The food that arrived was almost cold, which was overlooked. The burger and fries were fine, but the chicken wings were not. I unfortunately only noticed that the meat was raw after the first chicken wing. With the second wing, I noticed an extremely pink color. I stopped eating immediately. I called the restaurant straight away and told them that I had been delivered raw chicken! The first employee didn't speak German and put me on the phone to a colleague who then spoke to me. When I explained the problem to him, he pointed out that that couldn't be right and that I didn't know what raw chicken looked like. You can't top the audacity of that. When I asked whether I could at least get my money back for the chicken wings, I received no answer, just like when I asked whether it could be redelivered. When I asked for the branch manager, I was told that they might be there at 5 p.m. I'm just disappointed because I can't really communicate the problem to Lieferando, and the restaurant itself is metaphorically portraying me as a liar and avoiding solving the problem. Imagine if I had eaten all that and gotten sick. The level of irresponsibility is beyond compare. I won't be eating here again!

Hmmm, well. So let's start with the positive: the chicken pieces were really tasty, the breading is very seasoned. But how can you make a bucket out of three pieces? Right, that's impossible! So the three starved chicken pieces are placed in a bowl. If they added the fries right away, it would at least look a bit fuller, but they come separately. The staff was friendly but obviously a little overwhelmed by their own food offerings. The floor in front of the drink refill station was sticky. That's not nice.

Update: Everything is still great in 2024, it was already 5 stars 7 years ago The staff is friendly, the tables are kept clean and, in my experience, the food here is even better than at the KFC at the train station. There is 'Free Refill' here and this KFC has a really calm and relaxed environment. Definitely recommended! Another plus point: 1 hour of free WiFi!

My visit to KFC shortly after its official opening was a disappointing and shocking experience. You expect a restaurant to be clean and prepared when it opens. Unfortunately, the opposite was the case. Lack of hygiene right from the start The hygiene conditions were catastrophic. Although the restaurant had only been open for a few minutes, the entire dining area looked as if it hadn't been cleaned the day before. The floor was dirty and sticky, littered with food residue. The tables were smeared, and it was impossible to find a clean surface. The seats and upholstery were also visibly dirty. These conditions are particularly alarming, as they indicate that either the nightly cleaning hadn't taken place or was extremely superficial. Video surveillance without markings! Another serious problem was the obvious video surveillance of the dining area. While the presence of cameras may be understandable in principle, there were no signs or information boards informing visitors about the surveillance. In Germany, such a lack of labeling is not only lacking in transparency, but also a clear violation of data protection regulations. It is absolutely unacceptable for guests to be filmed without their knowledge. Conclusion: The combination of poor hygiene and a lack of transparency in video surveillance makes this KFC location unacceptable. The filthy conditions immediately after opening demonstrate a blatant lack of cleanliness standards. I cannot recommend this location under the current circumstances.

Unfortunately, our visit was rather disappointing. We were there with several people. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly, but the food wasn't convincing. The current Squid Game special edition, in particular, was a complete disappointment in terms of taste – far too much sauce and a complete waste of flavor. The fries we ordered were okay, but nothing more. Overall, it wasn't a complete disaster, but it wasn't anything that would make us want to come back. Okay for a quick snack, but we were hoping for more.

KFC pleasantly surprised me. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and well-seasoned. The side dishes were fresh, and the staff was friendly and quick. The branch was clean and comfortable. For delicious fast food, KFC is definitely a good choice!
