The food was cold and half of it was missing. By far the worst Burger King in all of Hanover. Just plain outrageous.

Normal Burger King store. I was there during the week, just before 2000. It was very empty there. The fries were great as always. My tip: personalize the burgers/Whoppers. You can find something in absolutely every restaurant if you want. The basic hygiene was correct in this case. Nevertheless, I now find Mäckes to be better in some respects. Especially the app and promotions. You can pre-order online, pay and all you have to do is pick up the food on site. You also get bonus points for this. BK urgently needs to make adjustments! The prices have increased quite a bit. I wouldn't come without coupons because otherwise you would have to pay too much. With coupons it's just about clear. Edit. The app has now followed suit. There are points to collect. The tortilla beef burger is a good idea and delicious. But the price for this is beyond good and evil. Guys... that's how much a menu costs in the competition. That's really cheeky. I'd rather replicate the idea at home. The coupons don't really save you much money. Improve here too. The store itself is absolutely okay, as is the service. So it's a management task to make this better. You have the choice: Profit maximization or more sales and customers and thereby achieve the target margin. I'll stay out of the price when it comes to prices. The current pricing of the Whopper is okay 👍 (new bun)

However, after placing our order, we changed our minds and wanted to change the order. The employee, whose name I unfortunately don't know (it was a Chinese-sounding name), informed us in an unfriendly manner that cancellation was not possible and that we had to accept the order as it was placed. She asked us to drive up. As we drove on we were again told in a loud and cheeky tone that cancellation was not possible and we had to take the items we had ordered. The employee even started shouting and spoke to us very disrespectfully. This behavior was extremely inappropriate and made us very upset. We expect a company like Burger King to treat customers respectfully and politely. I request that you review this incident and ensure that such situations are avoided in the future

June 27, 2024 First the terminal for ordering didn't work, after I asked directly at the checkout they looked at me as if I spoke a different language. Unfortunately I have no hope... I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food when there were few customers... I will report and boycott this store from now on. Just slow, this terrible store!

An absolute scandal! Tonight we went to Burger King on Vahrenwalder Straße at 2:46 a.m. because according to their website the store was supposed to be open until 5 a.m. But what awaited us there was an unreasonable expectation!
