It's just a typical Burger King. The employees were nice, my order came quickly. I don't understand the bad reviews, maybe they mean the branch in the terminal - but this branch is at the Total gas station!!!

Staff is too slow and seems overwhelmed. The boss distributes food to those inspected and something is still missing. There is definitely a lack of structure here. December 2nd, 2024 at 5:30 p.m

Ordered a large menu, received a small one. When I asked, the employee replied that it didn't matter because I wouldn't be coming back anyway.

I had a long brown hair on my long chicken. All employees do not wear gloves, hairnets or at least look well-groomed. Abnormal and incomprehensible how one can work like that. And if I have hair in my burger later, I just say sorry.

You can't redeem coupons and the burgers are just kept warm, absolutely disgusting

It's completely clear to me that you pay airport prices at the airport, but what you get here as large fries is an outrage. Once and never again!! I can only advise against eating something here.

Well, if you're honest with yourself - it's a challenge at BER. Vending machines to order yourself but in the form, basically in the busy aisle with the space available 😱. Time until “handover” takes approx. 10 minutes - fine on Sunday afternoon. Tables for eating smeared and partly littered. Service employee with sponge 🧽 etc. - none. Garbage drop-off is overfull and the service staff at the disposal are overwhelmed and difficult to deal with in some cases incomprehensible English. All in all - get there quickly, order quickly, get food, don't look around and leave the culinary place again. Burger with fries and Cola Zero as with all BK 13 euros. There are significantly better in other branches!!!

I was there almost a week ago and the employee tore open the new cheese package with her teeth. I still have to think about it. It will be a few years before I can trust a billo burger chain...

It took to way long time to get the food and the service was terrible. 1 out of 12 order machines was working also.

Typical rest stop, if you want to eat quickly and cheaper than at BER, this is the perfect place for you and Bürger King is also okay

The restaurant is only integrated into the gas station and you can only order at the terminal. It's never taken me that long to order a Wopper because I'm not one of those computer geeks

When fast food became very slow food. It is incomprehensible how one can deliver such a gastronomic failure. It's a shame that the good BK times are over.

Opens on Sunday at 11:00 a.m.... actually. We were there at 11:20 am. Self-service terminals not yet available. At the checkout there was information that the kitchen appliances were not yet ready for use and that they still needed to be heated up. Asked how long that would take... Answer about 30 to 40 minutes... then we went and ate a very tasty currywurst with fries next door

Here you shouldn't rely on opening times and certainly not on friendly staff. Customers who threaten to lose sales are simply left behind. No order could be placed 20 minutes after opening time.

Incredibly dirty and not tidy, this at 3:00 p.m. Management would be urgently required here.

I don’t ever review fast food joints but this place sucked ass. Just ordered a double whopper, a cheeseburger, chilli cheese with fries and a drink. Firstly the food was decently presented but COLD. That wasn’t the problem though. I got a single whopper. The fact that we waited 20 mins for the food was ridic. The people at the front were also borderline useless. To top it off the coke was 100% flat. It was like drinking sweet coke flavoured sugar water with no gas. If you are hungry and are waiting on a train, Don’t go there. It’s better to go hungry and get food somehwhere that’s competent in making fast food.

Well, i had to wait 35 mins just for a whopper, many others left the place without the food otherwise they would miss the flights, you should just close the kiosks when you get an order from 30 people school class… and should finish these orders without accepting new ones. And what is the point of having 12 kiosk while only having 4 employees.

Airport down! The last knapsack. Crispy chicken meat is cold and getting smaller and smaller. Customer fooling. And that for the price. You should be ashamed. And that for the price. And then there are unfriendly staff and no one can speak German. Last time there🤥 Cheering on guests👌🏼🙄 And the chili cheeseburger is 5 times better at McDonalds. Here the meat patty is ridiculously small😅 you can only eat one roll😅

So, unfortunately there are only incompetent people working here who obviously can't even manage to fill the bag according to the list. Quetschi is not included in the children's menu even though I asked. How degenerate you must be. I've never experienced anything like that!

Unfortunately, the opening hours 0 stated correspond to reality. That's why I recommend going there, it's usually closed anyway!

October 2nd, 2024 - 10:55 Arrive at the gas station and I ask if the Burgerking counter is closed. “Yes, but it opens at 11 a.m.,” says one of the employees, who is putting packaged drink cups on the counter. I wait 10 minutes and ask again when it will finally open. The next employee says in barely understandable German that the Burger King counter doesn't open until 12 p.m. What kind of information management is this? The website, the app and even an employee say the store opens at 11 a.m., but none of that is true. The hut remains closed. BurgerKing is really the last resort and the only thing you can do professionally is scare away customers.

What a disgrace! We arrived at the branch hungry at 5:00 a.m. and it was supposed to have been open for an hour. Nothing there, not a soul anywhere. How can you call something like that service? Preferably 0 stars!!

I think I'm reviewing the right Burger King - T1 at BER. The wait for food was poor, the size of the food was laughable. Luckily I did originally only want a single cheeseburger and small fries but it worked out cheaper to get double cheeseburger with large fries and large drink than single cheeseburger and small fries. As it happened the double cheeseburger is smaller than the last Happy Meal cheeseburger I had, and the fries were definitely small! The tables were left a mess and not because customers wouldn't clean up after themselves but because they COULDN'T clean up after themselves; the bins were overflowing. Manager (I assume was the manager based on clothes) was doing pointless busy work, and another member of staff was eating whilst serving which isn't very hygienic.

Rarely have we laughed so hard, Burger King and the gas station at the airport close at 8 p.m. We then ate outside in the rain.

Burger King at Terminal 1 is underground. Hardly any selection and coupons are not accepted.

We waited for more than half an hour for them to give us the wrong order. If you are in a hurry, don't eat here, unless you have a connection for hours and with luck and a favorable wind, you can eat.

Small, rancid branch with very limited offerings, drive-in out of service, only self-service ordering possible at the terminal. Overall, more of a long-distance driver level (including the clientele)

we ordered two king's Bacon & Cheese, we received two very normal sandwiches without the main ingredients of this sandwich, namely: rocket, red onion and crunchy onion. upon my request for explanations they told us that there was a lack of products in the kitchen so we paid a simple sandwich with meat, cheddar, salad and bacon (raw) €15. very bad experience, I do not recommend the place.

This BK is also representative of everything that is going wrong in Germany. There were NO big patties today. You couldn't order Whoppers with that. The flagship product of this chain did not exist.

My burger was served with uncooked, frozen bacon on it. The sandwich was warm besides this.

The touchscreen totem software goes haywire when you have to select the drink, so you have to order at the cash register. Very slow service at the checkout. I don't see how they can survive in an airport.

I flew out of the airport on Monday, September 2nd, 2024 and wanted to eat a BBQ chicken tortilla beforehand. Strangely enough, the tortilla had salad in it even though it wasn't pictured or described anywhere. That was still justifiable but what I can't understand and find extremely bold and borderline: On Saturday September 7th, 2024 I landed back in Berlin and was hoping to be able to eat a BBQ chicken tortilla again, but this time it wasn't just salad that was included but also tomatoes. I have a little doubt about the suitability of the individual employees at Buger King. Personally, I can't recommend it if things always go the way they do for me.

The terminals for ordering were all broken and the store didn't seem particularly clean either. We only stopped because my wife wanted something. We were disappointed with the quality of the food but that's probably due to the fact that it's fast food. I know why we never go to such chains and that has been confirmed here again.

Underground. Do not accept app vouchers. Large fries without sauce €4.29. Portion size is a joke, fries are cold too. Staff overwhelmed.

Ordering system did not work correctly. Menus and drinks could not be ordered. Staff was overwhelmed. Ordered to take away at the appointment (which was technically possible). But it was served on a tray and so we asked to repackage it to take away. The employee's reaction seemed annoyed and overwhelmed (I could have ordered it to take away straight away). The fries were simply scattered into the bag. The mayonnaise we ordered was missing. There was no manager in sight who appeared to alert guests to the software error or who could manage his staff in this situation.

Really terrible service for Burger King 🙈🙈

This Burger King branch gave me a clean impression and everything seemed well organized. And the staff was friendly, which is certainly a positive thing. There wasn't much going on when I was there, but the preparation went very quickly so I didn't have to wait long for my burger. p.s. Yes, I actually only ate one burger, but I almost ordered another one because it was really tasty.

Pretty dirty and unorganized - Everything is packed for picked up, kinda waste

Here we write about 3 different branches. This is about the branch that is located in T1 in the arrivals hall. Sorry, the branch is really bad. I've eaten at Burger King several times as an airport employee. At the beginning everything was great. Last time I ordered a cheeseburger and a small fries. I got a double chili cheeseburger. Today I ordered a nugget burger and a small fries...during my break I noticed I had a crispy chicken burger and chili cheese nuggets in my bag...?? One doesn't fit with the other. You also have to wait at least 15 minutes for your food. Half of the break is already over. Too bad.

Underground Burger King branch! If you have to wait longer than 20 minutes for your food, you can hardly call it a fast food restaurant. The tables are neither cleared nor cleaned. The garbage is overflowing and no one from the staff seems to care. All but three of the terminals for ordering online are out of order, and no one seems to care about that either. Once again, visiting a fast food branch confirms to me that it's simply not worth it!

Employees rarely wear gloves, especially when handling bread, cheese and lettuce. Moreover, employees do not operate in the order of placing orders, and order placed early are delayed until the end.

There is an absurd wait: 27 minutes of waiting for a burger!!! I've never waited so long for fast food, especially at an airport. If you have little time to catch your flight, avoid Burger King at Berlin airport.

Orders are prepared with mistakes, food is not warm, especially Pommes and onion rings.

Since the king of the month is gone, it's hardly financially viable for employees at the airport at Ber. Please reintroduce offers for employees and possibly ice cream. Otherwise Burger King, wait a little longer but burgers and the quality is no worse than other BK^s in Berlin and the surrounding area.

30 minutes waiting time, lots of errors in the orders, completely overwhelmed and too small, not enough seats, food doesn't taste like it usually does.

Worst place to eat. You cannot order everything in the machine you need to go to the counter. The higene is 0. It is shocking that it is possible in the burger king and at the airport…. Service very good. Quickly...dive in...but then...don't you know, the burgers were stacked so carelessly, in a stylish packaging and good? Don't they know at Burger King that WE customers open the painted packages 😏... pure match... so I drive to the drive in so I can eat at the drive afterwards 😉🤫... but that didn't work...

I can't rate anything because according to the notice on the doors it closes at 8:00 p.m. during the main holiday season. We were already standing in front of the locked door at 7:30 p.m. An update on Google would make more sense than wallpapering the doors with times that aren't even correct!

This is about the branch that is located in the airport. I was there for about 12 minutes and was able to witness several orders. At least six out of 10 orders were defective. But it also gives the impression that nobody cares, they didn't turn around and talk to the kitchen, they just let things continue. If I hadn't already ordered and paid via the monitor, I would have canceled the order. I saw that one picture is the correct branch, the other pictures seem to be from another branch. I also believe that the review you read here is not what most people think of the restaurant. Unfortunately, I couldn't find another branch. Maybe Burger King should read the review and check out the store there

Closed yesterday, no information. Just dark. But 5 stars for the atmosphere, quite dark. Good thing it was a transfer and I wasn't starving after arrival.

They should close this or change the staff. They didn't have any type of meat burger. The system didn't serve the service apart from being rude and bad. The place is so dirty that it's incredible that they can serve so they must do something.

Coupons booked in the app are not accepted, which means double the price for a family of 5. Cold drinks such as cola, fuel etc. are not available because the machine is broken, so there are no menus. Unbelievable for a Burger King at the big city airport.

BK at the Total gas station (NOT IN BER!!) Probably the cleanest and best Burger King in Berlin. Food was very good. Service was very friendly and everything was clean, as you would expect. Great, keep it up!👍🏻

After about 20 minutes we get our menu...the food was cold except for the unsalted fries...The tables weren't even cleaned during our stay...Never again

Underground. Not only did none of the employees speak German, the terminals also only worked to a limited extent. Soft drinks and simple cheese and hamburgers were not displayed for ordering, at ANY terminal. Not even a milkshake! The employees were unable to order at the counter. We spoke fluent English, but were directed to the terminals with a shrug of our shoulders. When an employee decided to do this, they were unable to change their cash register. And all of this under time pressure. The “fun” took us 30 minutes, so we were forced to order our food and drinks from Kamps. I've never experienced anything like that. We and the kids felt like we were in the wrong movie.

The name Burger King has already been hit hard by the media. Our local Burger King, you can't beat it. But the Burger King in BER? Phew, where to start, there were no classics like hamburgers or cheeseburgers at the terminals. The nuggets we ordered, like the churros, were totally dry because they had been in the deep fryer for too long. The staff also seemed very unmotivated and listless.

Worst Burger King in Germany. Vending machines don't work, there are no drinks, food is generally only available to take away and the staff is absolutely unmotivated. The burgers are missing sauce or whole ingredients and everything is just dirty.

Catastrophe. Software bug makes it impossible to order menus.
