Rude staff, and no one feels responsible for defects or missing parts in your order. You have to drive all over Berlin on your own, and when you ask someone, no one knows anything and you only get rude answers. But there's absolutely no help or customer service. I've never been treated so badly.

Delivery time for a mirror on chipboard with a plastic coating was over three months. I noticed it when I unpacked it; it had already been unpacked and returned due to defects. The response was friendly and direct. No longer available. I could pay €200 and send it back at my own expense, as no return postage was included, or get a €25 discount, or a €40 voucher for Höffner to buy more junk. I've found four defects so far. None of them were transport damage, but weren't checked during production. I've attached two pictures. One is about 1 cm, the other 1.5 cm.

The couch is really beautiful, and I'm happy to finally have it. However, Hoeffner's service is poor. On the fifth delivery attempt, my couch was finally delivered, including assembly and disposal of old furniture, which I had requested from the beginning. The couch was simply taken away on the third delivery attempt because it supposedly said "ground floor" on it, which I never stated anywhere. In summary, I had to take five days off work for the delivery; no one accommodated me, even though I repeatedly stated on the phone that I care for my mother with dementia, whose care I also had to provide financially. There was zero understanding and no concession. In the end (when I made the complaint, no one was available by phone), everything was handled solely via email; one person didn't know what the other had promised; more time differences. .Great product quality, poor service. So if you have furniture delivered by Hoeffner, you should plan for 5 days of vacation and/or additional expenses, for which Hoeffner neither understands nor listens.

There is ample parking, and the location is easily accessible due to its proximity to the highway. Visiting/shopping there can be combined with other errands, as there are other shops nearby. In our experience, the employees there are friendly. However, we had two negative experiences with the service. While we didn't buy luxury furniture, I still expect reasonable quality. The service employees seem to be instructed to first appease customers with ridiculous discounts and shopping vouchers; they aren't interested in making improvements. With a little persistence, however, the defect is then rectified. Overall, I felt I had to apologize for my criticism. I think a local furniture store needs to be more differentiated from online retailers, otherwise the lights will soon go out. We will only order online in the future and save ourselves the hassle.

I inquired politely, and received a message saying it had been forwarded to the relevant department. No further response. I set a deadline for delivery, but again no response. I've never experienced that with Höffner before. I've bought a few things and always received them on time. I'm curious to see when something will arrive.

I can only advise everyone not to buy from this furniture store! I ordered and had a couch with electric leg adjustment delivered for just under €1,800. Unfortunately, the electric leg adjustment didn't work, and what followed was unbelievable: I was told they had to have the replacement part delivered to me and that I had to be home in person to sign for it. After 4 (yes, 4) replacement part deliveries (meaning 4 days during which I had to be home/take vacation) and 3 unsuccessful repair attempts (another 3 days during which I had to be home), I was informed that the couch couldn't be repaired and that I would receive a !!!shopping voucher!!! from Höffner for the purchase price. Only after I got a lawyer involved did Höffner agree to refund me the purchase price! I'm still waiting for an apology and compensation for the 7 days of vacation I lost (and I probably won't get it!). Don't get me wrong: I'm not blaming anyone for a new part being broken, but I find the way the repair was organized and the fact that I was ultimately given a voucher for the purchase price to be a disgrace!

At the end of February, we bought an expensive sofa from Höffner Furniture in Waltersdorf. The delivery was prompt – but with the wrong feet, making the sofa unusable. We were promised a replacement within two weeks. This never happened. Even after several inquiries and resubmitting photos, nothing happened for weeks. Communication was uncoordinated and lacking in transparency. After eleven weeks, we inquired again, and only after our request did we finally receive a tracking number – by then, the package with the correct feet was already on its way back to the sender, allegedly because it could not be delivered. We never received any notification. Conclusion: The sofa has been sitting unused in the living room for over eleven weeks. I have no idea what will happen next. Höffner has not offered a viable solution, compensation, or serious support so far. For a company of this size, this is disappointing.

We have several experiences at Höffner. We can certainly recommend it! If you need something in the Baden department try to get advice from Ms. Hoffmann. I have lived in Germany for 15 years and have never had such a customer service experience. So kind, so competent, so patient, so proactive in finding new and better solutions! Even one star is too many! It's a shame there isn't a 0-star rating. Even that would be too much. We placed our order by email 4 weeks ago and also received an order confirmation. Previously, there had been contact with Höffner several times by email and telephone (Höffner Online). The purchase price was confirmed to us several times by email. After 4 weeks, Höffner suddenly noticed that the goods we ordered were not supposed to be an item with a "promotional label" and informed us that we should pay almost 50% more or the purchase contract would be canceled. It's disgraceful how customers are treated here. I can definitely not recommend Höffner. During the offer phase everything is “nice and dandy” but after that it all goes downhill. Höffner claims that the purchase contract is only concluded when the goods are delivered. Through this passage in the General Terms and Conditions, Höffner gives itself all the freedom to increase the agreed purchase price according to the order confirmation up to the date of delivery. Many customers will then be forced to act and are prepared to pay the additional price. Therefore, absolute caution is advised with Höffner. I can only advise against buying from Höffner!!!!

Möbel Höffner in Waltersdorf The Höffner furniture store is just big, otherwise there is nothing positive to report. We bought our second kitchen from Höffner 20 years ago. Now it should be one from Höffner again, but that won't happen again. The last visit by appointment to the Höffner furniture store in Waltersdorf was very short-lived. The kitchen salesman was already disgusting. We had everything with us: from photos to the approximate dimensions of the old kitchen. We stated our wishes and ideas. As soon as I was choosing the front, I was overwhelmed. Well, you're already looking for a front that's in the upper price segment, so we're around 40,000 euros, then I said, well, it's good that we still have half the price voucher and can reduce the moon price straight away. He then kept asking about our budget. We told him that we want a kitchen and we won't give him a budget. We'll pick everything and then we'll see, my wife said to him. I told him that he doesn't even have to come to me with his ridiculous prices. He really wanted to know our budget, but we stood firm. This seller just wanted to know our budget so that he could adjust the price to our budget. Yes, we had prices in mind, we don't go to a car dealership and want to buy an electric station wagon if we can't afford it. That would probably rarely be stupid. The salesman was really the worst. Luckily, there are still honest kitchen studios that don't charge ridiculous prices, so you feel much better off. Our 25,000 euros are probably better spent here. The date we were there was April 5th, 2025 at 3:30 p.m.

It's a pity that the restaurant doesn't open until 10 a.m....much too late for breakfast.... Actually, you have breakfast so you can then relax and do some shopping, etc....but unfortunately, in many cases, it becomes a rush, or MSN doesn't allow it at all, unless you're retired and only go there for brunch...9 a.m. would still be a reasonable time for the restaurant...it doesn't have to be open until the evening...just a little coffee time and that's it. And cordoning off areas would be a good practice during the coronavirus pandemic...right? One or two employees are welcome to hone their consulting skills...and not be annoyed if they're approached by a customer shortly after 10 a.m. - not everyone buys an entire kitchen or complete living room furniture on the spot.

Sure, it's a huge store with a fairly extensive selection, but unfortunately, it's often very confusing and scattered, especially when you're looking for specific items. For example, we were completely unable to find a clear section with a selection of wall shelves. Some items aren't even priced at all, like the wall with the throws... The worst part, though, is that with all the furniture orders we've placed recently, not ONCE has the product been delivered that was of impeccable quality. There's always some kind of damage and/or obvious manufacturing defects. This just makes buying furniture no longer fun. There's obviously no quality control from Höffner over the manufacturers?!?

Bought 2 items online which were delivered at different times (the second item without prior notice). The items were okay, but one didn't fit. So I tried to return an item. However, I noticed that no return label was included, so I contacted customer service. After 3 weeks of regular follow-up, I received the return label via a link. I then sent the item back. There was no further response after that. The money was also not transferred back. After a month passed, I contacted support again. He didn't read my emails and finally sent me a return label again, even though the goods had already been sent back. So I escalated the issue via Paypal. Here my deadline was contradicted on the grounds that I had sent it to the wrong warehouse and that this was causing delays. I will now avoid every Höffner and hope for everyone who shops there that they never have to have anything to do with customer support. The revocation took place at the end of January. To date I have not gotten my money back and this will obviously take a long time.

Incomplete delivery: The agreed delivery date was met, but only half of the cabinet was delivered. 2. Damage in the hallway: Several places in the hallway were damaged during delivery. Despite repeated attempts to report this damage, I have not yet received any response. 3. Chaos in the apartment: The contents of my old wardrobe had to be distributed around the apartment due to the incomplete delivery, which caused considerable dissatisfaction. 4. Personal collection attempt: I drove specifically to Höffner Mannheim to collect the missing parts, but was turned away and did not receive the parts. 5. Damage caused by the fitter: During the final delivery, the fitter stood on my bedside table with his street shoes and scratched it. Photos are available. 6. Lack of communication: Despite multiple attempts to contact me by post and email, I have received no response to my complaints regarding the damage to property or reminders for the remaining balance. 7. Incorrect contact details: In addition, an incorrect fax number was given on the homepage on the Internet, which made contacting us even more difficult. I ordered a sofa in the store there, but with different finishes than what was on display, including a different color. The sofa was delivered to my home on time about 8 weeks later, but unfortunately I discovered that the color was different than the color that was available as a fabric sample in the local furniture store. Officially, I was delivered the color that was signed for in the contract, but the color was completely different than in the store, regardless of the lighting conditions in my apartment. Even if you put the fabric sample from the store on my sofa at home, you could see that the color was significantly different. I was very disappointed and the customer service was not very responsive. They only responded sparingly to my detailed but friendly email, saying that I got what was contractually agreed and that they couldn't do anything more for me. I wasn't even offered a small refund, even though I paid an extra 200 euros for the color you wanted. I find it really very customer unfriendly and I am very disappointed. I would never order/buy a sofa there again! After this assessment, Höffner's customer service contacted me again and said that they wanted to look at the case again and forward it to the department head, after I had described everything in detail again by email in response to their request. After that, there was NEVER ANYTHING from them again, since December I and my query emails have simply been ignored! That topped it all off.

Today I happened to be at Höffner to buy a school bag for my daughter at the bag fair and discovered the Spice Bar stand, what a great experience it was. An individual steak seasoning was put together for me straight away, which I was then able to mix myself with lots of great spices and try out real know-how. You won't regret it. Spices at a very high level, with a lot of passion and expertise. Thank you for this great moment

This review refers to an indoor promotional measure from Gewürzjäger Workshop. After a short, humorous introduction, we were able to get started and mix our own spice mixture (according to the recipe). It was great fun! The spices were fresh, as were the professional instructions. I'm looking forward to tasting my tandoori masala in the sauce soon!

It fills up quickly, especially at lunchtime. That says it all how good it is. Actually, not even one star should be transmitted. Unfortunately, incorrect measurements were made when I ordered the kitchen, which is why I had to spend the money to hire companies who had to fix it - of course this was not the purpose, otherwise the kitchen could have been purchased somewhere else - Unfortunately, I don't even get a statement/answer from Höffner... Installations were forgotten and incorrectly delivered... after several inquiries, I received an email from Höffner that wasn't really customer-friendly and didn't lead to a well-founded goal. A defective stove was also installed, I haven't received any feedback about this for weeks and therefore no correction of the defective device - even when it was pointed out that it was a source of danger - no reaction from Höffner-Waltersdorf!

I bought and paid for various items in the online shop, which are stated to have a delivery time of 3-4 days. 11 days have now passed and if I hadn't called them several times, I still wouldn't know that the goods were supposedly in the packaging. As of now, it was my last order from Höffner and I can only advise future buyers against it. Service is different! But apparently you can afford to treat customers like that.

I bought a Simply brand wardrobe from Möbel Höffner with delivery to my own apartment. Not that it took longer than expected, the cabinet was not complete and parts were included that were not supposed to be included in the order. In short, the wrong product was delivered. Customer service could not be reached and my request to speak personally to a Möbel Höffner employee was not taken into account. Instead, they insisted on communicating via email. For me, completely ignoring customer requests has nothing to do with customer service. I then withdrew from the purchase contract and asked for the cupboard to be picked up. An appointment was made in several weeks because Möbel Höffner had no other appointment available. About a week after I withdrew from the purchase contract, the purchase price was debited from my credit card, which I can now book back on my own, which will take several weeks - and in the meantime my overdraft will be debited. I now have to sue for these costs or I'll be stuck with them. For me, the experience was nothing other than a complete fraud on the part of Möbel Höffner. I would strongly recommend adapting the internal processes. Disaster companies. I can only advise against buying from them. I'm going to the competition from now on.

Unfortunately, I have to say that the online support is absolutely disappointing. I've been waiting in vain for a reasonable clarification on my refund for a week. E-mails are obviously not read carefully, which leads to questions that have already been answered being asked again. In addition, answers are not received for several days. Such customer service is unacceptable and will damage the long-term reputation of your online shop.

Finally, the first completely new quality kitchen. We tried to get inspired by three regional kitchen studios without success. Then the walk to the Höffnerhaus Waltersdorf... Mr. Wilfried Fischer knew how to listen to us from the start, inspire us and take us to our new kitchen! Thank you very much for his competent, patient, friendly manner and the really fair all-inclusive price, we can only recommend! When it came to kitchen appliances, we decided entirely on Bosch. Unfortunately, even after a 3/4 year wait, the oven was not available, but here too he didn't let us down and recommended an immediately available device from Samsung with a split front door for 2 baking levels, great invention and now we are super satisfied ✌🏻😎 👍🏻

A few years ago, Widynski & Roick were a significant improvement in quality compared to the previous provider. Much of this has decreased significantly, although there are also significant differences within the 3 locations at BER. Portions are significantly smaller, the pre-order system does not bring any benefits for anyone who is not directly employed by FBB. From October 14th, 2024, prices will be increased by an OUTRAGEOUS 78%, almost doubled. Thanks, but now I've reached the point where I won't play this game anymore. I regret it very much because I actually really appreciate the lunch break in the canteen and the networking with other areas there. But what is too much is too much.
