I've had super-fresh food, but sometimes I've also had not-so-great fries. I really appreciate the consistent use of reusable cups in the restaurant.

Employees don't wear gloves when preparing burgers - disgusting and risky. Direct skin contact with ingredients increases the risk of contamination. Incomprehensible in an industry with essential hygiene standards. Conclusion: Stay away until gloves become mandatory! 🍔🚫

Boy oh boy, I've never experienced anything like that. Went to this slow food restaurant and ordered 3 cheeseburgers. Were ready after about 20 minutes. Took a long time but so far it's okay. When I opened the packaging I discovered that all three were hamburgers. Of course she complained and asked to bring me three new cheeseburgers. The three-star chef took the first old hamburger, slapped a slice of cheese on it (without gloves, of course) and packed it up again. Of course I declined the tempting offer and insisted on new burgers. I then waited a total of another 30 minutes and the burgers still weren't ready, even though I asked three times. At the end I asked for my money back, which was then paid out. I actually want to give it minus five stars, but that's not possible. The young woman at the ordering counter gets one star. She has to explain to all customers in a polite, nice and friendly manner what a mess there is when the food is being prepared.

Food preparation: The staff didn't use gloves, worked on a burger in pairs, everyone grabbed something on it with their hands in slow motion, like meatball, cheese, tomato, etc. (Conclusion: disgusting) Fries were too salty. Terrible just terrible not even one of the guidelines of Burger king is set up here nothing about how to make a burger right.. they take your old chicken patty and deep fried again a 1 hour later .. or just take a old big king XXL and put your pickels in that you order plus to the normal ingredients unbelievable.. old salad from 30 min ago and patty that never seen the gril ... The bun is soaked in fat. I m done with burger king now thank you

The employees weren't in the mood and only wanted to take our order after a loud groan. When we wanted to sit down upstairs, we were briefly and rudely sent downstairs and when we asked about the toilets upstairs, we were referred to the disabled toilet downstairs, which was so disgustingly dirty that I didn't even want to wash my hands there. Almost unbeatable since the last reopening (at least for those away from home) - bright, modern and clean. Nothing has ever been missing, even with large orders of 20 items or more - this labeling system should be mandatory for all locations, so far I've only seen it here 👍🏻👍🏻

Substituting a kings beef burger with a whopper patty, when kings beef is more expensive for a reason, is not ok. The manager is also very rude to customers. They don’t give napkins on the tray or have napkins on the counter, but when a customer takes a napkin we are berated for it. What are we in kindergarten and have to ask them next if we are allowed to go to toilet?

Best Burger King in Hannover and best manager (Rami Ado)

Spent some time in the BK before the appointment. Toilets are upstairs, the men's room was clean. If you don't mind the noise of children, you can sit upstairs with the many windows. The view is street, but that's because of the location. Food was typical BK as usual. The short ones (=children) are making noise, obviously they like it, so I like it!

To all parents, please be careful in the upstairs play area as some of the ladder steps are broken. I told them there but I'm at a loss for words when it comes to the excuse. The staff is simply unfriendly and disrespectful. They have absolutely no interest in the customer, wanted to pay in cash, three people who came with me and could pay cashless at the terminal got there before me because incompetent staff were uninterested. If you ask me “when can I pay”, you will only get a harsh answer: “You have to wait”! Just anti-social behavior. The only thing that matters is the location… never again from today on!

Been back to BK for ages. The scandal back then stopped us. We were very satisfied. The fries and burgers could have been a little warmer, but it was fine. The taste was as expected from fast food. But good. The burgers were decent and as they should be. Service was top. Drinks were forgotten, but were given straight away and an extra one because a mistake had been made. The meal was quick, with three menus. Things are quiet in the store. The atmosphere is relaxed. The store is super clean. Dining area, the kitchen from what you can see and also the toilets.

What an experience... Being the first in the drive, we waited over 25 minutes for food. When the customer behind me complained, the guy with the black t-shirt and arm hair extensions went completely wild. He told the customer that his meal was canceled and that he should leave and he was very rude and insulted to me for no reason. When I said I didn't want the food anymore and wanted the money back, he said what kind of money get away (food €42). Such behavior from service employees is unbelievable... At that moment the lady came out with the food, I took it from her, thanked her and vowed never to eat there again. Food was a total loss, I was able to watch through the drive in window for long enough that the cola was being prepared according to the quantity and at the time, the taste was still water with syrup, no carbon dioxide... Burgers were cold... You don't expect much from Burgerking food anyway, but how they treat customers is the crowning glory. Consequence, give the store a wide berth!!!

If you want to break the habit of BK, you've come to the right place... Soft fries, oily onion rings and a Big King burger with a mini lettuce leaf and a 2cm small onion ring. Furthermore, the upstairs toilets are closed and the disabled toilet on the ground floor looks as if the cleaning lady only comes once a week. People would rather flirt at the counter than take care of customers and overall it comes across as if no one here is interested or has the skills to work here at all.

Waiting time for 2 menus and 2 citizens 28 minutes. Visited the toilet while waiting. This one was dirty. When the burgers were finally ready, half the order was wrong...after further discussions and repeated requests! Burger swap because the burgers were carelessly slapped together and ingredients were forgotten, leaving the BK with the certainty that you will never set foot in your Bugerking again!

The competition with the yellow M has a clear advantage, is structured much more professionally and is much more resilient in peak times. Frankly embarrassing for BK. I have never eaten a worse hamburger. I ordered veggie cheeasy bacon and I could only taste the barbeque sauce. The pattys were not cooked just reheated and water was oozing out of them making the whole bun wet. DISGUSTING, don't go there!!!!
