To begin with, I have to say I don't have extremely high expectations for the food or the service. You should know that McDonald's is McDonald's. Where does it end, though, when I'm being ripped off and then treated rudely? Yesterday, I had to wait 10 minutes at the drive-thru after ordering, not pleasant—let's move on. The fact that the fries were cold—not great—acceptable… BUT the fact that the staff first handed me the bag and then reached next to the window to give me the "warm" milkshake, and then became rude when I asked them to please make me a fresh one since the one had been sitting there for a while…

My order wasn't delivered via Lieferando. No one's answering the phone. Lieferando says to call the branch, but the branch is unreachable. Yeah... Thanks for nothing.

Slow Food restaurant, but way too dark – waited over 20 minutes for simple meals. I'm furious (and pregnant).

Absolute chaos. Waited 23 minutes for the food, burgers were cold. Mountains of trash on the tables and in the trolleys where you're supposed to put the trays.

So... According to the staff, I should have gone to the order kiosks instead of ordering verbally and paying in cash. After paying and everything, a very masculine-looking guy, who described himself as a manager, came up and deliberately tried to start an argument with me! Thanks to the guy who actually gave me my food! Guys, get ready! I'm ready for this.

Unfriendly shift manager, there was a long hair in my Mc Crispy, after taking a few bites I discovered it and went to the front and asked for my money back, he simply didn't understand that my appetite had been spoiled. I looked around and asked who works in the kitchen with long hair, he said only men, and then the waitresses at the till were walking around there with long hair. I got a replacement burger, he didn't understand that you no longer have an appetite for that burger at that moment.

There is always something missing from the orders

In my opinion, it used to be the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at. Unfortunately, the restaurant has suffered a significant decline in quality, service, and hygiene since the change in management. The Albanian gentleman who was the previous manager was extremely friendly and helpful, and he definitely had the restaurant under control. Unfortunately, I'll be heading to Laatzen from now on.

My favorite McDonald's. It's quiet, delicious, and clean. The food is prepared quickly.

This place has been around for years. I always held my dates there. It felt safe. I loved going there because I liked the hot chocolate. Later, it was just dipped in steamed milk with a chocolate cube. Creepy. This was, among other things, the first MC Café in Hanover. It was very centrally located near the expressway and the city center. The atmosphere there was always nice. I spent many Sundays there with delicious cakes, because you could also buy takeaway. Oh, the memories come flooding back. Watching how this place has constantly changed. It's hard to imagine it if you didn't see it 20 years ago. Today it's very modern, chic, with more space and plenty of seating. The outdoor area is beautiful; it feels like you're on vacation. The prices are reasonable, and there are always great promotions and coupons. I had a great young man who helped me with my order over the phone. THANK YOU🙏🏽😊 Stay so warm❤️ The other young man who brought our food to our table was also very polite. Thank you to the great team. I haven't been there in years, but we still felt very, very comfortable. Maybe I can find some photos from back then. My last visit was on September 17, 2025.

The food ordering machines are simply the worst. It also took a lot longer. And one of them was even broken, brave new world 😂. Next time, I'll go to Burger King.

We were satisfied, tried McDonald's in Göttingen today and there was a huge difference. We liked it in Hanover.

Dear Sir or Madam, We ordered our food at 7:04 PM and it's now 7:16 PM. It's simply a disgrace that we've waited over 10 minutes for our food. In general, everything here is dirty, the tables, etc., the restrooms—it's unacceptable. They don't even clean here. Such disrespectful treatment of customers is unacceptable. We're calling the health department because I won't tolerate mice in the kitchen contaminating the food. I've been waiting for 30 minutes with about 10 of their guests. They can't get anything done. It's just terrible.

I would advise anyone not to come here if they're hungry and want their food quickly. The wait for breakfast is unacceptable. We ordered our breakfast (a total of five items) at 9:52 on Sunday and didn't get our food until 10:36. We wouldn't come back here until something changes. There are only two employees waiting here, so it's no wonder everyone has to wait for their food. Also, I ordered Sausages & Egg and they only gave me Sausages, which is annoying. 😡

Normally, I can recommend this place to anyone who likes McDonald's. It's clean and the food is okay. However, this time, as a Drive-Thru, I and others had to wait a very long time because there was only one person at the checkout and the checkout counter! Now that's what I call understaffing...!

The food was fresh and good. I had a meal with two Big Macs, fries, and a Coke. Unfortunately, the terminal didn't accept my debit card, so I had to go to the cashier. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

Warning! This branch is operating a scam and forcing customers to give Uber drivers bad reviews. This constitutes coercion, slander, and damage to reputation/business. Orders are repeatedly incomplete within a short period of time. This usually concerns items that are not sealed in the bag. Every time this branch was contacted, the statement was that Uber drivers steal. Once emailed, twice, it's entirely believable. For example, drinks and shakes are not delivered in sealed bags. Recently, two meals and two shakes were ordered in reusable packaging. One drink was missing, and the shakes came in paper cups. The branch stubbornly claimed that the Uber driver stole the drink, even though the order itself was faulty. The shift manager failed to realize that by making these allegations of theft without proof, she is committing a criminal offense. No compensation, just a statement that Uber would reimburse me for the missing drink. Unfortunately, I was forced to go to the branch, request the drink, and get a refund for the two paper cup shakes. There was also a discussion at the branch, and the shift manager offered no insight. Again, she claimed the Uber driver had stolen. My advice: Stay away from ordering from this branch. I reserve the right to take legal action.

I've tried many different McDonald's in Hanover, but this is the only one where the burgers are always truly fresh and the fries are served hot and crispy. Orders are processed and served quickly, and the staff really pays attention—which is unfortunately a rarity these days.

The usual McDonald's offerings are presented here as usual – the menu offers everything you'd expect. The branch is clean, and the interior is modern. The service is decent, with no particular highlights, but also no notable flaws. Overall, a reliable place for a quick bite.

After several visits, I can't give it more than two stars. Poor service, poor quality, and if you order something that's supposedly sold out, you get yelled at. Nope... then not.

Worst service ever! I just wanted to eat with my girlfriend shortly before 1 p.m. We ordered a €25 menu and had table service. The menu arrived, and the employee tipped the entire tray over us (okay, it can happen). But the way the manager handled it was abysmal. We were offered new food, but of course we wanted our money back. We got our money back, but nothing to eat. No cleaning was offered, nothing at all. Everything below the waist was sticky—our underwear, pants, shoes, and socks—were all wet and sticky. So, sorry, the least we could have done as compensation would have been to get a new menu and our money. My girlfriend's new shoes are ruined. Thanks for the awesome McDonald's experience ☺️

Ordered for delivery - received the wrong order. The store is unreachable by phone. (Tried 6 times) Frustrating experience. :(

Terrible service, the staff refuses to help or resolve the situation, and is rude. We ordered food for delivery – there were initially delivery issues, and the employee was unfriendly and unwilling to resolve the issue. Later, the Happy Meal was missing juice and mashed potatoes, even though they were ordered according to the receipt. We also asked for the burger to be made without onions (as also stated on the receipt) – but it still contained onions. We called McDonald's and were told they would be refunded – but nothing has been refunded yet.

We visited there last Saturday (July 19, 2025) and were very satisfied. Crispy fries and nuggets, and a burger that looked exactly like the ad pictures.

Well, it's McDonald's. Compared to other branches, this one is one of the better ones.

After 20 minutes our order was brought to us without any apology, the restaurant was empty except for us 4 people. The burger was cold and there was a very tired salad in it, see photo. Toast burnt in the restaurant, dirt everywhere.

Yesterday around 5:00 p.m., I ordered several burgers for work. The delivery was quick, but relatively unprofessional. I received a call saying, "Eeeeeey Eeeeeey Where you? Eeeeeey Where you?" instead of using the front door. The burgers were still warm, but poorly prepared—everything was just squashed together in a hurry. We got diarrhea immediately afterward. I'm still struggling with it and had to call in sick; my colleagues are slowly feeling a little better today. It seems to be due to hygiene. I've never experienced anything like this at McDonald's before. Never again!!!

I ordered three takeaway items and had to wait 15 minutes in an empty store. The waitress wasn't there. My bag with the items was ready (obviously NOT kept warm), but nothing happened.

And also thank you for not even being able to answer the phone even though there's absolutely nothing going on today - so it would be great if you didn't look for excuses why you can't answer the phone - I'm very understanding when it's busy, but how is it possible that I was just there and the store is completely empty - but then you do absolutely terrible work? Don't you check the order? And just before I placed my order, someone else was at the cashier and had filed a complaint - McDonald's, what's next? So I'm paying for a service I didn't receive - something's missing from my order - I just got home and don't live around the corner - I'd like to eat something, then I unpack and see something's missing... A recent renovation transforms the restaurant into a modern McDonald's, with table service, order kiosks, and a modern ambiance. Here, you get what you'd expect from a contemporary McDonald's.

We ordered two McFlurrys at the drive-through and the service was excellent. It tasted delicious and the drive-through service was just great. Very friendly and accommodating. 👍🏼

One of the employees was very mean. It was crowded, so I understand why she was in a bad mood, but why do you have to take it out on the customers? I was already crying, and she told me to go away, you have too strong an accent, even though she had an accent herself. Absolutely terrible service. I'm going to therapy now.

Waited 30 minutes for ONE ice cream

We stopped by today. We waited 20 minutes for our order! Even though there were almost no people there. The toilet was very dirty, there was no soap, the holder was broken. The table was also dirty and there was trash lying under the table.

A clown horn could be heard the whole time. Super annoying.

The tables and restrooms were reasonably clean. The food was as usual. The staff were friendly, but not very easy to understand. It's a McDonald's, after all.

I went to the McDrive yesterday because my little brother was in the hospital and wanted a Happy Meal. I drove up and ordered €30 worth of food, including the Happy Meal. When I arrived at the Bult, I realized that over half of my order was missing. No burgers, only one fries, no sauce, and NO Happy Meal were brought. The meal cost about €10-15. My little brother was anything but happy to be left without a Happy Meal. I usually have relatively good experiences here, but this needs to be improved. Calls to the number were not answered, and I'll have to try to get a refund tomorrow. Update: I was refunded the following day, so I'm upgrading the rating.

It's clean, the food is delicious 😋. There's one small (or maybe bigger) problem: the customer service! We ordered at the ordering machine, and since we didn't have cards with us, we had to pay cash at the register. We stood there for almost 15 minutes. Even though an employee walked past five times, luckily, a slightly younger employee who was very nice and helpful soon came over to us. Conclusion: The food tastes delicious! 😋😋😋 The customer service could be better with some employees. But it's very clean!

Curly fries weren't fresh (soft). The 0.5l Coke was served in a reusable coffee cup, which never holds 0.5l...

30 minutes waiting time...and that at a fast food restaurant

Ordered via Lieferando at 3 p.m., order not received until 5 p.m.! What's that all about? A little delay is bearable, but over TWO hours later at a FAST food restaurant is an absolute disgrace and not FAST at all! Move your arse or quit if you don't feel like it! But true, with the latter you don't get paid anymore, right? And when we called, they told us the computer says it had been delivered! Yes, probably to house number 1 again instead of 10 like before! When it finally arrived, we were even yelled at! Absolute disgrace and the most ridiculous and brazen delivery! LAST ORDER from us! NEVER AGAIN!

Never again. I had to wait a while for my order and watched the kitchen a bit. The lady with the black headscarf takes her cell phone out of her apron, taps on it, chews around in her mouth, pushes the nuggets from the scoop into the boxes, pinches her nose with two fingers and pulls one finger under her nose, sorts the nuggets nicely with her fingers and then pushes the nuggets in with the entire flat of her hand. Almost canceled my order. It doesn't work at all. A case for Team Wallraff.

There was a time when this branch was really bad. That hasn't been the case for a while. The food is always complete and hot. We have always received very friendly service. The ambience: it's just a McDonald's.

The store itself is good, Delivery is completely opaque and takes much longer than advertised. You don't even get a notification about where your food is or whether it's even been prepared. Furthermore, no one answers multiple calls, and you even get hung up.

I only ordered a coffee there and it was ok. But the tables and floor were so dirty. I then drank my coffee in the car. In addition, I was there in the morning and that means that there is no cleaning there in the evening or morning.
