I bought a Simply brand wardrobe from Möbel Höffner with delivery to my own apartment. Not that it took longer than expected, the cabinet was not complete and parts were included that were not supposed to be included in the order. In short, the wrong product was delivered. Customer service could not be reached and my request to speak personally to a Möbel Höffner employee was not taken into account. Instead, they insisted on communicating via email. For me, completely ignoring customer requests has nothing to do with customer service. I then withdrew from the purchase contract and asked for the cupboard to be picked up. An appointment was made in several weeks because Möbel Höffner had no other appointment available. About a week after I withdrew from the purchase contract, the purchase price was debited from my credit card, which I can now book back on my own, which will take several weeks - and in the meantime my overdraft will be debited. I now have to sue for these costs or I'll be stuck with them. For me, the experience was nothing other than a complete fraud on the part of Möbel Höffner. I would strongly recommend adapting the internal processes. Disaster companies. I can only advise against buying from them. I'm going to the competition from now on.

Finally, the first completely new quality kitchen. We tried to get inspired by three regional kitchen studios without success. Then the walk to the Höffnerhaus Waltersdorf... Mr. Wilfried Fischer knew how to listen to us from the start, inspire us and take us to our new kitchen! Thank you very much for his competent, patient, friendly manner and the really fair all-inclusive price, we can only recommend! When it came to kitchen appliances, we decided entirely on Bosch. Unfortunately, even after a 3/4 year wait, the oven was not available, but here too he didn't let us down and recommended an immediately available device from Samsung with a split front door for 2 baking levels, great invention and now we are super satisfied ✌🏻😎 👍🏻

NEVER shop at HÖFFNER!! The worst service and customer support! Höffner delivered me expensive goods of poor quality. I complained about the goods with regard to the statutory warranty (BGB). Ms. D. (customer service) refused to exchange the goods on the grounds that I would receive exactly the same goods in the same quality again. There is no lack of politeness in customer service. I will take legal action on the matter. You shouldn't allow this kind of treatment with customers.

I ordered a sofa in the store there, but with different finishes than what was on display, including a different color. The sofa was delivered to my home on time about 8 weeks later, but unfortunately I discovered that the color was different than the color that was available as a fabric sample in the local furniture store. Officially, I was delivered the color that was signed for in the contract, but the color was completely different than in the store, regardless of the lighting conditions in my apartment. Even if you put the fabric sample from the store on my sofa at home, you could see that the color was significantly different. I was very disappointed and the customer service was not very responsive. They only responded sparingly to my detailed but friendly email, saying that I got what was contractually agreed and that they couldn't do anything more for me. I wasn't even offered a small refund, even though I paid an extra 200 euros for the color you wanted. I find it really very customer unfriendly and I am very disappointed. I would never order/buy a sofa there again!

I thought about doing this post for a long time, but since I'm the proud owner of a mattress that I can't use, I decided to do it. I tried again in the last two days and found that I get up every morning with back pain and have to think about this company. In September 2023 I have, among other things, a double bed with mattresses, slatted frames, protective covers, toppers, etc. Bought. (Full service with delivery and assembly) A certain type of mattress was repeatedly advertised to me as being very good. I have repeatedly pointed out that I have back problems and need a hard mattress. When it was delivered, I noticed that the mattress was slightly pulling strings (which would actually have been a right to exchange) which of course did not affect the quality of sleep. I decided to use a full mattress cover (which I bought myself in advance) from day one because I have always used it. After the first night I had enormous back pain, but I still tried another night. However, I noticed that it was impossible for me to sleep restfully on the slatted frame mattress combination. I reported this directly to the local customer service in Waltersdorf. They wanted to contact me by email, but nothing has happened to date. Since I haven't slept on this mattress except for the two nights and the last two nights and customer service hasn't contacted me yet, I will probably have to throw it away. I always thought that Möbel Höffner had higher prices because it sold better quality and the salespeople were well trained, but I have to say that I am no longer convinced by this. I don't just blame it on the mattress, I noticed other things too. Some of the chairs for the living room had no felt on the legs and the legs were loose. Or the wooden living room table would be repaired in one place. It's a real shame, customer service could have ripped it out. 2 stars because the assembly service was ok

We were at Möbel Höffner a few months ago and were able to plan a kitchen through a spontaneous appointment. So far so good. The delivery date also took place as planned. However, when building the kitchen, the fitters discovered that the worktops were not deep or long enough. Since they still need to be replaced, the back panels cannot be attached yet. Delivery of the new worktops takes 6 weeks. No silicone can be pulled to prevent water from getting into the gaps. The hob can only be used half the time because moisture from the water vapor is deposited directly on the new wall if the pot is too close to the wall. Since a worktop does not line up with the wall, we have to avoid the edge as a shelf, otherwise a lot of things can fall behind the cupboards and have already fallen. The back walls are in the way all week long. We take extra time off work for the delivery date, but on the morning of the delivery date we get a call saying that the worktops are defective and cannot be delivered. The next delivery date is again 6 weeks later. We have to take time off again for this. We asked Möbel Höffner what a discount would be like. As an accommodation for all the circumstances, as well as taking time off. This was rejected by Möbel Höffner. I would have liked more customer service from such a large company.

Anja W. and the paragraphs, together with the ultimate "customer service" and the kitchen worktop, result in an exciting work for a low point for Höffner. Short form: Kitchen ordered or purchase contract on June 1st, 2024 Kitchen delivered and installed on September 19, 2024. Faulty because the kitchen top is not deep enough to be installed in the window and in some cases too short, see photos. After several weeks the message came, a new date for the first repair. November 1st, 2024 is certain, I had to take an extra day off. On November 1st, 2024 at 7:16 a.m. I was informed by telephone that the appointment could not be kept. Because...yes...the kitchen countertop is probably the wrong size again. A new appointment must be made again for the second touch-up. Several weeks will go by again, so I have set Höffner a reasonable deadline for the second improvement of November 22nd, 2024. But Höffner doesn't want to accept that, instead the extremely competent Anja W. from "Customer Service" writes me lots of nice emails with lots of paragraphs and I write lots of nice emails back with more paragraphs. That everything after November 22nd The second improvement failed for me and I also demand monetary compensation for the days taken off. The extremely competent Anja W. from “customer service” blocks everything. After the complaint has been settled, you would like to have a final discussion in which (possibly) a reduction would be possible as an act of goodwill. Quote from the email: "We are welcome to talk about it again after the complaint has been resolved, as accommodating the price can also be a goodwill decision. I will definitely include this in your purchase contract as a "final discussion" (...)" Of course, I'll run after Höffner after the job is done and probably my money too. Luckily, I had already withheld a large amount when the kitchen was delivered on September 19, 2024. End of song: Höffner insists on his rules and I insist on my legal rights. Let's see how this ends. Definitely with a legal dispute. Then that's it. If Höffner misses the grace period, which looks like it will, in the worst case scenario I will withdraw from the purchase contract and Höffner will be allowed to dismantle the entire kitchen and keep it, with a refund of the purchase price + claim for damages. Clearly, mistakes can happen. No question at all. But this type of customer service is purely defensive and anything but beneficial for Höffner. I can only advise against buying kitchens from Höffner. There are enough good kitchen studios in Berlin and Brandenburg.

The advice in the white goods department was customer-oriented and very friendly. Delivery was supposed to be from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., so you had to be ready from 7 a.m. Goods arrived at 10 a.m. A smaller time window would be more customer-friendly. The surcharge for setting it up at the “desired location” is not justified because I had to maneuver the refrigerator out of the corner again because it had a barely visible protective film all around it. Höffner offered no goodwill at all, but instead demanded almost two thirds of the new price for the repair. There's no other way I can explain why the refrigerator, which I can't move on my own, is left in the hallway so that you can't close the front door or get from one room to the other. Even though we booked "delivery to the desired location" and the gentlemen could park right in front of the door and only had 1 floor, we basically kneeled them and, in our desperation, offered them an additional tip to move the cupboard one meter further into the next room. something with a “It’s not our job” and “Have a nice weekend” was celebrated 😀 We didn't know that we probably accidentally selected the new comedy delivery option from Höffner to desired locations. Actually a shop that you should avoid. Apart from the overpriced prices, because you can get the same things cheaper almost everywhere, the staff is simply unfriendly and seemingly uninterested in the customer. Regardless of whether it was simple information at the info point or a complaint, communication has already been annoyed, incompetent or simply cheeky on several occasions. We only go there if we absolutely have to.

Like some here before, we unfortunately had a bad experience. First we were advised by a really nice employee and we immediately made a customer card with her and bought a bed. We were really happy about the friendliness. But when we got to the checkout, we were greeted by really unfriendly ladies. I gave my husband (who was standing 2 feet in front of me) my bank card so he could pay for the bed because he was just better able to pay. After paying, the ladies wanted to see the bank card and the name that was on it and then the sermon began as to what my husband would think of paying with my card (we have a joint account) and he has to have his own account, even though we have several times declared so that we have a COMMON account. Especially since it's absolutely none of the ladies' business what our account looks like. And when we asked what this unfriendly behavior and the drama was about, we were laughed at. We were actually thinking about buying 2 more children's beds, but after this incident they were definitely there for the first and last time.

We have been buying our furniture from Höffi for around 34 years and have never been disappointed. They are a little more expensive, but the service is good and the advice from Ms. S. Kaup on our last purchase was also unique. We needed a customized wardrobe and chest of drawers to match. She took a lot of time to find the right thing for us and was even able to fulfill our special requests and we would like to thank you again for that. It was a lot of fun. 1 star is still too much. I ordered a cabinet online and it arrived damaged. Complaints are now taking 2 weeks. The huge package is still in the way. A ridiculous discount of €30 was offered. The cupboard cost 10 times as much, but I'm not buying a broken cupboard for that!!! Customer service is a complete disaster and I can only advise against buying here.

A bit too big and spacious if you visit all floors. A comprehensive offer for this. A friendly and non-intrusive employee ordered our couch exactly according to our wishes, delivery and disposal took place exactly as agreed. The inexpensive self-service restaurant in the house is also recommended; everyone can find a suitable dish there. I find it annoying that the entrance and exit/checkouts are too far apart.

Goods are being sold that are not in stock!!! This shop is absolutely not recommended, it sells goods that are listed as being in stock and that is not the case at all. Our refrigerator, which was supposedly in stock, is already 4 weeks overdue!!! Höffner says they don't know if or when the manufacturer will deliver them. How can you sell goods as in stock and not have them at all??? Unbelievable. Not recommended, prefer one of the other competitors.

I found our new dream kitchen here at a great price. The employees take a lot of time and the advice was top notch. Delivery was catastrophic. That doesn't actually fit with Höffner quality. One of the gentlemen who delivered my goods was really rude and, so to speak, really complained to me because they couldn't get in through the barrier on the courtyard side. He told me that another driver (delivery) had brought it back without delivering🤦🏻♀️even though that is his job to deliver goods, regardless of whether they were parked in front of the house or parked a little further away. That's actually not my problem. I could just as easily live in a block where there was no courtyard entrance directly to the front door. I wonder what they would have done. He argued with me on my doorstep as if he was right. That doesn't work at all. I'm experiencing something like this for the first time too. Very disappointed with Höffner, they should teach the supplier candidates how to deal with customers!!!!!! Definitely not like the gentleman!!!!

Very bad customer service! I bought a couch from Höffner with countless problems! First there was delivery damage... it was repaired... then the headrest was defective... it was repaired... then the decorative stitching was defective... to date no answer to my phone call. Yesterday I went to Höffner again because the second headrest now also has the same defect... You can clearly see that the holes were set too close and it was defective as a result. I was at the service center at 10:00 a.m....I was the first customer...at first I was ignored and the employees were chatting about who had guessed correctly who would be in the final of the European Championships. I was called at 10:07 a.m....there was no reason for me to keep the customer waiting 7 minutes. They then took a photo of the defect in the headrest and told me that the warranty had expired about 2 months ago. I then said I would leave the headrest there until it was repaired, whether out of goodwill or with a cost estimate for the repair... the employee said that wasn't possible! I then asked him why I drove here...just to take photos and then drive back and take the defective headrest back with me? I asked the employee if he knew why companies like Amazon are so popular with customers...it's clearly customer service!!! When I go into shops in Germany I often look at demotivated faces... along the lines of customer threatening to take orders... retail is going to die out and unfortunately it's the retail sector's own fault... for what reason should I buy my goods there? Because of the advice...this doesn't always take place because there isn't always a high level of specialist knowledge there either. You can also look for information on the Internet. The businesses that offer the customer more will be considered...and where the customer and satisfaction come first. You can say yes...we are sorry about your problems...but we are not the manufacturer...nor is Amazon for the majority of their products!!! But I always received good and satisfactory care from them. Höffner shouldn't just be about selling. But also about customer service...a satisfied customer comes back! If the management understands this and aligns its employees and the company philosophy accordingly, success will continue in the future! Despite their numerous discounts, furniture stores don't seem to suffer from overcrowding. Recognize the mistake! And a nice greeting to the service center...customer service should come before private conversations!

A large furniture store to browse through, but we only wanted to take a small piece of furniture for children that was only available once as an exhibit. We asked a warehouse employee at the goods issue where we could find the piece of furniture to take with us, he directed us to the salespeople in the respective department. Unfortunately there was no salesperson in sight, we searched the department but then left when we found no one. I find the procedure very cumbersome as you can only get such small, handy pieces of furniture upon request from a department employee, you then have to pay for them at the checkout and only receive the goods at the goods department at the end.

Stay away from DESIGN25 GMBH & CO. KG, SCHÖNEFELD / Höffner Online GmbH & Co. KG - The delivery times are not adhered to. 9 weeks turned into over 27 weeks without the promised goods. Customer support tries to put you under pressure if you legally want to withdraw from the purchase contract. As compensation, I was offered a 100 euro voucher for an order value of 3000 euros. A few years ago, Widynski & Roick were a significant improvement in quality compared to the previous provider. Much of this has decreased significantly, although there are also significant differences within the 3 locations at BER. Portions are significantly smaller, the pre-order system does not bring any benefits for anyone who is not directly employed by FBB. From October 14th, 2024, prices will be increased by an OUTRAGEOUS 78%, almost doubled. Thanks, but now I've reached the point where I won't play this game anymore. I regret it very much because I actually really appreciate the lunch break in the canteen and the networking with other areas there. But what is too much is too much.

Spoiled food, I had a sandwich with avocado and egg and I was very sick when I returned to Italy. The beer sucks and the staff doesn't have a sink to wash the glasses, they are dirty, they should close immediately given the overpriced and no quality service! 👎👎👎👎
