The staff is very rude. They sold me a water dispenser for 4 euros and at that moment I said I didn't want it, it was expensive. They very rudely said that it was not possible to get it back. They shouted at me.

I was here and just wanted to buy a bottle of water. The cashier asked for €4.50 and when I noticed the price I said I didn't want it. A very rude and disrespectful employee then came to me and said in a horrible tone that they don't take water back. She even yelled at me in front of other customers. Honestly, Burger King always has the rudest staff and the worst quality. I absolutely cannot recommend it!

Everything OK, A Burger King as you know it. Before the renovation, however, I liked it there even better.

This branch is actually relatively tidy and modern, the food was quick and there was nothing to complain about. So far everything was good, but when I went to the toilet before leaving the restaurant I was a bit disgusted. The toilets are just disgusting, dirty and neglected. Sorry, but that's not possible in a restaurant or fast food place.

The unfriendly Burger King I have ever visited. There is no checkout service and you are forced to order at one of the terminals. In addition, there was a lack of cleanliness and we had a stomach ache after eating. Diarrhea confirmed the whole thing. I can only advise you to stay away from Burger King FN. There is also a McDonald's nearby, which has very friendly customer service. It also has longer opening hours and the McDonald's app is a lot clearer. Nobody needs the Burger King in FN unless someone wants to scratch their car rims on the awkward drive-in curbs.

Sorry but I'm incredibly disappointed. I haven't been to Burger King in a while and it was absolutely inedible. Apart from the money you spend there...it's really a disgrace! The burgers were soggy, you could actually taste the old oil from the deep fryer! I think this branch should be closed. It just ruins the name. A check would definitely be necessary there.

It's just Burger King, but the rating refers to the Burger Kings compared to each other. It's in a pretty quiet place and it's nice to eat outside without any loud background noise. The food came very quickly and the people were friendly.

It's starting to get really ridiculous. Apart from the communication problems - for the repeated time in the last 2 months, burgers etc. are packed incorrectly in the order or even forgotten. For example, you order chicken nuggets and get chili cheese nuggets - ok, that can happen. Then a Big King XXL is forgotten or then you get the crispy chicken burger without meat, just the burger and salad wrapped up. Every time we were there there was so little going on. Things used to be much better here. Judging by the latest reviews, urgent action is needed here.

It was 0.0% tasty. The burger wasn't good, the curly fries were soggy, the cola was WARM. I definitely don't recommend eating here.

Mistakes can happen, but nothing was right with our order. I didn't receive the Xtra Long Chili Chesse Burger from my menu, even though the fries and drink were included. Another burger was made with chicken instead of beef. And I said everything twice and paid. I even asked again if everything was there and it was confirmed.

Unfortunately, the quality of this fast food chain has dropped significantly compared to before. It just doesn't taste good anymore. The nugets are not crispy but labeled, the sauces no longer taste good, Chrispy Chick Burger has a significantly smaller patty than before and is drowned in mayo. The fries used to taste better too. It's a shame that the competition with the Golden M is now much better, even if not everything that glitters is gold. And the ambience, it's renovated, but the tables are dirty (mayo and ketchup, almost all of them), the employees didn't have much to do, but they didn't even walk through the shop with a rag. Ordered 4 menus. The sauces are missing everywhere, two drinks from the children's menu were missing and once specially ordered chilli cheese fries were missing. Nowadays you leave a lot of money lying around and then you only get half of it. 😤

Kein WLAN, musste ne Stunde überbrücken. Wärend mein Sohn ein king jr. Meal gegessen hat, musste ich noch etwas arbeiten. Hab mich gewundert, das es kein WLAN gibt!? Schade. Tische und Stühle hätten sauberer sein müssen.

Guten Abend zusammen, Es war mit einem Wort ekelhaft!!! Wir gehen als Familie nach Monaten hin und denken uns endlich kann man sich mal fast Food gönnen und siehe da wir beißen eiskalt in 2 verschimmelte Burger Brote…. Ich dachte ich spinne, es war weißer Schimmel mit schwarzer Schimmel zusammen d.h die Burger Brote haben seit längeren Schimmel angezogen und sicherlich weitere Brote mit verschimmelt. Was erklärt mir die verantwortliche Person? „Ja bei uns sind die alle frisch“ Okay dann muss der Schimmel aus meiner Zunge zum Brot gegangen sein… unglaublich. Also jetzt gehe ich wirklich überhaupt nicht mehr dahin. Von wegen frisch!

Mitarbeiter ist sehr höfflich und sehr nett . Bekommen wir unseren Essen so schneller. Und Laden ist sauber . 10000 Punkte.

Naja Burger King hat jeder weiß wie es in Friedrichshafen aussieht. Nicht so toll und wirklich unapetietlich wenn es alles so schmodlich ist !

Ich weis zwar nicht ob die Bewertungen vom Chef gelesen werden und ob es überhaupt was bringt die zu schreiben, aber ich werde sie mal schreiben. Wir wollten als Familie seit langem mal wieder Burger essen gehen, das Personal hat mich kein bisschen verstanden was ich sagte, als die Schichtleiterin zur hilfe kam war sie so was von unfreundlich das hast du nicht gesehen unverschähmt sag ich nur. Als ich sie drauf angesprochen habe sie soll freundlicher sein hat sie mich angeschaut auf die art ist mir egal. Dieser Laden werden wir nie wieder besuchen gehen.

Es musste schnell gehen und bei den Fastfood Königen weiß man, was man bekommt. Der BK Friedrichshafen liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe der B31 am Bodensee Center. Es war schon dunkel und das BK Logo war von unserem Parkplatz aus nicht zu sehen, findet man aber. Die Tische vor dem Restaurant waren leider etwas dreckig, das kann man besser machen! Ansonsten war alles ok!

Es liegt am Bodensee Center. Immer wenn ich ins Kino gehe oder einkaufen gehe, schaue ich normalerweise hier vorbei. Der Laden ist mein Lieblingsort zum Essen. Der Laden zieht immer viele Kunden an.

Essen war ganz gut, Restaurant ziemlich sauber.

Angenehmer Burger King,hier hat sich der Umbau bezahlt gemacht. Die Bestellung über das Terminal war problemlos möglich und auch die Coupons über die App zum Einscannen war kein Problem. Die Bestellung war korrekt und wurde zügig bereitgestellt. Die Burger waren warm und frisch auch die Chilli Cheese fries war top.

Sehr kühler Charme, ansonsten OK.

Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitern echt schlimm. Hier muss man jedes Mal seine Bestellung überprüfen.

Burger okay… kein free refill…. Restaurant wirkt etwas schmuddelig…. und ungemütlich. Dafür gab es die Abzüge der Sterne

Ich komme hier her seit vielen Jahren, & seit ca 2017/18 als ein neuer franchise Unternehmer kam hat das Lokal massiv abgebaut, das Personal ist selbst für Burger King mehr als unqualifiziert, die Burger von 10mal mind. 8mal lau warm bis kalt, trotz direkter Verzehr im Lokal

Hier fehlt es definitiv an einem freundlichen Ambiente. Die Tische waren so ziemlich alle schmutzig (Samstag Nachmittag), die Abräumwagen voll, ... Über die Terminals ist die Bestellung unkompliziert. Der Long Chicken war warm aber es fehlte an Geschmack, dafür waren die Pommes heiß und fettig.

Sauberer geht immer. Boden in der Toilette klebte und der Geruch darin ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Burger King war schon Mal besser!Die Chicken Nuggets haben schon Mal besser geschmeckt!Die Pommes waren in Ordnung und haben besser als bei der Konkurrenz geschmeckt!Aber wenn es schon Mal Fastfood sein muß,gehe ich lieber woanders hin!

Dieser Burger King ist Teil des Bodenseecenters. Er ist relativ klein. Der Parkplatz ist aber ziemlich groß. Die Sauberkeit ist tadellos bis auf den Toiletten. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Unser Lieblings-Burger-King, auch wenn wir dafür 20km fahren müssen. Das Personal ist super nett. Bei unserer Bestellung ging noch nie etwas schief. Und das Essen ist lecker :) Außerdem ist das Drive In meistens nicht sehr voll und man muss nicht lange warten.

Mein Sohn musste gestern als wir dort waren auf Toilette und was soll ich sagen? Eckelhaft!!! Putzt da überhaupt einer? Also die Klos und der Halter von der Klobürste total eingestaubt, schmutziger Boden, ein Gestank, verschmierte Klo Brille.... mich hat es echt gewürgt. Sollte man vielleicht mal wieder putzen und das nicht nur jedes halbe Jahr

Bedienung zu langsam! Ich hab bestellt und musste ca 15 min warten bis ich bezahlt habe, obwohl da niemanden war und außerdem musste ich die Arbeiterin erinnern, dass ich noch am warten war.

到着した夜が日曜でボーデンジーセンターが閉まっていてホテル近くで食事できる場所がなく、ボーデンジーセンターのあたりをうろ うろしてたどり着きました。食事するには特に問題もないのでここがあってよかったです。

Für einen Burger King eine Bewertung zu schreiben ist jetzt nicht zwingend notwendig und juckt herzlich wenig. Dennoch, auch wenn man Mal Junk isst, weil man gerade keine Zeit hat oder welche Ausrede man auch immer hat - hier ist es sauber, super freundliches Personal, der Geschäftsführer ist sich nicht zu fein selbst hinter die Theke zu stehen und zu bedienen und zu verkaufen. Macht Burger, macht den Drive In und bildet aus. Vorbildlich, lecker und toll. So sollte es in jedem Fast Food Restaurant sein!

Also Fastfood ist nicht unbedingt unsere Sache. Trotzdem , auch wegen der Lage neben dem Kino, hat man ja mal einen schnellen Hunger. So weit so gut. Der Ausgabeservice war wohl an diesem Tag nicht besonders gut drauf! Und was wir an Burgern zu essen bekamen, da muss man schon gehörig Hunger haben. Also für Zahnlose ist es geeignet. Geschmack ? Nein, gar nicht.

Wir haben obwohl wir die dritten in der Schlange waren 15 Minuten gewartet. Bürger waren heiss und lecker, aber das Brötchen kaputt. Bedienung war sonst nett.

I can recommed this Burger King. Employees were nice, also restaurant was clean, and car park is right beside restaurant, so easy come and go. Also shopping center right beside.

We have a lot of MCs nearby by and no burger king in Bodensee region. I was looking forward to country burger and was pleased to find burger king in FN. This has become a regular stop these days as its convenient after shopping/ watch cinema nearby!

wenn wir uns einmal für fast food entscheiden bevorzugen wir Burger King dem MC. es ist aber leider so das MC viel besser organisiert ist und das Personal scheint (wenn auch freundlicher) nicht so gut geschult wie beim Konkurrenten MC. Das restaurant war voll mit Schülern. Nach ca 10 min konnten wir bestellen. Der Junge Man war sehr bemüht und hat die zwei Kinder Menu schnell und vor allem Frisch zubereitet, verpackt... mit etwas mehr training wird es bestimmt noch besser..
