The restaurant was okay, clean, and had a fresh style. I had to wait a while even though it wasn't busy. The long chicken burger was either overgrilled or the meat had been used that morning. I didn't have the time or inclination to argue about it there. But the restroom was very clean.

I've been a regular customer for years—so much so that they probably recognize me before I even open the door. And yet, I still manage to make my visit somehow embarrassing every single time. Last time, I thought to myself, "Today will definitely be better." Wrong. This time, I got a €52 fine for parking violations, even though I was just picking up my food.

Instead of getting help from the Burger King employees, they gave him a whole meal for free, which made me wait longer for my order. The place is wide and clean. Service was efficient. My daughter enjoyed the mini playground on the second floor.

Everything prepared very quickly

The BK in Langenhagen tastes much better... The beef burgers here have a very strong grilled flavor, and I wonder what their grill looks like.

The ordering terminals aren't working. Entering the order is still possible, but when you click pay, they crash, and you have to re-enter the entire order. Multiple terminals give the same error. Also, there's a homeless person begging right outside the door.

We got ice cream and churros. You can't complain about the ice cream, but the churros were completely doughy inside. You could knead them, and when we went there, they said that was normal. Now I have a stomachache. I wouldn't recommend it.

Waiting time at the Bodenlos drive-thru. You can see inside from the drive-thru lane. Nothing going on in the restaurant, but the wait time is +20 minutes.

The burgers at Burger King are really good! The grilled Double Whopper was particularly outstanding – juicy, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The restaurant seemed very clean, and the restrooms were easily accessible and in perfect condition. The parking situation is also positive; there were plenty of spaces and access was easy. All in all, a very pleasant visit – we'd gladly go again!

I really like this Burger King! The service is fast, environment is really good, the staff is super friendly. The wifi is free and I enjoyed eating while doing my university homework. Ipersonally had a great experience and would highly recommend.

It was my first time there and I only got good reviews for the location, but unfortunately, I was convinced otherwise. I saw employees with red hair and oil stains on their shoes. Rats were tied to the door with a leash. During break time, the rats were fed leftover French fries. Customers there wanted to be yelled at by the employees. Pigeons had free rein, just like at Hanover Central Station. What I wanted to say was that I really liked the new lime cotton candy drink, but my cotton candy was stolen by an employee, so that's a big minus point. It's really a very, very good restaurant, I recommend it to everyone!! Best 👀‼️

This was the last time I was here. I just wanted to meet someone in peace, chat, and reminisce about old times, and now I get a €44 ticket for exceeding the parking time? Yes, it may be posted there, but honestly, does anyone pay attention? I then lodged an appeal and was told to please submit the receipt. Hello, does anyone even keep receipts from fast food restaurants? Is this place doing so poorly that they rely on the extra income from Smart Parking Germany GmbH in Düsseldorf? According to the comments above, yes. I'll never go back to this place, and I come to this area regularly, but I don't need this kind of rip-off.

We were just at McDonald's. We arrived just before closing time and left after. They didn't stress us out. We were able to continue eating in peace. We'd be happy to go again.

Tables not clean, waited almost half an hour for the food, 15 people after me were served faster, my order was only processed after asking, drink cups were filled to different levels, some had significantly less content

The food doesn't taste good, it's incredibly dry, and the fries were rotten. I don't think €50 for three meals and two individual fries is acceptable. Burgers are forgotten even though there's nothing going on. The atmosphere is okay.

I was at the drive-thru on June 12th at 1:45 a.m. I had to wait to order something, the employee told me, "We're closed, without an apology, without anything." Then I had to wait until someone finished the other order. It's a shame that I have to wait 15 minutes, and at the end the employee says, "We're closed, so never again at Burger King."

What can you say about Burger King? Normally, you know this chain and one location is cleaner than the next. And normally, I wouldn't rate it because every restaurant has its pluses and minuses. But this is different. What was very striking here: we were there at 3 a.m., the restaurant was empty (maximum three customers), and there were as many employees as customers present—at least, I only saw three. Unfortunately, NONE of the employees felt capable of cleaning the tables, removing the trash on the floor, or emptying the return carts. But they were definitely able to cheerfully carry on their private conversations without worrying about the appearance of the store. When we walked in, we had trouble finding a halfway clean and tidy table. Whether I would visit this location again at night is questionable, because we're talking about hygiene, and the more obvious question is, what does it look like behind the counter if it looks like this in front of the counter. Update May 31, 2025, 3:30 p.m. We were here again today. About 8 guests. Tables were clean, food was ready quickly, but the chili cheese nuggets were reheated. Why didn't I say anything? Quite simply, the restaurant manager was dealing with a guest who was already raging and for whom pretty much everything had gone wrong. At the next table, a couple sat and ordered ice cream. The wrong ice cream arrived, not what was ordered on the receipt. Since this gentleman also complained, I figured I wouldn't say anything and probably wouldn't come back.

Everything has now been converted to ordering at the vending machine. Then there's a roughly 10-minute wait for the food to be ready. The process is pretty smooth once you get used to ordering from the terminal. You hardly ever see any staff at the checkout anymore. I think seating is a good and modern option. What would be even better is ordering directly from your phone.

Absolutely incompetent staff, from shift managers to temporary workers... they don't understand anything and even misunderstand what they actually understand. It's an absolute disaster. Every restaurant, whether it's a Mecces or a BK or who knows what, is full of people whose job it is to communicate but who can't speak German. Your appetite is ruined as soon as you order...

Fries were hot but burger was not. No ice in coke not very cold

After we explained to the staff that all the tables were greasy and dirty, nothing happened at first. When we finally got our food, a few things were missing.

Burger King - you actually know what you're getting here. Nevertheless, I always enjoy coming here, fast service and long opening hours until 3/4 a.m. and 6 a.m. in the morning have often saved the day. Delicious coffee and two terraces also for smokers. Good location in the city, 3 minutes by car on the train and 5 minutes into the city.

Very nice staff, especially the management. Errors are analyzed at eye level and corrected in a responsive and customer-oriented manner. To clarify. : Mistakes are extremely rare in the store, but they just happen like they can happen anywhere.

Drive in not recommended. 45 minutes waiting time. It is not possible to see beforehand how many cars there are and it is no longer possible to leave the drive-in. More than 10 minutes per customer is impossible.

A very bad burger king. There were 3 orders before mine and I still waited a whopping 19 minutes for my food. If you think you're waiting because the food will be nice and hot, you'll unfortunately be looking forward to it too soon. Burgers that were almost cold and limp fries were served. Overall, a total failure

There's a lot on the burger, especially onions. I keep telling everyone how good the Burger King is and many of the people I know come here because of it. Please stay like this!
