The staff today were very inconsistent, even rude.

For the second time, there weren't enough McNuggets! Within a week, I ordered six once and only got five. Today I ordered nine and only got eight.

We've rarely seen such a dirty and run-down McDonald's. The mere sight of the ordering terminals and the overall level of dirt in the store made us decide to leave. Something urgently needs to be done there...

2x Big Tasty Chili Cheeseburger = cold 1x Spicy Chicken Meal with Potato Fries = cold 1x Double Cheeseburger = cold You can also have McDonald's delivered to your home, as your order always arrives cold.

I was at the McDonald's Drive-Thru today at 10:45 p.m. and ordered a delicious Big Mac. When I got to the cashier, I was asked how I wanted to pay—cash, of course! The lady at the cashier then left, and I was left waiting. After a while, a gentleman at the front counter waved me forward. When I got to the front, I said I hadn't paid yet—just be honest! I was then told to wait a moment because the lady was only allowed to take the payment - when she came she told me to reverse back to the first cash register to pay - I then asked to pay where I was standing (my car was parked at a slight angle quite close to the cash register window and it was dark and I didn't have a reversing camera!) I was then told again that I had to reverse otherwise she wouldn't accept my 10 Euro note! So much for customer service! We all make mistakes - but that's not how you solve problems - if I had crashed into the bollard while reversing - I would have been the one who got it wrong! Thank you very much for nothing - the employee at the front window behaved correctly! I'm still frustrated 🙁 - it's really not good!

Unfortunately, I don't recommend this restaurant! Certainly not as a delivery service! The food is only lukewarm, and half of the menu was forgotten! When I contacted them, they assured me they would make it right, but unfortunately, I haven't heard back yet!

The food is fresh, and the fries are hot and salty, as they should be. Service varies greatly depending on the shift. The ambiance is highly recommended if you like a bright and open cafeteria atmosphere. Unfortunately, the cozy booths have been removed. I recommend MC Drive 😁🚗

Unfortunately, it was a total disaster. My order took 25 minutes. There were about 4 to 6 people processing the orders, and they couldn't get anything done. Absolutely terrible...

Apparently, the criticism from previous reviews resonated. It was busy, the service was fast, and it was clean (including the restrooms). Only the soap dispenser was empty or broken. But there was a full disinfectant dispenser hanging outside. The complete opposite of the branch on Vahrenwalder. Definitely prefer this one!!!

It's gotten abysmally bad in recent months. A 20-minute wait is now standard on Schulenburger Landstraße. You have to ask to get your order. Unfortunately, the staff also seems overwhelmed. The old team was much better at it. It's a shame.

We wanted to get some ice cream after a restaurant visit and decided on this McDonald's. What can I say? It felt like 80% of the empty tables were dirty! When I ordered the soft serve, I sat down briefly at one of the front tables because I can't stand for long. There were already old fries on the table, and they were extremely sticky! As if it was telling me to please stay and help me. My husband and my companion ordered the soft serve ice cream they wanted. The female companion went to the women's restroom. As soon as the door opened, you could see how dirty the floor was and how the trash hadn't been emptied, as there was already a mountain of it on the floor! We decided to eat the ice cream outside. As you can see from the pictures, the mess is spreading throughout the entire store! Outside, guests were already taking pity on us by cleaning the mess off the trays and disposing of the napkins from the floor! When we left, it looked even worse than it had inside before. There was a large puddle of liquid behind the counter by the ice cream machine, as if an ice cream cone had fallen over and no one had felt responsible for cleaning it up! I don't even want to mention all the other filth, like fries! I wonder where the store management was to keep things in order? If the place had been littered with customers, it would have been fine, but unfortunately, the place was filled with maybe 5-6 groups of 3 people, and the occasional MC Drive-In. But the staff preferred to stand in groups at the front counter and talk about everything under the sun, not even picking up a rag or even a trash bag to collect all the mess, not even when the employee brought the food to a neighboring table! The employee ignored the trash on the tables and floor outside and just went back inside?! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take more photos due to data protection regulations! For my health, I won't be going to this McDonald's again. Luckily, we have two other clean ones within a 10-kilometer radius! This one was 15 kilometers away. We weren't the only customers to complain about the condition of the place, and despite everything, nothing was done!

I went there for dinner with my children that evening. I waited 20 minutes for my order even though it was completely deserted. The employees were standing at the cash registers and were having a great time. The tray cart was overflowing, like the men's restroom was overflowing with trash cans. I'm really wondering what the employees were doing there? Is there no day before yesterday? Where is the boss? Extremely disappointed.

It depends very much on the shift how the food tastes and how friendly the service is. Often, the sauces or something like that are forgotten. It's a very average McDonald's.

An absolute disgrace. We ordered 2 meals, 4 burgers and nuggets. Waited 25 minutes for that! We checked on site to see if everything was there and it was OK. Unfortunately, when we got home, the garlic pepper nuggets we ordered weren't in the packaging, but regular nuggets. We grabbed the nuggets and got the 19 nuggets we wanted + 1 regular nugget. The nuggets we brought back were put in the kitchen and probably sold straight away. They could have done anything with them while they weren't in the shop. When I asked about compensation for the extra trip, I was offered a ridiculous pair of fries for an order worth over €50. As we were waiting for our food earlier, we saw the delivery driver come in, throw his bag in the corner and suddenly start preparing food in the kitchen without washing his hands or anything like that, so I mentioned it and wanted to know if that was normal. The answer was that mistakes happen. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Above all, this disinterest and unfriendly attitude towards customers really annoyed us. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this shop at all.

A big no, because it's not a fast food restaurant and you have to wait half an hour at one checkout because a customer in front of you pays with cents and the other checkout isn't opened and you have to listen to bad comments from the employees.

Very good place, better than other branches in Hannover. Because there are not so many customers like in other places. And the place is big.

I think it's absolutely outrageous that they display toys in a display case, get the kids excited, and then only stock one toy to save money. No one can tell me that they only have one or two of the toys on offer nationwide, even if it's the first day of the sale. Raise prices and lower service and quality. And then the terminals are usually only half-functional. Here, one was stuck, and one was defective out of four. But hey, as long as sales are good, kids can be disappointed.

A complete disaster in terms of staff and cleanliness. Table service numbers are refused with the words "You don't get table service." In my opinion, it couldn't get any worse. Now, even the outdoor children's slide has been removed. You get no service here, just unfriendliness and lukewarm food.

All in all, a McDonald's like the usual. The receipts from the machines were empty, and paying with cash was more complicated than ever. Unfriendly employees who couldn't handle the problems and the time pressure. When the food arrived, we had multiple orders for one table number. An employee brought the first order and took the table sign. I had to run after them and get the sign. The Big Mac was cold, the fries were hot. Chicken nuggets were forgotten, but they brought them after I reminded them. All in all, a McDonald's like the usual 😌

Like any other McDonald's. Nobody goes there but everyone knows what it tastes like. Avoid peak times. Everyone is stressed and annoyed. If nothing is going on, it's ok. Like the other McDonald's. Small update: Had to take away a star. Unfortunately, something is often missing from the bag when you are driving. Unfortunately, even if you order to take away inside. Unfortunately, the visit was anything but satisfactory. The tables inside were dirty, there was rubbish lying around outside - overall everything seemed pretty unkempt. The wait was over 30 minutes, which is far too long for a McDonald's. Also, my order was not complete. Particularly disappointing: The Nether Sauce, which was supposed to be part of the current Minecraft menu, was not available. The staff was neither friendly nor helpful, which further spoiled the experience. Two stars because the food I got was tasty - but I don't necessarily have to go to this branch again.

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, especially in the toilets. The staff seems dissatisfied and/or stressed and the order was given incorrectly. The rating refers to lunchtime during the week. Next time I'm in the commercial area, I'll look for something else. Basically it's a shame, but it can only improve.

Actually, you don't have to write reviews for McD: you know what you're getting and it's stable. But if there are flowers on the table and the toilet is so clean you could eat off the floor, then that's worth mentioning. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

A great restaurant that offers: excellent, affordable and quick food. I recommend the McSet (Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola, my favorite drink, which is great for refreshment), ice cream and coffee ;)

We used to enjoy going there. Since there are new staff, it only makes sense if you have a lot of time and want cold food. Employees completely overwhelmed and that with 5 guests. The ambience has become nicer but the tables are mostly dirty. Don't understand the owner's philosophy.

We had to wait 30 minutes for our food as they simply forgot it. Food was cold. There was no apology either. All burger ingredients were handled without gloves, sometimes by multiple hands and multiple times. No, thank you never again.

Very great MC Donalds one of the best in Hanover 👍. Eating didn't take long. The food was really warm. Staff is very friendly. The tables are decorated with beautiful fresh flowers 👌🏻. It was a very pleasant visit. Gladly again 😊

Slowly, from about an hour before closing time you have to be lucky for fries, delivery service is underground. Sometimes it's better to leave things as they were before. The employees seem to be doing their best, they can't do much about it, but somehow things aren't working.

The place where the trays are placed should be checked regularly. Garbage is overflowing on the ground. Toilets are dirty. No napkins. They threw napkins into the sink. Cleanliness should be checked at regular intervals. Since it is crowded, attention must be paid to cleanliness.

We ate something “quickly” with the family because we drove past it and have been waiting for our order for 40 minutes - there are three of us, with my child having a Happy Meal, my husband having a menu and me having a coffee. So I can get my food served quicker in the restaurant.

Be careful when ordering online!! No food arrived after 2 hours! The telephone hasn't worked for days, instead you hear noises like the fax back then. That doesn't work at all!

A warm hello, As often as time allows, we go swimming with the grandchildren in Stadthagen. Then our grandchildren can decide where and what we want to eat afterwards. The decision is pretty much always... McDonald's. But it's also delicious, why not? The staff, very friendly. Which makes us very happy too. Is it so difficult to read the order? The day before yesterday fries were missing from delivery and today in McDrive a wrap was missing. Of course I only noticed it when I got home. Today (July 24th, 2024) I forgot another burger and for the third time the cola tastes like water because there is no syrup in it.

The employees are very cheeky to the customers and even forgot to put double bacon on a citizen who forgot the patty in the menu for 11.99 euros instead. How can you forget the patty in the tasty menu? I also asked for a straw for my 0.5l drink and the only answer I got was: "If I give you a straw, I would have to give one to everyone else! That's not possible!" How nice!! I won't go there again!

What McDonald branches are like. Lots of tables. Little space. Terminals for ordering. Toilet not very convincing. No toilet paper. Very narrow cabins. The Mc Flurry I ordered was already half melted...

Worst fast food place I've ever set foot in. Absolutely miserable conditions in the toilets, the shit sticks to the toilet seats, no toilet paper available. The staff looks so bored and uninterested that you lose the desire to interact with them. It also looks catastrophic on the terrace, the rubbish is flying everywhere & the staff comes out briefly, takes a look around and disappears back inside.
