Ordered: cold brew caramel Get: cold brew latte How hard can it be? McDonald's: yes... In general it tastes good, but people didn't invent working.

As a customer, you are literally forced to use the ordering machines, even if you don't want to. Since it is possible to order and pay in person, I don't understand the discussion. If that's the way you treat customers here - like you've done something wrong - I was a customer for the first and last time.

Unfortunately, you are forced to order at the terminal, although there is a long waiting time and both cash registers are empty. When you ask why you can't order at the checkout, you only get a stupid answer: You're asking too many questions. I would probably have understood if I had given a reasonable answer...

As always, good for in between.

At exactly midnight we, 6 others who ordered and about 10 guests who were eating were sent out because they wanted to close. Very rude even though it says everywhere that it's open until 1

Actually everything was fine, but with the McDrive, meat was forgotten twice in the BigMac. Had to drive back. Exchanged without propriety...

Unfortunately, the quality has no longer met my expectations for some time now. The fries are always cold, as are the burgers - regardless of whether you eat in or take away. We live only 5 minutes away by car. In addition, I asked the employees about it, but was simply shrugged off. During the last visit I even specifically asked to get fresh fries straight from the deep fryer as they were just being prepared. I emphasized that I was happy to wait - but my request was completely ignored. I'll give this branch one last chance. If I received cold food again, it would be my last visit to McDonald's, especially this branch.

This is by far the worst McDonalds on earth. We unfortunately keep coming once in a while for a quick meal ONLY because of the location but it does not get any better over time.

Yesterday I went to the drive-thru and ordered food for around €27. When I got home after 6 minutes and we wanted to eat, I was totally disappointed with what we got: old, cold fries and rock hard burgers. We had to throw the food away because it was inedible. This has happened several times recently, but I've had enough for now. I will never visit this place again even if I get free burgers there. The store is no longer what it used to be. 🤬🤬🤬

I don't know who had such a great idea but this conversion just doesn't work. The seats right at the entrance are just way too cold to sit there in the winter season. The seats are far too close together. The parking spaces have been reduced although the vehicles are now larger and wider.

Why the food there can be sold as food can only be the result of a powerful lobby. If you think about what you put into your body for even 2 minutes, the most you can buy here is water. You also don't put heavy oil in a gasoline tank.

Everything okay. It was clean and the food preparation was quick. There is also a charging station. One of the better MCD locations.

Unfortunately no recommendation. First of all, the water and McPlant we ordered were forgotten and only handed over when asked. Also ordered two McCrispy Bacon TS. Got two McCrispy Spicy, which is very spicy. I guess they were already finished and you didn't want to make the bacon TS. Unfortunately, only the number of boxes is checked on site and not what is in them (which you shouldn't expect of any customer). If there is no functioning system or a corresponding supervisor in the catering industry, or if there are at least reasonably motivated employees, something like this happens. Given the prices these days, it's very difficult to find arguments for visiting McDonald's.

The McDonald’s on the A2 is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and the food was fresh and well prepared. The location right on the motorway is particularly practical – perfect for a quick stop while driving. There is enough parking space, which makes your stay uncomplicated. All in all, a good stopover if you're passing through.

Be careful at the drive in! I put the front and rear at 1km/h, even though my car was still several centimeters above the legal minimum height! It remains to be seen who exactly is liable, but the law stipulates that speed bumps must not cause any damage during normal driving.

Was at the drive in and wanted to pick up a Mcflurry. The woman at the counter says today only with chocolate ice cream. Ok, then a McFlurry chocolate with caramel sauce. Lady at the counter: ONLY CHOCOLATE SAUCE TODAY!! So I said, fine then I'll drive through, I don't want anything, thanks. Lady at the counter: Tzzz! - I really wonder what that's about. I didn't want chocolate ice cream or chocolate sauce; in response to that, "smacking" at the customer is completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

Today I went to MacDonald's. I wanted to order from machines with my child, and there were people at other machines. However, the employee was of the opinion that I only had 1 minute to order from the machines. Instead of opening the cash register, he started rushing me. Are you crazy?

The food is sometimes served cold or you wait an eternity for your food despite there being fewer customers. The branch is also not always open around the clock, which is not advantageous for many who come from the night shift.

Typical MCD with various in. Clean and clearly laid out. Staff friendly and not stressed. Toilets clean and well maintained. Food is standard and nothing special.

We have never had such a fun and nice order. An extra advisor on the order monitor for best agers 😇🫣namely us. Gorgeous and he sold it so funny. We would have bought the store too🙃keep it up. This is a gap in the market.

Update: Used to be the best McDonalds in Hanover. Now just catastrophe. No more table service, just pick up at the counter. But monitors failed or simply not on. Therefore you have to wait at the counter until you hear the number. But it is called so indistinctly and quietly that you have to ask. At McCafe, 80% of the products are sold out or are not available. Mcces on Hildesheimer str. I'm skipping Hanover-Döhren now.

I was just at mc drive and ordered a bigmäc with extra sauce, a mcrib and 9er. Everything went quickly and friendly. The food was very very good, hot and tasty... Am thrilled

This store is a disgrace. There are fake opening times on the internet (I arrive 2 hours before the supposed closing time and I'm told "we're closed"). The employees are all so damn unfriendly, almost anti-social. Keep your chemistry sense. I am generally satisfied with this branch. However, today there was a big exception: I order the so-called “Tom Kaulitz Menu” This consists (also stated online) of a burger, a cola and 6 nuggets. However, the employee said that the nuggets were not on the menu, even after the branch management came to it, they confirmed that no nuggets were included in this menu. That is not right! The line also responded totally annoyed and didn't want to go into the conversation any further. Super disappointing.

I have to say the McDonald's store is not great, the bread is super dry as if it had been lying around for a long time and was only warmed up quickly and the nuggets were cold. The only thing you can buy here is ice cream, which is very tasty.

Been here 3 times in 6 days last night. The first time there were the glasses, only the cola, ordered without ice, tasted bland. Told the employees, yes yes, we'll take care of it. You have to know that there is no carbon dioxide in the Cola pressure container made of stainless steel, the carbon dioxide is supplied via an extra carbon dioxide container by operating the dispenser, whether Cola, Sprite, Fanta, etc. This means that no new carbon dioxide container was connected during the days and I was always looked at, oh, what the heck. That was it for us in the near future.

A crowded McDonald's, with impossible staff and average food quality. It is not possible to have food brought to the table as the staff have removed the signs. The display of when which order is ready is also deactivated. Accordingly, everyone stands at the cash register and waits for their number to be called instead of being able to sit down comfortably. As an operator, I would replace the entire staff.

Pure rip-off. Burgers have become completely small, carelessly slapped into the box, so that you first have to pile everything up correctly, there's hardly any sauce left on it, large fries don't have many more fries than the small ones, only the box is bigger, outrageous prices, stores won't open kept more clean, toilets are probably no longer cleaned regularly, it takes forever at the drive-thru.

Opening times according to your website Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m. I was just there at 10:52 p.m. I was refused entry at the door because they supposedly close at 11:00 p.m. Either the information on the website with the opening hours is incorrect or the employee lied to me! DANGER ! The Plantburger is not(!) vegan!! Not only the cheese, but also the sandwich sauce are made with animal products. Only the plant nuggets and the potato products dripping with fat are vegan. You can get something like that in any chip shop. There used to be a vegan burger... So what's the problem? Apparently McD wants to serve all types of customers, including vegetarians. All you can do is laugh out loud! So, as a “logical” consequence, there is no longer a burger for vegans --- unless they pay extra if they order without cheese and mayo. When I asked if the burger would be cheaper without cheese and egg mayo, I got a clear NO. So the whole thing - how could it be otherwise - with this company is pure profit-seeking! If you eat vegan because you don't want to take part in brutal, torturous factory farming, you shouldn't eat here at all! Eyewash. In addition, the food was less than lukewarm upon delivery. When everything was on the plates, it was cold.

Wir waren gestern Abend im Dive-in. Als wir Nachfragen bezüglich den Produkten hatten, wurden kurz darauf unsere Gutscheine nicht mehr angenommen. Es wurde gesagt, diese seien ungültig, obwohl wir 2 verschiedene Handys hatten und die Gutscheine aktualisiert haben. Es wurden keine Maßnahmen ergriffen dieses Problem zu beheben, schlussendlich mussten wir drinnen bestellen. Edit Januar 2024: Diesmal war das Personal freundlich. Die Shrimps sind lecker, leider hat der Kot auf dem Toilettensitz ein wenig den Appetit verdorben.

Mal ein sauberer Laden. Auch mein Code konnte übernommen werden, -hatte öfter woanders ein HAT NICHT GEKLAPPT! gesehen, schnelle Tischlieferung. Saubere Toiletten. DAHIN kommt man gerne wieder!

Wir haben nur 50 Minuten warten müssen. Alles war kalt.Statt wie wir angegeben vor Ort essen zu wollen haben wir nach dieser kurzen Wartezeit alles in einer netten Tüte bekommen. Leider gab es keine Entschuldigung für die vergeudet Zeit. Nie wieder.

Wir standen lange in der Drive Inn Schlange, um dann zu hören, dass es keine Shakes gibt.. Nach dem letzten Besuch waren wir heute wieder da und da war Alles gut. Drum werte ich die Bewertung auf!

Man friert sogar mit Jacke... Bei den Preisen kann ich das nicht mehr nachvollziehen.

Es ist ein McD nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Das Personal war bisher immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war stets frisch und ordentlich verarbeitet. Von daher volle Punktzahl, es ist das, was draußen dran steht.

Zum lange verweilen ist dieser Ort nichts. Aber man. will ja nur etwas essen. Dafür ist es ok.

Erstes Mal seit längerer Zeit dort, um leckeres MC Rösti Menu zu genießen. 1. Schock über den Preis, aber okay, was ist nicht teurer geworden! Dann aber der 2. Schock, eiskalt der Laden, wir mussten Jacke an lassen!! Bei minus Graden draußen freut man sich eigentlich, wenn man drinnen schön im Warmen sein Essen genießen kann bzw. könnte. Das war ziemlich ungemütlich und dann kam noch das lauwarme Menu mit Curly fries und 🍔...war ein Schuss in den Ofen. So schnell nicht wieder!!!!...

Ist hakt ein McD. Aber dafür einer der guten.... sehr lange Öffnungszeiten und immer freundliches Personal. Der Rest ist Standart. Aber es hier auf Sauberkeit geachtet. Auvh das ist nicht immer so.
