I flew out of the airport on Monday, September 2nd, 2024 and wanted to eat a BBQ chicken tortilla beforehand. Strangely enough, the tortilla had salad in it even though it wasn't pictured or described anywhere. That was still justifiable but what I can't understand and find extremely bold and borderline: On Saturday September 7th, 2024 I landed back in Berlin and was hoping to be able to eat a BBQ chicken tortilla again, but this time it wasn't just salad that was included but also tomatoes. I have a little doubt about the suitability of the individual employees at Buger King. Personally, I can't recommend it if things always go the way they do for me.

The terminals for ordering were all broken and the store didn't seem particularly clean either. We only stopped because my wife wanted something. We were disappointed with the quality of the food but that's probably due to the fact that it's fast food. I know why we never go to such chains and that has been confirmed here again.

Underground. Do not accept app vouchers. Large fries without sauce €4.29. Portion size is a joke, fries are cold too. Staff overwhelmed.

Ordering system did not work correctly. Menus and drinks could not be ordered. Staff was overwhelmed. Ordered to take away at the appointment (which was technically possible). But it was served on a tray and so we asked to repackage it to take away. The employee's reaction seemed annoyed and overwhelmed (I could have ordered it to take away straight away). The fries were simply scattered into the bag. The mayonnaise we ordered was missing. There was no manager in sight who appeared to alert guests to the software error or who could manage his staff in this situation.

Really terrible service for Burger King 🙈🙈

This Burger King branch gave me a clean impression and everything seemed well organized. And the staff was friendly, which is certainly a positive thing. There wasn't much going on when I was there, but the preparation went very quickly so I didn't have to wait long for my burger. p.s. Yes, I actually only ate one burger, but I almost ordered another one because it was really tasty.

Here we write about 3 different branches. This is about the branch that is located in T1 in the arrivals hall. Sorry, the branch is really bad. I've eaten at Burger King several times as an airport employee. At the beginning everything was great. Last time I ordered a cheeseburger and a small fries. I got a double chili cheeseburger. Today I ordered a nugget burger and a small fries...during my break I noticed I had a crispy chicken burger and chili cheese nuggets in my bag...?? One doesn't fit with the other. You also have to wait at least 15 minutes for your food. Half of the break is already over. Too bad.

Underground Burger King branch! If you have to wait longer than 20 minutes for your food, you can hardly call it a fast food restaurant. The tables are neither cleared nor cleaned. The garbage is overflowing and no one from the staff seems to care. All but three of the terminals for ordering online are out of order, and no one seems to care about that either. Once again, visiting a fast food branch confirms to me that it's simply not worth it!

Since the king of the month is gone, it's hardly financially viable for employees at the airport at Ber. Please reintroduce offers for employees and possibly ice cream. I can't rate anything because according to the notice on the doors it closes at 8:00 p.m. during the main holiday season. We were already standing in front of the locked door at 7:30 p.m. An update on Google would make more sense than wallpapering the doors with times that aren't even correct!

This is about the branch that is located in the airport. I was there for about 12 minutes and was able to witness several orders. At least six out of 10 orders were defective. But it also gives the impression that nobody cares, they didn't turn around and talk to the kitchen, they just let things continue. If I hadn't already ordered and paid via the monitor, I would have canceled the order. I saw that one picture is the correct branch, the other pictures seem to be from another branch. I also believe that the review you read here is not what most people think of the restaurant. Unfortunately, I couldn't find another branch. Coupons booked in the app are not accepted, which means double the price for a family of 5. Cold drinks such as cola, fuel etc. are not available because the machine is broken, so there are no menus. Unbelievable for a Burger King at the big city airport.

They should close this or change the staff. They didn't have any type of meat burger. The system didn't serve the service apart from being rude and bad. The place is so dirty that it's incredible that they can serve so they must do something.

The name Burger King has already been hit hard by the media. Our local Burger King, you can't beat it. But the Burger King in BER? Phew, where to start, there were no classics like hamburgers or cheeseburgers at the terminals. The nuggets we ordered, like the churros, were totally dry because they had been in the deep fryer for too long. The staff also seemed very unmotivated and listless.

Underground. Not only did none of the employees speak German, the terminals also only worked to a limited extent. Soft drinks and simple cheese and hamburgers were not displayed for ordering, at ANY terminal. Not even a milkshake! The employees were unable to order at the counter. We spoke fluent English, but were directed to the terminals with a shrug of our shoulders. When an employee decided to do this, they were unable to change their cash register. And all of this under time pressure. The “fun” took us 30 minutes, so we were forced to order our food and drinks from Kamps. I've never experienced anything like that. We and the kids felt like we were in the wrong movie.

Worst Burger King in Germany. Vending machines don't work, there are no drinks, food is generally only available to take away and the staff is absolutely unmotivated. The burgers are missing sauce or whole ingredients and everything is just dirty.

This shrink/inflation just turned into a massive mad ripoff, despite European airport prices have been always a ripoff. At least Whopper was as usual.

Almost all machines are broken, no ordering possible at the counter, 20 minutes waiting time at the machine and 10 minutes waiting time for the food professionals at work. The food was beyond lousy and the prices were like in a 5* restaurant

I would rate the service with a 0 if I could. An old men was having issues with the payment machine, and we asked for help, and the staff just looked at us like mocking about us. Then, we tried to order in the cash desk, and only was allowed to locals. Lastly, I am ashamed of the service they provided the staff there.

Recently opened in Terminal 1 is an absolute nightmare. For several times now, only 1 out of the 12 automatic order kiosks is working and you cannot order from the counter. This seems to be systematic, perhaps due to staff shortage, as it's like this every time. It causes to super long lines and the staff is stressed as people complain the whole time. Not to mention, the place is filthy. You would think someone from the local brand team would take measures to fix the situation, but this has been going for months now.

CATASTROPHE! Very very slow service. 20 minutes waiting time with just two menus ordered. Then not clean. The fries were old and brown. The plant based nuggets were made of meat! Even though I asked. Then only the second time they asked were they honest! The burger was also made from meat even though it was plant based. Judging by the other reviews, this seems to have a system... And then my burger didn't even have a base but two buns with lids 😂. And it was still cold because they had it ready after just a few minutes... We got the brownie we ordered again 5 minutes later. That was disgusting too. I have no idea what's going on here, the store is really a disaster...

The worst Burger King I've ever been to. Items that were on the display board do not exist on the ordering terminals, only one of which was open. The burgers were cold, the cheese wasn't melted, there was no sauce in the burger and there was no ketchup with the fries. This place is always super dirty. Seems no one cleans. Service seems understaffed or just slow. Takes forever to order and get your food. There is one order on the screen and a queue with >15 people trying to order food at one terminal. Some burgers from our order were cold and they forgot one burger.

Really nice place. I love the interior design, it's cosy and authentic. The staff is so nice and helpfull. I didn't know what to choose, so the guy recommended me his favorite, the double wopper with cheese and bacon. So I went for that one, and it was so good! Also I had some twister Fries as a starter. They were so tasty! I would defenitely come back.

You couldn't order because of a system defect. 40 customers tried to order something using the terminals, but at the cash register they said you couldn't order there either. The manager was unavailable. 7 people behind the counter and no one came up with the idea of ​​saying anything to the customers in 25 minutes, even though I suggested it twice.

Standard Burger King pretty clean and friendly service

When my order was ready for pickup, I was informed that the BigKing was no longer available. I then asked for my money back. Suddenly the employee could no longer speak German. A second employee came over and said that a refund would be difficult. Instead I was offered another burger as a replacement. I asked if the replacement burger was the same price and was confirmed yes. On the way, however, I realized that I had been given a simple cheeseburger. Conclusion: You will be lied to and cheated there.

Totally disappointing the place in arrival, we ordered a milkshake and the girl at the checkout in a very bad manner said there was none and something to choose (they only have water and monster drink) I told her I wanted that Money back and she said: then I will cancel the whole order. That didn't make any sense. The fries were overheated, there were no drinks. Definitely bad service.

We were waiting over 20 min for our order - chicken nuggets and chip and chrispy chicken, after 20 they called our order just to inform me they don't have a cold drinks wich I paid €7 extra when I asked for refund for them they told me they can offer me coffee, after I sat I notice chripsy chicken burger wasn't in either when went to till she told me they don't have it either and she can offer me cheese burger I have paid €33 which over €12 worth of food they didn't have and would not refund the money. Not mention that fries were completely burnt so save money and do go there

The worst experience I have for all the burger kings I had worldwide. It took 20mins to receive my order and I ordered two dips and none of them are there. The entire process was pretty slow, they’re packing pretty slow without any systematic training. I fully understood it’s crowded but all of the people were just waiting and the order moved and proceed pretty slow. Also since it’s pretty slow and the cashier also had to support the food. I could see she picked up my nuggets by hand without any hygiene procedure. I really feel this Burger King which located inside airport should have proper training and determination with everything.

There was only 1 out of a dozen self order machines working and 20 people waiting just to put their orders in. An employee didn’t even bother to take orders at a counter just rudely telling everyone to order from machines that were barely working. The funny thing is the airport was very quiet the day I used and all other places were running smoothly without any issues. Just go eat elsewhere in the food court if you don’t want to miss your flight.

By far the most pathetic, incompetent and pathetic "fast" food store I have ever experienced. At this desolate Burger King, only 2 of 12 ordering terminals work, while the cash register at the counter remains closed. The employees move at a pace more likely to be expected of turtles - it's impossible to tell if they're even awake or simply in a deep sleep. The waiting times are so endless that the term “fast food” is an insult to any real fast food place. We've been waiting for two burgers, small fries and a drink for over 25 minutes. Maybe we'll get our order before next winter hits. I have never experienced such incompetence and incompetence in my entire life! Just don't order anything to eat here if you don't want to waste your life pointlessly in queues! The height of impudence and audacity! Human resources policy should urgently be put to the test here, because the current system is failing across the board. I usually don't like writing bad reviews, but after visiting this airport Burger King twice, I can only say: Underground would still be rated too well. Quality of the food - well. Cleanliness non-existent, service terrible. Made 4 mistakes when ordering only 3 items. Also extremely unfriendly. Employees seem hopelessly overwhelmed and overworked.

Underground is actually about the new Burger King in the food court terminal 1. The location is still missing... Secretly hiding chicken in the happy meal instead of a veggie patty is not possible!
