This is truly by far the WORST Burger King I've ever been to!!!! The wait time is abysmal, even with small orders (2 small fries) and a low customer base. We waited a total of 25 minutes for our order. My cheeseburger was swimming in ketchup and mustard, my nuggets were rock-hard and cold... We also ordered a portion of chili cheese fries, which were noticeably missing cheese sauce. Afterwards, we took a survey to get a free fries (as described on the receipt), which took a total of 15 minutes. After completing the survey, we wanted to pick up our fries at the front, but the employee didn't know what to do, so we didn't get our fries... Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with our visit.

I was at this branch today (second visit after last week) – and they've actually managed to get even worse. Ordered four things, forgot the nuggets. When I asked, they said "they're in the bag" – they weren't. A refund? None. Instead of "2 seconds," it took almost 10 minutes. The burgers? Terrible. Chicken teriyaki without teriyaki sauce (just mayo), a Double Whopper swimming in mayo and ketchup – the taste was unrecognizable. Last week, there was already a discussion about the "Hot Blondie," which was more of a "Dark Brownie" back then. Zero communication in service, and even worse quality. Conclusion: Absolutely not recommended – just move on; the next Burger King will definitely do better.

I can expect a shift manager to know how to work a cash register. The restaurant was very dirty, the toilet could do with a clean. We couldn't even put the rubbish in the containers because it was closed due to overcrowding. Even though there wasn't much to do, we still got cold citizens. A1 is what I would say. We have to get it right first. Never again will I get my feet in this shop. Everyone has to know for themselves what is important or worth to them, but this is too much all at once.

With a great indoor playground, although there are long wait times and few customers, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and they make every effort to ensure customers leave satisfied. Last time, for example, they ran out of toys, so they offered a free ice cream. At other branches, you'd have been out of luck, but this one has thought of something. First of all, I waited 40 minutes for my order. But that's no surprise when there are two employees working in the kitchen and one at the cash register who's also in charge of the drive-thru. Then I had to run back to the employees three times because they forgot the burgers and sauces. After eating, we ordered ice cream and shakes. And then another coffee while the kids played. Now the whole thing cost me another €52 because I got a ticket for overstaying my parking permit. Thanks, Burger King, for making us wait so long and eating so quickly that we have to leave again. That was our last visit.

This has absolutely nothing to do with fast food anymore – it's a bad joke. Waiting over 30 minutes for a standard order is outrageous. While you wait, you watch as orders aren't even remotely processed in the order they come in. Systematic? None at all. Every second order is incorrect or incomplete – that seems to be a sad norm here. And the heavily advertised Naruto collectible figure promotion is the next farce: Figures? There aren't any left. The few remaining stocks are rotting in a rolling container from which guests can serve themselves – at random, of course. A disgrace beyond compare, especially considering what you pay for the food here. The entire experience is simply disappointing, chaotic, and feels like a bad joke at the expense of the customers. For a brand of this size, it's downright embarrassing.

First of all, it should be noted that the staff is very friendly and helpful. But, unfortunately, they can't perform magic. If only two employees are supposed to run the entire place, the waiting time increases accordingly, as most of the other reviewers have already mentioned. The new concept with the self-service terminals is obviously very convenient for the franchisee, as it saves on expensive staff. However, if the owner exploits this too much, the customer experience is anything but satisfactory. If I have to wait 20 to 25 minutes for my food, I might as well go to a real restaurant.

The restaurant itself isn't bad. It's just that the food is served in weird plastic bowls. We went to the newly opened restaurant with our children. We had to wait over half an hour for the half-hot food, and a few things were missing. But we got them promptly after asking for them. The little one spent the wait romping about in the big children's paradise on the first floor. After dinner, the kids had ice cream and the adults had a nice coffee. We had a lovely afternoon on this rainy day in May. Why can't I recommend this visit? Because yesterday (July 1st) I received a letter demanding that I pay a penalty of 52 euros (including fees) because we were parked in the Burger King parking lot from 2:35 p.m. to 4:16 p.m. I have to pay the fine because we enjoyed it too much and stayed in an almost empty parking lot for eleven (11) minutes too long. Perhaps it's a model designed to lure customers into this trap with a children's playground and long waiting times. Whether we, or people we know, will ever eat here again is questionable. I can't recommend the restaurant or a visit, even with the best will in the world. I feel ripped off.

Well, you can't recommend the place. Unfortunately, Jeff, the burger maker, can't seem to get his act together. I ordered two burgers, got them wrong twice, and when you complain, Jeff insults you as a thank you. That's what you want as a customer.... And as a thank you, you wait a good 21 minutes for them, so the star 🌟 is more than deserved. Unfortunately, the staff are completely incompetent, which insults the customers even more. 👌 They simply give people priority because they didn't want to wait that long. 🤣 And there were four other people standing there, where they were also getting flat burgers, and they then waited another 20 minutes.... Luckily, four more kids walked through the place in their socks and stole the toys from behind the counter. So Burger King should just close the place, better for everyone, and maybe open a McDonald's.... PS: But don't hire the old employees. 🫣

Worst Burger King ever! We waited 30-40 minutes for our food because our order kept getting pushed to the back. Others were given "priority" because other people's orders had fewer items. We sat upstairs every now and then, but there wasn't a single clean table. We repeatedly told the staff that the tables upstairs needed to be cleaned, but each time they said "will do it right away." It dragged on for an hour. The tables weren't even clean when our food arrived. We asked again, but nothing was done. In the end, we had to wipe the tables ourselves. When we ate together, the burgers weren't even that fresh. They were just cold—the fries, the patty, everything. The sauce had also gone solid. It looked like the burger had been sitting back there for 30 minutes. Not recommended.

What was that? I ordered two meals with a large portion of fries and a 0.5-liter drink. The meal arrived in a dollhouse setting: burgers, nuggets, and fries on small plastic coasters. The large fries were generously equivalent to a medium portion. The drinks came in plastic cups with a deposit. A 0.5-liter cup was generously equivalent to a 0.4-liter cup. Supposedly a test project to reduce waste, this is more likely a profit-maximizing effort. There are also sensible reusable containers for fries, and plastic cups can be filled to the fill line.

The only good thing about the place is the constantly overcrowded children's area upstairs; otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it. Drinks are now served in cups that you don't know if they've ever been cleaned, some of the food comes without packaging, and sauces come from a tap that's constantly empty, and you have to argue with the staff to get what you paid for in advance.

What I don't fully understand is this new packaging system - you can't take your things with you if you're no longer hungry, for example, because there's simply no paper. Plus, it was always a good thing to have paper to catch any things that might fall. In addition, the burger gets cold relatively quickly. Unfortunately my sauce was also forgotten. I was told I could take it from the dispenser. But this was empty. Then I asked for sauce and got it. Unfortunately, I also noticed that several guests were missing components. Unfortunately, the employees didn't speak German very well either, so communication was difficult.

I was just about to go in when an employee (hardly speaking German) came to me and said “no, no more (and something else) and locked the doors. There was no response to my argument that it was still open until 2 a.m. What is this nonsensical shit? But since these reviews come to nothing anyway because the King's authorities don't give a damn, I've been wondering for years why this rating/criticism function even exists here... Dry cheeseburgers with only 2 slices of cucumber in the middle. I would have expected much more from a “Burger King”. Plus extremely long waiting times and there was no toilet paper in one toilet. It looks nice there, but that's about it.

The first thing to say about this Burger King is that there is no fast food here. 28 min waiting time for a milkshake!!!! Previously 23 minutes waiting time for 2 standard menus. You can also eat somewhere else. Thanks to the new packaging-free system, The food gets cold faster. "Great idea" The garbage trucks are overcrowded, the tables are dirty. A visit like this toughens up the family. Thanks for that. We will definitely come back. Or not. Everyone who still wants an adventure now has a lot of fun. In any case, I know better things to do with my time.

I'm really not a big writer and actually not a fan of Google reviews, but the owner here urgently needs to work on the quality of the food and the service. I generally don't expect much from a fast food restaurant, but a wait of 35 minutes is enormous. When the food was finally ready (a slightly larger order for 6 people) all the sauces in the dispensers were empty. But it's particularly annoying when you get completely brown stained fries, complain about them and ask what's wrong with them and why you don't want to eat them, even though the problem was obviously on the plate. The fries were then exchanged relatively reluctantly and the portion that came was significantly smaller than the portion complained about. Anyway, there were still a lot of customers waiting, so I saved myself another complaint. I'm sorry, but the total number of negative events have prompted me to leave this comment. Very long waiting time, overall dirty restaurant, especially the tables, sticky floor, service value for money, empty sauce dispensers. Very unfortunate

No, the tables were very dirty. When I asked if it would be possible to clean the table, it was rejected with the statement that they would do it later otherwise it would be too much work with the orders, but there was almost nothing going on in the country at the time! Only after we had eaten (wiping the table with tissues) was the cloth pulled over the tables...

It is cheap and fills you up. I am not sure about healthy but if it's a holiday and everything is closed they are a really good option to eat cheap till you are filled

At the drive-in, you can't hear practically anything acoustically and apparently you can't understand anything either. I was charged for 3 burgers and I got 2. Then the burgers were also incorrectly topped. Unfortunately, I only noticed this on the way.

Since we are traveling with children, this is our go to Burger King on the route. The large and diverse indoor play paradise is great for children to let out some energy and get some exercise, even in bad weather. I'm surprised that Burger King doesn't advertise it anymore because it's really excellent.

Employees don't wear gloves when preparing burgers - disgusting and risky. Direct skin contact with ingredients increases the risk of contamination. Incomprehensible in an industry with essential hygiene standards. Conclusion: Stay away until gloves become mandatory! 🍔🚫

Boy oh boy, I've never experienced anything like that. Went to this slow food restaurant and ordered 3 cheeseburgers. Were ready after about 20 minutes. Took a long time but so far it's okay. When I opened the packaging I discovered that all three were hamburgers. Of course she complained and asked to bring me three new cheeseburgers. The three-star chef took the first old hamburger, slapped a slice of cheese on it (without gloves, of course) and packed it up again. Of course I declined the tempting offer and insisted on new burgers. I then waited a total of another 30 minutes and the burgers still weren't ready, even though I asked three times. At the end I asked for my money back, which was then paid out. I actually want to give it minus five stars, but that's not possible. The young woman at the ordering counter gets one star. She has to explain to all customers in a polite, nice and friendly manner what a mess there is when the food is being prepared.

Food preparation: The staff didn't use gloves, worked on a burger in pairs, everyone grabbed something on it with their hands in slow motion, like meatball, cheese, tomato, etc. (Conclusion: disgusting) Fries were too salty. The burger was also smaller than before. There was no deposit back for the reusable cup. - what's that supposed to mean? Then I can take him with me too. That probably doesn't matter to them. One employee was very polite.

Today we ordered Happy Meals with the children at the order kiosks. There were several books to choose from (12 or 15), and the children selected some. All were shown as available, and the children were very excited. When the order arrived, it contained completely different books than the ones we had ordered. When I politely pointed out that we had ordered different ones, we were told rather rudely that only those three books were available today and that they couldn't change it. My children were very disappointed, as they had been so looking forward to the books. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've ordered Happy Meals and received completely different toys/books because the items we ordered were no longer available. Why can I still select and order items if they're not actually available?

The most disgusting service, they deceive at the cash register, in the neighboring establishments everything is fine, although a bit slow, when I came here I thought I would vomit from the stench, do not come here and do not waste your money, time on this I advise you to go to the main station or to the Steintor, good luck to everyone for the day

Actually, it's a very good McDonald's (one of the best in the Hanover region)! The food tastes good, the service is incredibly helpful and very friendly, but the atmosphere isn't that inviting. The tables are dirty, and the noise level is loud between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., but you can still hear the person you're talking to! Today, however, we felt sick after eating. Luckily, we didn't throw up! We'll probably come back, but not if we feel sick again afterward.
