I can't understand how the health department lets this place pass. It's filthy. It took 45 minutes to get an order of large fries and a large milkshake. I will never eat there again. This place definitely doesn't meet hygiene standards. The staff, which is barely there, seems overwhelmed.

The woman working at the cash register is between 20 and 30 years old. Today is September 19, 2025. She's really rude. There's no "please" or "thank you" in her calendar. She just throws the money and the receipt on the counter. All the tables were dirty and had greasy stains on them. So one star is too many. But thank goodness the food is delicious. But never again at this Burger King.

Rather, REALLY BAD... Too few employees. TRASH is piling up. The boss isn't even interested in cleaning it up.

The food was absolutely fantastic, fresh and hot, but the dirty interior really puts your appetite off. Every single table is covered in leftovers, every tray drop-off point is full to the brim and stacked high. I haven't seen anything so disgusting in a long time.

It's just disgusting. It's so dirty you can't even sit down there. They have nothing to do; the food takes forever to come out, and no one works here. No wonder the MC is becoming more and more popular. The kitchen is really dirty. Simply disgusting. Never again Burger King.

Where do I start? The toilet lady was extremely rude and wanted money the whole time even though we were just looking for a seat. The milkshake was twice the wrong one, there were missing sauces and the Naruto burger was also without sauce.

You pay €45, which is really reasonable for five menus. What personally annoys me is that there's a lady sitting in front of the restrooms who calls you "Hey there" before you even go to the bathroom. I know from my own experience that you don't earn much as a waitress/cleaner. But as a customer in a restaurant, using the restrooms is definitely free. The lady should get her tip, provided you're willing to put something on her plate. But demanding it is DEFINITELY NOT OK.

I'm always impressed; it tastes so good. Just stop by. P.S. The staff are also very nice... :))

I have to say, the Burger King here on Georgstrasse has really improved a lot in recent years. The employees are always highly committed and friendly to me. It's pretty stressful from the customer side, but the employees stay calm and collected and get on with their job. It's going really well. And the quality of the burgers has definitely improved. The atmosphere doesn't deserve five stars, but that's down to the people here. It's become really unpleasant in Germany. Of course, Burger King can't really be blamed for that.

The toilets are so dirty and filthy that you wouldn't believe it, even though a woman sits there and gets 1 euro to use the toilet. I've never seen such a dirty toilet anywhere.

I was starving and went into this restaurant to pick up some leftovers from the trash, but then an extremist black man ran up, started screaming, hurling hateful insults at me, and threw me out of the room. I was decently dressed and looked no different from the other people in the restaurant. This is the first time I've ever seen Burger King protect leftovers in the trash. Apparently, he was beaten up by skinheads upon arriving in Germany and decided to take revenge on all white people. I officially declare that if I have money, I will not order anything from your burping shop, purely on principle.

We went there as we love Burger King and we sat upstairs my partner went down again to get something else and the cleaning staff forbids her to go back where we were sat saying they were closing upstairs floor even though it had lots of people sat. I got a message from my partner saying she could go back there. I went downstairs to talk to the manager and he simply refused us both to go back there. The restaurant closes at 03:00am and it was around 21:00 when the restaurant is quite busy. Neither less to say there were no sit available downstairs. The manager said his name was Kai and they had to close upstairs to mop the floor and I asked him, how long would that take and he answered 1 and a half hour. That’s an absurd it is Friday night 06.06.2025 09:00pm full of people and you have to close upstairs? Couldn’t you swipe the floor and keep it organized until is calm as it closes just at 03:00am? What a lack of respect with customers who go out for dinner on a weekend and had to go through this. Everyone there seemed very stressed and you could see clear that management at this franchise in Hannover is horribly managed. End of story I had to leave my food there and went to a McDonald’s beside it where they treated us with respect and we could seat anywhere we wanted wanted. This place in Hannover never again!

Good quality and fast service, with some room for improvement. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit to Burger King. My order was taken promptly and served within a short time. The burgers were freshly prepared, well-topped, and tasted as high as usual. The fries were also crispy and well-salted. The staff was friendly and helpful, even with special requests. My only minor criticism: the seating area could have been a bit cleaner—some tables hadn't been wiped down yet. Nevertheless, it was an overall positive experience. I'll be happy to return, especially because of the fast service and consistent food quality.

Miserable from start to finish. The staff is overwhelmed, some of the terminals aren't working, and the urinals in the men's restroom are completely filthy. On top of that, the order was wrong, the burger was tasteless, and overall, everything was as cold as the milkshake we got instead of our second Coke.

The wait time is already extreme. Waiting 20 minutes at the checkout with a customer in front of me is awful. It could be better.

A wonderful ambiance for a Burger King. I wouldn't call it fast food anymore, more of a restaurant. The terrace looks great and offers additional space in the summer.

I want to report a situation I found very unpleasant in the Burger King bathroom. The place had a very strong smell of urine and the urinals were visibly dirty, which is surprising considering there's a person charging 50 euro cents for the restroom at the entrance. I think it would be important to review the cleanliness and maintenance, as this greatly impacts the customer experience. Thank you for your attention.

This place is awful. Employees are being overworked...money is being made at the expense of both employees and customers. Sometimes you wait 30 minutes for your food. Even when the place is full, things used to be faster and more organized. You can tell they're cutting costs here. It's just disgusting. Nobody speaks proper German, and the IQ is abysmal.

I'm here regularly. This branch isn't exceptional, but there isn't much to complain about either. The food comes reasonably quickly, what was ordered comes and it is delicious. There have been no negative experiences so far. The staff is a bit taciturn and bored, they usually just put the tablet on the pick-up counter without saying a word. Well, I don't come here for nice conversations. Overall, the store looks modern, well-kept and clean. Unfortunately, one problem is that I have already been approached by beggars twice in the restaurant (!), at the table, while eating (!), once very penetratingly. It's certainly not the restaurant's fault and a bouncer would probably be a bit much to ask for, but still very unpleasant.

Dear Burger King team, On April 6, 2025, I placed an order in your branch at Georgstrasse 13, 30159 Hanover. Unfortunately a burger was missing from my order. I then contacted the branch by phone and was assured that I could pick up the missing burger on my next visit. I asked for my name to be written down to avoid any misunderstandings, but this apparently didn't happen. Today, April 13, 2025, I went to the said branch again at 5:30 p.m. After ordering again, I pointed out the missing burger from the previous visit to the staff and asked for it to be handed over. Unfortunately, I was not taken seriously and the staff showed little willingness to clarify my concerns. I asked several times to speak to the shift manager, but had to wait about ten minutes, even though he was in the kitchen and apparently ignored my requests. When he finally appeared, he spoke to me in an inappropriate tone and showed no sense of responsibility. I am disappointed with this experience and expect such incidents to be avoided in the future. I request a response to this incident and expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.

Simply disgusting. Food cold, coke warm, very dirty. I suffer from gluten intolerance and wanted my burger without bread. When I got my order, I still got bread. Then my order was called again and my burger was simply exchanged without pickles.

We got a plant-based burger even though a normal one was ordered, and of course no one could understand German when I asked.

Absolutely not suitable for an online order with delivery. Two rings and waiting longer is not uncommon, but the rule. A delivery time of between 35-50 minutes is stated. But there it is always pushed back and set high. Too bad. It's nice on site, but nothing more.

Fast operation and preparation. Selection at the machine. Centrally in the city of Hanover. Large selection of food and drinks. Almost all citizens are also vegetarian as a plant-based variant. Lots of seating options. Neat and clean.

The branch is very attractively set up. It looks very warm and modern. The self-order terminals in the entrance area are practical. Unfortunately the card terminal didn't work for me, but by selecting "Cash", I was able to pay for my order at the checkout using card payment. The staff is friendly and the order was put together correctly. The food tasted averagely good. When making a milkshake, the paper straw gets soggy after a few minutes. Unfortunately some tables were dirty. The toilets weren't exactly attractive either and the woman in front of the toilet who wanted to urgently collect money wasn't exactly friendly either. I think it's a shame that I still have to pay money as a guest in the restaurant. But the woman's bold and direct tone goes even further.

The burgers are delicious, as always, but I don't like the tone in which the employees addressed themselves and the customers...

I like going to Burger King but unfortunately I have to say that the branch doesn't make a good impression. It doesn't look very clean! Looks a bit like wiping laundry! Sometimes it smells a bit like old rags. The service is bad and you wait far too long for your order in the branch. Sometimes only one person stands at the front and serves people and the other sits at the back and smokes. The store is in a good location if you're in the city. You can take a quick look if you have plenty of time! The entrance is wheelchair and stroller friendly! There are plenty of seating options on site!

Entire order was messed up, we wanted Plant Based, got meat, forgot parts of the order, we couldn't choose toys, the toilets were a disaster (didn't flush), not recommended!

Worst BurgerKing I've ever been to! DON'T GO!!! Both had bad stomach pains on the same day and the next day! Plus fake fries, no sauces and regular Cola instead of Cola Zero. What if I had diabetes? I'm glad that the Vegan Whopper wasn't an animal petty despite the black spots. But cold. The little things were too difficult for the employees. Cleaning lady irritatingly unfriendly. Tables dirty. Only minimum. I wonder how someone can be so bad at their job. My recommendation, next time, go to the McD next door. Bad management from head to toe.

Comparatively, this Burger King restaurant is mediocre. Toilets were dirty despite the cleaner with a coin plate in front of them and the soap dispenser was also broken, meaning there was no soap to wash your hands.

wow... this experience is simply incredible for the low price of €12.99 McDonald's only dreams of reaching these levels of quality and quantity for such a good price. the best experience I have had in my life. I would miss my dad's funeral to come here. Long live Burger King

It's incredible, only for €13 for two Whoppers, soda and fries. The burger was delicious and is the ideal amount of food to leave two people satisfied. Burger King > McDonald's. If my French cousin gets married and they don't serve Whoppers, I won't go to his wedding. Long live the king of hamburgers.

Vegetarian Whoppers are delicious just like Mac and Cheese Patty. But the apple spritzer tasted like water and I had to throw it away straight away. Onion Rings were below average as if they had been processed twice. Sour cream was very sour.

Not recommended, worst store in Hanover.. Service was poor, no toilet paper or soap. Customers are treated like Köpek.

I've been there twice now and it was clean and tidy and I was completely satisfied for a FAST FOOD shop.

I've had to wait nearly or more than 20 minutes I've been here and the workers don't care about it and still mess up ur order and they call it FASTFOOD oh yeah waiting an entire decade for one cheeseburger is totally fast.

It feels like an eternity since I've had a snack at BK. In the menu two BigKings with extra bacon plus fries with extra ketchup and a large Coke. The burgers as ordered, but with extra mayonnaise and a small Coke. It was corrected without any problems. But one star deducted for the service. The quality of the goods and the taste of the burger/fries are impeccable. The burgers were delicious and the fries were crispy. Just like I know BK.

Unfortunately I can only give the two stars for the food, everything was very fresh and warm. The branch was not clean and the toilet was unusable because it was very unclean. Upon request I was allowed to use the toilet in the lower area, but it was also very unpleasant. Unfortunately, I cannot accept the excuse from the shift manager that he has no cleaning staff.

They only take your order by the machines and give you the opportunity to choose that langue I chose spanish and ask for a nugget menu. With it it came a beverage, the machine offered mainly the coca cola brands. Which I chose sprite, the ticket printed a multivitamin beverage. I did not realize that the ticket was mentioning this beverage instead for the sprite I clearly chose on the screen of the machines. As soon as I got my order I notice the beverage was not want I asked, though I ask politely since the menu cost the same regardless of the beverage if I could get a sprite. The eswer was... It's not my problem the ticket says multivitamin juice you get that and cannot change. I try to argue and the answer was I do no understand and is your fault. Though the price is the same. The people there are rimless, I the. Ate the nuggets which seemed to be not recently fried, they tasted like rubber. The service was more than poorly and extremely rude. I will never eat in burger King again... for that in germany I must admit that @McDonald's is the best option.

I'm horrified at how customers are treated there & how long you have to wait for your food..WE were 7 people and didn't eat anything there because the statement came that we customers who want to pay in cash there should wait & he doesn't care! When I asked If I understood that correctly, he said yes... impudence

So prices have increased fourfold on average over the last month. The chilli cheese now costs €4.29. Last month it was something like €2. This is just so Hebrew. Burger King simply needs to be taken down. I'm in favor of burning the shops. It's unbelievable what kind of rubbish is sold here for such prices. This waste is worth a maximum of €1 and sells for five times as much. The fact that this is still legal shows what a disturbed country we live in.

The quality of the food was not at all what I normally have from Burger King. It was just rubbish. Very disappointing and I probably won't be back anytime soon.

I was just ordering my food on one of these monitors. Since apparently you can only order there, but I couldn't handle it right away, I would probably need 10 minutes. Shortly before sending, one of the employees called out that nothing more could be ordered. Thank you very much. No information in advance. My complaint was ignored, the boss told the employee "don't argue" and ignored me. I wanted to say that perhaps the monitor should be switched off. But it doesn't work that way. Impossible. I will not be a returning guest in the future.
