McDonald's in Hannover

Ordered a McRib without onions and cucumber slices. I got a McChicken Classic without sauce and without salad.

Absolutely disgusting!!!!!! What on earth is this?? Food poisoning the person was about to die!!!!!!

Staff was very unfriendly. I asked for a straw 3 times. Unfortunately I just didn't get one. The cardboard lids on the drinks are disgusting. And as long as everything is packaged in plastic, that's a really bad argument. Especially since the straws are also made from paper. Otherwise the food is expensive and bad. So not recommended.

I actually like this McDonald's best. The staff is always friendly, everything is clean, and even when the house is full, the food comes quickly. But one thing disappoints me every time: the Poffertjes. Every time I get them served rock hard, and even after a complaint, the "fresh" poffertjes are just as hard. That's a real shame, because otherwise everything here is great! 🥲

The employees can't help it and are actually always nice, but now you have to beg like a dog for a straw (made of cardboard, mind you) for your cola. As I said, the employees can't help it, but you have to write it down somewhere.

As always, there's nothing wrong with the food, but the reason for my recession is different. The employee who often carries out table service does his job extremely well. He beams with his positive nature every time he visits, is super nice and helpful. It enriches the store and the visit to this McDonald’s restaurant to the fullest extent!

Basically quite friendly. Unfortunately, something is often missing from the order. Checked three times - everything is OK. Not checked once. Chicken Mc Nuggets are missing. Unfortunately, that wasn't the first time.

food is poor for a McD's and if there is a dispute then the Team Lead will take the side of the Employees every time - Customer is not king here. Today all is good here because they got an inspector here. So as of tomorrow same back to the usual 2-3 stars. Two out of every three orders in drive-thru has a mistake.

At McDrive we couldn't be given any information as to whether the sauces were vegan. The waitress asked indignantly whether she should ask now, we could look on the Internet. The branch manager then kindly came over at the second window to inform us that we can find out more about allergens and additives on the Internet. And we could have read that in the small print on the McDrive display. If you can tell, as he himself added. There's nothing wrong with the food, McD. However, the service here is exceptionally good, especially the team during breakfast time is absolutely top. The cleanliness in the branch is always exemplary. I like coming here regularly.

As is usual with McD, things go very quickly there because the new, rather unfriendly system for paying has been introduced. There's nothing wrong with the taste.

The McDonald near Steintor is one of the McDonalds that I don't think is that great. The reason is that the store is small and for the toilets you need a toilet code that you have to get first, but otherwise it's like any other McDonald's.

Very bad ambient with the workers, they talk to you badly and before the time they want you leaving...

It may not be the most modern McDonald's, but cleanliness is important here and the menus are befitting. There was a time when you would be greeted with “Welcome to McDonald’s.” Today it's just called "number 274". One of the best MCD branches I know. The food arrives quickly and any special requests from the terminal are taken into account. If something is on the floor, it doesn't stay there for long. An always friendly guy strolls through the store regularly and keeps it clean. He has often taken the empty tray from me at the table. Great. Things are getting better, but anyone who complains about this branch should go to Vahrenwalderstrasse. Keep it up in Altwarmbüchen. 👍👍👍

This is the best MC store in my area. What I particularly like in the summer is the great slide for the children outside. But I miss her inside. It's a shame she's gone.

You're actually best off going through McDrive. This means you can eat your food relatively quickly and eat your fast food undisturbed. It sometimes takes a long time inside and you're left with the screams of Blake on your face.

Ordered today. The delivery driver from Lieferando, who delivered the tour at 7:30 p.m., was great. Had the child in his arms and he came back to bring us water and a children's squeeze. Please find more of his kind :)

Warm, fresh, delicious and complete. You don't expect much more from your order at McDonald's, but it still has to be mentioned if it works out. Thumbs up keep it up.

The food was fresh and the employees were friendly. The table service worked well. What was very unpleasant were the women's toilets. All three were very dirty. It's not just the staff, but also the users.

Unfortunately, the tables were full of old dishes for 30 minutes and employees just kept running around and no one had cleared them away...someone with headphones kept shouting at people

Rude staff. I waited 15 minutes and had to ask for my order. Then I was told the order was here. It was simply pushed to the counter without being called and without displaying the number. The employee then made fun of me and told me I should really look. I don't think that's possible at all!

Average McDonalds. At least it was clean and the employees were pleasantly friendly and funny. There's not much to say about eating at McDonalds, it's only good when you're on the go if nothing else is available.

The “new” shift manager (Martin) is really a disaster! Shows a rude manner and drives long-standing regular customers out of the restaurant. Big mouth and cheeky towards the customer. Absolutely incapable of running such a store in a customer-friendly manner.

We went to this McDonald's at 7am on March 11th and we have to say that we have never had such nice and reliable service in our lives. The employee was so kind and accommodating that we were able to continue our journey satisfied and full. Kudos to this person. Everyone should take this as an example. Thanks :) 🙏🏼

A McDonald's with very good and friendly service, but it was probably due to the friendly employee who brought the food to the table in a good mood, but he alone deserves 5 stars.

Wir hatten über die App zum Abholen bestellt. 2xPommes und zu den Nuggets die Soßen fehlten. Kontrolliert unbedingt eure Bestellung!!! Telefonisch niemanden zu erreichen.Frechheit !!!

Früher mal der beste MCD in Hannover... Jetzt fast immer mit falschem Inhalt am drive. Auch bei kleinen Bestellungen klappt es nicht: eben ein Menü mit Burger, Pommes und Getränk bestellt... Geliefert wurde nur Getränk und Burger. Große Bestellungen sind immer wieder eine Wundertüte. Leider auch immer wieder keine Strohhalme verfügbar... Ein absolutes Unding wenn man beim fahren trinken will...

Leider ist es nur noch möglich am Automaten zu bestellen und dort habe ich mich in der Eile die hatte nicht zu Recht gefunden Bin ohne zu Essen wieder gefahren Schade

Relativ wenig sauce auf dem Burger, das mit dem drivein am Ende werde ich nie verstehen (nach vorne rechts fahren und dort warten, damit dann extra ein Mitarbeiter nach vorne zu uns laufen muss, wir waren im übrigen die einzigen drivein Kunden, anstatt man das Essen direkt am Fenster erhält und evtl gleich reklamieren kann)

Wer auf MCDonald steht bekommt hier noch ein guten Ableger. Ich mag zwar nicht das Bestellen am selbstbedienungsterminal und auch beim Essen ist McDonald nicht meine erst Wahl. Aber wenn ich das außen vor halte klappt es dort bei meinen Besuchen immer das man nach der Bestellung eine Tischnummer nehmen kann, und dort auf sein Essen warten. Das klappt bei meinen Besuchen in der Vahrenwalder Strasse nie. Das Essen war war gut warm und der "Überbringer" freundlich. Er hat sogar vorm gehen gefragt ob es geschmeckt hat ;-D, somit fast lokal Charakter. Da ein Lokal mit der "freundlichen" Bedienung steigt oder fällt kann ich auch da nix monieren. Es liegt nach meinem empfinden nicht so nah an der Hauptstraße bzw. Autobahn das es mich gestört hat. Was man auf den Teller bekommt weiß man ja vorher ;-D. Damit kann ich für diesen MCDonald jedenfalls ruhigen Gewissens 5 Sterne geben.

Pommes fehlte, Cola fehlte und wir waren mit mehreren Leuten da so das es nicht sofort aufgefallen ist. Dann auf Nachfrage und Reklamation war der Herr sehr unfreundlich und wir bekamen es nicht! Tische waren unsauber aber im großen und ganzen war es okay

Unbedingt bei Bestellung zum Mitnehmen noch im Laden alles überprüfen. In locker 75% der Fälle fehlt was. Oft längere Wartezeit als bei anderen Filialen, auch bei relativ wenig Kunden im Laden/im McDrive.

Ich war seit Langem mal wieder bei MC Donalds. Ich habe wieder festgestellt, dass Fastfood nichts für mich ist. Die vegetarische Variante hat mir nicht geschmeckt, obwohl der Burger gut gemacht war.

Bevor ich gestern hingefahren bin, habe ich mir die Kundenrezessionen angesehen und schockiert wie schlecht die waren. Ich dachte die Leute übertreiben... Ich kam hin, wollte über das digitale Terminal bestellen aber 2/4 waren außer Gefecht. Dann nachdem das Essen bestellt und bezahlt war, dauerte es ca. 15 Minuten bis es fertig war obwohl meine Bestellung die erste und einzige auf dem Monitor war. 2 Minuten nachdem ich das Essen erhalten hatte, war es bereits kalt. Vor Ort wollte ich auch nicht essen, da jeder Tisch verdreckt war. Wie das Klo aussieht will ich erst garnicht erahnen müssen. Die Bilder sind von meinem Mc Chicken... sieht genau so wie auf dem Werbeplakat aus, ne? Was ist bloß aus Mäcces geworden. Solche Schweinereien habe ich bei KFC nicht erlebt.

Nur ein Milchshake von Mac Drive geholt.

Wenn man in ein solches Restaurant geht, kann man es nicht negativer bewerten, weil es wie die anderen Restaurants ist - das ist so gewollt und deshalb geht man hin! Es war alles sauber, man wurde freundlich und schnell bedient.

Immer viel los. Beim McDrive immer den Inhalt der Tüte kontrollieren, fehlte schon öfter mal etwas oder waren falschen Saucen etc. drin. Leider auch immer mal wieder etwas lange Wartezeiten und lange Schlangen. Die Qualität des Essen ist bei anderen McDonalds teilweise besser.

Das Essen hatte fast gar keinen Geschmack. Die Pommes waren überschüttet mit Salz. Der Big Mac schmeckte eigentlich nur nach der soße. Das Personal war okay (nicht schnell, aber auch nicht langsam, nicht besonders freundlich, aber auch nicht unfreundlich). Die Preise finde ich für die Qualität mittlerweile sogar schon zu hoch. Dennoch rate ich eher zu mehr Qualität und gebe dann auch gerne etwas mehr aus. Draußen (drinnen auch) gibt es einige Sitzplätze und auch Rutschen für Kinder. Fazit: Bei Mc Donald`s sollte man nichts erwarten.
