Great for parents with children! Great large indoor playground on the upper floor. Food typical Burger King. Overall it's clean and everything is new, as it won't open until 2024.

To all parents, please be careful in the upstairs play area as some of the ladder steps are broken. I told them there but I'm at a loss for words when it comes to the excuse. The children are not children but devils. They would destroy everything. At which I got very angry and asked if he wasn't also a child, so he was also a devil. It's unbelievable how disrespectful some people are. Then I asked if it wasn't checked, but then they said: "I am." I'm the boss or something? Then I should sit there and pay attention. Such an impudence. I will never go there with my child again.

Everything was fine except the temperature. It was so hot that the food didn't even taste good. My child ran around in her undershirt and she was still super hot. This definitely needs to be changed urgently.

Well-located Burger King, which reopened in 2024. Located right on the highway. The interior is modern, not broken and clean. There are many order terminals. Unfortunately, the staff often seems haphazard and works very slowly.

We ordered at the machine and the bong didn't come out. Then I went to the counter and told them. An employee came along immediately and said it was possible without the bong. Very friendly and helpful. The food wasn't much - the citizens are small, so you have to eat 2-3 to get full.

Been back to BK for ages. The scandal back then stopped us. We were very satisfied. The fries and burgers could have been a little warmer, but it was fine. The taste was as expected from fast food. But good. The burgers were decent and as they should be. Service was top. Drinks were forgotten, but were given straight away and an extra one because a mistake had been made. The meal was quick, with three menus. Things are quiet in the store. The atmosphere is relaxed. The store is super clean. Dining area, the kitchen from what you can see and also the toilets.

The staff is simply unfriendly and disrespectful. They have absolutely no interest in the customer, wanted to pay in cash, three people who came with me and could pay cashless at the terminal got there before me because incompetent staff were uninterested. If you ask me “when can I pay”, you will only get a harsh answer: “You have to wait”! Just anti-social behavior. The only thing that matters is the location… never again from today on!

The location is nice and big, one of the few two-story BK that I know of. That's why the crowds flow well and the employees are nice, friendly and attentive. Very good. :)

Instead of fast food, there is slow food here. It takes forever for the order to be ready!

I have to give 1 star because it is unacceptable that this place consistently makes substitutions in the order without telling the customer. Substituting a kings beef burger with a whopper patty, when kings beef is more expensive for a reason, is not ok. They also use different buns and different cheeses I guess when they don’t have something in stock. But it would be far more considerate if they just have a sign at the cashier that something isn’t available instead of ripping off the customer or the customer then going back and complaining.

Everything no longer tastes the same as it did five or six years ago. The quality is getting worse, the burgers are getting smaller and the prices are getting higher. The staff barely understands the German language.

What an experience... Being the first in the drive, we waited over 25 minutes for food. When the customer behind me complained, the guy with the black t-shirt and arm hair extensions went completely wild. He told the customer that his meal was canceled and that he should leave and he was very rude and insulted to me for no reason. When I said I didn't want the food anymore and wanted the money back, he said what kind of money get away (food €42). Such behavior from service employees is unbelievable... At that moment the lady came out with the food, I took it from her, thanked her and vowed never to eat there again. Food was a total loss, I was able to watch through the drive in window for long enough that the cola was being prepared according to the quantity and at the time, the taste was still water with syrup, no carbon dioxide... Burgers were cold... You don't expect much from Burgerking food anyway, but how they treat customers is the crowning glory. Consequence, give the store a wide berth!!!

After others complained, the employee yelled at everyone that he could "cancel the meal" and that we should "find another restaurant" and "go away." Unfortunately after a year still disastrous service. Even a handful of customers mean that you wait well over 20 minutes to eat. With more customers comes general chaos in the restaurant. Then you can at least spend the long waiting time looking for a clean place.

Waiting time for 2 menus and 2 citizens 28 minutes. Visited the toilet while waiting. This one was dirty. When the burgers were finally ready, half the order was wrong...after further discussions and repeated requests! Burger swap because the burgers were carelessly slapped together and ingredients were forgotten, leaving the BK with the certainty that you will never set foot in your Bugerking again!

If you want to break the habit of BK, you've come to the right place... Soft fries, oily onion rings and a Big King burger with a mini lettuce leaf and a 2cm small onion ring. Furthermore, the upstairs toilets are closed and the disabled toilet on the ground floor looks as if the cleaning lady only comes once a week. People would rather flirt at the counter than take care of customers and overall it comes across as if no one here is interested or has the skills to work here at all.

The employees are completely overwhelmed even when the number of customers is a little higher, so you wait a good 30 minutes for your food, if you get it at all. The food itself was, as expected, unreasonable - cold, stale and incomplete. The order display also doesn't work properly. The order initially appears on the screen but then disappears. As a result, the staff apparently also forgot the order. That's not possible at all, that alone is a reason for me never to come here again. The competition with the yellow M has a clear advantage, is structured much more professionally and is much more resilient in peak times. Frankly embarrassing for BK. It's actually a shame, because the food itself, when prepared professionally and according to specifications, can be very tasty. It's a shame Burger King, you won't see me again.

I have never eaten a worse hamburger. I ordered veggie cheeasy bacon and I could only taste the barbeque sauce. The pattys were not cooked just reheated and water was oozing out of them making the whole bun wet. DISGUSTING, don't go there!!!!

I've never eaten such a bad Big King XXL. The meat was undercooked, it was almost eaten raw, the cheese stuck more to the packaging than to the citizen. But fries are better than at McDonald's, even if the normal fries were a bit salty, still great.👌 My ice cream could have had a few more Oreos pieces.

New Burger King with an attractive and modern interior. However, I had to wait a very long time for my order, despite the maximum number of customers. The problem, however, was that I mistakenly received a "real" Long Chicken instead of a Plant Based Long Chicken, which unfortunately I only noticed when I got home. It's a shame, but perhaps due to the reopening (my visit was in March). I'll come back soon and adjust my review then.

Fast polite service but there wasn't much going on. Construction sites etc. It's nice that it's open again. Was tasty, as expected.

I don't actually rate on Google, but I would like to do so today because I met a very courteous, honest and selfless person whom I would like to thank in this way. I had a very stressful day with an overtired child who really wanted to eat something on the way back from Bremen. We stopped at Burger King in Lahe. Here I noticed the very friendly shift leader Ado, who even implemented and took into account special requests. But my stressful day ended with me driving home without my wallet. A catastrophe that I only noticed again the following day, 150 km from my hometown. While I was anxiously walking through from a distance, where I might have left it, Mr. Ado found out that night who the wallet belonged to and tried to bring it to me. I was very happy to finally get the wallet back. It's so nice that there are still honest, selfless people. I wish Mr. Ado all the best and hope someone helps him in a similar situation as he helped me today. Thanks!

Best BK in Germany. There is a play area for children upstairs, my children always want to let off steam there for longer.

We wanted to give Burger King a chance after it reopened. We used to go there quite often as it is close to us. Unfortunately, all the bad reviews have been confirmed. We were hoping that it was opening problems. But now to our visit. We were there just before 9pm on the weekday. There was actually nothing going on there, hardly any guests in the restaurant or at the drive-thru. Nevertheless, we had to wait almost 40 minutes for our food, even though there were only two people in front of us being processed. The staff there seems to process each order one at a time, one at a time, slowly. When our food was finally ready, a cheese burger was missing. The food itself was lukewarm, probably because the staff can't coordinate when something is ready. Recommendation if you go there. Take your time, check your order carefully and also like lukewarm food.
