Ich bin Stammkunde und muss zahlen teuer aber andere fremde Leute bekommen umsonst Sachen zu essen sogar die von der tankstelle neben dran bekommen alles gratis aber ich muss zahlen das ist unfair ab heute MC Donalds

Katastrophe der Laden. Bestellung wurde meinerseits abgebrochen da das EC Gerät 2x benutzt wurde und 2x angeblich die Zahlung nicht erfolgte, bein zweiten Versuch habe ich die Karte eingesteckt und den Pin eingegeben, auf dem Display war die Meldung Zahlung erfolgt, laut Mitarbeiter habe es wieder nicht funktioniert und ich solle es ein drittes mal versuchen. Ich habe dann die breits erhaltenen Produkte zurück geben und bin nach Vaihingen/Enz gefahren. Sollten tatsächlich Abbuchungen stattfinden werde ich diese Kommentar los zurück buchen. Ob technische Probleme oder Unwissenheit des/der Mitarbeiter das Problem sind kann ich nicht beurteilen, Mitarbeiter waren grundsätzlich freundlich aber auch wenig Klärungs bereit. Werde sicher nicht nochmal da hin fahren, Vaihingen ist deutlich stressfreier.

Die Qualität des Essens war überhaupt nicht gut.

​❌ Fast 2 Stunden Wartezeit – Trotzdem unakzeptabel ​Ich habe um 22:00 Uhr bestellt und die Lieferung kam erst um 23:40 Uhr an. Das ist jetzt leider schon mehrmals passiert. ​Wenn man es zeitlich nicht schafft zu liefern, sollte man so spät keine Bestellungen mehr annehmen. Wer will bitte erst kurz vor Mitternacht essen? Das Essen war zwar zum Glück noch warm, aber nach fast 2 Stunden Wartezeit vergeht einem mitten in der Nacht einfach der Appetit. ​Der Service ist für mich absolut unzuverlässig

Was soll ich sagen: Küchenschabe am Tresen, zwei Schichtleiter die nicht wissen warum Pluxee an der Tür steht man aber damit nicht bezahlen kann. Tische trotz bitte nur abgeräumt und nicht abgewischt. Der Laden steht vor Schmutz. Dann falsche Bestellung zusammengestellt nach ca 20 Minuten Wartezeit und 4x warme Getränke ohne Kohlensäure. Beschwerde an Kundenservice@burgerking eingereicht und eine Standard Antwort erhalten. Nie wieder Burger King!

Übel ! Wartezeit waren 17 Minuten !!!! Pommes und Curlies lätschig, chicken Nuggets sahen aus wie 2x frittiert und waren auch so trocken. Die Cola war lack, wurde dann auch neu raus gelassen, aber leider wieder genauso lack. Der Aussenbereich dreckig, alle Abräumständer voll. Das war mit Abstand das schlechteste Fast Food Restaurant das ich je betreten habe.

Nicht hingehen. Super langsam. 10 Minuten lang wurde überhaupt keine Bestellung innen bearbeitet. Die erste war dann falsch. Insgesamt habe ich 20 Minuten auf ein ganz normales crispy chicken Menü gewartet. Preis-/Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht mehr. Die Waschräume sind eine Katastrophe.

Guten Tag Burger King, danke für die Antwort. Zuerst Mal ein Lob, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das war früher nicht so und jetzt ist das Team super. Mich stören in erster Linie zwei Dinge, zum einen dauert es teilweise Ewigkeiten bis man sein Essen bekommt und das obwohl man teils als einziger bestellt hat und im Restaurant wartet und das größere Problem ist, dass man wirklich jedes Mal komplett seine Tüte kontrollieren muss weil höchsten 50% aller Bestellungen vollständig sind. Es fehlt ne Pommes, oder die Soßen. Vielleicht wurde auch ein Burger vertauscht. Und alles natürlich in eine Tüte gestopft damit man es schwer prüfen kann. Bitte nehmt euch die eine Tüte mehr, teilt die Menüs auf diese Tüten auf damit man als Kunde kurz einen Blick von oben hineinwerfen kann und dann passt das auch. Jeder darf Mal was vergessen, das ist nicht schlimm ich möchte es nur nicht erst daheim merken.

Absolute Katastrophe! Total unfreundliches Personal und dann bekommt man auch noch komplett falsches Essen.

Die „Dame“ am Drive in Schalter war sehr schlecht zu verstehen und äußerst unfreundlich. Noch dazu hat sie das falsche Menü gepackt und auf dem Burger nur Käse gelegt, obwohl es was ganz anderes sein sollte. Man sollte direkt nachprüfen, was in der Tüte ist. Service ist ein Fremdwort. Nie wieder! Sorry Burger King aber da kann Mäcces viel mehr.

Wartezeit Drive: 30 Minuten für nur 4 Fahrzeuge!

Am 16.03.2026 um 12.21 Kassen id :K3 hatte die Dame an der Kasse keine Lust auf die Arbeit sie antwortet mir nicht null hilfsbereit null engagiert echt traurig

Heute musste ich über 20 Minuten am Drive-Thru-Schalter warten. Es ging und ging nichts voran. Die junge Dame am Schalter hatte offensichtlich auch die Grundzüge von Benehmen vergessen und weder "Guten Abend", "Hallo", sowie "Tschüss" oder "Schönen Abend" gesagt. Ist das denn so schwer? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Nach etwas Zeit mal wieder heute zu BK am Breuningerland gegangen. Heute waren es 41 Minuten Wartezeit im DriveThru. Wenigstens war der Service freundlich. Aaaaaber... Bestellung wurde nicht verstanden, ich hatte plötzlich zwei Portionen Pommes und zwei Mal Cola auf der Rechnung. Hatte mich schon über die vergleichsweise hohe Rechnung gewundert. Als ich dann mal irgendwann mein Essen bekam, musste ich feststellen, dass mir das Falsche eingepackt wurde. Ich bin ohnehin kein großer Freund von diesem Standort (aber manchmal liegt's eben auf'm Weg), aber heute war es bisher für mich die größte Enttäuschung. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ich habe über Lieferando bestellt und wollte dem ganzen noch eine Chance geben aber das kann man in Zukunft vergessen. Essen = kalt Lieferung = viel zu spät Bestellung = komplett falsches Essen Preis = für das was man fälschlicherweise bekommen hat, zu viel gezahlt Service = keiner geht ans Telefon wenn man anruft um sich zu erkundigen was da schief gelaufen ist

15 min ohne Schlange im drive in

Lieferzeiten von bis zu zwei Stunden. Telefonisch niemand erreichbar. Teilweise sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Qualität des Essens ist mangelhaft.

Furchtbar! Es gibt nicht eine einzige Sache die positiv ist. Service ist schrecklich. Alle Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich und geben eine das Gefühl man hat etwas verbrochen obwohl man mir sein Essen möchte. Wartezeiten sind sehr lange zu Stoßzeiten. Heute stand ich 20 Minuten im drive in und es war nur ein Auto vor mir. Als ich die Mitarbeiter darauf ansprach warf man mir nur einen Todesblick zu und meinte: „Wir sind zu zweit“. Keine Entschuldigung oder auch nur ein freundliches Wort, aber auch das ist wohl zu viel verlangt. Die Burger sind regelmäßig kalt und lieblos zubereitet. Das ein Burger vertauscht wird kommt auch oft vor. Und wenn man mal etwas Neues probieren will wie die Döner Menüs, dann ist nichts vorrätig. Meine Bitte an alle Leser: Unterstützt so etwas nicht, es ist einfach nur respektlos gegenüber den Kunden und das darf man nicht unterstützen. Spart euch das Geld! Ich hungere eher als hier nochmal zu essen. Für mich war es das letzte Mal!

Da wartet man ewig auf sein Essen. Fast 2 std. Bekommt es kalt. Und dann sag ich zum fahrer ist das alles ja. Okay geht packen aus kids menu ohne Verpackung, kein Spielzeug dabei.Der Hot brownie hab ich bezahlt 4.49 Euro war auch nicht drin in der Verpackung. Habe angerufen keiner dran gegangen. Habe dem Fahrer noch Trinkgeld gegeben.

30 Minuten Wartezeit, viel zu wenig Personal, Tische voll mit Müll (weil es kein freies Regal zum zurückgeben gibt)

Absolute Frechheit was hier abgeht….meistens sind vormittags super Mitarbeiter da, 2 (vermutlich) indisch-stämmige Damen, eine etwas kleinere junge Frau und eine sehr freundliche Dame mit blonden Haaren…absolut super Personal!! Aber sobald die andere Besetzung da ist geht garnichts mehr…lustlos, im Schneckentempo, unfreundlich und vermutlich auch tatsächlich unfähig. Montag Nachmittag der 29.12.25: (hoffentlich wird diese Belegschaft dafür zur Rechenschaft gezogen) 1. Ich möchte wie jeden Tag in der Mittagspause schnell einen Burger bestellen und gehe an das Bestellterminal. 2. Ich schaue mich im Laden um und sehe mindestens noch 15 offene Bestellungen am Monitor, die Leute warten. 3. Erstmal versuchte ich mich noch verständnisvoll zu zeigen, es kann ja immer mal sein dass es unvorhersehbare Ausfälle etc gibt und daher die Personalsituation schlecht ist 4. Spätestens in dem Moment, in dem ich die Mitarbeiter bei der Arbeit beobachtet hab, war es rum mit jeglichen Verständnis!!! Der Laden ist voll, die Kasse klingelt und die Mitarbeiter bewegen sich wie Rentner beim Sonntagsspaziergang im Park. Schritttempo vergleichbar mit einer Schnecke und die Lustlosigkeit förmlich ins Gesicht geschrieben!! Das Ende vom Lied war, dass ich nach 30 Minuten Wartezeit den Laden ohne meine Bestellung verlassen musste, da die einzige Pause die ich hab bereits vorüber war. Die Bestellung wurde wohlgemerkt bereits bezahlt!! Ich hoffe, dass man mir hierfür eine Entschädigung zukommen lässt oder anderweitig eine Lösung hierfür findet. Ansonsten werde ich dann wohl mein tägliches Mittagessen nebenan bei McDonalds holen müssen.

Leider war mein Besuch bei diesem Burger King eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Das Burgerbrot war extrem trocken, ebenso das Chicken. Es wirkte, als wäre das Chicken mindestens eine halbe Stunde alt, von Crunch in der Panade keine Spur. Auch das Eis war enttäuschend, da kaum Schokosauce enthalten war. Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte Qualität und absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

The food took far too long to arrive, and it was cold. The sweet and sour sauce was open. This is unacceptable!

Worst branch in the region, catastrophic conditions; one would have to write a book to list all the problems.

The staff here are completely out of control. I've never experienced such a slow drive-thru. You always have to wait at least 15 minutes. This has nothing to do with fast food.

The blonde cashier in the drive in today (at the 28th November 2025 12:30pm) was extremely rude. First she put our order in wrongly and insisting the piece is 60€ instead of the 25€ it actually cost. Very rude and incompetent staff.

Arber was the best employee, really nice. I will come again.

This branch doesn't even deserve one star. I waited about an hour for my order, only to receive cold fries and dry burgers. Very disappointing.

The most rude woman at the checkout I've ever seen. How anyone can afford such staff when there's a McDonald's just a few meters away, I have no idea.

The drive-thru has always been good there. They've remodeled the interior a bit, making it look nicer and more reputable.

The Burger King is located across the street. The restrooms are usually not cleaned when you visit. The food and service vary depending on the staff on the day.

The toilet wasn't really clean.

Food is prepared quickly. We didn't wait long. It was quiet and calm when we went. I recommend it.

Food is standard. Everyone has to decide for themselves. But if you need to go to the bathroom, you'd be better off going to Breuningerland. Last time I was there, they stank so bad. I felt really sick. Plus, the floor was covered in urine. Can't people aim? Update: The atmosphere has improved since the renovation. Unfortunately, they took over the McDonald's terminals. I haven't used the bathroom since. So I have no idea what it looks like there now. I prefer Breuningerland; the restrooms are bigger there.

This is the worst Burger King has ever served me. Simply disgusting. My friend confirmed this. There was too much ketchup and mayo in his burger; everything else was lost in the mix. "It's a real shame." We won't be returning here... and can't recommend this King!

The building is cold and the food is terrible and they don't wash their hands after smoking breaks

We entered the restaurant, but no one was there. The staff were outside smoking. When they returned, they immediately started cooking – without taking off their jackets or washing their hands. The food was bad: - The burger wasn't fresh, old, and tasteless. - It was as if I'd eaten a piece of pure pepper. - The fries were dry and tasteless, like sunflower seeds. - I had a stomach ache after eating. The restaurant was very cold and uncomfortable. I can't recommend this place, even though I actually like Burger King.

Absolutely unfriendly lady refuses to take orders. She only does it when she wants to, as a courtesy. Fortunately, the competition a few meters away is doing better.

I got an upset stomach because the food wasn't fresh.

We arrived at 11:04 p.m. and wanted to eat there. According to Google, opening hours were until midnight. The doors were closed, and we weren't allowed back in. Eating fast food would have taken too long. 😂 We were told to go through the drive-thru. Given the wait time at the drive-thru, we easily could have eaten our food in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the lady taking our orders didn't understand numbers either. I had to repeat the code from the app four times.

According to Google, it's open until midnight. The doors were locked at 11 p.m. Since there were still people inside, I waved at the window and was directed to the drive-thru with a gesture. So I walked to the drive-thru (no car with me) and waited in the rain for someone to answer me. That wasn't right either. The explanation was that they only had one in the kitchen and they closed at midnight. I was then able to eat my burger in the rain and watch the people inside eating who had arrived two minutes before me. It's hard to say whether the burger was good. It was definitely juicy thanks to the rain. It also made it impossible to use the restroom. I'd rather give out middle fingers here than stars. If I hadn't urgently needed something to eat, I would have left.

The meat was very dark to black and extremely tough. The burger was completely missing mozzarella, onions, and tomatoes – ingredients that, according to the picture, were included. Furthermore, there was no water or apple spritzer to choose from, which was disappointing.

Disaster – order was supposed to arrive in 30 minutes, but after over an hour, still nothing – and no one answers the phone. Never again!

Burger King offers very good and fresh food. I go there with my family once a week. On weekends, you can find sports cars in the McDonald's and Burger King parking lot. The staff at Burger King are always very friendly and even gave me free toys for the kids.

Overall, it's quite good, although they were a bit stingy with the sauce on the Long Chicken. Otherwise, the restaurant looks nice, but there's usually a lot of trash lying around in the parking lot. Since Burger King isn't responsible for the parking lot, you can hardly hold that against them. The exit from the highway takes longer than expected, especially when there's little traffic. The traffic lights along the way don't seem to be properly synchronized...

Please find a decent driver. I order from you regularly and my order has never arrived in full. This guy fails to bring my sauces (which I paid extra for) three times a week. How can someone be like that?

ATTENTION: HAIR IN THE FOOD!!!!!! I pointed out to the staff that there was a hair in my food, and they confronted me, saying I just wanted a new citizen, even though I already had a stomachache. The restrooms stink all the way to the entrance, so it's not worth a visit! The health department needs to be informed. P.S. The staff don't even speak German, and the women there have more body hair than I (the man) do.

Repeatedly forgetting drinks when ordering. Staff not exactly friendly. And despite the coupon, it's never actually the right price in the end. For example, you suddenly paid 3 euros more just for extra cheese on 2 pieces of crispy chicken? And Fanta was over. I didn't even get the Coke in the drive-in as a replacement

I've been a customer at the branch for years, but what happened to me today is absolutely disgusting. I wanted to order, then the woman said I should order at the terminal, she didn't have time, then talked animatedly with her colleague. After I asked that I would like to place an order, she simply ran to the back and ignored me. Customer friendly is zero. By the way, the store was almost empty. So no trace of stress.

We were eating there yesterday and wanted to take a burger with us at the end and pay in cash at the counter, then the saleswoman Ms. H. said she couldn't because she didn't have time. So that doesn't work at all, then just hire more staff so that it works smoothly. There are also people who only want to pay in cash. You will only lose customers.

We ordered a few things and there was a big king xxl menu, and it came with a hamburger, coke and fries but it was supposed to be big kid xxl and they didn't answer the phone anymore. + Delivery 1 and a half hour late

Good parking situation, food was ready quickly and tasted good. Ordering via the vending machine system works pretty well.

Food Burger King as usual, service well, restaurant small, loud and uncomfortable, air conditioning blows cold from the ceiling, it's better to just use drive in, or to sit comfortably, the Mac is recommended diagonally opposite.

I have no idea how they manage to provide every order incorrectly. There is always something missing! If you order a burger with extras, you might as well just throw your money out the window. The extra you paid definitely won't make it onto the burger.

I feel ripped off. I was refused payment at the checkout because it was obviously not possible. A minute later (through connection) something else worked. Preparation WITHOUT gloves!!!!!!

It's a shame... my hunger has won against me otherwise I would have left long ago. The poor three people who work themselves to death and the boss who rubs his hands and says great, the three of them throw the shop down and make me rich. The people come there to nothing because they are simply unoccupied.!!!

Food was fresh at the drive in.

Ordered the regular meat patty and got the vegan patty instead. There was no response to the complaint and I was turned away. I won't come here to eat again.

Up until now I've always had the right thing in my bag at this Burger King. At the one in Murr or in Ludwigsburg my order and what was in the bag was NEVER correct.

Service is bad. Long waiting times at the counter, customers are ignored even though the restaurant is not very busy. The staff is unmotivated and not friendly. Burger was lukewarm!!! This Burger King is not recommended.
