BURGER KING in Delbrück

They've been so slow for the past three weeks, it's really not normal. I always go to BK instead of Mekkes because of the coupons. At the drive-thru, you wait 20 minutes for a meal, even though it's empty. Huh?

The best thing about the shop is the interior. They're mercilessly cutting back on staff, with no regard for the consequences. The place could be so much more. It feels like every kebab shop makes more revenue. It's a miracle the shop is still open. The food is okay, but nothing more. Everything seems so cold and distant there. On cold days, you might find yourself going home full, but somehow feeling hypothermic.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The prices are reasonable for the quality and service offered, although during peak times, service could be a little faster or the selection could be a bit more varied. The most incompetent Burger King I know. You stand in front of the intercom for 15 minutes, alone. Then the kids get rude. Completely incompetent and understaffed.

The food was also disappointing: lukewarm, mediocre in taste, and incomparable to the pictures on the order board. Speaking of the order board – an absolute horror! Slow, confusingly structured, and anything but user-friendly. Whoever developed this interface should start from scratch. The restaurant was dirty, the tables sticky, but slightly better than the filthy reference on Frankfurter Strasse in Cologne. The final bill was €60 – for two adults and two children. For fast food! You expect significantly more quality, service, and transparency. We feel ripped off and will definitely not be coming back. McDonald's is also off our list.

I was overcome by hunger and unfortunately I didn't have much of a choice. I now remember why I rarely go to a fast food shop.

March 30, 2025 at 3:45 p.m 3 employees (1 for drive and serving and 1 in the kitchen and 1 who didn't know how to work) and hardly 10 customers. But you had to wait 30 minutes. Ordered 2 menus, 1 burger was missing. I've never had such bad burgers, patties tasted horrible and weren't cooked through. In addition, the food was completely cold. Nuggets were poured straight from the fat into the box without letting it drip off. Chairs were dragged across the floor as if one were doing something. So it’s super loud in an empty store. Finally, the toilets no thanks. This store has seen us for the last time

Were here on March 12, 2025 around 3 p.m. The store was almost empty but preparation took far too long. In the end it was cold and there was even something missing. Employees stand around all the time and talk instead of making burgers in the kitchen or cleaning in the lobby. There was garbage and leftover food on the floor everywhere. Fast food is different, things are better at the M around the corner.

One of the better burger kings!

I ordered at the terminal and wanted to pay at the checkout. Two employees were working (drive and kitchen), the third was talking to Therese and exploring the work area, and was skillfully ignored. The store was empty, only one on the drive and including me 2 in the branch. The store is also really dirty in the lobby. There's always something lying around on the floor. Then I just drove to McDonalds. I will do it again in the future as long as these circumstances don't change.

I drove through by car and had to pay €25.16. Order fits. I put down €26 in two euro pieces. The boy couldn't count; he had called his superior, who couldn't count either. Then they counted with their fingers even though they had a computer there. Now I also know why I haven't been to Burger King in Delbrück for a year!!! I recommend Reisenstraße, they don't speak German either. But the food and price is cheaper. I have a Doppelrapper, a Whopper and a Double Cheese, which I thought were pretty expensive and I'm going to eat at a restaurant for that.

Unfortunately, the Burger King branch in Delbrück has not been sticking to its own opening hours for weeks, even though the store was always busy even late at night. Anyone who goes hungry after 10 p.m. has been faced with closed doors for weeks now. The opening times are for advertising purposes only. No information at all as to why you probably didn't feel like working until the end of the day and every online portal leads you to the "open" disappointment. It was the last attempt after work for me and the rest of my company today.

The place is clean and tidy. There are enough ordering machines and they respond quickly. The food is prepared neatly and tasty. The staff strives to provide good service. I enjoy coming here and would be happy if it continues like this.

The Burgerking has a relatively good location with a few parking spaces. Just got an order, got the wrong side dish, instead of cold fries there were wedges. My burger wasn't supposed to have tomatoes on it, but there were some on it anyway. And majo was probably sold out, you could say that none could be included and there was no receipt either. The new burgers are delicious, but that's why they get 4 points for eating. Tut mir Leid, dass ich so eine schlechte Bewertung geben muss. Das Essen war sehr schlecht. Wir mussten eine halbe Stunde auf unsern Burger warten, obwohl der Laden fast leer war. Das Essen kam kalt und ungenießbar an. Ich habe ein Cilli Chess Burger bestellt. Er kam ohne Cilli Soße an. Bei den Burger von meinen Freund wurde nur ein Padi und das Brot geliefert alles weitere wurde vergessen. Ich gehe nie wieder hin.

Aufgepasst! Zocken einen im Drive ab. Es wird mehr abgerechnet als in die Tüte kommt und das leider öfter.

Habt ihr alle die Walraff Dokus nicht gesehen? Selbst schuld wenn da jemand noch essen geht!!
