Horrible. I always liked coming for the tomato coconut soup, but unfortunately it's no longer available. The beef soup is edible but nothing special. It's a shame, it used to be much better. After the meal I lingered for a while and, along with the other guests, noticed how a blonde waitress (apparently Polish) was inappropriately loud and disrespectful towards the other colleagues. I felt really sorry for them. I'll go somewhere else in the future

Good little restaurant to wait for your plane, however it's a little expensive for what it is and it's very greasy.

A few years ago, Widynski & Roick were a significant improvement in quality compared to the previous provider. Much of this has decreased significantly, although there are also significant differences within the 3 locations at BER. Portions are significantly smaller, the pre-order system does not bring any benefits for anyone who is not directly employed by FBB. From October 14th, 2024, prices will be increased by an OUTRAGEOUS 78%, almost doubled. Thanks, but now I've reached the point where I won't play this game anymore. I regret it very much because I actually really appreciate the lunch break in the canteen and the networking with other areas there. But what is too much is too much.

The food is of average quality. The ravioli was oversalted. Pleasant building.

We've been to McDrive more often lately, and unfortunately some of the food was often forgotten. Of course that can happen, but we've had to turn back several times to catch up on what we've forgotten. My burger was also very dry, which I was very disappointed with. That's why I'll probably avoid McDonald's in the future.

I stood at the checkout for 20 minutes to ask a question and was completely ignored (despite waving, etc.). When two men joined me who had exactly the same question, someone was there immediately. The question was answered in the negative and was then made to look stupid. The gentlemen stayed to discuss and I left. All very unfriendly! Since I decided not to eat, I can't rate it.

Bang bang chicken with rice and sweet sour sauce. Chicken was dry very dry and greasy, would not recommend this to anyone.

Food was surprisingly delicious. :) For 15 euros you get a decent portion, which filled me up. definitely stands out from the other subhuman scales. crispy, tasty, inexpensive. Now I'm going back to Switzerland. Goodbye, thank you

Never again, and it doesn't get a single star from me, and I really wonder how this place can get such good reviews, a no go from the start. Unfriendly, not really edible food where the fried potatoes tasted like fried liver or rotten fat. The schnitzel was toe and no seasoning on it, the egg was also completely empty, ready-made coleslaw from Aldi and almost 18 euros for it 🤨 regardless of the fact that the conditions were overwhelmed and disorientated, no system could remember the things ordered by the guests, asked several times, all in one simply horrible but that wasn't enough, no matter who was in this restaurant, everyone was unfriendly and one of the staff was more than just very rude... extremely insulted. I was very rudely approached by another male when I went to the toilet... I can't run fast at the moment but I had to go to the toilet on the way there and the male condition met me with plates and I was walking relatively to the side. When he saw me he said to me in an unfriendly and really disgusting way that I should run faster if I could, I'll soon fall asleep while running 😡😡😡. To which I reacted very dissatisfiedly and when I came from the toilet, the female condition came and was suddenly able to act friendly. Then I got fed up and told her to leave me alone. I went to my companion and told him that I would leave the restaurant immediately so as not to burst because that could have ended very badly, and I didn't want to put my companion through that. I took my bag and waited outside... I've never experienced anything like that before.. And I can assess it quite well because I have experience in the catering industry and, thanks to my hobby, I have been and have been to many restaurants, cafés and pubs. But something like that hasn't happened to me in a very long time.. this entire store is an imposition and needs to be put under control... At the beginning I thought the lady was overwhelmed but unfortunately I was wrong.. both of these conditions were simply incapable of dealing with customers and working without a system, no planning, no coordination, unfriendly, and with overpriced prices for a meal that was terrible, I wonder how you can still rate this restaurant positively. Then I'd rather go to a kebab shop for a meal because at least I can see how they prepare the food and appreciate their customers. Today I was treated very badly by an employee on the 6:00 a.m. morning shift, very unfriendly. I was sent away just because I wanted a coffee to go, he didn't have time for me to go somewhere else! The shop was empty. I've never experienced anything like that!

Not great at all. The lady serving was unpleasant, food was a long wait even though there were no customers, and the food wasn't very good at all. Didnt taste anything like the nice german sausage we'd had elsewhere. And they covered the currywurst in tomato ketchup, not curry sauce. Weird. Way too expensive for what it is, too. Go to one of the other (excellent) places in the food court. I highly regretted choosing this one. Awful.

you can eat better at the airport; Why am I asked for a tip (card payment) even though it is self-service? French fries that have already been fried are fried again (honestly!)... all around... if you're hungry you can't ignore it... it's better to spread some bread and put it in your backpack...
