Burgerking on the outskirts of Pfullendorf. The entrance is a bit hidden. The staff are friendly and the food is as usual as at Burgerking. Clean branch.

A bit old. Drinks machines not working

Since we aren't regulars at Burger King, finding the menu took a bit of a long time. The staff was friendly and very patient with us. The onion rings were really tasty, unfortunately the sour cream tasted bland. But the employees can't do anything about it. It was OK, but we won't be regular guests.

Simply poorly slippery and greasy floors don't give enough feedback like piss. And unfriendly staff + raw meat never again

Food was okay, a bit cold considering there wasn't much going on, but it was quick and I couldn't complain. However, the drinks machines are still out of service.

I've been here a few times and so far I've never been able to say anything bad. The staff are friendly, the food is good. My only criticism is this drinks machine, which has either been out of service for ages or is broken.

We really enjoyed going here for a quick bite, we've been doing this for years... but the last few times we keep forgetting something at the drive-thru. as well as today. I've mentioned it in the past, but in hindsight there's probably nothing you can do about it. The cleanliness in the restaurant is no longer what it used to be.. there are really only a few employees who are friendly or who speak understandable German.. it's a shame how poorly this Burger King branch has developed.

I normally really like Burger King and love the dishes that are usually only available there, such as chili cheese fries or the chicken nugget burger, but here in Pfullendorf you really don't want to go back again. The seating area was not clean and the drink machines were broken. The staff was rude, unmotivated and... unhygienic. Communication in German is almost impossible. Work clothing was sometimes very dirty and no gloves were worn when preparing the food. At the same time, people in the kitchen were busy eating from the containers with their fingers. The food took a long time and was almost cold at the end and the hamburgers and cheeseburgers were mixed up and some of them had the wrong paper on them. The cheese on the cheeseburger, like the meat, was ice cold. I'm usually really hesitant to give bad reviews because there can always be adverse circumstances and bad days. Language barriers don't really bother me either; they are usually smiled away in the truest sense of the word and balanced out with politeness. No trace of it here. Given the circumstances, we didn't dare go to the toilet.

Attention vegetarian/vegan people!!! I ordered 6 plant based nuggets and a nugget burger to take away. It was about 30 minutes before closing time and I heard the woman at the checkout tell another employee that he had to make 9 plant based nuggets. Lo and behold, I had a meat nugget on my burger, the other two were vegan. However, I only noticed that when I took a bite. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. I thought Burger King even advertises that the plant based nuggets are always prepared separately, so how can something like that happen??? Throw in one nugget too few and then just replace it with one made of meat and think you wouldn't notice? Never again Burger King Pfullendorf. For me as a vegetarian it's an absolute no-go and really disgusting. I will also officially inform Burger King about this.

Well... the store is a bit spartan compared to other Burger King branches, as the drinks machines have been out of service for ages and there are no ordering terminals. Food was ok but drinks... First I gave the wrong one and then it really tasted like water with a dash of syrup. No matter if iced tea or cola. Not recommendable

Burger wasn't ready the bacon was still raw not to recommend the Burger King poorly organized little staff. The only thing good is the location

Getränkeautomaten schon ewig außer Betrieb. Personal unmotiviert, lustlos und unsympathisch bzw unfreundlich. Man muss grundsätzlich warten, egal was man bestellt. Z. B. Bestellt man nur ein Eis und ein Getränk, bekommt seinen Zettel und der Kassierer bedient erst 2 weitere Kunden bevor er die beiden Sachen abfüllt. In der Regel ist auch nur ein Schalter besetzt, egal wie viel los ist.

Really fast just like fast food :) The people are nice and the place is quiet

Leider hat der Burger King stark abgebaut seit meinem letzten Besuch. Beide Self-Service Getränkeautomaten waren defekt und wohl auch schon länger. Kein WLAN dort außer das verschlüsselte interne Netz. Kein Monitor lief, keine Musik oder sonstwas und auch keine mobile Bestellung war möglich. Noch nie in einem so "toten" Fastfoodladen gewesen. Essen war soweit OK. Burger aber leider nur lauwarm, Pommes wenigstens warm und kross. Cola in durchsichtigen Plastikbechern anstatt den BK Bechern. Toiletten nicht geputzt laut meinen Jungs ( war mit meiner B-Jugend nach einem Spiel auf der Heimfahrt dort). Schade, so wird der BK wahrscheinlich nicht lange mehr überleben können. Und auch ich werde dort leider nicht mehr hingehen.

Waren abends auf der Durchreise und haben bei Burger King in Pfullendorf beim Drive Through gehalten. Mitarbeiter Halet war ausgesprochen nett, hilfsbereit und sehr kundenfreundlich. Vielen Dank!

Der Burger King ist sauber. Das Personal freundlich, lächeln. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet. Bin immer wieder mal dort.

War in Ordnung. Sehr leer. Pommes waren aber gut. Tankstelle nebenan ist sehr günstig.

Leider konnten wir dort nichts Essen , weil der Grill defekt war. Aber Bedienung war sehr Nett, aber leider bin ich nicht wegen der Netten Bedienung gekommen.

Een andere ervaringen dan in Nederland, zo is het te omschrijven. De bacon king burger was wat smaakloos, geen echte cola en de friet was wat klein. We hadden ons eten wel snel maar het was ook rustig. Voor 23 euro hadden we een matige maaltijd( 2 menu’s)op een redelijk sfeerloze locatie met een oké bediening.

Der Burger King ist sauber und ordentlich. Allerdings noch nicht auf dem neuestem Stand. Personal ist schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber freundlich. Obwohl ausser uns nur einer im Außenbereich saß wurde es sehr hektisch. Kassierer musste 2 mal stornieren und gab das Wechselgeld falsch heraus. Burger waren frisch und warm. Pommes fehlte leider das Salz aber dies konnten wir selber lösen. Personal sollte nochmal geschult werden, Panik und Hektik sind nicht gut in der Gastronomie. Wenn viel los ist muss man auch mal warten können als Gast.

Zu wenig Mitarbeiter... total überfordert, aber trotzdem sehr freundlich! Wir hatten Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt und die Hälfte hat gefehlt :(

Drive In gemacht. Der Long Chicken CC war sehr gut und die Pommes auch. Die Wartezeit war kurz. Für den Long Chicken CC im Menue 6,49 bezahlt. Die App sagte 5,99. Ich denke, es war in der Kasse falsch eingepflegt oder die App war nicht aktuell. Und wegen den 50 ct fährt natürlich niemand zurück.

Food was nice but staff was rude and impatient. There was no internet there and I had to go outside a couple times to load my coupon. Wasn't really pretty and looked pretty cheap. I dont know.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants dieser Kette ist dieses Restaurant sehr gut. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und eine akzeptable Hygiene !

Obwohl anscheinend frisch zubereitet, schmeckt es, als ob das Essen schon 15bmin steht. Das ist nicht das, was man erwartet. Deshalb nur 2 Sterne

Machen wir uns nix vor, gesundheitlich tut man sich hier keinen Gefallen. Allerdings ist hier wohl die einzige Anlaufstelle für veganes Fastfood in der Gegend.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider sind die Burger immer kalt. Ich habe einen Fahrweg von genau 4 min bis ich dort bin wo ich sein will zum Essen und die Burger sind dann einfach schon kalt. Außer man bestellt etwas was frisch zubereitet werden muss.

Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Meine Kinder und mein Mann bevorzugen Mittag- und Abendessen dort. Leider mag ich diese Art von Essen nicht. Sie haben auch andere Arten von Burgern. Gegrillte Hähnchenflügel sind mein Favorit. Es gibt Eis und Kaffee. Die Die Preise sind ziemlich normal und der Service ist ausgezeichnet.Es gibt ein Spiel für Kinder und kostenlose Parkplätze, auch für Rollstuhlfahrer einfach und flexibel geeignet

Von Zeit zu Zeit fahren wir immer wieder mal zum Pfullendorfer Burger King. Zuerst mal können wir die negativen Bewertungen bzgl. der Ware nicht nachvollziehen. Wir hatten kein einziges Mal etwas am Essen zu bemängeln. Vielleicht hatten wir einfach Glück. Auch wir finden es schade, dass man nicht mehr drinnen essen kann, oder auf der Terrasse. Das haben wir so auch noch nirgends gesehen. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer alle freundlich. Zu dem männlichen Mitarbeiter am Drive-In, der hier dem ein oder anderen negativ begegnet ist, können wir nur sagen...wir feiern den Typ...okay, wir sind Menschen denen kein roter Teppich ausgerollt werden muss, oder die am Drive-In höchst förmlich mit Sie angesprochen werden müssen. Wir hatten mit dem Mann noch keinerlei Thema und immer Spaß am Schalter. Entweder stimmt mit uns etwas nicht, oder manche sind einfach nicht fähig sich normal mit Leuten, die am Wochenende für Mindestlohn arbeiten müssen, zu unterhalten. Wir hoffen der Laden hält sich weiter. Solange werden wir jedenfalls regelmäßig dort aufkreuzen.
