipe the tables.

Unfortunately, uncleaned tables and toilets full of rubbish. Checks on the toilets and regular wiping of tables are urgently needed!

For 2 days I've been getting stinky meat in my burger, it smells really strange, and today a day after ceaser salad there are also a lot of leaves in it that you can't eat anymore, I don't get anything in compensation, to be honest I'll never eat with you again ,!

Price performance at McDonald's is right. It always tastes the way you know it (within a country). They're never the cleanest places and you should always check with larger orders because something can always go wrong. Especially important for take-away. But there were never any problems when something was wrong or missing.

Great burger, the Royal TS is really recommended. Tried the burger at many McDonald's chains, but only the one in Tamm tastes best, so grab it people.

Anything but okay. I was there with my family on Saturday and it was just horrible. Food was delivered incorrectly and then cold, despite repeated complaints this didn't help. On the contrary, they became increasingly unfriendly and the team seemed very overwhelmed. The grand finale was that I was told a lie to my face that I wanted to get my godchild a milkshake and then they said the ice cream machine was broken. Strangely, the customers in front of me and after me were all running around with ice cream... it couldn't have been more outrageous ... first and last visit to this branch!

Unfortunately, I've now lost the desire to order anything else here. Every time I order takeout something is missing. Once a sauce was missing, once a burger and once a completely wrong order. Now I come home and see that a coupon was charged €14.98 even though it costs €9.99. It's sad that you have to check every single step on site and can't trust that everything will be fine when you get home. Now you not only have to check the order but also the invoice.
