The restaurant serves excellent food, in my case asparagus with potatoes, schnitzel and hollandaise sauce, and excellent service! The ambience is also very pleasant. Despite the adjacent main street intersection, it is pleasantly quiet!

Al Dente is not a stylish, high-class Italian restaurant, but offers solid food, including a special menu that ensures variety. The service was attentive, kind and correct. You sit in rather small and reverberant rooms. A wet and happy table next to you can be annoying. But we've never seen it really crowded. The food is generally decent, but there have been rare failures (calamari). There is always a bit of wastage. Since the prices are reasonable, you can come here more often without becoming poor. The availability of parking spaces is limited, but Al Dente can't do anything about that. So plan a few steps. Recommended for a solid meal.

If the performance was commensurate with the price it would be okay. Lilleth wild berry for 9 euros was actually okay... but what came? A cocktail with lots of ice and without a single berre. In response to my astonished question, the otherwise very friendly waiter said that they only served fresh berries and that these were not available at the moment. Couldn't you have said that beforehand? But that was just the beginning! A burger dish came for mid 20 euros. Fries perfect! The inside of the burger is cool though!! So complained. Within a short time the next one arrived, supposedly freshly prepared. But I doubted this because the “salad” in the burger looked pretty finished and the bottom bun was now cold, Summary: Not only did the berries run out, but so did the cook What consoled me a little, as I was leaving I heard a lady at the next table also complain

The impressions clearly only refer to the year group we met and not to the entire club. In the year we know, on the one hand the quality of training is poor, and on the other hand, constant shouting is obviously the method of choice. One looks almost in vain for a culture of motivation and praise in this year. The example of values that should be self-evident in normal interactions with people and especially with children was also very poor. One can only hope that those affected learn to reflect on themselves and thereby adapt their own behavior positively. At least the way we treated each other within the team was largely positive.

We were at the rabbit festival for 10 minutes. I'm a bit disappointed that there was so much advertising and yet there weren't any interesting things for small children.

The restaurant has been closed since April 28, 2025 until August 2, 2025. Unfortunately, this was not noted on the Ikea Waltersdorf website. So we went there for breakfast for free. There is a small substitute food truck in front of the main entrance. Hmmm. 🤔

At the end of February, we bought an expensive sofa from Höffner Furniture in Waltersdorf. The delivery was prompt – but with the wrong feet, making the sofa unusable. We were promised a replacement within two weeks. This never happened. Even after several inquiries and resubmitting photos, nothing happened for weeks. Communication was uncoordinated and lacking in transparency. After eleven weeks, we inquired again, and only after our request did we finally receive a tracking number – by then, the package with the correct feet was already on its way back to the sender, allegedly because it could not be delivered. We never received any notification. Conclusion: The sofa has been sitting unused in the living room for over eleven weeks. I have no idea what will happen next. Höffner has not offered a viable solution, compensation, or serious support so far. For a company of this size, this is disappointing.
