McDonald's in Delbrück

What a shame... 🫤. Today, a burger was missing again, but I paid for it. 🤨 Unfortunately, this isn't the first time. It doesn't leave a good impression.

Very rarely is an order complete or correct - explicit requests for ice in drinks are consistently ignored. Ordering a burger with chicken, getting beef - but then without the sauce. Ordering McFlurry A, getting B - when you try to complain, you're rudely told: ice is ice, take it or leave it! I also find it very questionable to assign non-German-speaking staff to the drive-thru orders - that's unlikely to lead to proper orders. So these days we prefer to go to Paderborn when we want McDonald's again - unfortunately Delbrück isn't an option.

The staff is unfriendly, disrespectful, and completely overwhelmed. The store looks like a pigsty. The employees don't respect the food and throw it on the counter. It took an hour for us to get our food. They're constantly out of certain products. I've been a customer at MC for 30 years, but I've never experienced anything like this. I don't think I'll eat at MC again. I hope none of the customers get sick.

I can only agree with some of the people here. Orders are regularly missing something. They also regularly prepare the wrong thing. Waiting times are 20 minutes or more for two things, even when the store is empty. I haven't paid close attention, but it seems that some items are more expensive than in other branches. I'll keep an eye on it, Mr. Heiderich. You're currently in the process of modernizing your branches or building new ones. If this branch finally becomes like your others, everything would be significantly better, and there would be far fewer complaints.

Unfortunately, you can see the preparation counter directly, but the employees aren't wearing gloves or using tongs to prepare the hamburgers. The warning was simply ignored. It's very chaotically organized; first the number is ready for pickup, and then it's not. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience.

If you're used to getting a quick bite to eat and a drink at McDonald's, this isn't the place for you. It displays a message saying you can pick up your food, but it takes another eight minutes, and by that time the number has already disappeared from the display, leaving other people waiting to pick it up. Another thing that's great is that the windows are dirty, and the place doesn't give off a friendly impression either; it's all very cramped. You can't keep up with the people in the kitchen.

Service was only very quick in the drive-in despite there being a lot of cars. Staff was friendly too. Food was fresh and hot.

Dear McDonald’s team, It is truly remarkable how consistently your branch has perfected the “service desert” concept. The fact that you have to beg for a few simple napkins while greasy food is served is deeply insightful - hygiene seems to be an optional extra for you. The highlight, however, was that the store was simply locked a good 30 minutes before the official closing time - customer friendliness seems to mean that you leave work on time. If you're going to be disappointed, at least be thoroughly disappointed. Thanks for this memorable experience - we now know where we won't eat in the future.

Extremely long waiting time, we just wanted a coffee and unfortunately we waited almost 15 minutes. None of the employees spoke to us... they only gave out food that was ordered at the terminal. Since I just wanted a coffee and actually wanted to pay for it with real money, I wouldn't even be noticed. I then had no choice but to order at the terminal. And then I would have to ask if I could pay for it. ... Everyone seemed stressed. Although the right was newly built, I found the outside area quite dingy, i.e. the paving and crumbs and paper residue all over the place... What a shame 😞

Whenever we were there and took something to take away, we always found that something was forgotten. Please train the employees to pack the entire order. It can't be that it happens every time.

This is one of the worst MCD in the entire OWL district! They advertised Minecraft in the Happy Meal, were there with the children, and they put Lottie carrots in the Happy Meal. When I asked my colleague, who couldn't understand me because of his lack of language skills, I accepted the matter. Then something was forgotten from my order. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT! Bad service, always seem to forget something, and the employees are totally unfriendly.

Very disappointing. At the drive-in we wanted to order the vegan chocolate ice cream – no longer available. Instead, the other ice cream was sold to us as “vegan without toppings”. In retrospect it turned out: Of course it wasn't vegan. Something like that doesn't work!

Been screwed over for the third time now. Mc Crispy was missing. Hamburgers put together like crazy. He didn't look healthy anymore either. Maybe the mess should be checked properly. We won't be seen again. Unfortunately you have to give one star.

Biggest filth load. Burger cold. Wrong things on a burger. You order so much and only get half of it. If you look on site you will be complained about. Team leader totally rude when you call to say this. If you are complained about on the phone. Eat everything cold. So people better go somewhere else.

Delivery time is about 1 to 2 hours... the app says 20 minutes. Often, something is missing or orders are incorrectly executed. Sloppy and disrespectful to customers. Better to go to Burger King...it's just around the corner.

I really love this McDonald's! The atmosphere is pleasant and unpretentious, the staff is friendly and courteous without seeming overly pretentious. The employees seem satisfied, which has a positive effect on the entire experience. The food was as you would expect from McDonald's: tasty and reliable with the usual quality. I particularly like the option of charging the car during your stay, a real plus! The location is good and the restaurant is easy to get to. A small point of criticism is the exit to the main road; a mirror would be really helpful here to improve the view. Apart from that, I would love to come back

Long waiting times, cold fries and bad internet

Everything just takes too long compared to other MC branches. When you drive through mc drive you should check everything. Often there are incorrect products in there or missing products that have been ordered but paid for. The staff could be a bit friendlier.

Another branch that, like many of the fast food chain McDonald's, cannot be recommended. There is no regulated distribution of work where everyone has their own tasks so that you can get your food quickly, as you would expect from a fast food restaurant, after all that is the only reason you are here. Employees stand around on their cell phones and serve customers as they please. Very often I have experienced things going haywire in the store, incorrect orders being issued or something from the order simply being forgotten. The shop doesn't look inviting and tidy, so you don't want to come here to eat. The prices and quality of the food are no longer good either, although the latter has never been particularly good, you don't stay full for long and for what you get for the money, you can go somewhere else for a healthy and tasty meal with the family. Unfortunately, this is everyday life at McDonald's and other people who have eaten here also report something similar.

New, modern McDonald's with covered parking spaces with charging stations for parking at an angle, closing time should be at the front, otherwise it will be difficult.

Very bad. Breakfast takes forever. It's not possible to quickly grab a quick bite to eat. At lunchtime and in the evening the food is usually quicker, but something is always missing or even entire orders disappear. Constant problems... Never, never again!

Yes, very clean. There were flowers on the tables, the floor was being cleaned, the employee asked if she could clear up and if it would taste good. Burger was perfect. I can highly recommend Mc Donalds on the B64. It had never been so good.

Delivery impossible. 1 hour at least but only 5 km away. Then the notification is almost there. And then the notification comes half an hour later 😫😱

Just disappointed. My son chose 2 happy meals just because of the POKEMON cards. He was disappointed to see that a package had already been opened. Everything was simply stuffed back and closed. Really disappointing.

This McDonald's is absolutely not recommended. The only good thing is the charging stations in front of the door. The staff is unfriendly and didn't invent work. There were four of us who ate here and each of us had something missing or wrong. When we complained we were first ignored and then treated rudely. The conversations among the staff were more important than the concerns of the customers. One star is still too many here.

So I think the people who work there are completely overwhelmed. Some of them don't speak German or English. And every time McDrive goes, part of the order is missing. The people who work there should be better trained. There's nothing you can do about it. If you eat inside then everything is fine, but the McDrive is a complete disaster.

Food was to take away. I was assured everything was there. Forgot sauce and mayo. Cola totally diluted, but still totally sweetened. It's a shame for almost €50 you would have expected more.

Absolutely “ROTZ” store. First of all we waited an extremely long time even though we didn't have much and were next in line. Then half of it was forgotten. This is by far the best McDonalds! Beautifully and modernly furnished, the staff is very quick, attentive and friendly. The food is very good and the atmosphere is really calm and relaxed. The environment is clean and reasonable.Great!

After the reopening, we got off to a great start...freshly prepared burgers, warm fries... Fries were lukewarm and in the deep fryer for far too long (were dark and hard). There was no chocolate flavor in the chocolate milkshake, it was completely white - this was complained about. An employee brought another chocolate milkshake, saw that it was also white and claimed this was normal. Finally, the staff from the kitchen rudely called out that all we had to do was stir it... we did that, there was no taste in either shake! I have no idea what's going on there, but being a customer like that doesn't work. Worst McDonald's! We won't be coming back!

The employees are overwhelmed and unfriendly. Every time you are there something is forgotten. If you accidentally drop trash on a customer's feet, it is left there and you go to get another trash bag from the second station. There were 7 customers in front of the checkout. 4 employees stood behind the counter and didn't look at you with a**. If they make a mistake only atrogantrs behavior comes. Well, I don't go to Mecces often, but that kind of behavior is really not acceptable. I'm sure it can be done better

I don't know why, but this McDonald's is totally forgettable. Ordered online via Lieferando. 1 hour late and every time you call you hear something different about why the food isn't there yet. The McDonald's restaurant itself is beautifully done, but unfortunately you can really forget the rest here. Order via Lieferando?? Definitely never again! I'm excited when the food will arrive...

I am absolutely shocked by what I experienced at McDonald’s today. At 12:30 a.m. the cash registers were not working and it was unbelievable how little interest the staff had in solving the problem. It seemed like they were just too lazy to care. There was no effort to maintain service or offer a solution - instead they just left you standing. Something like this is absolutely unacceptable for a company of this size. I really don't understand how you can treat customers like that. This ignorance and laziness completely angered and disappointed me. McDonald’s should be ashamed of themselves!

The 🍔 have almost no sauce, taste so dry and you don't even need to start talking about the employees

Returning reusable cups is complicated and takes a long time: you have to go to the checkout and wait for your turn because the return has to be registered as a checkout process and this cannot be accommodated in the process that is currently in progress. And when it's your turn, you spend so much time at the cash register until it opens and the two euros can be taken out. Conclusion: you leave it with the reusable cups and environmental protection. I've never seen anyone with a drink in reusable cups in a restaurant.

Conclusion: Although it's a brand new branch, we won't be back here again!

The burgers at McDonald's taste good, but visually they often leave a lot to be desired - it almost looks like someone sat on the burgers. Recently I even got a BigMac that consisted of three parts, which wasn't exactly appetizing. Everything is fine in terms of taste, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to presentation.

Something is always missing when you order from home!

As great as the store started, it also quickly declined!!! Some of the staff are unfriendly. Toilets from doors to walls and floors are greasy/dirty and dusty, you can hardly see anything in the large mirror because of the streaks. Tables dirty, leftover food on the benches. Even though the store was almost empty, the table delivery service was switched off on the ordering machines. The food was almost cold and you could hardly hold the Mc Ribbs because of all the sauce... super disappointed, a shame about what was once a beautiful shop. See some of the pictures. Please pay attention to cleanliness. You handle food that has to do with hygiene. The waiting time of over 20 minutes is simply too long for a quick Ibis restaurant.

We ordered our food with table service. It was needed surprisingly quickly and the employee was very nice. The tables were clean and the dishes returned neatly. Everything was great!

Was clean. Food was ok. Unfortunately my burger was completely wrong. I had to “fix” it first, otherwise it would have been difficult to eat. For a single €5+ burger, it's a shame.

Burger M strangely sold out on the last day. According to the app, this burger was still available. We drove an extra 15 km. When we were there we were told that this burger was sold out. Just a disgrace. This store is simply not recommended.

Not everyone knows it for me but others like it

Absolute disaster. Nobody in the shop knows what everyone else is doing. The ordered food is ready, but is not given out. It's getting cold, a third is missing, but you have other things in the bag. If you ask, you will be insulted in an extremely cheeky manner.

The covered parking was perfect in the hot weather

We were at the store around 11:45 p.m., which closes at 3:00 a.m., and there were a few people sitting there eating. We ordered to eat on site with table service. After a few minutes our food came to the table in a bag and the gentleman said something about half past twelve and only for take away. Since there were still a few people sitting there, we ate our food at the table until the gentleman came back and threw us out with the words “you have to eat in the car!” If you think you only want to offer drive after 11:30 p.m., you should communicate that and no longer offer the option of “eating here” and table service after 11:30 p.m.!

The food there was super tasty and arrived relatively quickly. The branch was very clean and the table we sat at was even beautifully decorated (with a flower). The next day we noticed that we had forgotten a wallet there and we called them and they told us that we could pick it up. So the staff are very honest and very friendly and the food was good too, I can only recommend it.

Always cold...usually something is missing. The cheese on the burgers is either barely melted or completely dried out. Always little sauce on the citizens. 9 out of 10 times we have to go straight back in because something is missing. Some shift teams forget more than others. This is served later without any problems, but you just wait with the rest of the food. But it's rarely warm anyway. We live a 5 minute drive and pick up regularly, I have never experienced the food hot. Most of the time it arrives at home lukewarm, sometimes even cold, with the outside temperature sometimes being 28°C in summer. Some highlights are not available for long. Currently, for example, the passion fruit mix Hasn't improved since opening.

The food was delicious and the service was quick and friendly. Clean rooms and a great ambience – always happy!
