Nice service, worst coffee in the entire airport. And small too.

I'm pregnant. I was craving orange juice and couldn't find any, anywhere. You guys had it. You even had cherry juice! I ordered the pig's liver with mashed potatoes and croquettes, a dish of broccoli soup aswell. It just arrived through Lieferando - I'm sat here crying. Thank you so much for the great food and getting it to me with the OJ!! Never been disappointed and never will be, mwah🫂🎀

A few years ago, Widynski & Roick were a significant improvement in quality compared to the previous provider. Much of this has decreased significantly, although there are also significant differences within the 3 locations at BER. Portions are significantly smaller, the pre-order system does not bring any benefits for anyone who is not directly employed by FBB. From October 14th, 2024, prices will be increased by an OUTRAGEOUS 78%, almost doubled. Thanks, but now I've reached the point where I won't play this game anymore. I regret it very much because I actually really appreciate the lunch break in the canteen and the networking with other areas there. But what is too much is too much.

The food is of average quality. The ravioli was oversalted. Pleasant building.

So apart from the horrible "music" that you have to endure, the quality and service are zero. You go to the checkout and want to ask something. What is the man doing behind the cash register? Looks at me and leaves and doesn't come back for a long time. I wait and wait and after about 10 minutes I'm tired of waiting. I generally don't expect anything special at McDonald's, but I've never experienced that before. Well next time I'll avoid this store. Less than bad.

Usually I don't expect much when I order food at an airport, but the food here was actually really tasty with a decent portion size for a reasonable price. Three stars for "atmosphere" because, after all, it is located in an airport food court so not in any way, shape or form cozy or personal. But the food makes up for it. :)

Tom Kha soup with chicken. Unfortunately the worst I've ever eaten. Tasteless, you could still see small white flakes, perhaps a sauce thickener?! Watery and loveless. Too bad

All four people enjoyed their meal. Schnitzel, herring, white sausage.

One of the better coffees I have ever had apart from the delicious carrot cake and müsli we had. Great stop over before getting on the train!

How about you straighten up your personnel, as shouting and loosing your temper with customers is utterly unacceptable.

Just paid €22 for double currywurst and fries. For me as a Berliner, this is clearly an extortion. But at least it tastes good.
