Always check at this McDonald's to make sure they've included everything in your order. I've been to the drive-thru four times this year with my parents, and each time something was missing. Sure, it's partly my fault for not double-checking, but if the error rate is that high, something must be going wrong.

I ordered yesterday using the app and paid with PayPal. At the store, they knew nothing about my order. The woman was friendly and took the order again. However, I only received a debit card receipt and no proper invoice. Even after asking, they couldn't issue one. Is this just a trick by the store to circumvent internal reviews (which require the information from the receipt), or is it a tax avoidance scheme?! No receipt, no need to pay taxes – I wouldn't put it past this company. If this happens again and I don't receive a receipt, I will take further action!

Of our three-item order, all three were incorrect. After I alerted the staff to these faulty items, the order was still incorrect on the second attempt. When I pointed this out, they argued with me and claimed that the faulty items were always prepared this way in this branch. There was no sign of insight or desire to clarify the situation. After several questionable visits to this branch, this was our last visit. For guests who have the choice, we can recommend the Markdorf branch. We've never had any problems here, and the customer service is outstanding.

Through the drive-thru, a disgrace! Unfriendly employees. When I called to complain, all I got was strange noises and a "bye bye bye bye." The other comments were that new employees were needed.

In my opinion, it's a complete rip-off: I ate here and still got a €40 penalty for exceeding the 90-minute limit. Yes, there are signs somewhere, but it's still completely disproportionate and unfriendly to customers. Never again.

I wanted to place an order, but we don't have time. We don't take orders. That's done by another service provider. If you're already paying twelve to fourteen euros, we'll take a Royal Hamburger with a little something, then you could also deliver. Unbelievable rip-off! I was here at 2:18 a.m. with several orders to meet an old school friend. I was a full 18 minutes over the parking time – and promptly a €40 ticket landed in my mailbox! A complaint to the branch? Pointless. They just claim that the signs are "readable" and that they don't cancel orders for guests. This is how they treat loyal customers – anyone who takes longer than a fast food restaurant will be ripped off mercilessly. This was definitely my last visit! I certainly won't spend another cent with a business that treats its own customers like this.

Good McDonald's! Everything tasted good! Only the French fries🍟 were a little soggy despite being quite tasty. But what's really important: Please install more of those bars for chaining bikes. Of course, Sundays are busy, so be happy about your guests' athleticism and support them with this measure.

Be careful when parking these days. We were having breakfast with two families. We ordered food throughout the entire time and were customers. Now we've apparently exceeded the new 1.5-hour parking limit and are supposed to pay €40 for overparking. That's it for me with McDonald's in Friedrichshafen (and everyone who works for Mr. Fehr). Neither the parking company nor the management at McDonald's are willing to withdraw the ticket, despite evidence of multiple parking tickets over the same period. If possible, it would be 0 stars by now. The dates and parking tickets are attached as pictures. Other parking tickets were handled by my friend at the terminal.

Clean restrooms, clean outdoor area. The renovation was urgently needed and has been successfully completed, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the staff is somewhat lacking, as they often either speak poor German or forget something, usually small things like spoons, sauces, napkins, straws, and so on. It's also a shame that the prices are now so high that you have to consider whether you should even go to McDonald's anymore or whether you'd be better off going to the nearest pizzeria, which is now considerably cheaper.

Not recommended. I ordered plant-based nuggets and got chicken nuggets! They forgot to add sauce to a friend's order, and there weren't enough nuggets.

Picked up a Philly Cheese Stack from the McDrive at night in my car. Unfortunately, I only realized something was wrong with the taste after eating half of it! Turned on the lights! And lo and behold, the second patty was completely raw!!! Not only do I now have stomach cramps, not to mention the hygiene!! The Friedchshafen branch urgently needs to be inspected!!

It's a disaster; there's always something missing, and the wait times are very long. Recently, after waiting 15 minutes, I had to ask where my order was. It was simply given to someone else. So I had to wait another 15 minutes. Important: Always check your bag at the drive-thru, even if it means holding up the line. It's a gamble whether your order is complete.

When picking up food via the drive-thru at the McDonald's in Friedrichshafen, something has been forgotten several times – be it a burger, a sauce, or entire meals. Particularly annoying: When you politely point this out, instead of being apologized for, you sometimes get rude comments like, "Then just calm down!" A definite no-no when it comes to customer service. Worst of all, though, is that you regularly end up with cold food – because after complaining, you have to check and wait for what's missing. This isn't exactly what you'd expect from fast service.

So far, everything was great. We were there on a Sunday evening with four people, and everything was perfect. Our seat was clean. We ordered at the terminal, and the food was served hot and quickly despite the large number of customers. The Coke Zero lost points; it didn't taste as good as we're used to from other Mc Donalds branches, as we're not from that area.

I frequently visited Friedrichshafen for business in 2024/2025, including again in April 2025. I had breakfast here with a business partner before a trade fair. We unknowingly exceeded the posted maximum parking time of 90 minutes (30 minutes). No big deal – because I can prove that I was there to eat during that time. That would be nice. Unfortunately, neither "Park&Control" nor McDonald's are willing to negotiate. To make matters worse, the €35 fine for the offense is even higher than if I had simply left my car on the main road. So that was my last visit. The power outlets in every parking space could have been omitted. From now on, I'll just get my coffee from the bakery around the corner. I've probably gotten into trouble here for my parking habits, but it was resolved with a polite apology. The restaurant was clean, the food was OK. Unfortunately, the hot chocolate wasn't tasty - but I can't say why.

We ordered breakfast, mainly pancakes and coffee. With my pancakes you usually get a wooden skewer so you can eat them and dip them in the chocolate sauce. When I asked if I could have one, I was fobbed off in an unfriendly manner. I then asked for a straw. This question was also answered in an unfriendly manner and one was thrown out with lots of ifs and buts.

MA threw a drink on his pants and cell phone, was simply left sitting there and received no apology. When complaining to another employee, they simply said that they were disabled and only then apologized. No compensation or anything received. This is not how to deal with customers!!

Warning to all vegetarians and vegans: Pay close attention to your food when ordering from McDonald’s! We have now received meat products several times - despite clearly ordering vegetarian products. The first time we thought it was a mistake, but after the third incident it's hard to dismiss it as a coincidence. This is absolutely unacceptable for people who avoid meat for ethical, health or religious reasons. Please always check your orders directly on site or immediately upon receipt - and report any incidents to customer service. Hopefully this is the only way something can change.

I was actually looking forward to the conversion, but unfortunately it wasn't a hit. There are now a few more places but the ordering/pickup area is now very small and uncomfortable. Just like the terminals are now somewhere between the tables. The new entrance is supposed to be there, but that doesn't make it any better. As soon as there are more than 2-3 people there, you inevitably end up half on the table with others in both areas. If there was often a lack of seats, it was okay, but otherwise it was a very unnecessary investment. I don't find it any more comfortable or inviting now. Promotional sauces and drinks are often sold out, although they are usually still available in the app.

The McDonald's in Lindau offers what you would expect from the well-known chain: a wide selection of burgers, fries, snacks and drinks - quickly prepared and of consistent quality. The branch is ideal for a quick stopover or a quick snack. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, although there may occasionally be longer waiting times during peak times. Ordering at the terminal usually works smoothly, as does pickup. The drive-in is practical, but could be a bit quicker at times. The cleanliness in the dining room is okay, although it could occasionally be improved depending on the number of visitors. The toilets are usable but could be checked and cleaned more regularly to give a better overall impression. The central location with plenty of parking spaces right in front of the door is a positive highlight. Families with children will also find a suitable environment for a short break thanks to the range of games available. Overall, McDonald's Lindau offers a solid fast food experience with the usual offerings. The branch is well suited for a quick meal - you shouldn't expect any big surprises, but don't expect any nasty ones either.

Oh dear, after the renovation it got really uncomfortable. You walk in the door and straight towards the garbage station. The order terminals are now at the other end of the room and awkwardly placed. It pulls. Very unfortunate...

The MC Donalds of my childhood have changed, to the gray... First the Burger King and now the MC Donalds. The oppressive gray is not good. In the interior you feel very observed, very open. Depressing pictures on the walls. However, the service and food are fine, there is nothing wrong with that.

Three minutes after ordering, the ice cream machine broke. Then they left a tray for me to refund, and a colleague resold our food. We were forgotten... But after we complained, our food was brought to us promptly, along with a portion of fries as an apology. So, everything's fine; mistakes happen.

The McDonalds in FN has now been remodeled and it looks more modern. However, I find it much more cramped and unloving, but the furnishing style is nicer But food was as usual

Quality and taste at a consistently poor level. Worldwide. What's new is the incredibly poor interior layout in FN. Very narrow in the entrance area, no product information at the checkout, but at the issue (?). Vending machine station for taking orders hidden in the back of the store.... Maybe useful for repeat offenders, but not for me. Never again.

Everything becomes more expensive and the quality and service decrease. The burgers are slapped together in a completely sloppy manner. Patty not in the middle but already hanging halfway out. Similar with the cheese that sticks to the box. Delivery times are getting longer and longer and I can now pay even more for that. And innovations at McDonalds consist of double patties or sauces that you already have lying around somewhere. And it gets a “NEW” label. It really used to be better. Today the double variants are what the burgers were like back then. But ok, the franchisee can't do anything about it. But at least when it comes to the composition and preparation of the products. Is it really that difficult to properly top the burgers? I would also like it if some products were not simply delivered openly. It would also be great if all products were available to choose from. But be that as it may... A little tidiness when it comes to food isn't too much to ask for, is it? Maybe it will be good for me to order less from Mc. Even if that means having to live longer. ;)

In the future, my family and I will avoid McDonald's. My husband had arranged to meet friends for coffee and cake. He was the driver and that's why we got the ticket - which I find absolutely disgraceful. The maximum parking time should be 90 minutes? If you're going to meet up and have a nice coffee chat, it's better to go somewhere else. Because meeting friends at McDonald’s can be very expensive. He orders a coffee to table number 28 on the McDonald's app. SUDDENLY, a completely confused employee shows up at our table with the promised coffee and something else that we hadn't actually ordered. Without suspecting anything, I ate this additional food with the thought “my friend ordered this on his cell phone”. An Indian worker and his Indian friend come to our table without mercy and then expect us to pay for the additional food. That day I realized what kind of juice shop I actually ate in. WHAT IS MY FAULT IF THEY BRING ME THE FRAẞ WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. Then comes another incompetent quote: “Did you pay for the food or you just eat. Now show me the bäläg” for people who don’t understand what “bäläg” means, it means BELEG. That can't possibly be true. you owe me €10.88 and an apology. a disstrack against you follows

If you pay more for parking than for food, even though it's supposedly a customer parking lot and you were a customer for the full parking period, you'll think carefully about coming back next time. From now on I'd rather go to a competitor because I can stay in the store as long as I want without having to worry about getting mail from a debt collection company later... I received a completely automated “contractual penalty” of €35 because I stayed too long as a customer at McDonalds at night. Numerous contact opportunities resulted in merely ineffective apologies and references to the subcontractor that documents automated parking violations. During my stay, during the week, the parking lot was hardly full and there was no misuse of the parking space. That was the last time and perhaps it was better, as the core business model is obviously no longer profitable enough, so usury penalties have to be imposed.

So outrageous. You just order a double chicken burger and what is it? A normal hamburger. So the management should talk to their workers and say that they should do their orders correctly... I mean, that wasn't difficult. Anyone who finds something like that difficult, and I'm open about that, is incompetent!

nice atmosphere per se, easily accessible from the exhibition center in Friedrichshafen. But I would honestly think 13 times about coming here to eat here again. Honest. Wraps were wrapped in paper, which caused the dough to stick directly to them. Otherwise the food was okay. But the toilets - even Dixie toilets are less rancid and unsanitary. No or little space in the toilets because you have to place a huge trash can right next to the toilet bowl, the floor is sticky and slippery, accessibility is written here like the small print, only smaller - honestly... how can something like that still be the case in 2024? We really don't need to talk about the smell 🫠🫠

We went to McDonalds in FN with friends from 8:29 p.m. to 10:35 p.m. and also parked in the parking lot. It was dark so we didn't notice the signs. After our visit to McDonalds, we received mail from Park&Control with a bill of €35 because we parked 6 minutes longer than allowed. A receipt from our visit was also available. I contacted McDonald's headquarters, but was referred to the local franchisee. He said nothing could be done and that Park&Control would be monitored externally. He said they cannot influence or cancel this because these are agreements with the McDonalds company and the monitoring company. The monitoring company was also contacted and asked for goodwill, but to no avail. No matter who I contact, no one feels responsible & unfortunately I had to pay the fine of €35. A mere rip off and new way to make money. Nobody cares about the well-being of the customers anymore. WE WILL NEVER ENTER THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!

Staff hardly speak to customers at all. The toilets are a total disaster!!! The smell goes all the way to the restaurant entrance. As soon as you enter the building you lose your appetite!

Bad experience – Not recommended I recently visited this McDonald's restaurant and I'm sorry to say that my experience was anything but positive. The fries were lukewarm and soggy, which is not at all up to the standard I'm used to from McDonald's. In addition, I had stomach problems after eating it, which strongly suggests the poor quality of the food. Overall, the food seemed not very fresh and rather carelessly prepared. October 1, 2024 McDonald's...the burgers are the same as always and I think sometimes you can allow yourself a visit to McDonald's, but then really... with McFlurry ice cream for dessert. I had the MC Crispy, which I personally didn't like that much, but my double cheeseburger was great as always. Of course the children were thrilled. Finally fries and burgers again and a small gift.
