Habe Currywurst mit Pommes bestellt pommeswagen letsch und nicht einmal durch Austin war die Currywurst nicht einmal durchgebraten

Was ich einfach schade finde ist das es weder einen guten Internet Auftritt gibt. FN macht weder bei der app mit, noch bei to good to go. Zumindest jetzt nicht mehr. Hatte endlich mal Glück gehabt den Zuschlag zu bekommen. Wurde bereits vormittags storniert. Ist somit für mich unseriös. Auf die Erstattung warte ich immer noch. Sorry, aber da erwarte ich von einer Kette wie Kochlöffel etwas anderes. Und wenn ich mit dir antworten auf andere Rezensionen durchlese muss man leider feststellen das es nur immer Standard Aussagen sind. Da wird etwas von Terminals geredet die es in fn gar nicht gibt. Die firmenleitung hat somit keine Ahnung wie es vor Ort aussieht

Irgendwas zwischen McDonald's und KFS. Es riecht nicht nach Fett.

Leckeres Essen zu sehr guten Preisen. Sauberer Laden und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Besonders der hintere Außenbereich ist sehr ruhig und schön.

Einfach pure Nostalgie. Safe besser als MCDONALD'S und hier auch immer guter Service😎

Sehr lieblos und nicht appetitlich zubereiteter Burger und Pommes. Burger war ohne Gemüse. Die Dame am Schalter am 24.05.2026 meinte es wäre alles Frisc, was nicht so war. Vom Chicken Wings hat sich meine Frau übergeben. Alles in einem Geld zum Fenster rausgeworfen! Nicht empfehlenswert!

Unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter am Sonntag. Kind hat was verschüttet, ein Gesicht wie 3 Tage regenwetter gezogen…hat meinem 5-Jährigen Sohn ohne mein Beisein Süssigkeiten gegeben und am Ende Geld von uns verlangt. Ganz ehrlich man geht doch nur in so einen Laden „für“ die Kinder und dann so kinderunfreundlich. Und wenn man hingeht um zu sparen, dann spart man auch nicht wirklich bei den Preisen, kann man ebenso gut in ein „richtiges“ Restaurant mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern gehen

Die Burger sahen ganz anders aus als auf dem Bild und man hat eher ein cheesburger von McDonald's gegessen.Pommes haben 3,80€ gekostet und schmecken auch wie von McDonald's. Lasst euch nicht von den Preisen täuschen .

Meine Bestellung wurde einfach vergessen. Nach 20min bin ich an die Theke um nach zu fragen ob ich vergessen wurde, da die Kunden nach mir eher ihre Bestellung hatten. Mein Kassen Beleg lag dann etwas Abseits von den anderen. Hab mehrmals darauf hingewiesen das ich die beiden Cheeseburger ohne Gurke möchte. Wurde leider ignoriert..

Hähnchen Pommes Burger waren lecker werde wieder vorbei schauen

Sehr unfreundliches Personal und die Bestellung hat über 20 min gedauert. Der Preis hat auch nicht gestimmt es wurde mehr kassiert als es gekostet hätte. Als ich es erwähnt habe waren die beide total überfordert und ich musste erklären was falsch war. Nicht zu empfehlen

Das essen könnte man mit pappe verwechseln wenn man die Augen zu hat beim essen. Die Mitarbeiter sind so lala man merkt ihnen an das sie keine Lust haben und das Ambiente ist versucht und nicht gekonnt.

Das Essen ist geschmackslos und nicht gut zubereitet. Das Essen wurde an den Tisch gebracht aber die Mitarbeiter waren eher unfreundlich. Ambiente ist oft dreckig und nicht gemütlich.

Wir waren heute zum ersten und gleichzeitig letzten Mal da. Hatten auf die Schnelle etwas zum Essen gesucht und waren auf Empfehlung her gekommen, aber außer schnell, war hier nix toll. Leider. Vorgefertigte, lieblose Burger,die k.a. Wie lang schon lagen, Pommes, die auch schon fertig waren, kaltes Ambiente und wenig Freundlichkeit. Sehr schade, denn auf Grund der Lage wäre dort echt Potential.

Katastrophe! Mitarbeiter unfreundlich, verlassen immer wieder den Laden und lassen Kunden alleine. Mein Hamburger Petti war ROH ! Geht gar nich!

Wir waren am heutigen 2.1.26 bei euch essen, das Essen ist dass Geld überhaupt nicht wert gewesen. Sorry aber für über 20€ sowas geschmackloses zu bekommen geht einfach gar nicht. Essen wurde auch lieblos zubereitet.

Ich habe einen Salat bestellt und meine Familie 3 Burger. Auf dem Plakat sah der Salat groß aus und es stand +40g drauf. Als ich den Salat bekam, weiß ich nichtmal ob der Salat insgesamt 40g wog. Es ist wie eine Beilage, was ich jedoch nicht verstehe, ist warum man es dann so groß präsentiert. Die Werbung ist irreführend und es stand nichtmal drauf wieviel drinnen ist. Schade, für 4€, die Burger waren ganz okay und das Personal war angemessen aber könnte offener sein.

Früher war Kochlöffel super vor 10-15 Jahre Jetzt letztes Mal gehe nicht mehr dahin auch Personal unfreundlich und Tische war schmutzig und ich wollte um 19 Uhr nochmal was bestellen der Typ hat gesagt wir haben zu obwohl bis 19:30 auf hat…naja schade für den Besitzer alte war besser

Pommes war lecker, Cheeseburger nicht besonders. Personal hat sich nicht bemüht freundlich zu sein.. War okay aber man hat sich nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

Paar Sachen werden frisch vorbereitet, solange man nichts aus der Auslade bekommt. Hänchen sind okay.

Nicht nur Burger, sondern auch Hähnchen, Currywurst und andere "Klassiker" gibt es hier. Wir waren zufrieden, alles lecker und bezahlbar. Die Kinder hatten Spaß, mal was anderes als die großen Burgerketten.

Hatte halbes Händl im Menü, meine Kinder eine Chicken Box und meine Frau die Chicken wings, muss sagen es hat ALLES sehr lecker geschmeckt und ist zu Mcdoof und Co. eine Super Alternative 👍

The ambiance is extremely simple and uncomfortable, the burgers soggy and tasteless…well, any McDonald's is a Michelin-starred restaurant compared to that. However, they don't skimp on fat when it comes to the fries, they practically drip. If you like that, you'll be happy here.

The service in this shop is really bad. I come from the catering industry myself and was speechless. Someone just doesn't feel like doing their job. Our daughter asked for sauce or ketchup for her chicken wings, and we were rudely told to place her order back at the counter, so I stood at the counter and waited with a euro for a portion of ketchup. I was then ignored and a large order from a family was taken. Even after the large order, my back was turned and I gave up. We left the shop and the employee turned to his deep fryer. I have no idea what exactly bothered him, but that's not how you treat customers and you're definitely in the wrong profession. The food is absolutely average and not recommended. We will certainly never come back.

The guy at the checkout is super rude. He doesn't even give you a friendly look. Fries cost 50 cents extra because of the little bit (ketchup or mayonnaise).

The burger tasted like pickles. My colleague had a black hair in her fries (see picture below). But otherwise, the fries were delicious! We got the wrong order and no drinks. Marie liked them!

Absolutely not. We waited about half an hour for our food. Even though they saw us sitting there, they simply forgot about us. When they asked, they finally did it. Unfortunately, they didn't even apologize. It's unacceptable.

Went to Kochlöffel for lunch on Thursday. The staff was friendly and quick. The tables were clean. We had the new steakhouse burger, and I have to say it was really delicious. The burger and fries were freshly prepared and arrived at our table in four minutes. Thank you very much, and we'll be back.

I recently went to Kochlöffel in Friedrichshafen because I wanted something quick to eat. The order went quickly, the staff was friendly and everything seemed clean and tidy. I got a chicken meal - it was tasty and fresh, exactly what I expected. The fries were crispy and the chicken was well seasoned. Price-performance ratio definitely fits. Really fine for a quick snack in between. Not a culinary highlight, but solid and reliable. Would go again if I'm nearby

Disaster! Definitely not recommended! I ordered a small portion of fries, the employee turned it into a large one (4€) as you can see from the picture, the portion of fries was really big, at least it felt like 20 grams (see photo) and the fries tasted like fish, I assume they use the same fries fat for fries and fried fish, which is an absolute no-go, especially for allergy sufferers! The chese citizen is what you can expect for €2.20... Tastes 2 days old and dry. The staff is extremely unfriendly and not interested in the customer. 1 employee works listlessly at the checkout and throws everything into a bag, the other 5 stand in the corner and talk. I would recommend getting something from the nearby bakery or similar shops.

Just fast food. I ordered the veggie box. The nuggets were like slime on the inside, the burger consisted of a vegetable patty that didn't taste good. The lettuce on the burger was chopped up and fell off the burger. Unfortunately little vegetarian selection.

Today I treated myself to my favorite croquettes again. If I didn't like them so much, I wouldn't go there anymore. The employees don't really give you the feeling of being welcome. They radiate pure displeasure at work and don't have the slightest smile on their faces. Very unfortunate!

We were there at fairly busy times but despite this we were served very quickly. The portion of fries is generous and they are tasty. The price remains high for a basic burger and fries. Despite everything, the staff was very pleasant.

Even though we ordered normal water, they gave us carbonated water, and when we asked for a refund and exchange with normal water, they rejected us in a very disrespectful way. It's a real disgrace, I don't recommend it, the taste of the hamburger is no different from the microwave hamburger sold in the market, it's a disgraceful place, we won't go there again.

Delicious fast food with a cult factor The Friedrichshafen cooking spoon surprised me positively! Even though it is a fast food chain, the quality is remarkable. I had half a chicken with fries and a drink for just under €11, which is absolutely right in terms of price. In terms of taste, the chicken impresses across the board - the spice in particular is simply legendary and gives the dish that certain something. If you're looking for quick but good food, you should definitely stop by here!

Hello, every time I go for lunch they are friendly and serve too, everything is very good and filling, worth spending it on a lunch or dinner, what can I say, very satisfied as soon as I have the second one can eat

So if you have a display outside advertising 3 half chickens, but then you hear that some have been reserved and the next ones won't be ready for another hour, you should rethink your concept. Maybe better planning ahead? We then went to a real restaurant. We don't feel like doing anything like that. Others may need our money more. And the colleague behind the counter didn't seem particularly keen either. But as the saying goes, things used to be clearly better with (everything) wooden spoons.

I had a double cheeseburger with fries. I've rarely had such a bad meal. More comment would be too much effort for such a meal.

It felt like we had to order 10 times because we couldn't eat 6 of them (5 of which were even the same). The citizens didn't taste particularly good, but not necessarily bad for fast food. Well the table wasn't wiped and there were fries on the floor. You have to know.

I got the two burger box with a friend. The hamburgers weren't really hamburgers; Hamburger consisted of: A meatball, two slices of bread and a bit of onion, ketchup. However, it tasted delicious. The box consisted of fries and chicken nuggets. The fries and chicken nuggets were delicious, but the chicken nuggets tasted like something from the freezer from Edeka.

The food was simple, tasty and cheap. Everything was really great, except for one thing. If you want to keep the food in, it's better not to go to the toilet. The joints on the entire wall were black and there was something smeared on the wall that I don't want to know what it was. The toilets should definitely be checked and cleaned more often.

Until 7:30 p.m.? Even if it says so on the door and in Google, it was simply closed. And it looked like it had been there for a long time and there was no information whatsoever. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the quality, but the opening times given don't match. Stars are given when it's open. It's not a problem if you close early because there's nothing going on, but it's just very clumsy that way.

The service person was rude and gave the impression that he really didn't want to work. We wanted ketchup and mayo separately but no, they poured it carelessly on the food. Then I forgot about the Asian sauce for the chicken rissoles and when asked, I simply threw it on my tray. Hard because you are used to better service from other locations.

At 6:40 p.m. only ordering “French fries”. Chairs already lashed outside and on the tables inside. Just terrible!!

Good offer! Food was delicious! Staff tried hard. I can't fully understand the negative reviews. Just recently there was only one employee there at lunchtime who had to do everything at the same time. Unfortunately there is still not a lot of space on site, especially at the checkout area with long queues. What bothers me is the warming box in which a few burgers and krossies were and were not freshly made. This is not acceptable. Otherwise, the preparation went quickly, although the lady at the checkout was very bored and unfortunately didn't understand much, which is why we wrote it down...

Employees very rude, nuggets taste dry and cold

To date we have always been very happy with the chickens and were happy to come. Don't know if the recipe was changed. But they don't taste particularly good anymore. A pity. This is how you lose customers.

The staff is friendly and quick, the prices are okay, but the citizens can't understand why they taste like supermarket pre-made burgers. Meat in cheeseburgers is of the lowest quality! Fries were okay, bockwurst too. Ultimately, this is a cheap snack, you can't expect much.

Very tasty, good alternative to McDonalds and Burger King in Friedrichshafen if you are in the city center. It's also inexpensive thanks to the app and coupons.

Two very nice employees when I visited. The one, well built with glasses, very accommodating. Likewise the slightly younger one. First class service. Food could perhaps be a little better. But I'd love to come back. But it could also be a little warmer in the store. Respect to the management.

It's cold where you have to leave jackets on inside. The fries were too dark and too salty. Burgers cheapest product. We won't be coming back. Don't feel like freezing while eating.

It's not what it used to be! It's so cold there, no heating, the staff there didn't take the friendliness with a spoon. It's also become expensive. For that price I get two smart menus at mecces 😅

Cold and uncomfortable - more than that. Unfortunately, cleanliness is different - even the toilets, which stink. One out of four burgers was cold. We got 4 new ones. Very accommodating. Overall, the food quality is good. And the staff quick and friendly. That's enough for 2 stars.

Sehr gutes und leckeres Essen, die Coupons werden angenommen. Die Loacation könnte größer sein. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Sehr unfreundlicher und genervter Schichtleiter. Da muss man als Kunde echt ein dickes Fell haben. Da hilft leider auch kein Beschwichtigen. Sehr unschöner Besuch.

Klein aber fein 😃👍 es schmeckt sehr frisch und sehr lecker und gehe dort gerne hin😊💛. Dazu muss ich sagen es ist zwar nicht so wie jeder ken vom McDonald's oder Burger King aber trotzdem schmeckt es sehr gut.

Die hamburger sind nicht zu empfehlen, da sie nicht frisch sind, sondern aus dem warmhalteofen kommen. Sehr spärlich belegt.mitarbeiter rauchte vor der tür,ging dann wieder hinter die theke.ohne hände waschen!( mehrmals) Die sitzgelegenheit vor dem laden ist sehr schön

Chickenburger und Currywurst kann man machen.

Wir haben heute 3 halbe Hähnchen bestellt, welche komischerweise innerhalb von paar Sekunden fertig verpackt wurden. Zu hause angekommen haben wir bemerkt, dass 2 der Hähnchen ungenießbar waren da sie an der Kruste hart verbrannt waren. Warscheinlich waren das Hähnchen von einem Kunden, welche die Hähnchen reklamiert und zurückgegeben hatte. Anders kann ich mir nicht erklären.

Wenn man Hunger hat bekommt man schnell etwas zum Essen 🌯 sauber und freundlich
