Why are the burger bun halves cold and untoasted? What's the logic behind making burgers... but then serving them in cold white bread halves? When asked on site: "That's just how it is." What's less pleasant, however, is that the service staff speaks very little to no German. In the end, everything worked out, but at least one person who has direct customer contact should be fluent in German.

Can't really say anything against it. Tastes great, I've never been disappointed (McDonald's always manages to forget something) and the quality has been consistent for years!! Thanks again for that! The 2 stars (I'd give 5 for my previous experiences at KFC) are for today's lunch at KFC. I ordered the delicious new fries and a pack of cheese and bacon fries, which were super tasty <3 However, I then had to go to the bathroom constantly from about 3 pm to 9 pm, which I can only have caused from the food. I've never experienced anything like it. KFC isn't bad, but today's meal was. Sorry.

As always, great food, but unfortunately we had to wait 20 minutes and then two items were missing. Unfortunately, we only noticed it when we got home. Sure, it's our own fault, but still very annoying.

Everything was dirty. Tables weren't clean and some weren't cleared, trash cans were overflowing, restroom doors didn't lock and were very dirty. There was dirty flooring in the kitchen. The staff was overwhelmed. The order was sent out incorrectly, the crispy burger was missing. This was the worst experience I've had at KFC, and I've been to one many times.

I ordered two Zingers online, and five minutes later I was there. A run-of-the-mill order, then it arrived, and I waited over 10 minutes. It was quite a rush on a Sunday afternoon. Nevertheless, after spending a few minutes looking at the four or more finished Zingers on the counter, I stepped forward and asked what could be so difficult to put two of those things in a bag and hand them to me?! Without a word, my oh-so-heavy mega-order was handed to me. By the way, some of the last 20 reviews strike me as odd. They're short, written in weird German, and frequently mention a member of staff by name—that's very unusual.

Service was fast and the chicken wasn't warm. The large fries don't deserve their name, just like the bucket at KFC. Ten years ago, you could get three times as much for the same price. You couldn't see much out of the windows because of the smoke.
