I've been a customer at this store for years, but what happened to me today was absolutely disgusting. I wanted to place an order, but the woman told me to order at the terminal because she didn't have time. Then she started talking animatedly with her colleague. After I asked if I'd like to place an order, she simply walked to the back and ignored me. Absolutely not customer-friendly. By the way, the store was practically empty, so there was no sign of stress.

We were eating there yesterday and wanted to take a burger with us at the end and pay in cash at the counter, then the saleswoman Ms. H. said she couldn't because she didn't have time. When I asked for her full name, she said she didn't want to give her family name because it had "too many letters." This behavior greatly disappointed me and significantly affected my impression of the store and customer service at Burger King.

Once again something was missing, or you got something completely different than what was ordered and paid for. If you don't understand correctly or are too stupid for that, then look for another job... Hire people who can understand German properly so that something like this doesn't happen. The fast food restaurant has been newly decorated. There are now attractive benches and tables. When we were there everything was very clean. Our fries hot and crispy. Whopper and Big King ok too. I am more than disappointed. I have a whopper jr. Ordered from the menu, I got it ice cold, inside it wasn't even lukewarm. When I went to the checkout she just said that it was freshly made, then I kindly asked her to take the burger in her hand but unfortunately she showed no understanding. When I got the new burger it was simply warmed up & was completely full of moisture, the salad was limp and warm. I then complained about the burger a second time and was insulted by two waitresses who were more than unfriendly. The only positive thing is that I got €3.50 back. There is one star for the ambience because it has been renovated but unfortunately it is colder inside than outside & the guests all sit here with a jacket. The entire staff probably needs some training!
