Was clean. Food was ok. Unfortunately my burger was completely wrong. I had to “fix” it first, otherwise it would have been difficult to eat. For a single €5+ burger, it's a shame.

Burger M strangely sold out on the last day. According to the app, this burger was still available. We drove an extra 15 km. When we were there we were told that this burger was sold out. Just a disgrace. This store is simply not recommended.

Not worth 1 star! But unfortunately you have to give one away. This store is a disaster. Every time there is no food or it is cold. Staff just as much of a disaster. Was here for the last time.

Not everyone knows it for me but others like it

Absolute disaster. Nobody in the shop knows what everyone else is doing. The ordered food is ready, but is not given out. It's getting cold, a third is missing, but you have other things in the bag. If you ask, you will be insulted in an extremely cheeky manner.

The covered parking was perfect in the hot weather

The food there was super tasty and arrived relatively quickly. The branch was very clean and the table we sat at was even beautifully decorated (with a flower). The next day we noticed that we had forgotten a wallet there and we called them and they told us that we could pick it up. So the staff are very honest and very friendly and the food was good too, I can only recommend it.

We were at the store around 11:45 p.m., which closes at 3:00 a.m., and there were a few people sitting there eating. We ordered to eat on site with table service. After a few minutes our food came to the table in a bag and the gentleman said something about half past twelve and only for take away. Since there were still a few people sitting there, we ate our food at the table until the gentleman came back and threw us out with the words “you have to eat in the car!” If you think you only want to offer drive after 11:30 p.m., you should communicate that and no longer offer the option of “eating here” and table service after 11:30 p.m.!

Always cold...usually something is missing. The cheese on the burgers is either barely melted or completely dried out. Always little sauce on the citizens. 9 out of 10 times we have to go straight back in because something is missing. Some shift teams forget more than others. This is served later without any problems, but you just wait with the rest of the food. But it's rarely warm anyway. We live a 5 minute drive and pick up regularly, I have never experienced the food hot. Most of the time it arrives at home lukewarm, sometimes even cold, with the outside temperature sometimes being 28°C in summer. Some highlights are not available for long. Currently, for example, the passion fruit mix Hasn't improved since opening.

The food was delicious and the service was quick and friendly. Clean rooms and a great ambience – always happy!

Been there twice and been terribly disappointed both times. The first time you have Burger Steinhart... probably buns from the day before. Today on the second visit, 20 nuggets were simply not included in the order. Definitely my last visit to Delbrück.

So it's just disappointing to eat out! The food here was really a disgrace! Burger was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted, fries tasted like old oil and were over-fried, the tables were all dirty and the area itself! So...really wrong!

Had to wait there for over half an hour for my food. The restaurant is dirty. When I asked about my order, I only got cheeky and bold answers like “It will take another half an hour”… All in all, not a good visit, I’m actually used to it differently from McDonald’s.

Incredible! Stand in an order parking lot for 20 minutes, nothing happens. I then went in to ask for my order. I got the answer that pizza slices take so long. After I waited there for 15 minutes, they put the box in a bag that was in the front counter. After I got my order, I checked it. All burgers were cold. Another 10 minutes later I got new ones. Fries....cold...I went home with the cold fries....

A very nice modern branch. It is always very tidy and clean there. The food is good and you have the option to order either via the app, at the self-service terminal or at the checkout. The branch also offers a delivery service via the McDonald's app and Lieferando, where you can also pre-order. (I haven't tested this yet) depending on the shift, the employees sometimes seem a bit awkward and the waiting time can be a little longer. This could still be improved. Otherwise I like to eat there.

We ate there today on a Saturday with two adults and two children and were very satisfied. The place was neat and tidy. If other guests think that the place is often dirty, I think it is primarily due to the guests not being able to behave and leaving the tables dirty. Apparently respect and decency are foreign words. It is not the employees' job to clean up after the guests if they leave your table like a battlefield. As I said, when we visited it was clean and tidy. The burgers and fries were freshly made and very hot. They were also very tasty. We didn't have to wait longer than 5-6 minutes for our orders. The staff was also very nice. The restaurant is modern and attractively designed inside and out and there are a number of play opportunities, especially for children. It's also pleasantly air-conditioned there, which is a real relief, especially given the humid weather in July. The parking lot is sufficiently large. There are 4 charging options for electric cars. The restaurant is highly recommended.

Ordered via the app and paid in cash. My number was only being processed 6 minutes later when I picked it up but it wasn't ready. After another 3 minutes there was nothing left. After another 5 minutes my food arrived. Because I was in a hurry, I didn't look inside. A chip was missing at home. The others were half raw and we had to throw them back into the deep fryer for my son. The shop and toilets were extremely dirty. Even if it's on the way home, I'll be through it once and never again. For me it's one of the most unhygienic stores I've seen

I asked McDonald's in Paderborn about the Kaulitz menu cardboard cutouts, but unfortunately they no longer had them. The restaurant manager then asked for me at this Delbrück branch and reserved the display for me! I've never been to this McDonald's in Delbrück before and I was VERY surprised at how clean, tidy and modern the restaurant looks. In addition, the employees I came into contact with were all extremely friendly and helpful. I was asked several times by different employees if I needed help. And because of the high temperatures that day, I was also offered something cold to drink, even though I wasn't there to eat. I found that very thoughtful of the employee. The manager then showed me how to dismantle the stand and also helped. 10/10 this McDonald’s 👍🏼

So you actually like to eat at McDonald's when you're hungry for something quick. But not here!! So if you don't feel like working then you should say so and not randomly put together a burger. Some times things are even forgotten. Some people really have a shadow. Today our burger was even raw and the bread was soggy and dirty like a washcloth.

I was always happy with this branch, but not on Sunday. I placed my order and then I had to wait a long time. That completely ruined my order. I recommend that anyone ordering take-out or online from this McDonald's takes a close look at what is being handed to them. Literally every time so far something has either been missing or the wrong thing has been packed. The food often comes out cold. The fries are sometimes over-salted, sometimes not salted at all, sometimes half raw, sometimes dry-fried. Of course, anyone who eats at McDonalds shouldn't set their expectations high, but there is a lot of potential for improvement in this branch. I don't want to call the staff unfriendly, but I've never seen a smile here. In addition, the branch is only a year old. The motivation for this waned very quickly... What a shame

For McDonald, it is very clean there and there is a large parking lot right in front. With charging stations for e-cars. Food is a matter of taste but it was freshly made and hot.

One star only goes for the food. It tastes good at McDonald's. The rest is nothing. Was there about 10 times ....... Ordered everything to take away, something was always missing. You have to keep checking. Sometimes a burger was swapped, sometimes mayonnaise or ketchup is missing, sometimes there is no gift in the junior bag. So far not a single order has been completely delivered 🤬. But there is a nice children's corner. And the toilets are clean. Ps: The exit could be clearer... you can't see anything because of the railing on the small bridge.

The walls in the men's toilets in front of the urinals were extremely dirty. The table had not been cleaned properly and there was meat on the seat. Ordered three King Boxes for the children and only had one drink. Get up and, as always, go to the front and eat almost cold until the order is complete. Sit down again and notice that the mayo or ketchup is missing. Go back to the front and swap toys because there is the same thing in every bag. Are you serious guys? 😟

None of the guys who prepeare food were gloves…. They literally touch the food with their fingers…. Also I choose to pick up my food from the counter and it has been delivered as a takeaway… and for them it seems to be a problem

Simply outrageous. I ordered an MC Smart with 2 chicken burgers. First the waiting time lasted a good 15 minutes. Then I wanted to eat my citizen and saw something was wrong halfway through. The citizen was moldy. I went to the checkout and gave them I got a new citizen and some ice cream, but that's no excuse. I still have a stomach ache! Simple cheeky

The store manager is totally unfriendly, the staff forgets to get my order ready and I ask where my order is and then the store manager says my number was called several times and that's not true. I was portrayed as a liar, which is not true at all and several people could attest to that, totally unfriendly and disrespectful towards the customer. I have never experienced anything like it.

New one of the most modern McDonald's

We gave the store another chance... and were disappointed again. Pre-order via app... mc drive... with us 3 cars... 20 min waiting time!!!! Those before us didn't have a large order!! There wasn't much going on in the store for a McDonald's. Some of the food was cold, the wrong sauces and half of it was forgotten. Unfriendly staff... there wasn't even an apology except from a lady who had just processed other orders there. She was also the only friendly employee. It's a shame for such a beautiful new McDonald's that there are only unmotivated employees there.

I ordered for pickup from the parking lot for the first time today. A glass was missing, the Capri Sun and the Squeeze were missing from both Happy Meals. I had to wait over half an hour and then I didn't receive my complete order. This is an outrage! I definitely can't recommend it!

I will never set foot in this place again. I ordered and ate a mc rib menu there yesterday. Cold is normal, but it didn't taste quite normal either. I got the receipt for the strange taste 3 hours later. It was nice to spend the whole night with a bucket on my head.

Service was poor, employees didn't want to give out straws due to the climate situation🤔 despite explaining that they needed one for health reasons. (Everything else is made of cardboard too) the food was ice cold, the fries were rock hard. All in all not worth the price of the food. Never experienced such a terrible McDonald's. Never again !!! A complaint was filed with McDonald's to take further action.

You go here to eat and have to clean the table yourself before you can sit down. Then there was even a second piece of beef on top of the big tasty bacon. Actually not a problem, unless you don't like having so much meat on the burger. After eating you want to dispose of the garbage properly and you can't because all the garbage containers were full. We then ordered something to take away for our other son and found out that you pay €10.99 for a 20-pack of McNuggets but only get 17. Now that I've read the other reviews, it really borders on FRAUD. You can miscount by one nugget, but not by three. I will definitely never go there again.

We all actually know what we're getting ourselves into when we visit McDonald's. But the fact that orders are not completely delivered is unfortunately “good form” here. On the first visit the mayo was missing and “no tomato” was ignored. Second visit: “Extra beef for €1.90” was overlooked and I had to point out the additional drink. It can't be the customer's duty to check the food every time. Especially when the restaurant is completely empty and only one order needs to be prepared.

I ordered on a Saturday in the app to be delivered to the parking lot, after 45 minutes of waiting I was shown in the app that I should have my food. I didn't have it then I went to the drive to see where it was and despite the receipt and payment confirmation in my Apple Pay where it said "pending" which is normal on a Saturday since no money is deducted, my food wasn't handed over to me Today I look at my online banking money was debited. An absolute disgrace!

It's more than a shame when food allergies are brazenly ignored! I specifically say no onions when ordering because I have an allergic reaction to them. I open my burger because the whole thing seemed strange to me, making a fresh burger without onions within 30 seconds... Tada, the employees, as bold as they are, only scraped off half of the onions from my burger left a bit on it.... Seriously, is it still possible? Worst service ever. We waited in the drive through line for 6 minutes without taking our order. There is no employee to take orders. The day before I waited 15 minutes to collect my order. It is not acceptable to wait for a cake that has 6 minutes of cooking time and 15 minutes. I received cold potatoes because the order was put together before all the products were ready. I do not recommend serving in this restaurant.

Day of the experience: February 11, 2024 approx. 7:45 p.m. Price of the food approx. 75 euros Since paid items were missing from almost every order so far, we took a closer look this time. The staff didn't like that at all and were rude. As expected, items ordered and paid for were again missing. Of course these were also submitted later, but the way they were done was just cheeky. You might start to think that “forgetting” ordered items might be a business model. In addition, this time everything was thrown into the bags rather carelessly, so some things were crushed and because of the wait for the missing items, almost everything was cold. Even though there was quite a lot to do, the employees had a lot of unnecessary private conversations instead of concentrating on work and the obvious manager/shift leader was more of an entertainment clown in the group instead of helping out. Seen this way, it's no wonder if you can't process orders properly when even the supposed manager/visual manager is such a negative example. Overall, in the last few months we have certainly not received items for at least 20 euros, rather more. It's just stupid if you only notice it at home.
