The staff was rude and not very willing to help. They got the order wrong twice, with missing ingredients, and then claimed that I should not expect the staff member to know everything that she is new, when I claimed that there was a missing ingredient again.

Very bad opening times for a capital city airport (this mainly refers to the gas station)

I wanted to eat a flurry (the ice cream that comes in a tub) or kingflurry, and there weren't any. I fancy an ice cream

It's a Burger King. There is nothing to recommend or rate highly. It depends on the customers. If a customer at the next table is watching a boxing match on his cell phone at full volume and others have not understood the principle of self-clearing, all this without any reaction from the staff..... If a simple question about the possibility of ordering at the counter is answered with the statement that you can pay with cash at the side counter and that a total of 3 times...

Be prepared to wait!! Was pretty busy, waited at least 30 mins, some were complaining that flight was being called, waited that long! Staff looked like it was their first day! To top it off the Coca Cola was flatter than the Netherlands, but the burger was good.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about it. I was there on Sunday evening and the shop was already closed. It seems like Burger King is only open until 7 p.m. like the gas station next to it. It's actually a shame for people who wait in front of the airport and then have to stay in their cars.

Im making this review about the Burger King outside terminal 1. The place is gross. Had to clean the table myself for sitting, no space in the trash bins. Asked for dine in and they gave me for take away. The drinks were almost halfway full, had to beg the Lassiter for ketchup and mayo, and he just threw it at me like disgusted. The entire place is super dirty. 0 customer service, what a disgusting place really. Not even the supervisor had a good attitude, is like all of them were not being paid for being there. What a terrible experience really. Burgers were cold, not properly packed. All the fries outside its bag. No ice in the drink.

My first and last time to this kind of "food"

Ordered cheese burger was luke warm and service was slow. Burger was not fresh or hot considering the length of time I had to wait. Saw someone else complaining how cold there food was. Staff seemed confused

You only pay by card????? The worst place in the world, there were cockroaches, extremely expensive to eat, if you don't want to work go to sleep on the street.

What incompetence 😵‍💫 I ordered a menu with small potatoes to take away and they forgot the fries. I have decided then not to write any negative reviews and to share their cheesy onion fries with my partner. But the sauce they put on it is not cheese 😂 but spicy, chili 🌶️. Very bad. So I couldn't resist and here you have the review. Let's see if I'm lucky and the burger is at least good... by the way, the joke was expensive because I paid 27 euros for two mistakes!

One star is still too many for this store! After waiting 20 minutes for the food it was freezing cold. I complained about it, unbelievably it was freezing cold again the second time. But what's even worse is that the employees (at least one of them) touched all the food while assembling the burger WITHOUT gloves and he was previously working at the cash register and touched everything. Without washing his hands, he went straight into the kitchen afterwards! I watched it closely. This is unacceptable and disgusting and actually a matter for the health department. The food there really can't be described as such...

So incredibly bad, the opening times are a complete disaster. Sometimes open, sometimes not. Whether the store is open or not is purely a matter of luck. The shop is currently closed for repair work. The drive in is permanently closed due to staffing problems. When the place is open, the burgers are usually fresh and hot. If you were more reliable, you could earn more money 🤷🏼‍♂️

I tried the Burger King inside the terminal. Not only the portions were tiny, but they sold us ice tea instead of Coca Cola. Criminally embarrassing experience, for a first timer at Burger King. Probably first and last time.

Food poisoning pre-programmed food is not at the prescribed temperature. Food is left cold. If you complain about it, you will be insulted stupidly in English. German knowledge minimal. Sad Germany

I had a long brown hair on my long chicken. All employees do not wear gloves, hairnets or at least look well-groomed. Abnormal and incomprehensible how one can work like that. And if I have hair in my burger later, I just say sorry.

Well, if you're honest with yourself - it's a challenge at BER. Vending machines to order yourself but in the form, basically in the busy aisle with the space available 😱. Time until “handover” takes approx. 10 minutes - fine on Sunday afternoon. Tables for eating smeared and partly littered. Service employee with sponge 🧽 etc. - none. Garbage drop-off is overfull and the service staff at the disposal are overwhelmed and difficult to deal with in some cases incomprehensible English. All in all - get there quickly, order quickly, get food, don't look around and leave the culinary place again. Burger with fries and Cola Zero as with all BK 13 euros. There are significantly better in other branches!!!

Miserable service! Huge queue, Sunday evening, the employees have nothing to do and out of 12 self-terminals, 2 are open, the cash register is closed!!!

The restaurant is only integrated into the gas station and you can only order at the terminal. It's never taken me that long to order a Wopper because I'm not one of those computer geeks

Opens on Sunday at 11:00 a.m.... actually. We were there at 11:20 am. Self-service terminals not yet available. At the checkout there was information that the kitchen appliances were not yet ready for use and that they still needed to be heated up. Asked how long that would take... Answer about 30 to 40 minutes... then we went and ate a very tasty currywurst with fries next door

When fast food became very slow food. It is incomprehensible how one can deliver such a gastronomic failure. It's a shame that the good BK times are over.

Here you shouldn't rely on opening times and certainly not on friendly staff. Customers who threaten to lose sales are simply left behind. No order could be placed 20 minutes after opening time.

I don’t ever review fast food joints but this place sucked ass. Just ordered a double whopper, a cheeseburger, chilli cheese with fries and a drink. Firstly the food was decently presented but COLD. That wasn’t the problem though. I got a single whopper. The fact that we waited 20 mins for the food was ridic. The people at the front were also borderline useless. To top it off the coke was 100% flat. It was like drinking sweet coke flavoured sugar water with no gas. If you are hungry and are waiting on a train, Don’t go there. It’s better to go hungry and get food somehwhere that’s competent in making fast food.

Well, i had to wait 35 mins just for a whopper, many others left the place without the food otherwise they would miss the flights, you should just close the kiosks when you get an order from 30 people school class… and should finish these orders without accepting new ones. And what is the point of having 12 kiosk while only having 4 employees.

So, unfortunately there are only incompetent people working here who obviously can't even manage to fill the bag according to the list. Quetschi is not included in the children's menu even though I asked. How degenerate you must be. I've never experienced anything like that!

October 2nd, 2024 - 10:55 Arrive at the gas station and I ask if the Burgerking counter is closed. “Yes, but it opens at 11 a.m.,” says one of the employees, who is putting packaged drink cups on the counter. I wait 10 minutes and ask again when it will finally open. The next employee says in barely understandable German that the Burger King counter doesn't open until 12 p.m. What kind of information management is this? The website, the app and even an employee say the store opens at 11 a.m., but none of that is true. The hut remains closed. BurgerKing is really the last resort and the only thing you can do professionally is scare away customers.

What a disgrace! We arrived at the branch hungry at 5:00 a.m. and it was supposed to have been open for an hour. Nothing there, not a soul anywhere. How can you call something like that service? Preferably 0 stars!!

I think I'm reviewing the right Burger King - T1 at BER. The wait for food was poor, the size of the food was laughable. Luckily I did originally only want a single cheeseburger and small fries but it worked out cheaper to get double cheeseburger with large fries and large drink than single cheeseburger and small fries. As it happened the double cheeseburger is smaller than the last Happy Meal cheeseburger I had, and the fries were definitely small! The tables were left a mess and not because customers wouldn't clean up after themselves but because they COULDN'T clean up after themselves; the bins were overflowing. Manager (I assume was the manager based on clothes) was doing pointless busy work, and another member of staff was eating whilst serving which isn't very hygienic.

Burger King at Terminal 1 is underground. Hardly any selection and coupons are not accepted.

We waited for more than half an hour for them to give us the wrong order. If you are in a hurry, don't eat here, unless you have a connection for hours and with luck and a favorable wind, you can eat.

Small, rancid branch with very limited offerings, drive-in out of service, only self-service ordering possible at the terminal. Overall, more of a long-distance driver level (including the clientele)

we ordered two king's Bacon & Cheese, we received two very normal sandwiches without the main ingredients of this sandwich, namely: rocket, red onion and crunchy onion. upon my request for explanations they told us that there was a lack of products in the kitchen so we paid a simple sandwich with meat, cheddar, salad and bacon (raw) €15. very bad experience, I do not recommend the place.

This BK is also representative of everything that is going wrong in Germany. There were NO big patties today. You couldn't order Whoppers with that. The flagship product of this chain did not exist.

My burger was served with uncooked, frozen bacon on it. The sandwich was warm besides this.

The touchscreen totem software goes haywire when you have to select the drink, so you have to order at the cash register. Very slow service at the checkout. I don't see how they can survive in an airport.

I flew out of the airport on Monday, September 2nd, 2024 and wanted to eat a BBQ chicken tortilla beforehand. Strangely enough, the tortilla had salad in it even though it wasn't pictured or described anywhere. That was still justifiable but what I can't understand and find extremely bold and borderline: On Saturday September 7th, 2024 I landed back in Berlin and was hoping to be able to eat a BBQ chicken tortilla again, but this time it wasn't just salad that was included but also tomatoes. I have a little doubt about the suitability of the individual employees at Buger King. Personally, I can't recommend it if things always go the way they do for me.

The terminals for ordering were all broken and the store didn't seem particularly clean either. We only stopped because my wife wanted something. We were disappointed with the quality of the food but that's probably due to the fact that it's fast food. I know why we never go to such chains and that has been confirmed here again.

Ordering system did not work correctly. Menus and drinks could not be ordered. Staff was overwhelmed. Ordered to take away at the appointment (which was technically possible). But it was served on a tray and so we asked to repackage it to take away. The employee's reaction seemed annoyed and overwhelmed (I could have ordered it to take away straight away). The fries were simply scattered into the bag. The mayonnaise we ordered was missing. There was no manager in sight who appeared to alert guests to the software error or who could manage his staff in this situation.
