Bought 2 items online which were delivered at different times (the second item without prior notice). The items were okay, but one didn't fit. So I tried to return an item. However, I noticed that no return label was included, so I contacted customer service. After 3 weeks of regular follow-up, I received the return label via a link. I then sent the item back. There was no further response after that. The money was also not transferred back. After a month passed, I contacted support again. He didn't read my emails and finally sent me a return label again, even though the goods had already been sent back. So I escalated the issue via Paypal. Here my deadline was contradicted on the grounds that I had sent it to the wrong warehouse and that this was causing delays. I will now avoid every Höffner and hope for everyone who shops there that they never have to have anything to do with customer support. The revocation took place at the end of January. To date I have not gotten my money back and this will obviously take a long time.

Unfortunately my experience was extremely negative and I am forced to post this complaint online. 1. Incomplete delivery: The agreed delivery date was met, but only half of the cabinet was delivered. 2. Damage in the hallway: Several places in the hallway were damaged during delivery. Despite repeated attempts to report this damage, I have not yet received any response. 3. Chaos in the apartment: The contents of my old wardrobe had to be distributed around the apartment due to the incomplete delivery, which caused considerable dissatisfaction. 4. Personal collection attempt: I drove specifically to Höffner Mannheim to collect the missing parts, but was turned away and did not receive the parts. 5. Damage caused by the fitter: During the final delivery, the fitter stood on my bedside table with his street shoes and scratched it. Photos are available. 6. Lack of communication: Despite multiple attempts to contact me by post and email, I have received no response to my complaints regarding the damage to property or reminders for the remaining balance. 7. Incorrect contact details: In addition, an incorrect fax number was given on the homepage on the Internet, which made contacting us even more difficult. I am very disappointed with their customer service and can therefore only advise against purchasing from them. There are many other reputable companies to buy furniture from that offer better service. I expect a timely clarification of this matter and compensation for the damage caused.

I ordered a sofa in the store there, but with different finishes than what was on display, including a different color. The sofa was delivered to my home on time about 8 weeks later, but unfortunately I discovered that the color was different than the color that was available as a fabric sample in the local furniture store. Officially, I was delivered the color that was signed for in the contract, but the color was completely different than in the store, regardless of the lighting conditions in my apartment. Even if you put the fabric sample from the store on my sofa at home, you could see that the color was significantly different. I was very disappointed and the customer service was not very responsive. They only responded sparingly to my detailed but friendly email, saying that I got what was contractually agreed and that they couldn't do anything more for me. I wasn't even offered a small refund, even though I paid an extra 200 euros for the color you wanted. I find it really very customer unfriendly and I am very disappointed. I would never order/buy a sofa there again! After this assessment, Höffner's customer service contacted me again and said that they wanted to look at the case again and forward it to the department head, after I had described everything in detail again by email in response to their request. After that, there was NEVER ANYTHING from them again, since December I and my query emails have simply been ignored! That topped it all off.

Today I happened to be at Höffner to buy a school bag for my daughter at the bag fair and discovered the Spice Bar stand, what a great experience it was. An individual steak seasoning was put together for me straight away, which I was then able to mix myself with lots of great spices and try out real know-how. You won't regret it. Spices at a very high level, with a lot of passion and expertise. Thank you for this great moment

This review refers to an indoor promotional measure from Gewürzjäger Workshop. After a short, humorous introduction, we were able to get started and mix our own spice mixture (according to the recipe). It was great fun! The spices were fresh, as were the professional instructions. I'm looking forward to tasting my tandoori masala in the sauce soon!

If you don't find anything here then my name will be Willi. The restaurant offers changing daily specials to suit every budget. It's sometimes fuller than the furniture store itself. It fills up quickly, especially at lunchtime. That says it all how good it is. Actually, not even one star should be transmitted. Unfortunately, incorrect measurements were made when I ordered the kitchen, which is why I had to spend the money to hire companies who had to fix it - of course this was not the purpose, otherwise the kitchen could have been purchased somewhere else - Unfortunately, I don't even get a statement/answer from Höffner... Installations were forgotten and incorrectly delivered... after several inquiries, I received an email from Höffner that wasn't really customer-friendly and didn't lead to a well-founded goal. A defective stove was also installed, I haven't received any feedback about this for weeks and therefore no correction of the defective device - even when it was pointed out that it was a source of danger - no reaction from Höffner-Waltersdorf!

I bought and paid for various items in the online shop, which are stated to have a delivery time of 3-4 days. 11 days have now passed and if I hadn't called them several times, I still wouldn't know that the goods were supposedly in the packaging. As of now, it was my last order from Höffner and I can only advise future buyers against it. Service is different! But apparently you can afford to treat customers like that.

I bought a Simply brand wardrobe from Möbel Höffner with delivery to my own apartment. Not that it took longer than expected, the cabinet was not complete and parts were included that were not supposed to be included in the order. In short, the wrong product was delivered. Customer service could not be reached and my request to speak personally to a Möbel Höffner employee was not taken into account. Instead, they insisted on communicating via email. For me, completely ignoring customer requests has nothing to do with customer service. I then withdrew from the purchase contract and asked for the cupboard to be picked up. An appointment was made in several weeks because Möbel Höffner had no other appointment available. About a week after I withdrew from the purchase contract, the purchase price was debited from my credit card, which I can now book back on my own, which will take several weeks - and in the meantime my overdraft will be debited. I now have to sue for these costs or I'll be stuck with them. For me, the experience was nothing other than a complete fraud on the part of Möbel Höffner. I would strongly recommend adapting the internal processes. Disaster companies. I can only advise against buying from them. I'm going to the competition from now on.

E-mails are obviously not read carefully, which leads to questions that have already been answered being asked again. In addition, answers are not received for several days. Finally, the first completely new quality kitchen. We tried to get inspired by three regional kitchen studios without success. Then the walk to the Höffnerhaus Waltersdorf... Mr. Wilfried Fischer knew how to listen to us from the start, inspire us and take us to our new kitchen! Thank you very much for his competent, patient, friendly manner and the really fair all-inclusive price, we can only recommend! When it came to kitchen appliances, we decided entirely on Bosch. Unfortunately, even after a 3/4 year wait, the oven was not available, but here too he didn't let us down and recommended an immediately available device from Samsung with a split front door for 2 baking levels, great invention and now we are super satisfied ✌🏻😎 👍🏻

I bought a couch and the lady initially made a professional impression until she asked me where I came from and then, as the conversation continued, she explained to me that “she” already finances everything here 🙄…has nothing to do with my taste To do sales and service. The second event was that I was looking for a seller of WMF pots and found someone who wasn't responsible but thought he could also help. The answers were very instructive; the statement about pots from the Comargan series was laughed at and said that the material was irrelevant. I bought a set for around 600 euros and had to ask KI about the differences between the selected rows of pots because the seller was unfortunately not competent.

NEVER shop at HÖFFNER!! The worst service and customer support! Höffner delivered me expensive goods of poor quality. I complained about the goods with regard to the statutory warranty (BGB). Ms. D. (customer service) refused to exchange the goods on the grounds that I would receive exactly the same goods in the same quality again. There is no lack of politeness in customer service. I will take legal action on the matter. You shouldn't allow this kind of treatment with customers.

Went to the furniture store today (Saturday) and bought a table from the exhibition. They were unable to pack the table so we could take it with us. We have to drive back again in the week to be able to pick up the table, which will hopefully be well packed. Rather bad for such a big house. The pickup was a bit bumpy. I thought about doing this post for a long time, but since I'm the proud owner of a mattress that I can't use, I decided to do it. I tried again in the last two days and found that I get up every morning with back pain and have to think about this company. In September 2023 I have, among other things, a double bed with mattresses, slatted frames, protective covers, toppers, etc. Bought. (Full service with delivery and assembly) A certain type of mattress was repeatedly advertised to me as being very good. I have repeatedly pointed out that I have back problems and need a hard mattress. When it was delivered, I noticed that the mattress was slightly pulling strings (which would actually have been a right to exchange) which of course did not affect the quality of sleep. I decided to use a full mattress cover (which I bought myself in advance) from day one because I have always used it. After the first night I had enormous back pain, but I still tried another night. However, I noticed that it was impossible for me to sleep restfully on the slatted frame mattress combination. I reported this directly to the local customer service in Waltersdorf. They wanted to contact me by email, but nothing has happened to date. Since I haven't slept on this mattress except for the two nights and the last two nights and customer service hasn't contacted me yet, I will probably have to throw it away. I always thought that Möbel Höffner had higher prices because it sold better quality and the salespeople were well trained, but I have to say that I am no longer convinced by this. I don't just blame it on the mattress, I noticed other things too. Some of the chairs for the living room had no felt on the legs and the legs were loose. Or the wooden living room table would be repaired in one place. It's a real shame, customer service could have ripped it out. 2 stars because the assembly service was ok

Great craft activity, the Walking Dino, which the children were crazy about and the great help with the last stamp needed in the “Trainee Scavenger Hunt”. This was the only way our daughter was able to get 5 out of 6 stamps. You did a great job and our daughter has never been so excited. The balloon artist was also exceptional. What he conjured up. We were at Möbel Höffner a few months ago and were able to plan a kitchen through a spontaneous appointment. So far so good. The delivery date also took place as planned. However, when building the kitchen, the fitters discovered that the worktops were not deep or long enough. Since they still need to be replaced, the back panels cannot be attached yet. Delivery of the new worktops takes 6 weeks. No silicone can be pulled to prevent water from getting into the gaps. The hob can only be used half the time because moisture from the water vapor is deposited directly on the new wall if the pot is too close to the wall. Since a worktop does not line up with the wall, we have to avoid the edge as a shelf, otherwise a lot of things can fall behind the cupboards and have already fallen. The back walls are in the way all week long. We take extra time off work for the delivery date, but on the morning of the delivery date we get a call saying that the worktops are defective and cannot be delivered. The next delivery date is again 6 weeks later. We have to take time off again for this. We asked Möbel Höffner what a discount would be like. As an accommodation for all the circumstances, as well as taking time off. This was rejected by Möbel Höffner. I would have liked more customer service from such a large company.

The 7-zone comfort foam core mattress I bought was so worn out after six months that it gave me back pain. The customer service says it is a so-called cushioning process. Where you lie, the upholstery becomes soft. Exchange not possible.Thanks Höffner.

Anja W. and the paragraphs, together with the ultimate "customer service" and the kitchen worktop, result in an exciting work for a low point for Höffner. Short form: Kitchen ordered or purchase contract on June 1st, 2024 Kitchen delivered and installed on September 19, 2024. Faulty because the kitchen top is not deep enough to be installed in the window and in some cases too short, see photos. After several weeks the message came, a new date for the first repair. November 1st, 2024 is certain, I had to take an extra day off. On November 1st, 2024 at 7:16 a.m. I was informed by telephone that the appointment could not be kept. Because...yes...the kitchen countertop is probably the wrong size again. A new appointment must be made again for the second touch-up. Several weeks will go by again, so I have set Höffner a reasonable deadline for the second improvement of November 22nd, 2024. But Höffner doesn't want to accept that, instead the extremely competent Anja W. from "Customer Service" writes me lots of nice emails with lots of paragraphs and I write lots of nice emails back with more paragraphs. That everything after November 22nd The second improvement failed for me and I also demand monetary compensation for the days taken off. The extremely competent Anja W. from “customer service” blocks everything. After the complaint has been settled, you would like to have a final discussion in which (possibly) a reduction would be possible as an act of goodwill. Quote from the email: "We are welcome to talk about it again after the complaint has been resolved, as accommodating the price can also be a goodwill decision. I will definitely include this in your purchase contract as a "final discussion" (...)" Of course, I'll run after Höffner after the job is done and probably my money too. Luckily, I had already withheld a large amount when the kitchen was delivered on September 19, 2024. End of song: Höffner insists on his rules and I insist on my legal rights. Let's see how this ends. Definitely with a legal dispute. Then that's it. If Höffner misses the grace period, which looks like it will, in the worst case scenario I will withdraw from the purchase contract and Höffner will be allowed to dismantle the entire kitchen and keep it, with a refund of the purchase price + claim for damages. Clearly, mistakes can happen. No question at all. But this type of customer service is purely defensive and anything but beneficial for Höffner. I can only advise against buying kitchens from Höffner. There are enough good kitchen studios in Berlin and Brandenburg.

The only negative point; The desired part was available in the inner warehouse - that means paying for information, then going through the store opposite to the exit - receiving the goods and returning to the other end to the exit. The advice in the white goods department was customer-oriented and very friendly. Delivery was supposed to be from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., so you had to be ready from 7 a.m. Goods arrived at 10 a.m. A smaller time window would be more customer-friendly. The surcharge for setting it up at the “desired location” is not justified because I had to maneuver the refrigerator out of the corner again because it had a barely visible protective film all around it. Given my space, this cost another hour! They could have pointed out the foils again beforehand or, better, removed them so that the refrigerator could actually stay in the “desired location”.

Actually everything worked quite well... The delivery date was postponed once, but all with an announcement and a friendly reassignment of a new date. Until then 5* But there always seems to be a link in the chain that is fully committed to deliberately damaging a company's reputation. in this case the gentlemen who delivered the refrigerator. There's no other way I can explain why the refrigerator, which I can't move on my own, is left in the hallway so that you can't close the front door or get from one room to the other. Even though we booked "delivery to the desired location" and the gentlemen could park right in front of the door and only had 1 floor, we basically kneeled them and, in our desperation, offered them an additional tip to move the cupboard one meter further into the next room. something with a “It’s not our job” and “Have a nice weekend” was celebrated 😀 We didn't know that we probably accidentally selected the new comedy delivery option from Höffner to desired locations. Thanks again for the fine service Höffner!

I have to honestly say, pure disappointment in retrospect. They advertise BEST PRICE products. 750€ for two wardrobe panels and a shoe cabinet. 2 days after installation we find the same products for €400 at Tchibo. Wow! There is also no response to a complaint via form. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Möbel Höffner. You feel ripped off.

We bought an armchair from Höffner and exactly 3 months after the warranty expired a spring broke. Höffner offered no goodwill at all, but instead demanded almost two thirds of the new price for the repair. We then commissioned the Express Upholstery in Wendenschloss instead and only paid just under half of it.

Paid at the information stand, left twice around the corner to the warehouse. The employees were very nice and brought the display case into my car. The breakfast offering is varied. We enjoyed the coffee. Staff is friendly and unobtrusive in the background. We will definitely do it again if the following problem is solved: little sparrows are flying through the restaurant - THAT WON'T WORK AT ALL. They were even on the tables in the immediate vicinity.

Much of this has decreased significantly, although there are also significant differences within the 3 locations at BER. Portions are significantly smaller, the pre-order system does not bring any benefits for anyone who is not directly employed by FBB. From October 14th, 2024, prices will be increased by an OUTRAGEOUS 78%, almost doubled. Thanks, but now I've reached the point where I won't play this game anymore.
