Update August 20th, 2024 that's not possible, Friday evening 8 p.m.!!! A girl for restaurants and drive-ins. As the fourth car, we stood in the drive-in for more than 20 minutes and then again until the FAST FOOD bag reached us. To be honest, I felt more sorry for the poor girl than we were upset!!! Super great, cheers to the HR management in a negative sense!!!! Friday evening and no staff is already questionable?! Despite all respect for the girl who persevered so bravely and was friendly, that really took the wind out of our sails. She should get praise and recognition from above for not throwing in the towel!!! Greetings to the blonde young woman with the piercings, you were still very friendly!! 2022 menu was tasty and we were served very friendly. Many thanks to (I think her name was) Ms. Zaviska.

I come from the highway for a quick hunger. But this store doesn't take hygiene seriously at all. The first direct route to the toilet shocked me at first. How can you do/offer that to your customers... everything was really defective. The faucet didn't work and wasn't even securely attached to the sink. The hand dryer was so dirty that it disgusted me to even dry my hands there... the soap dispenser was no longer attached to the wall and was defective. It's unbelievable that something like this still happens in the catering sector. Completely run down, a shame and creates an absolutely bad picture. But the food was OK and fresh. Only the hygiene area really shocked me. A cleaner and a plumber would definitely be urgently needed here!

Ordered at the drive-thru, only received half of the order, that doesn't work at all. In addition, the drive-in signage is not illuminated in the evening... and the waiting time is extremely long.

Opening time until 11:00 p.m.... I was there around 10:35 p.m., a table was still occupied, but the door was already locked... In this case, I drove a few kilometers further to the open McDonald's. The one that was actually open...

I ordered at the terminal to take away because I just don't find the atmosphere inviting. Regarding my order now, I order chilli chees nuggets and get onion rings, I order churos with cinnamon sugar and chocolate dip, and the whole churos were completely flooded with the sauce, not that appetizing. The store is pretty disappointing and the staff should try harder.

Meanwhile, conditions are extremely chaotic for a fast food restaurant. Extremely long waiting times Chaotic and uncoordinated workflows. No longer recommended.

After an extremely long journey, an incredibly long wait. We actually waited 35 minutes.

Don't know why so many complain about the waiting time? You have to wait in the restaurant too, my God. There is a lack of staff in Leutkirch... Yes... But they do their job well. They are friendly and it is clean there. Food tasted good... Everything was good 👍🏼

When you ask after 10 minutes where the food is, you are attacked and insulted by the customers above you. The woman behind the counter is absolutely unfriendly and incompetent. It's better to go to another Burger King.

Quite ok, staff is sometimes overloaded, once had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru.

Absolute disaster! The Burger King in Leutkirch is an imposition. The employees seem completely overwhelmed and have no overview. No matter how empty the store is, you wait what feels like an eternity for your food. And when you finally get something, there is usually still something missing. If you want to save yourself frustration and hunger, you definitely shouldn't go here.

We needed to wait for a long time to get just two coffee and the rest room was not properly maintained.

Since the penultimate visit, I said that I will not come to eat here again. The service is very slow there is a long wait after orders. It's not luxury but they could be more dedicated, the staff seem to want less customers and are always tired and apathetic. Smile is missing from the menu.

Instead of a plant-based long chicken burger, I got one with chicken. Not recommended.

It took a little longer to finish the meal, the food tastes different, the burgers have very little sauce. But the fries were very good. Overall I wasn't very satisfied.

I wanted to pay with a card, the employee said it didn't work, so I paid in cash. Now in retrospect I see that the amount was also debited from the card. So I paid for everything twice. Nobody answers the phone either. I have never experienced anything like it. 😑

Unfortunately we had to wait over 1 hour for our food. Afterwards, something was missing on our tablet, but we got it without any problems. Personal ordering wasn't possible either - you could only order on the screen.

This is a medium portion of fries for over 3 euros. That's fraud.

You almost feel sorry for the employees. They try, but can't keep up. The ordering terminals indicated that they were temporarily out of order. The drinks machines are closed (you can get the drinks from the employees). Which raises the question of why they aren't removed from the customer's field of vision. No toilet paper, different light bulbs in lamps that should actually be the same, signs hanging crooked... The broken terminals led to long queues and some customers left. Somehow the shop seems completely neglected, as if it has somehow been forgotten. But the food was good, others reported cold food, which we didn't have. Everything as usual from BK

+ enough parking spaces with good entrance and exit + very, very clean and you really don't find that everywhere, hence even 6!! Instead of 5 stars + the ice cream we ordered on Saturday took a maximum of 2-3 minutes, incredibly quick + we will definitely be back and look forward to our next visit with such great service

The cleanest Burger King I've ever been to. And I've been to many around the world! Staff professionally wipe the tables and ensured cleanliness and hygiene during my stay. Food was also good as expected and fully in keeping with the franchise brand!

It is a fast food restaurant with large parking spaces and charging stations for electric cars. When the weather is nice you can also dine in the garden.

I thought everything was great, there was just a little too little sauce on the long chicken for my taste. Otherwise very satisfied, very friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful but the food was terrible, the citizens were ice cold and undercooked, there was hair on the table and on the floor and leftover food was on the floor, the fries were like eating a shoe, they tasted like rubber, I almost had them I got life poisoning because the meat wasn't cooked through and now I have fatty diarrhea

Food cold, some ingredients were missing from the burger. The “bread” had already fallen apart when you looked at it, but when you touched it, it was lying on the tray. Tables weren't clean. There was nothing going on. The employees would have had time to put things in order. I must be very hungry if I go there again ;-)

After I was warned by a customer that they had already been waiting half an hour, I was skeptical because things rarely work at the store. Then I wanted to order and their whole system broke again. Wasted half an hour of lunch break here just to cancel my order. This is by far the most incompetent, slowest and worst Burger King ever

The slowest Bk in DE here more people go back if you see the queue than are served effectively... Burgers were as usual. Toilet not acceptable with a child

The boss is a screamer who makes fun of the staff, but is so loud that you cringe every time. Usual selection, fast and fresh, coupons accepted. There was food lying around everywhere in the kitchen and in the dining room, there were three staff, and there wasn't much going on at all. So it wouldn't have been a problem to wipe down or clean the tables.

Ambience as expected but only two employees on a Saturday/public holiday at 2 p.m. was not enough: it took a long time, burgers were cold, no toys in the junior bag, as reinforcement there was an argument between the employees in front of the customers...well, that can easily be done better ..!

Nach Jahren wieder mal in einem Mac/Burgerking Schuppen gewesen. Der Whopper ist über die Jahre geschrumpft und dieses mal einer der etwas trockeneren Modelle gewesen. Pommes waren OK. Lag noch Stunden wie ein Stein im Magen. Sogar Junior ist inzwischen auf hochwertigere Fleischprodukte getriggert und fand das nicht wiederholenswert. OK wer drauf steht kann da hin. Mir ist ein echter Burger aber wichtiger.

Die Burger waren lauwarm. Pommes warm und Cola wie bestellt ohne Eis. NACHTRAG Heute Nacht haben wir uns das Essen nochmal durch den Kopf gehen lassen. Ob das von den lauwarmen Burgern kam wissen wir natürlich nicht. ABER DEFINITIV: DIESEN BURGER KING BESUCHEN WIR NIE MEHR WIEDER!!

Drecksladen mehr Fehler kann man gar nicht machen in einer Bestellung 4 fehler

Alle Tische dreckig, das WC mit Blut verschmiert, wirklich alles ekelhaft. Die Bestellung nur zur Hälfte eingegeben und trotzdem noch einiges in der Bestellung vergessen. Nicht nochmals.

Leider seit Monaten kontinuierlich lange Wartezeiten. 20min bis zum bestellen keine Seltenheit.

Mittlerweile sind gute Arbeitskräfte am Start und sind sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer. Dauer etwas aber es ist verständlich mit neuen Team.

Ein Burger King der noch nicht modernisiert wurde. Essen war nach Burger King Standard zubereitet und dementsprechend in Ordnung. Service war freundlich und das Ambiente noch auf dem alten Standard. Holzstühle ohne Polsterung, keine Bestellautomaten etc.

Typisch fast food halt, guter Service, leider der Außenbereich sehr schmutzig. Die Tische waren sehr dreckig. Das muß nicht sein finde ich.

Der Chillie-Cheeseburger mit bacon war echt herzhaft, würzig und lecker! Nicht so faad wie beim MD!

Leider zu oft geschlossen bzw. Nur Drive in Schalter geöffnet. Ansonsten sehr freundlich.

Mussten, weil spät abends (weil überall anders leider keine warme Küche mehr angeboten wurde), mal was hier essen. Der Speck vom Bacon King war überhaupt nicht knusprig. Das an der Wand angepriesene WLAN gab es auch nicht. Na ja, vielleicht wieder in 10 Jahren, wenn's woanders nix warmes mehr gibt. Zumindest war der Verkäufer hinter der Theke ganz nett.

Jeder Tisch dreckig Eine Thekenkraft sehr bemüht aber kann natürlich nicht alles alleine Stemmen Essen war gut sogar der Salat frisch zubereitet und knackig trotz Feiertag

Service völlig überfordert. 15 Minuten warten müssen um zu bestellen. Rückgabewagen völlig überfüllt und dreckig. Genau so sollte es nicht sein!!!

Super schnelle Service und nette personal

Ewig an der Bestellstation im Drive Thru gewartet, ohne dass sich Jemand gemeldet hätte. Es war kein Fahrzeug vor mir gewesen. Irgendwann zum Ausgabeschalter vor gefahren. Es kam aber keiner der jungen Servicemitarbeiter ans Ausgabefenster, obwohl sie mich sahen. Bin dann ohne Bestellung weiter gefahren. Unterirdisch, obwohl dort Nichts los war!

Schmeckt wie in jedem Bürger King, habtsache was im Bauch.
