The owner should learn to respect clients, you don't run a business with this kind of attitude. I made a mistake and stepped with my bags behind the counter. I immediately apologized, while the owner kept cursing at me. Another employee approached asking me if I worked there with an arrogant attitude. This is not acceptable when working with the general public. I just finished reading the other reveiws: same complaints about the same person dating back three years at least. Why is he still working there?

Flammkuchen used to be really good for a few years, but now it's the very last one. Was served lukewarm and one had a completely inedible tomato sauce on it. And all for around €20 per piece. The table wasn't clean. The service was disinterested and not particularly friendly. It's a shame, as I said, everything was fine a few years ago

Unfortunately the waiter with a beard was very unfriendly. Doesn't make eye contact, slaps the order on the table and says you have to wait if you want to pay. Overall, unfortunately, a bad impression of the restaurant - it doesn't correspond to the price you have to pay there.

The kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m., even though there are many visitors.

Good selection of food , nice curry sausage with fries 🍟 good wine 🍷 friendly service , the prices are on the higher level .. at the end it is an airport restaurant

In any case, the three waiters seem to have a lot to talk about, at least they prefer to do that rather than serve customers. After 10 minutes they said yes, I'll come straight away, but every time I would rather go somewhere else than have someone wait for me there. Pretty unprofessional. Addendum July 8, 2024 Do you seriously believe what you write? Do you think this is my first time in a restaurant? There was no shift change, the waiters chatted and didn't care about the customers. I'm not the first person to write this here. You answer arrogantly and honestly, I don't care. There are other places at BER, luckily not just your shop.

Not bad at all. Have eaten here twice now and both times it was pretty nice, especially for an airport. Currywurst and chips was really good, and also had scrambled eggs for breakfast - not dry, pretty decent. Some more toast wouldn’t go amiss though.

Instead of eating in the Lufthansa lounge I went here and there was the perfect very friendly service, good food and good wine! Today's team was great! I'll definitely come back! Thanks!

09/06/2024 Sunday 9:15 Me and my colleague ordered cafe in take away containers. After paying we stud at the bar for about 1 minute talking. The bar tender that served this caffe ones heard our language. Arrogantly told us to go because we ordered takeaway cafe arrogantly waved hi hand to show us to GO. We have been there literally 1 minute after he served ou caffe. The guy was so arrogant in his tone and body language. I’m very disappointed. Don’t GO There

Ate here instead of business lunch and were very satisfied. Wenk gave us careful, qualified advice and service. We'll definitely come back

2nd breakfast for 2 people €62.70 Permanent representation BER The jar for mustard, mayo and ketchup freshly placed on the table was sticky and greasy. The bacon comes 5 minutes after our scrambled eggs. Sitting in front of our eaten plates for a good 10 minutes. 3 service employees busy with private conversations. Unfortunately, as always, prices at airports are exorbitant - but at least the quality and service are good. Build your own Mettbrötchen is great!

Nice seating for relaxed dining coupled with courteous service. The egg scrambled was good and made as per request for “well done” accompanied with bread toast decorative veggies. The butter croissant 🥐 was fluffy and fresh. The price was ok for the quality hence its value for money. Interesting to see the decor with pictures of history put on the wall related to Germany /bonn.

For breakfast we had scrambled eggs with onions and bacon and the vegan breakfast with hash browns, salsa and guacamole. The food was excellent and the service was also super nice. Of course the prices seem quite high at first, but they are very reasonable for a café in the airport.

For being Berlin's airport, so really good but average by many other standards. Very high prices for dozens of products, which feels normal for airports. Why is that so? No clue!!

bald male with glasses was incredibly rude when i asked for a certain type of coffee and made me feel like a complete idiot. spent $16 australian dollars on one coffee and a croissant which wasn’t worth it at all. rudest server i’ve ever met.

The food was Röggelchen with Mett and good. The first Kölsch came a little late, but then it was good. The atmosphere in the airport is just that

OK, great, courteous, friendly staff, quality of the food is good, selection of drinks OK, BUT the prices are outrageous, even at an airport I have to say that they are exaggerating here. Why, I have no idea, because half of the area was closed and there were 6 people sitting in the rest. Bad reputation for the restaurant in the city center and other restaurants in other cities. And please don't come with high costs etc. There is a mixed calculation and that's how things like this work.

A typical airport bar. nothing very special, but nothing bad either. I mean, it was just like it was supposed to be. Beer, sausage & chips, what else do we need to kill a little time waiting for a flight?

Mein Urlaub, der mit einem Flug verbunden ist, fängt immer hier an: in der Ständigen Vertretung. Das Personal ist einfach herzlich!

06.11. - Flugverspätung! Sehr ärgerlich, aber die drei Kellner von der ständigen Vertretung waren so toll drauf, dass ich mich einfach sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Essen war lecker und das Bier sowieso.

Das beste Team, aller Zeiten. Hatte, noch nie so einen guten Service! Solche symphatischen Leute, habe ich in meinem Leben noch nicht getroffen.

Ambiente am Flughafen zu verlangen ist zuviel Verlangt - ein wenig Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Bedienung offensichtlich auch. Die Preise sind nicht unbedingt günstig, sollte man am Flughafen aber auch nicht verlangen. Das Essen war in Ordnung, der Laden kommt aber definitiv nicht auf meine Empfehlungsliste

Gutes und ruhiges Restaurant vor dem Abflug.

Ziemlich preisintensiv aber man hat ja kaum eine andere Wahl. Kaffee war gut und die Bedienung auch.

Schönes Ambiente, Preise Flughafen typisch.

Die einrichtung mag zwar chic aussehen, zum sitzen sind die stühle aber total unbequem. Punkto sauberkeit wäre schön, wenn der gast nicht darum bitten muss den tisch sauber zu putzen, sondern das personal selber aktiv wird. Der preis meiner speise war für die leistung deutlich zu hoch, der salat wurde in der sauce fast ertränkt.

Hatte hier nur ein Bier, die Preise sind Flughafen typisch fühlten sich aber doch hoch an. Wie auch immer das Ambiente ist wirklich gelungen und die Bedinung war wirklich nett.

Wir haben Bouletten mit einem feinen Brötchen mit Senf und ein Kuchen mit Schlagsahne gegessen. Der Service war auch sehr gut.

Jedes Jahr vor Malle auf drei Kölsch!

Wir waren am 08.08.2023 früh morgens in der STÄV sehr gut frühstücken. Freundlicher Service und ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Restaurant. Danke, wir kommen gerne wieder.

19:25 Uhr: Nun schon das vierte Mal geschlossen, obwohl es eigentlich geöffnet sein sollte...

Waren jetzt zum 2.mal binnen kurzer Zeit hier. Flinke und freundliche Servicemitarbeiter, Getränke als auch Essen kamen zügig. Uns gefällt es hier so kurz vor‘m Abflug! Bis zum nächsten Besuch, danke!

Vor jedem Abflug ab Berlin kehren wir hier ein und lassen so den Urlaub beginnen. Ein Kölsch geht immer. Auch für einen kleinen Snack geeignet. Freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Kartenzahlung möglich.

They also have other clearly labelled vegan dishes.

Wir sind regelmäßig Gäste und genießen hier den guten, schnellen Service, der immer freundlich ist! Das Bier kommt frisch, fix und kalt. Neben der saisonalen Karte findet sich immer etwas leckeres auf der Speisekarte.

Die Ständige Vertretung sieht einladend aus, ist nicht im Foodcourt gelegen sondern Richtung der Gates B...... und schien alleine deshalb eine Alternative zu sein. Haben dort was getrunken. Schnelle, unkomplizierte Bedienung. Gerne wiedereinmal.

Leider habe ich nicht vermutet, dass diese ständige Vertretung so anders und schlecht ist Als die in Berlin. Wenn Ihr auf Durchfall und Magenkrämpfe verzichten wollt dann lasst unbedingt die Finger von der Currywurst. Unglaublich mieser Geschmack und dann Im Flieger das „Dankeschön“ Nicht der beste Eindruck einer Hauptstadt!

Prima eten. Wel heel duur. 4,50 voor een pretzel is aan de prijze kant. Ook voor een vliegveld. Het bordje worst is wel goed.

Die Ständige Vertretung sieht einladend aus, ist nicht im Foodcourt gelegen und schien alleine deshalb eine Alternative zu sein. Ich hatte 90 Minuten Zeit bis zum boarding und trotz mehrfacher Fragen beim Bedienungspersonal konnte ich in knapp einer Stunde nicht mal etwas zu trinken bestellen. Es war sehr voll und die Kellner sichtlich überfordert. Der Weg zum foodcourt war dann doch notwendig. Schade.

Yesterday (13.08.2021 Friday - around 19:30 - 20:00) before our departure, we just wanted to have a nice dinner and beer with my partner at this place. We know their another restaurant that is located in Berlin Mitte and we have been there several times with our friends. That’s why we choice this place at the airport as well. Since many restaurants/bars at the airport provides self service, I personally wanted to ask the waiter if firstly we should sit or do the order at the bar/cash desk area. I approached the waiter while he was standing in front of a monitor next to the bar and I kindly asked him if we should sit firstly or we should order at the bar. He told me where we sat and I told him that we are waiting next to a table. With very rude attitude he responded me how we could sit a table that is not clean yet. I was not waiting this kind of rude behavior and I was in partly shocked to respond him immediately and I told him that okey we can wait but I want to know how to order. He told me that he is not a robot and again I could not know how to answer this question because I did not understand how the topic come to this point. He repeated 2 times that he was not a robot. I told him that I asked only a question and then basically I left the place. He was very rude and had unacceptable behaviour towards a customer. Of course I will never visit this place again and will share my experience with my all business colleagues and in my youtube channel. We have not experienced this kind of behavior anywhere in the world until yesterday basically. I could not imagine how a restaurant allows their employees act in this way and basically lose their loyal customers. Firstly, a restaurant/bar should aim to provide good service to their customers, not target to humiliate them.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Ich bin als Pendler zwischen Köln und Berlin seit Jahren Kunde der StäV. Heute erstmals am BER. Sorry - aber leider wohl auch das letzte Mal: Ihr solltet die Kellner zum Lernen nach Köln schicken! Ein Kölsch (0,5 aus einem Maßkrug - bäh, Stangen gibts nicht) dauert über eine 1/4 Stunde. Bezahlen noch länger… und das am Flughafen, wo keiner länger Zeit hat. Gott sei Dank gibts in Berlin noch das Gaffelhaus - da bemüht man sich wenigstens um etwas kölsche Gemütlichkeit.
