There's only one restroom for everyone = a damn long wait, especially since a child was being changed there (it was also a changing room at the same time)... Where are the men's and women's restrooms and the corresponding changing room? Probably a cost factor. Having to throw away the fries straight away because they only serve fries instead of mayo (mayo has been discontinued) #vegan and profit is more important 😉😉

Today I had lunch at Burger King, I thought when I got to the machine, I ordered everything okay, the food was ready relatively quickly. Unfortunately, the two burgers were no longer hot, the fries were okay. What I don't fully understand is this new packaging system - you can't take your things with you if you're no longer hungry, for example, because there's simply no paper. Plus, it was always a good thing to have paper to catch any things that might fall. In addition, the burger gets cold relatively quickly. Unfortunately my sauce was also forgotten. I was told I could take it from the dispenser. But this was empty. Then I asked for sauce and got it. Unfortunately, I also noticed that several guests were missing components. Unfortunately, the employees didn't speak German very well either, so communication was difficult.

The drive-in opens at 10:00 a.m. and no one is at the other end. After calling the branch, I asked for someone to come to the drive counter to serve me and was told they would be there immediately. Another 10 minutes passed but no one came. After 15 pointless minutes of my life, I moved on.

I was just there (1:40 a.m.). Online and on-site opening hours until 2 a.m. I got extra information because I didn't want to take the truck down the exit unnecessarily. The doors on site were open. I was just about to go in when an employee (hardly speaking German) came to me and said “no, no more (and something else) and locked the doors. There was no response to my argument that it was still open until 2 a.m. What is this nonsensical shit? But since these reviews come to nothing anyway because the King's authorities don't give a damn, I've been wondering for years why this rating/criticism function even exists here... In addition, this is not the only branch of the chain (and also of the class enemy) where service is written in Nano font. Nice day too...

Dry cheeseburgers with only 2 slices of cucumber in the middle. I would have expected much more from a “Burger King”. Plus extremely long waiting times and there was no toilet paper in one toilet. It looks nice there, but that's about it.

I'm really not a big writer and actually not a fan of Google reviews, but the owner here urgently needs to work on the quality of the food and the service. I generally don't expect much from a fast food restaurant, but a wait of 35 minutes is enormous. When the food was finally ready (a slightly larger order for 6 people) all the sauces in the dispensers were empty. But it's particularly annoying when you get completely brown stained fries, complain about them and ask what's wrong with them and why you don't want to eat them, even though the problem was obviously on the plate. The fries were then exchanged relatively reluctantly and the portion that came was significantly smaller than the portion complained about. Anyway, there were still a lot of customers waiting, so I saved myself another complaint. I'm sorry, but the total number of negative events have prompted me to leave this comment. Very long waiting time, overall dirty restaurant, especially the tables, sticky floor, service value for money, empty sauce dispensers. Very unfortunate

No, the tables were very dirty. When I asked if it would be possible to clean the table, it was rejected with the statement that they would do it later otherwise it would be too much work with the orders, but there was almost nothing going on in the country at the time! It is cheap and fills you up. I am not sure about healthy but if it's a holiday and everything is closed they are a really good option to eat cheap till you are filled

At the drive-in, you can't hear practically anything acoustically and apparently you can't understand anything either. I was charged for 3 burgers and I got 2. Then the burgers were also incorrectly topped. Unfortunately, I only noticed this on the way.

Since we are traveling with children, this is our go to Burger King on the route. The large and diverse indoor play paradise is great for children to let out some energy and get some exercise, even in bad weather. Boy oh boy, I've never experienced anything like that. Went to this slow food restaurant and ordered 3 cheeseburgers. Were ready after about 20 minutes. Took a long time but so far it's okay. When I opened the packaging I discovered that all three were hamburgers. Of course she complained and asked to bring me three new cheeseburgers. The three-star chef took the first old hamburger, slapped a slice of cheese on it (without gloves, of course) and packed it up again. At the end I asked for my money back, which was then paid out. I actually want to give it minus five stars, but that's not possible. The young woman at the ordering counter gets one star. She has to explain to all customers in a polite, nice and friendly manner what a mess there is when the food is being prepared.

Fast food is healthy, but it tastes good. The offers are recommended. So far, no food has ever been returned, although there have often been items missing from the orders, which have always been delivered without any problems. The staff often seemed stressed but were always friendly.

Spent some time in the BK before the appointment. Toilets are upstairs, the men's room was clean. If you don't mind the noise of children, you can sit upstairs with the many windows. The view is street, but that's because of the location. Food was typical BK as usual. The short ones (=children) are making noise, obviously they like it, so I like it!

Been back to BK for ages. The scandal back then stopped us. We were very satisfied. The fries and burgers could have been a little warmer, but it was fine. The taste was as expected from fast food. But good. The burgers were decent and as they should be. Service was top. Drinks were forgotten, but were given straight away and an extra one because a mistake had been made. The meal was quick, with three menus. Things are quiet in the store. The atmosphere is relaxed. The store is super clean. Dining area, the kitchen from what you can see and also the toilets.

The staff is simply unfriendly and disrespectful. They have absolutely no interest in the customer, wanted to pay in cash, three people who came with me and could pay cashless at the terminal got there before me because incompetent staff were uninterested. If you ask me “when can I pay”, you will only get a harsh answer: “You have to wait”! Just anti-social behavior. The only thing that matters is the location… never again from today on!

What an experience... Being the first in the drive, we waited over 25 minutes for food. When the customer behind me complained, the guy with the black t-shirt and arm hair extensions went completely wild. He told the customer that his meal was canceled and that he should leave and he was very rude and insulted to me for no reason.
