€20 for meatballs miniatures and fries. What a scam. Avoid as possible, please. Always read reviews before buying.

I should have read the reviews on this place, but given that the food options are very limited in BER terminal two I tried the chicken schnitzel. All I can say is overpriced and bad, really bad. The chicken left an awful aftertaste after eating it. The arkwardness of the tip no tip when paying as well is scandalous. So glad I decided not to tip, avoid.

There's no need to reiterate this, but I'll say it anyway: terrible food! They probably do the best they can, but still, it's hardly good food or excellent quality. Of course, the prices are high, but what do you want... you're at the airport.

You don't really have a choice when you're in Terminal 2 at BER. But yes, the fries are completely overpriced and the sausages are mediocre. But we don't need to talk about the quality; the point is that the price/performance ratio isn't right. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Prices too exaggerated for what they offer.

A pitiful place. The staff are unprofessional. They don't understand what they have in English, nor what you're asking for, and they react violently when you ask for an exchange for something that's been reheated for a while, waiting to be sold. Please, hire professionals.

No fries, no potato salad. Extremely unfriendly service! The prices are far too high. Tables aren't cleaned. Be careful, you have to choose a tip when paying; the "no tip" option is just under 21%!

You can't ask for a tip for such poor service. But that's exactly what they do here.

49 people waiting at the only restaurant on a Sunday evening. The whole Terminal2 is a bad, a really bad joke.

At 19:00h the bread was finished, so they served sausages (bratwurst, etc.) without bread. So starting dinner time no bread at all.

you can eat better at the airport; Why am I asked for a tip (card payment) even though it is self-service? French fries that have already been fried are fried again (honestly!)... all around... if you're hungry you can't ignore it... it's better to spread some bread and put it in your backpack...

€14 for a currywurst with fries and then the fries have obviously been fried several times and are inedible and the currywurst is lukewarm. Considering the price, it's a disgrace.

Very bad service, a woman who works there gave me pounds instead of euros as change. And didn't want to exchange back into euros. Very bad be careful! Cheater!

How about you straighten up your personnel, as shouting and loosing your temper with customers is utterly unacceptable.

Counter was very busy , lady behind counter spoke good English and was polite , chips and bratwurst sausage was tasty

Fries and schnitzel were dripping with fat. You can't actually call it a schnitzel, compared to what it is shown on the picture. Sausage had probably been there for an hour, soggy and lukewarm. The waitress was nice and wanted to offer us new food, but everything looked the same. And also paid 40 euros for it...

I was at the airport in Berlin today and one of the employees was angry, in a bad mood and treated me very badly just because I made a comment. Didn't know that as a customer you can't make a comment! The store manager and the cashier were very nice and friendly.

Super nice staff. Always a funny saying and the food is super delicious!

Black lady was rude and did not want to sell me water because I had a voucher, she said "go buy somewhere else". She was too rude and unpolite. When she called administrator (a blond lady with glasses), administrator had a british flag on the badge but kept talking german to me even after telling her that I don't speak german. Don't recommend the place it is very unprofessional and rude.

Terrible. The meatballs were too small for someone in front of me. Rightly so...but he could complain about it. And then they were offered to the other guests. Incredible!! It also smelled like burnt popcorn. Lousy currywurst with even worse fries for €14... of course... there's only one stand...

Coarsely chopped double currywurst with fries €20.40. Was OK. Just like a snack bar.

OMG so tasty - had the schnitzel and fries with gravy and had to resist licking the carton afterwards. Excellent airport dinner choice - can’t wait until the next one.

Be prepared to get robbed here. Really expensive and the frites was bland. Lovely cashier.

Service was fast and food warm. The prices quite expensive, but good in taste and portion is okey. The restaurant is located at terminal 2. You don’t have much alternatives before the trip. So you can try this place.

As expected food and drink are expensive. €4 for water. Over €15 for wurst pommes with coke. Don't mind the price but the wurst wasn't fully cook and the one I got was cold! Staff was friendly. Not many seats available.

Let's start with the food, Chicken Schnitzel with fries, I am only giving 2 stars because at least the fries were hot and deep fried, the chicken tastes like a mix of potato and corn, very weird, disgusting. Atmosphere, 1 star to the engineer that designed the sitting place, lack of chairs and the few ones are fixed to floor, like, nobody will stole them relax, and people have different size, plus, we are in an airport with bags, it is uncomfortable to leave your bags behind you while you eat, unable to see if someone will stole them.

Ha sido muy desagradable la camarera cuando le he pedido un poco más de leche fría. Precisamente porque el café esta inbebible, es agua sucia, gasolina, tardará 3 segundos en darnos diarrea. Además los precios desorbitados para esta calidad y este trato tan pesimo: Por aquí no volvemos.

Cafetera de aeropuerto. Calidad similar a otras de este tipo. Caro para lo que ofrecen pero como en otros aeropuertos.

Ordered curry sausage with fries and drink. The fries are the worst fries I have ever had. They are oily and not crispy at all. I don't recommend the place, better bring sandwich from home.

This has to be one of the most chaotic places I've ever eaten. Two people behind the counter: one young person that pays no attention and messes things up. One oldschool DDR person who goes strictly by the rules and nerver mind hospitality. Both working at sloth speed. The line kept growing, as did the chaos. Every other order was confused and messed up. All this is accompanied by loud 90s hip hop in terrible little speakers. I'll bring sandwiches next time.

Gute Currywurst, sehr gute pommes und auf Wunsch sogar scharf ..... die Wartezeit auf den Abflug gut überbrückt. Internationales sehr freundliches serviceteam.

The only good option for warm food at BER Terminal 2. Take it to the benches overlooking the runway, you can even see the tv tower in the distance there.

Wurststücken bei der Curry zu groß geschnitten, Soße etwas luschi. Pommes gut gewürzt und knusprig. Für 2 x und ne Coke dazu 25 Euro . Servicepersonal freundlich.

Auf die Frage ob die Curry-Sauce scharf ist hab ich nur die Antwort bekommen „keine Ahnung, hier ist Tabasco“. Was ist das denn für eine unfreundliche Antwort auf eine normale Frage? Die Sauce war einfach nur Ketchup, die Wurst war ok. Die Pommes ganz ok.

Es war zwar nicht gut, aber dafür war's teuer und dafür gibt es zwei Sterne statt einem 😂 It was not good, but it was expensive and for that there are two stars instead of one 😂.

At Terminal 2. Berlin airport. Such a discovery! Loved it soo much! Great service, delicious for a fast food option. 2 German sausages, fries, 1beer paint and a huge pretzel; €20 How many times after eating a McDonald’s or similar your stomach is not happy? Many times to me… This was fantastic. If this chain arrives to uk It has great success potencial. Remember; HERMANN’S!!
