McDonald's in Hannover

Since the renovation, guests are not welcome in the house. Not inviting, children are not welcome and nothing is offered for children anymore From a laughing child to a depressed adult

December 2024. We have two children and my daughter, probably because she is a daughter and not a son, didn't get any Mario Kart toys with the excuse that there weren't any left. Which is very strange because my son actually got this toy. Likewise, children from neighboring tables who were there a long time (25 minutes) after us. Thank you for this great trip home!!! I had to comfort my child for so long that I definitely won't go there again.

As always, very good. After the renovation things look better. The only disadvantage is the narrower parking spaces

What's wrong with you? MC Donald's is a fast food restaurant. You order from a machine, it takes forever and the quality really leaves a lot to be desired. And to be honest, paying almost €5 for a bad coffee is simply not possible

incredibly bad. Tables dirty, garbage piled up when returned. Burgers cold, fries cold. definitely never again. go somewhere else.

Always friendly staff and super fast service – perfect place for a quick snack!

Parking lot was full, no tables available. We ordered anyway, the food was ready very quickly and everything was as ordered.

Unfortunately my burger or the patti was burnt, since we were just passing through I couldn't bring it back! At such a price something like this shouldn't happen!!!

It's a shame, the renovation could have been saved. I was actually almost always satisfied with the store and would have otherwise given it 4 or 5 stars. Unfortunately, according to the employees, it is only possible to order at the terminals (some people like them, but I don't and I certainly don't have to order there) so unfortunately only 1 star. Adios McD, I won't be coming back.

Service seemed very disorganized, the food was cold and the book was forgotten at the happy time, which then caused a crying concert at home. The conversion seems very child-unfriendly, no slide, no game display, it's a shame.

Very weak if you close for renovation for 1 month (October 2024) and don't manage to update on Google. Nice 11km detour and 30 minutes lost. Thank you on behalf of the environment.

Typical Mäcces location. Tried new spicy chicken burger (really spicy). It was tasty...what I personally find impersonal in all branches (including the Burger King chain) is the mandatory selection at the machine...service should always be personal...that's why our visits have been greatly reduced.

Waited more than an hour for delivery, then a message came saying it was cancelled. They simply didn't feel like delivering a €15 order shortly before closing time.

This is the most incompetent McDonald's branch on the planet. I ordered a Royal Cheese online twice, and twice there was a Royal TS in the packaging. When I was there and said that we should please explain to the staff what the difference is between a Royal Cheese and a TS, the cashier just laughed. So I ordered, among other things, a Royal Cheese. When I got home and opened the Royal Cheese packaging there was a TS inside. On my next visit I ordered, among other things, 2 cheeseburgers, which I couldn't find when I was home (same cashier). The store is unbelievable. I can't shake the feeling that they do this extra. 😡

Bought food via the drive-thru, so no review about the ambience. Three burgers, one menu ordered with Sprite. The Sprite tasted like water, arrived home then discovered that two out of three burgers were missing... yeah, let's just leave it like that for now.. not the first time things have gone wrong at this location.

Hello everyone: I ate 2 Bigmäc 4 days ago and had stomach cramps the next morning. I thought that something like that could happen. Then after 2 days I ate 2 bigmäc again and it was the same! I definitely won't go to McDonald's or order from them again. That's it. I would prefer smaller burger companies.

Got the new M for the first time today Ate burgers. Lots of meat and very good taste.

Unpleasant experience today, Sunday August 11th. The decision was made not to turn on the air conditioning even though it was 27 degrees, which felt even worse inside the place.

I ordered a plant burger, but received a burger with meat. Not a good experience

August 4th, 2024 at 9:00 p.m.! So such an arrogant one! Unfriendly ones! I have never seen any other employee with seven days of rain on their faces!! This foreman in a blue shirt with a pigtail is a monster!!! Your behavior is indescribably inhumane! Racist! I would love to have the entire menu that I ordered and paid for! Thrown in her face! Speaks cheekily, arrogantly and unfriendly!

Mäckes as we know it. Despite rush hour, I was served quickly. Unfortunately, the code scanner did not recognize the QR code from the app. Still, this is a good burger place. Edit: I now only order via the app. That works great. Almost no waiting times. I now give the service 5 stars. When the renovation is complete, I will also re-evaluate the ambience.

I like to come here for breakfast. The employees are always friendly.

Hello McDonald's team, Now it's really tiring when I order something from you in the drive-thru and your Asian colleague serves me. Every time you actually only order two pieces (and today a McMuffin and McToast) and you don't check the bag immediately, you realize that something was packaged incorrectly again. This colleague may work quickly, at least it almost seems as if she is working on commission for more customers served per day, but every second order is incorrect.

Food is NEVER packaged neatly, you have to put your burger back together yourself before eating it. Food for home usually gets cold after just 5 minutes of driving.

Dear McDonald's team, I would like to share with you my honest feedback on my recent visits to your branch. I always used to enjoy your food, but unfortunately that has changed recently. After my visit yesterday I had severe stomach pain, and this wasn't the first time. I also had similar problems on my last five visits. This has made me decide to avoid McDonald's in the future. However, I would like to acknowledge that you have evolved in other areas. Your new automated processes and advancing digitalization are impressive and show your commitment to innovation. Nevertheless, McDonald's should primarily stand for high-quality food and not just as a pioneer in automation processes. For comparison: I've been eating at Burger King more often lately and I have to say that their quality is far superior to yours. The food there is much better and more digestible. It is important to me to give you this feedback because only through honest feedback can companies grow and improve.

When I ordered at the DriveIn I got a burger with no patty and just a salad. That's cheating!!!

Unfortunately, people often forget to pack something in the drive

I ordered menu (chicken burger, chicken nuggets and fries) home. The chicken nuggets were very dry and tasted “old”. The fries had become soft and didn't taste good. The bread from the chicken burger was very dry and also tasted “old”.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning has been broken for a long time, so it gets pretty hot inside.

There's always an expensive burger missing, and that gradually becomes noticeable.

Freshly renovated McDonald's where the terrace was still closed that day. Otherwise, you order at the counter as usual and have the food brought to you, which works well. The store seems to close at 12:00 a.m., but if you order and sit down at 11:55 p.m., the lights are turned off at 12:00 a.m. and you are asked to leave the store. This is the first time I've experienced this at McDonald's.

Now €11.50 ( Lieferando price) for a box of 20 chicken nuggets. I think at McDonalds you have completely lost touch with reality. A whole chicken from one of the many roast chicken carts in supermarket parking lots usually costs less and here they want to sell you 20 small shaped meat morsels for such an outrageous price? Open the windows!

In itself a typical McDonald's. However, the staff lacks service orientation. I ordered a menu at McDrive. After handing over the bag of food, I asked for a straw. I was then told that there were no straws for soft drinks, and this was repeated like a mantra by some of the employees. I was also made aware of the presence of the lid on the cup. Whether or not McDonald's current fitness policy provides for the unasked provision of straws for soft drinks, I expect an employee of a service company to come up with a customer-friendly solution, for example by offering a straw for milkshakes. So I can't recommend this McDonald's branch.

Actually quite good. Service was good but obviously one of the employees couldn't read. At least she is able to confuse chocolate sauce with cherry sauce. In addition, some people here are not able to carry a sprite. 200!!!!! But overall they were very nice if not 100% competent.

The delivery fee has now skyrocketed (€4.79) and pretty much all customers complain that the food arrives cold. Until these outrageous prices are not reduced, I would rather order from the competition and even get real burgers there that fill you up.

Clean and the staff is very friendly the prices are the chain like everywhere the parking lot could be bigger

We just love McDonalds. Contrary to the actual concept, not every branch is equally good. It would only be great if they didn't get more expensive every week. Even with the coupons and the like, we've now really reached a borderline price level.

If the child wants to go here, then you just go with them. It takes forever to get any codes from the app and then fails due to a non-functioning terminal. I still prefer to go to the counter and talk to people!! There is no need to comment on quality, everyone knows that only too well. Personally, I can get rid of a mountain of money here and still don't feel full.

There is no parking space for bicycles, so you just have to cycle through the drive.

Super fast service and the tables were wiped down regularly

Just like a McDonald's. I still think the panels are stupid but whatever. What I didn't like was that I just wanted to be left alone and eat my cheeseburger and a woman asked me if she could ask me questions about my food and experience at McDonald's.

The guy at the cash register is the real deal, the one with the scorpion tattoo. Rocket-fast and everything understood immediately, that's what makes the difference to all the sleeping pills at BurgerKing.

Food was fresh, warm and tasty. The order was complete even though it was a slightly larger order. The staff is nice, but since they are still quite inexperienced and the language isn't 100% comprehensible, it doesn't make the drive-in easy and you sometimes have to wait a long time because the orders are coming along slowly. But all in all ok.

We ordered and after 1 hour received the message that our order had now been canceled instead of it arriving!!!!

We dined here at the Golden Möwe restaurant late at lunchtime after a long walk through the local countryside. We were served various delicacies very politely! My wife and our girl were rejoicing.

We were on the way to vacation and ordered something. When we drove further we noticed that we had forgotten all the sauces, sour cream, sweet and sour and BBQ. This is unacceptable

No straws, no table service, half of the lights were switched off during the stay, the rooms were not heated in winter (you had to eat in a winter jacket). A smooth 6.

Wir waren heute im MC Drive erst verstand die Dame rein gar nichts was man ihr gesagt hat man musste es mehrfach wiederholen. Dann wird ein die Tüte gefühlt zu geschmissen und wäre das nicht schon genug, als wir Zuhause ankamen und essen wollten fand mein Mann ein dunkles Haar in sein großen Pommes unter ein paar Pommes drunter und da keiner von uns dunkle Haare hat muss es von einer der Mitarbeiter gewesen sein. Total ecklig. War auch das letzte Mal das wir dort was geholt haben.😑

Ein qualitativ gutes McDonald's Restaurant.

So etwas asoziales habe ich in 27 Jahren noch nie erlebt. Am Mcdrive Schalter die unfreundlichste Dame überhaupt und bei Übergabe der Bestellung die gesamte Tüte einfach wortwörtlich durchs Fenster geschmissen, sodass es auf dem Schoß meiner Mutter (Fahrerin) flog. Sich vor Ort zu beschweren unmöglich da scheinbar niemand aich nur annähernd der deutschen Sprache mächtig ist bzw. Auch keinerlei Interesse daran bestand überhaupt zu kommunizieren. Ich weiß nicht wer diese Menschen dort einstellt, aber das sollte schleunigst mal überdacht werden! Den einen Stern gibt es nur, weil man sonst keine Rezension schreiben kann.

Es war sehr dreckig. Es lag überall Salat, Pommes sogar ein angebissener Nugget auf dem Boden. Nicht nur an einem Platz. Wirklich bequem waren die Sitzbänke jetzt auch nicht. Aber Personal war dennoch sehr freundlich

Standart mecces. Was aber nicht geht ist das beim Frühstück das essen sofort als fertig markiert wird und man dann trotzdem 20 wartet. Dieses ist mehrfach vorgekommen. So kann man auch seine Zeiten fälschen im System.

Man mag davon halten, was man will, aber es schmeckt, und die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit

Keine Shakes zu verkaufen! Waren dann bei BK auf der Hildesheimer Strasse.. der Weg war weit, aber das Kind hat sich gefreut! BK hat Shakes! Update 19.11.2023: Heute war alles Top, drum erhöhe ich jetzt meine Bewertung.

Wenn man per App bestellt geht es wirklich schnell. Es gibt Bestellpanels drinnen. Der McDonald's ist allerdings nichts sehr groß und der kleine Parkplatz hat weniger Plätze, weil 5 McDonald's Lieferwagen darauf parken.

Ich habe viel zu lange gewartet, und die Mitarbeiter waren völlig inkompetent Thailand zu empfehlen, wenn man sehr besoffen ist

Sehr guter McDonald's, ich würde behaupten der beste in der ganzen Bundesrepublik. Leider hat sich das schon rumgesprochen, dementsprechend am Nachmittag und Abend immer sehr voll. Das liegt aber an der McDonald's Zentrale in München, die das Potenzial wohl nicht erkannt haben von diesem Store und auf weniger Kundschaft ausgelegt ist.
