Overall top 🤩 Very clean at 8pm and all hell broke loose. Eating took less than 5 minutes 3 menus ordered with extras.

I'm horrified! The staff is simply unfriendly and orders are prepared incorrectly every time. It often takes more than 15 minutes before you can place your orders at the checkout because the staff is obviously overwhelmed. I was there yesterday at 9.30 p.m. I've never seen anything so unfriendly. I want to order at the checkout because the vouchers don't work on the order display. The restaurant manager spoke to me in an unfriendly tone and asked me what I was doing at the checkout. I should order from those machines !!! Then I said that the voucher wouldn't work and he told me then there was nothing!! So please, how can someone like that be a boss? I've never been so unfriendly and I'll never enter this shop again!!

Went there twice, nothing seems to work, they don‘t take any coupons but also don‘t inform you about it, only once you have to pay. They don‘t offer any Smart Menues either. I feel as if they just don‘t know how to, and then say the mechanism is “out of order”. Dissapointed.

The fast food restaurant has been newly decorated. There are now attractive benches and tables. When we were there everything was very clean. Our fries hot and crispy. Whopper and Big King ok too. Could have been a little hotter. Friendly service staff who got off work shortly afterwards. So, all is well! See you soon !

Small and no tablets to order yourself

Meat had a strange burnt taste, it didn't taste like it had been grilled, rather than if petroleum/grill lighter had been poured over it. There was nothing going on but all the containers for the trays were overflowing despite the many staff.

So I imagine something different when it comes to a fast food restaurant. We waited 30 minutes to place an order. It doesn't work at all

One word - terrible! Waited 20 minutes for the order. After we asked when it was coming, the employees realized that we had forgotten it. Then the order comes and 4 of the 6 items came wrong. Of course cold. Additionally, there are no more toys in stock for the kids. When asked how that could be, the answer was dry: “That’s just the way it is.” Three women at the front of the checkout. 15 orders are processed at the same time and everything is mixed up. When you ask a question you get insulted, but as soon as you say something you get the answer "I'm not the boss". Then the “boss” actually came and his answer was “that’s just the way it is” in very bad German. Unfortunately you cannot rate with 0 stars. The store is a disaster!!!

Food ordered, 1 burger was missing, complaint was simply ignored and the bag arrived unsealed, at McDonalds the bag was stapled shut. theoretically even the driver could have taken the burger. Bad food here and bad service

I am more than disappointed. I have a whopper jr. Ordered from the menu, I got it ice cold, inside it wasn't even lukewarm. When I went to the checkout she just said that it was freshly made, then I kindly asked her to take the burger in her hand but unfortunately she showed no understanding. When I got the new burger it was simply warmed up & was completely full of moisture, the salad was limp and warm. I then complained about the burger a second time and was insulted by two waitresses who were more than unfriendly. The only positive thing is that I got €3.50 back. There is one star for the ambience because it has been renovated but unfortunately it is colder inside than outside & the guests all sit here with a jacket. The entire staff probably needs some training!

If you come here for an ice cream or milkshake or whatever. Forget it! The ice machine never worked no matter what time of day I was there. And the employees tell you again in a brusque manner. The only thing you can recommend are the fries. At least they are always there.

The food was only lukewarm even though it was supposed to be freshly prepared. There were only three people in there besides us. Oh well. This can be done better. Otherwise like many BK branches. Bare and spartanly furnished. It was clean.

20 years ago you were great, now it's just bad. Burger bun falls apart before you bite into it. Meat was on the grill a little too long. Cleanliness is a foreign saying. Absolutely not recommended

Good BK. A little bit run down on the outside but inside it's freshly renovated (2023). Friendly personnel, food was fine and warm. Easy parking. Many veggie options.

Personal freundlich, Toiletten leider unter aller Sau. Extrem dreckig, alles was leer sein kann, war leer 😕

Traurig 😞 Burger viel zu lang in der Auslage.Fleisch war trocken Brötchen schmeckten alt. Ambiente ist old school...Das mag ich 😄

Die neue Einrichtung gefällt mir. Schlicht und modern.

Eher unfreundliches Personal & mussten lange warten, bis wir das bekommen haben. Herr am Drive-In Schalter hat nichtmal gefragt was für ein Getränk wir wollen.

Die Herrentoilette ist eine Katastrophe! Beide Pissoirs defekt. Die Toilette ist so semisauber. Braucht man echt nicht . Ich habe noch nie ein so verbranntes Burgerpattie bekommen. Immerhin war die Frau an der Kasse nett.

Essen ist Standard. Das muss jeder selber wissen. Wer aber auf die Toilette muss, sollte lieber ins Breuningerland gehen. Beim letzten Besuch haben Sie so gestunken. Mir ist richtig übel geworden. Zudem war der Boden voller Urin. Können die Leute nicht zielen?

Heute musste ich über 20 Minuten am Drive-Thru-Schalter warten. Es ging und ging nichts voran. Die junge Dame am Schalter hatte offensichtlich auch die Grundzüge von Benehmen vergessen und weder "Guten Abend", "Hallo", sowie "Tschüss" oder "Schönen Abend" gesagt. Ist das denn so schwer? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ist eine Warteschlange dauert es echt lange bis man dran ist. Service unterschiedlich je nachdem von wem man bedient wird . Leider wird jetzt momentan zumindest nicht ausgeliefert. Das habe ich aber nur erfahren, da meine aufgegebe Bestellung im 1. Zug mit Email kam danke für ihre Bestellung und gleich danach ihre Bestellung wurde storniert. Das hatte ich nicht verstanden und rief die Service Nummer an. Kann man so etwas nicht kommunizieren, da heißt es nämlich gib Deine Bestellung nochmals auf es hat etwas nicht geklappt. Das ist in meinen Augen eine Entschuldigung Verarschung. Es nennt sich Schnellrestaurant sind 2 Personen vor einem wartet man ewig bis man seine Bestellung bekommt. Früher waren ständig 2 Kassen besetzt, heute immer nur 1 und es dauert.

Vom Essen her ist er auf jedenfall nicht der Beste. Wer hier ist hat es nötig, die Angestellten sind zwar sehr zuvorkommend und höflich aber in einem Lokal wo die Essensqualität nicht gut ist ist es nicht empfehlenswert zu essen.

Einer der Wenigen an der Autobahn, der immer Countryburger und Milchshakes hat.

Mitarbeiter Manuel sehr freundlich und sympathisch konnten schön mit ihm lachen und eine sehr schöne Charaktereigenschaft hat er! :)

Hat nicht viele sitzmöglichkeiten.Aber im drive in eine schnelle Bedienung.

Leider sind fehlt permanent was. Man muss höllisch aufpassen, dass man wirklich alles bekommt was man bestellt. Ich hatte bei jeder Lieferung und bei jedem Besuch vor Ort fehlende Produkte.

Versuche mich kurzzufassen. Samstag 29.07.2023 um ca. 19 Uhr. Am Drive-In-Schalter bestelle ich 3x die Nummer 151. Antwort des Mitarbeiters: "Geht nur 2x." Ich: "Warum?" Mitarbeiter: "Geht nur 2x." Ich schaue auf den Gutschein, aber über eine Limitierung ist nichts zu finden. Ich sage dem Mitarbeiter: "Dann bestelle ich jetzt 2x, komme rein und bestelle den Dritten." Gesagt, getan... Drin bestelle ich am Schalter, bei einer Dame, 3x die 151 - 3x um zu überprüfen, ob die Aussage am Drive korrekt war. Siehe da, garkein Problem. Ich verlange nach der Managerin und schildere ihr den Fall. Aussage der Managerin: "Tut mir leid, der Mitarbeiter ist noch neu." Die Entschuldigung fand ich gut, aber die Aussage, dass der Mitarbeiter neu ist, ist schlicht gelogen. Den Mitarbeiter hab ich schon mehrere Male, seit einigen Monaten gesehen. Als ich die Managerin darauf aufmerksam mache, dass der Kollege sicher nicht neu ist und wie es mit einem Gutschein aussieht, hat sie mir einfach den Rücken zugedreht. Zum Schluss sagte ich der netten Dame noch, dass ich die 151 tatsächlich nur 1x will, da ich sie schon 2x im Auto liegen habe - was ich vorher natürlich auch schon ausführlich geschildert hatte. Ich checke den Kassenzettel und sehe und staune... 4x die 151🤔🙈

Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, der Laden ist sauber und unser Essen war warm und sah frisch aus.

Not the beste Burger king, the food is not the best

Personal am Drive-In ist immer nett und bislang keine Fehler bei den Bestellungen! Holen gerne was zu Essen, wenn wir Bock auf Fastfood haben. Beim goldenen M werden ständig Fehler gemacht und das Personal ist oft unfreundlich.

Ein Burger King wie erwartet. 😉 Wurden schnell bedient und die Kids waren glücklich

Ist mein Stamm Burgerking aber der double Steakhouse ist aus dem Sortiment draußen.... Unfassbar

Am Drive In zweimal XXL - Menü bestellt. Milchshake als Getränk, wie fast immer Abends, nicht möglich. Nach 18 Uhr geht offensichtlich immer die Maschine kaputt ;-). Die Burger waren kalt und geschmacklich grenzwertig. Ich zweifele wirklich, ob das Fleisch noch frisch war. Salat teilweise auch bräunlich. Aber... die Pommes waren gut.

Heute mal wieder am Autoschalter bestellt und wie immer enttäuscht worden. Anstelle des Veggie Big King den normalen erhalten. Ein ander Mal fehlten die Pommes oder Beilagen. Falls wir da nochmal hingehen wird am Ausgabeschalter ausgepackt um zu prüfen, was fehlt oder falsch ist.

Es sollte mal weiteres persona eingestellt werden. Die Wartezeiten sind regelmäßig viel zu lange und untragbar.

Ein ganz normaler Burger King, der am Breuninger Land gelegen ist. Interessant, weil er nicht so stark frequentiert ist, wenn das Breuninger Land zu hat. Waren Sonntags dort. Absolut entspannt und auch alles frisch zubereitet.
