Actually a very nice shop when it's not rush hour. Then it can quickly become hectic, stressful and loud, so that the employees tend to shout at each other and you get the wrong food three times. Plus point for the fact that the employees still react very nicely to the customers

I am giving 2 stars for this KFC. Their service is like 5 stars because they gave me a free food when I face my card payment issues. When we talk about taste means I didn't like it anymore.

A lot of employees: inside in the kitchen area, all very uncoordinated and loud private conversations early in the morning. Had to wait 25 minutes for a takeaway order. One burger was wrong and everything was cold. The order was then assessed and re-ordered. The employees in the kitchen complained about this. Next to me there were a lot of other guests in the restaurant and cars in the drive waiting for a very long time. Hardly anyone had anything to eat. An order received its food every minute or so. It was a Thursday evening. When I received the new order something was missing. I then wanted my money back. But that was only possible by filling out a piece of paper with my bank details. To do this, the receipt had to be attached, which the employee had thrown away in the meantime. I then had to wait a long time until a new receipt was printed. So I don't know when I'll get my money back. I was treated like it was my fault. There was no apology and no offer of redress. Rarely have I experienced such unprofessional and outrageous behavior.

Much better than the neighboring branch in Delmenhorst. Even shortly before closing time, nice staff, warm, fresh food and, above all, complete orders. The Delmenhorst branch can really learn something from this.

Ich war die letzten Monate regelmäßig hier und habe leider auch einige Kritikpunkte. Also das Essen schmeckt ja, deshalb komme ich auch gerne wieder. Aber. Beim Big Mac gab es verschiedene Variationen des Aufbaus. Zum Beispiel. Ende und Anfang und oben drauf das Mittelstück des Brötchen. Dann zum Beispiel zwischen dem Ende und dem Mittelstück des Brötchen alles drin und zwischen dem Mittelstück und dem Deckel nichts drin. Also das ist schon ziemlich armselig, wenn man keinen Big Mac hinbekommt, sollte man nicht bei MC Donald arbeiten dürfen. Aber es geht noch schlimmer, von der Bestellung fehlt die Hälfte. Zum Beispiel 2 Chees Burger bezahlt und keinen bekommen. Bitte bekommt das in den Griff, denn ich liebe MC Donald. Danke.
