Was ok. The food was ready within a few minutes. Sweet potato burger and chicken burger were quite good. Unfortunately the fries were cold.

We were at Centerpark on Saturday and had lunch here. We had various burgers, chicken tenders, milkshakes, etc. The burgers were good both in terms of taste and value for money. The chicken tenders also tasted good but were completely overpriced for such a micro portion! Unfortunately the milkshake wasn't tasty.

Burgers were okay, the children's menu for €10 with a few fries and 4 chicken nuggets was actually a joke! Unfortunately there is a bit of a lack of alternatives.

I can't understand the negative reviews. What else should you offer in the swimming pool besides fast food and ice cream? The children don't want anything else anyway. There is also a selection of salads. We enjoyed it, the burgers were good, the fries with garlic and cheese were my personal favorite. However, the sweet potato fries were better. The staff was friendly and the waiting time was perfectly fine at 10 minutes.

Disastrous service. Half was missing despite repeated inquiries as to whether they had packed everything. (Order was to take away) I had to walk a ten minute walk back to pick up the rest. It was then submitted later but without any accommodation. The taste is also not intoxicating. Centerpark should consider replacing the store. I don't even want to start with the price...

Of course, fries and burgers are part of a fun pool, but here too, the price/performance ratio, like that of Aqua Mundo, is very different. If the offer is absolutely okay, the portions are too small or not worth the money. Burgers starting at around €9 don't really satisfy your hunger, a menu for almost €20 is already very steep. Since there are more families here, some have called their bank and increased their overdraft. The fries are solid and good. At €4.50 they are absolutely reasonable and other variations (cheese/bacon) are also offered. The onion rings are my personal tip. At least you can credit the restaurant for the fact that the dishes are freshly prepared. Since our rings were cold, they quickly prepared new ones for us by putting fresh onions in the breading and then frying them.

Once and never again. Way too expensive. Unfriendly staff. Totally confusing map. The taste is okay, but the portion size is far too small for the expensive price. Everything thrown together and packed up. Drinks were all below the mark and were completely ignored by the staff. I've never seen such slow staff at a food counter.

Ordered a cheeseburger with fries and cola at midday at 12:00 p.m. I waited a solid 35 minutes for this. The staff numbered 7 people, but they didn't seem well-coordinated - that doesn't work that way...

The burgers are I would say a 4 out of five. The fries are a 3 out of five. And the chicken wings are a one out of five. With the children’s menu, they forgot the drink which was included and we paid for. And the fries were without salt and there has not been any ketchup or anything else included.

In principle everything is fine. The prices, however, are a bit high for what it is. Portions are also normal to small.

The food is very expensive. The fries creations are quite tasty. It is an absolute presumption and borders on fraud that 0.3 soft drinks are sold for 4.00 euros as a matter of course and in principle only 0.2 is given out. The cups are only available in 0.2. The service then points out this fact in a very unfriendly manner.

Absolutely rancid! 17€ +- for a burger with no taste at all! The meatball (about 50g if that's not too much) was like it came out of the microwave and tasted something like a cardboard box! The fries were cold and let’s not even talk about the “cheese” sauce! But given the motivation of the employees during preparation, it was already foreseeable what kind of taste explosion would follow. The tables were mostly full of rubbish because the premium employees were unfortunately busy with their cell phones and conversations.

Our experience at Rockets was rather positive. Order was prepared quickly and the burgers and fries were tasty but the price wasn't reasonable. 1€ less and it would be fine. You can tap mayo and ketchup yourself. We thought that was good.

Since vacation is often associated with good food, we decided to eat at Rocket Burger in Center Park Allgäu. Unfortunately the service here was poor from the start. The employees had long faces, the customer service was catastrophic! When I wanted to order, the employee yelled at me that I was standing at the wrong checkout. The words: Over to the checkout, with a finger, are more reminiscent of boot camp than vacation. But then I had to pick up the food from the other cash register. Apparently the cashier wasn't in a good mood either, which she expressed with her manner. You can't run a business like that, but especially that's not how you treat customers! The employees here urgently need training on quality with a focus on customer service. The food was OK. But not for the price. 2 fries and 2 burgers = €28.50 The portions were too small for the price. The taste was OK. But nothing that you couldn't do just as well at home. All in all this restaurant was a disappointment.

A pleasure! The rippled French fries were nice and crispy and well seasoned. The Cheeseburger with Bacon – a poem; the brioche bun was perfect in its consistency, the bacon was just right and the meat was a dream. The strawberry millshake is wonderfully sweet and creamy. The best thing that can happen to you after a visit to the swimming pool!

First impression: fast service and acceptable prices. You order and collect the food yourself at the counter. Then the food was ready and the disappointment was great. The burger is nothing special. Very mushy and on the same level as McDonalds and Co. The fries are nothing special for the price. I would advise against the fries with cheese and bacon gratin. Whatever this yellow stuff is, it's not cheese and it doesn't taste like anything with a consistency like slime. Price-performance: Food at McDonald's level or below, prices almost twice as expensive. We won't repeat it.

And if a large order comes in, it shouldn't paralyze the remaining orders. It happens here quite often too. So always ask first how long it will take, especially with kids

For a fast food chain, really tasty burgers and fries. Everything prepared fresh and quickly. Unfortunately the price is very high despite the high CP price level. Orders were taken very friendly. If there was room for the staff, the tables used were also taken care of. Unfortunately, the lack of staff is also visible here in my opinion. Still completely fine overall as a package. In my opinion, the negative recessions are incomprehensible.

You don't have to worry about the prices in a CenterParks MarketDome. Apart from that, almost everywhere today you pay 10 euros for a burger that's just the size of your fist. However, at a CenterParks restaurant, you can expect a certain level of service for the price. Unfortunately this was not available. We first had to clean the table ourselves because we got stuck to it. We then had BBQ burgers and sweet potato fries. Burger completely dry, cheese not melted. Sweet potato fries tasted very tasty, but you couldn't eat the bottom fries because they were floating in fat. We don't have to have it again.

We had 2x fries with different sauces and chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets were very good. The fries were ok, nothing special like in the swimming pool. The service employee was unfriendly. Overpriced.

Overpriced lukewarm food and staff is fries when preparing food.

Food overpriced. 25€ for a menu including onion rings. Menu was ready within 1 minute, onion rings cold, fries so salty that they were inedible. Unfortunately we didn't eat on site but took everything with us. In the end we had a burger that we had to share, the rest was for the trash. What a shame!

The burgers here were the best in the area. They were absolutely worth the price. But now it's better to eat burgers at BK. The buns were dry and the meat was already cold, so the cheese wasn't even melted. Also super expensive. Very unfortunate and disappointing. Hope that changes in the future!

The menu was absolutely confusing, we paid €90 for four people. We got 4x fries that tasted like old fat and 4 burgers that all tasted the same even though they were different burgers. All 4 had heartburn and stomach pain afterwards. Never again. 1 waitress saved the service star because he gave our son an ice cream.

Very disinterested staff, but the food was ready quickly. 9 euros for a burger, 4 for fries and 1 euro for a sauce. Milkshake watery and boring. But I think, I'm actually sure, that these are the worst burgers I've had in my life. And I'm certainly not exaggerating. Drinking half a liter was not enough to get rid of this dry mess. I know CP is expensive and I can live with that, but this is really outrageous.

Sorry, but service is different and, above all, more polite. My recommendation is to bring your own food.

Fries don't taste like anything. Far too few staff at lunchtime! Long waiting time.

The waiting times were a disaster: we had to wait around 60 minutes for two burgers and two portions of fries - that is absolutely unacceptable. But it got even worse: the two cappuccinos from the machine next door were made with spoiled milk (I also reported this directly). When I opened and cleaned the machine, four beetles even crawled out - I've never experienced anything like that and I don't even want to imagine what it looks like in the kitchen. I have already forwarded these incidents to Center Parcs and hope that the issue will be taken seriously. Something like this really shouldn't happen!!

If you pay a hundred euros for five standard menus in a fast food restaurant, then that is clearly completely excessive, especially since the service was also bad (one burger too many, one portion of fries too few, and the dips weren't right either). Center Parcs is lucky that the big "M" isn't closer!

I actually can't understand the negative reviews regarding the food/price performance. If you come from the Munich area, you are used to the prices/found it rather cheap! Plus, it's always a question of expectations - the store is not a 5 star restaurant, but a fast food chain and the hot fries and burgers tasted very good! The service was understaffed and therefore not very accommodating, but I didn't have high expectations from a fast food restaurant. All in all, solid and probably the best restaurant in the entire park.

Burgers were ok, but overall the value for money wasn't right (burger + fries + drink = €18.80). The chicken nuggets were so dry, but the Gobi Desert is a wetland. Also very slow service. Tables and chairs partly dirty.

Price performance really doesn't match. From the children's menu as already described in another review. Fart dry. A mini piece of meat between cross-baked mini buns. A spade light €6.50. Then you just don't drink anything. We won't eat anything here anymore.

There is no relationship between price and performance! Children's menu for €10 with super dry chicken nuggets. Adult menu for €18.80. Taste ok, but completely overpriced. You can eat better 10 minutes outside the park for the same amount of money and get more.

Were there at 8:15 p.m. and there was nothing left - everything had already been cleaned. Easy answer was 'no'! What kind of service is this? If it's open until 8:30 p.m., orders should be placed at least until then or even longer and not just until 8. Cleaning is done at 8:30 p.m. not at 8... disappointing!

Been there twice, first time was ok, the next time the guy preparing orders was not knowing what he's doing and it tooks forever to had my order ready. Before my order was ready I noticed that people coming after me are taking their orders and leaving ( burgers) when I asked the lady on cashier she replied nicely that we are having some rush, I told her about what about the other orders then this guy was shouting "what's your order number?" I told him my number and he it's ready why are asking, then I told him this was too late and you gave the others their orders passing my order, he said ok that's why you're angry I said yes you were late then he said I am not, I replied no this was late, then he said ok go and complain. When I met the manager he was knowing nothing and after arguing he said ok you can go and complain wherever you want.

Food doesn't taste good and the price-performance ratio is way too expensive. I'd rather go to KFC. Not recommended, preferably 0 stars

Unfortunately, I was refused the order because you can't order from the machine if you pay in cash and the employee in question refused to accept it, which I don't think is customer friendly. As good as the burgers are, the service is worse

Food is grossly overpriced and tastes bad. In the pictures you can see the so-called children's menu for an impressive €7.60. The milkshake costs a slim €5.20, is declared as 0.5 L on the menu and comes neatly in a 0.4 L cup. The entire store is a complete disgrace. As an owner I would be ashamed of myself.

First of all, I would like to clarify what kind of restaurant this is: it is fast food. Or in modern German: system gastronomy. Fast food means that the customer doesn't care whether it is organic potatoes that are processed into fries. It just has to be quick!! System gastronomy is called that because the entire food production takes place systematically. With the aim of making it quick. So… erm.. fast food. This means that this shop's sole task is more or less to get the food to the customer quickly. And that doesn't work here at all! Waiting 40+ minutes for a burger order makes the term “fast food” absurd. The burgers themselves are OK. Bit dry. We found the fries very tasty. The prices are really at the upper limit. But for God's sake, management. Do something! It's not possible to keep guests waiting that long. Because the company's goal is completely missed: 1 star.

I ordered a hamburger with Combo Menu 1: the burger was very dry overall and hardly seasoned, the bourgeois sauce tasted of almost nothing. The fries weren't that great either, because they had almost no salt. So all in all I wouldn't eat here again...

We wanted to grab a little snack at Aqua Mundo. Ordered fries and a beer twice. That cost a total of almost 19 euros, of which the beer alone cost 6.50. But if there is no competition, you can ask for it. The employee first opened a non-alcoholic beer and when he was told that it wasn't the beer he ordered, all he got was "It says here"... he was referring to the abbreviation "FL", which means bottle. I have no idea how you can conclude that it is alcohol-free. The fries were cold and I had them "exchanged". They were accepted without a word and the shift manager/supervisor held a finger to see if they were really cold. At least we got new warm ones but they weren't great in terms of taste either. The corner of the plastic table we were sitting at had broken off with a sharp edge that could have easily injured you.

Incredibly expensive for what is on offer. I would say classic Center Parcs quality. We had to wait about 45 minutes. So you definitely have to bring your time!

Food was absolutely terrible, never had such a dry burger. Staff absolutely unfriendly. After eating, I and my whole family felt bad. My five-year-old daughter and my wife even vomited. We had to leave early. We had eaten there years before and were satisfied. But never like that again!!!

Overall, pretty solid. Burger tasted ok but nothing special. Tables were pretty dirty and sticky. Service is not available, it is just self-service. If you could give half stars I would give 2.5 stars, so just 2. In terms of price, it's pretty good. Not a repeat.

The Rockets serves the outdoor area and swimming pool area at the same time. Accordingly, we waited half an hour for the cold food, as the food was standing on the counter in a constant draft. Without a numbered receipt it is not possible to assign the food and a very unfriendly employee. Never again!!! This restaurant damages the good image of Center Parcs.

The chili burger is tasty, the meat is fresh, but terribly broken down, which is why the burger contains two slices of meat. The additions seem fresh. The fries are terrible, only the leftovers are 1-1.5 cm long. Service - DISASTER, errors in a simple order! no courtesy, no greeting, no thanks, NOTHING: VERY LONG WAITING TIME, even though there were not many guests. If you’re looking for slightly cold flavored milk instead of a nice thick frozen milkshake, then this is the place for you! The fries were ok.

Es gab nur einen schlechteren Burger den ich je gegessen hab. Das war bei der NASA in den USA. Dazu noch unverschämte Preise.

Every McDonald’s is better. It really wasn't a tasty meal and the price isn't justified.

The food was good. BUT: - 30 minutes waiting time for a fries and an onion ring... Difficult. And that even though there wasn't even that much going on. - For the prices, the portions were microscopic - The sauces were forgotten. Not bad at all. The problem was the reaction to that, because instead of an apology, the sauces came with a reprimand, how can you act like that because of 2 sauces for 80 cents each (we just asked politely...), we were hindering the flow of business.

Unfortunately, despite the great food, the team is extremely overwhelmed and can't cope with a few more orders. Unfortunately, there were sometimes waiting times of more than an hour for 3x fries. Hopefully it will get better otherwise I don't see a future here.

Were there around 5pm, not much going on. Burger and fries with a reasonable portion and price was also okay.

Wir hatten hier Pommes mit Bacon und Cheesesoße, die Fried Pickle, den Aktionsburger (Brie und Preiselbeere) und ein Reese Milchshake. Und das Essen war super lecker. Geschmacklich echt top. Vorallem der Milchshake ist der Wahnsinn. Wir waren hier als nichts los war und so mussten wir auch gar nicht warten. Wir können das Rockets hier nur empfehlen :)

Leider nicht so toll - ich stehe voll hinter der Marke Center Parcs, aber gastronomisch mangelt es am meisten. Sei es dem geschuldet, dass ich vom Fach bin und die Gastronomie mein ganzes Leben gestaltet.. Nichts desto trotz - gastronomisch muss hier mehr gehen. Speisen (hier Fast Food) war lieblos und trocken, das Personal sehr neutral und überfordert, die Wartezeit viel zu lang, von dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sprechen wir lieber nicht. 2 Sterne, weil ich hier mehr Potenzial sehe.

Das Essen war schnell abholbereit und konnte gleich mitgenommen werden. Leider war es absolut nicht gut, Burger waren trocken da sie zu lange gebraten waren, Pommes waren nicht gesalzen, Süßkartoffelpommes waren leider teilweise im inneren noch kalt. Lediglich die Cola/Sprite und das Ketchup/Mayo waren wie gewohnt. Für zwei Burger Menü und ein Kidsmenü dann noch 45€ bezahlt und nichts hat geschmeckt ist leider echt schade. Meine Tochter hat nicht mal ihre Pommes essen wollen.

Die Burger und Pommes sind eigentlich gut. Die Preise etwas hoch, aber MC und Co. sind auch nicht mehr die Günstigsten. Die Pfandrückgabe ging immer schnell. Die Tische könnten aber mal geputzt werden hin und wieder.

Ich verstehe die ganzen negativen Kommentare nicht. Der Burger schmeckt sehr gut! Das Brot ist fluffig, die Buletten sind außen kross und innen noch saftig. Ein Stern habe ich abgezogen, da es etwas teuer ist.

Das waren wirklich keine schlechten Burger. Sind so ein Mittelding zwischen Fast Food und „richtigem Restaurant“. Die Pommes waren jedoch kalt und weich. Dass alle Dips extra kosten, halte ich für schwierig. Und damit wären wir schon beim größten Punkt: es ist unfassbar TEUER! Für zwei Leute nen Fuffi bei so nem Laden, sind wir hier bei Five Guys?! Die Qualität, die Schnelligkeit, der Service rechtfertigen das im Lebtag nicht. Gute Milchshakes.

Essen burgerstore typisch stylisch... Personal überfordert gerade was die Verkaufsseite aqua mundo betrifft (1 kasse offen , bei vollem mittagsgeschäft)... Knapp 45 min gewartet, für 2 x Pommes und einen Cheeseburger. Ohne Worte! Transponder funktionierte nicht, Anzeige bezahldisplay funktionierte nicht, auf Nachfrage - plumpe Antwort - sie bekommen Rechnung! Ketschup, Mayospender ungünstig platziert - man muss quasi wieder an den kassenbereich an die Schlange. Es kommt sehr wenig aus den spendern. Was einen Kundenstau hervorruft... Personal definitiv zu langsam und auch nicht gewillt, etwas schneller, effektiver bzw. Kundenorientierter zu arbeiten. Becher Rückgabe ein Chaos! Abgabe an anderer seite der Ausgabe - wo man nur abgeben kann - pfandgeld bekommt man dann leider nur an der wiederrum anderen Seite der Ausgabe, sprich - wo man schon alles bestellt hatte. Heisst wieder anstellen. Weil Geld 💰 hatte die Becherannahmedame ja nicht 😱 die Dame füllte sich aber auch nicht dazu bewogen , leergwordene sossenbecher, Strohhalme etc. aufzufüllen. Wir waren schon öfter im CP Allgäu - und es war immer etwas chaotisch im Bereich rocket - aqua mundo, aber dieses mal toppt alles. PS. Das ist kein jammern auf hohem Niveau - wir kommen selbst aus der Event gastronomie. Da können wir schon etwas ein schätzen, was da gewaltig schief läuft! Mit Liebe zum geschäft und dem Kunden gegenüber ist dies ein richtig schöner Arbeitsplatz. Aber so gewinnt ihr keine stammies.. was augenscheinlich auch nicht gewollt ist!!!! Alles in allem sehr unprofessionell! Essen war für systemgastro gut. 😄 Als Restaurant würde ich es jedoch nicht halten. Beste grüsse

Burger ansich könnte ganz ok sein wenn man nicht gerade eiskaltes Chilli auf die frisch gebratenen Pattys macht. Dadurch war der Burger bis zum Tisch kalt, genau wie die Chilli Pommes. Dafur dann 17 euro zu bezahlen steht in keinem Verhältnis.

Geschmacklich gut. Fleisch im Burger nicht die beste Qualität aber besser als das was im Center Parcs sonst so an "Essen" geboten wird. Chicken Filets sind lecker. Wartezeiten sind leider sehr lange. Würden die anderen "Restaurants" hier eine bessere Qualität liefern würden die Wartezeiten vermutlich besser sein. Zumindest ein Lichtblick in der Centerparcs Essenslandschaft.

Wir waren vor Ort, leider war das Beste Chicken Wings ausverkauft

Wir waren hier mit 6 Personen etwas essen. Das Kids Menü (Halber Burger mit Pommes und 0,2 Getränk) fanden wir etwas überteuert, mit 7,50. Die anderen Menüs sind für eine Themenpark im Rahmen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Alles frisch zubereitet. Die Auswahl war ok. Top das Mayonnaise und Ketchup umsonst sind und in Schälchen abgefüllt werden kann. Alles in allem kann man hier beruhigt hingehen.

Gute Qualität scheint auch frisch zu sein aber die Pommes mit Käsesoße und Bacon waren eiskalt und lätschig. Wartezeit für zwei Burger & Pommes: 45 Minuten !! Rechtfertigung: Wir haben gerade viel Bestellungen. Meiner Meinung nach, sollte man wenn man viele Bestellungen hat sich einfach mehr Mühe geben/mehr leisten,weil 45 Minuten warten geht garnicht !

Leckere Burger die frisch zubereitet wurden. Auf Wunsch wurde sogar extra bacon drauf gemacht ohne Mehrpreis. Das Essen kam auch relativ schnell und die Pommes waren ebenfalls gut. Wir kommen wieder :)
