The service was great, but the food was far dry, see photos. I threw everything away. The only McDonald's that consistently serves such disgusting food. Someone probably doesn't want to accept the guidelines and throw away the food when it is no longer viable. Horrible

From my experience, this McDonald's branch has always had friendly staff for 30 years! The food is usually served without a long wait. I've never had to complain about anything. SUPER!

Were served very unfriendly at the counter. We should probably order at the terminal. Because my son didn't immediately know what he wanted for dessert, apple pieces were forced on him because he would already consume enough unhealthy foods with Cola. Taste was OK, but... The filet-o-fish was only topped with half or a quarter slice of cheese. The fries were lukewarm. In general, all the employees walked around the store in a rather bad mood.

I won't be going back. Dirty tables, dirty toilets, and the crispy chicken was only lukewarm with a cold slice of cheese on top.

Once I accidentally ordered a burger with mustard even though I wanted to put it down. Ordered another one this time without mustard - it came with mustard again. Fries were mangy and the overall package was really shit

There was no beer, although beer was offered on the menu outside the store. In my opinion that's not possible at all!! (THIS IS VERY MISLEADING ADVERTISING THAT MADE ME SAD)

I can only agree with my previous poster, Melly. The employee who took over the table service during my visit, I think his name is Lars, simply stands out in the otherwise typically cold McDonald's charm with his friendly, warm and nice manner. Stay as you are, dear Lars. You are one of the people who bring some warmth back into this world that has become quite cold and ruthless. I hope your boss appreciates you, but I'm afraid that's not the case...

Great Mac, clean, food was delivered quickly by a friendly man, not busy and you can load your car while you eat…

The service and food are extremely good by McDonald's standards.

Only when you visit the McDo in Altwarmbüchen do you understand that there are actually differences between the branches. This is well managed, clean and the waiting times are usually short. There is another special feature: an employee occasionally works in service here who, I believe, has a small handicap. But the employee is super attentive, really nice to all customers and, compared to other branches, he always cleans up the guest area. You rarely experience something like overcrowded carts for tablets here. Top service therefore. I prefer to go to this branch because the management seems to give slightly disadvantaged people a chance in service and that's a win for everyone.

We had to wait far too long. Everyone else got it before us and it's poor quality. They're unfriendly and it's not nice to watch them work.

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been

This McD is neat and tidy. I ordered a Happy Metal there with 3 children and it was prepared neatly and quickly. Everything was neatly packed in the box and everything was nice and warm without having to burn your fingers. My latte macchiato was perfectly warm and the espresso in it was nice and mild and strong. The toilet was extremely clean and tidy, but unfortunately very narrow for an adult with a child. Next time I would use the disabled toilet. The toddler chair was very clean and I was able to let my little one eat in it without any problems. The entrance area is quite poorly designed. We had the first table next to the ordering terminals, so new guests sat on our laps because they couldn't spread out any further. I would go here again to get something quick to eat. Just because of the clean toilets. When you're traveling with children, you really appreciate something like this.

Staff was very unfriendly. I asked for a straw 3 times. Unfortunately I just didn't get one. The cardboard lids on the drinks are disgusting. And as long as everything is packaged in plastic, that's a really bad argument. Especially since the straws are also made from paper. Otherwise the food is expensive and bad. So not recommended.

I actually like this McDonald's best. The staff is always friendly, everything is clean, and even when the house is full, the food comes quickly. But one thing disappoints me every time: the Poffertjes. Every time I get them served rock hard, and even after a complaint, the "fresh" poffertjes are just as hard. That's a real shame, because otherwise everything here is great! 🥲

The McDonald near Steintor is one of the McDonalds that I don't think is that great. The reason is that the store is small and for the toilets you need a toilet code that you have to get first, but otherwise it's like any other McDonald's.

One of the best MCD branches I know. The food arrives quickly and any special requests from the terminal are taken into account. If something is on the floor, it doesn't stay there for long. An always friendly guy strolls through the store regularly and keeps it clean. He has often taken the empty tray from me at the table. Great. Things are getting better, but anyone who complains about this branch should go to Vahrenwalderstrasse. Keep it up in Altwarmbüchen. 👍👍👍

This is the best MC store in my area. What I particularly like in the summer is the great slide for the children outside. But I miss her inside. It's a shame she's gone.

You're actually best off going through McDrive. This means you can eat your food relatively quickly and eat your fast food undisturbed. It sometimes takes a long time inside and you're left with the screams of Blake on your face.

Ordered today. The delivery driver from Lieferando, who delivered the tour at 7:30 p.m., was great. Had the child in his arms and he came back to bring us water and a children's squeeze. Please find more of his kind :)

The food was fresh and the employees were friendly. The table service worked well. What was very unpleasant were the women's toilets. All three were very dirty. It's not just the staff, but also the users.

Rude staff. I waited 15 minutes and had to ask for my order. Then I was told the order was here. It was simply pushed to the counter without being called and without displaying the number. The employee then made fun of me and told me I should really look. I don't think that's possible at all!

Average McDonalds. At least it was clean and the employees were pleasantly friendly and funny. There's not much to say about eating at McDonalds, it's only good when you're on the go if nothing else is available.

The “new” shift manager (Martin) is really a disaster! Shows a rude manner and drives long-standing regular customers out of the restaurant. Big mouth and cheeky towards the customer. Absolutely incapable of running such a store in a customer-friendly manner.

We went to this McDonald's at 7am on March 11th and we have to say that we have never had such nice and reliable service in our lives. A McDonald's with very good and friendly service, but it was probably due to the friendly employee who brought the food to the table in a good mood, but he alone deserves 5 stars.

Früher mal der beste MCD in Hannover... Jetzt fast immer mit falschem Inhalt am drive. Auch bei kleinen Bestellungen klappt es nicht: eben ein Menü mit Burger, Pommes und Getränk bestellt... Geliefert wurde nur Getränk und Burger. Große Bestellungen sind immer wieder eine Wundertüte. Leider auch immer wieder keine Strohhalme verfügbar... Ein absolutes Unding wenn man beim fahren trinken will...

Leider ist es nur noch möglich am Automaten zu bestellen und dort habe ich mich in der Eile die hatte nicht zu Recht gefunden Bin ohne zu Essen wieder gefahren Schade

Relativ wenig sauce auf dem Burger, das mit dem drivein am Ende werde ich nie verstehen (nach vorne rechts fahren und dort warten, damit dann extra ein Mitarbeiter nach vorne zu uns laufen muss, wir waren im übrigen die einzigen drivein Kunden, anstatt man das Essen direkt am Fenster erhält und evtl gleich reklamieren kann)

Wenn die Falsche Schicht da ist Läuft hier garnix .. dreckige Tische .. vergessene Saucen lange Wartezeit ….
